A case of foot-and-mouth disease at a pig farm near Seoul was confirmed by the nation's

agriculture ministry.

There have been reports of the virus before, but the country is on a high alert as this

is the first time the rare A-type variant of the disease has been discovered.

A rare type of the foot-and-mouth disease has been detected at a pig farm near Seoul

on Tuesday.

According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs,... a farm in Gimpo,...

40 kilometers northwest of Seoul tested positive for the A-type virus.

Foot-and-mouth disease is a highly infectious viral disease.

Livestock with the disease show symptoms of fever, followed by sores in the mouth and

blisters on the hands and feet.

It can spread rapidly without proper measures,... and can have a significant economic impact.

The case is the first outbreak of the disease since February last year.

Among the seven distinct types of foot-and-mouth disease, most cases in Korea involve the O-type

virus.

And although the A-type was found in cattle farms a few years back-- this is the first

time it's been detected at a pig farm.

After confirmation of the A-type virus, which is rare not only in Korea, but worldwide,...

the country has been on an emergency alert, especially as most animals haven't been vaccinated

for the highly contagious strain.

Prime Minister Lee Nak-yon gave the order for all available resources to focus on quarantine

measures.

More than 900 pigs in the farm have already been slaughtered after the initial test.

And more will be culled within 3-kilometers of the farm to prevent the disease from spreading.

The ministry has also issued a 48-hour 'stand still' on the movement of livestock and breeders

in the nearby region.

the aircraft Alex was in was landing.

An aircraft must wait in turn

they can not just land.

are waiting to land.

The only difference between this video and

Alex's video is the angle of the camera

The distance between aircraft differs.

you can see that planes fly very close together.

In Alex's beautiful video

close to each other

just like in the previous video.

The position and timing of Alex is luxury

from which you can witness the situation from

the side.

The speed of the aircrafts and

the plane of Alex do not differ much

so you get the optical

illusion that the orbs are hovering

in the air

especially in the dark you get this high-profile

result.

Why don't you see the flashing lights?

Due to the distance in combination

with the main lights of the aircraft the small blinking

lights on the wings and belly are overwhelmed.

The flying object between the plane

is probably a helicopter.

Kosher Store Near Paris Is Hit By Suspected Arson On Anniversary Of Anti-Semitic Attack

A French kosher grocery in a Parisian suburb was gutted in a suspected arson attack on Tuesday, exactly three years after a deadly terrorist attack on another kosher supermarket in the capital.  Photos of the Promo & Destock store in Créteil show extensive damage to its storefront.

Agence France-Presse reported that store shelves were "blackened and charred." An adjacent kosher store was also damaged.  The fire reportedly started in the early hours of Tuesday.

No one was hurt in the blaze.

The Promo & Destock store's owner is a Muslim, according to AFP.  Just last Wednesday, the two stores were reportedly vandalized with red swastikas.  Michel Stoupak/NurPhoto via Getty Images Prosecutors said the store in Créteil had caught fire overnight, days after it was defaced by anti-Semitic graffiti.

Police are still searching for a motive.

However, they don't believe the fire was an accident, AFP reported.

The timing of the fire, on the anniversary of the 2015 Hyper Cacher kosher supermarket attack, has revived fears about rising anti-Semitism in France.

Créteil has a sizable Jewish population, according to community leader Albert Elharrar.

He said that Jewish groups in his area believe the stores were deliberately targeted.

"There's a link between the graffiti and the fire," he told AFP.

"It's clear that they came for no other reason but to attack a kosher shop on the day of the commemorations." On Jan.

9, 2015, two days after a terrorist attack at the headquarters of the satirical French magazine Charlie Hebdo, French-born militant Amedy Coulibaly seized control of the Hyper Cacher supermarket in Porte de Vincennes and held its customers hostage. Coulibaly, who had declared allegiance to the self-described Islamic State, killed three customers and a store employee before being shot by police.

In September, a Parisian gang took a Jewish family hostage inside their home in the Paris suburb of Seine-Saint-Denis.

The family was beaten and robbed during the attack.   Aliza Bin Noun, Israel's ambassador to France, called Tuesday's suspected arson a "shameful provocation" that proves the importance of continuing the fight against anti-Semitism.
