How to make garlic sauce like restaurants

Ingredients 1 Cup of water 1/2 Cup of corn flower 1/4 Cup of Corn Oil 10 Garlic Cloves 6 cubes of ice 2 TBS of Salt 1 TBS of Lemon Juice 1 TBS of White vinegar

1 Cup of water

1/2 Cup of corn flour

1/4 Cup of Corn Oil

10 Garlic Cloves

1 TBS of Lemon Juice

2 TBS of Salt

1 TBS of White vinegar

6 cubes of ice

Preparation of corn starch mixture

Add 1/2 Cup of corn flower

Add 1 Cup of cold water

Mix until well combined

Turn on the Heat until boil

Continue stirring

Continue stirring until you get soft Paste

Kill the heat

Let it cold

Blind the Grlic cloves

Blind 10 Cloves of Garlic

Add 1/4 Cup of Corn Oil

Add 2 TBS Salt

Add 1 TBS of Lemon Juice

Add 1 TBS of White vinegar

Add the cold corn flour Mixture

Add 6 cubes of ice that what give you the White color

Mix All until well combined

garlic sauce is Ready to serve
