Blepharoplasty is a type of eyelid surgery. It can help improve the eyelids

function and appearance by making specific changes to skin, fat, or muscle.

Surgical scars are usually hidden within the eye's natural folds or creases, or inside the eyelid.

During blepharoplasty, for the upper eyelid the surgeon makes an opening within the natural crease on the lid and

removes excess skin. Depending on the purpose of the surgery, the surgeon may

remove muscle, and remove or reposition fat.

To repair the lower eyelid, the surgeon often makes an opening just below the lower eyelash line. The surgeon

can remove excess skin and reposition, or remove excess fat through this incision.

Sometimes, the incision is made inside the lower eyelid instead to remove or

redistribute fat. Then the eyelid incisions are closed with stitches or

surgical adhesive.

Schumer Will Be Crying Again When He Sees What Trump Is Doing With Border Wall - Duration: 4:57.

Schumer Will Be Crying Again When He Sees What Trump Is Doing With Border Wall

New York Senator Chuck Schumer is going to be crying again after he sees what President

Donald Trump is doing with the border wall money that was allocated in the recent spending

bill.

Somebody better get that snowflake a box of tissue.Democrats acted like a bunch of prancing

ponies after the recent 6-month spending bill was passed by Congress and signed by President

Trump.

The controversial bill which funded many idiotic liberal pet projects also included a little

surprise for Democrats from our Commander in Chief.

According to a report by The Hill, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) was one

of the most noticeable gloaters as his top aide Matt House took to Twitter with a mocking

tweet of Trump which said, "I, for one, am tired of all the winning."Matt House's

taunting tweet came in the midst of notable outrage from many Republicans in Congress

who vehemently opposed the bill for neglecting to fund key conservative initiatives, the

most notable of which is Trump's border wall.

Liberal hacks like Schumer have been rather obnoxious with his opposition to the building

of Trump's wall, and he's about to get a rude awakening that he didn't expect.

During a recent interview with Fox News' Fox and Friends, White House spokesman Hogan

Gidley detailed how Trump is going to take funds from the recent spending bill and start

building a concrete border wall with it.

I can just see Schumer crying now.

Once video surfaces of construction workers assembling 100 miles of the border wall, Chuck

is going to lose his mind.

When asked about Trump's recent tweets which hinted at the use of military funds to build

the border wall, Gidley said, "Well, I don't want to get ahead of his announcement, but

I can say this is one reason that the Hispanic Caucus…"

Gidley was interrupted by Fox host Steve Doocey who asked, "What announcement?"

Gidley continued, "Well if he's going to make an announcement how he spends that

money to build the wall, but I can say that's one of the major victories for the American

people in this piece of legislation that the President pushed which was actually building

a wall."

"I mean, that's something the President ran on.

It's something, one of the reasons I think he got elected because he understands that

walls work whether it's around Jerusalem where they saw a 99 percent reduction in illegal

crossing or whether it's around San Diego where they saw a 95 percent reduction in illegal

crossings," Gidley added.

"The President understands that walls work for whatever reason.

Democrats used to be for a wall.

They used to vote for it.

They used to say that was important.

Bill Clinton pushed for a wall in San Diego, so did Hillary, and for whatever reason, Democrats

have decided they're against border security.

They're against the American people in this way, and the President wants to protect this

nation, and as you guys know, the number one function of the federal government is to protect

the American people," Gidley exclaimed. When Fox host Steve Doocey challenged White House

spokesman Hogan Gidley with the fact that a Republican lead Congress stripped most if

not all of the funding that Trump wanted for border security from the new spending bill

and that only $1.6 billion was allocated for a fence, not a wall, Gidley delivered some

news that will have Schumer in tears.

"That's actually incorrect.

We actually can build a wall with this money, but there are political realities that exist

in this country," Gidley said.

When asked about Paul Ryan's (R-WI) claim that the money could be used to build a concrete

wall versus Schumer's claim that it could only be used to improve the fence, Gidley

responded, "It's my understanding you can."

"The Hispanic Caucus came out vehemently against this bill for two reasons.

One is because as in the letter that they wrote to the President which was, it bolsters

the President's deportation force quote, unquote.

And, it builds a wall.

They are against it for those reasons," Gidley added.

Chuck Schumer and the rest of the liberals in Congress aren't going to happy about

this at all, and if there is a "yuge" announcement coming from President Donald

Trump about getting the wall built, I'm sure it will send snowflakes running for their

safe spaces.

It's taking Trump some time and a lot of deal-making to achieve his goals.

I think it's crucial for his base to continue supporting him while understanding that a

large majority of Republicans and Democrats want him to fail.

With blepharitis, oily particles and bacteria coat the edge of the eyelid

near the base of the eyelashes. Sometimes oil glands in the eyelid clog up and

swell this can cause a "stye" -- a painful red bump

BREAKING NOW: McCabe Just Admitted What He Did To Investigators! - Duration: 5:19.

BREAKING NOW: McCabe Just Admitted What He Did To Investigators!

America has been in limbo ever since we discovered that the Justice Department might be compromised

and what should have been a natural investigative branch was working for one of the 2016 political

candidates.

Despite the push to convince America that President Trump rigged the election in his

favor, as it turns out some of the FBI brass was extremely biased in favor of Hillary Clinton.

The first to be discovered, and promptly removed was FBI Director James Comey.

While some of the details are still a little unclear about what happened during his tenure

in office, the only thing we do know is that he was deemed to be dirty, and hence removed.

All of this information was discovered when a liberally promoted probe dug deep into the

goings-on surrounding the 2016 election.

Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is the most recent high profile individual to

lose his position, and possibly eventually his freedom, due to his actions during the

2016 election.

Biz Pac Review reports that McCabe ADMITS he MISLED investigators in an opinion article

written for the Washington Post:

'Fired deputy FBI director Andrew McCabe, an Obama holdover admitted that some of his

answers to investigators 'were not fully accurate,' and blamed it on his being 'confused

and distracted.'

'Some of my answers were not fully accurate,' McCabe confessed in a Washington Post op-ed.

'At worst, I was not clear in my responses, and because of what was going on around me,

may well have been confused and distracted — and for that I take full responsibility.

But that is not a lack of candor.

McCabe was recently fired by U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions (who oversees the FBI)

on the recommendation of Obama-appointed Inspector General Michael Horowitz.

Investigators concluded that McCabe lied to the FBI regarding his 2016 decision to leak

intel to the Wall Street Journal about the Hillary Clinton email probe.

Lying to the FBI — especially if you're its deputy director — is a serious matter.

You can be jailed for 5 years for lying to the FBI, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1001.

So basically, McCabe is now conceding that he was not 100% truthful, but claimed, 'I

did not knowingly mislead or lie to investigators.'

McCabe, an attorney, claimed his misleading statements did not amount to lying, even though

the FBI's own Office of Professional Responsibility determined otherwise.

McCabe explained:

'I have been accused of 'lack of candor.'

That is not true.

I did not knowingly mislead or lie to investigators.

When asked about contacts with a reporter that were fully within my power to authorize

as deputy director, and amid the chaos that surrounded me, I answered questions as completely

and accurately as I could.

And when I realized that some of my answers were not fully accurate or may have been misunderstood,

I took the initiative to correct them.

At worst, I was not clear in my responses, and because of what was going on around me

may well have been confused and distracted — and for that I take full responsibility.

But that is not a lack of candor.'

In leaking intel to the media, McCabe followed in the footsteps of his former boss, fired

Obama-appointed FBI director James Comey, who admitted he had a friend leak info to

the New York Times.

McCabe's excuse that he was 'confused and distracted' when he misled investigators

is reminiscent of the 'dog-ate-my-homework' excuse made by Democratic Senator Dianne Feinstein

in January 2018.

Feinstein, 84, said she unilaterally leaked Senate Judiciary Committee testimony to the

media because she had a cold that had "slowed down my mental facilities."

Former CIA director James Woolsey (a Democrat appointed by Bill Clinton) told Fox News that

when the feds do an internal investigation into misconduct like they did with McCabe,

you are obligated to be completely honest.

'That's part of being an FBI agent: You have to respond to your boss' questions,

even if they are questions about nuances,' Woolsey said .

As for leaking classified intel to the media (which Obama appointees James Comey, James

Clapper, and Andrew McCabe are accused of doing) — that's a crime that endangers

national security and is a total betrayal of the American people."

McCabe's story is showing some similarities to the Comey story in that they were both

found to be caught up in some suspicious circumstances, and both are making some major concessions

when pressed by the type of agencies that could put them behind bars for a very long

time.

McCabe might end up to be held responsible for his actions, however, he is just one in

a long line of federal agents whose actions prove that the Justice Department under the

Obama Administration was severely corrupted and acted unethically, if not outright illegally.

The American people are looking for an accounting of what those who are supposed to be a neutral

investigative branch have done with their time and our money.

Hopefully, the new leadership will give that to them.

Baston and Co. Property asks ... "What is your agent doing wrong?" - Duration: 5:41.

G'day, here we go again Derek Baston. A little bit of social media and

real-estate wisdom for you. We're in a modern real estate market and

there's this new way of marketing and we call it social media. Sure we've

been doing it for a long long time but the rules keep changing on us and most

agents will tell you that they can do social but most agents do it badly.

That's right, most agents take your marketing money and they spend it badly

on social. So, does social work? Can we demonstrate that it's really selling houses?

So anecdotally, I can tell you 2017 was the year that social, so this is Facebook,

YouTube, Twitter, Insta, Tumbler.. they started to work for you the seller of a house. So,

previous to that it was all about building a brand so for a real estate

agency it was about brand identity. You don't care about that, to be honest. What

you care about is can a social platform make you more money on the sale

of your house? And it can! Social is the biggest numbers game in selling right

now. It doesn't matter if it's a house or a shoe or set of sunglasses or whatever

it may be but it works for you and it works at an incredibly base intuitive

level. So for the human psyche the one thing that we like to do is be

comfortable and the more comfortable we are the more likely we are to make a

decision and so this cuts to to buying houses. So, if we can get the story right

on social, if we can if we can have a narrative that people want to share when

people share something they're telling their friends and what makes people

more comfortable than anything else is when their friends tell them it's

okay, you can buy this house, you can live here, wouldn't this be lovely, we won't

judge you. People ultimately are comfortable to do what other people do.

So how do we set up this serendipitous moment where somebody goes, I like the

house and my friends like it too it must be time to buy. Well, it's all about the

story. It's about the narrative. Now, a narrative

is something that ultimately has a beginning middle and an end and how is

that selling houses I can tell you that most real estate agents think that

traditional online real estate marketing means a couple of paragraphs, bullet

points of features, on it goes to real estate.com, reiwa.com, domain.com etc their

webpage and it will sell and that's true! You can sell a house like that but it's

not the whole story and it's not the most powerful way to get the best

possible price and you're not talking about spending tons of money. What you're

talking about is a considered and clever campaign. So what your agent's job

is, what you should be asking them about, is can they tell a story about your

property that speaks to individuals. Do they understand their market? Do they

understand the demographic of the people who might spend the most money on your

property because like all online marketing, digital marketing is about

being an influencer and if your agent understands their marketplace and

understands the product, which is your home, they can become an

influencer and ultimately that means the narrative, the story they tell about your

house in an online platform speaks individually to someone who's looking at it on

their Facebook page or other social media platform and if that individual

connects with that story they'll share it and it's very very old-fashioned. Once

upon a time people went to the pub and they told a story and it was a good

story or a good joke and they told their mate. We've stopped doing that but that

that sharing social aspect of humans hasn't gone away, we just share in a

different way and so knowing this it's very very powerful so if you can create

content that's shareable then you can have a consumer who's already in house

buying mode having their friend say, hey what about this house and there's

nothing more powerful than when a friend tells a friend that something is okay. If

I tell them I'm a real estate agent if I say something's great value you should

buy it now, that's an agent. You expect an agent to

say that so we've got to take our marketing to the next level and make

sure that we're addressing our local demographic who are going to spend the

most money on a product now I can tell you most agents do this badly. They have

no clue! Now they'll be on Facebook or YouTube or whatever other platform but

ask them; What are they doing with your marketing money? What's their strategy?

What's their idea? What's their considered strategic way of spending

your money? It's worth considering isn't it? I'd love to talk to you about it. I'm

from Baston & Co. Property. We know how to drive social. We're selling houses on

social. 2017 was the year where social turned the tide. Already in 2018 we've

had direct sales off social, off Facebook. No realestate.com, no reiwa.com, no

domain.com, didn't even look at our website and they're spending the best

part of a million dollars on real estate driven by social platforms. If your agent

doesn't understand this space you're not getting as much money as you could for

your home

and training to enhance my mental performance as well and over well since

well being that's most important to me right now and the number one thing is

I'm actually now vegan and the reason what remain me want to switch to vegan

is because I met this woman named Victoria Moran on the subway and she

just had this light and glow about her and we started speaking on the subway

and she was just very very much some energy I was attracted to in a sense

like she just was feeling young her skin was great and she was full of vibrancy

and she told me she was Tegan and I met up with her and we started speaking

about vegan the misconceptions about a vegan diet and culture and I was hooked

so I tried it for 30 days and I told myself I am only doing this for 30 days

but then I got hooked I'm here now and I'm still being in some going vegan and

that's what I'm gonna do to try to improve my physique and the thing is

that it it does have its challenges obviously but I am getting through it

very much more at ease that's almost been three months and I'm feeling really

good about the way I feel and the esthetics obviously I've never gone on a

vegan shred so much but the things that I'm gonna do in the next two things I'm

gonna share with you it's more for getting leaner the next one is I'm gonna

do warriors fasting if you don't know a warrior fasting is you can watch my

previous videos on full details on warrior fasting but it's part of my

and you can look at like I said in the past videos that I have on how you can

do what a fast anymore detail the third thing I'm doing is focusing on

weight training my chest and my shoulders more so I'm only gonna be

weight training twice a week now that might go counter clockwise to most

people on vo I won't cab why are you only doing twice a week reason why I'm

doing two twice a week is because I am doing water fasting more often I'm gonna

nail down my nutrition a little bit more and get used to getting a little bit

lower protein and making sure I'm within a quarter deficit every time and without

feeling deprived and being able to focused and stay energetic as well and

that's my main goal and I want to get down nice and lean for that as well I

Hell Yeah! Trump Just Surprised Every Angry Lib In America With What He's Doing Today - Duration: 6:17.

Hell Yeah! Trump Just Surprised Every Angry Lib In America With What He's Doing Today

– Can't Stop Him!

During President Trump's campaign, he promised Americans that he would begin construction

on a "big beautiful wall" to keep a flood of illegals out of our country.

Of course, the left started to throw one heck of a temper tantrum over the last year, doing

their best to stop the construction of the wall claiming that it was racist and bigoted.

So, for the last several months these liberal politicians have stood in the way of Trump

securing our borders by blocking any potential budgets that would be used to build a southern

wall, but that has not stopped our president.

Now, today despite the left's objections and constant annoying protests, Trump announced

that construction would begin on the wall which has angered liberals across the nation.Over

this past weekend, there was a lot of commotion between the gun-grabbers protesting for stricter

gun laws and liberal politicians pushing back against President Trump and his plans to secure

our nation's borders.

Despite all the chaos and negative publicity, Trump kept his eye on the prize announcing

that this week would be the week that construction on the wall would finally begin, and it is

about time.

Now, last week it seemed that the dream for our southern border to be secured was not

about to happen, but Trump is a man of his word.

On Friday, President Trump tweeted that construction of his promised southern border wall would

start "immediately" after signing the omnibus spending bill, which included $1.6

billion in funding for the wall.

"We're going to be starting work literally on Monday," President Trump said during

a weekend event at the White House.

"We have a lot of money coming to the border."Now what really shocked libs is when Trump tweeted

that he will use funds just allocated for the military to build the wall.

Trump said that since the wall is part of national defense, that part of the over $700

billion in funding for the military that was in the omnibus bill will be used for the wall.

Trump will pull the $18-25 billion for the wall from military funds!Fox News reported:

'President Trump hinted over the weekend that newly-approved funding for the military

could be used for building the wall along the Mexican border.

White House Deputy Press Secretary Hogan Gidley said Monday he did not want to comment, citing

a possible future announcement by the president on allocating the money.'Genius!!!!

Libs will Freak when they realize Trump pulled the rug out from under them & got ALL the

money for the wall despite their best efforts to thwart him!!!Here is more from The Western

Journal:

"Despite receiving only a small fraction of the $25 billion he wanted for construction

of a border wall between the U.S. and Mexico, President Donald Trump recently announced

the project will begin within days.

During a hastily coordinated news conference Friday, he confirmed his intention to support

a $1.3 trillion omnibus bill funding the nation's government until September — despite the

fact that it included just $1.6 billion for border fencing and repair.

As the Washington Examiner reported, Trump said work on the wall would begin "literally

on Monday," adding that there will be "a lot of money coming to the border."

The decision to support the spending legislation followed a period of vacillation on the issue.

After the White House expressed Trump's intention to sign the bill earlier in the

week, he tweeted Friday morning — just hours before a federal government shutdown was set

to go into effect — that he was considering a presidential veto.I am considering a VETO

of the Omnibus Spending Bill based on the fact that the 800,000 plus DACA recipients

have been totally abandoned by the Democrats (not even mentioned in Bill) and the BORDER

WALL, which is desperately needed for our National Defense, is not fully funded,"

he wrote.

Days earlier, he tweeted a more supportive take on the funding, citing "$1.6 Billion

to start Wall on Southern Border" and indicating that the "rest will be forthcoming."

Trump heralded increased military spending in the bill as the main reason to support

the measure.

In his comments Friday, however, he made it clear he was "not happy with the $1.6 billion

for the wall."

Trump went on to suggest that the earmarked spending will be used for the construction

of "some new wall" in addition to "fixing existing walls and existing fences," though

the bill he signed into law reportedly precludes such construction.

According to NBC News, wall construction received no funding in the omnibus bill.

As written, the money can be used to build and repair fencing that has already been approved

and $38 million is set aside for preliminary work including wall design.

Trump called the funding an "initial down payment" on his campaign promise of building

a wall along America's southern border.

During the 2016 presidential campaign, he frequently assured supporters that Mexico

would foot the bill for its construction.

Earlier this year, he indicated that he still believes Mexico will "indirectly" pay

for the wall through renegotiated trade agreements, as reported by CNBC.

"We make a good deal on NAFTA, and, say, I'm going to take a small percentage of

that money and it's going toward the wall," he said.

"Guess what?

Mexico's paying."If one thing is for sure, President Trump is a man of his word, and

if he says that a wall will begin to be built, it will be created.

The left, of course, will continue to stand in the way and do what they can to stop it

since they know that once the construction of this wall begins they will lose voters

for the next election which is why the left is throwing such a temper tantrum.

What does it really mean to follow Christ? - Duration: 2:32.

Ankerberg: Yes.

Here's a key question, okay, so I want you to put your professor hat on for this one,

okay.

And that is, is that we are not teaching salvation by discipleship; we are not teaching salvation

by works; we are not teaching salvation by anything a person that's listening to us

is going to do.

Salvation from Jesus Christ is realizing who we are as sinners and trusting Him that He

is the Savior; that He was sent from heaven to die on the cross.

All of our sins were picked up, placed on Christ, and everything that we were guilty

of, He paid the total price.

And because He paid the total price, and is willing to share His righteousness with us,

when we put our faith in Him, He takes our sins and they're all paid for.

We stand perfect before God in Christ's righteousness.

God looks at us and sees Christ.

Platt: Right.

Ankerberg: Okay?

Now, but if you truly trust in the Lord Jesus, He is the Lord, okay.

And so then we come to this thing, how do we follow Him?

How do we start?

How do we keep from messing up the free gift of salvation, but at the same time being a

radical for Jesus and living for Him?

Platt: That's a great question.

I think it comes back to that initial moment where, just as you said, by grace alone, through

faith alone, in Christ alone, we are saved before God and forgiven of all of our sin,

not based on anything we have done or will do in the future, but solely based on what

He's done for us.

But not only are we forgiven of our sin at that moment, we're also filled with His

Spirit.

This is the promise that God made in the Old Testament, if you'll look at Ezekiel, chapter

36 [verse 26] he said we're going to put a new heart in you.

Verse 27 says, "I'll put a new Spirit in you and I will cause you to walk in My

ways," which is exactly what Jesus then later said in Mark 1:17 and Matthew 4:19,

"Follow Me and I will make you fishers of men."

Jesus comes to dwell in us through His Spirit and He begins to transform our lives from

the inside out.

And that process of transformation is the Christian life.

Profession vs Passion, What Makes you Successful? - Duration: 5:45.

So Anish I've known you for quite a while and scholarships for education outstanding

results you got in Masters and Bachelors as well in Mechanical Engineering but still you chose Digital Marketing. One word answer, what's that?

Okay! one-word answer to that question would be that passion; it was passion that helped me choose this

marketing field and this regard profession back in 2009 when I started

with mechanical engineering at that time one of my relatives my parents used to

say that yeah I mean mechanical engineering is the future and if you

complete the four years of mechanical engineering then you are going to get a

really good paying job and your life is going to be set and that's exactly what

I did I joined the class four years passed by I scored over average marks

and I even qualified for my master's degree as well and they even offered me

a scholarship as well so but you know after when I completed

my master's degree I started applying for jobs in fact so at that time people

were I mean companies were not offering onto paying job I mean they weren't

saying that you need to work two or three months for free of cost and then

they would be paying after that they will beings of $50 $100 per month and

that was kind of frustrating for me I mean it would be frustrating for anybody

if you have done four years, you have completed four years of your entire life

into learning something that might be able to help you with your

financial status and you are not being able to generate sufficient income after

you have completed that that's kind of frustrating right? so at that time I

approached one company they told me that they were paying 10,000 Nepali rupees

which is around $100 a month so I was kind of okay yeah nobody is offering any

job right now so this is the best job that I can pick so I was excited

to come to my home I talked to my parents first I told to my mom and she

said that: what? they're offering 10,000 ; $100 per month job I would

rather open our grocery shop for you and that would be much more than that and I

was like: huh! I think that's that was actually the real truth I mean it's

really possible if at that time if my mom would if my parents would invest

some money in openings of grocery shop then definitely I'd be

earning more than that if money would be the main criteria but at that time I

started exploring the world of internet marketing

as a side income source. There were a lot of people, there were a lot of institution

in Nepal that were offering online jobs training and all that kind of stuffs at

that time when I joined the training and I was also able to make

some fifty dollars a month at that time as well but soon I started feeling that

it's not the right thing that I should be doing it was generating some kind of

money but I thought that there must be something else in the internet marketing

world that would be much better than 50 dollars a month and I started exploring

the world and I started enjoying that world. So overall I would like to conclude

that it is the passion that drive you to the digital marketing

and I would like you to say something to the people that in this world who are

their passion and are not able to decide and they are confused either they need

to follow their passion or something different profession they had chosen so

what you'd like to say them? So the people who are watching this video

passion is something like love it's going to happen to you anytime. Passion

is going to hit you anytime. So you just need to keep your eye open and just see,

realize, analyze things and in some kind of work if you are really

interested if you are enjoying that kind of work

pick that work and disregard everything else focus on what you love doing and

definitely you are going to get some really good scope in your life you are

going to succeed at some point and that's exactly

what happened with me I mean after I completed my Master's

degree and I came to Kathmandu Nepal and I stopped applying for jobs, I stopped

applying for mechanical engineering jobs and what I was fully focused on was

internet marketing, affiliate marketing how can i generate more and more and

more revenue through internet and that was the exact thing I focused on because

that was I was passionate about I really literally I loved what I did at

that time and I really love what I do and it's all that matters if you are

passionate or something then there is no one in the world that's gonna

come and that's gonna be ,even if they try to beat you, you are going

to create such a great creative idea within yourself that's gonna pay them anyhow.

What is Cryptocurrency ? Cryptocurrency Explained ! - Duration: 7:50.

Hello Friends Welcome to Cryptotutorial youtube channel

Today we will talk about Cryptocurrencies and if you want to understand that what is

cryptocurrency When and who cryptocurrency created, What

was the purpose of making and who cryptocurrencies provide

you benefits? so do watch this video till end because today i'm going to talk about

this things. so friends lets start the video.

Friends first we have to understand the term cryptocurrency so the word cryptocurrency

is made up of two words "Crypto" and "Currency"

crypto word is taken from cryptography now what is cryptography? friends cryptography

is a kind of technology on which you can transfer your

data from place to another place very securely. now what is the meaning of securely transfer

so friends securely transfer means that if you relate

this with your real life then suppose if you have one file with some important data and

now you want to send those important data to your friend

and no one else can see those data then what will you

do in this case oviously you protect it with passwords and send to your friend and you

also have to tell the password to your friend then in this

case your friend open file with password and use the data.

So this concept is used in cryptography. so Here your data is transfer from one place

to another place in encrypted form and only that person

can read data for those it sent for to read those encrypted data there is requirement

of a secret key is also known as "decryption key".

Now one question arise in your mind that what is "Encryption" and "Decryption"?

So friends when we convert our data in secret and unreadable codes then this process is

known as Encryption and this unreadable code is only

understandable by machnine and a person who have

decryption key. and decryption is a process in which unreadable codes are converted ito

readable codes and for this process decryption key is required.

so friend this all about crypto meaning now

we comes to currency meaning then in simple term

we can say that currency is only a medium through which we can fulfil our needs and services.

For example suppose you have 100 rs note and

that time you are hungry or you have to go somewhere

then in that case what will you do? you can eat your 100 rs note and finish your hunger

or you can seat on your note and travel from place to another

So friend oviously you are not going to do this kind of work.

If you are hungry then you can purchase food by 100 rs note if you want to go anywhere

then you can purchase ticket from that 100 rs note.

so through this we can understand that currency is only a medium

through which we can fulfil our needs, any requirements etc.

So we can join both terms Crypto and Currency then we understand that cryptocurrency is

a kind of currency through which our transactions complete securely.

So friend this is all about Cryptocurrency.

Now we talk about when and who invent cryptocurrency and what is the purpose of cryptocurrency?

because whenever any invention is done then there is a purpose of inventing that.

So friends Satoshi Nakamoto create a peer to peer transaction system

and he wants that when any transaction is happen

then only those personinvolve to complete that tranction who related to that transaction.

Now one question is arise that what is peer to peer transaction system?

So friends, any kind of system where only those person involve who are related to that.

so this is called peer to peer system and when we use this technology

to complete our transctions then this is called peer to peer transaction system.

now friends we talk about what is the main purpose of cryptocurrency?

so first purpose is that to create a kind of system where only those person are involve who are using it.

Second purpose is that to create a kind of currency which value is almost same in all over the world.

In today's world we can see that

if we have currency of one country

and we visit another country then we have to exhange our currency with their currencies to use it but in

cryptocurrency its price is almost same in all over the world that's why we can also

say it decentralized currency.

Friends third purpose is that in cryptocurrency we can transfer money from one place to

another place very easily and in very less time and transfer fee is also very less.

friends here i am not talking about any particular coin

like bitcoin, ethereum here i m talking only about cryptocurrencies

so friends these are some special purpose for which cryptocurrency is created.

Now here is one big question that we should use cryptocurrenciees or not and if we are using

it then what benefits we get?

so here i m going to tell you 3 points so u can understand the benefits of cryptocurrencies.

So friends first benefit is that cryptocurrency is decentralized currency and here only those person involve who are using it.

So if you are making any transaction here then it complete very securely

because concept of cryptography is used

thats why all transactions are very secure in comparison of any other currency that we often use.

So friend second benefit is that in cryptocurrency if you have any coin which u have stored then

you are free to use it any time and anywhere but in centralized currency like you store

your money in bank account and where your athority found

that any suspisious activity in you account then they

block your bank account in this cases first you have to unlock your bank account then

you are free to use your money

but in case of cryptocurrency if you store your coin in any wallet then you are free to use it anywhere,

where it is allow to use.

So friends third benefit is that in cryptocurrency you can confirm your transaction very fastly

and u can transfer your money from one place to another place very fastly

and transaction fee is also very low.

So friend these are the some important points of cryptocurrency which i tell you in this video

hope your all doubts are clear and now if you have any kind question then

you can comment below i will try to respond you as soon as possible.

for more information you can also visit our website www.cryptotutorials.in for information related to any coin

What is the Finlabs program? - Duration: 2:55.

Finlabs is a corporate accelerator launched in partnership between L'Atelier BNP Paribas

and Bank of the West Commercial Banking Group, and our goal is to launch innovative products

and services that better serve our customers. L'Atelier is an innovation studio within

BNP Paribas, and as part of the Group we have a very specific role here in Silicon Valley,

which is to be a bridge between the fast-moving, technology-driven innovation ecosystems, and

the Group itself. The aim of our innovation programs is to create new business opportunities

for the Group.

L'Atelier and Bank of the West teams actually identify business challenges

or pain points on the Business Unit level. L'Atelier curates startup partnerships

that could contribute to building out a pilot, and we actually work as a team to implement

that pilot together and achieve a Minimal Viable Product that could lead to commercialization.

Talking about how helping Bank of the West being part of this industrial revolution that was

happening in the Bay Area. For us, number one was to be in the ecosystem of the Bay Area,

but it was also to try to be not too much in the innovation theater but be real

and making an actual transformation. One important aspect was of course spotting the trends,

seeing what was relevant to our customers and to us in the banking industry, but more

importantly, making innovation something real internally and fostering a culture of innovation.

L'Atelier and Bank of the West have worked with hundreds of Silicon Valley startups through

Finlabs, we have developed 20 pilots since 2015, and these pilots are focused in areas

like KYC optimization and improving customer onboarding experience. So these pilots are

bringing the latest in Silicon Valley technology innovation to deliver a best in class customer

experience at Bank of the West. This is what the Finlabs is about; it is not only to talk

about innovation, but to see how, in real fact, our business case can be tested by

the people that would benefit from it. The Finlabs is clearly a great instrument to work

on the future of the bank, in two ways. Number one because it is another way to approach

customers and services. Disruptions are everywhere and we, thanks to the Finlabs, can be part

of it and early, and gradually prepare the new way banking works.
