Today I am going to make party starter

The name of the recipe is Chilli Lotus Stem

Let's get started and see the ingredients

150 grams lotus stem

1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped

1 tablespoon of ginger finely chopped

4 green chillies cut lengthwise

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon of tomato sauce

1 tablespoon of soya sauce

1/2 tablespoon of black pepper powder

1 tablespoon of corn flour

1 tablespoon of white vinegar

1 bowl of red, yellow and green bell pepper cut in squares

1 onion cut in round slices

1 bowl of a spring onions cut in small pieces

2 tablespoons oil

And water

To start with we'll scrape lotus stem gently with knife

Like this we'll strips all the stems

Cut them into thin slices

Put all the slices in water and washed them

Next in a cooker we'll put all the slices

Add little water, salt and mix it

And cook it until 3 to 4 whistle

Next in a pan put 2 tablespoons of oil, garlic, ginger,

Green chilli and saute for 2 minutes

Next put soya sauce, boiled lotus stem, salt

Black pepper powder and white Add vinegar

Next put bell pepper, onion, tomato ketchup and mix well

In small bowl put 1 tablespoon of corn flour and put little water and make a paste

Put the paste in the pan and mix well

Put spring onion and cook it for 2 minutes

Yummy delicious full of fibre Chilli Lotus Stem is ready to serve
