That's the opinion of Harry Redknapp who believes the Reds will have to beat Mauricio Pochettino's side if they want to lift the trophy

Liverpool currently sit six points clear of Spurs and seven of Manchester City. And Redknapp believes it is a three-horse race

**PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** "I think it's a three horse race," he told talkSPORT

"Liverpool are the favourites now which is a big turnaround. "But Tottenham are in great form at the moment and they are genuine title contenders

"Spurs are still in it, you can't write them off. They are bang there, the way they are playing at the moment

"I can't see anybody else getting into it.  "I watched Arsenal yesterday and they are nowhere near in my opinion

"I know they've had injuries, but at the back they are still very poor. "And Chelsea are just so reliant on Eden Hazard

Without him you couldn't really see them challenging, they're still short of a frontman

"So really, I think there are three runners and I think it will be very tight. "It's going to be a great title race this year

" Liverpool will look to continue their good form when they take on Arsenal at Anfield on Saturday (5

30pm). That could leave the Gunners a massive 16 points behind Jurgen Klopp's side

Tottenham face off against Wolves on the same day at 3pm while City travel to Southampton on Sunday

Abraham Hicks No Ads 🎄 Near-death experience - Duration: 14:57.

just thank you so much for your teaching I've sort of got stuck in step one for

about five years until July and you popped up on YouTube I was in a place of

step one contrast helps you know what you want step two is search knows what

you want and focuses on it and it actually becomes a reality

step three is you focus upon what your inner beam knows and so it's a

vibrational reality for you that's in the process of becoming step four is

you're really good at that master of step three is what step four is Step

five is you're in contrast but you're not mad at yourself about being in

contrast because you accept that's important part of the process so you

think that's where you're at you are ma'am lady yeah yeah that's July I

rediscovered you and I mean my whole life has changed the disaster I thought

was coming was kind of no big deal I live in a different state I've got a new

car of new career everything's changed and so I just wanted to say thank you

I'm really grateful to be right here right now we're happy that you

understand how it works and are focusing deliberately deliberate creation is so

much more fun than creation by default yes it is because things are always

changing it's just nice when they change in the direction of what you want or

what feels good to you yeah and so my question is really

following on from the last person I have a fascination with people who have made

their transition into non-physical and then come to why well you have a

fascination with people who have made their way into non-physical because they

have a fascination with you all that is non physically focused is really

interested in what you've got going on but interested in where you're going not

so much where you are but your question was a little different than that you're

talking about them actually coming back but we want to soften that hard rule

belief that you've got going that your physical non-physical physical

non-physical physical non-physical because it really isn't that way you're

always non-physical and sometimes focused here and all of them are the

same but when you say focused here you mean

that they have been born into a new body and if you think of it as a stream of

consciousness in other words they enter being that as you is focused in many

humans at the same time you come in sort of clusters we sometimes hear people say

well I was born in 1957 and this person died right before I was born so I think

I'm him and we say he didn't have to die for you to get him energy is energy and

focus is focus and attraction is attraction and it's not like that it's

not a clump of non-physical energy assigned to a clump of flash it's not

like that not exactly where I was going but my question is people who have made

their transition have had this experience of the fullness of source and

they bring it back with them and their whole life changes and my question is

like same or my question is no before you go there what do you mean well when

people have that or they call it a near-death experience and they have you

talking about those kids who seem to have transitioned but they didn't really

leave their body and so when they returned back into consciousness they

have a greater sense of the big picture yes they have an experience of so we're

talking about what humans call near-death not what humans call death

death death right well they seem to go over there and come back yeah and they

come back with a memory of that unconditional love and that is it

possible to have that experience without croaking is my question oh yeah that's

what we talk about all day every day that's how your inner being feels you

don't have to crawl can you don't have any I have a near-death experience to do

that I mean to have that really fellow but what the Searle experience what

that's about for someone who has that experience is that they've lived some

contrast usually quite a bit and they've put a whole lot of requests into their

vortex requests that their patterns and habits of thought are not accommodating

so they've know what they don't want they know what they do want but they

don't line up with that so they know what they don't want they know what they

do want they still don't line up with it so they know what they don't want and

they know what they do want they still don't line up with it so they know what

they don't want they know they do want they still don't line up

with it so now they've got this powerful calling and then in a moment of no

resistance that calling is answered and they find the clarity of the alignment

that they are craving so much this is a big conversation let's have it let's

talk about actually releasing the focus in this physical body and reemerging in

a non-physical what's that about well you've been listening to us even here

today talking about how life causes you to identify what you want and there is a

path of least resistance to what you want and sometimes with a lot of desire

the path of least resistance to what this consciousness wants is a releasing

a physical and a reemerging in a non-physical and it's so delightful now

humans who are left behind call that a tragedy but those who wanted the absence

of resistance and allowed it in that way call it successful creating you see what

we're getting at so sometimes in a process like that and someone having had

the experience of releasing the resistance in re-emerging there's a

conscious realization that there's still so much potential and so much wanted

here in physical form that can satisfy that desire and so then it is a

collaborative decision that's made on the part of the whole of you you and

your inner being and you re emerge to continue the delicious progression of

your evolution while you're still in this physical body but really in the big

scheme of things you never stop expanding you never cease to be you are

an eternal being and as mostly only humans who nitpick over the details

helpful we want it to be yeah so many people that are having their what you

call their death experience it's the path of least resistance for them going

to where they really want to be yes sir have a friend some years ago

make her transition and she did it deliberately and Esther was pretty mad

at her because Esther knows how much joy is available still here in this physical

experience and she talked with this woman enough to know that she had

desires that Esther from her vantage point knew could be satisfied but this

person opted for what was the path of least resistance for her and it took

Esther a while to hear us explain that life is life and that from this

non-physical perspective there is no looking back and there are no regrets

there's only moving forward see and so you can remain in this physical body and

be in vibrational concert with your intervene and move forward and forward

here in your physical body is the vibrational things that you put into the

vortex manifesting into things that you can see in here and smell and taste and

touch manifesting into emotions and lovely happy life experience or

sometimes it's reimagined in a non-physical where all of that is

happening - it's just the humans who want to nitpick over it and the reason

you do is because you've picked up beliefs along your physical trail that

are flawed premises like you're here to prove worthiness and you shouldn't leave

until you've proven it things like that that are just bogus I'm just looking for

that connection to source you know to feel it fully in my body because I know

I have a lot more to do here but it's your emotions that let you know about it

when we began talking about this feeling of satisfaction because we know that

from satisfaction the momentum increases until you get all of that ecstasy and

passion that you're describing here that you want

Esther set for a whole afternoon one day after a recent discussion about

satisfaction asking herself to recall moments in time when she knew for sure

she was feeling unequivocal satisfaction she wanted to identify that state of

being and focus on it till she had isolated it for sure

so the first thought that flowed into her mind when she asked that question

was during the 11 or 12 years that Jerry and Esther were running around the

nation in these big monster buses towing a car behind them mostly staying in

campgrounds and moving from city to city to have seminars like this

and Esther thought about those early mornings when they would get up eager

about the day pull the rooms in on the bus pull the courts and hoses in stow

everything so that it could withstand Esther's driving and that feeling of

pulling out of the campground onto the frontage road onto the highway and that

feeling of adventure that feeling of newness that feeling of morning that

light-hearted feeling of anticipation of wonderful things so as Esther recalled

those moments there were hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of them she said I

know for sure that that is what satisfaction is and then she thinks

about slipping into a beautiful booth in a beautiful restaurant where she can

smell delicious food with lovely friends that she adores in anticipation of

uplifting conversation and fun and she knows that feeling of satisfaction don't

have to do anything just be here with you guys and good stuff comes as a

result of that feeling of satisfaction and as she got rolling then countless

thoughts of children and grandchildren and treehouses and moments in time and

music and experiences began to flood into her mind until she had identified

and isolated and recreated a vibration of satisfaction which meant she's good

for now in other words under those conditions only those thoughts and more

can come into her experience because Law of Attraction is responding to her now

vibration you see so that's all it is but you got to start where you can start

if you're having a knee-jerk reaction to something that's happened in your moment

in time and that's the moment that you decide

that you want to have that uplifting connected feeling you're not gonna get

there from there usually so that's why we say start when it's easier and it's

really the reason that we teach meditation because if you meditate on a

regular basis every day and you quiet your mind for a little bit 15 or 20

minutes and you feel that detachment from anything that isn't resonance with

your inner being then in that no thought and no resistance you are in a satisfied

vibration and then you're open to receive more more more more more more

more more MORE that's how it works yes yes and I do get

glimpses of it in meditation I was just wanting more any more well we like it

when you get glimpses of it in meditation but this is the point that

we're making we want you to get glimpses of it when you're in full conscious

awareness state because we don't want you to sit in meditation all day we want

you to be out alive and real in the world we want you to be making lists of

positive aspects and paying attention to the way you feel we want you to be

satisfaction leaning we want you to lean in the direction of your inner being

your inner being that's always calling you and most of all we want you to

understand that it doesn't take much to lean in that direction before your inner

beam will sweep you right in because it's just like that car headed down for

the bay when you're in satisfaction you're on your way to that Bay in other

words momentum is momentum and when you set your momentum in motion toward who

you really are and then you begin romping with the fullness of all of that

power and clarity the energy that creates worlds is flowing through you is

your basis of Attraction but you got to be satisfied with satisfaction before

you can feel ecstasy if you want to jump from discouragement into ecstasy you're

not gonna make that jump you got to find your way to satisfaction and then the

jump is non-existent really something more oh that was good really good thank

you yeah that's great along that line I don't believe in the

figuring it out anymore or allowing I'm a better allow er than

don't even struggle I don't believe in struck I believe in the ease and flow I

believe in ease and flow my mom transitioned a couple years ago and you

were actually pivotal in allowing me to allow her to go and she's been in touch

and I've had the opportunity to be with a couple of folks that are able to help

facilitate that communication that are quite good and they keep telling me

everything I've seen too over the period of two years and they say you know you

you've got this gift you've got this ability you have the ability to hear

your mother you don't need a translator okay nice to know you have the ability

to relax your resistance find satisfaction enjoy it so much that it

picks up more momentum allow your vibration to rise so that there's no

separation between you and all that you know and your mother and where she now

is or anyone else that is non-physical Abraham included and you can be the

receiver of blocks of thought that you have the ability to translate into

meaningful experiences yeah not nice to know don't you want to be in that

receiving mode in that allowing mode in that receptive mode in that replenishing

mode yeah nothing less will do once you taste it you can't go back did you see

that on the disclaimer you signed I understand there is no going back and

when I try I will feel like crap it was in bold letters did you see

Indonesia says avoid coast near volcano, fearing new tsunami - Duration: 4:05.

Indonesia says avoid coast near volcano, fearing new tsunami

Indonesian authorities asked people to avoid the coast in areas where a tsunami killed more than 420 people last weekend in a fresh warning issued on the anniversary of the catastrophic 2004 Asian earthquake and tsunami.

The big waves that followed the eruption of Anak Krakatoa, or "Child of Krakatoa" island volcano, hit communities along the Sunda Strait on Saturday night. The eruption is believed to have set off a large landslide on the volcano, either on its slope or underwater, displacing the water that slammed into Java and Sumatra islands.

Indonesias Meteorology, Geophysics and Climatology Agency asked people late Tuesday to stay at least 500 meters (1,640 feet) and up to 1 kilometer (less than a mile) from the coastline along the strait, which lies between the two main islands. Government workers were monitoring Anak Krakatoas eruptions and high waves and heavy rain were possible Wednesday, said agency head Dwikorita Karnawati.

"All these conditions could potentially cause landslides at the cliffs of the crater into the sea, and we fear that that could trigger a tsunami," she said at a news conference. She asked that communities remain vigilant and not to panic.

The tsunami struck without warning, taking people by surprise even in a country familiar with seismic disaster. No big earthquake shook the ground beforehand, and it hit at night on a holiday weekend while people were enjoying concerts and other beach and resort activities.

It was a sharp contrast to the disaster that struck 14 years ago off the western coast of Indonesias Sumatra island. An enormous 9.1 magnitude earthquake rocked the area the morning after Christmas, creating gigantic waves that surged far inland swallowing everything in their path. The wall of water killed some 230,000 people in a dozen countries, more than half in Indonesias Aceh province.

The devastation was vast, and the disaster was among the worst witnessed in recent history. Saturdays event, coupled with an earthquake and tsunami in September on Sulawesi that killed at least 2,100 people, triggered flashbacks for some who survived the 2004 tragedy.

"When it happens, I always remember what we have been through," said Qurnaty, 54, who uses only one name and lost her home and several family members to the waves in the hard-hit provincial capital of Banda Aceh. She prayed with surviving family members at a mass grave there on Wednesdays anniversary. "Every time I see them (on TV), I feel really, really sad. All we can do from here is to pray for them."

Though recovery was slow, some victims of the latest tsunami said they remember the resilience of the Acehnese people, which gives them hope that they too can rebuild their homes and their lives.

"I am scared, I am traumatized by the tsunami that I only knew before from the news. Now I know how horrifying a tsunami is," said Kusmiati, who uses only one name. Her face was still bruised and her legs swollen after she and her husband managed to survive being hit and dragged under by the waves after fleeing a beach villa in Carita, where they were working.

Beaches were largely empty in the area, which is typically crammed with tourists, and police patrolled on motorbikes warning people to stay away from the coast. Some residents defied the order, returning to what was left of their homes to begin cleaning up as heavy rain fell and waves pounded the shore.

"I am still afraid that the tsunami will return, so when dark comes, I stay at a temporary shelter on the hill," said Rohayati, who worked to salvage what was left of her battered house, 300 meters (985 feet) from the sea. "I hope the government can provide a tsunami warning, like a siren, for people living in coastal areas so we can be alerted of a potential tsunami and have time to save ourselves."

The countrys system of tsunami detection buoys — deployed after the 2004 disaster — has not worked since 2012, with some units being stolen or vandalized.

Karnawati, of the meteorology agency, said that because the tsunami was caused by volcanic activity, it would not have been picked up by the systems seafloor sensors, which monitor movement from conventional earthquakes responsible for most of Indonesias tsunamis.

Residents of Sumur village, which has been slow to receive aid due to roads being cut off, remained stunned by how quickly the tsunami hit. The beach, located just a few kilometers (miles) from the tourist island of Umang near Javas western tip, is popular for snorkeling and other water activities. The tsunami decimated the area, ripping houses from their foundations and bulldozing concrete buildings.

Scientists have said the waves were recorded in several places at about 1 meter (3.3 feet) high, but Sumur residents insisted they towered more than 3 meters (10 feet), possibly as high as 5 meters (16.4 feet), which the governments disaster agency also confirmed in some areas.

"There was no sign of a tsunami when we were at the beach. The sea didnt recede," said Tati Hayati, who was enjoying a pleasant evening with 10 other people when the disaster hit. "It was calm and bright with the full moon."

When she spotted high, fast-moving waves launching toward the shore, she ran to her car and managed to get inside. But she couldnt outrun it. She said the car was struck by three waves, breaking out the back window and filling the vehicle with gushing water.

"We were locked inside. The car was swaying in the waves and we thought we would all die," Hayati said. "We almost could not breathe and I almost gave up when I groped the key in the water and managed to open the door, and the water began to recede. We got out of the car and ran to safety."

More than 21,000 people were displaced from their homes and heavy equipment was urgently needed in the Sumur subdistrict near Ujung Kulon National Park to help get aid flowing and reach people who may be injured or trapped, said Sutopo Purwo Nugroho, spokesman for Indonesias Disaster Mitigation Agency.

The death toll was 429, with more than 1,400 people injured and at least 128 missing, he said.

Anak Krakatau formed in the early 20th century near the site of the cataclysmic 1883 eruption of Krakatoa, which killed more than 30,000 people and hurled so much ash that it turned day to night in the area and reduced global temperatures.

Anak Krakatau has been erupting since June and did so again 24 minutes before the tsunami, according to the geophysics agency.
