Auto news on Youtube Feb 18 2019

Hello everyone welcome back to PJ Chen Design channel. Today we're gonna talk

about two really useful command, one is called "Splop" and the other one is called

"Flow Along Surface". I've been talking about flow along surface a lot in my

tutorials, but I would like to introduce this new interesting command, and show

you the differences and similarity. Are you ready! Let's get started!

first of all, let me show you how I get this bead. I'm gonna make it on this side. We are going

to create the sphere. It can be any size. For this demonstration, I'm

just gonna grab whatever size there as a sphere, and then what we gonna do is, I

want to top and the bottom is being cut off. Okay so I want to cut off the exact size

both on the top and the bottom. I'm going to use the "mirror" command, and I'm going to

mirror to the other side, and using those two curve to trim the top and the bottom

off. Now we have this surface. Let's create the inside as well. You could just

"loft" it, and get a straight wall there. but I like it have a little bit nice round

edges, so I'm going to use the command it's called "blend surface". I'm going to

blend from this edge to this edge. okay make sure the arrows are aligned. Then you get

something like this. Now you can control it like how thick the blend and

how much of a curve that you want. I basically want something like this. Let's

use the command "Create UV Curve". It is living under the Curve. You have curve

from the object, and you have "Create UV Curve". We're gonna create UV curve on

this one. Let's move it close to where we want to position it, and then we wanted

to do is using the "linear array".

We're gonna set up five, going somewhere like this.

and then Lets use the curve we create and make into the surface by

"surface from the planar curve" looking at the side view, you want to make sure that this

bottom of this is sinking under the surface. That would be sinking into the bead.

So you have a better intersection. Let's got to use the commands called

"flow along surface". We're gonna pick up the object, click one of the corner make

sure that you want to record the history, and then we're coming back here to click

on the corner that is close to the corner when it's flat. Okay so now we have the

pattern is flow to the surface we can do some change here. Let's say if I change

my mind, I need to have this one a little bit bigger, for example, and then you will

notice that since we record a history so it will follow it. Let's say I want to have

this be smaller and also move it close to this end, and you can see it is

following, so you can actually change the position the size it may take some time

depends on how complicated your form is. The computer will need to work a lot to

recalculate this. okay so this is "Flow Along Surface". Now let's do the

comparison for the command call "Splop" and what the splop mean is I'm going to

have this one directly on the surface spontaneous just looking at where I want

to drop. So what we gonna do is to create a reference point. So let's take a look

on the top view, We're gonna come over here to drop a dot right in the middle

if possible, and let's take a look on the dot and see where the position is.

It's currently a little bit lower then I want. I want to move it a little bit

taller, so this is the reference the middle of a reference point.

okay make sure our point is on on the Osnap, and we're gonna use command "Splop"

and then we're gonna pick up the object first, and then the snap into the

point and track a circle or sphere coming out this is showing the boundary

of your reference so I want to get it roughly close to the edge there alright

feel like nothing happened let's take a look on the perspective we're gonna come

over here and pick up our surfers all right and you see that my mouse is right

there I'm going to click and drag and you can also rotate the angle if you

want to. Alright so that's one, and I feel like I wanted to have one over here.

so click and drag and moving the angle. So if your surface

is a little bit more complicated instead of a bead, and let's say I drag it way too

big like something like this. You're going to see something like that and

sometime this will fold over and it won't look nice. You just need to do

a test and see how it goes. So maybe we want to have one more. This time I want

to choose a "rigid=yes" (in the option) what that means is when I splop on this one. my

bottom is almost flat for example, and then because this surface is

curved so it will deform to make it hopping on the surface. So on this

final test, I'm going to do Rigid=yes and let's do a test and see

what happened. Notice that this one will keep more like

original shape, and they won't change. If you have a stone on it I will suggest

you keep the rigid=yes, so yours stone won't deform it. okay once

you like everything just click ENTER. then you will get the splop on. I hope you

enjoy the video don't forget to click the subscription and also the little

bell next it. so you will get a notification whenever

I have a new video. Thank you for watching. I'll see you next.

The Umbrella Academy is a superhero story with a * big * difference [Videos] - Duration: 4:48.

Before Luther (Tom Hopper) came home after the death of his adoptive father, wealthy entrepreneur, and world-renowned scientist Sir Reginald Hargreeves (Colm Feore), he had lived on the moon for four years, cutting off a predictably lonely figure The moment of relief from his isolated existence was when the sun came into view and sparkled over the polycarbonate of his astronaut helmet before it gradually fell out of sight

"I was not good enough, number one," Luther said as he discovered the truth. "I could not cut it, so he sent me away

" While chimpanzees speak, time-shifting and shifting reality attract attention, deep-rooted destructive emotions are the centerpiece of The Umbrella Academy – and and not the ability of children to manipulate reality or the Summon dead ones

The exceptional talents of Luther and his siblings play a vital role, offering humorous plays that dazzle the senses and provide a much needed respite from family tensions and self-hatred

Unlike Daredevil [194590209] Arrow and numerous other superhero Shows, the Hargreeves family will not solve their problems with the help of Usi brutal strength and cunning, but through family reconciliation and healing

It is Vanya's pain that finally verur the apocalypse gently, and not their telekinetic abilities, after Sir Reginald Allison (Emmy Raver-Lampman) instructed to use her own power to manipulate her sister

"I've heard a rumor that you think you're just ordinary," whispered the supernaturally convincing Allison, and Vanya put the ball up and could not shake off that feeling as she stood in the shadow of her super-siblings , 19659021] Umbrella Academy "title =" Umbrella Academy "class =" Lazyimage Lazyoad "data-src =" https://hips
