Auto news on Youtube Sep 28 2018

hi everyone this is Cafeccino I'm Ramsha Nadeem

today's video is about Chocolate Chunk muffins also we'll be discussing some

differences between a cupcake and a muffin because most of us mistook them

and consider them as the same so we'll be discussing the differences as well

into a ball cracking three eggs and give them a little whisk

once that's done add in granulated sugar into it and give them a nice whip now

all the recipe ingredient list along with your quantities I mentioned in the

description box below so you can go and check it out over there so after adding

the sugar into your eggs just whisk it until it gets light in volume paler in

color and fluffy in texture so all these three qualities combined together make

up a term which is called a ribbon stage in our baking language so it looks

something like this it will be almost like pale white in color and when you

will lift up your beaters it will form a ribbon something like this so you can

see it will be flowing beautifully like a ribbon that's our ribbon state done

now into a clean separate bowl add in some cream I'm using whipping cream but

you can like feel free to use double cream heavy cream regular cream or

whipping cream it's all up to you and give it a whisk until it's nice and

slightly thicker now as I'm using whipping cream it will increase in

volume and get a bit more thicker but if you are using normal cream it might not

get thicker that will be fine as well add in some Dutch processed cocoa in it

feel free to use normal cocoa as well but I would highly highly recommend you

guys to use Dutch process as you can see the color of it it's beautiful the color

the flavor the smell the aroma everything is so much intense

and you get the best chocolatey flavor out of Dutch processed so try to invest

in Dutch processed once and you will never switch back and personally I

almost use in every single recipe I use - process instead of natural cocoa

because it tastes you know it tastes more like chocolate and that's what we

need mix up your cocoa in the cream and this will get instantly so so thick it

will almost look like a frosting and by the way this is not frosting this thing

is going in our egg mixture in our muffin mix because muffins are not

frosted that's the major major difference which he can identify easily

muffins are never frosted cupcakes are frosted and decorated and cupcakes are

actually mini cakes so they are miniature cakes or miniature desserts

and they are served in the form of dessert they are a dessert and muffins

are actually belonging of bread family they are that sounds like weird but

muffins are from bread family and they are served in breakfast mostly they are

not Frost but there may be you might find a drizzle of some granulated sugar

or some nuts and chunks of chocolate on top of a muffin which is really common

add in some coat of just mix those two things first the cream and the egg

mixture I also had in some plain flour and baking powder give it a quick mix

and add in chocolate chunks into it chocolate chunks always gives a nice

dimension I always prefer using chunks instead of chocolate chips you will see

in every recipe of mine also add in some extract I'm using hazelnut extract but

feel free to use vanilla extract as well if he is a loved one is not available

folding the chocolate chunks in the very end and as you can see the batter is

quite thick that's the difference the batter of the muffin is mostly thicker

than comparatively to the cup take better and just because of the

thickness and the density of the batter the chocolate chunks won't sink which is

a great thing so you won't be having chocolate chunks bits of chocolate lying

at the bottom burnt from the base of your cake muffin

yeah line your muffin tray or cupcake tray

whatever you call it with your liners and then spoon the spoon the batter into

them now one more difference which we do while

baking cupcakes and muffins is we fill in the batter while making cupcakes we

fill in like 3/4 of a better and we leave 1/4 of a room to erase them but

while making muffins I prefer personally to fill it all the

way to the top because when the rises they get a really nice beautiful dome on

top and that's because we fold them all the way to the top also adding in some

chocolate chunks on top these are completely optional I have not mentioned

them in the description box so if you want to add them chop some extra

chocolate and then top it on top once that's done bake these into the

preheated oven they won't take too much time 20 minutes max and 15 to 20 minutes

is like the average time of their baking and bake them in the preheated oven at

180c and you can see how the looks from

inside the chocolate from the top is melted also from the inside these

muffins are really light and not dense like other muffins and this recipe is

basically tested like I'm making these from like past three to four years so

this is fully foolproof and hope you liked the tutorial subscribe for a new

video every Friday do follow me on Facebook and Instagram click here for

the cupcake mint cupcake recipe and here for the latest uploaded videos and as

always eat drink and think bye guys

What's the difference between weather and climate? - Duration: 2:01.

Take a look outside your window. Is it hot and sunny? Is it cloudy and rainy?

Is there snow on the ground? When you look out the window, you're seeing what the weather is like today.

Weather is only temporary. For example, a blizzard can turn into a flood after just a few warm spring days.

Climate, on the other hand, is more than just a few warm or cool days.

Climate describes the typical weather conditions in an entire region for a very long time—30 years or more.

Keeping an eye on changing weather can help us plan ahead.

We know that if thunderclouds are forming overhead, it's probably a good idea to stay inside.

But it's important to keep an eye on changes in Earth's climate, too.

And NASA has observed that Earth is getting warmer.

Keeping track of Earth's sea level is one way that we can know how quickly the climate is changing.

As Earth's climate warms, ice in Antarctica and Greenland is melting.

This causes the level of the oceans to rise.

NASA satellites can measure sea level rise from space.

They can also track changes in the climate by measuring the clouds.

We know that changes in the number, size or location of clouds could be caused by a change in Earth's climate.

NASA satellites are always orbiting Earth, looking down at our oceans and clouds.

And they monitor Earth's climate in other ways, too.

It's important to keep an eye on our planet and all the ways that it's changing.

Right now, it's the only one we've got!

Find out more about our Earth at NASA Climate Kids!

UM-Dearborn Difference Makers 2018: Faculty Connection - Duration: 1:32.

The feeling that I had when I came to UM-Dearborn was one of immediate

community and it was one where I felt like I had a chance to really connect with professors.

And I feel like those have provided lasting relationships that

I can build on in the future.

I really appreciate everything that the

staff here has done, that the professor's have done to further my education, to

speak with me one-on-one, to help develop my ideas, and that develop my intellect as a student.

Right now I'm currently working with this professor and sociology

department on a paper that examines disadvantaged college students and the

successes and failures of disadvantaged college students. So we are looking at

what enables disadvantaged students in terms of income and race and a few

other demographic variables. What enables disadvantaged students to ultimately

complete college whereas others drop out.

So I chose to come back to UM-Dearborn to study my computer science Ph.D degree simply because of the

relationships I developed with several of the faculty. As a undergraduate

student they mentored me and really introduced me to how I should be giving back to the community.

How to Find Chiral Centers & the Difference Between Chiral vs Achiral Molecules - Duration: 4:51.

Let's see what makes a molecule chiral and how to find all of the chiral

centers. Hello everyone, I'm Melissa Maribel your personal tutor and let's start with

understanding what a chiral molecule is. If a molecule is chiral it means there

is no line of symmetry the left side is not the same as the right and the

molecules mirror image is different and nonsuperimposable meaning we cannot

perfectly align the molecules on top of each other. A molecule is achiral if

there is a line of symmetry within the molecule, the left side is the same as

the right side which is why it's achiral.

Let's do another example and see what molecules are chiral or achiral if we

were to cut the middle of each molecule we would see that the top and bottom

parts of this first molecule are not the same so there is no line of symmetry

making it a chiral molecule. However, the second molecule does have a line of

symmetry since the top and bottom parts of the molecule are the same making this

an achiral molecule moving on to chiral centers a chiral center is an

atom that is attached to four different groups, we represent a chiral center with

an asterisk. When an atom has a double or triple bond it cannot be a chiral center

since there are not enough groups. For example, this carbon is not a chiral

center because there are only three different groups and we need four

different groups for this to be a chiral center. Let's identify the chiral centers

in these two examples looking at this carbon we will see if there are four

different groups surrounding the central carbon we have OH this carbon chain, a

totally different carbon chain with an OH group and a hydrogen so both of these

carbons are our chiral centers note an achiral molecule can still have chiral

centers as shown here. This entire molecule does have a line of symmetry

and both parts are the same making it achiral.

In this example there are actually no chiral centers because there are two

methyl groups and remember all of the groups have to be different. Note: a

chiral molecule does not have to have a chiral center there is no line of

symmetry within this molecule making it chiral.

Okay to make sure you fully understand everything we just covered try these two

questions and we'll go over the answers in just a little bit. For question one

identify the chiral centers. To find the answer to question one let's check each

carbon and see if there are four different groups. Hmm nope not enough

groups not enough groups for the next carbon this carbon has one two three

four different groups so yes this is a chiral center. Next remember double or

triple bond will never be a chiral center so this one is not a chiral

center. This next carbon doesn't have enough groups the next carbon has one

two three and four different groups so yes this is another chiral center and

this end carbon is a common mistake it has enough groups but there are two of the

same groups our methyl groups but we need all four groups to be different so

this is not a chiral center. There are only two chiral centers in this molecule.

For question two label each molecule as chiral or achiral

To find the answer to question two remember we are looking for lines of

symmetry, if there is a line of symmetry within the molecule then it's achiral

like this first one is. Here is another hidden line of symmetry we can count the

number of carbons on either side and see that we can cut this molecule in half

and it would be the same since there are 1, 2, 3 carbons on the left and 1, 2, 3

carbons on the right making this molecule achiral. Now for the remaining

molecules there is no line of symmetry no matter how we try to cut them down

the middle they are never the same so these both are chiral. You can find other

helpful videos right here and if you would like additional homework help

tutoring or other resources you can find that all in the description box and

remember stay determined you can do this

UM-Dearborn Difference Makers 2018: Power of the Michigan Degree - Duration: 1:20.

We all are trying to like be Difference Makers, be wolverines.

Like exude that confidence that power of really making a difference and really

going out there and really doing something that matters.

With being a Human Resource Management major and all these opportunities at UM-Dearborn

I was able to get a job with Tesla Motors recently.

I'm kind of doing marketing but

it's going to lead to Human Resource Management and within time they'll transfer me over to California.

The real-world implications for my research

all stem around Alzheimer's, Parkinson's but I also actually have a paper

published regarding cancer, specifically brain cancer.

The fact that I'm already

published I am so blessed and so honored by that.

I really can't say enough how

passionate I am about this and I'm so thankful that UM-Dearborn was able to give me this opportunity.

Why you should meet me at Difference Maker, Live! - Duration: 5:13.

So I wanted to share with you a few reasons why you want to be at difference

maker live with me this November 30th at the luxurious sparkling hills spa and

resort in Vernon BC first I want to share with you why I've created this

one-day event you know for a long time I have seen really two different kinds of

business leaders and female entrepreneurs on one hand I see a group

of women who year after year they seem to be struggling they're complaining

about the frustration and the overwhelm even though they're incredibly talented

and they work really hard in their career in business they just don't seem

to make a lot of progress and then there's another group of women and I

know you've seen them maybe it's been a while since you've come across them but

when you do you are amazed at the amount of progress they've made in their career

in business they're confident is high their focus is lasered and they're

loving what they're doing here's what I know the difference between these two

women is that the second group they have found a way to overcome the only two

hurdles any of us will ever face do you want to know what those are here they

are the two battles any women in business will ever face are distraction

and depletion and that's what the difference maker live is all about it's

about extinguishing depletion and it's about removing distraction so that you

can be refueled reinvigorated your best to serve your colleagues and your

clients and you can be confident and focused so that you are not getting

overwhelmed not getting distracted and frustrated by trying to do a million

things but truly in your business contributing your gifts serving in your

way and making your impact so that you can be the difference maker you are

meant to be so this event is all about me sharing for the first time my

five-part vision casting formula which I have used to quadruple my own business

results in a very short period of time and up until now I've only

ever given access to my private clients and if you've watched some of our recent

interviews you know they are making incredible shifts in their personal life

and in their business results so you'll have access to this five-part vision

casting formula so that you can look into 2019 and create an inspired vision

for what you want to create and we can re-engineer or reverse engineer an

inspired plan to have you make those goals a reality in 2019 it's about

removing barriers reducing frustration and overwhelm and focusing you in on the

impact you're meant to have now I know what you're thinking

I know that live events like these are not always convenient right you've got a

make arrangements book a flight get in the car pack a bag do your hair

and get dressed up it's not always convenient to attend live events like

difference maker live but that is precisely the point I know after eleven

plus years of being an entrepreneur and a success coach for women just like you

I know how mission-critical it is for us all to have a pattern disrupt like the

difference maker live it's an opportunity to get out of our normal and

plug into a higher level of thinking get refueled re-energized to wake up our

vision and get inspired by other high-caliber women it's all about you

having what you need to truly make a difference and I know that's what your

mission is in your business in fact it's my mission as well it's not convenient

for me to host and plan and deliver an event that's clear across the country

from where I live but I'm not doing this because it's convenient I'm doing this

because I know what a difference it makes for you to get out of your normal

get inspired and be supported by a proven formula to reduce overwhelm and

create a beautiful vision for 2019 so if that's not reason enough for you to join

me at difference maker live a couple of other things you need to know

you know that as a female business leader an entrepreneur relationships are

one of our greatest assets and you can expect that some of the women that you

will meet a difference maker live have the potential to become your closest

collaborators and best or business besties for years to come not only that

you can expect to have some champagne toasts some dazzling spa action some

jaw-dropping scenery and who knows maybe even some spontaneous dance breaks to

inspire you along the way so all of that and more at the difference-maker live

event with me November 30th at the luxurious sparkling

hills spa and resort I cannot wait to see you there

UM-Dearborn Difference Makers 2018: Regional Impact - Duration: 2:26.

Two years ago the Informational Technology Management Association started a Detroit Public Schools coding camp initiative.

It takes about thirty to forty middle school students from Detroit Public Schools.

We provide lunch to them, even pay for the bus to get here and

its an experience where we can try teach them the importance of not only technology and their future jobs

but also, different coding strategies and different complications that come with it.

Part of our mission at Covenant House is UM-Dearborn sends out tutors to

help students there in the areas of math, reading and writing to obtain their G.E.D hopefully.

And better encourage them to stay off the streets and stay off the things that might put them in danger

and keep on pursing their education.

My capstone project was the Mercado Food Hub

which is food client choice pantry for low income families.

And I've been able to make a big difference there because they don't have the resources

to be able to analyze all the different areas they can optimize such as facility design, inventory and food quality.

For alternative spring break, we were able to go to Cleveland and volunteer for a whole week and you got to see

the impact you were doing through those people.

So for a whole week [we did] with different nonprofits so the Boys and Girls Club, food banks, book banks.

So all those things that you might not normally do here, you're able to see the impact making there

and also make those connections and see how you can bring them back here to Detroit.

So I'm involved in several organizations and leadership experiences on campus.

My first one is "Books for a Benefit."

I'm involved in that organization that promotes literacy in underprivileged communities.

Were also building a library in a Detroit elementary school.

Service is very important to me because you only learn and grow when you give to others.

When you have certain gifts and you're able to share them with others and really make an impact on your community

that's what helps you to personally grow and develop as a person.

Turmeric vs. Curcumin - What's The Difference For Warm Weather Joint and Muscle Relief - Duration: 0:56.

There is a ton of hype around turmeric right now and today I want to tell you

about the main difference between turmeric and curcumin. So, what is the

main difference between curcumin and turmeric? Well, for starters, they come

from the same root. However, curcumin is the chemical compound form of turmeric.

Essentially, it provides you with greater health benefits and it's far stronger

than turmeric would be when taken alone. With the warmer weather you're probably

outside more, you're probably moving more, and, well, you're probably aching more.

By incorporating curcumin into your routine you would allow yourself to move

more comfortably. So, whether you're using this hot weather to hike more, run more,

or like me, if your dog demands more walks. There's really no reason that

curcumin shouldn't be a part of your summer.

UM-Dearborn Difference Makers 2018: Inclusive Campus - Duration: 1:40.

We have the diversity and that's demographics but we're really inclusive

and what that is is not just having different people with different

backgrounds but interacting with them meaningfully, learning from each other, growing, appreciating.

Me from coming from 8,000 miles like away I'm here and

I'm a part of this campus equally. And I work on campus part-time and it is so

lovely to have that experience have so many friends and they're from different

places and I got all of that because I was involved on campus.

University of Michigan-Dearborn is a good place for non-traditional students.

Here the S.O.A.R program here is really unique in that it centers on non-traditional students.

I would think that this campus is really unique because there's a lot of

diversity among the whole student body and I wouldn't have had the

opportunities that I've had to meet new people and see new things and when

you're working with others and when you're not able to bring something to

the table. You're missing out and others are missing out on potential

that you can bring. And I think that if you're involved on campus you're able to

get a certain voice out in a certain perspective that otherwise wouldn't have been shown.
