Take two cup of millet rice into a pan

Add 1/2 cup of moong dal with the millet rice

Rinse the rice with water

Chop the green chilles

Smash the ginger

Take pepper and jeera for required amount

Heat the oil in a pan

fry the jeera, chilli, pepper and ginger

Now add the rice with this.

Add sufficient level of water into the pressure cooker

Heat it for 2/3 whistle in the cooker

Fry cashew in ghee

Once it is become golder brown, add into the rice

Fry the curry leave in the ghee and add into the rice.

Mix well

Now healthy millet pongal is ready to serve.
