- This is Nate at Stowe Training Systems,

just letting you know,

what should I eat before a workout?

This really depends on the person.

Some folks can handle more food than others

and the only way to figure this out is to test,

try one thing, try the other,

go work out, see how you adapt.

If you can't handle food, that's okay,

try some BCAs or something like that.

If you can then a combination of something

that's fast digesting,

like a protein or a carbohydrate mix would work best,

as far as the amount, again, it just depends so much on you.

Try and experiment and figure out what works for you.

Have a great day.

What Should I Eat After A Workout? | Stowe Training Systems | Best Personal Trainer Austin - Duration: 0:42.

- This is Nathan Stowe Training Systems.

Just answering, what should I eat after a workout?

First of all, let's define what after a workout is.

After a workout is basically gonna be

this five hour period around your workout.

So if you wait two hours before your workout,

the workout lasted an hour,

you'd have another two hour window

before you actually needed to eat.

So you don't need to swallow something

walking out the door.

Also, if you ate right before you worked out,

15 minutes before, you had an hour long workout,

you now have like a four hour window to get some food.

With that being said, I just want you to eat real food.

If you're eating real food, you're fine.

Don't overthink this.

Have a great day.

What should I do if I have polyps in my colon? - Dr. Michael Wallace - Duration: 0:35.

Today's question is: What should I do if I have polyps in my colon?

Well, polyps are usually found during a screening colonoscopy and when they're

found, the physician usually removes these polyps and that's the main way

that we prevent colorectal cancer, by preventing the progression of benign

polyps into malignant polyps. If you have polyps and your doctor has removed those,

it typically means that you should have a surveillance examination in the next

three to five years, depending on the size and how many polyps you found. So

it's very important we find these polyps and take care of them before they become

a problem.

Ask Limo U Show: Episode #94 - What should you look for at ILCT Vegas? - Duration: 7:45.

Hey Chris that's an awesome question.

There is a lot of great shit going on

in Vegas at the LCT show this year.

There's so much that I've actually got

the app open right now that's sponsored by

Northpoint if you know Tony

in Atlanta.

So make sure you go into the App Store

Google Play download the LCT

app. That's the first thing I would recommend to anybody

that's attending the show does.

So you have everything right here in the palm of your hand.

So the show doesn't officially start until

Monday Chris but.

There is no way that you cannot

arrive either.

First thing Sunday morning

or Saturday night because you sure

as heck do not want to miss the

12:30 session

with me.

Yours truly teaching you how to do search

engine optimization.

Now I understand that you may not know how

to do it and you may not go in

and actually execute on your own.

And that's OK because

you're going to walk out of there knowing how to manage

the person or entity that is doing

that for you.

Then.

The skinny guy over here to my right that you can't

see right now. He's going to be back ing me up

with Google adword session on

Sunday.

And he's going to show you how to increase

your cost

or decrease your cost per click

increase your click through rates

don't move because that chair will squeak.

Daniel don't want him the

move as we're shooting video

and then at four o'clock when we

hang it up and cut loose for

the evening and probably go to bed.

We'll be really really tired.

That's when the B4 networking event

is going to kick in.

It's sponsored by chosen payments.

Are definitely in want to take advantage of that.

Now as I go through

and I look at Monday

after that B$ that you've got an NLA

fundraiser on Sunday night.

Wow.

I mean you have a bunch of NLA stuff

and the more you've got first timers breakfast

the limo university mastermind

there's 5000 Limo

Anywhere customers they've got a user group going onto the 11:00

a.m..

The State of the industry.

The keynote make happy work.

Who doesn't want to see Pamela Anderson

you know Miss Baywatch at 4:15

for her live press conference if she supports

the NLA

and the ride responsibly initiatives

that they have going on.

And then really what I'm looking for forward

to on Monday is from 5 to 8 p.m.

is that Grech you know Lounge

that's going to be open on the showroom floor

that's going to be awesome.

Back on Tuesday

more limo university stuff

you got association meetings.

This is something that I'm really looking forward to

building a talent rich workforce

how to find train

and keep the best of the best.

This is an advanced session so

if you're having problems finding

and recruiting staffing

and employees this is a session

that you're going to want to take advantage of.

Man my phone's not moving your

guide to DOT regulations

and compliance

that Joe Guinn from Limo

and bus compliance

and Kathy Cane from Windy City

are going to be putting that on.

Joe Guinn is my go to guy when

I need some information for DOT.

That is something if you're running buses you're not

going to want to miss.

A round table discussion

and preparing your business for growth from

ten thirty to 11 50.

Also on Tuesday Kierra

Kierra I said that correctly to you I know

I got your last name right.

When I said at that time from L.A.

limousines in Canada

and Tracy Salinger from Unique limousines

that's going to be an extremely valuable sessions.

The one that I'm really the most excited about

is software transition survive

and thrive.

I mean you've got Jay Erwitt from Europe

limousine. You got Rick Versace you've got

Peter Turner moderated by

Richard Kane from ILS.

We just talked about tech we talked about social

media we talked about direct response we talked

about DOT and literally that is not

even a quarter of the unbelievable

education in

networking opportunities going to be happening

at LCT. So before you go.

And I know I do this every single year.

Let me put my phone away.

Here's some tips specially for you

first timers even you wily

veterans that think you know it

all before you go to LCT.

Number one fight back up here.

Can you see my shoes yet.

Make sure you wear some really comfortable.

You know Chuck Taylors because

you don't want to be ladies walking around in those stiletto

high heels and guys wearing you know

some really new non

broken in. You know.

Gosh Johnston

and Murphy or Gucci shoes

or whatever your dogs will be barking

believe me.

So the other thing is the business card.

This is something that I think is really important.

If you've got about three weeks from right

now actually probably two from the time that this

is going to air.

So.

Have your picture on your business card

have the city that you are based in

on your business card have your cell phone

on your business card.

Those are the three things that you have to have

on an affiliate business card

and when you go to the show that way

somebody will remember your face you can't

forget my ugly mug

but you'll forget my name right.

You want to get a hold of me so I can buy you a glass

of wine or you can take me to dinner you want to

meet up at somebody's suite party at

10:00 later this evening to talk about our

affiliate relationship.

You sure as hell are going to able to get a hold of me unless you are

my cell number. You've got to have those three things

on your business card.

Most importantly make sure you

have your unique value proposition

your UVP pitch.

I'm not going to use the word elevator pitch anymore

even though you're be riding up

and down with a lot of potential affiliates in an

elevator.

So when you do get in that uncomfortable

ride don't just grab your bottle of

water and start drink

or pull out your phone.

And here when you see somebody

with LCT badge on introduce

yourself say hello.

Hey my name is Bill from Limo University in Nashville

what's your name.

Hey Chris how are you.

Nice to meet you.

You know what do you do.

Are you in the retail side are you on the corporate side of

the business. How many vehicles do you have.

You do affiliate work I send a lot of business

to your city. Chris so

how about we get together tomorrow morning after you go

sleep off your hangover.

I get up at 6 for you might sleep until 9:00.

Then we can meet for coffee maybe get a scone whatever

it is we'll sign contracts we're good to go.

Doesn't really work that way.

But make sure you take advantage of the opportunity

with those people that you meet in the elevator

with your unique value proposition

pitch. Lastly write your reply

e-mail write your follow ups before you

get to Vegas. Almost all of us are going to be on

a plane flying to Las Vegas

unless you're Luke Castrow at Earth Limo.

It's probably going to drive about 10 minutes to Mandalay

Bay to attend the show.

Even if you're you know Billy

Jean or Kelly Alderete.

Driving over from Phoenix

it's only two and a half hour ride.

Make sure that you are writing your emails

before you get there.

If you're flying over from Burbank

to Los Angeles you've got 45 50 minutes

on a Southwest flight.

I got four hours.

Doug Schwartz and Jason

and those guys from the Northeast

got a five and a half hour trip to be able to get out there

take advantage of.

Don't just throw on the Beats

and throw up your

type of signal and post to Facebook.

Get some work done on that plane

and make sure that you prepare so that you can relax

when you get there because you are on

audition when you get there.

And most importantly keep your drinking to

a minimum.

Remember because you're on audition

view are the reflection of your business.

So if you are pissed drunk at the

bar and falling all over each other you're

probably going to have some people that

aren't going to want to do business

with you. So be on your best behavior.

Have fun.

It's OK to drink

but just be prepared

and understand that you're represented in your business.

I look forward to seeing you guys in Vegas.

I wouldn't miss it for the world.

I think this is going to be the biggest

and the best show that I've seen in my 12

years in this industry.

I look forward to seeing you there.

And on the next episode of The Ask

Limo U Show.
