I think questions all the time what is the best essential oil company

what is it good brand of essential oils in this series of videos I'm going to

tell you what brand new oils I do and why they stood out among all of the

different choices of essential oil companies as the best essential oil

company state company in today's video the first in a series of videos I'm

doing on what the best essential oil company is we're going to talk about

why I use doTERRA essential oils I feel like they are the best essential oil

company one of the things that I feel makes them ahead of the crowd is their

testing process it is not simply your GC Ms test doTERRA labels their bottles

add CPTg or certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils I get comments all

the time that it is a marketing ploy it doesn't mean anything and it's made up

by doTERRA I'll say that one of those things is true when it was made up with

doTERRA but it's not a marketing ploy and it absolutely does mean nothing

here's what it means. CPTG when they stamp the bottom of that label that

bottle has gone through a very rigorous testing process during all phases of

distillation, shipping and receiving to ensure that what is in that bottle is

the exact molecular makeup that doTERRA scientists have said makes them

therapeutic. How is this testing done typically will companies employ two tests

gas chromatography and mass spectrometry tests and those tests are

the standard in the industry. those tests however can miss some

things so doTERRA employs additional tests with the oil in addition to the

gas chromatography and mass spectrometry tests they do a specific gravity which

gives a scientific weight of the oil based on the scientific weight of water

they do an optical rotation check which will identify any chiral molecules

that might have been missed in the GCM and MS testing. They do a reflective index

test because every oil reflect light at a different and very specific rate so

these three tests are done in addition to the GC and MS test to make sure that

every oil is acceptable doTERRA gets the distiller and a third party to test the

oil when they're distilled they send the test results to doTERRA and doTERRA says

yep that looks like a good test result or, no it doesn't meet doesn't

meet the standard. If it meets the standards doTERRA issues a purchase

order the oil is then shipped and upon arrival of doTERRA them tests it again

to make sure that wasn't accidentally contaminated or intentionally

adulterated during the shipping process or after that original test what an

example that they gave isn't oil that the distiller bottled in plastic bottles

and upon receipt the phthalatess had leached from the plastic into the oils

and the whole batch was contaminated so the test on the receiving side makes

sure that the oil is the exact same makeup as when it was shipped so in a

testing is done by the distiller in a third party after distillation before

shipment after shipment the testing is then done by doTERRA and a third party

to make sure that it matches the first test only if all those tests are

matching up doTERRA accepts the shipment and deems

that is certified pure therapeutic grade and acceptable to put their label on

each bottle of essential oils that doterra tests has the number, the batch

number on the bottom you can go to a website I'll link it below, called source

to you where you can put that number in and it will give you the GC and MS test

results so they publish it online for everyone to have available to them so if

you want to believe doTERRA that's fine because now this

process is so refined and doTERRA oils are being found to be so pure that it's

drawing attention from academics dr. Timothy Le of the Roseman University

Health Sciences did research on doTERRA testing and tested doTERRA oils versus

three other oil brands in the industry what he found is that doTERRA oils

doTERRA oils consistently increased the MKT or helpful cells in the body while

three of the other essential oil companies did not in his research at the

conference that I was at and I listened to his lecture his closing line was

"doTERRA oil have a unique fingerprint and become therapeutic because of their

consistency" this is by someone's completely unrelated to doTERRA who just

decided to do some testing on essential oils and he's a research scientist at a

university he has nothing to gain by falsifying his research for doTERRA so

that's what CPTG is it's a promise from doTerra that they have done

everything they possibly can to ensure consistency in their oils and highest

quality essential oils that CPTG the label means a lot more than just a

marketing ploy. I feel like doterra is the best essential oil company there is

because of their diligence in making sure that they're providing their

customers with the best quality necessary that's why I use them in my

home on my family that's why I feel comfortable distributing them. say what

you will but they're doing the testing and that's something that is irrefutable

she's a doctor, former deputy lord mayor,

a Member of the Order of Australia

and a pretty great dancer.

She's also about to be Australia's newest federal member of parliament.

She was chosen by people in the electorate of Wentworth -

that's here in Sydney by the way -

to replace Malcolm Turnbull, who quit the seat

when he was kicked out of the prime minister job.

But while Kerryn's jumping for joy, the Government isn't.

See, Kerryn Phelps is an independent,

which means she isn't a member of a political party.

So, in one by-election,

the Government didn't just lose a seat,

it lost its majority.

..dealt with the consequences...

Well, let's take a journey into outer space to find out.

This crew's job is to explore the far reaches of the galaxy.

It's a pretty democratic crew,

but unfortunately its members are split at the moment.

These guys are in the majority,

so ship rules say they choose the captain.

OK, guys, I am your new captain,

I will be leading all of you, and you are very, very welcome.

When a spaceship crew, or a political party,

have a majority,

they don't just get to choose the leader,

they also have an easier time getting their ideas approved.

It's a similar story back on Earth.

In the House of Representatives - that's the green one -

there's 150 seats.

With Dr Kerryn Phelps in parliament, the Government will have 75 votes -

exactly half.

Labor has 69,

so, including Dr Phelps,

there are 6 others

who are independents

or part of a smaller party.

One of them will need to vote with the Government for anything to pass.

For some bills, that might not be a problem.

But for others it could be tricky.

So, a lot of people reckon

the Government could have a hard time getting things done.

In the meantime,

we'll just have to wait and see what happens to this crew

as they explore what it's like to be a minority government

right here on Earth.

Sociopath vs Psychopath - What's The Difference? - Duration: 8:09.

Do you have an exalted sense of self?

Are you a compulsive liar?

Would you do just about anything to get you want?

If you answered "yes" to all of these questions, you might want to consult a professional

who can determine if you are a sociopath or a psychopath.

Both sociopaths and psychopaths share three common traits suggested by the questions above

– conceitedness, deceitfulness, and manipulation largely unchecked by moral conscience.

Some experts think sociopathy and psychopathy are the same and group them together under

the diagnostic term antisocial personality disorder or APD, while others argue that there

are significant differences between the two mental disorders.

We will examine some of these differences in this episode of The Infographics Show,

"Sociopath vs. Psychopath."

The outward behavior that sociopaths and psychopaths display can be as different as night and day.

Sociopaths are more impulsive and irresponsible than psychopaths.

As psychologist Scott Bonn notes, sociopaths tend to "live on the fringes of society."

They often can't hold down a job for long and can't settle down in one place.

They may travel extensively, but they are not sightseers.

If they can't find a legitimate work to pay for whatever they need, they may do shady

things like lie, cheat, and steal from people along the way.

Renowned con man Charles Ponzi lived in this manner.

Ponzi immigrated from Italy to America in 1903.

He supposedly said, "I landed in this country with $2.50 in cash and $1 million in hopes,

and those hopes never left me."

According to the New England Historical Society, $2.50 was all that he had left after "having

gambled and drunk away" most of the $200 he had with him while on board the ship taking

him to America.

After arriving in Boston, he spent several years "working odd jobs in the Northeast."

Described by one article as an "alleged sociopath," he led a "life of lies"

that "was all about tricking rich people into investing in sham corporations."

His International Reply Coupon scheme was the one where he used money from investors

to pay other investors, a form of fraud that became known as the Ponzi scheme.

According to biography.com, Ponzi spent 14 years in prison for this crime.

He was deported to Italy after being released from prison and ended up dying in Rio de Janeiro

in 1949.

In contrast, psychopaths have more self-control and are more calculating than sociopaths.

They blend into society more effectively than sociopaths because, as Bonn points out, they

are "often well educated and hold steady jobs."

Not all psychopaths are violent or a threat to society, and some manage to channel their

need to control others into gainful employment.

They gravitate toward positions of authority and jobs requiring objective analysis and

decision-making.

According to a Time article, some professions with the most psychopaths include CEOs, lawyers,

surgeons, and police officers.

Oddly enough, chefs and salespeople also made the list.

Sociopaths have a slight edge over psychopaths when it comes to establishing meaningful relationships.

According to Bonn, "it is difficult but not impossible for sociopaths to form attachments

with others."

They are "capable of empathy in certain limited circumstances but not in others"

and "with a few individuals but not others."

Gary Ridgway is a good example of the sociopath's "limited" ability to feel empathy and

form emotional attachments.

Between 1982 and 2001, he "murdered at least 49 women in Washington state," according

to biography.com.

One article reports that his victims were prostitutes and young runaways.

After killing them, Ridgway "often returned to his dumping grounds to have sex with his

victims' corpses."

He also dumped some of their bodies in the Green River, which earned him the name of

the Green River Killer.

While Ridgway committed four of these horrible crimes, he was married to his third wife,

Judith Ridgway.

Although he targeted prostitutes because of his "hate" for them, he loved his wife

and had a good relationship with her.

In an interview six years after her husband went to prison, Judith Ridgway still had trouble

believing that her husband was a serial killer.

She described their life together as "loving" and "content."

She said, "He made me feel like a newlywed every day."

However, she had to face the truth about what her husband had done after she and the police

discovered evidence linking him to some of the murdered prostitutes.

She divorced Gary Ridgway after 16 years of marriage and has no contact with him today.

She told the interviewer, "I loved the man I knew, and I hate the man who took him away."

In contrast, psychopaths are "unable to form emotional attachments or feel real empathy

with others" according to Bonn.

Emotions are foreign to them.

They know they should be feeling something, but they don't feel anything.

In his 1941 book called The Mask of Sanity, a psychiatrist named Hervey Cleckley provided

some insight into the mind of the psychopath when he wrote that "Beauty and ugliness,

except in a very superficial sense, goodness, evil, love, horror, and humor have no actual

meaning, no power to move him."

This makes psychopaths capable of hurting others without any guilt or remorse.

Bonn states that psychopathy is the "most dangerous of all antisocial behaviors" because

psychopaths can "dissociate emotionally from their actions, regardless of how terrible

those actions may be."

Psychopaths try to compensate for this impairment by being what a WebMD article calls "skilled

actors."

They are charming and persuasive, and they are capable of faking emotions they can't

feel.

Notorious cult leader Jim Jones revealed his psychopathic mission to play whatever role

was necessary to win trust and manipulate others when he said, "What you need to believe

in is what you can see . . . If you see me as your friend, I'll be your friend.

If you see me as your father, I'll be your father, for those of you that don't have

a father . . . If you see me as your savior, I'll be your savior.

If you see me as your God, I'll be your God."

A skilled orator, Jones combined idealistic rhetoric and overt and subtle coercion to

condition his followers to commit suicide by drinking a Kool-Aid type drink laced with

cyanide and Valium upon his command according to biography.com.

Another way psychopaths attempt to relate to others is to create a veneer of social

respectability to hide their dark side and any sinister behavior resulting from it.

This is an especially common strategy of psychopathic serial killers like John Wayne Gacy.

A summary of his court case noted his "double life":

"Evidence showed that the defendant led a double life, engaging in charitable and

political activities at the same time he was committing a series of sadistic torture murders.

He enticed many young men to his home for homosexual liaisons, tying or handcuffing

his partners then strangling or choking them.

Gacy was a successful contractor, was active in the community, and often dressed up as

a clown for parties . . ."

Bonn states that different factors cause people to become sociopaths and psychopaths.

Some researchers think that sociopathy arises from childhood abuse and trauma.

It is a "learned" behavior arising from circumstance.

This is why sociopaths still maintain some moral conscience, some empathy, and some ability

to form emotional attachments, although they are all weak.

However, research suggests that psychopathy has a largely genetic component to it.

Bonn notes that psychopathy "is related to a physiological defect that results in

the underdevelopment of the part of the brain responsible for impulse control and emotions."

Another report states that "brain scans of people with APD have shown low activity

in areas related to empathy, morality, and self-control."

According to a Psychologia, sociopaths make up 4% of the general population, while psychopaths

make up about 1%.

However, these percentages are equivalent to millions of people, so it is quite possible

that you might meet a sociopath or psychopath one day.

there's one really interesting thing which is a great general summary of the

kind of approach to just succeeding in anything whether it be a project or

business or life or or whatever and it's basically about how to really understand

the difference between failure and success and to really understand what's

happening as we go on our journey through life and I explained this in one

of my youtube videos I talked about it in the in the frame in the context of

fundraising now when you're fundraising for a business they're all your business

whatever startup or whatever stage you're at there's a huge huge array of

so many different kinds of investors out there from you know angel investors to

VCS to private equity fans private family officers big VCT trusts and a

whole whole massive array now and they all tend to you know have different

preference over what kind of ticket sizes they want to invest in whether it

be early stage small tickets high-risk or later stage you know kind of scale-up

funds and whatnot and then you you they also have different kind of Industry

preferences whether they want to be looking at software as a service or

platform plays or operating businesses and even within those industries they

then have their own kind of different viewpoints on what's going to work in

that industry what's not going to work in that industry and then with all of

that you've also got kind of the character fit and vibe when you're

talking to the partners of the fan to see if they're gonna if you're gonna

kind of get on well with them so when you when you kind of multiply all those

factors different investor types different ticket sizes different in

industries different preferences different character fit you start to get

this huge dauntingly enormous array of different options and different investor

types out there now what's really interesting is that a

typical kind of a kind of a typical thing which I hate people say about

fundraising and I'm talking about fundraising but it applies equally to

kind of any type of project that you're looking at is a typical thing I hope it

will say is that it's a numbers game you've got to just keep on going and

going and going until you get the job done you know until you get that

investment now that is true that's that is what's happening that's cover as a

correct factually correct statement but I think it's really powerful to look at

what's happening below the surface when you do get that investment or when

you do reach the successive of the of the project or whatever it is all that's

happened is you've managed to identify in that massive daunting array of people

which of those investors is actually the right one for you who invests at your

stage in your industry has your same viewpoint on what the industry is going

to do and you have the right fit that's all you've actually done you haven't

just gone until you know some some guy believe you know we've just gave you the

money right you actually found your match and what's powerful about that is

imagine that you're in a library of thousands of books and you've been told

and you know when you believe that there are maybe two or three keys you know two

or three these books have got key hidden inside the pages right and it's the key

to your success or whatever you wanna call it right and all you have to do is

find one of these three books there's always be multiple ways to succeed right

one of these three books that's got the key in it now you start opening books

right and let's just say you've opened you know 100 200 300 books and you

haven't found your key yet do you feel like a failure

now if the answer's no to that then I see if your answers yes I feel like a

failure I feel like I'm not good enough at this then you're coming from the

wrong place because if you are if you really do believe that you are in this

library and you've opened 300 books you'll start to think well great 300

down there's only 2,000 books in this room I'm getting closer and closer to my

target so it's this shift from it's not gonna be in this book - oh is it in this

one is it in this one and the more and more books you open the more and more

likely is that you're gonna get your outcome because all you're doing is

finding the one which matches what you're after and that actually makes a

profound shift and that also is you're saying makes a profound shift with a

conversation in your head I'm guessing yeah absolutely

because when you then look at your map that to your value system you've you've

you've understood that when you're getting a No

it's no longer a failure right so you're not you know you're not fighting against

receiving you know you actually want to receive a note because you literally are

one book closer to finding your book right so you then align yourself with an

O so that when you get an O it's pushing you forwards and then because you know

that your key exists and you have to believe that your key exists out there

Europe then also being pulled towards your vision and so you create this kind

of mechanism in your core belief system where it doesn't matter what the fuck

happens it's pushing you forward and that that's the switch to make

So I'm at the Namba station right now. So today I'm gonna check the money exchangers

Well, there are many money exchangers about number station.

I'm gonna check for the cheapest money exchangers. So you guys ready?

So the rate is 1 US dollar for it 111.60 Japanese Yen

Well, this is my first one. So I'm not sure whether that one is cheap or expensive

It was under the maintenance now. So I couldn't use it and I couldn't check the rate neither.

As you see the rate so they exchanged $1 for 107.59 japanese yen.

well, actually that's the lowest

I was kind of surprised because usually the machine having bad rate

compared to the shop, but then this one has the worst rate

So if we compare for the the best rate and this lowest rate

There is six Japanese yen differences which is like if you change hundred US dollars

Then like almost 6 dollars gonna be different. well six dollars. You can get lunch

pick the right place

Yep, just walking like several minutes and you can save like six bucks
