Hey guys. It's Hannah. I hope everybody had a fantastic Thanksgiving.

I did. I ate tons of food. I hope you did as well.

I'm very thankful for all of you and I'm excited to do this video today.

I received an email recently from someone who was on the dating scene, kind of like me.

And they live with bipolar disorder; kind of like me.

And they've been asked out a couple of times

but, basically, they've been going through these ups and downs;

which I have been as well, going through rapid cycling.

And they were asking me like, "Is it right to go on these dates?"

"Should I wait till I'm in a better place with my mental health condition?"

And so he caused me to think about it and discuss it with you today.

I want your input.

So do a response video or comment below with your advice or your experience.

So, as someone that's been dating through these ups and downs,

it's really difficult.

And I think the main idea is dating is supposed to be fun.

And it's supposed to be where you can really reveal yourself.

And you don't have to be perfect but you do have to be somewhat balanced.

I can tell you that being that I've been hypomanic and really rapid cycling,

what it has caused for me and dating is to be very much more cold and distant.

And as I talked about in a previous video,

"Hyper-sexual," you know, I value more of the sexual idea over anything else.

Like that causes my emotional connection; which isn't necessarily right.

I'm distant. I'm there.

I mean, the way that I date is going by the emotions and the rapid cycling that I'm having.

And it's definitely turned a lot of guys off.

And they really have gotten the wrong idea about who I am as a person.

Which sucks!

I'm still dating though.

And for those of you who are wondering why,

because I'm not really being that out of control.

And the reason is, I think it's so important for us to challenge ourselves

when we live with bipolar disorder.

If I did everything I'm comfortable with,

then I wouldn't be where I am today.

So dating and being vulnerable, even in this place where I'm kind of up and down, is a challenge.

Even if I overcome it a little bit, it makes me stronger.

Now, if I'm extremely depressed, like on a scale from A to F, I'm like a D or an F, no.

Or if I am manic, well, no! Dating isn't even on the table.

But if I'm kind of in-between those challenges, it can really build me as a person.

Just give it a shot.

It's either gonna work or it isn't.

If you really, really don't feel well, keep in communication with that person.

And just hit them up when you're feeling a little bit better.

Just because you don't say "yes" the first time around,

doesn't mean you're ruined for the rest of your life.

So please, again, share your experience with me.

I'm actually going on a date this weekend.

And I want all of you with bipolar disorder, depression or anxiety, to have fun with it

and not overanalyze and beat yourself down.

I do this. Just go with it. Nobody's perfect.

However, rumours continue to circulate that the pair are romantically linked. Gorka is partnered with celebrity Alexandra Burke for the show [BBC].

Strictlys Gemma Atkinson and Aljaz Skorjanec are partnered up for the show [Wenn].

A Strictly insider told The Sun: "Gorka and Gemma are together. It's the talk of the make-up room. "Not surprisingly, Alexandra is furious about how it might impact her chances of winning. She's very ambitious and is nervous about it all.".

Insider reveals they ARE dating - Towards the beginning of the 2017 series of Strictly Come Dancing, it was reported that Gemma Atkinson and Gorka Marquez were dating.

Private dinner - While the pair have insisted they're just friends, Gemma and Gorka have been spotted out enjoying some alone time.

Gemma and Gorkas rumoured love affair is only one of many Strictly scandals taking place this year.

Hater on 'Shark Tank': A Look Inside the Dating App

Hater entered the Shark Tank with the dating app that matches people based on what they dislike. We interviewed the founder Brendan Alper who told us the idea came about after he quit his job at Goldman Sachs to become a comedy writer.

"Hater was originally a sketch idea…People liked the idea so much that I started thinking maybe Hater could work as a real app too," the Brown University grad explained.

To date, they have 750,000 users who connect through mutual likes or dislikes of topics like Taylor Swift, tech blogs, cargo shorts and Brangelina.

When creating the app, he did say that Tinder was influential since his also works by swiping right to like someone and left to dislike them.

As for his future plans, he hopes that Hater moves beyond just dating and explores the social arena as well. Here's what else he told us about….

Topics to Hate & How it Works. There are about 4,000 topics in the app, which span the cultural and political spectrum… everything from 'Kim Jung Un' to 'Slow Walkers' to 'Vegan Food'.

Users have the choice to hate or love as many topics as they'd like, or they can also submit their own.

The app calculates how compatible users are based on those swipes, and when two users swipe right on each other, they can chat.

User Profiles & Swiping Process. Users can either register with their phone number or with Facebook, which will pull a few photos and their age… but the topic swiping really takes the place of the traditional profile.

You can see all the things that someone hates and loves and make a decision based on that whether you want to swipe right. Nobody like writing a bio, but everyone likes swiping.

More than anything, people seem to think it's a lot more fun than other dating apps out there. We've heard stories of friends sitting around and swiping through topics together for hours.

Our goal was to create an app that people enjoyed outside of just something more than just people swiping…so that feels like our biggest accomplishment.

The Creation Of the App & Research Behind It.

The app was designed by me, but built by my CTO, Stefan Wirth. There are some academic papers that show that people who hate the same things form closer bonds than people who like the same things.

We also did a lot of research into other dating and social apps, trying to figure out which elements worked and which didn't.

Could it be that Nicki Minaj and New York rapper Nas are indeed an item?.

A few hours ago, the "Anaconda" femcee decided to make her fans go wild by posting not one but two new pictures of her rumored boyfriend, Nas.

To keep the mystery alive, Minaj shared the photos with no captions.

The first image shows the "Queens Get the Money" and "If I Ruled the World" MC on vacation sitting poolside.

The second photo is a bit more interesting; it might be an indication that the rumored couple is spending the holidays together.

The picture, which might have been taken by Minaj herself, features the famous artist wearing what was supposed to be an ugly Christmas sweater.

However, Nas had to keep his street cred, therefore, went for something that is not that ugly after all.

Minaj shared the photos after months of speculation that she might be dating the businessman.

It had been previously claimed Nas had been attempting to make Minaj his "Official Girl" since she split from Safaree Samuels.

While Nas was interested in a romantic relationship, the Young Money diva only saw him as a friend and opted to be with Meek Mill instead.

That romance was short-lived, and now Nas is back in the picture hoping that he can have this moment for life with Minaj.

A source close to the hip-hop music legend said: "They are not exclusive.

Nas is definitely the one who has been doing all the chasing, and Nicki is making him chase her HARD, but he likes that.

He loves a challenge, and Nicki is the ultimate challenge.".

The chatty pal claimed: "Now, Nas wants to step it up again.He really wants Nicki to agree to be exclusive, but she is not down for a serious relationship at the moment.

She wants to take her time, date around for a while, and focus on her music.

As far as Nicki is concerned, Nas is a 'friend with benefits,' but he is crazy about her.

He thinks she is wife material.".
