so right now we are standing near by the foothills which is a farm stay

which is around three to four hours drive from mumbai and it is just like 25

kilometers away from the imagica theme park yeah and it is why it is called as

by the foothills because it is just below this you can see behind like okay

you can see my finger over there that's called mrugagad

so it is just on the foothills of this beautiful fort mrugagad and the

place is really quiet peace the tranquility really gets to you and you

already feel relaxed yeah it's a beautiful setting and you'll love it

right now we are enjoying the rains as you can see it's raining and it's green

everywhere yeah as you can see it's green there's a small village behind us

we will show you mrugagad so you if you are here you can also go for a

trek the trek is like a medium trek medium difficulty trek so you have to

start around by 7:00 a.m. in the morning and you will be back by 10:30 or so by

the foothills farm stay people will arrange a local guide for you and he

will take you on the top of the fort that is mrugagad

right now it's raining very heavily and the water levels are very high and the

force of water in the river is very high so it is not advisable to go

in the river right now but during the non monsoon time you can also sit in the

water you there are different rock formations over there and you can sit

and enjoy but right now you can just go there and enjoy the view look at and

even in that space they arranged tents so and you can see there is a shade over

there so during the rainy season it's not a problem

the tents won't get wet and you can sleep in the nature with the sound of river

beautiful heavy rains from the morning apparently the lawn is kind of

muddy

so this is a kind of a beautiful infinity pool there is a river down

there

the pool is not deep it's like four feet they have beautiful trees over here

this bridge is very nice you can walk down the bridge and sit and just listen to the beautiful sound of the river

it's lunchtime now bhakari pithala daal chicken curry and rice

You should definitely definitely give this place a try don't forget by the foothills

Today in military history, 1965,

U.S. Marines repel an attack by violent waves

of Viet Cong troops just miles from Da Nang

in central Vietnam.

During the war, Da Nang was home to a major airbase

that was used by south Vietnamese and U.S. forces.

56 guerrilla fighters were killed during the assault,

including a 13-year-old Vietnamese boy

who had been selling drinks to the Marines

the day before.

A search of his body revealed a drawing

detailing the Marine positions,

another reminder to U.S. forces that some civilians

were providing intelligence to the enemy.

Nearly 10 years later in the wake of the U.S. withdrawal

from the conflict, Da Nang finally fell

to Communist forces.

Russian nuclear bombers spotted near North Korea – fighters scrambled to intercept

Two of Vladimir Putin's nuclear capable Tu-95 "Bears" were detected flying over the Sea of Japan. Fighter jets from Tokyo's JASDF were scrambled to intercept the two planes as they turned to circle Japan's northern-most island of Hokkaido.

The Japanese defence ministry confirmed the arrival of the warplanes, which left the Pacific without entering their air space. Russia's warplanes flew over just days after the US dispatched a nuclear B-2 bomber over the Pacific.

Earlier this year, Putin's bombers buzzed buzzed Japan twice in what was described as a "clear message" to the White House. Tu-95s – dubbed by NATO as Bears – are four engined propellor aircraft designed for long-range strategic bombing runs.

The planes can carry up to 16.5 tons worth of bombs and has been is service since the height of the Cold War.

They can fly at 575mph at heights of up to 45,000ft – being crewed by seven men – and have nuclear bombs in their arsenal.

The show of force from Russia comes as tensions rage in the Asia-Pacific amid a war of words between Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un.

Russia has called for calm in the region – along with China – as both sides threaten the other with annihilation. US forces have been packing into the region as the world awaits the arrival of Trump for a tour next week.

Putin has urged both North Korea and the US to back down from military confrontation amid threats of annihilation. He has warned any attempt by Trump to launch a preemptive strike on North Korea would end in disaster.

Tensions between Russia and the US are also strained over accusation of election hacking, the war in Syria, the annexation of Crimea and the NATO build-up in the Baltic.

North Korea's latest threat was a doubling down in their promise to detonate a nuclear weapon over the Pacific – dubbed the Juche Bird.

This would be considered their most dangerous provocation yet and could spark World War 3. Daily Star Online revealed which side Russia would take if the US attacked North Korea.
