Hello cyber citizens welcome to what the science Now we have seen what happens when Earth stops

spinning or reverses it's spin so let's check what happens when it rotates

faster than its usual speed so without any further adieu let's get started

Awesome INTRO

earth's current speed of rotation is 1034 miles per hour at the equator it spins slightly

slower at the poles but if all of sudden Earth's speed of rotation

increases then the major changes will be observed at the equator

just by increasing a speed of rotation by 1 mile per hour the sea level at the equator

will rise by few inches since the water from the poles will migrate to the equator

Increase it by 100 miles per hour the countries at the equator will start to drown

at 1000 miles faster the centrifugal force at the equator will pull hundreds of feets

of water towards the earth's centre except for the highest mountain such as Kilimanjaro

or highest summits of Andes everything in the equator will be submerged in water

also spinning at 1000 miles faster than the current speed will make water molecules to

overcome the gravity and the atmosphere in this region will turn into dense fog and heavy

clouds finally at 17000 miles per hour the centrifugal

force would match the force of gravity and we might even experience reverse rain

but I guess there won't be anyone left at the equator to experience this phenomenon

but an increase in Earth's rotation speed will immediately throw all over geostationary

satellites off track since everything now a days requires satellites

be it television broadcasting military and intelligence operations, mobile phone etc.

everything will be gone temporarily without satellites in sync

but bringing everything back to sync will take more time and can cost a lot of money

faster spinning Earth can make you lose weight weight

as we know weight is mass times acceleration due to gravity

Earth's centrifugal force is constantly trying to fling you off the planet but it is the

gravity which keeps you grounded Currently if you weigh 150 pounds at the Arctic

Circle you might weight 149 LBS at the equator this is because the centrifugal force at the

equator is higher and it combats gravity so with further increase in Earth rotation

Speed the centrifugal force will increase and will make you lighter

at the speed of 17,641 miles per hour you will feel like you are floating weightless

and dead a faster spinning earth will give you constant

jet lag as your body is adapted to 24 hour schedule

any reduction in that will affect our bodily functions

this will also affect plants and animals resulting in some of them to get extinct

but all of this will happen only if it speeds up all of a sudden

a faster spinning earth will result in stronger Hurricanes

if earth wasn't spinning all the winds from the north pole will blow in a straight line

towards the equator and vice versa but because we are spinning the wind gets

deflected towards east this is called Coriolis effect

and this is what gives Hurricane the spin a faster moving earth will deflect winds further

eastward making rotation more severe hence stronger Hurricane

earth's tectonic plates are floating on molten lava

with increase in speed this plates will also more quickly, creating more friction between

the plates resulting in enormous earthquakes and volcanic eruption, that would be disastrous

to life so those were the few effects

but we shouldn't be concerned about earth pressing the accelerator and rotating many

times faster than its current speed because speed of rotation is slowing down

about 4.4 billion years ago earth used to spin faster

such that each day was only 4 hours long but something use crashed into Earth and the

Moon was formed since the formation of moon earth's spin has been slowing down by 3.8

miles per hour every 10 million years mostly due to moon gravitational pull on our planet

so it is most likely that earth will continue to slow down in future not speed up until

and unless it is hit by something huge that would liquefy the crust

so that it can spin faster but we won't be alive to witness a fast-moving

earth after that collision so that's it from this episode from what the science please

Papillion NE Auto Accident - What Happens If You're Medpay Runs Out? - Duration: 5:20.

Hi I'm Dr. Rodney White with Sarpy Chiropractic and today I have Sean Benge

from State Farm Insurance joining me for the second in our series of videos on

essentially what to do when you have bodily injury in a car accident. And we

were talking last week about medpay just to quickly sum up for you guys

med pay is a little part of your insurance policy that covers you or your

passengers for bodily injury. So, let's say you get some whiplash; you end up in

at our office getting adjustments; med pay allows you to bypass having to deal

with it yourself; we just send the bill straight to your

adjuster, your insurance pays us, everything's all fine and dandy.

Now what happens though in the case where you might go through your med pay,

let's say you only have a $5,000 maximum, you get in a pretty bad accident, you

end up in hospital, you get a CT scan, MRI, everything's now blown out of the water.

So Sean's going to jump in and tell us what you would do if you're at fault versus

also if you're not at fault and you either have no med pay or you've

exhausted it. Right so when we're talking about accidents the first thing that

you typically hear about is who was at fault okay? So the different circumstances

of the accident could mean whose insurance company is paying for what

damages. Many people have heard of like 25 50 25 or 250 500 100 being your

bodily injury limits, so what those are for is if I'm in an accident if I hit

somebody I'm responsible for all of the damages in that accident. The first and

what can be very high would be bodily injury okay. So meaning what, like

you hit me and you maim me I can't ever work again? Right! So if I'm driving down

the road I rear-end Dr. White and he's hurt obviously his car is damaged and

maybe I have a passenger in with me that's also injured right, well since I'm

the driver I was at fault I'm responsible for all those. So the first

step of that would be our med pay. So med pay pays any bodily injury for me

or any passengers in my car up to the limits that I have. The

second portion now is if Dr. White is injured in that accident I'm also

responsible for any of his injuries. Ah so medpay doesn't cover

the other drivers? Right! Anyone in the other vehicle that's where the 250

500 portion of bodily injury comes in because now I'm going to pay up to my

limits of insurance - let's say I have $250,000 per person for coverage well

now $250,000 of Dr. White's injuries are going to be covered under my policy.

So if you have a medpay and you've got injuries up to say two hundred

thousand dollars then you had a med pay of five thousand, what would happen

if let's say first of all you weren't at fault so someone rear-ends you,

they're at fault, you've opened the Med pay that's covered the maximum it's

going to cover, now what should you do? Well at that point we're going to go

through the other insurance company for damages on their bodily injury. So

in a car accident the car insurance is always the primary insurance whereas

after that's exhausted we may look into your health insurance as that could be something

that can pick that up. Meaning like the blue cross or United kind of thing?

Yes that would be the secondary in this case. Okay! So then in most cases if

it's proven that the other driver is at fault there's a police report and

everything how do you find is it easy or difficult usually to collect from that

other party? Well the problem with collecting from another insurance

company that's not your own is is a lot of times they're going to wait until things

are finalized or they've settled - many people that have been in an accident get

a letter from a company saying "hey we want to close this claim out" sometimes

they'll offer you a settlement like a $500 settlement. What they want you to do

is they want you to sign off on that accident saying I'm no longer going to file

any bodily injury claims on that policy. So they want to finalize that

before they pay their bills and that's where it can be complicated for the

person in an accident because the doctor's office is typically not going

to wait or hospital is not going to wait until

three months/six months/one year down the road to bill, they're going to bill right

away. And we're going to expand on some of the things you said there in the

next video, the last piece we want to chat today

about - what if you're at fault, you run off the road,

you get bodily injury yourself, medpay is exhausted then what, you have to just go

through your own health insurance? Yes at that point

you've exhausted what your insurance is going to cover for yourself then you're

going to look to your health insurance to cover the rest. Great! Well thanks for

your insight today Sean we always appreciate it we're going to keep Sean's

details in the comment section below if you have any auto insurance or questions

along those lines then feel free to reach out to him and we trust him quite

a lot so we certainly bounce some questions off him as well. So that's all

we have today we'll see you next time!

what is CHAYOTE SQUASH? - Duration: 6:59.

chef buck here and today we're gonna cook up some chayote

you want the skin to be nice and smooth and tight and

you want it to look like Kermit the frog's mouth ... I bought these at

the same time let's see this one here the seed is actually starting to come

out see that and this one here it's actually starting to sprout you know so

you can see these are getting kind of old but they're still edible in fact I'm

gonna saute these up today because I like to use these by sauteing them

slicing them thinly and then using a lot of spices and flavor it needs a lot of

flavor because it doesn't have a lot it's very bland it's sort of like a

jicama in fact I prefer these two jicama although I cooked some of these for my

mother last week and we've got our jicama too and she actually liked the

jicama more in camera girl you like jicama more don't ya I didn't mean to

put you honey this is a texture ingredient use this for the texture it

doesn't have a lot of flavor but you can eat this raw you can cook it you can eat

the skin there's a seed inside the entire thing is edible

show us if you cut it right down the middle you're gonna see boom that there

is a seed and it's very thin it's like a disc you know you can just kind of pop

it out boom and this is the other half over here since I cut it in the middle

but if you put it together you can see how thin that seed is and that's what's

sprouting out right here and it's going to become you know even bigger and start

to flower and blah blah blah and eventually it will grow legs and it will

eat you know like day of the Triffids or something like that but this seed is

edible you can eat this whole thing the skin is edible

can you hear that crunch oh yeah what does it taste like doesn't really taste

like anything but I actually don't mind me eating these raw you know even though

it doesn't have flavor I can see if you put some lime

juice on here or some lemon juice you know wouldn't take much now you can

peel it you can take the skin off get you a peeler but why waste the skin

because it's edible so there's no need to get rid of the skin you just wash it

really well and the thing is if you peel it you see this liquid that's coming up

it's like a sex very wet looking it does feel like a SAP it's not sticky like a

SAP but it sort of leaves this residue on

your hands if you touch it so I don't like to peel up for one thing

I'm lazy for another thing there's your skin so why not eat it and the third

thing is it gets all over your hands so it's a mess if you slice it thin it's

still gonna be super crunchy it's a great ingredient if you want something

crunchy you know you can pickle it up make some fantastic salad topping for

there we've got some nice thin slices and I'm just gonna bring them in a jar

boom boom boom and this is my favorite way to use chayote because it's easy and

then you'll have this nice ingredient on hand and I just got a little bit of

pickling solution here I just poured this off from some jalapenos you know I

got some pickled jalapenos in the fridge and I just went ahead and liberated some

of this pickling solution from there boom boom boom so that's gonna add a

really nice flavor and then you can just top it off with it whatever kind of

vinegar you like I just got a little rice vinegar here so this is gonna go in

the fridge and this is fantastic on a salad because even though it's sitting

in here it's gonna be crispy even weeks from now even months from now I see

something out of the window we wearing a new house it we're in a new kitchen so

we got new things to look at Kruger's yeah okay he saw a deer and called it a

cougar move along yeah buck but anyway boom chayote pickled now let's go onto

the next step and it's not very expensive it stores

very well you know you can just keep it sitting out on the counter for a couple

of weeks and looks like a bunch of chopped Apple done

it but it's not sweet at all alright it's a boom we got our sliced

chayote and I'm heating up a little bit of oil not a whole lot of wall here in a

skillet on medium heat and we're gonna make this chayote kind of an indian

style dish you know cuz we want to use a lot of strong flavors great way to start

they have some chayote I'm gonna put a little bit of cumin seeds in there and

again this is just a way to cook of chayote you can cook it up any which way

you like sautee it up with whatever flavors here care to and in a little bit

of onion you don't want your cumin seeds to go very long by themselves we'll just

saute these onions up for just a few moments and I'm gonna go ahead and add

some garlic stir it around I'm gonna add some flavors here I got a pre-mixed

curry throw a little bit of chili powder in there for some heat and then a little

bit of extra garlic powder chayote needs a lot of flavor I hope

they brings the texture everything else you gotta bring so I'm gonna go ahead

and throw my chayote in here I don't know they're always labeled chayote in

the supermarket I don't know another name for it is there another name I know

they call him mirliton down in Louisiana cuz I lived in Louisiana for a long time

but I never went until mother told festival I don't even like saying

brother Tony I'd rather stay chayote throw a little bit of salt in here salt

to taste alright so we've stirred this around for a few minutes let it sauté up

with these flavors I'm gonna go ahead and add a little bit of water in here

we'll bring it up to a bobble once it comes up to a bubble we're going to go

ahead and reduce the heat down to a medium medium-low and then we'll just

let it simmer away but we'll be back in a little while all righty so I've had it

bubbling away for about 15 minutes you know cooked off a lot of the water that

I put in there and you could cook it as long as you want to I'm gonna go ahead

and end it right here and it's still gonna have a lot of texture

you really have to cook it a long time to get rid of that

it makes a great side dish.... you can pickle it...simple

preparation for chayote excellent salad topping for some more chayote

information you know head on over to MyFoodChannel dot com ... I'll have a

link down below and you can print all our recipes over there

What drives MediaLink CEO Michael Kassan? | What Drives You - Duration: 9:32.

Well Karen it's funny you said 2018 because I kind of feel like we're back in 1859.

1859?

1859.

What was in 1859?

Well there was an interesting thing that happened in 1859.

Charles Dickens wrote his famous 'Tale of Two Cities,' the opening lines of which

you might remember were the best of times and the worst of times.

I think that defines our industry today.

For some it's the best of times. For some it's the worst of times.

I'm Karen Tso and this is my new ride for the week.

I'm taking it for a spin along the Croisette for the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity -

and bringing along some of the biggest names in advertising, business and entertainment.

As we ask…

Today, I'm taking a trip down memory lane with Medialink CEO and founder Michael Kassan.

With Kassan at its helm, the consultancy firm has built a name for itself by making high-level connections,

whether that be at their star-studded, VIP parties or behind closed doors.

I'm an aficionado of Hamilton.

I've seen the musical seven times.

My favorite song from that show is Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr and Thomas Jefferson

and James Madison lamenting about no one else was in the room where it happened.

I fancy that MediaLink has afforded me and our team the opportunity to be in the room

where it happens in our industry and to be part of the decision making,

as an adviser of course but to be part of the decision making.

So how did Kassan and his company end up advisors to high-profile decision makers?

Let's put this car in reverse - right back to the 1950s.

Michael Kassan was born in New York, Brooklyn specifically.

But it wasn't too long before his family moved out west.

As I like to say my parents loaded up the covered wagons and moved across the country

to California which then was a lot of orange groves.

So it was an interesting time to go west young man as we would say.

I had a pretty standard childhood.

I grew up in Southern California, did all the Southern California things, traded in

my horseback riding for my surfboard and my surfboard for my skis.

Kassan attended UCLA for his undergraduate and law degrees.

But it was Kassan's third stint in higher education that brought him back to the east coast.

That's where I focused my career as I started as a tax lawyer in the entertainment industry.

That was quite big in the day, wasn't it? To be a tax lawyer?

It was and interestingly enough, riding through Cannes which is a festival founded on creativity

and core to its principles.

I would submit to you that in tax planning back in the day you could be creative.

The laws allowed for a fair amount of creativity.

If I'm honest though Karen, I never envisaged that I would practice law for my whole career.

It looked to me more like a means to an end.

I wasn't sure what the end was but I knew that I really wanted to be the client more than be the lawyer.

Kassan's evolution from tax lawyer to media executive began with one of his clients,

International Video Entertainment.

We had characters on video like G.I. Joe and Transformers and Strawberry Shortcake

and Inspector Gadget and the early days of home video were around identifying those titles,

those big movies but also around children's titles.

And it was another client of Kassan's that finally pulled him into the media industry.

Western International Media was the biggest buyer television spot advertising in the nation

at the time, and its founder Dennis Holt wanted Kassan on board.

He turned to me in the early 90s and said, "I need some help."

And I said, "Well, I'm not looking for a job," and he said "I'm not offering you a job, I'm offering you a life."

And I said, "Well that's interesting," "And what life would that be?"

He said, "That life would be to help me run this company."

I said, "Well I don't know much about the media business."

Quite daunting for Kassan at the time, but he learnt on the job.

A client would come to us and say I have money to invest in my marketing spend

and in those days the choices were simple.

It was television, it was radio, it was out-of-home billboards and it was magazines and newspapers.

There wasn't much else. We didn't have the internet.

The business became much more complicated as we go.

But that's how I made my start in the business, joining that company in the early 90s.

Kassan stayed on with the company after its sale to advertising holding company Interpublic in 1994.

When I left that company in 2000 we were at about $11 billion of media placement

which at that time made us the largest in the world.

So I got my start at a pretty good place in the media ecosystem and was proud to build

that company to heights that had not been realized before in media planning and media buying.

Another point of pride?

Opening up Cannes Lions to media.

My first trip to Cannes Lions was by accident.

The Cannes Lions was strictly the domain of the creatives.

I happened to be on holiday at the Hotel du Cap and I saw several of the lead creative

people in the industry and I said, "Gee this is funny why are you all here?"

They said, "Well it's the Cannes Lions down the beach a bit and you know at the Croisette."

And I said, "Oh Cannes Lions I've heard about that."

Because on the media side we were never part of this festival

and as a result of that I took a ride in from Antibes and looked around and said,

"Geez the media people should be here."

Creativity is at the core but media is what drives the business in terms of getting the message out.

Kassan and Interpublic parted ways in 1999.

But instead of diving headfirst back into the industry, Kassan decided to take some time off.

When I left Interpublic at the turn of the century, I love to say that makes me feel so old,

at the turn of the century I took about 18 months off and I took that time off

to really understand where the digital world was taking us, and taking us I mean those

of us at the sort of intersection of marketing, media, advertising, entertainment and technology

because if I was fortunate to do one thing I identified that intersection as being rather

chaotic and if it was an opportunity that grew out of the chaos I wanted to make sure

I understood all the different elements of it.

Kassan surrounded himself with the smartest people he knew in the business,

but it was his wife that inspired his next big adventure.

I turned to the person who gave me sage advice for the last 43 years and that was my wife

and she said, "You know all these people are calling you asking you questions and asking

for your advice and your strategy help. You could actually charge them for this."

And I said, "Well maybe."

And that's how the idea of MediaLink was born.

Sitting at the intersection of marketing, media, advertising, entertainment and tech,

the consultancy advises clients on business transformation, organizational design, acquisitions,

executive searches and media reviews for some of the biggest ad spenders in the world.

For example, Disney and Comcast - NBCUniversal's parent company - have been making headlines

with a bidding war over FOX's assets.

MediaLink works with all three.

I'm going to bet it's going to be a fight to the finish and an interesting one.

Who's going to win?

Oh gosh, you know.

Roberts or Iger?

I don't know. This was a tough call.

You've got two of the best businessmen in the world in Brian Roberts and Bob Iger,

certainly in the world of media.

And I think they both want it very much.

Michael, you're sitting on the fence here. Which side?

I'd put my money today on the Walt Disney Company as having an advantage,

in that they've been there and kicking these tires for about six months since December.

So I think that gives them an advantage.

I feel like it's Sophie's Choice for me to make a real call there, but if I had to make that bet

I think that's the bet I'd make today.

The man known for advising on big deals recently got involved with one of his own,

selling MediaLink to Ascential, a business-to-business media and events company

most famous for organizing Cannes Lions.

Amongst my friends and those in the industry the joke was everyone used to say that MediaLink

owned the Cannes Lions and then a year and a half ago the Cannes Lions actually ended up owning MediaLink.

Now MediaLink is focused on expansion.

It's opened offices in London and Frankfurt over the past year and is expanding into Asia next.

I've never been great at math, I tell people I spent 50% of my time in Los Angeles.

50% of my time in New York and a third of my time elsewhere so

that does add up to be more than 100% I know.

Dear Younger Me: What Wish I Could Tell My Younger Self - Duration: 29:27.

This is my first time doing this. I didn't do

it on public because I didn't know what was gonna happen, so I'm do this

privately and I'll post it if it's okay. For goodness sakes

I don't know what I just did. I'll try to hold very still, okay. I'm

right next to a fire here. Right next to the fireplace. I don't have a lot of light in here some

pretty dark other than this fire. I want to give us kind of cozy um fireside chat sort of feel because it is.

So it's kind of late'ish, late at night. So this season right now is my birthday

season which used to be a really happy time, but for a couple years now it's

also been kind of a sad time too because that means I'm coming up in the

university of like the last time I saw my son you know will always gonna coincide

with that cuz the last time that I saw him he come home for the 4th July

and my birthday. He came home on July 3rd and stayed till the 7th, and then left my son

was like 7th 2016, and then I talked to him on the night that it happened just a

couple hours before . The last words we said to each other were: I said

"be careful I love you" and he said " I love you too mom." Crazy.

So yeah, I've been thinking about my younger self you know like. It's funny how

time kind of collapses you know. Like you get to be middle-aged you know you have

adult kids, and even kids that even die you know all that.

And you know you remember yourself at their age it's not like when they were little

it I didn't even remember myself at their age I mean I totally...it doesn't even

seem that long ago, and strangely enough this year just because of social media

they've actually a couple people I've gotten in touch

with me, and they didn't even know me as a mom. I mean they knew me

before I had children so almost when I was almost that long ago so that's kind

of interesting it's kinda like a time capsule of you know I want him sent me

some pictures I'll put those up with the video but anyway so just you know kind a

lot of things are running through my mind like you know what would be the

things the things I would say to my younger self you know what what I wish I

knew or you know and of course that's a huge epic question it's like okay what

would I say to my younger self well would I you know what's the context

right what I know that it's my future self saying it to me so that I were like

would I be like my 25 year old self or 22 year old self hearing from my self

now knowing with the truth knew was gonna happen so I could change it or we

might not be able to change and I just you know like it might just we're just

be telling myself like relax pace yourself it's gonna be hard you

know when I say that or when I say don't you don't marry him don't we don't you

know I don't know obviously obviously I would if I could stop myself from and

making a couple critical decisions that I made back-to-back two decisions I made

back-to-back that were life-altering decisions that

I I can't imagine okay yeah that I can't imagine but what my life would have been

like had I not made the first always to move back move back home to Washington

leave leave Los Angeles I had just I was living down in Los Angeles and I just

been I just been like an agent had just discovered me well I like to have me

come in just screen tests and stuff I never even told anybody about that and I

I decided that relationships were what mattered to me and my grandmother just

bent down and she looked like she was getting so old and I didn't like miss

out on the last years with her and I had this missing memory from my childhood I

don't know what that was about I wanted to go back home and kind of piece

together my life I felt kind of disjointed disconnected from I couldn't

piece my life together my path together I wanted and I figured the legend sort

of mattered if I had this whole I have all my family and my childhood friends

everybody all up in one place all these people all the people that loved me in

one place why wouldn't I go up there and make my

life up there that was my logic at the time and so

that's what I did you know I I went up to Washington and then right away and it

was kind of prompted by my brother was getting my brother had become engaged to

a girl she was coming home for like a week for an engagement party and then

leaving forever she moved to Scotland to marry this woman and he was gonna move

there to Scotland and um so I'm thinking oh my parents are losing their son I

should go you know at least if I didn't if I'm

moving back that would make up for that you know like right now they have both

of us temporarily you know I'm going to California he was in Japan at the time

you know maybe hit that him saying he's permanently moving away maybe if I say

I'm moving back how to make up for that little did I know that

they were not gonna be unhappy with him moving to Scotland they were but they

were gonna been happy with my moving back they just they didn't care they

didn't want me moving back I had no idea I could never I wouldn't did not have

any idea that that would be the case so that was this is one and the decision to

have an almost simultaneous to back with it was vision one and that was um when I

got a call from my oldest friends older sister and I call him Griffin in my book

but his older sister who I call Maeve in my book invited me out with a group of

friends that I had a scrape of her friends I really wanna introduce you to

them there's a great group of women and you know though if you need a job or

place you know apartment or something they can really hooked you up but it's a

great group of women I really want you to meet him I think you fit in like

really great I was like oh thank god I just come through this rejection with my

mother and father and I was just like thank god this would this is wacky mom

this has never happened anywhere else this wouldn't happen in Los Angeles this

is where cuz I have old friends this is why I moved back here I went out I went

to meet this group of friends and it was a total setup there was nobody there but

my ex-husband he was the only guy there it was complete setup she'd done it all

for him arranged it all for him and for a split second alarm osmond off alarm

bell alarm bells I was really defend it at first I was like I was really bummed

out because she I'd really set it out like I was really flattered and excited

that she had called and invited me and then it was it was a scam and but I

quickly turned I quickly told myself but it was flattering that he'd go and all

this effort i mighta have to to go through to get her to do that and all

that and um and then also I told myself that because she set it up he must be a

really really it would be a really good guy you know that she's giving him just

her stamp of approval and I respected her opinion and

so you know I so if that was his number two and I you know I first and I wasn't

taking that seriously I didn't think it would really go anywhere so I was kind

of just kind of confessing with him like what was going on with me you know

emotionally with my family little did I know that I was like you

know telling this guy that was gonna complete sociopath I tend to be using it

all against me yeah I skip Effingham I'll guy yeah I

moved back up here and I don't remember my childhood and I'm having at least

weird like kind of flashbacks and my mother's acting so strange and you know

just whatever whatever and uh lo and behold they're all gonna come back to me

like ten years later he's gonna use it all you smell like it's me but um yeah

yeah whatsoever I'd shit what I've told my younger self well quick if I could

undo any of that I would definitely Warner hope they don't go back don't go

back don't and don't uh don't tell Mary that guy but aside from that I would I

would I would I would go a lot more and you trust me feel you need to trust how

you feel go with your feelings because I didn't at the time I didn't I didn't

listen to my feelings at all I I talked myself out of my feelings most of the

time and I told myself that I was too sensitive I told myself that I was you

know all the things that I'd been told you know I told myself that those are

those not reliable reliable feelings I can go I couldn't I couldn't just go

with what felt good all right it you know like if what she had done

felt bad to me or it felt wrong felt weird to me that he had lied to me I

didn't trust myself just go that doesn't feel right but it wasn't right it wasn't

right and it took me I forgot all about it for years not until the whole thing

blew up said Jackie later today even though these things even start to come

back to me that he was remember oh yeah our first date was a complete and total

lie our second jape he totally abandoned me

I had these stories on my channel you have to look at like my early dating

stories I tell those stories about what happened there were red flags all over

the place I totally ignore totally ignore the red flags so you know I would

I didn't I did not understand at all how I should be treated I had such low

standards for how I should be treated because you know just you know when you

I tell you when you have if you're a father of a daughter god don't

underestimate how important it is because you really are teaching your

little girl how how to be treated how she should how he deserves to be treated

and my father didn't teach me that I deserve to be treated with any kind of

tenderness or gentleness or or respect or anything you know he taught me that I

deserved to be neglected and should ignore my feelings indicator to someone

else's needs and that you know I just wasn't precious it wasn't important it

wasn't you know those would be the things I would tell my I would tell my

younger self I tell myself you are really special you're really special and

you haven't been loved well you don't know that you don't know that you

haven't been loved well but you haven't been loved well and you deserve to be

loved well you deserve to be loved unconditionally you deserve to know how

precious you are how wonderful you are how wonderful your big soft gentle heart

is and that it shouldn't be it shouldn't be taken advantage of or made fun of or

you know should be treated with utmost respect tender loving care

hmm and I'm sorry it wasn't you've been neglected I would tell her you've been

neglected you've really been neglected and you need to pay attention to it

don't go with what feels comfortable to you because what feels comfortable

familiar to you isn't going to be right it's not going to be right

you have to override override wet chemistry look what tells you that feels

right because it's not right it's just it's just familiar and if this doesn't

get through if I can't change the course of history then I'm just gonna say

pace yourself road really rough road but you can do it I wish I could make it

easier for you it's gonna be quite a journey but you'll be a wise woman one

day o wise wise women one day yeah and you know you're gonna live you're gonna

live and you know love fully and you're gonna have your heart broken but when

it's all over you will know you have lived and you'll have felt at all a full

range of everything

yeah I would I would you know if I if I had like me for a daughter I would

really try and change the way that I saw myself changed my value change what I

put up with gosh you know I really had imbalanced

relationships all around even with friends all around I had some good

people in my life too but I just I just didn't I just didn't expect enough of

anyone you know all right ended up putting up with a lot

of selfish people in my life you know I I was naturally drawn to them and they

were naturally drawn to me I asked so that's that I was raised I guess but

yeah he did a good job when I was probably you're a good good person

you've been a good person proud of you what person that you are

yeah it's hard up in vim overcome is this series of videos to trend up trying

to work on like um like post-traumatic groves and the things that come from

trauma here are the benefits that can come from it and you know kind of the

things that come from just you know like mistakes you know you guys I would I

would say to you is you know people a lot smarter than you will make much

Dumber mistakes than you've made so don't beat yourself up because it'll be

tempting because you'll have a lot of people blaming you because that's what

they do a lot of people in your life are blamers

you know so they'll blame you and you're gonna want to blame yourself because

you're gonna invest a lot of time this is if I can't change things so say

things just scare any other way they're gonna go things are just gonna go the

way they're gonna go that's a you're gonna invest a lot of time in people and

in things you're gonna give a hundred percent or things that are not going to

work out if you think that are going to completely blow up in your face and

people are going to take advantage of you and people are going to use you and

then blame you for things because it's they have to do because you're around a

lot of really sick people and

don't blame yourself you you learned from it you know you are you and you

were doing the right thing you went you went back to be with your family cuz

you're a family-oriented person you ambassador to be a devoted daughter and

granddaughter you got married you planning on being a devoted wife and

mother he completely you you did you did it

100% right you just didn't have boundaries

and you didn't have anyone no I had your back no one had your back you know my

husband wouldn't have been is abusive if I had a family on my side you know he

just knew he'd get away with it because it didn't have anyone protecting me and

my family was they just didn't they just didn't know me they just didn't know me

didn't they didn't know we didn't know what they have in me and so they just

they just didn't appreciate it and I bailed on me you know so nothing you

could do about any of that nothing you could you about any of that the only

thing the only thing that you did was take abuse for too long and so don't

spend a large time beating yourself up and abusing yourself then after it's

over because they're gonna kick you around really good and kick you around

they're gonna take everything from you that matters to you and you know lie

about you lie to themselves about you and you will have all the time just been

devoted you just been doing it just to get their approval and it's never gonna

come so you got give yourself your approval and you gotta understand the

you were up against an impossible impossible thing you said up just

something it seems so simple and seem so doable

she was so reasonable and I just wasn't you know when you made that decision you

said I'm gonna I'm gonna I'm not gonna go for this I'm not gonna try and be

trying to be as an actress I'm gonna try and do that that's way too lofty of the

goal I'm gonna scope go home and maybe a good daughter and a good sister

and a good you know whatever friend just be a good person that man I'll be the

hub of a family that seems very doable it should have been but in my case in

your case it probably was it will that was never possible it was more possible

for you to become a movie star for you to become an actress in Hollywood was

way more way more likely than the fact that you were ever gonna become you know

they were gonna have this happy family life with these people it was never

gonna happen but nobody could have told you that nobody could've told you that

nobody had showed you dad and of course nobody even tried to tell

you that and so it was already way too way too late here already really well

invested but because people don't think that way that's not a society a society

tells you that it's all doable your parents love you

society tells you that things like this don't happen but they do happen and

there's some reason why it happened to you and I believe that's because you are

strong enough to take it you have the skills to do something with it

maybe it's because you can write you can speak and whatever it needed to happen

to you so that you could do something with it to help people just read the

word about it to expose this kind of abuse to to do something to get to make

it so that the next generation has helped and I know that one of the things

was you thought you thought the ending the abuse in your family ending that

cycle of abuse in your family was was the goal and and it was and you did do

that it's just that

I didn't turn out the way you hoped because you didn't you also lost a child

but and that will obviously break your heart this person that is no special

person here in your world it's only gonna be here for our season you know

but yeah you are gonna have an epic life you can have an epic life and if say

you're 20 to 23 but I'm your life doubles you will not believe it you will

not believe the things that you've seen and John but if psychic once told me

even when I was looking who knows like like 20 20 22 that the best time of my

life was gonna be when I was like an old woman when I was like doing your

grandmother's music has to be the highlight of my life so I'm hoping that

that was right that sounds pretty good to me I think that would be pretty

awesome so so there a lot going on okay so coming up on birthday coming up

on that over three if losing Noah we're moving taking a trip down to Mexico next

week and then we're moving and so a lot going on lots lots going on that I'm

gonna still train keep Mike to make sure I get my videos posted and and keep keep

you guys in the loop and I don't know how to do actually do giveaways but I'm

gonna try and just I really want to do some giveaways please write comments

because I'm going to make sure you subscribed make sure you somehow leave

me some way to get in touch with you because I want to I have lots of things

to give away I want to get I want to give stuff away and I'm trying to boost

my channel too I need to really try and get my my channel going because at

several months where I really fell behind because I just didn't realize

what was going on with advertisements and stuff like that it's

like it's like an epic thing you're hearing these channels it's like you

have to be an expert in so many different things you know crazy so I

just didn't I just didn't realize what was going on I wasn't really running ads

and I didn't realize that I was like not getting seen by anybody and so it's

bubbling away way down in the feed so I need to get boosted back up I mean I

need lots of engagements for YouTube just start thinking that I my channel

doesn't suck cuz I mean she probably thinks my

channel 6 because nobody you know any any of you use or you know so I need

lots of likes and comments and shares and and watch time and that kind of

stuff so please if you like my channel please help me out with getting me some

engagement get me boosted back up so it so that YouTube gives me gives you some

love gives me some love and gets me gets me back going again alright you guys um

alright Sonia Simon I'm paying on this I'm doing this sort of series right now

where I'm talking about post-traumatic growth and and some things like that

about mistakes and beating yourself up and forgiving yourself with the things

you've done wrong and and what I wanted to say about that is my final parting

thing is that you know you can't beat yourself up for the mistakes because

mistakes really are what made you who you are you know

honestly we're not learning anything from the victories you know you learn

from the mistakes the mistakes are who made you who you are and and the

beautiful thing is that unless you're sick unless you're disordered you can

enter you can look inside and you can learn from your mistakes and you can

grow and make you bigger you know the very worst thing is when you're when

you're like these abusers and they can't even do that they just keep making

mistakes and they have to just ramrod them with their way through it without

learning a thing you know and this is just that's really just pathetic but you

don't have to do that you can learn you can learn and a lot of times what you

end up learning is that you're relatively limited and what you're able

to do about you know allowing for luck of the

draw who you know who you've got who you were born to I mean no but no I just say

like a jock that's not true I really believe there's a cash life so but

there's something you do about haven't you in agreement about how you pick who

you are born to who your parents are but once you're here you can't pay you

know three pressures who you are and there was nothing to be changing them

you know there was not going to be any changing of your parents so the only

place there was for any change was in you and the fact that you are even here

if you're watching this channel if you know any if you even know what I'm

talking about then that means that you have done a lot

of work and that means that you have not done the autopilot thing which is

because the people that are on autopilot are either back being abused like we

were or their abusers and so you're not either one of those things you're

heading in the right direction and that's not an easy road that's the

hardest road to take that's why it's the road less traveled that's the road less

traveled not saying yeah that will make all the difference right that makes all

the difference which roads pick but yeah those mistakes made you who you are and

it was an easy life and it wasn't an easy life but um but

it's the material for being a very compassionate person for being able or

wise person and it's material for being a creative artist for sure if you have

an art that you create this is a treasure trove of material that you'll

never it'll never run dry never run dry so my son he had you know he was a

musician and he just was like he had a lifetime's worth of songs just saying

you know and I'm hoping maybe he started seeing through me you know who teach me

how to play play guitar get me to sing his songs he'd be awesome anyway

I had lots of stuff planned for him and and what I want to do is pursuing some

stuff for him too so you know let's let's just going on wants to change

changes I was in the air change that was happening okay guys thanks so much for

your support for being here with me on my birthday week I stretch out for like

a week all right and take care thank you so much for for

being here for being supportive of me and my channel and all the things that

I'm doing and please comment write you know anything anything you would like to

talk about anything you'd like to anything just write in the comments let

me know I'm I'm open I'm free and I'm you know I'm the most looking for ways

to kind of shift the channel so that it's a little bit unique a little bit

different you know in whatever area you are needing you know what is it that you

come you come online looking for you're not finding you know maybe let me know

because maybe I can do it whatever that is so okay I will talk to y'all later

you

Papillion Auto Accident - What Is A Medpay And Why You Need One Added To Your Auto Policy - Duration: 3:59.

Hey there I'm Dr. Rodney White with Sarpy Chiropractic and today I'm joined

by Shawn Benge State Farm Insurance agent and all-around guru. And you'll see

a series of videos here that we're doing. Today

Shawn's actually going to introduce what a medpay is; why you need it; and why it's

important to anyone who potentially gets injured in a car accident and might end

up in a Chiropractor's office. So Shawn over to you. Thanks Dr. White. So a

medpay is a piece of your car insurance and what a med pay is meant to do is in

the event of an accident where there's bodily injury inside your vehicle your

insurance company is going to cover not only yourself but any passengers for the

amount of your medical payments coverage. So, let's say I have a $5,000 med pay and

I have me and Dr. White driving in the vehicle, we're in an accident, both of us

are injured what that med pay is going to do, it's going to pay the first $5,000 of

any injuries I sustained, any medical bills and then also would pay $5,000 for

any of his bills as well. And Shawn I'll ask a question there so is a med pay

automatic with every insurance policy in the state of Nebraska? No it

doesn't, it's something that you have to have on your policy so you have to add

it if you're doing insurance on your own, you have to add it many times if you

have an agent it will be recommended as part of the total package. So you do

recommend it? Absolutely! OK so for any viewers out there who don't currently

have a medpay what would your advice be? I would recommend that call your

insurance company right away and get that added to your policies. OK so then

if someone is in an accident let's say tomorrow Bob is driving down the street,

gets rear-ended whether it's his fault or not, he comes to my office with

whiplash injuries, headaches, neck pain we normally then tell the patient okay

you need to open a medpay account. A lot of people don't even know what that

entails so what should Bob do when he's in that accident? So right away he

can call his insurance company, he can file a claim for

the medpay portion so if someone else actually hit him and he feels the other

company is at fault he can still file a medical claim with his company because

his company is going to pay those bills from the from the physicians, the doctors,

the Chiropractors right away. So the Med pay then essentially if I'm

understanding correctly takes out the insuree or Bob in that example as the

middleman? Yes. So then Bob comes to us, we send the bills straight to his claims

adjuster? Yes. And Bob doesn't have to do anything else about it? Yep that's right!

So you don't have to wait for the other insurance company to pay any claims out,

your insurance company is going to pay those right away - the physicians,

Chiropractic office they can bill directly to your insurance company.

Whether you're at fault or not med pay works the same way? Absolutely! Okay

fantastic so if you open a Med pay claim, my last question, does it affect your

premiums or not necessarily? It's not something that would affect

your premium necessarily there's a lot of factors to go into that but there's

no surcharge, there's nothing at fault in a Med pay. So great because they often have

people worried about that when we suggest open a med pay their first fear

is will this bump my premium up. Okay great! Well thanks for your time today Shawn,

next week we're going to talk about what happens if you don't have a Med pay or

if your med pay runs out and some other things that you might not know are

covered when you're actually in a car accident. So if you know anyone who might

benefit from this, if you've got friends or family who have been in an accident

please share this video and if you have any insurance questions at all

we will put Shawn's details at the bottom of this in the comment section, I think

it would be well worth you guys reaching out to him! He's been a phenomenal

insurance agent for us and we highly recommend him! We'll see you next time!

Most Famous Internet MEME STARS And What They Look Like Today. Top 10: (2018) - Duration: 10:45.

We all know Internet fame is short-lived, but have you ever wondered what happens to

online celebrities after their fame fizzles out?

Let's take a look at 15 famous Internet meme stars and their life post-fame!

10.

Overly Attached Girlfriend Overly Attached Girlfriend, also known as

OAG, is a cult meme showing a close-up of a girl staring at the camera with a creepy

smile.

The image is accompanied by different captions that portray her in the stereotype of a possessive

girlfriend with stalker tendencies.

The OAG meme originated in a viral YouTube video created by Internet personality Laina

Morris in 2012.

The video was a submission to a contest held by pop star Justin Bieber who challenged fans

to create a "Girlfriend" counterpart to his hit song "Boyfriend".

So what happened to Laina after her video became a viral sensation?

Unlike many Internet meme stars, she actually managed to turn her online stardom in a lucrative

business.

Laina is the owner of a self-titled YouTube channel where she posts weekly videos for

her army of over 1.2 million subscribers.

She has created a number of popular videos satirizing "stalkerish" songs by Drake,

Carly Rae Jepsen, Backstreet Boys, Avril Lavigne, Ke$ha, One Direction, and Taylor Swift.

Laina has also been featured in videos by other popular YouTubers like Shane Dawson,

Tyler Oakley and TheBrothersReidell and even appeared in an ad for Samsung's SSD 840

drive.

9.

Ridiculously Photogenic Guy Ridiculously Photogenic Guy is a Photoshop

meme featuring a photo of a handsome smiling man running in the 2012 Cooper River Bridge

Run.

The photo went viral after the photographer who took it posted it on Reddit under the

title "Mr. Ridiculously Photogenic Guy".

The post immediately received over 40,000 up votes and reached 300,000 views on Flickr

within an hour.

The following day, Mashable published a post titled "New Meme Alert: 'Ridiculously

Photogenic Guy" which included an image of the man's face photoshopped into a picture

with comedian Tina Fey.

From that point on, the meme began spreading like wildfire and has since spawned thousands

of versions.

So who's the mystery man on the picture?

His name is Zeddie Little and he's a New York resident who works in the PR industry.

In April 2012, Zeddie Little appeared on the American TV show Good Morning America and

revealed that the photo was taken immediately after he waved to a friend.

He also said that he felt honored to be part of an online joke that was in good spirit

considering how vicious Internet jokes can get.

Sadly, Zeddie's Good Morning America appearance was the height of his media coverage and he

has since disappeared from the public eye.

Oh well, at least he's had his 15 minutes of fame.

Quick!

Now is the perfect time to click the subscribe button before we move on with our list!

Done?

OK, let's keep going.

8.

Hipster Barista Hipster Barista is a popular meme showing

a stereotypical hipster dressed in a black V-neck t-shirt and wearing thick-framed glasses

on his judgmental face.

The image, which is supposed to poke fun at the snobby coffee shop employees, was first

uploaded on Quickmeme on August 24, 2011 with the caption "I got this tattoo for my love

of coffee and this one because it's ironic."

The meme quickly spread across social media and featured different captions like "$120,000

art degree / draws faces in latte foam", "puts coffee deal on groupon / rolls eyes

when you actually use it", and "I try to confront societal norms when I make my

coffee foam art".

So who's the real-life barista from the photo and where is he now?

The guy's name is Dustin Mattson and at the time the picture was taken he worked as

a barista at Octane Coffee in Atlanta, Georgia.

He now works as a customer support representative for a North Carolina-based specialty coffee

roaster called Counter Culture Coffee.

In a 2017 interview, Dustin revealed that the meme taught him to think more about his

relationship with customers.

"There are a lot of really real things that are represented in a lot of those memes,"

said Dustin.

"You had a lot of anonymous people creating memes as a way to vent their frustration at

their local barista who doesn't treat them very well."

Dustin claims the whole meme thing made him want to work harder at his job and treat his

customers better.

Good for you, Dustin!

7.

Scumbag Steve Scumbag Steve is a classic Internet meme that

became popular all the way back in 2006.

It originated with a picture of a teenager wearing a backwards fitted cap and a winter

coat with a fake fur collar.

The captions on the meme reflect the d-bag behavior of guys who overindulge in drugs,

partying, and other shady things.

The meme gained in popularity when it was uploaded onto Reddit with the title "I hated

this guy."

Apparently, we all know a guy like Steve, but what about the real person in the picture?

His name is Blake Boston and he was only 16 when the picture was taken by his amateur

photographer mom.

In an interview with KnowYourMeme, Boston admitted that the meme was a pretty accurate

representation of his behavior in high school when he used to party all the time and tried

to make it as an underground rapper.

In 2012, Blake tried to capitalize on his Internet fame by releasing one song on iTunes

every Thursday under the alias "Blake Boston AKA Scumbag Steve".

As you can imagine, his rap career never took off and Steve is now just a regular father

of two boys.

He's still very much active online though, so if you want to see what Scumbag Steve's

up to these days, you can find follow his twitter account @BlakeBoston617.

6.

Damn, Daniel Damn, Daniel is a catchphrase meme originating

from a 2016 viral video featuring a voiceover of a teenager complimenting his friend Daniel

on his daily fashion choices, particularly his white Vans sneakers.

The original video was re-tweeted more than 300,000 times, received over 400,000 liked

on Twitter, and was looped more than two million times on the now-defunct video hosting service

Vine.

The two boys in the video are Daniel Lara and his friend, Joshua Holz, high school students

from Riverside, California.

While most of their peers would have used the new-found Internet fame for not-so-honorable

things, Daniel and Joshua have proved to be wise beyond their years.

In 2016, the boys appeared on the Ellen DeGeneres show and received a life-time supply of Vans'

shoes, which they later donated to patients at Loma Linda University Children's Hospital

in California.

Daniel was even offered a modeling contract by several prominent agencies, but he turned

it down in order to focus on getting a college swimming scholarship.

5.

Bad Luck Brian In 2012, a photo titled "Bad Luck Brian"

appeared on Reddit, showing a blonde teenage boy wearing a plaid sweater vest and braces.

The photo was accompanied by captions that describe various embarrassing and unfortunate

situations suffered by poor Brian, like "takes driving test / gets first DUI", "takes

first cruise on Costa Concordia", and "sleeps over at a girl's house / wets the bed."

After the "Bad Luck Brian" photo became a popular Internet meme, it was turned into

T-shirts, stuffed animals, and novelty items sold by Wal-Mart and Hot Topic, while Volkswagen

and other companies paid to use the picture in their advertising campaigns.

So who's the real-life Brian and is he really that unlucky?

Well, first of all, his name isn't Brian – it's Kyle Craven and he was actually

in on the joke.

Kyle was apparently a class clown during his high school days and loved to pull pranks

on his friends and teachers.

On the day of the yearbook photoshoot, Kyle went to a local thrift store and bought the

ugliest plaid sweater vest he could find.

He also rubbed his face to make it red, squinted his eyes, puffed out his jaw and took a silly

photo that went on to become one of the most recognizable Internet memes.

While Kyle managed to make between $15,000 and $20,000 by licensing deals and meme-inspired

T-shirts during his short-lived fame, he's now just a regular guy who lives with his

wife and works for his father's construction company building churches in Ohio.

4.

Success Kid In 2007, Laney Griner from Jacksonville, Florida

took the photo of her son 11-month old son Sammy trying to eat sand and posed it on Flickr

not knowing it would soon become a viral sensation.

The photo was then shared by thousands of social media users with captions that described

small personal victories of the "Success Kid".

After the meme became popular, Little Sammy went on to appear in an ad for Vitamin Water

as well as billboards for Virgin Mobile UK.

The photo was even used by members of Barack Obama's staff to promote immigration reform

on Twitter.

However, the most important legacy of the "Success Kid" meme was saving the life

of little Sammy's father Justin who was diagnosed with kidney failure shortly before

Sammy's birth and had to receive dialysis three days a week for years.

Luckily, all of that changed in April 2015 when Laney Griner used the meme in a GoFundMe

campaign intended to raise $75,000 for her husband's kidney transplant.

The campaign raised more than $100,000 in a matter of days and Sammy's father underwent

a successful transplant operation in August 2015.

When 10-year old Sammy was asked about being the face of a popular meme, he said: "I'm

glad it makes people happy when they're sad.

I'm also really happy that I still have a dad."

3.

Salt Bae Salt Bae is the nickname of Turkish chef Nusret

Gökçe, the star of a viral video meme which shows the snazzy chef flamboyantly sprinkling

salt on a carved steak.

Nusret posted the original video on Twitter on January 7th 2017 and within 48 hours the

video gained over 2.4 million views and 8,700 comments.

That same evening, Twitter user @lolalissaa reposted another video in which Nusret can

be seen hanging a cooked slab of meat over a woman's mouth and captioned it with words

"so this is #saltbae."

From that point on, the meme spread all over social media and a number of major news sites

began publishing articles about Nusret's online fame.

While a lot of people thought that Nusret was just playing a character in the video,

it turned out that this stylish chef is really that passionate about his job.

In an interview for NBC News, Nusret said that "the shape of the meat and the taste

of it starting from the top down is a part of me...all of my feelings are coming from

inside of the meat down to when I put the salt onto the meat."

Besides being a successful owner of a steakhouse chain in Turkey, Nusret recently opened a

new restaurant in New York where celebrities like Leonardo DiCaprio, Tommy Hilfiger, and

Michael Phelps often stop by to receive VIP treatment by Salt Bae himself.

2.

Chloe Unless you've been living under a rock for

the past few years, you've probably already seen thousands of versions of the Chloe meme

all over the Internet.

This photoshop meme is actually a screen capture from a YouTube video of two sisters reacting

to their parents' announcement of a surprise trip to Disneyland.

The video titled "Lily's Disneyland Surprise…AGAIN" was uploaded on YouTube on September 12th,

2013 and it shows Lily breaking into tears of joy after hearing about the Disneyland

trip, while Chloe can be briefly seen on camera with the unimpressed look on her face that

has since become iconic.

The video and the screen grab were shared by millions of social media users and BuzzFeed

even published a post titled "Girl Reacting to Disneyland Is the Only Reaction You'll

Need for Anything Ever."

The original video has since racked up more than 16 millions views and the sisters' YouTube

channel has over 200,000 subscribers.

Lily and Chloe are also big on Instagram where they now have close to 800,000 followers.

In 2017, six-year old Chloe took part in a Google campaign in Sao Paolo, Brazil where

her meme can be seen covering elevators and billboards all over the city.

It seems like Chloe is determined to make the most of her Internet stardom and she's

not planning on leaving the spotlight anytime soon.

1.

Hot Convict No other meme in recent times has triggered

so much Internet buzz like the mugshot of Jeremy Meeks, better known as the Hot Convict.

On June 18th, 2014, the Stockton Police Department Facebook page posted a photo of Meeks after

he was arrested on felony weapons charges.

It didn't take long for social media users to notice just how attractive the blue-eyed

convict was and the photo ended up gaining over 56,000 likes and 16,400 comments in the

first 48 hours alone.

Over the next few days, the mugshot of the photogenic convict was posted on virtually

every major news website and the photo became so popular that Meeks landed a modeling contract

with White Cross Management while still in prison.

After serving his 27 month sentence, Meeks decided to leave his criminal past behind

him and focus on his career in fashion.

The Hot Convict made his runway debut during New York Fashion Week in February 2017, and

has since starred in several successful ad campaigns.

Not only has Meeks' modeling career taken off after his release from prison, but he's

also recently started a new romance with British heiress Chloe Green, the daughter of billionaire

Topshop owner Sir Philip Green.

Not bad for a former gang member and convicted felon!

3 Signs You MUST Decrease Importance to Attract What You Want (Reality Transurfing Secret) - Duration: 18:12.

this video will show you three signs that you must decrease importance in

order to attract what you want I think this is the game-changer for a lot of

people it's changed my life and I want to show you how to do that

welcome back to another video my name is Erin and I help people expand their

consciousness now in this video I'm gonna be sharing with you those three

things the three signs that it is time for you to decrease importance and how

that can totally revolutionize the kind of results that you're getting now this

is a reality Tran surfing idea maybe maybe if you've heard me talk about

reality Tran surfing and basically in a nutshell what it is it's the powerful

process manifestation process and more so just a philosophy like a wave for

seeing the world and it came from a book called reality trans earthing by vadim

zealand who is a quantum physicist in russia now it's been translated to

english and it's um a lot of people come and understand and it has to do with

understanding a couple key principles one is that there's an infinite number

of parallel realities that exist and that what you want to experience already

exists so it's not so much about trying to get that to come over here it's more

so about embodying the feeling and embodying that version of you now in

order to experience what you want now there's a couple key principles one

setting intention so when you simply set more intentions you'll experience more

what you want your life tensions are the direction of which parallel realities

you experience there's another part called pendulums pendulums are these

thought structures anytime we think thoughts there are electromagnetic type

reality to those thoughts even if we can't actually see it so when we're

thinking about certain things we're creating thought structures about it now

think about it also any time we're consistently thinking of something with

momentum we begin to create more and more of that momentum therefore bringing

that more so in our perceptual range so that's why well your focus is so

powerful and when you learn how to really focus in a powerful way or you

learn how to focus from a conscious way things can change in a very powerful way

now another part of reality Tran surfing is this idea of decreasing importance

this is the game changer for me this is the game to

that when I share on the channel people say it's really changed their life and

it's understanding that we must balance out the energy or they'll be balancing

factors that come out that balance off the energy for us and this is normally

in a way that we don't prefer so this is when we are giving anything what is

called excess meaning what that means is that anytime you want something really

bad you're also saying I currently don't have this now at the same time when you

make something really really important you put it on a pedestal and you

immediately can't connect to it as much when you put it on a pedestal you create

this resistance you create it to where it's something that you don't actually

perceive up because metaphorically speaking there are these balancing

factors that come into play that make it so that that balance is out so the key

is we must do and have what is called a balance of coordination we must be aware

of how something feels and by being aware of how something feels and the way

that we're viewing it we can then see him we'd be like yo I got switched up my

mindset a little bit about this and if we do that a lot begins to change so

these three signs are things that I've noticed in my own life and even if this

is just a couple days and I think that you can relate to some of these so the

first one has to do with simply seriousness how serious are you making

your manifestation and how serious are you taking yourselves yourself and the

reason I say this is because I realize this the other day now I have been in

this new spot for about a week now and I realized that even in the last you know

since I moved in here I just pretty much get up every day I make videos and I

kind of in a way just grind it out like I have a very strong work ethic I love

what I do so it's not like I have to feel like oh how good it is I have to go

do this however I find that I become a little bit too immersed in what I do

sometimes in the sense that I become very I don't know like I'm just always

trying to get to the next place I'm always trying to progress the website

progress this progress that progress and it makes me feel sometimes like there's

a certain sense of seriousness that comes with it and I had to remind myself

because I was feeling resistance maybe like two three days ago and I realized

that unless I got into check something else would happen

that would make me have to get it in check now this happens to me like for

example I haven't been sick in about four or five years except for a little

bit of congestion and what happens is when I start to become aware of that

congestion that is my body signal telling me hey you need to get back into

being present to the moment you need to relax that's the way I interpret it

because that's the meaning I give it so because of that what I've learned to do

is how to have that body awareness so I'm not sick however I do start to get

congested from time to time maybe you could hear it I sound a tad bit

congested and that's simply because it's my body telling me hey loosen up relax

it doesn't have to be so serious and that's my interpretation at least that's

the way that I use it but by me becoming aware of that guess what I'm grateful

because then I can focus on what really matters which is also enjoying life you

know sometimes we put these things on a pedestal like yeah on a pedestal but we

also say and give so much meaning we say when that happens I will feel a certain

way when really we have to enjoy the journey at the same time so this is

always a reminder for me to enjoy the journey so sometimes I'll go out to eat

at a nice place or I'll go hang out with friends or I'll go do something like

swim in a pool or go to the gym and just relax at the gym like there's a sauna

and there's like things you know light outside by the pool because it's sunny

here in Vegas so those are some things that I can do but also to just have fun

just to laugh you know that's something else too I remember one of the funnest

trips that I had I went with Victor my buddy Victor odo which a lot of you guys

know and we went to Costa Rica we went to a place called arrhythmia and when

one are there it was like we weren't you know we didn't we weren't grinding out

to make videos we weren't like there was no specific schedule of what exactly we

had to do and we just enjoyed ourselves and it was one of the funnest trips I've

ever had because we literally just laughed the whole time it was like we

were able to like kind of just be ourselves in a completely different way

away from like the business side of us which is like let's do this how we're

gonna help people do this you know the business and the adding value side you

know we so many videos why were there a couple here and there but it was like so

much of a different energy and it was so light it was so fun

and what do it sometimes I I intend to like get

intention as powerful I intend to get back to that state to where it's just

loose it's just fun just like you know laugh about it if you find yourself

taking it too serious then what happens is you're creating it and making it more

important than it has to be and that's where resistance is created so part of

even when it says in the book is that anytime we take things too seriously

that that a lot of times means that we're giving an excess importance so the

key is to have a better sense of humor about it to just kind of joke around but

let it be fun you know sometimes I look and I think it's funny the way that I'm

so focused on what I do and it can be a good thing that's for sure you know it's

just that I've been rewarded for like the hard work I put into what I do

because that's what made me go from working a nine-to-five job at in joy to

doing YouTube full-time so I'm kind of like always keep that you always keep

that kind of perspective but the key I'm finding is it's less about the

seriousness and it's more about the feeling so how do you feel you know it's

funny because as I get and I increase my state of being things happen better

anyways I know sometimes if I against a website Victor knows this too anytime

there's a website issue or we can't figure out how to do something how to

move something over technical wise the more you fight it the more the more

resistance you create with it you're not going to figure out the answer but if

you go to the gym or if you go outside and lay out for a little bit or if you

just go relax for a little bit and you come back to it you figure it out really

easily it's the funniest thing it's almost like you allow that resistance to

go away which is manifesting itself with not figuring stuff out and then all the

sudden guess what you can figure stuff out so are you making things more

important than they have to be and are you being very serious about it you know

sometimes that people like how do I attract this how do I track this very

serious type 5 and a lot of times my answer is just to loosen up about it be

cool if it happens but also be cool of you just be present in the moment

because you know it's gonna eventually happen so that's something that's really

made me become more aware of how I can decrease importance and it's changed my

life in a powerful way all right now the second sign that it is time to decrease

importance is the most obvious one and that is that you feel resistance now

resistance is like a negative feeling that we have and there's really two type

of inner and outer importance or is really two type of importance

in general one is inner importance the other is outer importance any time we

give something inner importance within ourselves meaning that we think that we

are maybe better than other people or maybe we think that we're not like we're

underneath other people that's creating polarization of either inner importance

or outer importance of that's creating it whether it's us feeling better or

worse than other people that's creating polarization which creates an imbalance

of the inner intention and the inner importance now our importance is anytime

we make something outside of us more important than it has to be now this is

the most common one when it comes to making it important that you attract

someone into your life make it a very important that you attract money into

your life or any type of object that we give excess median or excess importance

two balancing factors come into play that neutralize that energy so what this

means is that what we must do is become aware of this inner and outer importance

that we're giving things because that creates resistance how do you feel with

this you know this let me give a couple examples one example could be that you

just got a new car and you make it very very important that everything about it

stays very clean and things are always happening to where it's like you can

protect it because you really really value it the thing is is if you really

really value it and you make it more important than it has to be many times

you may manifest something happening it could be a little like a car ding

something dings your car it could be that you go to clean it and something

happens to where I like it something breaks it could be so many different

things because they're giving you an excess meaning with that excess

potential the probability of that energy state is that something can manifest for

it to go the wrong way so it could be also that you create resistance with the

relationship you say here's where I am right now I want to be in a relationship

I want somebody to love me and because you have that intention what happens is

you're also saying in the present moment I don't currently have what I want and

in an energetic state of being you may also be saying that I'm not worthy

because you are feeling that you need someone else that creates something

called dependence outer independence you create dependence on something else

happening and if that thing doesn't happen then

you can't feel happy but that's making a rule to yourself and that's making it so

that you have to things have to fill into a slot in order for things to

happen for you and the thing is is that's outside of you that's not

something you can't control so instead you must understand the

energy from which you're coming from a lot of times when people ask me

questions on YouTube whether it's DMS and Instagram they're asking me

questions about how can they do certain things whether it's a track someone

interrupts their live and I always pay attention to where is that energy coming

from because if the energy is coming from a place of lack or it's coming from

a place of not already having then the thing is is even if you get that thing

you may not actually be happy and if you do get that thing you may become

dependent on it and create resistance around it to where then things don't

happen for you anyways because of that energy state that you're in so this is

why it's about becoming aware of where that energy is coming from now an

important part of this is just to simply start to tap into the feeling more so

than the intellectual ideas that's something this channel is moving in the

direction of it's more so understanding how to let go of all of the intellectual

ideas and how to do all of this like psychology part of it it's more so about

how can you just get to the energy state because in the energy state is where

things happen much more smooth anyways so with that being said don't make it a

rule that the outer reality has to have certain variables in order for you to

feel a certain way start to realize that instead what you can do is focus on your

state of being and if you feel that resistance simply start to let go more

now how do you let go you let go by not identifying with what is happening by

observing it rather than reacting to it by letting it be and by surrendering

this is so counterintuitive you know there's inner intention which

is the ability to take action the will to do certain things but then there's

something called outer intention and outer intention is when you surrender to

the process you must have both you can't just action action action action action

without actually surrendering understanding that the how does not have

to be completely figured out by the ego mind you can allow in a way

quote-unquote the universe to manifest it for you in the same way you may be

intending to manifest someone into your life and a certain level they are

intending to manifest to you so that's part of our intention this goes beyond

just your inner intention and it helps you understand more of it from an

energetic point of view now the third sign that you are must decrease

importance in order to attract what you want has to do with how comfortable do

your goals feel now this is one of the biggest game changers when you're

studying reality transfer phim is understanding the feeling aspect of it

but what are your goals and if your goals make you feel uncomfortable to the

sense that it's something that maybe is more so connected to the mind like the

mind likes the idea of money right money is like Oh money Eagles freedom money

equals the ability to do what I want but you see the heart does not connect to

that in the same way the heart connects to feeling the heart connects to emotion

the heart connects to passion so what you can begin to do is to moreso focus

on how you can get to that energy state and how you can have the right goals

because if you don't have the right goals you will be making things more

important than they have to be by default so the goals must be connected

to a feeling of something you can tap into so for example for me versus money

and me saying oh I want to create X amount of money per month or per year I

focus on what I could be doing in the sense of what makes me feel a certain

way the money doesn't necessarily make me feel a certain way in the same way

that me doing my passion part of the journey is for me so I am I told you

guys this before but mine and the way that I view it is going into and

speaking in front of a lot of people and going to traveling the world and being

able to eat at amazing restaurants that to me is much more exciting than just

that of the idea of the money itself so I could tap into that feeling more and

by tapping into that feeling I can see it as something that is almost

comfortable for me so what you want to do is you want to moreso make your goals

comfortable now this goes against some of the 10x rule and some of the things

that we learn but this is the idea you set the goal that it's maybe

outside your comfort zone for a while but what you do is you start to see that

as comfortable for you and your self-image changes as well the only time

that remains uncomfortable is if you don't change your self-image with that

of your goal so for example if you were currently making twenty thousand dollars

a year and you're like hey I want to make fifty thousand dollars a year

well you must do is see yourself have your self-image as somebody that simply

makes fifty thousand dollars a year unless you change your self-image

subconsciously you'll always go back to default so start to see it as natural

for you to be somebody that makes 50k a year start to see it as that but

remember don't make it just about the money make it about what you could be

doing something that you're passionate about to where you can tap into that

feeling because that feeling is what's more so powerful than just the idea of

some symbolic representation of what money means so tap into the feeling and

understand that as you tap into the feeling see it as comfortable for that

to be a part of who you are and it goes more so instead of just stepping outside

your comfort zone you're expanding your comfort zone when you expand it your

self-image comes with it so for me for example I see it as natural for me to be

traveling to be speaking because I already do it on YouTube

I already speak on YouTube I already speak in front of many people on YouTube

what's the difference between that and do it in a person well because I can see

that's more so natural it's something that's already happened you know I

already gave a talk in LA it's something that will be happening more in the

future so it's something I can more so tap into so it's kind of a cool

perspective but expand your comfort zone see it as comfortable for you and by

doing that you're a decrease in importance because your self-image is

coming along with it as well now everything I'm talking about right now

all of this stuff is about decreasing importance I've created a free

meditation mp3 that will help you to decrease the level of importance which

will then increase the probability that you experience what you want it's a very

powerful meditation I recommend that you listen to it for 21 days straight I

released a baby a month ago I've had so many people tell me that it's changed

their life so I want to be able to give that same tool to you so feel free to

download that that'll be in the top of the description box below and remember

all you have to do is let go of making things so serious have fun with the

process make it more about the feeling let go of the resistance by

letting go of identification and then make your goal something that's natural

for you because it's part of your self-image and it's changed with you as

well so would that be upset I hope you guys enjoyed this video feel free to

What Does Omega-3 Fish Oil Do? The Benefits of Antler Farms New Zealand Fish Oil by Thomas DeLauer - Duration: 7:25.

It's Thomas DeLauer with Antler Farms.

And today we're talking about Omega-3s and fish oil.

We're talking about what they really do in the body and how you can start sourcing the

right kind of Omega-3s and how you can understand what truly is in an Omega-3 product.

Because they're not all created equal.

See, first off I want to talk about the three main reasons that Omega-3s are exceptionally

beneficial for your body.

And these are things that are going to make you quite happy because they're things I think

all of us want.

The first one is of course your brain health.

Okay, significant improvements in brain health when Omega-3s are consumed.

And this simply has to do with the fact that it increases the fluidity of cell membranes.

Okay, cell membranes are the actual outer structure of a cell.

And in the brain, it's very important that they're fluid.

If they're not fluid, it makes it difficult for cells to communicate with one another.

For example, if you have a cell membrane that is rigid, that is not fluid, it's like a hard

shell.

It's almost like an exoskeleton.

It's not receptive to signals.

It's not receptive to the electronic signals that are coming from other cells, like communication

of the neurotransmitters.

You need that for your brain to function.

Since Omega-3s contribute to the flexibility of those membranes, they make it so the cells

can communicate better and actually move throughout the brain and give it more fluidity.

This is exceptionally important.

That communication is critical.

Okay, then fat loss.

Omega-3s are huge for fat loss.

And not simply because they're a healthy fat.

You see what they do is they activate something known as uncoupling protein 1.

Uncoupling protein 1 signals our body to crank up its body temperature.

You see, it signals brown fat, which is the good fat in our body, to trigger what is called

thermogenesis.

Thermogenesis is exactly that, where our bodies temperature is increasing and ultimately burning

more fat.

We have good fat and bad fat, white fat and brown fat.

Brown fat is the good fat.

It's the fat that gets our body temperature up but it has to get activated and this uncoupling

protein 1 activates it.

But guess what?

The fish oil activates more of the uncoupling protein 1.

Fish oil equals more uncoupling protein 1 equals more body temperature.

Then we look at muscle growth.

Okay.

It actually has an effect on MTOR.

MTOR is also known as mechanistic target of rapamycin and it's been getting a lot of publicity

lately because it truly is the light switch that flips on protein synthesis.

Without MTOR, protein doesn't get utilized to actually build muscle.

And it's been found that Omega-3s actually trigger more production of MTOR.

Therefore leading to more protein being synthesized and ultimately building more muscle.

Let's talk about fish oil, though because it's not all sustainable and it's not all

equal.

In this particular video, I want to talk about the brand Antler Farms and their Omega-3.

Okay.

Antler Farms has gone above and beyond to source the right kind of sustainable fish

that are still going to give us the proper ratio.

You see, when it comes down to Omega-3s, there are two different kinds of fats in there.

Two different kinds of Omega-3s.

We have EPA and we have DHA.

EPA is good for modulating inflammation throughout the course of the body.

DHA is very, very good for brain health and contributing to that cellular flexibility

and the membrane flexibility that we want.

We need the right ratio of the two.

The problem is most fish oil supplements end up having copious amounts of EPA and very

little DHA, when the ideal ratio, in this particular case, is going to be a three to

two.

Three being EPA and two being DHA.

If that ratio's off, you don't really have the best quality fish oil supplement.

We want that ratio to be dead on.

And that's exactly why Antler Farms takes care of all their business in New Zealand.

You see, New Zealand has extremely strict fish management processes.

What this means that it's the highest quality fish but it's also going to be the cleanest

because New Zealand is such a pristine environment and the waters are so clean, you don't have

nearly as many things like toxins.

You don't have nearly as many heavy metals.

You don't nearly as many PCBs.

All these things that are contributing to making a lot of the fish oils out there very,

very unhealthy.

This is critical and a big reason why Antler Farms' Omega-3 is such a powerful one.

But I want to talk about the kinds of fish that are used.

Okay, the first one is Hoki, New Zealand Hoki.

Now, New Zealand Hoki is a pretty amazing fish in and of itself simply because it already

has a really good ratio of EPA to DHA to begin with.

We're already off to a great start.

But, because of New Zealand's processes, Hoki can actually be traced all the way down to

the vessel that it was caught on, the location in which it was caught and the date in which

it was caught.

That makes it exceptionally powerful and very, very cool when it comes down to knowing what

you're putting in your body.

If we ever had to go back and look at a specific date because there was something in question,

we could actually source it and identify when the Hoki was caught.

The other thing is Hoki is very low on the food chain.

And this is a good thing.

You see, Hoki predominately feeds on squid and crustaceans.

The lower something is down the food chain, the less likely it is to be contaminated.

As you get higher and higher up the food chain, you start looking at some of the more predatory

fish, they are consuming these other fish that already have small amounts of toxins

and as it goes up the food chain, more toxins accumulate.

Plus they also live for a very long period of time, which means they're swimming around

the water absorbing toxins for a longer period of time.

But it also makes them much less sustainable.

When we're looking at smaller fish like this, they're very, very sustainable and they can

be fished for a long period of time.

They are not anywhere near endangered and they populate very, very quickly.

The other fish that is in the Antler Farms' Omega-3 is the South Pacific Anchoveta.

Also known as an anchovy.

And these are fish off the coast of Chile.

Now the cool thing about the Anchoveta is that they're very, very low on the food chain.

They swim down to about 300 feet, so they're down nice and low so they're in a little bit

of a colder water.

But they also feed on plankton.

That means they don't have any toxins in them or very, very little.

They're very, very efficient fish that is extremely, extremely healthy.

But also, they populate very, very fast as well.

There are loads of them.

There's never going to be a sustainability issue.

That is the first thing that we are thinking about, outside of health, is how long can

we do this and can we keep the earth healthy.

These Anchoveta are so sustainable, they actually have a unique award.

Something known as the Marine Stewardship Council has given them an eco label, which

means that they are certified as a very sustainable fish.

It's not just something that I'm saying out of the side of my mouth.

It truly has been deemed to be a very, very sustainable fish.

Now let's talk about the processing for a second because this is important too.

When you look at most fish oil products, they're not going through a squeaky clean process.

You see, this is very, very important because this is where you can actually get rid of

all the toxins.

You see, even clean fish are still going to have a little bit of toxins.

But if you have a state-of-the-art facility like Antler Farms uses, you can actually get

rid of the rest of the PCBs, get rid of any traces of heavy metals and ultimately come

out with a very concentrated, purified form of Omega-3 that's the perfect ratio.

It's in this facility that start to combine the Hoki with the Anchoveta to get the very,

very ideal ratio of Omega-3 EPA with Omega-3 DHA.

Now lastly, we add a little bit of vitamin E to make sure that there's an antioxidant

effect.

Because the last thing you want is fish oil to go rancid.

Fish oil is a relatively unstable fat.

But if you add Omega-3 to it, you get the high potency antioxidants of Omega-3 that

are going to make it so it can combat a little bit more of the oxidant stress that naturally

occurs, even when it's in a bottle.

Now you have an understanding of how Omega-3s work.

You have a general breakdown of EPA, a general breakdown of DHA.

But also, sustainability and why it's so important, not just for the long-term but also for your

health.

Make sure you check out Antler Farms' Omega-3.

And as always, keep it locked in here with Antler Farms.

See you soon.
