Today we will see how to cook Chicken Malai Kabab in Restaurant style

Chicken Malai Kabab is a favourite dish for most of the Non-vegetarians

Usually we go to restaurants to have this Chicken Malai Kabab

Actually we can cook this Kabab variety at home similar to restaurant style

First, let's see the ingredients required to cook Chicken Malai Kabab

Chicken – ½ kg, cut the boneless chicken into medium sized pieces and wash them well

Drain them and then pat them very well to get rid of excess moisture

Curd - 2 tbsp, use thick curd, if required drain the excess water from curd

Lemon Juice - 2 tbsp

Ginger + Garlic + Green Chillies - 1.5 tbsp

This should be roughly grinded without water

Corn Flour - 1.5 tbsp

Black Pepper - 1.5 tbsp

Garam Masala - 1/2 tbsp

Salt - To Taste

Cheese - 1/2 Cup, sharp grated

Cooking Oil - 2 tbsp

Mix Cheese 2 tbsp & Oil ½ tbsp, this is to coat the chicken while cooking

Before start cooking this, we need to marinate the chicken with all the ingredients

Let's see how to marinate the chicken

Take 2 tbsp of thick curd

Add ½ cup of sharp graded cheese

Add 1 ½ tbsp of Ginger + Garlic + Green Chillies paste

Add 1 tbsp of black Pepper powder

Add Garam Masala powder ½ tbsp

Add Salt to taste

Add 2 tbsp of Lemon Juice

Now mix all these ingredients to make it as paste

This is enough

Now add Chicken pieces to it

Mix this well

Let it marinate the chicken with all the ingredients for an hour

Add 2 tbsp of cooking oil and 1 ½ tbsp of corn flour

Mix well

Now string the chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a little bit of space in between

Let's do this for other chicken pieces as well

Now all the chicken pieces are well stringed in kabab skewers

Charcoal grill is also ready now

Brush oil over the Charcoal grill mesh before placing the chicken skewers in

So that the chicken will not stick to it while cooking

Chicken Malai Kabab tastes well when it cooked in Charcoal grill

Let's place and arrange this skewers one by one on the grill

We are using cotton cloth instead of brush to coat oil over chicken while cooking

Just turn the skewers for every three minutes to cook on all sides

Brush oil over the meat whenever turning the chicken skewers

Grill the Chicken for approximately 12 – 15 minutes (keep an eye on them, do not overcook them)

Now this is ready, the flavour is excellent

You will get this excellent taste when you cook it using charcoal grill

The smoke due to cheese melting into fire is the major reason for excellent flavour and taste

We have not added any artificial meat tenderizers or colours

We have cooked it in tasty and healthy way

Transfer the chicken onto the serving plate and serve with coriander chutney, onion & lemon

This should be served immediately

If you cooking in gas stove, just place the skewers on a pre-heated pan

and add cheese + oil on chicken and pan

let it cook for 15 mins including all the sides of the chicken pieces.

Just burn a charcoal in stove and place it inside the pan and pour a ½ tbsp of oil or cheese on top of it

Keep it close for about 2 – 3 mins to get that real grilled flavour in Chicken Malai Kabab

Today I am going to tell you how to make Dal Makhani

Lets start with the ingredients

First of all we are having 1 cup split black gram and 1/4 cup red kidney beans that were soaked over night

Boil them with 1 tsp cooking oil and salt (according to taste)

Next we are having 1 medium size onion cut into small pieces and 3 medium size tomatoes cut into small pieces

After this we are having finely chopped 1 inch ginger, 1/2 tsp ground spices, 1/2 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder, red chilli powder and salt (both according to taste)

Then we are having 3-4 tbsp butter and 1 cup fresh cream

In the end we are having cooking oil (as required) and water (as required)

Lets start our recipe

Take a cooking pan and put it on high flame. Add 2 tbsp cooking oil and 1 tbsp butter into it. Let them heat

After this add grated ginger slices, onion and tomato pieces into it. Add all the powder ingredients into it

Add little water into it. Mix them well and let them cook

All the ingredients are cooked perfectly. Now add boiled split black gram and red kidney beans into it

If you don't want to use red kidney beans then you can use split chickpeas in place of it

Add 1 tbsp butter and 2 cups water into it. Cover the pan with a lid and cook on medium flame for another 10-15 min

Its been 10-15 min and everything is cooked perfectly. Lower the flame and add 1 tbsp butter and 1 tbsp cream into it

Mix them well. Switch off the flame and dish out
