There's just something not quite right at Old Trafford this season. something that's stopping Manchester United be Manchester United

Gone are the days of Sir Alex Ferguson and that expectation of three points, of last-gasp goals and week-in, week-out wins

Although he's regularly watching on from the stands, there's a new man in town.  Jose Mourinho is highly successful, his trophy cabinet bursting with silverware, but something must be done to arrest this serious slump in United's home form

'If you feel pressure stay at home and watch on TV,' were the words Mourinho uttered to his players this week, amid claims they are scared to play in front of their own fans

For decades Old Trafford was a fortress, but that appears to be no more. In fact, the club's home form has never been this bad in the Premier League era

and not by a long way. Before this season, a win ratio of 57 per cent was the lowest United had achieved since the Premier League's inception - that coming in Louis van Gaal's first season in 2014-15

Prior to that upwards of 80 per cent home wins was the norm. 81.8 in 2003, 86.2 in 2008, a ridiculous 89

7 in 2011. That final season brought 26 wins in 29 games, a statistic the Old Trafford faithful could only dream of now

This season, nine matches have garnered just 13 points. Three wins, four draws and two defeats, the latter coming against Tottenham and Juventus

33.3 per cent wins.So why the struggles? Why have United just limped to a goalless draw against Crystal Palace

why are the fans booing the players off the field? UNITED AT HOME IN ALL COMPS SEASONS 1992/93-2005/06 Season G W D L W% 1992-93 25 17 6 2 68

30% Of course, some blame must lie with the manager. The club's fans are struggling to enjoy the perceived negative tactics of Mourinho

For a club so attuned to 'attack, attack, attack', this is not what the fans want

If the football is poor, what is there to cheer. but with no atmosphere, how do the players motivate themselves to perform? It's a vicious circle

Earlier this season, Paul Pogba was one of the more vocal critics, offering a direct response that appeared to openly slam his manager

'When we are at home we should attack, attack, attack,' the midfielder said. 'That's Old Trafford

We are here to attack. I think teams are scared when they see Man United attacking and attacking

That was our mistake today.'The players, though, are far from faultless. Romelu Lukaku is in a horrendous run of home form, having not scored in 11 games

LOWER THAN 7th? Manchester United currently sit 7th in the Premier League table, struggling behind the likes of Arsenal and Everton

While many expect their slump to end at some point, bookmakers Betway has priced up odds on them to continue to fall and finish even lower

Manchester United to finish lower than 7th/or with less than 64 points: No 8/13 - Yes 6/5 That's a run stretching back to last season, with the Belgian going 14 hours without a goal

For a striker, that is unacceptable, regardless of the manager's tactics.  There is a mental battle to overcome, not just for Lukaku but for the team as a whole

The pressure is so intense and home performances will be weighing heavy on the players' minds

With each poor result, the criticism rises up a notch; the boos become louder, the hierarchy more frustrated

and that win percentage gets gradually worse. No doubt about it, the players will be well aware of the numbers

Heading into a hectic Christmas period, there are home games against Young Boys, Arsenal and Fulham to look forward to

In the past, that was a guaranteed trio of victories to get them through until Christmas

Now, the doubts are surfacing.Young Boys are 16 points clear in the Swiss league, that'll be a tough test in the Champions League

Arsenal under Unai Emery are 17 games unbeaten, they'll be no pushovers. Fulham have that new-manager bounce with Claudio Ranieri, they are sure to put up a fight

As the old cliche goes, there are no easy games in this league. but if Manchester United are to arrest the slump and start to get the fans on side, the time must be now

Three games requires three wins and nothing less will do.

ELASTICS/ RUBBER BANDS | Why do I have to use it? - Duration: 6:30.

Hello my frineds! How are you?

- I died -

In today's video, I'm going to talk about my elastics.

This is the second time I'm wearing elastics. The first time I used these here.

In fact they are the same...

Yeah, they're the same.

The day I put braces on, I already have to wear elastics.

Because? As I already said in the previous video,

My canine tooth, this one, was crooked.

So to speed up the process,

I put elastics.

In this way, you are seeing.

I used it for two months.

If I'm not mistaken.

It's been 8 months since I've been using braces.

And it's been one month

since I've had

to put elastic, ranging from the last tooth

which is the molar,

up to the canine tooth from below. I don't know if I said it right.

yay, direct from whom?

Speaking in '' direct '' ...

If you do not follow me on Instagram, this is it.

The link is in the description. And a lot of people send me questions by email.

Send me 'Direct' by Instagram, it's easier for me to visualize.

Oh my God! The G.U.M just answered me

Yes, I sent a message to G.U.M, which is an oral care product company.

They are literally saving my life.

We will leave in the air the news to come.

Returning. Why do I have to wear elastics?

Well, now the process of my braces is ending.

That is,

I will not stay with the braces much longer.

I don't know if I'm happy or sad.

I'll show it to you, and if you still do not know what an elastic

This is an elastic

And as I have to put

from the last tooth to the canine tooth from below,

has a '' key '', it's like a key

it's not a key, it's a key

it's not a key, I don't know... That's it.

It is a tool that helps to put the elastics.

At first I felt a lot of pain,

obviously, because it is an elastic inside your mouth

making pressure. But after a while, you get used to it.

Even because I have to wear these elastics every day, all day long.

Today I go to my dentist,

and probably in a few days, I'm going to post the 7 month Braces Update

Can see here

The way I wear elastics

From the last tooth to the canine down here.

On both sides. It is uncomfortable,

I can eat with these elastics in the mouth,

because they do not stop me from eating.

When I put it in the front,

I could not open my mouth.

So I had to take it out to eat.

In the end, sometimes I do not put it back after eating

I was lazy... With this one, I can eat

But sometimes they break loose

it hurts my mouth

Imagine a rubber band breaking loose inside the mouth.

It hurts, but it's the pain of beauty.

Today I will know

how long I will stay with the elastics

and if I have to continue using it yet

In the '' braces update '' I will give a better update

of the elastics. My routine with them

is very simple. I change them 3 times a day.

Well, in the morning when I wake up, I change.

I put new elastics.

Actually, I wake up, I take them back, I'm going to eat, I brush my teeth and then I put new ones

it is way better

So I stay until lunch with them, I eat

with the elastics

Then I take off the rubber bands and put on new ones.

At night, before bed I brush my teeth again,

and then I put new elastics. It's basically this

I have to stay all day with the elastics, I sleep with the elastics

Well, I guess I answered all the questions you asked.

Talking about elastics is not a subject that will yield much

subject. Because they are ...

Because they are ... they are only existing.

These are the first time I put elastics.

So if I miss this, I have more.

That's really good.

I want to share a tip with you.

Once my hair elastics had just

They are literally the same as tooth.

I was late to leave the house. And I wanted to tie my hair.

Then I had the brilliant idea '' I have rubber bands. ''

And I was not wearing elastics at that time.

So I just picked it up and put it in my hair.

That's it. I hope my dentist does not watch this video.

I think I answered the questions

hmmm... Send me questions on Instagram or down here in the comments.

Can you ask me all about braces, okay?

And I'll answer

I plan to bring lots of videos in December, I want to make videos every day.

Starting next week

Because I have some tests to do in school yet, and I have to focus on the studies.

I intend to bring videos every day until Christmas.

Maybe this is a vlogmas!

xoxo, until the next video, bye

Why My Indonesian Wife Doesn't Live With Me - Duration: 5:38.

hey everyone welcome back thanks for all who have subscribed in the past couple

days and if you are new here please hit the subscribe button and like this video

if you found the information useful today I'm gonna talk about why me and my

wife do not live together if you don't know I live in the United States of

America my wife lives in Georgia Carta Indonesia and we currently don't live

together because we were waiting for our visa to be approved we apply for a visa

on October 31st that's our priority date and it takes about one year for the

spouse visa to get processed and green card issued so while we're waiting for

that I'm living in the United States working and city is living in Jogjakarta

taking classes and helping out with her family another reason that we don't live

together is for the spouse visa process I have to show that I make above 125

percent of the poverty level in the United States that's about twenty three

twenty five thousand dollars every year currently above that but if I were to

live in Indonesia I would not meet that level and I would have to get a

co-sponsor such as my parents or grandmother which I do not want to put

them in that situation where they feel responsible for my wife's well-being and

my wife coming to America another reason that we don't live together is the cost

of health insurance in the United States even if I don't live in America I have

to pay a tax for health insurance even if I don't benefit from it which to me

that's fine because that tax helps other people be able to afford health

insurance but if I don't have to pay it that's even better

I'm currently getting health insurance from my job they provide health

insurance for me and I just have to pay a certain percentage of the bill if I

lived in Indonesia I wouldn't be able to afford health insurance over there I

would have to have a traveler's insurance and I don't think that covers

the cost of actual health insurance in America another reason that me and my

wife don't live together is another part of the spouse visa process I have to

file documents in the United States for the visa and I cannot do that from

Indonesia because I don't reside there I don't live there permanently so I have

to do it in America also I have to be able to get documents from here and tax

records and I have to mail those off to the government whenever they request

those files from me or from city if it were up to me city would be here right

now on a tourist visa but I've heard there's issues with applying for tourist

visa if you've already applied for a spouse visa the tourist visa you have to

prove that you won't stay in American that you will go back to your home

country but the spouse visa you have to prove that you want to come to America

and that you will stay in America and live there so they kind of work against

each other and you can't prove this you're gonna do both if you can apply

for both even though it would make sense that just being a tourist here for a

little bit of time than going home and then returning on a spouse visa that's

not how the government thinks or how the process works I've heard some people

having success doing it and I've heard others getting denied for a spouse visa

and I just don't want to have to go through the whole process of applying

for a tourist visa paying the fees getting denied and then them asking

questions on these spouse visa interview of why you apply for a tourist visa that

got denied so we're not going to go that route I'm just going to go to Indonesia

and visit her and probably may another reason that me

and said you don't live together is I'm starting college full-time in January as

well as working full-time in January I'm currently work full-time anyways but

I'll be starting college in January and going from January until May doing

college so I'll have my skills will be really full doing full time work in full

time college so if you'd like to know more information about how we got

married or the process of getting married please ask in the description

please leave a like if you like the information if you want more information

you can message us on Instagram or leave it in the comments and we'll get to you

if we don't get to your questions we will get to them as soon as possible we

don't have all the information for getting married and we don't have all

the information for visas or keep this so thanks for watching and I will see

you again next video and have a good day

you

Reason Why Soldiers Are Jealous of Air Force Pilots - Duration: 8:26.

The US Air Force is the youngest of the military branches, and much like the youngest sibling

of any family, it's typically the most spoiled.

It's no secret that most military veterans will tell you that life just seems better

in the Air Force than in any other branch- but is that true, and if so, why?

Welcome to this episode of The Infographics Show- why soldiers get jealous of airmen.

The US Air Force got its start as part of the US Army on the 1st of August, 1907.

Back then the functionality of air planes was highly limited, and for decades few military

planners considered them vital tools of war.

The massive air battles and bombing campaigns of World War II however saw that attitude

quickly change, and nations around the world began building dedicated air forces as separate

branches of their militaries.

With the passing of the National Security Act of 1947, the US Air Force officially became

its own branch of the military on the 18th of September, 1947.

The Air Force's mission is simple: dominate air, space, and cyberspace in battle against

America's enemies.

Air Force personnel were for years known as 'Zoomies', and for good reason- its men and

women fly the fastest, most powerful machines on planet earth.

The US Air Force had its hand in many air and space firsts, such as the first military

reconnaissance satellite and breaking the sound barrier.

Since then it has operated the most advanced air and spacecraft on earth, and sightings

of its test craft occasionally trigger waves of UFO reports with people claiming sightings

of crafts so advanced they must be from other worlds.

From the outside, the Air Force may seem 'soft' to the other services due to their lack of

commitment to ground operations, but that is because the Air Force is the intellectual

muscle of the US Armed Forces- its cybersecurity elements secure the collection and transfer

of intelligence and communication so vital to the modern battlefield, while actively

denying the enemy the same capabilities.

Its air and space assets provide unparallelled situational awareness to American military

commanders anywhere in the world within a moment's notice, and its fighter aircraft

have the greatest combat kill ratio of any other military in the world, while its bombers

are able to penetrate the defenses of any target on earth or even deliver nuclear armageddon

if so needed.

With a focus on high technology, the US Air Force has a need for intelligent and quick-thinking

individuals who can not just adjust to new technologies, but actively predict and set

new technological trends that keeps America's military edge unsurpassed.

It's unofficial motto is 'Attention to Detail', and it's something reflected in its basic

training with its recruits grilled mercilessly and expected to answer quickly and accurately

to a barrage of technical questions while maintaining their composure.

A lapse in this level of attention to detail may cost a soldier his life, but for operators

of the most expensive and powerful weapons in the world, such a lapse may put dozens

of lives at risk or even jeopardize mission success.

So what is it exactly then that makes soldiers so jealous of airmen?

Well for starters, ask any military vet who's spent time at an Air Force base and the first

thing they'll tell you is: the food.

No, they don't hire professional chefs as some servicemen will occasionally mutter,

but overall food quality at an Air Force facility is head and shoulders over any of the other

services.

With greater variety and often 24 hour dining facilities, airmen eat well and often.

Air Force dining facilities typically offer up to three different main dish selections

with a variety of add-ons, as well as running a cold cuts bar for those looking for a quick

sandwich, and a grill to serve up hot dogs, hamburgers and sometimes even steak.

Good food is not an accident though, and was a tradition started up in its early days when

Air Force pilots were risking their lives in experimental and highly dangerous aircraft,

for which Air Force leadership thought they deserved a damn good meal- and who could disagree?

The second thing you're likely to hear from a soldier about how airmen have it better

are the living facilities.

The Air Force likes to keep its airmen happy and motivated, they are after all in charge

of some of the most dangerous (and expensive) technology in the world.

To that end Air Force personnel facilities come in the shape of dorms for most junior

airmen, with special dorms for unmarried officers.

These dorms are very much like a college dorm, with airmen almost always having a private

room and a shared bath- some can feature four private rooms connected to a common living

space and one shared bathroom.

Compare that with barracks housing or shared dorms for other services and its no surprise

soldiers would prefer to live on an Air Force base.

However unlike the other services, many young airmen also have the option of moving off-base

and into private apartments near the base upon reaching Airman 1st Class, with the cost

of rent paid for by the military.

While other services do have this option, it's typically not available to such low-ranking

members.

Air Force recreational and exercise facilities are also well known to be far superior to

those of other branches.

Typically an Air Force base will have a movie theater, a full-sized gym with basketball

courts, racquetball courts, weight lifting facilities, running track, and swimming pool,

a bowling alley, a Rec Center for families, a Sears-like Base Exchange, multiple dining

facilities, and sometimes even an arcade.

The typical Air Force Base is in essence a miniature and completely self-sufficient city!

The Air Force also famously looks after its people, and if they are forced to live in

less-than-satisfactory conditions will offer pay bonuses for the duration.

These are typically called 'unfit quarters' and include conditions that are standard for

any of the other services.

Air Force airmen can also take advantage of something called 'hops', which is available

to the other branches but which the Air Force has preferred access to.

A hop is exactly like it sounds- if there's space available any serviceman can request

a seat aboard a military aircraft and fly for free, and with air bases all over the

world, the Air Force has aircraft constantly flying to every corner of the globe.

Military servicemen often take advantage of 'hops' to get home to loved ones, but others

simply take paid leave off and travel the world for a few weeks completely for free.

However, probably because most of these planes are their property, Air Force personnel get

priority.

For any salty soldiers currently watching, maybe try putting a pair of wings on one of

your tanks.

Airmen also get the ability to see more of the world than the other branches, with perhaps

the exception of the US Navy.

That's simply because unlike the other branches, the Air Force has air bases both big and small

all over the world, and its airmen can receive assignments literally anywhere on earth.

Airmen are typically well-traveled, and a 20 year career can see you having visited

vast stretches of this planet.

With its focus on technology and more corporate approach to its day to day lifestyle, the

Air Force is also more appealing for those seeking to get good, high paying jobs in the

civilian sector.

An honorable discharge from the Air Force is often enough to put you well ahead of any

other applicants for a civilian job, and with experience handling, developing and supervising

high technology assets, companies actively seek out and headhunt Air Force retirees,

offering them competitive job packages even before they've actually completed their full

services.

Sadly for the other branches there's just very few uses for combat skills in the civilian

sector- but the ability to fly a plane, disrupt the communications networks of enemy combatants,

and repair state-of-the-art fighter jets all directly translate to highly desirable technical

skills in the civilian world.

The Air Force also likes to make sure its airmen are well educated, and along with the

typical military schooling and MGI Bill available to all other branches, Air Force facilities

all feature access to the Community College of the Air Force which can help Airmen earn

actual college degrees while most other service's experience simply translates to limited amount

of credits towards degrees.

Forward-deployed air force installations also typically feature distance-learning opportunities,

so even if deployed to a war zone, airmen can continue learning and educating themselves.

This might seem outrageous to the other branches, but for a service that relies on dominating

the global battlescape through advanced technologies, the continued education of its airmen is vital

for national security.

The Air Force is seen by most as the preferred branch of service, though its seeming 'easiness'

can be highly misleading to many recruits.

The Air Force features one of the highest rates of discharges of any branch, with significant

numbers of new recruits not making it past their second year in service.

It might offer the best facilities and potential job perks, but the Air Force also maintains

one of the highest personal standards of any of the branches- befitting for a service who's

job it is to ensure America's victory in any conflict through technological domination.

So, have you served in the Air Force or one of the other services?

Do you agree with this assessment or disagree?

What are the perks of the Air Force or the other branches?

Why nursing homes are built to fail: Nursing home abuse, nursing home neglect, personal injury Il - Duration: 9:22.

So Barry

I know that you've written a free report

Which is available in the resource center at fighting for what's right comm called bill to fail. It's about the nursing home industry

It's a really provocative title. I read it and you make a good case for why that is true

But why do you think that is the case?

Well nursing homes are one of the few really explicitly

for-profit sectors with it within the health care industry

Some of them are even publicly traded companies that you'll find on the New York Stock Exchange and other places like that

it's a little different from

doctors or hospitals, for example, I mean your doctor after you know

He pays himself a nice salary pays for you know his staff and his malpractice insurance, you know

he'd like to make a profit when it's all said and done but

What really motivates him and why he went to medical school is because you know, he wants to take care of people hospitals

you know, they are you know, some of them are making money hand over fist, but the people who are really

You know controlling what's being done. They're her kind of driving the bus so to speak are the doctors

So those are places that are really built for providing quality care nursing homes are really built and designed

To return a profit to the people who own them the very first nursing home case that I worked on

Involved a gentleman who committed suicide in a nursing home

And I thought if I took the deposition of the administrator at the nursing home guy was in charge of the nursing home

I would get some good answers for

what was happening with regarding the care that this gentleman was being provided and said I found out that his job is the

administrator was his first job in the health care industry and

Before that I he had sold flooring and tile

and how he got into the nursing home industry is that he had a neighbor who owned a nursing home and

the neighbor suggested a gang of nursing home administrators license would be a good way to get into the industry and

Essentially make some money the people who are making the decisions in the nursing home industry are

Businessmen, these aren't the people who are really kind of driven on a personal level by providing quality care are all nursing

homes for-profit no not all nursing homes are for-profit and statistically you'll find that the

Problems that you see in for-profit nursing homes are nearly as batter's pronounced in

Not-for-profit nursery homes. The problem is is that all

Nursing homes tend to be operated in the same kind of way

So the bottom line is that you know the same kind of problems that you see in for-profit nursing homes aren't quite as bad in

Not-for-profit nursing homes. It's not to say that not-for-profits are perfect or that all

For-profit nursing homes are badly run

It's just that on a statistical level you tend to see more problems more frequently in the for-profit facilities

versus the not-for-profit facilities

How does the for-profit business model impact the care that residents get so?

Figuring out profit is a pretty simple question at heart

You take the revenue you subtract the expenses and that gets you your profit in the nursing home industry where you see

Resident care impact is on both sides on the revenue side and on the expense side

How does this happen on the revenue side nursing homes get paid on a per resident per day basis from whoever it is

They're being paid by whether it's public aid private insurance Medicare

Private pay they get so much revenue each day that the resident is in there and it's going to vary depending on who the payer

Is okay, but past that per day payment. There's only a very limited

opportunity for nursing homes to

Increase their revenue above and beyond that payment

so there is a real incentive in the nursing home industry to

Fill as many beds as they possibly can when you get into

A nursing home case and you start getting the records the internal records from the nursing home about its operations

One of the things you'll find is that the people who are on the management side are really intensely

Interested in the question of census in other words how many of their beds are actually being filled?

So past that the rate that they get paid per resident per day actually

increases as

they get residents with

What's called a higher acuity level?

And in a very simple way a higher acuity level is a resident who is sicker. It needs more care

So if a nursing home is going to maximize its revenue. They need to fill as many beds as they possibly can

With as many truly sick people as they possibly can

So what happens is it creates a lot of?

Strain and stress on the staff because they end up with it with a facility that that's filled with

residents who need a

Relatively high level of care if revenue is being maximized

So if they're really bringing in as many really sick patients as they can on the revenue side

How does this affect the expense side?

So if you want to increase your profit margins

The thing that you want to do is cut your expenses down as much as you can and the single biggest

Line-item for expenses in a nursing home is the staff

So they want to try and keep the the staffing levels minimized at the same time

They're bringing in as many really sick people as they can

Now to some extent

the the ability of management in a nursing home to really cut the staffing levels down to the bone is constrained by

Regulations the Illinois Department of Public Health is the state agency that regulates nursing homes

and there are specific regulations that set forth of formulas to how many nurses how many CAS have

To be on staff at a nursing home at any given time on the other hand

There are also federal regulations that govern the level of staffing and essentially what these provide for is that the nursing home has to have

enough people on hand to meet the care needs of the residents on a

24/7 basis so it's a flexible standard

There's no a formula like there is for the state, but it's actually more demanding

So if the nursing home is actually meeting what's required by the federal regulations

You should have enough people on hand to take care of all of the the residents day to day shift to shift

So what is the net consequence of all this so if they're trying to maximize profits?

They're bringing in as many sick people as they possibly can and caring for them with this few staff as possible

when you fill a nursing home with as many sick people as you you can get in the door and

You try to care for them with staffing numbers

So that really aren't adequate you really see two main results

The first is that the care that is really needed

you isn't being delivered day to day shift shift both on the nursing level with the nurses not having the time or ability to

give

Critical thought to what residents really need?

Because they're so busy checking charts and passing meds and so forth

and on the CNA level where CNAs just simply don't have enough time to

Turn and reposition people to help people on and off the toilet all of those kinds of things

It just creates all sorts of opportunities for things to go wrong

The other place that you see that is that you have high staff turnover

This is a really tough demanding job nurses are

on average paid considerably less than their professional peers are elsewhere and CNAs are doing

Some really tough work for relatively low wages. A lot of them are getting paid ten twelve

thirteen dollars an hour for

Doing a lot of lifting cleaning people who have been incontinent feeding people. It's a tough tough job and

They're simply kind of ground down

By the demands of the work that have to be done day to day

One of the surprising things about nursing homes is that they're really only required to make progress notes only every 30 days

So a lot of what happens is essentially

Muscle memory is what I refer to it as it's institutional memory

It's knowing who your residents are and when you have a lot of turnover that muscle memory gets lost

so if you have a

resident who's on the rise up an alert and

You have somebody new come in and that you know that the residence slumped over and has shallow breathing

They may not recognize that something is new and something is something is new is going on with that resident

it may miss an opportunity to let a doctor know that there's there's a

Problem with with one of their patients this loss of institutional memory results in things not being caught

That need to be caught in order to prevent some kind of disaster from happening. You can go months and months

Without anything really disastrous happening and it's really just a matter matter of dodging bullets as opposed to providing quality care

Relying on good luck isn't a strategy for caring for people properly the world at large

Most accidents are a flash moment in time, you know, you're driving your car you're tuning the radio and the next you know

You've smashed into the back of someone a lot of what happens in nursing homes

Is weeks or months in the making and they've just been getting lucky?

all along instead of providing good care
