2018: What a Long, Strange Trip It's Been [CC] - Duration: 12:00.Hello, old friend. Long time no see! Hey everybody, it's Anna,
and welcome back to my booktube channel. You might notice that I am in a
different location than I usually am. That is because it is a 100 percent
chance of rain right now in Seattle, and the clouds are totally blocking out the
natural light that I usually use to film, so I'm filming in the
office/bookshelf/game room. You can see the brand new bookshelves that my
husband and I just built. But yeah, I just wanted to check in with you guys before
the end of the year- say hello, welcome myself back to my own channel. I've been
a little bit absent between planning my wedding and having Hanukkah, Christmas,
Thanksgiving, husband's birthday... a bunch of major holiday celebration event-type
things going on. But yeah, I am back I am back to making
videos, and I just wanted to check in with you guys a little bit before the
end of the year. Wow, I am really out of practice! I feel so uncomfortable and
weird right now, sitting in front of a camera and just
talking. It'll take me some time to get used to this again, I think, but anyway, I
wanted to share a couple books that I got for various holidays.
I think all of these were actually Christmas gifts; we celebrate a lot of winter
holidays in my family, but I think all of these were gifted to me for
Christmas. Before we get into that, I wanted to give a little bit
of explanation, I guess, since some of you might be following me to this
channel from Twitter, where I am a lot more active and vocal in my love
for Dungeons and Dragons, RPGs, tabletop games, and stuff like that. I wanted
to incorporate a little bit more of my love for games into this channel as we
go forward, partially because it is related to books, since a lot of RPGs and
stuff like that are based off of science fiction and fantasy tropes or existing
structures from sci-fi and fantasy novels-- there are a lot of
RPGs that are actually based off of worlds like the Lord of the Rings, Game
of Thrones, etc-- but also just because that's an
interest and a passion that is really taking up a pretty significant
chunk of my time now, whether it's playing games,
RPGs, whether it's cosplay, whether it's going to conventions, different things
like that. So I just wanted to say hello if you followed me here because of all
of my Dungeons & Dragons tweets! I hope that you'll stick around and don't
find this to be too off-putting. Beginning with that then, I have a couple
of books that I was gifted for Christmas. One of those was "Waterdeep: Dungeon of
the Mad Mage," which is a D&D adventure for high level characters. This one I got
from Buddha, a Secret Santa that I matched up with online, so thank you so
much for that if by some slim chance you're watching this! And then from my
husband, I was also gifted "Pugmire" core rulebook,
which is an open gaming license D&D 5th edition book.
That allows you to play as a canine adventurer, and it's super fantastic.
I actually read through the entirety of this yesterday while I was just sitting
in a coffee shop. It lets you create a dog that's an adventurer character, and
you can go through all of these different types of classes similar to
Dungeons & Dragons, but adapted a little bit to fit the particular skill
sets and personalities of different dogs. I'm really impressed with what they
managed to do in such a relatively short book in terms of building the
mythology and the politics of the world of Pugmire, and I really cannot wait to
DM the game because I think it's going to be absolutely great.
Then from my extended family Secret Santa, one of my aunts got me "Becoming" by
Michelle Obama, which was one of the three books that I had specifically
requested to receive for Christmas. I have already started reading
this. I think it's really great. I'm enjoying it a lot so far, and I'm sure I
will have more fully formulated opinions after I've gotten further than this
amount into the book.
And then from two of our friends, I was gifted this book "Designs for the
Pluribus: Radical Interdependence Autonomy in the Making of Worlds" by
Arturo Escobar. This is the kind of book that, while I don't miss being in
graduate school and being in a ph.d program, I really do miss getting to sit
down and read this type of book. I'm just really happy that now I get to do it on
my own time, and I don't have to write any really long papers about it.
That would be a little bit more tedious than enjoyable. So those are all of the books
that I got for Christmas, winter holidays, etc. I usually don't receive too many
books as gifts either for Christmas or birthday or any other gift-giving
opportunity, mostly because people know how much I read, and they are like, well I
don't want to get you a book that you already have or that you've already read!
I can't blame them. I mean, I'm gonna post my end of year/best books of
2018 a little bit later, probably after we pass New Year's, but I read
186 books this year so far. I'm still probably going to finish a few
more before 2018 is fully over, so I totally understand why people don't want
to get me books as gifts. That's fine-- I am more than happy with these ones that
I have! And then I wanted to talk a little bit about some plans that I have
for the booktube channel in 2019. First of all, I wanted to thank all of you that
have stuck with me this far, that have been watching my consistent and then
somewhat inconsistent uploads with this channel throughout the year. There's now
138 of you subscribed to the channel at the time that I'm making this video-- wow!
That's really incredible! I did not ever think that this many people would care
what I had to say about books, especially because I don't really feel like I stand
out that differently from people that are already doing this on the internet.
I'm still trying to figure out what it is that really makes me *me*
online, if that makes sense. I'm really trying to figure out my my voice and
my position when it comes to making these type of videos, so thank you to all
of the people that have joined this little community, whether you've been
here since I first started uploading, or whether you just joined, or whether you
found this channel by accident and now you want to stay for some reason-- thanks a lot!
So I guess without any further ado I'll
go ahead and talk about some of my goals for the channel for 2019. I would like to
keep my uploads very consistent. I set myself a goal when I started the channel
that I wanted to make four videos a month, and I just checked: I made 50
videos--It'll be 51 after I make this one-- this entire year. However, a bunch of
those were actually spread out. I think there's a few videos where there's
a month gap or a two month gap between videos, and while some of that is
unavoidable just because life happens, and I have multiple jobs outside of this,
and other things going on, I would like to set myself a challenge to be more
consistent with uploading. Second thing that I would like to do with this
channel is more readathons. I really enjoyed the readathons that I did this
past year. I love the Tome Topple read-a-thon so much. It is my favorite
read-a-thon. I wasn't able to do it this year because it was happening right when
I was getting married, so I did not have time, but I would like to do that.
I know I'd like to do the Read Yo' Shelves read-a-thon that Kathy Trithardt and...
I'm forgetting [the co-host's] name, but I'll post it in the description, are hosting at the
beginning of 2019. I know I'd like to do the Queer Lit read-a-thon when it
comes back in the new year. That's hosted by Kathy and Rogan; I will link them as
well down in the description. I think I'd like to just participate in
other readathons as I'm able to and as I find out about them. Another thing that
is a little bit more experimental for the channel is that I
might like to start making some videos about storytelling via games, especially
with a lot of the conventions that I attended this year, a lot of the panels
I went to discussed storytelling via games as being a really important
component of playing games. I think that there's more to be explored on this
topic that I would like to dive into, so I was thinking about making some
more chat videos that are specific to that topic, just so I can keep
them separate and more focused from the stuff that is more book related.
Is that anything that you guys would even be interested in watching? I'll probably
still make them because I want to, but I'm curious just to see how much
interest is out there for something like that. The next goal is
something that's pretty much entirely on my end: I'd like to make some technical
improvements to the channe. l I'd like to get better editing software. Right now
I'm just using what comes with YouTube. I'd like to invest in some quality
lighting so that I'm a little bit less dependent on the great outdoors, fickle
as it is six months out of the year here, and that way I don't have this weird
ghostly light in the ceiling casting strange shadows on me when I
have to film not in natural light. That's a little bit more on my end, but
I'm giving myself a year to figure out what I'm gonna do about those things.
The last goal that I have for the channel is that I would like to post a
few vlogs this year. I think I posted I posted one vlog in 2018. I had a second
one filmed, and then some disaster happened to the files and it wasn't
actually able to be recovered in order to be uploaded, so that was kind of sad.
But I would like to make a few vlogs of different fun things that I do
throughout the year. I'd like to make some readathon vlogs, maybe vlog a couple
conventions that I have coming up. That way you guys would get to see a little
bit more of that storytelling via games, cosplay, RPGs,
stuff like that that I'm interested in related to books
and geekiness, but outside of. I don't have any specific bookish events
that I can vlog coming up right now. I might see about getting permission to do
that from the event organizers, so we will see if I am able to do that.
Is that something you guys would be interested in watching? I'm pretty
interested in filming vlogs just because the last time I did that I had a super
fun time with it. I had fun playing around with music. I had fun filming
outdoors, trying different things out with different cameras:
the one that I use here or the camera on my phone.
It was just interesting to do something different. I enjoyed that aspect of it.
Is that something that you guys are interested in at all, or is nobody
gonna watch those? Let me know in the comments because I would really like to
have your input on that. So as always, thank you all so much for watching, thank
you for sticking with me through the craziness of the year that has been 2018,
and I will see you in the next one in 2019. Bye!

What is Quality? How important is it, really? Alok Kejriwal explains a fundamental concept! - Duration: 4:54.Welcome to Dhandhe Ki Baat.
This is Alok Kejriwal.
Today we are going to talk about 'Q' for Quality.
This term 'Quality' I think, is really over-understood.
I am inventing a new term- it's not misunderstood and neither is it under-understood.
It is over understood. People spend too much time about quality.
I'll give you an example of quality.
The first time when I went to my father's socks factory, I saw that he was making nylon socks.
I was disgusted. I was wondering who is going to buy these horrible nylon socks.
It is such a horrible thing!
It would feel so hot to put them on and the toe part of the socks had rough seams too.
So, my father laughed at me. He said, "You know, Alok, the quality expectations
that you have are not what our consumers want."
My father made a fortune making those nylon socks for a long time.
When I started export of socks, I manufactured black, navy and white
cotton socks for the Europe market. I was very happy with my socks.
When two-three international buyers came and had a look at those socks,
they criticized it saying that I was making horrible stuff. This is no quality.
That day I laughed and I said, "Boss, this is making me a fortune."
So, quality is subjective and, in my opinion, as long as it creates an outcome
- may be profitability or acceptability. You know, quality is input not always an output.
Just think about this. Quality also has different layers.
Let's take Uber for example in India.
If you travel by Uber, very often I used to see different prices for UberGo, Premium
and XL. I enjoy spending but my wife is a miser. She doesn't like to spend.
So, when she used to order for Go, she used to order for UberGo or Uber Regular.
The car used be in a bad condition and horrible driver too. I was hating it.
So, next time, I proudly ordered for the Premier or XL.
I was shocked. The car was the same.
But, the driver was much better. So, the angle they had used was for me,
that the person could understand where I was going. The quality of the driving or the driver was the real seller.
Quality has its own kind of layers. Now, in my mind, just to explain - Quality is something that
can actually be a profit item. It should be used like ROI. Let's give another example.
What happens when there is over-investment? It's a very funny thing.
I think all of you have got a Sony TV. From the time I have been born, I have seen a Sony TV at home.
Sony TV is made so well that it doesn't get spoilt. It always is on and its fine.
Look at the history of Sony, it did very well after walkman but it is beginning to fade away.
Quality is not the only thing that has got them far. Now, look at the iPhone.
A phenomenal product, phenomenal quality. But, what about the battery?
What happens to the iPhone battery? It begins to fade and not perform over a period of time.
And, now we know that the problem with iPhone is that they make the battery in such a way
that it begins to start failing after a couple of years. Is it bad quality?
Well, the packaging is of great quality. One part of it is compromised.
So, quality also has its different layers and parts.
Last but not the least, what is the test of quality?
How do you know that you are going to get trapped by compromising?
Competition is the best test. When I started my games business on mobiles,
two-three people came to me saying that they want to do gaming on DTH.
I was shocked. I said, "DTH is cable, how can I play games on it?"
They said, "No, Alok, it's the best thing. You will earn revenue.
You know, DTH operators will give you a lump sum."
One guy came to me and said, "Alok, Your entire company's revenue will be coming from one DTH operator."
The quality of that game bothered me. It didn't make sense.
How is it possible to play a game with the DTH remote?
And the day android and iTunes became popular that format vanished.
So, competition is the greatest test of quality.
In the end, all I'll say is - Be prudent about quality.
Don't over-invest in quality and spoil your business and ROI. Do only as much as is required and
improve gradually but never shy away from making a great product.
I hope you liked quality as a concept. Subscribe to this channel if you haven't.
Give feedback. Share, comment and give us some love.
Thank you!

What is A/B Testing? | Data Science in Minutes - Duration: 3:43.Hi and welcome to this quick introduction to A/B testing. So what is A/B testing?
At a high level, A/B Testing is a statistical way of comparing two or more versions,
such as Version A or Version B.
to determine not only which version performs better
but also to understand if a difference between two versions is statistically significant.
So why do businesses conduct A/B tests?
This is the way businesses are run these days and they have to take a data-driven approach.
A common dilemma that companies face is that they think they understand
the customer, but in reality customers would behave much differently than you
would think consciously or subconsciously. Users don't often even
know why they make the choices they make, they just do. But when running an
experiment or an A/B test, you might find out otherwise and the results can often
be very humbling and customers can behave much differently than you would
think so it's best to conduct tests rather than relying on intuition.
So let's visualize. For example, in marketing, or a web design, you might be comparing
two different landing pages with each other or two different newsletters let's
say you take the layout of the page you move the content body to the right now
versus the left or maybe you change the call-to-action from green to blue or
or your newsletter subject line has the word "promotion" in Version A and the word
"free" in Version B in order for A/B testing to work, you must call out your
criteria for success before you begin your test. What is your hypothesis or
rather what do you think will happen by changing to Version B. Maybe you're
hoping to increase conversion rate or newsletter signups or increase opens
call out your criteria for success ahead of time. Also, you will want to make sure
that you split your traffic into two it doesn't have to be 50/50 but you will
want to figure out what is the minimum number of people I need to run my A/B test
on to achieve statistically significant results you can do this with
multiple versions such as two buttons that are blue and two that are orange
one blue and one orange button say RSVP and another blue and orange button say
sign up this would be called a multivariate test or a
full factorial test since you are comparing different factors. So what are
some factors we can test on when conducting an A/B test? Changing the
layout of the page and shifting where certain items are such as moving the
content body to the right, the navigation to the left, or the call to action near
the bottom you can change the call to action such as changing the color or the
text or where the call-to-action is located on a landing page or email.
You can compare two different images with each other to see if one has a higher
conversion rate or a higher click-through rate. And what about on the
back-end suppose the UX and the UI is the same but you update your
machine learning algorithm to update the recommendations that are shown to people
but what happens if something is broken or funky or the data is messy and the
quality is off or there's too much noise maybe there's a sampling problem and you
don't randomize correctly it could be a one to two percent impact but you should
make sure that your A/B test is being conducted properly first by setting up
an A/A test. Thanks for watching, give us a like if you found this useful or you
can check out our other videos at Data Science Dojo tutorials.

What makes Rewind 2018 the most disliked video yet - Duration: 13:32.Ay, it's Will Smith!
Our no. 1 and beloved YouTuber on the platform.
What could go wrong?
"Fortnite and Marques Brownlee"
Oh, so that's why.
YouTube wraps up all the highlights that happened each year with Rewind, and it's considered
as the biggest celebration on the platform year-ends.
Its first Rewind was in 2010 and 2012 marked the year where they increased the production
budget to create what it is known today.
But why is 2018's Rewind such a mess?
To answer that, we have to look at how YouTube evolves with its content creators.
YouTube was officially launched in 2005, created by Jawed Karim, Steve Chen and Chad Hurley,
a website where everyone can share their videos with anyone easily.
Google, one of the major tech companies in the world, acquired YouTube in October 2006.
During this period, we've seen some of the classic memes and viral videos which defined
YouTube in the 2000s.
The birth of viral videos has opened the doors to other viral videos, one after another,
and it is indeed a platform where anyone can be a star.
On May 2007, YouTube started to pay content creators with its own monetization program,
and YouTubers can now earn money by recording and uploading videos on the platform.
Ads now began to roll after the program started.
And this is where YouTube saw a bigger change.
The late 2000s saw some of the first content creators, or the OG YouTubers, with millions
of subscribers.
Ryan Higga, Shane Dawson, Fred, and Smosh were among the most subscribed YouTube channels
during this time.
Also, in this era, higher production value, HQ videos and better video editing started
to become a norm for YouTube videos, and YouTubers started to upload their contents weekly with
a fixed schedule to maximize viewer counts.
Early versions of commentary videos, vlogs, and comedy skits were everywhere.
With the increasing number of daily users, more and more videos are being uploaded every
second.
During this era, we saw the rise of gaming channels, and Pewdiepie comes first to mind
when everyone hears the phrase "YouTube gaming".
He became and still is the no. 1 subscribed YouTuber since September 2013, dethroning
Smosh.
He is the face of YouTube.
He is the king and no one can beat this indie creator.
But this YouTuber also faced something that everyone was afraid of later in his career.
One word, the "adpocalypse".
It was such a depressing time for YouTubers.
Advertisers such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, and Dr. Pepper started to pull out ads from YouTube.
Demonetization became a meme and one person was blamed for the incident.
That person is none other than the king of YouTube, Pewdiepie.
Various news outlets attacked him mercilessly, and the Wall Street Journal started the whole
"PewDiePie is a Nazi" thing.
Adpocalypse did not start because of PewDiePie's infamous video, where he made a Nazi joke,
but rather the incident when big companies' advertisements were shown on controversial
contents (one of them being Chief Keef Dancing to Alabama N****r).
Then, in New Year 2018, we have the infamous Aokigahara forest incident, which added more
fuel to the already blazing fire.
As a result, YouTube's Partner program increased their requirements from 10,000 lifetime views to
4,000 hours total watch time in the past 12 months and a minimum of 1,000 subscribers.
Smaller creators suffered from this the most, although the change is necessary to avoid
such controversy to be happening again.
YouTube is becoming more and more distant from its community, and one way to see that
is through YouTube's own year-in-review, the Rewind.
It is created and produced by YouTube themselves and also with the help of Portal A Interactive.
2010 was the fetus Rewind, it was the first and it was... nothing.
It's a simple video showcasing the top 10 videos that were trending or viral on that
year.
It's like any other listicles but it's simple, minimalistic and, pretty much a year-in-review.
In 2011, YouTube invited Rebecca Black to host Rewind that year, and like the previous
Rewind, it's a listicle which shows the top 10 viral videos that year.
People during that time actually hated the video because the host is the singer of the
worst song ever, Friday
...and this is where it got bigger.
2012, Gangnam Style.
Boom!
We have a perfect template for future Rewinds.
They increased the production value and it turned out to be great.
This was the first time they included content creators in the video and made a song mashup
and everyone is dancing and everything about it is so energetic.
Rewind 2013 saw more YouTubers, and they introduced non-Youtuber such as talk show hosts and Sesame
Streets characters.
It's a fine addition since their screen time is actually quite short.
This is also the first time they introduced the official YouTube Rewind logo.
The cute little Obama Kid hits the Rewind button and it's the most epic, the most uplifting
video at that time as viewers and fans of their content creators were all hyped.
And the video ends with Pewdiepie burying the button, and coincidentally a perfect foreshadowing
of the near future of YouTube.
The following years pretty much followed the same formula.
The colors are bright, the music is epic and they also started to include more memes into
Rewind.
2014 is opened by Pewdiepie, parodying the TDFW music video, and then he falls into a
classroom.
Everyone starts to dance and you can feel the emotion, the hype from the video.
2015 features more memes and gaming channels.
Nothing much has changed but it is better than the previous ones.
2015 also marks the 10th anniversary of YouTube, and they referenced some of the past viral
videos in Rewind 2015.
So far, so good.
In 2016, they feature more and more YouTubers that their screentime is less than a couple
of seconds.
More things are happening in the video, and memes get more spotlight too.
They also got Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson to open Rewind that year.
2017... it received backlash from fans as PewDiePie [and other Youtubers] wasn't in it and they chose to feature
family-friendly YouTubers more.
The Paul Bros somehow got featured in Rewind even though their video quality is pretty
mediocre.
More non-YouTuber celebrities are featured and it shows how YouTube is becoming disconnected
from the community.
But everyone didn't know what comes next.
Rewind 2018 quickly became the most disliked YouTube video on the platform.
No one likes it, and that's just me being generous.
The video feels different.
It does not feel like a Rewind video.
It is an utter mess.
Will Smith isn't a YouTuber, Ninja isn't a YouTuber.
Talk show hosts aren't YouTubers.
The massive dislikes the video got reflects how YouTube has become out of touch with its
own platform; it is now an advertising platform.
Will Smith, Fortnite, Kpop, forced propaganda; they're all cringy.
The video centers around Fortnite heavily, reminiscent of Rewind 2012 with Gangnam Style.
It doesn't have anything much to it, other than the fact that YouTubers "control" Rewind
on a campsite.
The video is less colorful, a bit dark and bland.
You can't feel the vibe from the video, unlike previous Rewinds.
The settings are less compared to previous ones.
Kpop has always been big.
This year BTS has finally broken into the American market.
But Rewind only referenced BTS, which does not reflect Kpop as a whole.
Besides, Girls Generation was featured in Rewind 2014.
Honestly, the Kpop scene in Rewind is cringy because only BTS can rock the visuals and
aesthetics.
YouTube finally included animations, which is good
but it won't change the fact that the whole video is a mess.
Then there's the "emotional" campfire scene and it feels forced.
Take a look at Rewind 2011 and Rewind 2017.
See how they're different from 2018?
Rewind 2018 executed it very badly.
It's better to show, rather than talking in front of the camera because the emotion is
in the videos, unscripted and unfiltered, not through scripts and the mouths of YouTubers.
Mental health is no joke.
Everyone should be aware of it.
But YouTube suddenly cared for them and it feels fake since these YouTubers are reading
from a script.
Asian representation.
OK, what does this have to do with YouTube?
Crazy Rich Asians is the only movie that is very Asian this year, so I'm not sure what's
the impact that it has on YouTube.
Female empowerment is on the rise these days and it's good, although it can be quite toxic
sometimes.
Rewind 2018 however made it into a feminist propaganda bait.
I'm quite puzzled when they mentioned drags empowerment.
I don't remember drags being impactful on YouTube this year.
And after the scene ends, they decided to read the comments, RIGHT AFTER THEY TALK ABOUT
MENTAL HEALTH.
Everyone knows the no. 1 rule to taking care of your mental health on the internet is to
NOT read the comments.
Plus the comments shown on the video aren't real.
Who commented this?
Who wants Will Smith in Rewind?
Nobody.
And the irony of the whole video is...
when in reality none of the viewers really asked for these.
And somehow YouTube unconsciously referenced the Aokigahara forest controversy in Rewind.
PewDiePie once again wasn't in Rewind 2018 but he himself said that he's glad he's not in the
cringy video.
Thankfully Jaiden Animation featured PewDiePie's chair in her scene.
KSI vs LP and the iconic Shane Dawson documentary series are also two of the biggest events
on YouTube in 2018 but YouTube didn't reference them at all.
Jaiden Animation had put some Easter eggs in her scene, and she became the savior of
Rewind 2018... well not really but everyone is thankful for that.
From a humble beginning to the very messy love-hate relationship with its community,
it has become into a giant corporation which
relies heavily on advertisements to pay YouTubers.
When we take a look back at previous Rewinds, it
seems a like a big party where all YouTubers can have fun with themselves and their achievements.
Rewind 2018 feels claustrophobic and empty because it doesn't feel like Rewind, it feels
like an advertisement.

The Reds have enjoyed a sensational start to the 2018/19 campaign and enter the second half of the season without being defeated

What Keown noticed about Emery that showed Arsenal had 'lost control' - Duration: 2:15.Martin Keown highlighted a moment from Liverpool's 5-1 win over Arsenal in which Unai Emery appeared to 'lose control'
The Gunners were battered in all areas of the park on Saturday as Roberto Firmino (three), Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah put the away side to the sword
Ex-Arsenal centre-back Keown picked apart his former side's poor performance in the BT Sport studio after the fixture, and, according to presenter Jake Humphrey, noticed something he didn't like about Emery
"We could sit here till about 10 o'clock Martin going through your frustrations with the Arsenal performance today," said Humphrey
"One of the things you did notice really early on was how vocal Emery is on the sidelines and you said at one point 'it feels like you're not in control of your own game if the manager is giving you information out there'
" Keown responded: "Look, we've got to be patient, but we have to be honest. "He was screaming at [Ainsley] Maitland-Niles to get back, now OK, there is little time between the matches but a simple instruction like that could have maybe been covered before the game starts
"It always seems that he's not pro-active, he's reacting to a difficult situation that he finds himself in
"There are a succession of injuries, and I think he is an outstanding manager and I think it was right to make that change
"But at the moment, until he buys players - he's going to have to go out there and buy personnel - you look at them collectively, they don't defend well as a unity, they don't press, they don't get out together as a group
"

What Does It Mean To Create? - Duration: 2:15.What does it mean to create
The dictionary says to bring into being or to cause to exist
To give rise to a cause or an occasion to produce something by one's own thought or imagination
Creation is not necessarily making something out of nothing
Creation can merely mean using the resources around you to make something unique and valuable
There's nothing new Under the Sun
I believe that statement with every facet of my being but what I don't believe is that there was no ONE new
Every human being is a unique individual
Capable of creating something unique based solely on the fact that there has never been anyone
exactly like you before
You are a creator and as such you have the capability the
responsibility and the pleasure to effect positive change in the lives of every person you come in contact with
In
2019 let's make a decision to be the creators
We were created to be let's reach for impossible goals and let's achieve them
