Today's question is: "What were the seven last words of Jesus Christ on the cross and

what do they mean?"

In this video I'll answer that question from a biblical perspective.

Afterwards, I'll share some helpful resources, so stick around until the end.

The seven statements that Jesus Christ made on the cross were (not in any particular order):

(1) Matthew 27:46 tells us that about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice,

saying, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?" which means, "My God, my God, why have you

forsaken me?"

Here, Jesus was expressing His feelings of abandonment as God placed the sins of the

world on Him—and because of that, God had to "turn away" from Jesus.

As Jesus was feeling that weight of sin, He was experiencing a separation from God for

the only time in all of eternity.

This was also a fulfillment of the prophetic statement in Psalm 22:1.

(2) "Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing" (Luke 23:34).

Those who crucified Jesus were not aware of the full scope of what they were doing because

they did not recognize Him as the Messiah.

While their ignorance of divine truth did not mean they deserved forgiveness, Christ's

prayer in the midst of their mocking Him is an expression of the limitless compassion

of divine grace.

(3) "I tell you the truth, today you will be with me in paradise" (Luke 23:43).

In this passage, Jesus is assuring one of the criminals on the cross that when he died,

he would be with Jesus in heaven.

This was granted because even at the hour of his death, the criminal had expressed his

faith in Jesus, recognizing Him for who He was (Luke 23:42).

(4) "Father, into Your hands I commit my spirit" (Luke 23:46).

Here, Jesus is willingly giving up His soul into the Father's hands, indicating that

He was about to die – and that God had accepted His sacrifice.

He "offered up Himself unblemished to God" (Hebrews 9:14).

(5) "Dear Woman, here is your son!" and "Here is your mother!"

When Jesus saw His mother standing near the cross with the Apostle John, whom He loved,

He committed His mother's care into John's hands.

And from that hour John took her unto his own home (John 19:26-27).

In this verse Jesus, ever the compassionate Son, is making sure His earthly mother is

cared for after His death.

(6) "I am thirsty" (John 19:28).

Jesus was here fulfilling the Messianic prophecy from Psalm 69:21: "They put gall in my food

and gave me vinegar for my thirst."

By saying He was thirsty, He prompted the Roman guards to give Him vinegar, which was

customary at a crucifixion, thereby fulfilling the prophecy.

(7) "It is finished!"

(John 19:30).

Jesus' last words meant that His suffering was over and the whole work His Father had

given Him to do, which was to preach the Gospel, work miracles, and obtain eternal salvation

for His people, was done, accomplished, fulfilled.

The debt of sin was paid.

remote collars dont train dogs, What Would Jeff Do? Dog Training Tip of the Day #106 - Duration: 2:56.

- Hey everybody, how are you?

Jeff Gellman of Solid K9 Training with my

What Would Jeff Do? Dog Training Tip of the Day.

Tip number 106,

on your remote collar, there's a vibrate button

so it's vibrate.

Some of them have a tone button

so it will make a tone, it makes a sound.

We don't use those.

We just use the shock, the stim, call it what you want.

If you're not familiar with remote collars

it's not shock like sticking your fingers into an outlet.

It's actually similar to a TENS unit,

trans-epidural neurological stimulator

but it is adjustable from low to high.

It goes from zero to a 100, at least on this model.

The point being, a lot of times

folks are using the vibrate button and it's either

too much for the dog or not enough.

It's usually too much when the dog is calm

and dogs blow through it when they're in drive.

And then tone, people will say well,

I pressed tone and nothing happened.

First of all, remote collars aren't training dogs.

Dog training is training dogs.

The remote collar is a communication device

that communicates the training.

We can go into this in a whole another tip

just like food doesn't train dogs, training trains dogs

and their food can either be a lure or a reward

but if you hold a bunch of kibble in front of a dog

and tell it to roll over, it's not gonna just

miraculously roll over

and the same thing with the remote collar.

No matter how many buttons you push,

no matter how many times, no matter if you do it low

or if you do it high, the dog's not gonna roll over.

There's still a training component in both of those things.

We're both food trainers and we actually lay

a remote collar on that.

So the reason why tone doesn't work,

it's no different than a whistle doesn't work for recall

unless you've trained the dog what it means.

So what we never want anybody to do

is just grab a remote collar

and either tell a dog to do something and push a button

or if a dog does something wrong, push a button

without it knowing what it means but that's the training.

It comes in the owner's manual.

Most people are not abusing these tools.

We're not gonna go down that conversation another time.

But I wanted to address vibrate and tone

and a lot of people also use the vibrate and tone

'cause it sounds more gentler than shock.

But guess what, I've seen dogs pee themselves with vibrate

and then I've also seen dogs could care less about vibrates

and then tone has zero meaning other than like,

what the heck was that

but it doesn't make your dog do something.

What happens when you put Styrofoam cups into Acetone? - Duration: 3:16.

Hello everyone, this is Miki Igarashi, science girl

I am Anahiko

Nice to meet you

The golden week is coming up

What is your plan?

I will do some experiments class

You work so hard

There is quite an attractive cup on the table

Maybe some kid will see this cup during golden week

It is a cup for snow cones

-strawberry taste -Ok

Not that

No treat?

When I add this to a transparent liquid...

Add it in

Half gone!

It melts

We will discover the secret of this transparent liquid

I see

So, let's science!

The transparent liquid you saw was

Nail Polish Remover

You may have seen your mother use it before

You use it when you remove the manicure from your fingers

For today

-So much -I have this much today

That is a lot!

Using this huge amount of nail polish remover,

I want to melt a lot of cups

So I will add this in

Anahiko count down with me, 3, 2, 1

Ready?

3, 2, 1

Wowow

It's disappearing so fast

The tower of snow cone cup collapsed

No remains left...

All of it melted

How was it , Anahiko?

Surprised

The snow cone cup tower collapsed in a second

Right? It can melt a Styrofoam cup in an instant

Why did it melt?

The answer is,

The Acetone in the nail polish remover

melts the Styrofoam

and the tower collapsed

I have a question

You didn't happen to spray the nail polish remover

on the right half of the face, did you?

This half? It was like this from the beginning

Oh, that was right!

The word Styrofoam got my attention so...

What are you made of?

Styrofoam

Don't spray it! Stop! Stop! Stop!

Well, that is that

That was fun

It was

So see you again!

If you felt this program was fun, push the good button

and please subscribe

Please do!

And, if you have any experiment you want MIKI to do,

-Please write on the comment section -I will be waiting!

Why Bad things happen to Good people | What is Good What is Bad | Part 2 - Duration: 11:59.

Kushner said I am a rabbi I have never done anything bad in my life

and my child was born with this disease my child there is no question of doing

anything bad why did I suffer why did my child suffer his God truly

just

from God we can expect perfect justice

but the problem arises when in the court of God we see injustice what injustice

why are we seeing bad things happening to good people this makes us all squeal

why this person is so nice why are bad things happening to him or

her obviously the reverse good things

happening to bad people and that shakes our faith

yo Swamiji is giving you a paradigm that grow from within and succeed in life and

Swamiji in the world we see the reverse it is the chalu the chant the person

who's clever and who knows all the tricks of the trade who's succeeding

what are you teaching me about how to succeed in life once I was asked to give

a lecture on his topic so I said let's ask mr. Google first I googled why do

bad things happen to good people and I came up in 1 million websites this is

not alone my question this is the question of millions of people it's the

question of majority of the people there was a Jewish rabbi called Harold Kushner

he wrote a book on this theme what happened was he had a child who

developed progeria progeria is a disease that causes premature eating his poor

child started growing prematurely and in front of his eyes by the age of

Oh team he was manifesting the symptoms of an eighty-year-old and then he passed

away it created a lot of questions in Kushner's mind Kushner said I am a rabbi

I have never done anything bad in my life and my child was born with this

disease my child there is no question of doing anything bad why did I suffer

why did my child suffer is God truly just so he considered two possibilities

either God is not all good as we are thinking him to be he's got a streak of

evil or mysteriousness in him that's why he is doing mad to good people

oh he is not all-powerful he wishes to do good but he loses out because there

is the Satan and then Satan is victorious so he considered these two

alternatives and he concludes in his book that God cannot be having any evil

in him otherwise he's not God he settled for the second alternative that he wants

to do good but then you know Satan is so powerful and God is not all-powerful so

he uses out this was his analysis but this analysis is not very accurate from

the way--but perspective we don't believe there is any Satan because if

there is a Satan who created Satan God created her why did God create as Natan

there is no such thing as Satan there is only God

the absence of God just like light and darkness are they two entities like

darkness no darkness is not an entity the absence of light is darkness when a

room is dark is there something in it no it's only light being absent is heat and

cold two different entities of course not you keep taking away the heat and

what remains is cold that is why you cool something remove the heat until

something reaches absolute zero you cannot cool it further because you

have removed all the heat in other words cold is just the absence of heat so

similarly there is no being called Satan who's the source of evil it is our

distance from God that is creating this evil then why is it that God is allowing

bad things to happen to good people this is what we are going to discuss and the

discussion is going to throw up some very deep roots you know the more

complex the question the deeper is the truth that it analysts and that is what

is going to happen in today's discussion let us first of all consider what is a

good thing and what is a bad thing when we say why are bad things happening to

good people what is a good thing and what is

bad thing life is a continuum of events where some things are pleasant some

things are unpleasant there was once a Chinese farmer he had

this patch of land where he lived with his family and one big horse came

running in a wild horse now horses are expensive and it was a

poor country so the neighbors came to congratulate Wow

you have got a free horse such a good thing has happened to you the wild horse

ran into your farm the farmer said good thing bad thing God alone knows a few

days went by the horse that was now living in the farm it ran away back into

the wilderness the neighbors came to commiserate so bad your horse is lost

what a bad thing has happened to you he said good thing bad thing this the

future will let us know a few more days went by that horse which ran away it

gathered its twenty friends other horses and ran back with twenty friends the

neighbors came to say my god you have hit a bonanza twenty-three horses what a

nice thing he said nice thing or a bad thing that I am not so sure

a few more days went by and the farmers young son he was trying to tame one of

those 20 horses and he was thrown off this wild horse as a console

ones of which his leg suffered multiple fractures now he was lying in bed and

the doctor told him you will need complete two years to recover the

neighbors again came to give their two pens they said Oh Rama Rama Rama what a

terrible thing he said terrible or wonderful let us see a few months went

by the neighboring Kingdom declared war on this kingdom and the poor King had a

little army to strengthen his army he asked his soldiers to go and recruit all

the youth between the ages of 18 and 24 from the countryside the soldiers went

around the children of all the neighboring farmers were recruited and

send into the battleground without certainty of their coming back

or not this farmer's son was lying there with a fractured leg the soldier said

let him be so now what was a good thing and what is a bad thing how do you

decide the factors there are always these dualities of events taking place

in our life we wish to lead a linear existence nothing unpleasant and

uncomfortable should happen to me but the fact is those things which are

apparently painful and difficult and challenging also benefit us in so many

ways and later on we say oh this was a blessing in disguise the difficulties

become opportunities for progress that is the way this life is

Scott Pruitt To Limit What Science The EPA Can Use - Duration: 1:23.

Hey everybody, Scott Pruitt here.

Head of the "Environmental Protection Agency."

Like that's even a thing.

Anywhoo, 1000s of egg head scientists

and hippies who like to "breathe air"

are upset that I'm attempting

to limit the types of science that the EPA can use.

But why believe in regular BORING

peer reviewed science

when you can believe in something much more fun!?!

A little something I call science...

FICTION!

Or alt-science.

Whatever you want to call it.

Let me give you an example!

This new science fiction report from the coal industry

says that coal is CLEAN

and that CARBON is actually GOOD for you!

In fact, I'm gonna eat a piece of coal right now

to prove it.

Nom nom nom nom nom nom nom.

Cough.

Take that science.

(Vomits)

Oh god I'm sick.

I changed my mind.

Science, help me!

What to Eat in Merida 5 Food Experiences You Must Have - Food Bloggers Recommend Merida Mexico Food - Duration: 9:04.

In this video where going to show you what to eat in Mérida, and 5 different food experiences

you must try in when you are here.

We have the amazing duo of Tommo and Megsy of FoodFunTravel who have eaten their way

through over 85 countries and have been living here the last 15 months showing us three of

their favorite food experiences.

We also have our good friend, Nathan Aguilera of FoodieFlashpacker.com who's also been living

here and he's also going to show us what to eat in Mérida.

So let's go to Tommo and get this video started with our first food experience.

[Music Playing in Background]

So botanas translates directly as snacks in English and essentially it means you are getting

free food whenever you order a drink.

And everyone likes free food right.

[Music Playing]

So they bring out so many dishes but one of our favorites is called Niño Envueltos.

Which is actually meaning wrapped children.

It's sort of weird, but, the actual dish itself does not have any children in it.

Definitely one of our favorite dishes and they don't always bring stuff out unless you

ask so do make sure you ask for niño envuelto otherwise they'll just bring you food and

you might not necessarily get exactly that dish.

Another reason we really like Eladio's is because it's all locals every time we go there

we're very unlikely to see another tourist.

It's locals having fun they are getting up and dancing.

Everynight of the week, everyday of the week pretty much.

They are bringing out all this food for everyone you order a couple drinks and it's just continuous.

Alright this morning we are in Parque Santiago and we're going into the Santiago Mercado

where there is a street food Restaurant we really love called La Lupita.

[Music Playing]

Bienvenido a La Taqueria Lupita

Not only is the food incredible here [laughing] it's some of the best street food in Mérida.

The very first thing you should come and order is the Lechon Panuchos.

Ok so these are the panuchos.

So it's a tortilla, that has been sort of split open and they stuff it with refried

beans and then they fry it, and on it we've got Lechon, which is just a slow roasted pork.

And then on top we've got the Chicharrón.

So this is the same sort of pork fat but it's just been super dupe extra fried.

This stuff is the Cuerito, which is the skin it literally means little leather.

So much liquid going on there.

OMG it's just, it's so rich it's like a greasy and juicy in all the best possible ways.

Definitely not a first date food, but when you're a little bit used to each other like

we are.

You just shove it right in your face.

[Music Playing]

El Haguey is an awesome food experience it's one of our favorite restaurants because, unlike

other restaurants along the beach in that area.

It's actually on the beach.

So they can get their chairs and tables out on the sand.

Or they've got a swim up bar just off the beach.

[Music Playing]

Absolute main thing you have to try is the shrimp and octopus in bone marrow.

Now I know it sounds a little bit weird, but actually they mix it all in with bone marrow,

with butter and it's actually served in a log.

Would you call it a log?

It's the bone.

It's a bone

A log of bone.

It's delicious, one of my other favorites is just a simple guacamole. and it comes with

prawns all around the outside and you just scoop that prawn into the creamy guac I, I

love it.

What do you like?

I'm a massive fan of their crunchy fish tacos.

Which are cornflake crusted pieces of fish perfectly deep fried.

Through them on a wheat tortilla and add a bit of cabbage and some salsas and things.

A bit of mayo and your nailing it a really perfect baja style fish taco.

[Music Playing]

Cheers [glasses clinking]

Glad you are here.

I'm going to take you, show you a couple of my favorite spots to eat.

First we'll go to a market to try authentic al pastor tacos.

Then we'll go to one of my favorite restaurants and try some local Yucatecan dishes.

[Scott] Ok so the Pastor Taco place.

What makes that such a special food experience?

[Nathan] It's cool cause it's a Yucatecan fusion food.

The lebanese people brought it over here.

It's a variation of their shwarma.

It's a cooking technique, they make huge shwarma with lamb meat and it's been adapted for Yucatecan

area.

[Scott] Oh interesting, and what's the adaptation?

[Nathan] Pork instead of Lamb meat.

[Music Playing]

I recommend for your first time getting the classic Pastor Tacos.

Ok, Sounds good.

As it turns on the fire, the meat will get crispy and they will shave it off directly

into the taco.

[Megan] I think I could eat a hundred of those, how many do you think you could eat?

[Nathan] Let's find out

[Laughter]

[Music Playing]

I think this place is really special because it's very local.

This is where you'll find a lot of the local people doing their shopping.

Everything from food, to clothes, flowers, it's a huge fish market, vegetables, fruit,

you could even by a pet here.

I recommend when you come here trying the original Al Pastor Tacos they do a really

good version of them here and you can always tell when somewhere is good when it's filled

with locals.

Of all the stalls this one is always filled with locals.

[Music Playing]

And then after that we'll head to Manjar Blanco.

One of my favorite restaurants here in Mérida.

It's just better versions of all your favorite market foods.

[Music Playing]

May we please start with Palos Salbutes.

These beans are my favorite we swear they have crack in them.

This is my favorite.

This is so good, everytime this is so good.

Best place in Merida to get it.

This is cochinita Bebil.

This is very Yucatecan.

Typically you'd put this on a tortilla or you could have it with these crack beans.

I love this.

This is another one of my dishes that has a lot of outside influence on it.

This one is, it's really good.

Consistently here.

[Scott] Alright it's time for a recap, what was your favorite food experience.

[Megan] I'd have to say my favorite was going to be the seafood at El Haguey and the beach

day.

All the good stuff there, all the good stuff.

How about you?

[Scott] Probably the pastor tacos.

I just liked how easy it was it was right there at the local market.

You got to walk through the market going in there and then the flavor was really good.

So we hope you liked the video if you do, please go ahead and give Tom & Meg of FoodFunTravel.com

some love.

Their launching a new podcast called "The Dish."

[Tom] & one of the things that we're going to be talking about in the first episode is

Taco's.

So it's going to stick with the Mexican theme, and there's going to be loads more food episodes

as we explore famous dishes from all around the world and the history of those dishes.

[Megan] Go and check it out and also go and check out Nathan at FoodieFlashPacker.com

as he eats his way around the world.

Well let's toast to that. Here's to Mexico.

[Megan making noises]

[Scott] That's pretty good

[Megan] Oh, I should have brought my Jaguar whistle-e-e-e-.

Why did you do that?

I'll punch you in your sleep tonight.

[laughing]

[Scott] Weirdo

[kiss] [Megan] The food of the Yucatán is delicious.

[Honking Horn in the background]

[Megan] oh that lovely horn in the background

came up with Tutor Perry core you know we've got its twenty one point twenty

two today it's something traded on the stock market I don't know what it is

but then when I go down here TCP comm the official website for the TCP network

Oh interesting isn't that interesting here

so how all these TCPS how artificial intelligence I'm assuming artificial

intelligence mixed with people is pulling some of the stuff up because

that's what I'm guessing based on trends the most popular ones that are talked

about and some of them that are sponsored because the sponsored ones are

paid and so that's the paid product placement and so then they're gonna be

pulled up so if they're like there's a golf event that's gonna be a tent pole

Tent the tent pole you know tent-polling it's a tent pole trend and

oh my gosh some of these tent pole trends could go on for decades actually

I mean they come around once a year but some of them can tent pole over a five or

ten year period but yeah I just wanted to see what TCP was and and this is what

I have no idea what it is what TCP I

don't know what it is there's something down here about granite Construction

skanska a B so I have no idea what TCP is it's on the New York Stock Exchange

let's see if I can find some news about the company itself it must be something

those seniors I went to the seniors golf in Iowa I was invited to go there and

then I even took pictures of I think there's Jim Thorpe

jim thorpe and some of the other guys were there so I took pictures and then I

found out later I wasn't supposed to take pictures but I did anyway

it was kind of fun watching them so yeah I hid my camera and took pictures of

them but I think it was yeah it was sponsored by Wells Fargo it was called

the Allianz or something like that but anyway I just wanted to show this little

synchronicity and kind of show how my brain works with connecting trends and

the alphabet okay thank you guys and I'll see you soon - love you

What Influences Body Image? (It's Not Just You) - Duration: 7:03.

Samantha Skelly: In this video I'm going to talk to you about what influences body image,

and something important to remember, it's probably not you.

What's up, Phoenix?

My name is Samantha Skelly, and I am the founder of Hungry for Happiness, and if you truly

want to end the battle with food and your body, you've come to the right place, so be

sure to subscribe to the channel, hit the bell.

I release these videos every single Thursday to give you high value content to truly end

the battle between food and your body.

[00:00:30] Okay, so let's talk about the three big things that truly influence the way that

you feel about your body.

Number one, conditioning society.

Think about when you were growing up, how many conditions you had around how you felt

about yourself.

[00:01:00] I want to relate it back to the whole complex of, "You're the fat girl, you're

the one with big bones."

If someone says something to you on the school ground when you're really young, you're going

to metabolize that, and you're going to take that in as truth, and your whole life you're

going to be creating evidence as to why that's true.

It's a story, it's an identity that's not yours.

It was conditioned on you from either your parents, someone at school, society, whatever

it is, and so what is really important to remember is asking yourself, "What do I believe

to be true about myself?

What do I believe to be true about myself?"

[00:01:30] If you are unclear about that, ask yourself, "What do I want to create?

How do I want to feel in our bodies?"

Our identities drive everything, and so if you have an identity around the fact that

you're the fat girl, or you're the fat guy, or whatever it is, ask yourself, "Where is

that being driven from?

Who told me that?

Do I believe that?

Why did I choose to take that on?"

[00:02:00] Maybe you weren't even aware that you took it on at such a young age, but it's

present now.

Just like we are the creators of everything that's in our lives, we're also the destroyers.

We can destroy the things that are not serving us so that we can create things that are in

alignment.

Ask yourself, "What's the reality of what I want, and what is the new identity or story

that I get to create to allow that to become a reality?"

Our identities shape everything for us.

[00:02:30] Number two, and this is an obvious one, but social media.

We get it that this is obvious, but are you still following #Thinspiration and all that

garbage that is making you feel like you're awful looking, and you have horrible whatever,

and you're not perfect?

I did that for years.

I was constantly scrolling through all of this thinspiration, and fitspiration, and

it just made me feel like shit constantly.

Social media is a beautiful tool, but filter it for yourself.

Filter it under the filter of happiness.

How does this make me feel when I look at this image?

If it makes you feel depleted, if it makes you feel sad, if you're comparing yourself,

get rid of it.

Don't even ask yourself the question.

[00:03:00] Why are you addicted to the struggle of comparing yourself to other people?

Get clear with yourself and ask yourself, "How do I want to feel, and what do I need

to filter in my feed for me to feel more of those sensations?"

[00:03:30] You know, here's the thing, happiness is our natural state as humans, we just kind

of screw it up along the way.

We become addicted to struggling, we think that if I compare myself enough, I can shame

my way to happiness, and everything will be perfect.

No, no.

Filter your information.

Follow people who inspire you, who light you up, like Hungry for Happiness.

Just kidding, not really though.

But filter your information so that it makes your soul feel really good, because ultimately,

when we are feeling good, we're going to do things that allow us to feel even more of

that.

If we're feeling bad about ourselves, we're going to binge eat, and we're going to go

down that rabbit hole.

If we're feeling so nourished, and so alive, and so vibrant, we're going to choose to do

things that are just going to escalate that even more.

[00:04:00] What are you choosing, and how are you filtering that information on a regular

basis?

What we have to understand is what we achieve in our external world has nothing to do with

our body image, nothing to do with our body image.

So often, we use our body as like, "I can't apply for that job because I'm not skinny

enough yet," or, "I can't put myself out there," or, "I can't date that boy," or, "I can't

do this."

Ignore all of that.

[00:04:30] Maybe you have a story around like, "Skinny girls get what they want," or whatever

that is.

I don't know what your story is, but get clear on what that is, and understand that self-worth

and the feeling of feeling good in your body is going to come from within.

Happiness is an inside out job.

You're never going to force your way into happiness, it's all going to come from you

creating it internally, and creating it in your body.

[00:05:00] There's so many videos on my channel about this, and so if you have not gotten

into that, go check those out.

Understand that you achieving, and you hustling for your worth is not going to make you feel

any better about your body.

Know that it's an inside out job.

It does not come from anything in your external world.

[00:05:30] Okay, in a moment here, I am going to share with you my ninja strategy that took

me from an intense hatred of my body, into a loving and peaceful state, but before I

do that, if you've not gotten in on our Five Day Food Freedom Challenge, go do that what.

What are you waiting for?

It's a totally free five day challenge where I'm going to walk you through step, by step,

by step and give you tools and strategies to finally end the battle you have with food

and your body.

If you've not done that yet, click the link below, and go do that.

All right, so my number one ninja strategy, here we go.

Honesty.

Be honest with where you're at.

Don't kid yourself.

If you hate your body, looking in the mirror and saying, "I love my body," a thousand times

a day is not going to make you love your body.

You've got to be honest where you're at.

Acceptance is everything.

[00:06:00] I accept the fact that I do not like my body right now, and my intention is

to learn to love my body.

I did a video on this, and it's called The Negative Side of Body Positivity.

Go check it out if you're unclear about what I mean by that, but we have to be honest with

where we're at, because once we have the honesty, then we have the acceptance, and from that

place we can truly transform.

If we hate our bodies and we're trying to convince ourselves that we love our bodies,

it's not going to work.

Sorry.

Go check out that video so you know what I mean.

[00:06:30] All right, if you liked this video, give me a thumbs up.

If you didn't like it, give me a thumbs down.

Let me know in the comments below if you have any questions about anything else.

If you have a video you want me to share, let me know in the comments, let's get the

conversation going.

I am here to support you to end the battle with food and your body, so however I can

be of service to you to make sure that gets done, let's do this together.

Thank you so much, have an amazing day, and we'll see you next Thursday.

Bye for now.

What is an Envelope Filter? | Synthesizer | Music Production | Berklee Online - Duration: 1:28.

Envelope.

The word envelope is one that pops up a whole lot in sound design

and can be challenging to visualize.

Think of the word envelope in its noun form.

It's what you put a letter inside of to send away in the mail.

It's a thing that is, but since music is a thing that is happening, or happens,

it's more useful to think of the word in its verb form--

to envelop.

The definition of envelop is to completely enclose or surround,

which is exactly what an envelope does.

A paper envelope encloses a letter and, very much in the same way,

the envelopes on a synthesizer or [INAUDIBLE] take an audio signal

and wrap themselves around it, shaping and carving the sound from the moment

it begins until it ends.

Similar to how a filter shapes the timbre of a sound,

an envelope shapes the evolution of a sound.

The most common envelope you'll see is an amp envelope,

which shapes amplitude over time.

But there are many other possibilities.

Another common use of an envelope is to wrap itself

around a sound's brightness.

How Can We Know Who & What Information To Trust - Duration: 7:50.

How Can We Know Who & What Information To Trust

by Meashenu

Each week we ask a question in the Bridge To New Earth Facebook group and like to share

the question and answers we get. We will be sharing the admins answers here, but Feel

free to join the group to see answers from everyone in the group who participates

The answers may come from automatic writing, meditation, intuition, higher self, guides,

channeled, or from soul group.

Question #2: There is often is so many different viewpoints and a lot of the information seems

to conflict with other information. How can we know WHO & WHAT information to trust?

Heather

Knowing who to trust or what you should trust is not a matter of finding an outside

source. Its an internal mission. Each and every one of you have your truth and the ultimate

truth within you. As you ascend through your soul journeys you are in fact remembering

your own truth as well as working towards becoming one with the ultimate truth again.

Instances of a change in beliefs or no longer resonating with a specific person or ideology

is your own truth coming back to you. Sometimes you are shown what you do not agree with for

you to remember what you do. As each of you gain more knowledge you will instinctively

know where you stand. You will be confident and comfortable within your own knowing that

anything or anyone who does not fit will fall away from your frequency. The more work you

put into yourselves and the stronger you get the less you will feel the need to follow

others or to get answers from others. You are the truth and you should be trusting yourself.

-Archangel Michael

Genoveva

Within you the answers lie. You must look within to know the truth. Granted, everyone

may have or perceive a different truth because it can get muddled through the filters of

the Ego.

Fear not. Your heart will always vibrate when the truth, that is meant for you, is presented.

One will immediately hear a tiny voice say, No, that doesnt seem right, that

little voice is us, trying to tell you when the information you are receiving is not for

your highest good.

Trust and know that We are always looking after you. Trust and know that you are not

alone.

Follow your heart. It will never steer you wrong because that is where We live.

We love you! We cheer you on.

All for the One Creator.

Peace and love to you all.

-Higher Self

Meashenu

Who and what information to trust will resonate different for each us. We each have our own

reality and have to figure out what feels right to agree with or disagree with.

This comes from within, but how it comes from within can happen in various ways. It can

be a knowing, feeling, sensation, first impression, or other ways unique to you. I have found

that when I come across someone or information that is of a high vibration and a place of

love, light, and truth energy, its uplifting. I can feel the love and light energy & it

feels good to connect with that energy. I will often get a confirmation tingle. The

last few months I have started sneezing here & there (its always just a single sneeze)

which seemed random, but figured out that was an additional form of confirmation when

a thought crosses my head that I should pay attention to.

There have been a few live videos that ended up on my feed in Facebook recently of people

I immediately had to hide the video or unfollow who shared it. Right away without watching

the video there was this sense that the person didnt have energy that I resonated with.

Ive encountered people with possessed energy that are charging $150-200 a session to help

people. Ive tapped into energy of a video before and have gotten a sharp pain in my

head, which is a sign for me to stay away. Other times Ive found if the video is not

working for me or an article doesnt seem to want to load so I can read it, that is

also a sign.

Not long ago I went to get a haircut at one of the cheaper places. I was waiting and my

name was on the monitor/screen with other names. After waiting just a little bit, my

skin started reacting, like being very tingly and itchy in an uncomfortable way. It felt

like something was reacting really bad to my skin. At the same time my name just disappeared

off the monitor without anyone doing anything. I was reacting to one of the employees in

there, who was messing around with some really bad energy. I had to leave there and after

I got in my car and cleared my energy, that feeling went away. Ive noticed that same

feeling one other time since then and thats a big sign for me to immediately know theres

some negative energy coming into contact with me from somewhere.

So overall Ive found that if I pay attention then its fairly easy to determine if the

energy is a good fit for me. Also there are chances that someone is coming from a place

of love and light, but their information was just being interfered with and they are unaware

of it.

If I feel like checking into it further I can ask questions, such as:

-Is this person a clear channel? Have they put in the healing/clearing work for themselves?

-Are any entities or energies that are not of love and light attached or interfering

with this persons energy and messages?

-Was there any interference when they wrote this or did this video?

-Is this person and information coming from a place of love, light, and truth energies?

-If they are a channeler and channeling a specific being or group, can ask: Was this

person truly channeling Archangel Michael and did the information come through as it

was meant to without any interference?

Then I would just pay attention to what feelings I get when asking the questions or use a pendulum

as a way to double check if needed as well. You can ask any questions you feel you are

guided to.

I also like to be cautious when information comes through that is exactly what I want

to hear. A lot of this for me relates to some sort of event happening that fixes all my

problems for me, whether it be this wave/event that has been circulating, Pleiadians coming

and making first contact and will help us fix all our problems, or something else like

that. Whenever the information switches from guiding to empower oneself, to waiting around

for something else to fix/change things, I try to notice that and make sure I sit with

it.

A handful of people can get a handful of different answers and everyone can be right. Just because

I dont resonate with someone or pick up that their energy is not great someone

else may get the opposite and feel that person is helping them. Most, if not all of us, have

experiences where we trust someone or information that ended up not working out. It ends up

being a great learning experience. So if you do end up having a bad experience, on some

level you were wanting to have that experience so you could learn from it. So either way

theres nothing to be afraid of, you will always get the experience & information that

you are wanting or needing to have for

your soul growth.

What's it Like to Work From Home? - Duration: 2:01.

Hey everybody how's it going? So you know I always get the question from people

"What's it like to work full-time from home?" and since I just had a

visitor this morning I thought it would be a good opportunity to elaborate.

I have been working full-time since from home since 2011. When I initially started

I had to ask myself the question, Well you're either going to work too little or

you are going to work too much and since I didn't have kids at that point

I erred on the side of working too much. Gave myself a fantastic base, a foundation to give

myself, my career, a giant boost and stability which I've been able to really

capitalize on over that seven years now. Over the last few years I now have two

daughters, a two-year-old and a four-year-old, so you're certainly going

to have interruptions throughout your day which you need to be thankful for.

They certainly like to come in and say hi.

You know the biggest thing I want to say about working from home is it gives you

wonderful flexibility. Just yesterday my daughters had their doctors

and dentist appointment, with I was able to do. I can go to all of their dance and

gymnastics and all their activities on a day to day basis. It also means

working 9 o'clock 10 o'clock at night because you need to get everything

done and because it's 15 feet from your bedroom, you need to make sure that you

have the motivation and the focus to not just be entertained by all your stuff or

distracted by all the stuff in your house. So I love working from home,

I never want to do anything else but it definitely has its challenges. You need

to go in being focused, you need to understand the commitment, you need to

be thankful for the distractions. Your kids in your life grow very very quickly,

so you know while it's a very vitally important to have a separated portion of

the house dedicated, I have my office of course, for working only,

Things are definitely going to work to distract you, but be very thankful for

the opportunity. Work as much as you possibly can, maximize your efficiency

during the time that you are working and it should work out really wonderful for you.

Ligon Duncan on What To Do with 'That's Just Your Interpretation' - Duration: 2:39.

- [Ligon Duncan] Well, I think understanding why a person may

object to an interpretation, is a very important part of helpfully

responding to the objection: "That's just you're interpretation."

I mean, quite often we hear that from people that are wanting to object

to very clear, plain, important Bible teaching,

that happens to be conflicting with their own desires. So, you know very often

you'll hear somebody who's getting an unbiblical divorce. You know,

when a pastor is challenging that person, on getting an unbiblical divorce,

they'll say, "Well, that's just your interpretation," when, in fact,

their situation may be very, very clear. Or when a person's trying justify their

own sinful actions, and they're being challenged by a pastor,

or another Christian, with an exhortation from the scripture, and they say, "Well,

that's just your interpretation." In that case they're just trying

to get the Bible off their backs. They want to do what they want to do.

And they're trying to relativize what the Bible says by saying,

"That's just you're interpretation." Well, of course, in some cases its true.

It is just you're interpretation. You know, there are many, many things in the

Bible that aren't clear. And so we have to be careful about why a

person is saying that. We have to be careful about the issue of,

is it a subject that, where the Bible is crystal clear on,

and they just don't like what the Bible says. Or, is it in fact,

a disputed matter. So for instance, I am a Calvinist, and I think things like,

election and predestination are very, very important truths. But I have many

wonderful, Godly, Christian friends who are not Calvinistic. And if we were in a

conversation and election and predestination came up,

and they said, "Well, that's just you're interpretation," I would want to be as

sympathetic with them as I possibly could, and acknowledge that good Christians have,

indeed, argued and disagreed over these subjects for many years. And so,

I want to be very careful and respectful of their opinions as I attempt to argue

what I think is very clear Bible teaching on these issues. So I think understanding

where a person is coming from, understanding whether a person is just

saying that to try and get the Bible off their back, and then,

understanding of the relative importance of the questions that you're discussing,

are three things that you can do to be more helpful when somebody says,

"That is just you're interpretation."

Senate Democrats Are Furious To Find Out What Republicans Just Took Away From Them - Duration: 14:41.

Senate Democrats Are Furious To Find Out What Republicans Just Took Away From Them

The base salary of a U.S. senator is $174K a year.

That's nearly five times the amount of money that the average American earns every year.

To put it in simple perspective, you would have to work five times longer than a junior

senator to earn a gallon of milk.

A gallon of milk, on the average is about three bucks.

Let's say you earn a $9 an hour.

You'd have to work 20 minutes in order to buy that gallon of milk.

A U.S. senator would have to work 4 minutes for that same gallon.

Which often has people pointing out the fact that the only "company" in the world that

pays its employees more than its employer is the government.

Everywhere around the globe, civil servants (also called "elected officials" or "politicians")

earn a boatload more than their employers, the taxpayers.

It's a crazy phenomenon, but it's absolutely true.

In order for us to get our money's worth then, it is assumed that they are going to

be working their butts off for that lucrative salary and its mountain of benefits, particularly

when so much is backlogged.

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell received an interesting letter from a host of Senators

who requested a delay in the August Recess for the Senate in order to get their work

done.

Amazingly, McConnell agreed!

And Democrats are furious.

The Daily Caller:

The Senate will work in Washington during the first two weeks of August, instead of

allowing senators to be back in their home states.

"Once the Senate completes its work on health care reform, we will turn to other important

issues including the National Defense Authorization Act and the backlog of critical nominations

that have been mindlessly stalled by Democrats," McConnell said in a statement.

McConnell, who was under pressure to cancel August recess altogether by members of his

party, made the announcement during a weekly lunchtime meeting with his conference.

The group of Republican senators, led by Georgia Sen. David Perdue, sent a letter to McConnell

on June 30 asking to "truncate" or "forgo" the August Recess all together given the limited

number of legislative days on the calendar available.

The letter was signed by Republican Senators Perdue, Steve Daines, of Montana, Joni Ernst

of Iowa, John Kennedy Louisiana, James Lankford Oklahoma, Mike Lee of Utah, Mike Rounds of

South Dakota, Luther Strange of Alabama, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, and Thom Tillis of North

Carolina.

This was important for these Republican senators because there has been an almost constant

Democrat attempt to drag their heels on nearly every piece of legislation or procedural vote,

going back to Trump's inauguration.

This move will instill the Senate Majority Leader with just a tad more respect from Trump

supporters as well as they have become somewhat distrustful of everything the Republican establishment

has done to date.

Hopefully, the two weeks will be enough time to effect real and purposeful change.
