Well, I mean, tradtionally when you think about it, some actors or musicians would

have both. They'd have an agent and the agent would get 15%.

And they'd be looking for auditions for them and work. And then a manager might do

more things like booking your flights if you have to go somewhere,

or taking care of hotel reservations, while also doing some career guidance.

Our goal, especially with Ignite, is to try and do a little bit of both.

Obviously, we can't book your hotel reservations but we're going to find

you work. And hopefully build a resume that you're proud of so that you can

further your career.

- Difference between hardscaping and landscaping,

the hardscaping is gonna be more your flagstone patios,

your retaining walls, anything to do with stone

or concrete, something like that.

Landscaping would be your trees, your flowers,

your shrubs, anything to soften up the hardscape.

The more structures you have, the more hardscaping

you generally wanna go with for that.

Somebody with, you know, that has pools already,

that has a lot of hardscaping or waterfalls already

built into 'em, it's easy to add onto or change that,

if people are wanting to do fireplaces

or outdoor fire pits or something like that.

It just depends on the personality of the homeowner,

what's already there, and what you're

trying to accomplish with it.
