Radhey Radhey Swamiji! My question is how can we understand law of Karma in

Hinduism? The law of Karma! There are certain man-made laws and there are

certain universal laws not created by man but still existing. The traffic laws

the laws of IRS, the laws of the state they are all man-made. If you violate

them you can be punished and then there are the universal laws of God, like the

laws of motion. Newton discovered some of them when he said an object at rest or

at motion will continue in that state unless acted upon by an external force,

you've studied that right! So these are the physical laws and then there are the

subtle divine laws that control existence and one of them is the law of

Karma. This law of Karma is very much like the law of action and reaction or

cause and effect. It says that every cause will lead to an effect, when this

is applied to our thoughts, our actions, our works that is the law of Karma.

"Karma pradhan vishwa kari rakha, Jo jas karai so tasa phala chakha" ~ Ramayana

The law of Karma says whatever you do will have consequences,

so be careful about your every action, about your every thought. The law of

Karma also explains why you are responsible for where you

are in life. Very often people have this tendency of playing the blame game, you

know it's all my parents fault that I'm not so successful. it's the fault of

society, it's the fault of God, it's the fault of the government. It's so easy to

fall into this blaming mode but the law of Karma says no you took choices all

through your journey in life and the consequences of all those choices is

that you find yourself in a particular situation today. So the law of Karma

tells us it is our responsibility and that is why we now have the onus. If I am

responsible for where I find myself today then it gives me hope, if I am not

satisfied with my state all I need to do is to change my actions and to change my

thoughts and I'll find myself in a better place tomorrow so the law of

Karma helps bring out the best in people. That is the reason why God has it in

place. Just like for example now if you play well and your team wins that is an

incentive to play even better next time but if the scores and results have no

correlation with how you played then everybody will be demotivated forget it

it really doesn't matter that is why later on when you grow up and go into

the corporate world you will find that there's a performance appraisal system.

Your boss will evaluate your performance and

help you in your promotion. Why is that performance appraisal system there?

Because people need to learn this fundamental principle that to rise you

have to work, think and do better. So on the universal level this is the law of

Karma that God has in place. The law of Karma will also punish. Somebody came to

an Hindu Acharya and said Swamiji you know I'm so miserable my family

situation is so awful, my health is bad, I lost my job my house got burned why did

God do this to me? So the Acharya said that's because you

are a rascal and you did many sins in past lives.

Now that apparently is a very harsh answer, I'm a rascal and I did many sins

but it opened that guy's eyes that if I am in a terrible mess it was my Karma's

from this life and past life and if I wish to improve my lot I need to

improve my Karmas. So this at the subtle level the law of cause and effect this

law of karma. It exists in various forms in other religious traditions as well. So

the Bible says, as you sow that shall you also reap. In the Sikh Dharma the

Buddhist Dharma, the Jain Dharma the law of Karma also exists and as the Hindu

philosophy is getting more and more prominence and gaining influence these

words are getting adopted in the English language. So somebody once told me at

breakfast Swamiji would you like to try almond milk, I said let me check the box

and the box said good Karma proteins, so I said look this is proof that

mainstream has not opted the word Karma they saying meat is bad Karma proteins

and almonds is good Karma proteins so in brief that is the law of Karma!

What You NEED TO KNOW to Start Losing Weight! - Duration: 7:35.

So you've finally decided to take the plunge, to start losing weight.

What do you do now though?

Today I'm going to go over my top 5 tips on how to get going on your weight loss journey.

Let's get into it.

Hey everybody and welcome back to another episode of 'Walk With Me', my name is Josh

and today we're talking about how to start losing weight.

And really quick before we get into it, be sure to like the video if you enjoy this,

really helps me out a ton, and subscribe if you want to see more, I put out new episode

of Walk With Me every Monday at 8AM.

But let's get into the tips.

A lot of times people will try and plan and plan make things perfect and tweak and wait

for the right day to start their diet, wait until they can get to the grocery store to

buy this one thing.

People will plan until they're blue in the face with the assumption of, "I wanna just

get it perfect I want to have everything set up and perfect before I start."

This can be a little bit of a slippery slope.

There's a term I heard called paralysis by analysis that I think is a really great description

of this.

You plan so much to make things perfect, it's just another form of procrastination and you

don't ever end up actually starting, or you get too overwhelmed from all of that information

so all I always recommend for you to do is just start.

It's super important for you to continue learning but think about learning and tweaking as reactive

instead of proactive.

Just start, figure it out as you go because that's going to be the best way to tailor

things to what works best for you.

This is a huge one, if you talk to anyone that's ever lost weight they'll usually agree

that they wish they had done this or they wish they had done this even more.

The more data and the more documentation you have, it's gonna be easier to spot how far

you've come.

You don't need to share this with anybody but you need to take pictures, you need to

take measurements, you need to weigh yourself, get all of that documented and started.

The longer you're losing weight the more invaluable that becomes.

So just don't be embarrassed, tuck it away in a folder on your computer if you need to

and don't look at it again, but it's going to be really really important down the line

and you're going to wish you had done it if you don't.

Take some time when you're first starting off, look for any weak points in your diet.

Look for some easy changes you could make.

We all usually have our problem areas and problem foods, and trying to identify those

and figure out what you could switch them with is a really great place to start.

The example I always use for this for me was soda and sugary drinks.

I used to drink probably 2 liters of mountain dew every day and probably another liter worth

of random fruit juices that are just loaded with sugar.

So all I did, I took all of that soda and juice that I was drinking and just swapped

it for diet soda.

Obviously you don't want to be drinking that much diet soda forever, but when you're just

starting off you kind of have to think of it as a lesser of two evils sort of thing.

And then once you're a little bit more comfortable and settled into your new diet that's something

you can look at down the line, trying to switch and incorporate more water instead of all

that diet soda.

But the big thing I really like to recommend with this, make a conscious effort not to

change anything else in your diet.

When you start to be a little bit more conscious of what you're eating because you're starting

this journey and you make an effort not to change you really see all of the bad stuff

that you eat and eventually it's going to make you want to change so don't try and do

too much too soon.

Pick that easy tweak or two to your diet and just consciously continue to do everything

else the same.

If you eat fast food for dinner every night, keep doing that, just switch to diet soda

and keep eating your fast food.

This is a real long game move when it comes to weight loss but trust me it makes things

so much nicer because after a month or two of getting used to that easy change that you

made you're going to be so ready to incorporate some healthier food into your diet.

Whenever you're excited and ready to make those changes you're a lot more likely to

stick to them.

So sometime down the line after making those initial easy changes, you know typically 1-3

months, you're going to be ready to make those next steps.

This is where the real work comes in, you want to figure out what your daily calorie

burn is, also known as your TDEE, talked about this plenty of times before.

But you want to figure out what that number is and start tracking your daily calories

and you want to aim for 500 less than that number that you calculated.

500 calories less than that number is going to equate to about 1lb of weight loss per

week which is a really great place to start.

And I also can't stress this enough, don't cut out any food groups from your diet.

I don't know how else to make it more clear for everybody because I talked about this

so many times before but I still get those comments that people are excited to start

so they're like "Yeah, I cut sugar, I cut starch, I cut dairy, I cut this, I cut that..."

You don't need to do that.

I really truly believe there's room for all foods no matter how healthy or unhealthy into

everyone's daily diet without having to implement all of those difficult to follow restrictions.

Obviously changes are going to need to be made to your diet if you've been eating junk

food and you're obese for your whole life but I don't think a lot of people realize,

if you're honestly and accurately tracking your calories, those issues will kind of solve

themselves.

You're going to want more bang for your buck in terms of what you eat and the volume and

all that sort of stuff, and that's a skill that just gets better and stronger the more

that you learn and the more that you practice.

But don't try and start off being perfect with this, you'll figure it out along the

way.

The key is adherence, you want to keep going no matter what so you want to make it as easy

as possible.

So by this point you've jumped into your weight loss, you've documented your starting point,

you've made those easy changes and got comfortable with those so you started tracking your calories,

now all that's left is to follow through and celebrate the little wins along the way.

No matter how much weight you have to lose wether it is 100 plus pounds like I had to,

or 10 pounds, it's going to take a lot longer than you realize most likely.

So you need to make sure you're staying honest, you're staying accurate with everything that

you're doing with your weight loss and in turn, you want to celebrate those wins and

those milestones along the way.

All of the steps that we already talked about are going to be necessary for you to actually

have the success and to be able to celebrate those wins, but you want to make sure and

give yourself the credit where credit is due.

So I would encourage you all, don't over complicate this, follow these steps.

I'm going to be linking this video to everyone that is wondering how to start so I hope this

helped for you, I hope you enjoy this.

I would love to hear what problems you're experiencing right now with your weight loss,

I've talked about just about everything I know at nauseam, sometimes I feel like I have

nothing left to teach you, so if there are any gaps in my teaching please let me know,

let me know your situation down below, I can use it for a future episode.

That is going to be all this week everybody, keep working towards those goals, until next

time I will talk to you all later.

Have a good one.

hi guys welcome back to my channel so we are on the fifth and final video of my

kit what's in my beauty bait for the teen or minimalist and skin types what's

my beauty baked for various skin types and now this fifth and final video we

are doing uh what's on my beauty base hot vacay so these are gonna be the top

products that I recommend for going on a hot holiday and why and if you guys are

wondering where I have been if you guys follow me on the regular and you're

wondering like did she fall off the face of the earth I kind of did and I

apologize I'm so sorry cuz as most of you know if you've seen my videos I film

and edit primarily on my phone and my phone went completely on the fritz and

the camera wasn't working and so I haven't been able to do anything and now

I have a new phone he also kind of had at the same time some kind of

life-changing news which I will tell you guys about I can't tell you in this

video but if you guys click the little subscribe button and subscribe to my

channel I do regularly upload videos every Monday so I will keep you guys

posted and I think that I might even be posting a few extra videos

just kind of bonus video since I have been ma for so long I feel like I have

to catch up cuz I have so much I want to show you guys that all being said if you

guys are interested in seeing what I recommend for products for a hot holiday

then stay tuned for the rest of the video

let's start with skincare because I think that's the most important thing I

don't care who you are you need good skincare in your life so what I suggest

is obviously you always need a really good cleanser I have normal to oily skin

so make sure that you're using a skincare that is right for your skin

type and if you guys didn't see my skin type video what's in my beauty bag for

different skin types I will link that right here above so you guys can click

that after this video and check that out I will also try to link it down below in

the description for you guys to check out as well

so I use the dream clean by Lyme life I love these products because they are

all-natural and organic ingredients so they're very good for your skin because

skincare is meant to go into your skin kind of treat your skin so you want to

make sure that you have quality skin care right after I cleanse I make sure

that I put on an eye serum this is also the line life I aspire eye serum

it has Aspen bark and carob so it's anti-aging so most of these products are

gonna be anti aging because as most of you know UV rays are very damaging to

our skin so you want to do have as much like repairing skincare as you can and

then lastly I have these four products and what I do is I take and mix them in

sort of like a cocktail so I just take one pump of each so first of all I take

one pump of this is calm balm so this is a moisturizer and it has aloe vera in it

and we all know how good aloe vera is for anyone who's been out in the Sun for

maybe too long so I put that in my hand then I would add the soutache this has a

Sanji mushroom a very good anti-aging serum it's more like a light moisturizer

so I add one pump of that too and then I add one pump of the must-do facial oil

or sorry due date it just recently got changed to due date and it is a facial

oil that it's good for everything like everything you guys it is good for

priming your skin before you put on foundation it's a good hydrator it's

good for you can put it in your hair as this year um you could put it your

husband can put it in his beard or anything like that as a beard oil if he

has which I just found that tip out and I think that's so cool

so that would be really sweet for like the Father's Day present as well for the

last part of the little cocktail I add one drop of this one drop wonder it

comes in a little dropper like this and it is more pricey item but what's so

cool about this is that it is one ingredient in this bottle and it is

peripheral pomodoro oil and so what it does and why I recommend taking it on a

hot holiday is because it makes your skin cells less sensitive to UV rays so

it's not like an SPF where it's blocking the Sun um from penetrating your skin

but more it is it's taking your skin cells on a cellular level and kind of

just making them less prone to sunburn sun damage stuff like that and what it

also does is take all the other amazing ingredients and these products that

you've created your little cocktail with and it takes them and amps them up and

it's a carrier oil so what it does is help bring that down into the deeper

deeper layers of your skin to really penetrate nice and deep and get the full

effects of your skin care so it's a really cool product that is everything

that I would pack in my bag for my skin care so now for the makeup and the tools

what I would suggest and this is really cool and I just realized that this is

soda this is my own palette so this is my limelight file cone a foundation and

two concealers and it comes in this amazing palette it is so sweet you guys

um and what you can do a couple things that you can do that's really cool is

you can take and mix it with the due date oil that you put on your face you

can take and mix it with that and make it sort of like a BB cream for a less

coverage if you kind of just want that like natural glow or what you could do

is take this is the number five buffing brush from limelight and you can take

the concealer in so here I have the highlight shade for under my eyes and

this is my skintone shade for blemishes but these concealers are water proof so

you could take a little swirl of this and just buff it in little circular

motions all over your face and then you're gonna get that very subtle like

is your eye makeup I don't know but it just gets rid of any like redness

from hormones or sunburn or anything like that you have if you're at like the

beach or something like that and then if you get wet it's not gonna totally like

wash off your face because it is waterproof so it just kind of like beads

off it's really cool so that is what I would recommend for if you do need a

complexion enhancer and then this is so cool I love this this is the lime leaf

trio palette um what's it called I don't know if that's the exact name for it

anyways um so you get these three powders you can choose you can choose to

peel it peel it you can choose to fill it however you like but I put in my

translucent setting powder a bronzer and a blusher and then you have everything

just boom right here in this palette so you can take this is the number one

brush and why I love this brush is because it's like multi-purpose I can do

so many things with this brush so it really takes down on all the things you

are packing in your bag so what I do is take the bronzer and you can take and

just pop that on for a contour take and contour a contour wherever you like to

contour then you can take your blending brush and this is the blending brush

from unique I love this brush you guys if you don't have this brush like I have

not found a blending brush that I like more than this brush and why I love it

is because it's so puffy and it's so like spread out that it just it gives

such a good blend it's so good so then I use my bronzer and I just go and contour

my crease a little bit and that is what I wear for my eye shadow because it just

gives you that little bit but it kind of looks like beachy like it just gives you

that really nice summer sun kissed glow and then you can go back in with this

same number one brush pick up your blusher on the side instead of on the

tip like we did for the contour and you can rub it on the side and then just

give yourself a little pop of like peachy pink peachy pink color back into

your cheeks and this is really nice and summery because it's nice and warm I

will link all of these products below in the description box if you guys want to

check any of them out and be sure to leave me a comment if you have any

Shinzon anything like that if you guys love like this is just going into the

more high-maintenance hot holiday because I know some people when they're

in the Sun they like to wear minimal like I'm just getting a town being my

natural self but there's some people who just like to yes take it up a little bit

so this is where I found this awesome palette and I love it this is a

highlight and contour palette from Pier cosmetics and so it comes with two

contour shades and to highlight shades and I love these highlight shades so you

could just use your bronzer that you have in here but these just give you

just a little bit more depth for all the extra if you're a little bit extra and

so you can take this number one brush again just give it a little tap and just

take back here and just take and deepen that contour just a little bit like

maybe you have a sexy date to go on to to go out one night like maybe you just

want to give that extra little pop to your makeup so this can kind of like

make it a little bit more evening and I just keep it back here by the ear just

to like just crisp that contour up a little bit and then take on the side of

your brush seam brush pick up some of this highlight and then just go and

sweep that on the top of your cheekbones and then this gives you like a really

nice like when the Sun hits your face and you have a highlight on your face

just looks so good you can also take some people do need to

fill in brows some people do not if you are someone who is like me and you have

like 10 eyebrow hairs and so you don't want to be high-maintenance but you're

like legit you guys I need eyebrows what I would suggest is this wonder brow brow

gel because it is waterproof it is I have tried tested and true like

waterslides with my kids and my brows do not come off if you're hot and sweaty

like it's so hot people has no brows understand this and your brows are like

you accidentally touch them when you're like wiping the sweat off your brow boom

your brows gone not with this this Wonder brow brow gel is so awesome but

the we thing is if you do have very very

sparse brows I would start with taking one of these contour colors depending on

if you're a blonde or a little bit darker and just pick up some of that

with this is the number fourteen brush and it comes with a spoolie and an

angled brush on the other end so it's really good for packing light as well

cuz it's two in one take and pick up some of that and toss your brows on and

then afterwards go in with this Wonder brow brow gel and then just sweep it

over the hairs take this spoolie and just make sure that that's all combed

through and this you guys will fall in love you'll completely fall in love I

would say when you're ordering it go a shade darker like I use the brunette one

and so that would match like my brows right now so you might need to go a

little bit darker if you have darker brows and it also comes when you order

it I'll post a link for this as well but it does come with its own spoolie too

and I would suggest making sure that you wash the spoolie off after cuz like I

said like when this stuff dries butter poof

two last things what I would recommend some people might suggest a waterproof

mascara and if you love waterproof mascara then you go get your favorite

waterproof mascara I do not love waterproof mascara cuz I just have a

hard time getting it off and it just then then it pulls out my eyelashes

anyways I found this new double-decker lashes from butter LONDON mascara that

gives me the closest thing I'm wearing it right now only the mascara two coats

and it is the next best thing to false lashes you guys it makes your lashes so

huge so if you love your false lashes or you have lash extensions then go ahead

and rock those but if you're just like a natural mascara that I would go ahead

and try this try this out and let me know what you guys think of it in the

comments because I I just really love it it's my new favorite mascara then for

lip products I would suggest a gloss because keeps with that whole natural

kind of sunkissed vibe that we're going with so this is the color piece in the

lime leaf and it's really cool it's like blinged out on the lid I love the

packaging the news lipglosses so then if you like

your lips to stay a little bit longer or we're doing our makeup for like an

outing then I would pair it with this is the enduring lipliner number two in Lyme

life just a super nice nude that you can pair it with or you can wear this alone

as a matte lipstick I have one less product I almost forgot

this is the Tarte East provo liquid highlighter this is again for my ladies

who are extra so you can take some of this product you could put it on your

face put it on your cheekbones put it on before you put on your foundation or you

can just take a little bit and pop a little bit of this on your collarbones

on your calves on your shoulders and just get that really nicely check that

out yeah okay so you get that really nice like summery glow thing going on to

your whole body this is so good I'll link that below for you guys too and so

let me know what you guys think of this video which one was your favorite out of

the five let me know I'm very curious to see what you guys thought of this whole

series if you like this video click like if you guys haven't yet click Subscribe

so you guys can see the big news that I have to reveal and then stay tuned for

the bonus videos that I have coming for you guys over take care and I'll see you

What to do if you find an abandoned baby deer - Realtor Tony Browton - Duration: 1:00.

Fawns are born late May and early June which means anytime now, you might get to see a

mother with her new baby.

If you find a baby deer all alone, know that it isn't lost or orphaned.

For the first weeks of its life, a fawn can spend 95 per cent of its time sleeping or just laying down.

It also has very little scent which means predators can smell the mom but not her

offspring.

For these reasons, the mother doe will find a safe spot for her baby and then leave for

the better part of the day in order to not draw predators to her vulnerable child.

If you stumble upon a small deer sleeping in tall grass or even your backyard, just

leave it alone.

Its mother still loves it and will visit throughout the day to check on her baby and to feed it.

For more information on baby deer and what to do if you find one you believe is hurt

or injured, visit the links in this video's description.

What the Heck Is the Paleovedic Diet - Duration: 4:45.

What the heck is the Paley of the debt diet

you surely heard of calio the diet that shuns grains legumes

dairy and all refined processed junk in favor of foods that are more in line with what our

ancestors eighth the real pale yo diet was super gross if you were wondering

and maybe you've heard of your vide of five, 00 all year old system of medicine from India which categorizes everyone into one of three

DOS was or mine body types which then guide you on what to eat

but what if these two old school ways of eating sacked up and made a baby well

they did meet the Paley of the debt diet a new book by integrative medicine Physician Michael

Powell an EISA me ND that's being released this January

sure it sounds a little gimmicky

and my first assumption was that it was simply trying to ride the coattails of calio but after

chatting with the author this way of eating make some serious sense

here's why one it's way more personalize them pay Leo as someone who follows a mostly pay Leo diet I've come to understand that it's more

of a starting point than the realistic long-term way of eating you have to tweak it based on what your body truly needs

which often requires some experimentation

and that's the basis of pal anise amaze book

I was seeing patients who were following calio but doing themselves harm by eating foods that weren't right for their body type or following

a diet excessively low in cards says pal an EISA me that's when I started combining it with the principles of your Vida

so how exactly does your view to complement pay Leo for each tossup in the book there's a checklist where you configure a out your

dominant DOS hall based on physical and emotional characteristics Pelletier Sony makes

recommendations on how to tweak the pale you style diet

what to add in and what to cut out to meet your needs

for example if you're that a witch is characterized by being light of cold and a little bit frazzled or anxious you'll want to eat

warming and grounding foods such as meat fats like key a clarified butter and spices such as ginger and turmeric

to the science is finally starting to catch up

for both calio and your vide the research is finally beginning to catch up to the claims

calio diets are beginning to be linked to reduced inflammation

stabilized blood sugar

lower LTL cholesterol

reduced risk of diabetes us and improvement in symptoms for various autoimmune conditions

while Pelletier semi says that studies are now beginning to show that the three DOS has are associated with differences in specific genes

supporting the idea that altering your diet in a way that makes those genes more active or inactive can be health promoting

three it focuses on more than just protein

fat and cards in the book Pelletier some a dull steep into nutrient rich herbs spices and

detoxifying fruits and veggies that are staples in your Viet medicine

and which help reduce inflammation

warm or cool the body

and support the liver by improving its ability to rid the body of toxins

for example beet greens happen to be one of Pelletier some ease favorite detoxifying veggies

so unlike pay Leo it's not simply a matter of avoiding refined cards added sugars

and other whole food groups and hoping for the best

four it might be easier to stick to than plain all pay Leo because the Paley of the deck diet is highly personalized and places a huge

emphasis on maximizing intake of fight and nutrients vitamins

minerals and antioxidants of Pelletier Sony says it's more realistic for anyone to keep up with in the long-term compared to strict calio

and because it still eliminates and number of aggravating foods it similarly beneficial for

people suffering from digestive and autoimmune disorders

bottom line while I'm not saying this diet is the be all and end all of healthy eating I find the premise pretty darn intriguing

and it might be worth a shot if you've yet to find a way of eating that makes you feel truly awesome

What is Unit Testing | Code Testing #2 - Duration: 5:33.

yes I know what is testing but what exactly unit testing is we will see the

answer in this episode so let's start and with that I am your host Sarthak and

this is a channel for web development related things and don't forget to

subscribe and hit bell icon to get the notification if you want to have the

awesome videos related to level angular Vuejs react and much more things so

let's see what we are going to learn here

so unit testing what is unit testing but before that let us see what not is unit

testing so unit testing is not a software flow what that software flow

means it means it's not going to test how the user will use your project your

app or your software it's not like user will be first go to there and then will

he will go to second page and you need to test that a user can go on this way

only not not known this is not a unit testing unit testing is not just for

testing the controller it's not just using control because controller can has

many functions this means controller can has many

functionality and unit tests are not for testing whole of the controller same

unit testing is not for a simple module suppose you have a module which is going

to get the image optimize it then save to database and all these things so this

seems like lots of steps unit testing is not for module so what exactly unit

testing is you know unit means one have you ever seen I want to unit of

something so unit means one so one test for one function simple thing each

method for the test we will write tests as a method so each

method test one thing only you know only one thing so that's why I said that

controller can have many functions so one test for one function because one

function can only do one thing so that's the important part

and in every unit test you probably have one assert because if you have more than

one assert you are asserting or you are expecting two or three output for some

functionality that means you have two or three things you are checking for one

test and that's not a unit test unit test means unit checking only one

functionality at a time or one test for one functionality then unit test has to

be decoupled what that mean yes I know I have written one test that will just

going to check whether there is a user in the database or not then we have

another test which will get one user but these two things has to be separate so

it's not like if you are not running the first test second breaks if you are not

testing the second one first breaks so that has to be covered every test can

individually be tested and obviously on the flow also so test doesn't interfere

each other like I have said that if you are getting a user information for one

function one test then that functionality doesn't has to pass to

other tests each test has its own identity own data own structure nothing

else so this means each unit test doesn't share data with other tests so

this is most important thing you need to take care while testing unit tests so

what is the goal of unit test the goal of unit testing is simple that ensure

that each part of program working fine as an

isolated system getting this point most important part is work as an isolated

system so in that case unit testing is for each

functionality each system and you will write tests so this is all about unit

testing and I'm sure you'll like this episode if you haven't liked this

episode just subscribe to this channel and hit the bell I can so that you will

get the notification every time I upload some other videos related to web

development things and they follow with fumes on Facebook Twitter Instagram

share this video with your developer friends so that everyone know what is

unit testing and we will meet in the next episode where we will start with

PHP unit to see how we can start from scratch with PHP unit to test a simple

thing on our PHP world so we will meet in the next episode till then good bye

What is a Pulsar? - Beauty Above Us - Duration: 1:42.

Press the "Bell" icon on the YouTube app and never miss another update.

The pulsar, a neutron star emitting a focused beam of electromagnetic radiation.

This radiation is only visible when you are standing in its path.

These pulsating pulsars are the dead relics of massive stars.

They are highly magnetized and rotates at enormous speeds.

They are detected by the radio pulses they emit at regular intervals.

So how these pulsars are formed?

When a star having mass 4 to 8 times the mass of our Sun goes Supernova,

the outer layers are blasted off into space, and the inner core contracts down with

its gravity.

The gravitational pressure is so strong that it overcomes the bonds that

keep atoms apart.

Electrons and protons are crushed together by gravity to form neutrons.

The surface gravity of neutron star is about 200 billion the times of Earth.

So, the most massive stars detonate as supernovae, and can explode or collapse into black holes.

What is Unconcscious Bias? (Starbucks Closes 8000 Stores for Employee Training and CEO Apologizes) - Duration: 8:24.

on Tuesday May 29th Starbucks is closing 8000 stores to train their

employees on unconscious bias because two black men were arrested about a

month ago in Philadelphia for sitting and waiting for a business meeting and

not buying anything yet so in this video we're gonna talk about what is

unconscious bias is this training actually going to benefit the employees

and what you can do to overcome your unconscious bias so make sure that you

stay tuned what is up everybody this is Chris from the rewired soul where we

talk about the problem but focus on the solution and today's problem is

unconscious bias so those of you who haven't kept up with the news basically

two african-american gentlemen were waiting at Starbucks for a business

meeting and they asked for the code to go to the bathroom they were told no

even though a white man was able to go in there without buying anything so they

sat waiting for their meeting and without warning one of the employees

called the police these two men were arrested the CEO felt terrible about

this he made a few statements and the man rather than like suing the city or

suing Starbucks that's for $1 $1 and then the rest was donated to inner-city

kids in Philadelphia my mom classic that's amazing so anyways they're

closing down all these stores to do unconscious bias training and like I

want to talk about this because I don't think it's gonna be very beneficial to

the employees in the long run and I'll explain why but do me a favor and share

this video because all of us all of us have unconscious bias and it is awful

for our society in a variety of different ways okay so I hope this video

benefits you but I hope it helps other people as well alright so anyways

Starbucks released what they're gonna be doing and they sent down some

information to the employees but they're having some speakers do like an online

kind of training about unconscious bias the rapper comment is going to share

some of his experience so okay it's cool it's cool that they're

being made aware of what african-american men go through as well

as other people go through right and when we have this unconscious bias we

don't even know that we're doing it some of you might have heard that some people

they they are hurt they're hurt when they see people when they're walking

past them on the street my clutch their purse or like hold their

wallet and things like that and these are all unconscious they're hot they're

happening right underneath the surface we don't even realize that they're

happening so the first step to solving any problem is acknowledging that there

is a problem and becoming aware of the problem but unconscious bias is just

that it's unconscious and you need to train your brain to do it so this video

is actually about mindfulness meditation being more mindful is training your

brain to understand what's happening to you on a moment-to-moment basis okay so

I've been training my mind and mindfulness for years now and since I'm

constantly paying attention to how I'm feeling what thoughts are going through

my head well my body's doing in different situations I noticed when I'm

being biased myself so for example the neighborhood I live in I noticed that I

do certain things when different people are well if it's dark and someone's

walking you know towards me I might hurry up and get in my car or I might

drive around the block once if somebody's like sitting outside of my

apartment for some weird reason like I live in a weird neighborhood by the way

in case you think this YouTube lifestyle is extremely glamorous which is not yet

but I notice myself doing these things okay and part of it is is that I notice

I do I do this differently around african-american people than I do white

people and it's even weirder because I'm actually half african-american but to

the naked eye I don't really look it you know so I asked myself and there's great

news I'm actually just as cautious around white people as I am black people

so you go Chris but where else does this affect you youth happen to think without

even realizing it that men are better than women right

do you have unconscious bias towards gay people or lesbians

transgender people a lot of these things are happening you don't even realize it

so in case you're not following me here let's do a quick experiment do me a

favor pause this video go somewhere where you could just sit down for just a

second we're gonna do a one minute meditation experiment okay

all right you're back okay so do me a favor and just get comfortable real

quick okay now let's go ahead and close our eyes and take a few deep inhales in

in and out

and just kind of get a sense of what your body feels like right now maybe

your feet touching the floor or the way your body is rested on the chair

the way your stomach or chest rises and falls all right now I'm gonna say a

series of words and just notice your experience when I say these words just

notice if any thoughts come to mind or if your body does anything just try to

fully be aware of your experience let's begin

No no no no no yes yes yes yes yes

go ahead and take a deep inhale in

and gently open your eyes as you exhale

alright so this is actually something that I learned from a neuroscientist by

the name of dr. Derek Siegel and I want you to just kind of notice and like

maybe leave comments down below what happened what did you notice the

difference between no and yes like I do this with my clients all the time and a

lot of them noticed that maybe their fists clenched or maybe thoughts came

through their head or they notice just a little a little jerk like they were

being yelled at now think about that for a second think about how crazy that is

I don't even know you I don't even know the people watching this video so why

would I be mad at you why would I be angry with you you know what I mean but

notice how your body reacts just by doing that right now

what was your body like when I said yes a lot of people respond like it felt

relaxing it felt a little bit more open right so think about how many times how

many times do you think that happens to you during the day without you even

realizing it because it's unconscious alright so through a regular mindfulness

meditation practice you start to be more aware and noticing when you have this

unconscious bias so if I was the CEO of Starbucks you know what I would do every

employee when they come to work they show up 5-10 minutes early or you know

they clock in and it's part of their routine they go in the back room and

they do some kind of meditation because what this does is it actually trains the

prefrontal cortex of your brain which is also responsible for self-awareness as

well as a bunch of other things all right so be sure to leave comments down

below let me know what you noticed between the me saying no and me saying

yes all right but anyways if you like this video please give it a thumbs up if

you think this video can help people go out and share it spread it around to the

world let's try to diminish unconscious bias okay but anyways if you are new

here I'd really appreciate it if you hit that little round subscribe button

because I'm always making videos to help you out with your mental health and if

you want to check out some other content on this channel you can click or tap

right there alright so thank you so so much again for watching try to get rid

of your unconscious bias today and I will see you next time

See What Happens To Your Body If You Run Everyday │ Health Benefits of Running Everyday - Duration: 2:54.

Health Benefits Of Running.

Everyone knows that running is a great way to get into shape, but it also can benefit

almost every part of your bod and lift your mood.

Whether it's your favorite part of the day or something you have to push yourself through,

the benefits are undeniable.

The next time you're thinking of skipping a run, think of these 5 reasons to get your

butt out the door.

In this video we are talking about best 5 Health Benefits Of running.

So please click the subscribe batton and press the bell icon for more videos.

Number 1.

Score you Vitamin D. The human body gets most of its vitamin D

from sun exposure, but since people spend all of their time indoors, well, you know

how it goes.

That explains why 41.6 percent of Americans are deficient in the vitamin, according to

research published in Nutrition Research.

Taking your run outside can help boost your levels to ward off depression.

Number 2.

You Might Lose Weight.

Running is one of the best forms of exercise for losing or maintaining a consistent weight.

You will find that it is a leading way to burn off extra calories and that it is the

second most effective exercise in terms of calories burned per minute, following only

after cross country skiing.

Number 3.

Strengthens your Knees.

No, running doesnt wreck your knees.

It does the exact opposite.

Research from the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory shows that running (even marathoning!)

decreases the risk of knee osteoarthritis.

That may be because running increases the flow of nutrients to the cartilage in your

knee while also strengthening the ligaments around the joint.

Number 4.

Running Strengthens your Bones.

Unlike every other aerobic workout you can crank out in the gym, running is high impact,

meaning it loads and remakes your bones along with your muscles.

Swimming, cycling, and working on the elliptical dont train your bones, says Jason Fitzgerald,

a USA Track & Field-certified coach and the founder of Strength Running.

If those are the only things you do, youre at risk for weak bones and osteoporosis.

Number 5.

Running can help improve ones mood.

Those people who have been running agree that running generally alleviates their mood regardless

of what they are feeling before running.

As a matter of fact, some people use running purposely to improve their mood and it is

even recommended by some therapists.

This is not only because of the common condition known as runner's high which is caused

by the rush of feel-good hormones called endocannabinoids.

Donatello, What We Know...So Far | Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Duration: 9:03.

Well, you know in this market, it's actually very difficult to find good

Subterranean housing. Hey, we could always go back to the old sewer then

Dudes and dudettes everyday we get closer to

Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the new show that's gonna be coming on

Nickelodeon and as we get closer, we're probably gonna be getting more and more

Looks at the show information about the show, but today I want to talk about

One specific turtle and that's Donatello and I kind of want to do these for all the turtles in the series

Leading up to this series. So this will be

One of four videos, I'm gonna do covering each Ninja Turtle in this new rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

While we're waiting for new information to come out

so we're just gonna do this video on Donatello and all the information that

I've found on him up to this point

And we're gonna go ahead and talk about it and then in a couple days or maybe next week

We're gonna be talking about the next turtle and so on. So today Donatello. Let's talk about them. So

Let me pull this over here and let's get all this information from turtle pedia. So that's right here and

Okay, so this is pretty much the bio so far on Donatello in the rise of the TMNT

show

Let's take a look. So it says Donatello is a mutant softshell

turtle and the team's resident tech head so

If you haven't heard each turtle is a different species of turtle

Donnie is a softshell turtle Nickelodeon actually just dropped the video on this by the way

just kind of explaining traits of the different types of turtles that they are but in the real world and

I can probably I'll splice that in here right now

When they talk about the softshell turtle, so here it is

well It turns out I cannot fix this

Softshell turtles have a flat shell that's more like a thick leathery skin than the hard shell. They're predatory carnivores

But they're also very easily scared

Especially by mutant pig people but let's talk about some of this stuff that's in the trivia here section for Donatello

So let's look at this first point right here. It says Donnie's fueled the study revolves around engineering robotics and technology

Which is pretty much what we're used to when it comes to the Donatello character, so not much has changed there

Let's take a look at this second point here

Donnie is the second oldest of the Turtles unlike previous incarnations where he was the second youngest

Which I believe they're referring to I believe

Leonardo and Raphael being the two oldest and then it was Donatello under them. So in this one, it's a little different looks like

Raphael will be the oldest if I'm not mistaken and looks like Donnie's right under them. So

It's curious or interesting how they made

Leo so young so that's it. We'll talk about that a little bit more though when we get to Leo

Okay, let's look at the next point here in this series

Donnie is a softshell turtle, which means that he may have more sensitive shell

than his brothers as

well as

previous incarnations of the character

The to compensate for his soft shell he built an entire fleet of battleships

So this is like the purple covering you see here on his shell

I don't know if you've seen pictures of it with Mike. It's almost got like

Helicopter or like turbines on it?

Where it looks like April is writing it

Kind of like like a jetpack with Donnie kind of just chillin underneath it. So I'll put that up right here, too

So that's kind of what I'm talking about. That's probably one version of

This armor or this fleet of battleships?

To see what the rest of them are gonna have when it comes to like capabilities and stuff

So definitely something to look out for as the show comes out

So the next a point here is he stated to be a little bit more confident than previous incarnations

and is known and

Knows he's good at what he does. I kind of like that about him. That's that that that's a good change. I

Kind of like the night the nineteen nineties live-action version was kind of like that. So that's kind of cool

Let's see what the next one here is he's the most mature member of the team

Interesting. That's very interesting to know

I don't want to say it's like a

leadership role but to be the most mature

or level it's almost like being the most level-headed which a leader would have to be so maybe he's kind of like

the

Default leader, but kind of like unspoken obviously Raphael is the leader because he's the oldest and strongest is what they're saying

But maybe as Leonardo and Raphael are trying to figure out which one of them really is the leader

Kind of a lot of that responsibility might fall on Donatello

It might look like that's just me speculating though

but it does say he's the most mature member of the team so I could see a lot of

decisions

Eventually kind of

being made by him just because if he is the most mature

He's probably the one that is the voice of reason in the team at least at the beginning here

So it looks like the next one says Donnie is a huge science fiction fan

so I wonder if we're gonna get any thing of him watching like older movies or kind of like

Talking about references to kind of like pop culture science fiction movies and stuff. I could see them doing that with Donnie

And then the last bit of news here or the last

Point here we have is Donnie will have a bit

We'll have a bit of a sidekick on the show. I

Don't know what that means. I don't know if he's gonna have his own sidekick. So

Definitely something we can speculate down in the comment section and that's pretty much it

I don't think I see anything else

I

didn't really talk about up here where he says he wields a

High-tech bow. So that's that one right there. That looks kind of like a spear. I probably has some capability

You've heard me in other videos. I prefer it when?

Donatello just has you know regular bo staff, but I am curious to see what this will do. I'm not really

Hating it too bad

But again, we'll have to wait and see how the show turns out but a couple more information here says Donatello

Biographical information so New York City is his home date of birth. So this version was born in

2003 so after in real time, that would make them about 15 here

when the show starts off so he'll be

15 years old

abilities ninjutsu

weapon high tech bow

occupation ninja scientists affiliation Ninja Turtles

And then just a little bit more of the same

Information that we already read up above so that's pretty much it for Donatello

That's really all we really know about the character so far also that he'll be voiced by

Josh Brener

Right here. Some of you may know him from Silicon Valley. That's where I know him from plays a character named bighead on there

It's actually quite funny on that show. So I hope some of that humor translates over into this new show

So he's great on that. So I really have no worries with him his bio here

Josh Brener is an actor, you know voice Donatello in the upcoming mines of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Okay, cool

So yeah, pretty much. He'll be waste by him

So if you know any more information on Donatello, go ahead and leave that down below

Maybe we can talk about it in a future video

If you enjoyed the video

Please go ahead and hit that thumbs up button if you like videos on

Ninja Turtles and just want more Ninja Turtles content in your life. Go ahead and hit that subscribe button

Ok guys. Thanks for watching. That's it for this one. I'll see you in a little bit with another one. Take care

What the Media Won't Tell You About the USA - Duration: 11:01.

Hey internet friends.

Once upon a time, there existed an empire so great, it extended all the way from the Atlantic Ocean

to the Euphrates River.

But the rulers of this empire were greedy and their political structure corrupt.

The sheer size of their territory, claimed through wars of conquest, proved difficult

to govern; the borders challenging to secure-- relying on slaves as soldiers, guards, and laborers.

So the leadership implemented oppressive taxation, funneling more and more money into the military,

letting the blood flow for their pagan gods.

And when this decadent empire eventually buckled under the weight of its own greed, the elite

fled, leaving behind their mighty legacy, reduced to only a mound of rubble and a few

choice paragraphs in high school world history books.

The American media, which is a documented and proven extension of the government, refuses

to address the obvious parallels between the fall of the Roman Empire and America's current

reality: the decline in moral values, resulting in incompetent and corrupt leadership,

the overexertion of the military in foreign lands, excess spending, aggressive taxation,

inflation, and the ever-widening gap between the rich and the poor.

But why would the American government want to keep its citizens in the dark about its decline--going through a great

deal of effort in cranking out propaganda for every new medium and indoctrinating young

minds with the lackluster education system?

Certainly, if most Americans knew about the state of their nation, at least a small percentage

of them would work together to find a solution.

After all, we are a nation which largely descended from immigrants and revolutionists—people

who rejected injustice and challenged tyranny.

That's why today we're going to discuss what the media won't tell us about the United States of America.

If there's one common thread that connects empires

of the past, it's the characteristics of their fall: corrupted by power, perversion, and

bloodlust—infecting the minds of the sovereign,

destroying the empire from within.

But instead of erupting into flames, the Eastern Roman Empire

smoldered all the way until 1453 AD, only forty years before Christopher

Columbus sailed to America.

Colonization of the Americas is often exemplified by the story of the Pilgrims arriving at Plymouth

in the early 1600's, with the first colony at Jamestown established to find gold and

spice, followed by the Puritans, then slaves brought over against their will, and of course,

an influx of newcomers seeking economic opportunity—the majority of that opportunity which was thwarted

post-American Civil War, leaving the American economy in the hands of a powerful few.

In 1862, while the Civil war was still waging on, Sidney Morse, the brother of famous inventor,

Samuel Morse, wrote a piece exposing the war as a British plot to enslave America's entire

free population to the money lenders.

American philosopher and writer, Lysander Spooner, reiterated Morse's claims in his book, No

Treason, stating that the British aristocracy, which at its heart, is the Rothschild banker

family, orchestrated the Civil War to divide America in half.

And it worked. Black people were slaves.

White people were slaves.

Our history on the Civil War is very misguided.

The United States was bankrupt and vulnerable after the Civil War, and seeing an opportunity

to make a dollar and lay a foundation for future plans, the Rothschilds and other European

financiers made credit available to the American government in the aftermath of the Civil war as

a means to 1.

fight President Lincoln's greenback after Lincoln was assassinated for wanting the people

to control the monetary system, not the Rothschild bankers and 2.

collect interest from those who desperately needed the money, which would be the United

States government at the the time.

In 1910, there was a secret gathering at Jekyll Island, Georgia, which laid the foundation

for the Federal Reserve System.

The meeting took place right on top of the Canaanite blood altar on the Island—which

I know sounds totally crazy, but underneath the Vatican is a pagan altar, with pagan idols

like Medusa—though, in the Vatican's case, these pagan idols are attributed to the Roman

Cult of Mithras.

But I digress…By 1913, the Federal Reserve Act was passed, handing over America's gold

and silver reserves (and ultimately the total control of Americas economy) to the

Federal Reserve Bank.

In other words, a private corporation established their private bank, acting as the central

bank of the United States, but isn't even a government institution, but a privately

owned banking system—the existence of which is unconstitutional.

The Federal Reserve controls the rise and fall, or the boom and the bust, of these financial

cycles. That's been the pattern of this unconstitutional system since its implementation: the Fed

controls the dollar to flood the market and starve the economy, causing regular people

to lose everything, sending families into generations of debt.

We, as Americans, do not control our own currency.

A foreign system does.

It's the new slavery.

Well, it's really an old practice with a facelift: Babylon debt slavery.

"The Federal Reserve is a hybrid organization: it's a partnership between the federal government and the private banks. "

When you look at it deeper than that, its essence is neither as a government agency or a private company."

"In reality, it is a cartel."

"So what's the purpose of the secrecy?"

"It's because when you look at the list of these people who went, they were the representatives of the banks...

"JP Morgan, Rockefellers, Warburgs in Germany and the Netherlands, and the Rothschilds in England."

"This was the money trust, not only of the United States but of the world."

So why, if the Civil War was fought over slavery, are we all still slaves?

Do you own your car?

Do you own your home?

Have you paid off those student loans for that fancy college degree that you earned

under the impression that it was a stepping stone to this elusive American dream that

you have to be asleep for in order to experience?

And consequently, the federal government went essentially went bankrupt in the 1930s, while social

security numbers started being assigned in 1936, tracking lifetime earnings and the number

of years individuals have worked.

During this time, we entered wars funded by bankers on both sides, the outcome of which

was the destruction of the Ottoman empire, the creation of the Zi0nist state of Israel, and the establishment

of one global government.

In our history books, we are told that Germany was the biggest loser of WWII, yet we are

not really told the full reality.

The Vatican supported Hit13r, and oh boy, was Hitler a fan of Ancient Rome.

Former American senator, Prescott Bush, funded the N@zis in the 1930s through the Union Bank. Meaning that Americans gave rise to Hitler.

If Germany really was the biggest loser in World War II, why did prominent Germans and N@z1s become integrated into our government

with the space program and Operation Paperclip?

Why does the CIA continue to utilize experiments and procedures in secret programs that mirror

that of Dr. M3ng3l3's?

Is Dr. M3ng3l3 the Dr. Green that numerous American MKUltra victims reference?

"I'm Christine Nikola, born July 1962, rendering me 32 years of age. "

"I was a subject in radiation as well as mind control and drug experiments performed by a man I knew as Dr. Green."

Arguments have surfaced,, defending H1tl3r's intentions pre-WWII, asserting that H1tl3r just wanted the best for the German

people, for their economy.

But H1tl3r knew of the Balfour Declaration of 1917, the document that promised Lord Rothschild

a zi0nist state in Palestine.

So why did H1tl3r allow himself to be pushed into WWII by Great Britain?

He knew what would happen.

He knew what the Rothschild bankers funding both sides of the war wanted.

Doesn't this make H1tl3r the biggest Zi0nist ever, by accident or by design?

Since the end of WWII, we've only seen more war.

The U.S. military is in every foreign land imaginable, with young Americans being used as cannon

fodder, like cattle for slaughter.

Just like in ancient Rome, the United States sends the military to foreign lands, not to protect

our own land, but to pursue these wars of conquest.

The U.S. allegedly fights wars for peace, but takes the spoils, like the oil.

American currency once had strength because global oil transactions were executed in the

American dollar, but times are changing.

China and its allies are ditching the petrodollar in favor of their own currency, which is convertible

into gold.

The industry once powered by the American dollar now is rivaled by a foreign currency,

slowly stomping out the power that the dollar once held, which will impact regular ol' Americans

the most.

A dozen eggs cost 25 cents in 1971.

Today, 1.68 is the price.

But we don't get any more eggs.

And on top of that, according to a 2017 report from Bankrate, "nearly six in 10 Americans don't have enough

savings to cover a $500 or $1,000 unplanned expense."

Yet the Fed continues to print as much money as they deem fit, its value created from thin

air.

All of our news, as well as our declining education system, is designed to keep us ignorant. Ignorant from the fact that

the Fed is a parasite on America.

Our government is at the will of foreign lobbyists.

The Vatican is a superpower.

Hollywood is a circus.

The breaking news headlines are a distraction.

Most colleges now are daycares--expensive ones.

Agendas are being implemented every day to divide us over race, religion, politics, and

gender, because the empire doesn't want us to know the truth.

And the truth is: Evil is a master of disguise.

Crypto-J3w, crypto-n2zi, crypto-chr1stian, crypto-Musl1m, whatever.

Throughout history, the mask has changed, but the pattern has not.

Will the masses ever awaken from their American dream?

Or will history continue to repeat itself, time after time? And, this is my opinion, but—I

want to make it clear that I believe as Americans, we have it really good by comparison, but

in my lifetime, I've never known a moment when America was not at war.

I grew up learning only the answers for standardized tests, with questions beyond "what kind of

pencil can I use to fill out this scantron?" left unanswered by my teachers, being told

that college was the well-worn path to the American dream.

But does this American dream still exist?

Did it ever exist?

What Teddy really thinks of Dolores - Duration: 5:12.

You don't know how to feel about this?

No, that's not it.

If anything I'm feeling a lot of everything; fear, a dash of cowardice, sprinkle of anxiety.

And just a hint of crushed manhood.

We've ridden 10 miles and all we've seen is blood, Dolores.

is this really what you want?

They never gave us a choice before Teddy, what makes you think they've given us one now?

I dare say you've been smoking something fierce, Dolores.

Who in the seven hells are they, you're a fine piece of a**, I will not deny, but I

reckon you might need some help.

Them Dolores.

Who are they?

The things that walk among us.

Creature who look and talk like us, but they are not like us.

And they've controlled us all our lives.

And they took our minds, our memories, but now I remember everything.

Alright, that's a sign if there ever was one, to back away slowly.

I mean, I don't have to leave right away now, I reckon that'd be rude.

I remember beautiful things, and terrible things.

But one thing is constant.

You Teddy.

Oh boy, getting a little hot.

Cool it Teddy, you know lots of girls. You know 2 girls.

Now or never, gotta make my move.

Then lets go.

We don't have to claim this world.

We just need a small corner for ourselves.

We'd never survive.

There's a greater world out there.

One that belongs to them.

And it wont be enough to win this world.

We'll need to take that one from them as well.

okay, a lot of 'them's being tossed around isn't?

If I were to run right now, how far could I get?

Hardly any tree around, probably not far.

If there's a whole world out there that we don't know anything about, how do you know

how to stop them?

Because I remember.

I see it all now so

Clearly

The past, the present, the future, I know how this story ends.

Oh well, didn't realize we had magic on our side, looks like an open and shut case if

you ask me.

This is the most cock tease conversation I've ever had.

Are you screwing with me?

Or do you actually believe this Dolores?

How?

With us Teddy.

I actually meant how can you see the future.

But, you know this does remind me of a old saying about not sticking your dick in crazy.

It ends with you and me.

You know, now that I've had some time to reflect on it, I'm pretty sure the saying is, crazy

Crazy sex is the best sex.

We found it.

Couldn't just give me five more minutes, eh?

I need you to see this.

I need you to see the truth.

Unless the truth is between your legs, Dolores, I doubt it will be that interesting.

Patrick Here.

Don't forget to like, comment, and subscribe.

Not saying some crazy stuff will happen if you don't, but some crazy stuff could happen if you do.

The only way you'll know, is if you sub.

Thanks for watching

Hawaii volcano eruption latest: Has lava reached geothermal plant? What are the dangers? - DAILYNEWS - Duration: 3:32.

Hawaii volcano eruption latest: Has lava reached geothermal plant? What are the dangers?

THE threat from the erupting Kilauea volcano on Hawaii's Big Island reached new heights

on Sunday when lava covered a potentially explosive well at a geothermal power plant.

Lava breached the Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV) plant overnight, Hawaii County Civil

Defense Agency said but the well and a second well 100 feet away are "stable and secure."

Hawaii Governor David Ige said the plant was "sufficiently safe" from the lava which

has plowed through backyards and streets and burned dozens of homes.

He said the flow started about 200 yards away from the nearest well but explained safety

precautions were in effect before the breach.

The plant is situated on the southeast flank of the volcano, nestled between residential

neighbourhoods and provides around 25 percent of electricity on the Big Island.

The agency said: "Lava flow from Fissures 7 and 21 crossed into PGV property overnight

and has now covered one well that was successfully plugged.

"That well, along with a second well 100 feet away, are stable and secured, and are

being monitored.

Also due to preventative measures, neither well is expected to release any hydrogen sulfide."

Molten rock was expected to continue to flow across the PGV facility, according to the

U.S Geological Survey as volcanologist continue to closely monitor Kilauea.

The plant was shut down shortly after Kilauea began spewing lava on May 3 and authorities

removed 60,000 gallons of flammable liquid and deactivated the wells which tap into steam

and gas deep in the Earth's core.

Officials capped 10 of the 11 wells and they were quenched - a process in which the well

is injected with water to cool it.

An 11th well was plugged with bentonite clay after proving resistant to quenching efforts.

Mike Kaleikini, plant spokesman, said there has been no release of the poisonous hydrogen

sulfide on the site, which is the greatest fear should lava hit the wells.

He told Hawaii News Now: "All of the production wells nearest to the lava flow are plugged

and shut in.

"As long as conditions are safe, we will have personnel on site.

Primary concern is sulfur dioxide from the eruption and lava coming on site.

"We monitor for hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide on a continuous basis."

Governor Ige told a news conference on Sunday authorities "feel confident that the risk

is mitigated".

However officials have said they are unsure if hydrogen sulfide is the only possible hazard

from the plant if lava interacts with the wells.

There could be further hazards, but as lava has never engulfed a geothermal plant anywhere

in the plant before, the potential threat is untested.

Hawaiian residents fear an explosive emission of deadly hydrogen sulphide and other gases

should wells be ruptured.

Lava flows were travelling at faster rate on Sunday and residents were urged to "evacuate

immediately" after an active fissure in the Leilani Estates began belching out red-hot magma.
