Why Are Food, Water And AirLifes EssentialsDeliberately Poisoned Part 3 Air

by Edward Morgan

What is AIR and how do we define it?

Air can be defined as the gaseous substance that inflates balloons and automobile tires.

Air is composed of gasesmainly oxygen and nitrogenwe breathe in the environment (plus

pollutants).

Air is a life essential element!

Air is comparable to an ocean, which living, breathing entities must live in to

survive, analogous to sea lifes environment where fish, etc. get their life-sustaining

elements. However, cetaceans are marine mammals, i.e., whales, dolphins, or porpoisesair

breathers, as are sea lions.

However, the air we breathe is so polluted, its a wonder humans still are alive!

The EPA has standards for six common air pollutants: Ground-level ozone; carbon monoxide; sulfur

dioxide; particulate matter; lead and nitrogen dioxidebut what about the other pollutants?

How clean is the air we literally are forced to breathe?

Nuclear Power Plant Pollution

One probably generally unknown pollutant is radioactive materials emitted by nuclear power

plants. Nuclear power is not clean!

During normal operations, do commercial nuclear power plants release radioactive material?

Yes. Nuclear power plants routinely produce radioactive gases and liquid wastes during

normal operations. A plant has tanks designed to store gas and liquid radioactive materials

that are generated during normal operation. The radioactive material is held for a period

of time to allow for the radioactivity level to decrease before being treated and/or released

in a planned, monitored way. This keeps the amount of radioactive material in releases

low and within regulatory limits (which are set to ensure releases are well within a safe

level of exposure).

[CJF emphasis]

Speaking of radioactive materials released by nuclear power plants, the Northern Hemisphere

has been particularly contaminated since Chernobyl (April 1986), but especially after Fukushima

(March 2011) nuclear power plants blew up.

One of the questions everyone should be asking is why the U.S. EPA turned off Beta radiation

monitors, especially since Strontium 90 is Beta type.

Pesticide Drift [1]

Pesticide and herbicide downwind drift occurs from agricultural sprays, pre-harvest staging

spray events using Roundup/glyphosate [1a], Dicamba drift [2], vermin fumigation sprays

and/or treatments, roadside vegetation management sprays, etc.

Chemtrails and Weather Geoengineering Fallout

Globally, air has been contaminated by weather geoengineering for at least twenty-plus years,

and for which there are patents [3], plus apparent dedicated plans to own the weather

by 2025 [4]. Chemtrails are those lines sprayed in the sky by airplanes, which contain

numerous toxins, poisonous chemicals, aerosolized particulates of aluminum and other heavy metals

[5], which are used to form scalar clouds and precipitate weather patterns using high

beam microwave energies to put into place. [5a]

Aerotoxic Syndrome Air Pollution

Because of all the chemtrails being sprayed by government, military and commercial airlines

chemtrails, airline passengers are subjected to more toxins than they realize due to flying

in chemtrailing planes downstream wakes, similar to what boaters experience . Pilots

and airline cabin crews constantly are complaining about Aerotoxic syndrome, which is described

as the short- and long-term adverse health effects caused from breathing contaminated

airliner cabin air exceeding safe levels. Wikipedia describes Aerotoxic syndrome and

lists some of the contributing pollution [8].

The Guardian online posted an article, There are hundreds of sick crew: is toxic air

on planes making frequent flyers ill?

Aluminum Dispersal from Rocket Launches

For the SLS boosters, aluminum powder serves as the fuel and a mineral salt, ammonium perchlorate,

is the oxidizer. [.] When it burns, oxygen from the ammonium perchlorate combines with

aluminum to produce aluminum oxide, aluminum chloride, water vapor and nitrogen gas and

lots of energy. [6]

Rocket launches are credited with contributing to ozone depletion, the protective layer around

the Planet, which absorbs most of the ultraviolet radiation from the sun from reaching Earth.

Regular aircraft are responsible for 2 to 5 percent of the worlds CO2 emissions.

[7]

Smog

I remember the days before there was the term smog and actually not experiencing smog.

Really! So, what is smog? Its an air soup of gases, chemicals, industrial stack emissions,

vehicular exhausts, smoke, volcanic and other naturally-produced dusts, plus any type of

air-borne and/or vaporized toxins released into the atmosphere. Below is what smog looks

like.

(Source)

Electrosmog

With all the smart technology appliances operated using microwaves and Gigahertz MW

wavelengths, theres an unbelievable amount of non-ionizing radiation emitted into the

air from cell and sting ray towers, antennae arrays, Wi-Fi, AMI Smart Meters, LAN and other

networks, and all devices that use microwaves to send, receive and store data, play games,

make phone calls, etc.

Modern offices are polluted with electrosmog from all the high tech computers, printers,

Wi-Fi and other electronics modern offices use, which is not visible, however, can be

felt by office personnel who are sensitive to EMFs/RFs/ELFs, or experience electromagnetic

hypersensitivity.

Electrosmog is now a quantifiable constituent of all indoor and outdoor air quality.

One of the ways in which EMFs affect our bodies is by altering the production of hormones

essential to our immune system function, circadian rhythms, and overall health. [.]

Very few people feel the presence of electrosmog. It is invisible and its effects subtle. But

now there are more and more sufferers, which react to high-frequency radiation, primarily,

with physical pains. In almost all cases, the sensitivity begins with a dull feeling

in the head, dizziness and lack of concentration. [9]

Electronic Tech Equipment Burn-off Pollution

According to Greenpeace, Electronic devices are a complex mixture of several hundred materials.

A mobile phone, for example, contains 500 to 1,000 components. Many of these contain

toxic heavy metals such as lead, mercury, cadmium and beryllium, as well as hazardous

chemicals, such as brominated flame retardants. Polluting PVC plastic is also frequently used.

[10] Gassing off of those chemicals occur when computers and high tech appliances heat

up during use.

E-waste-connected health risks may result from direct contact with harmful materials

such as lead, cadmium, chromium, brominated flame retardants or polychlorinated biphenyls

(PCBs), from inhalation of toxic fumes, as well as from accumulation of chemicals in

soil, water and food. [11] [CJF emphasis]

Cattle Farts and Methane

Probably one of the more unsuspecting, yet highly-contaminating air pollutants, comes

from cow farts or the methane they release in them which, in my opinion, results from

industrial dairy farming and animal husbandry changing cows diets from pastured, grass

fed to corn, soy and other ingredients Nature did not intend cows to eat nor provide

them the proper means of digestive processes for all those starches in grains. As a result

cows really fart up a methane storm!

Another source of methane results from weather changes/modification, especially those affecting

the Arctic regions where permafrost is defrosting and methane, long buried under the permafrost,

now is vaporizing into the atmosphere along with supposed ancient CO2. As a result

of that melting, mercury also can be released.

The above are some of the probable unknown and/or unrealized pollutants in the air we

breathe as a result of modern technology.

However, we still have to deal with other long-established indoor and outdoor pollution

created following World War II when chemical companies took off like greased lightning.

Do you think the air we breathe is safe and fit for humans?

Where are the EPA and Congress? In chemical company and polluters back pockets?

Why Manifestation is Speeding up and How to Do it Consciously - Duration: 11:23.

This video I'm going to be sharing with you why manifestation is speeding up and what

you can do about it to make sure that you attract what you want faster than ever.

Welcome back to another video.

My name is Aaron and I help people expand their consciousness.

Now in this video we're going to be going more in detail to collective consciousness,

understanding the electromagnetic energy that goes around our body and how collectively

there is a raise in vibration that is happening even at a subtle level, but that that gives

you more opportunity to create what you want more quickly than ever.

Now I know that sounds like a little bit more of an esoteric idea than things I normally

share on this channel, but it's something I've been thinking about recently and it's

something I've been definitely noticing as well.

And maybe you've noticed this too.

Does it feel like things in your life, whether they're positive or negative, things that

are in your life that you're thinking about, that you're either excited about or worried

about?

Does it feel like they are happening quicker?

That the lag time is much less than it used to be maybe five or 10 years ago.

Now me for example, I can feel this in the sense that maybe I was thinking maybe it's

just me because I'm doing my passion.

I'm doing what I love now, so things are naturally speaking up for me and that could be part

of the reason, but in a collective type sense, what I'm really coming to understand is that

there is a collective type of energy that we're all connected to a.

This is where a lot of times social conditioning comes out of all explain more of this in the

video, but the idea is that there's more of a raising consciousness happening on the planet

than ever before, and I'm not saying that everyone's going to become enlightened or

anything like that, but what I am saying is that what's happening is that there's certain

bubbles.

There are certain ways that people are raising their consciousness that's affecting the whole

rest of the planet, even at a very subtle level, but it is opening up the opportunities

for things to happen more quickly than ever.

Now, think about this in the form of energy.

Now when you're in a certain energy state, maybe you're feeling really good, things happen

in a much better way, but if you're in a negative state and maybe you're even thinking about

what you want to create in your life, you may feel the lag there.

You may feel that you are resisting things, so therefore, even though you're focusing

a lot on something, things don't happen.

Well in general, what's happening is the state of being that is a valuable for people to

feel it starting to raise.

So this has a couple of different key things that are happening though because the vibration

is raising on the planet.

I believe that this on the planet is a time of awakening.

I believe that a deeper level we are spiritual beings having temporary human experiences

and that we wanted to be a part of this remembrance of who we are.

This remembrance that we create our own reality, this remembrance that we can wake up and realize

that we are so much more than we probably thought that we were and many times when this

higher vibrational state to starts to happen, when it starts to raise even at sub two levels,

but we could start to feel it.

Sometimes that brings up stuff that we don't necessarily want to experience.

Sometimes that brings up stuff from the past that maybe you have to deal with and maybe

it doesn't feel good, but maybe in the bringing up of it you let it go so that then you can

create from a much higher paradigm.

Now, that's something I've been talking a lot recently about is understanding how we

can transform our level of consciousness and how when we create from a higher level paradigm,

things happen more easily than ever.

This is because we become aware of how we feel and how we can align our feeling to who

we prefer to be and how would we do that.

We start to create from a much easier place and it's more about flowing.

It's more often more authentic to be creating it from that paradigm, so the point of what

I'm seeing right now is that sometimes you might find, you might say, well, yeah, things

may be feeling like they're speeding up, but I'm still having negative experiences in my

life.

It's OK.

That may just be you clearing away some things that were deeply rooted inside of you.

Maybe their beliefs about who you are not feeling worthy enough.

Maybe there are things that have happened in your past, maybe even childhood and things

that you just kinda had to deal with that as you let that go, you start to raise the

vibration of your body and you start to create from a higher level of paradigm.

I've explained this idea before, but think of it like there is a electromagnetic energy

that goes all around my body and everybody has ideas that our body.

You might just be able to see my hands right here, but there's actually energy that comes

far outside by outside of it just like it does for you.

And what happens is that is electromagnetic energy.

There's a tutorial field that goes around our body and that based on our vibration,

based on how we feel, based on the thoughts that we're having that makes up the electromagnetic

energy of our body.

Now in general, there is a somewhat of a lag, so the momentum of thought, so when you're

thinking something continuously, you add momentum to you experiencing in your life because you're

adding momentum to literally the pterodactyl feel, the thoughts that you're thinking in

the feelings that you're having and that will stay in your tutorial fields for maybe 20,

30, 40 days, so just develops momentum.

You can sit, you can switch it as well, but in general will stay there for awhile and

that's why sometimes you have to really hold the frame when you're shifting momentum and

you're thinking about something positive versus something that was negative.

So there's this terrestrial field around my body, and then the same way, there's a terrestrial

filter out of your body that's accumulated of how you feel your vibration, what you're

focused on, and all those different characteristics.

Now that chooses that in a way you choosing those states of being either consciously or

unconsciously, you then go out into the world and you resonate with certain experiences

that are happening that reflect back to you either what you believe to be true or your

current state of being so in the same way that we each have our own bodies.

There is also a collective connection.

We are all connected.

We're all part of a larger consciousness in our lives and because of that we can think

of the planet itself as having its own to Rodeo field, around, of having it's own electromagnetic

energy around and based on the collective consciousness, based on how we're all thinking

collectively.

That is determining the collective events that happened that is determining things that

happen at a deeper, grander sense.

And the interesting thing is is that collective, that global type two rodeo field, the electromagnetic

energy is speeding up even if it's just slightly up first nonetheless is speeding up.

That's what is causing awakenings within people.

That is what's causing these manifestations to happen more quickly than ever.

Because as that speeds up, guess what?

Then we can also resonate our energy with that and speed up as well so this can create

so much change in your life.

If you start to align with and you start to be aware of it, you know there are more people

are waking up to either having spiritual awakenings or realizing that they create their own reality

than ever before.

I believe that's the one reason that this type of information like channels like mine

and other channels that are similar are growing so quickly because there is so much of a demand

for this type of information.

So what that means is that you have the ability to really change your life in a powerful way

and to start to create from this higher level paradigm because whatever you think is going

to speed up towards you.

So what does this mean?

This means that there's one thing that you can really start to gain control of and this

is how you respond to the outer circumstances in your life.

This is realizing that the true degree of power is Moreso realizing that you can choose

your state of being and how you respond to external events in your life.

Now, at a deeper level, everything on the outside is a reflection of the inside, but

what you can do is when you choose your own state of being, regardless of if something

negative happens, you start to prime yourself so that in your electromagnetic energy around

your body, you start to let go of that state of being and then what happens is that might

play itself out for awhile, but eventually it will go away and eventually you can start

to be who you prefer to be.

Eventually you can start to get a new reflection in your life.

So this is about that awareness of how you can really tap into who you are.

Now in another part of this is understanding that when you raise your vibrational set point,

you start to create from a higher point of view.

I used to feel like a majority of the time that on a scale of one to 10, I was at a [inaudible]

[inaudible] filling the best one, feeling not so great, and I learned meditation.

I learned how to raise my vibration and it jumped my natural set point up to about a

seven.

Now it fluctuates of course, but in general, that's my natural set point.

Now it's about a seven or an eight and realized it was actually.

It goes beyond that one to 10 scale that I have in my mind.

There's more to that.

It's a different level of consciousness, but nonetheless, when you raise your vibrational

set point, you create from a higher paradigm, things happen easier than ever.

That's what's happening in the collective consciousness.

It starting to raise just so slightly, but that gives you the opportunity to raise with

it.

Now I've also created a free guided meditation that will help you to raise your vibrational

set point so that you create things in your life more easily than ever and so that you

really increase your state of being so that you feel the way that you prefer to feel.

That's something you can download to the top of the description box below and it will help

you to do that.

So remember that in general, there is an electromagnetic energy that goes around your body that based

on the thoughts that you're having for about the last 30 days, that momentum is going around

is a two-hour audio field and based on your state of being, that is what's attracting

to you certain scenarios.

Now in general, as your vibration speeds up, so does your manifestation.

So does this higher level paradigm bring more things to you and because of the collective

is waking up at just such a subtle level, but nonetheless that is happening.

More and more people are realizing that they create their own reality.

That speeding up the vibration, the electromagnetic energy field that's going around the planet

that's allowing you to then tap more into the energy to create what you want more easily

than ever.

So this is something that I think that if you start to apply, you start to realize the

one thing that you always have control over is how you respond to situations you didn't

choose your state of being.

And then from that point of view, you create what you want, not what you don't want.

You start to focus and you start to really tailor your focus in a completely new way.

Focuses what you feel.

Whatever you focus on, you feel, pay attention to that and you'll start to change your life

in a very powerful way.

So another thing, I'm going to be doing more live q and a's on instagram.

So if you want to interact with me and if you want your questions answered, go ahead

and follow me.

I'll go ahead and leave the link and the top of the description box below.

And uh, yeah, other than that, as always, hope you guys enjoyed this video.

other than that, as always, love.

Why Inmates Are Converting to Islam | AJ+ - Duration: 8:53.

(Prayer call)

(Prayer call)

It's time for afternoon prayers and the Muslim inmates in this California state

prison are doing what was once forbidden -- having an Islamic worship service. People

couldn't gather in groups to teach and do practices of religion. Of the 3,832

inmates at Solano prison, the chaplain estimates about five

percent are practicing Muslims. The prison doesn't track religious identity

partly because it's so fluid. And religious expression is a barometer for

how Islam has evolved within the U.S. penitentiary system. Hey guys, I'm Shreen.

And today we've travelled to Solano Prison in Vacaville, California to

explore how the world's fastest-growing religion has had to fight to find a home

in prison.

When I became Muslim, I was given a set of principles: Do this. Don't do that. When

in doubt, don't. That's Jessie Burleson, who people here know as Hasani. He's been

in prison for 31 years. Hasani is one of the practicing Muslims

at Solano prison, and they're part of the millions of people behind bars in the

U.S. In fact, the United States has the largest prison population in the world.

The more than 2.3 million people it had incarcerated by the end of 2017 were

more than any other developed nation. That number includes inmates at federal,

state, and county prisons. And it's growing. In a place where your housing,

meals, and recreation time is highly constrained by rules, finding a way to

practice your faith can be difficult. These inmates have figured out a way to

infuse their faith into their sentences. One of the things that started me

seeking something different was, I was looking at the people that were around

me -- who were older than I was -- who had been

in prison longer than me, and who had been on that same negative

self-destructive path. And me not being satisfied with what I was seeing in them.

And at that time I started going to religious services. It didn't matter if

it was Muslim, Christian, Jewish. I went seeking a better way and I believed

in God. So I knew that the only way I was gonna change was through God. He's just

one of the Muslims that Solano chaplain Muhammad Ali interacts with on a daily

basis. Ali is an Imam who spent four years at this prison, helping people like

Hassani explore their faith. He believes it can be an important part of

their rehabilitation. Religion is important to inmates because it connects

them to something bigger than their circumstance. You have people who

you know where you're here in prison and there's a lot of things you can't

control, whether it's your

your eating, it's your living condition.

It really helps human beings feel essence of connectedness to something

beyond what's right in front of them. But Islam's journey in

penitentiaries has been complicated by prison culture and legal challenges.

Though nationally Muslims make up 1% of the U.S. population, that number is

expected to double by 2050. Some of that growth specifically comes from inmates

converting to Islam behind bars. Islam is known for having a particularly strong

presence in prisons. In fact, more people convert to Islam per capita than any

other religion. Nationwide, Muslims make up 10 to 15% of prisoners. Ali even said

he has one to two inmates convert to Islam monthly, though that's not his goal.

What makes those statistics resonate more is knowing how difficult it was to

get Islam accepted as a recognized religion within some prisons. The prison

administration, through their custody officers, wouldn't allow groups of

Muslims that congregate over three, and when they did they would break, they

would break them up. That's Abdul Raoof Nasir, and he spent 30 years using his

Islamic faith to help inmates and correctional institutions. He considered

it social justice work and an active part of his faith. Back when he started

in the 1970s, he says the prison system was full of subtle discrimination

against Muslims. Some Muslim inmates at this prison sued in 1996 for greater

access to religious services. Their demands included hiring a full-time

Muslim chaplain and the ability to attend Friday prayers without penalties,

like demerits for leaving work. Eventually, they did receive a full-time

Imam and their other demands. Prison officials dispute this account. They say

Muslim inmates were never denied access to their religion, and instead the

constraints were reflective of staffing and organizational issues that were

resolved. Nationwide, the legal pushes continue today. A 2013 report says that

Muslims submitted the most religious discrimination complaints out of any

other religious group in prison. Islam and Muslim

organizations in prisons, for the most part seem to be powerful because they've

been there a long time. They have challenged the status quo of the prison

system itself legally and physically. That quality of questioning power is

easily identifiable with one of the religions most notable converts. Malcolm

X, his narrative is prominent and so that attracts people toward Islam. And then

the reformative value that they find in that the hope that it gives, that I can

survive in prison, Malcolm survived in prison. Malcolm X's

legacy still resonates today more than 50 years after his death. While serving a

prison sentence, then-named Malcolm Little converted to the Nation of Islam

in 1952. He found mainstream Islam years later and felt it was much more racially

inclusive then the Nation. But as Muslim we will be Muslims. I will try and teach the

religion of Islam among the so-called Negroes and make them Muslims.

Aside from spiritual guidance and the ability to change your life around,

another reason Nasir says some incarcerated people are drawn to the

faith is for another reason entirely: how prisons are organized. A central

organizing principle in prison is containing the threat of violence.

Inmates are housed and classified according to the risk of violence they

pose. Here at Solano, it means they're housed dormitory-style.

Those that pose a higher risk, are housed themselves like this with armed guards.

In their downtime, the crew that inmates spend time with matters because they're

the ones that also offer protection. So what does any of this have to do with

practicing Islam in prison? Well Nasir explains that your brothers

in the faith can actually help protect you behind bars and that source of

support transcends race. Islam does challenge the strict rules of race in

prison, because if a person of another ethnic group

besides African American becomes a Muslim then he's embraced in Islamic community.

And he's not only embraced, he's protected from outside pressures that

other groups may place against them. Being in prison isn't necessarily

that type of situation to where you know you need to join a group to be

safe. That's not -- hasn't been my experience, but

I would say being a part of a community in prison is definitely beneficial in

that regard.

What he is really describing is support. And the support that

incarcerated Muslims require is different than their free brethren. In

fact, there are several things about prison that changed how Islam is

practiced. There's no quran app, no call to prayer from your cell phone, and being

Muslim here is about survival in a completely different way than it is

outside. It does afford some opportunity for

inmates to think about their rehabilitation, think about meaning in

life, think about who they want to be as a person while here or when leaving here.

Just because religion might help some people survive prison doesn't mean

they'll continue the practice after release. Nasir has seen people let go of the

faith when they get out. But Hasani, who's just days from release, has his sights

set on making Islam's most important journey for Muslims, the pilgrimage

called Hajj. So I think for me that making the Hajj as, as one of my goals

primary goals, if I keep that as a primary goal, that I will be successful

and not only standing on the path but doing everything that I need to do in

order to get off parole, save some money, and make the Hajj. I

learned so much about incarceration in this story. If you want to learn more

check out Ear Hustle the podcast out of San Quentin Prison. In the meantime, don't

forget to like, share, and subscribe and let us know in the comments what prison

stories you want us to cover next.

Why Do I feel Hurt By Others? Can I Live Without Hurt? - Duration: 14:06.

Hello everyone.

So today I'd like to talk about the question, "Why do we feel hurt by others?"

Now I feel that this is very very complex to go into because we can either talk about

this using our own ideas trying to overcome our hurt with tips or tricks or techniques

or we can look at and stay with this hurt in order to see it unveil itself and see all

the implications and everything that goes on when we feel hurt.

And therefore, by really seeing what is involved in being hurt at its deepest core, like psychologically,

then that very seeing is understanding and it's immediately... the whole problem is solved.

So that is what I want us to go into together, is to go into the core, which is the psychological

aspect and really see what's going on.

So this implies that each of us not only, just me talking, but each of us individually

has to look for ourselves what I'm talking about in this video because what I say maybe

turned into just, blah.

Just some ideas that have no meaning at all.

So why do we feel hurt?

What is the reason for my feeling sad, angry, upset or afraid?

Now is it because I have an idea about myself?

Now why do I have this idea about myself?

Is it because when I look around me, I see that other people are looking out for themselves,

are concerned for themselves, their own improvement, their own gain, their own success?

And as a young child growing up, coming out into the world, I'm innocent, being born,

but you know as I get into the groove of things and I look at how my parents are, how my friends

and other family members are, I begin to see that everyone is concerned for themselves.

And they help me to see that I am also an individual who must be concerned for myself,

my safety, my comfort.

What am I going to be doing for a livelihood when I get older or what will I do to survive?

What will I be to impress others, to impress a nice lady and marry and have children and

just have all these fabulous ideas of a future happy life?

So this being the culture that we live in, we look at each other and say, okay, well

that person is doing this sort of thing right?

That person is making a lot of YouTube videos, that person is dressing in a nice business

suit, that person is telling me all these tips and tricks through his videos.

So I want to imitate that person because I see that hey, you know, he has a big following,

a lot of subscribers, they're all just commenting, praising him.

So I say I want that.

So I see that and the very seeing of this person...

I record that person, I have an idea about him that I try to pursue and become... or

this gets very complex... or I don't need to try and become that image, I can also just

say that I'm that image.

I can repeat it repeat it over and over again and feel that I am this.

I have a sense of being this really big important person.

So I have this image and then someone comes and they intervene between me and my own personal

pursuits and they say, hey, you know, you're very contradicting.

You're wrong about this, this and this, so you're full of crap.

So now I'm either trying to become this great, intelligent man or I already think that I'm

this great intelligent man and then you say these words to me and... what happens?

What goes on when I hear these words and I register it in my brain?

So you call me crap.

So now I feel this kind of resistance.

I don't like you because you disturbed my idea of myself.

You disturb me.

So therefore, I try to avoid you.

I fear you.

I don't want you around me.

I go off I isolate myself into my own particular area and I then try to surround myself with

positive people or people who support me, who encourage me, who lift me up, right?

So therefore, when we are hurt, we try to escape that hurt, you know, we try to find

some encouragement, we try to go away.

However, that hurt is still there, it doesn't dissolve the hurt, it doesn't eliminate it.

So that's what I want us to explore together, is how can we dissolve this hurt completely?

Not try to just ignore it, run away, do something else, occupy our time with movies or something

else.

Find motivation, motivating speakers and then only to just... then again, get hurt and start

the cycle over again.

So to completely be free of this hurt would be to completely be free of ideas about ourselves

right?

Not free from an idea of our self as in being nothing or nobody, because what happens when

we do that?

We say I want to be free of ideas about myself because once I have an idea about myself,

I am open to getting hurt.

I'm vulnerable.

So therefore, I will not have any idea about myself.

I will be nobody.

Immediately though, when we say that I won't have an idea about myself, I won't live

with ideas about myself, then I feel that I'm nobody.

I feel that I'm nothing, which is now an idea about myself.

We may call it nobody or nothing, but that is still an idea.

So ideas, thought, is very complex because it takes different forms.

So therefore, are we seeing this?

Not only intellectually, like okay, yeah, I see that I'm making another idea if I say

I'm not having ideas.

Not only seeing that intellectually, but seeing it as a real fact.

Like right now I'm looking at this window and it is real it is actually there.

So therefore, the window is there and if I want to go out outside of the window I can,

I just open and I just go out.

Action is immediate.

It's there, it's real, but if I don't see this idea as like a real fact, what's all

implied in having an idea about myself…

If I don't see that as an actual real fact, then there's not any real action is there?

There's just kind of contemplation... like... well... maybe... what if the idea?... or this

and that... or I try to reason it out.

So instead I'm just thinking about it all the time instead of there any being real action,

right?

So therefore, are we seeing that we do have an image about ourselves and that…

What are we if this image is not there?

I have this image that I'm this successful businessman and I'm dressed up in my business

suit and I go to my conventions and I speak very proudly, I give you tips and tricks and

all that, but then once all that is over and I put on regular pajamas and I'm getting ready

for bed, I'm just like everyone else, in pajamas.

So that image is not who we are, that idea that I'm a businessman is not me, because

what I really am is shifting from being in my pajamas, a sleeper.

I'm shifting from being a father, putting on normal, fatherly clothes...

I don't know what kind of clothes fathers wear or generally and doing different things...

we identify ourselves based off of how we look or the activities that we engage in and

we have so many images about ourselves that we try to make one permanent and therefore,

we resist other images, right?

So it's very complex, but like I said... in this video I want us to discuss together

over these things and try and see all the implications, all the complexities that are

involved in this.

So that we can find out for ourselves, not just be lazy and look for a quick tip or quick,

helpful idea and answer that will just magically solve all this because that doesn't solve

all of it.

It only invents another idea, which becomes another problem.

So to really find out how we can live free of this hurt, of this thing called hurt and

pain.

We've got to go into the psychological, the core of all of this, because we've been trying

to solve it through going to teachers, gurus, spiritual people and that doesn't fix it completely.

So that's all I wanted to talk about in this video and I'll see you all next time, bye.
