The question I get asked often is

"What should look for in a suburb?"

Well the most important thing is find a suburb that's within your price range.

Look at the village of the suburb, where the community is based,

where you might walk to grab a coffee.

This makes up the lifestyle of the place.

Infrastructure is also very important.

Make sure it has the transportation, the schools, the childcare, the parks,

or anything else that you might require.

If you're after an investment property, look for properties

that have the attributes which drive value.

These include things like good floor plans, north-facing orientations, security, and privacy.

It's also important just to drive around the suburb, walk the streets and get a feel for it.
