Maybe it's to find yourself.

Maybe it's to lose yourself.

Maybe it's for the peacefulness.

Maybe it's for the challenge.

Maybe it's to find your limit.

Maybe it's to prove what you can do.

Maybe it's to speed things up.

Maybe it's to slow things down.

Why do you mow my lawn in a different direction each week? - Duration: 1:02.

Hello. My name is Chester Brzezinski. I'm the founder of big lakes lawn care and

the question is, why do you mow my lawn in a different direction every week. The

reason we mow your lawn in a different direction every week is to avoid rutting.

If we run our mowers the same direction week in and week out across your

property, ruts will start to form. Another thing

that happens is the grass starts to lay over and it doesn't stand up straight

for a nice crisp cut. It flattens out because we keep running it over in the

same direction. This could happen if you're mowing your own lawn too. It's a

common problem. A way to avoid it is to change direction every single week when

you mow the lawn. Now, another benefit to us mowing the lawn in a different

direction every week is that it gives you that awesome checkerboard pattern

that everyone's going for. This works especially well if you have a side lawn

and a Kentucky bluegrass side lawn is probably the best lawn for us to stripe.

We'll make it look like a golf course for you and it comes out just awesome, So,

if you are mowing your own lawn, make sure to change direction every week and

that will ensure that you have a beautiful pattern and you avoid forming

any ruts. I hope that helps and have a great one.

Why Some Realtors Prefer Smaller Mortgage Lenders vs Big Banks - Duration: 1:02.

from my experience again for my experience I'm not knocking on the big

banks but the smaller boutiques do tend to really see your situation looking at

you to see like what you're doing how they can maybe guide you into the right

thing so maybe in a month and a half or whatnot you know then you'll be a proof

for even if it's an additional $20,000 and that's why I really like to send my

buyers to iLoan, you guys you know have worked yeah the big banks they just

say DENIED. Then we step in and really analyze a file really see

that a fortunate part about a lot of the places too I mean there's there's good

people or big banks and there's bad people boutiques it just happens

it's so politically correct I love it's true but it goes on the way you know the

majority of the boutique guys or women are career loan officers so they really

know and really get dive deep into a lot of the stuff they're not just paid

salary employees

Why Do Knuckles Crack & Is It Bad For You - Duration: 2:04.

Some people hate the sound of cracking knuckles.

While other people will crack their knuckles up to 20 times a day.

25-45% of people crack their knuckles out of habit.

So why do knuckles crack and pop and what causes the sound that so many people hate?

That's what we'll find out on today's episode.

You probably already know what a joint is.

A joint is where two bones meet.

Your finger joints are in a capsule called the synovial capsule

which contains synovial fluid.

The synovial fluid lubricates your joint and makes it easier to move your fingers.

Inside the synovial fluid, there are dissolved gases.

When you pull your finger, you stretch the joint and reduce the synovial pressure.

This allows the dissolved gases in the synovial fluid to come together and form a cavity or

bubble.

The formation of this bubble is what causes the knuckle-cracking sound.

To crack your knuckle again, you'll have to wait about twenty minutes for the gases to

redissolve into the synovial fluid.

"What was that?

What did you say to me?

What did you say to me?"

"I'm so- I'm so sorry.

Please forgive me.

Please forgive me.

I won't do it again.

I'm sorry.

"I'll show you sorry."

*knuckles cracking*

"You know cracking your knuckles will give you arthritis?"

"No.

That's a myth."

"Yes, it will.

Everybody knows that.

It's common knowledge."

"No, cracking your knuckles doesn't cause the cartilage damage to give you arthritis."

"Yes, it will.

Ask anybody, cracking your knuckles gives you arthritis.

It's gonna hurt you when you're sixty."

"Oh, I'll show you what hurts."

"I didn't mean it.

It won't give you arthritis.

Please!"

Dr Donald Unger wanted to figure out if that was really true.

So he spent the next 60 years cracking the knuckles on his left hand every single day,

but not on his right hand.

60 years later, he did not develop arthritis, but what he did get was the

Ig Nobel prize in Medicine in 2009.

Does that mean it's safe to crack your knuckles?

Well, not completely.

Cracking your knuckles still leads to a weakened hand grip, hand swelling, and functional hand

impairment.

But it doesn't lead to arthritis.
