Any adverse outcome, unexpected outcome, something that you go in and you think your child has
the flu or that your child has bronchitis and six hours later your child is deceased,
or if you've been to the emergency room a couple of times or to the pediatrician a couple
of times and then you go to the emergency room and your child is dead in four to six
hours or even within a little longer.
It's so rare, children are resilient they're strong.
Any case involving a child or there's that kind of terrible outcome someone missed something.
It may be at the pediatricians office, it may be at the emergency department, it may
be that when they came in they were not an emergency, but as they stayed there they created
an emergency because of not recognizing the problem.
So there are a lot of situations that really need some very detailed thought by an attorney
