Did you have any ways off the top of your mind or in the bottom of your heart

that you think I could support you in this moment? this just came to my mind

That's a really good question. I like how you presented that. I just am always curious of what blocks I have..

The things I don't see.

This just came to my mind. Imagine if.. Let's say the blocks that you were looking for

what if that was you looking for them?

I don't have any blocks!

I don't know.. I don't think I've ever said that to anyone or even thought about

that myself exactly that way but something about the way that you.. When

you said that I was like "I wonder if since.. I wonder if you looking for blocks

is what's maybe.." Have you ever heard of the observer effect? Like in quantum

mechanics or quantum physics where something really doesn't appear until

someone looks for it. Yeah and that's why.. I think that's where part of my

postulate of "people see what they're looking for" came from. Like it was

inspired by that idea. So that's the first thing that's coming up right now.

You look happy about that.

I am. And I was dancing a couple hours this morning with my.. I have an eight and a half year old daughter

and in Minneapolis, Minnesota we have a ecstatic dancing for two hours on Sunday mornings

to like progressive house music and it was so much fun! And so we just got home

from that and so I feel like.. ecstatic, really. I feel so happy.

And so that seems to resonate with you, huh? Is that potentially..

Yea! And so it's time for each of us to understand the mightiness of our being. And so that's how I always

walk around in life. I feel like my dharma's here to help uplift humanity and so I'm always

"how can I uplift those around me?"

And have you.. Do you have any guiding answers to those questions?

I love the questions

Yea! I do Lyft at the moment. Lyft and Uber. And so I get drive people from all around the world all over the city

and I always give them a little uplifting message that says like "do small things

with great love" and it just enlivens them. They just smile and they're so happy and

they're like "I'm gonna hang this on my bulletin board!"

It looks like you might have shaved your head. Is that correct?

Ohyea! I did on the Eclipse on August 21.

Tell me about that. That's a statement.. talking about nonverbal communication.

Yea it is the most empowering thing ever. I just love myself unconditionally

and I have for the last couple years.

And so I don't care what other people think. I love it. And I get lots of people that

compliment me and they're like "wow that's so awesome" or woman will come up to me..

"I've shaved my head before to! It's so awesome." But I have friends all over the planet

that have done it as well, so then that like, sparked an interest in me to try it. I wanna see what it feels like.

Awesome. Well I greatly appreciate you for your what I would say it seems

to be like a grounded and balanced positive optimistic outlook on life. I

think the main thing that's coming up for me is like I'm wondering what it

looks like if you're not in a ecstatic state or a kind of bliss bunny..

Or lifting up other people. Like I wonder.. I guess I'm allowing myself to wonder do

you allow yourself to go to those spaces or do those spaces even exist for you or

are you avoiding those spaces? What's coming up for you on that those questions?

They come once in a while but not as much as they used to. Like I have more uplifting moments than not.

I have more happy moments than sad moments, I guess. Cuz I used to feel depressed a little bit when I was

17 because my sister died when I was 17 and she was 15 and she needed a heart transplant and so

after that I kind of really got depressed and was suicidal and I was

like "I don't even know what I want to do in my life." I felt just sad.

I never want to go back to that place again so I've always since then.. I'm 40 now so

since I was 17 I've been like seeking answers to my

questions like "why are we here?" "what is my purpose?" "what is our species supposed

to do on earth?" "why are we in existence?I've always tried to go inward and be the best I can be

so that I don't get to those low, low places.

Yea that's main thing that's coming up for me especially.. I'm not sure.. I don't see the

time.. how much time we have left but I want to honor the creative constraint

and I would say like thank you. Thank you for sharing that with me and I imagine

that must have been extremely challenging you know maybe that's what

I'm picking up on the sense that you don't want to experience that type of

sadness ever again. And I'm just wondering if that's costing you anything.

Oh, see. That's a good question cuz ten years later then, when I was 27 my first husband

died in a car accident. He was drinking and driving and died instantly.

That shocked me even more and took me in an even more inward journey.

But I tried to just go with the flow and whatever comes to me with my emotions.. I try to just

breathe through them and I don't mask them with alcohol or drugs. I just try to feel them, let them pass

and then just keep.. the more I give gratitude to things around me.. it uplifts me faster again

and brings me back up to higher moments quicker than before.

Yea, well, woman. Woman. I understand and I hear that and I'm so proud

of you and I'm so honored to be speaking to you about these topics. Yeah I think

that I I think the main thing here is that I wanted.. like I said that..

is avoiding certain spaces or highly focusing on one aspect of the

full emotional spectrum or focusing on the positive.. I just want to make sure

that's not costing you a fuller experience. And I also am not one to like

poke at old wounds to.. make someone feel bad. That's not my intention at all.

But I was wondering is there some sort of defectiveness in this ecstatic-ness?

That's a.. question.

yeah and.. Hey I might be recognizing it because maybe it's something I've

done. Maybe I've focused on certain feelings much more so.. and and I'm not

saying that's right or wrong or good or bad but I think I'm I'm exploring

out loud and looking for a type of self acceptance that transcends duality or

transcends right or wrong or good or bad and I I thank you for getting me to ask

those questions out loud to myself as well.

Right? Exploring out loud. That was a great way to put it. Nice.

And I.. what I really wanna do is

affirm you. I want to affirm that even though the experiences you've had.. like

keep shining. Keep being ecstatic. Keep giving your gift whether it's through

Lyft or or whether it's dancing with your daughter, or whether it's taking up

opportunities like this. Please keep doing those. I think your you're an

inspiration to me in this short period of time so imagining you're an

inspiration.. A deep inspiration to a lot of people in your life.

Thank you for this opportunity to be with you. I appreciate it. And to get to see your beautiful little girl.

I know I think Divina liked that one as well. She's like.." Did you hear that

noise she made afterwards?

You know what I want to say on this calls like.. Thank

you for not.. really.. for holding a space for me not to think I'm teaching you

anything but more to learn about you which is allowing me to learn about

myself on camera which I think will inspire plenty of other people to learn

about themselves rather than thinking that I have the answers or that you have

the answers just basically like I said from the beginning exploring out loud with me.

Thank you for listening to me, so deeply as well. Thank you.

Yea, I think listening is leading honestly. I've recently started

listening to a book. I just finished it up. It's called "Never Split the Difference."

Cool book from a hostage negotiator and his whole thing is like.. "yeah a lot

of people think negotiation is talking. It's not. It's not. Talking is barely any

of it. What it is is listening like a ninja. Like can I listen to you..

like basically Tai Chi for communication. And this is not that I'm trying to hurt

you but if you are.. if someone is throwing combative blows or being

violent with their communication that basically by me holding a space of

listening that's the best thing I can do for them. I don't need.. If if I can

get them to hear themselves then I think I've done what I can do.

Whoohoo. Nice. Listening like a ninja.

Aahh, well that was the buzzer and I am uh.. I'm so happy I followed my

inkling to do these calls because I get to meet people like you. And let's stay

in touch. Keep glowing and keep being ecstatic

and if anything comes from this conversation that's a bit bending of

time or space on your mind let me know about it.

Uhm, yeah, wow. That was just another

epic quantum consultation. If you're watching this for the first time or you

don't know what these are about, I'm basically doing eleven minute

quantum consultations. I'm committed to doing 111 with people that have sent me

a screenshot of their review of Breaking Normal which is the book I currently

published right after this one was born so it's very.. It's

fresh off the press. I would recommend it mostly on Audible but you can ger it on

Kindle and print on Amazon. Send me a screenshot of your review and.. wow. Let's

listen through each other like ninjas next. Talk to you soon. Peace.

Remember My Wife and Kids' Kady? You won't believe what she looks like now...

Parker, now 22, played loveable Kady Kyle on the US sitcom from 2001 to 2005.

But Parker McKenna Posey's Instagram page proves she's all grown up now.

With 686,000 followers and her own swimwear brand, Honey Dip, the scorching hot brunette is still a hit online.

Parker is a very fitting model for her collection – and she's got the scantily-clad photos to prove it.

"Gorgeous…but go put some clothes Kady!" Instagram user One image saw the Los Angeles-native clinging onto a teddy bear in an itty bitty two-piece.

Meanwhile another was zoomed in on Parker's bodacious behind.

The comments ranged from explicit to adoring, but the running theme was clearly complete disbelief at Kady's transformation.

Kadys all grown up…, one user commented.

Gorgeous…but go put some clothes Kady! another added.

And one follower quipped: Damn little Kady! You grew up – and I mean really, really grew up..

It's hard to even believe Parker is the same actress who shot to fame opposite Damon Wayans and Tisha Campbell-Martin.

The baby of the Kyle family, Parker joined the show – which still runs on 5* and Comedy Central in the UK – when she was just aged 5.

Since then she has starred in a string of TV shows and movies, including Nickelodeon's iCarly.

Now ready to make her mark on the acting world once again, Parker has three movies in the pipeline for next year.

What is Movember? Support Men's Health in Canada! - Duration: 1:52.

Since 2004 the Movember foundation charity has run events

to raise awareness and funds for men's health issues.

Hey guys it's Mario Armani I'm a local realtor here in the GTA.

and this November I'm trying to raise awareness for men's health.

So what is Movember?

Movember is an annual event involving the growing of mustaches during the month of November

to raise awareness of men's health issues such as prostate cancer testicular cancer and men's suicide.

Originating in Australia and New Zealand, Canada joined the global movement in 2007.

As of 2011, in true Canadian spirit Canada was actually the largest contributors

to the Movember foundation charities of any nation.

The truth of the matter is that the state of men's health is in crisis.

Here are some facts:

Men experienced worse longer-term health & women and die on average six years earlier.

Prostate cancer rates will double in the next 15 years.

Testicular cancer rates have already doubled in the last 50 years.

Three-quarters of suicides are men and poor mental health leads to half a million men taking their own life every year.

That's actually one every minute.

By committing to growing a mustache during the month of November,

the hope is to raise vital awareness for all of these great causes.

During this month of November, the Mario Armani Real Estate Team

would love to show their support by raising funds for this great cause.

We'll include a download link below just so you can

make your donation directly to the Movember foundation of Canada.

On top of that, every time someone shares this video we'll be making a donation on their behalf.

At the end of the month we'll announce how many times this video was shared and hopefully

we've helped create more awareness for men's health here in Canada.

We can't afford to stay silent.

Let's make this video go viral so please share the video and support a great cause.

What Is Oracle Integration Cloud? - Duration: 3:00.

Is your business a disconnected business? Are critical processes and data

collection that directly impact customers or employees inefficient,

manual, and slow? Customer and employee experience have the greatest effect on

your company's bottom line, including those related to Sales, Marketing, and

e-Commerce such as lead to opportunity or quote to order, or to employee tasks

such as onboarding, expense management, and travel approvals. Yet, these very

processes are also the most complex, usually involving a broad spectrum of

applications that aren't integrated, and requiring human intervention at almost

every step of the process. This lack of integration and automation results in

slow and inflexible processes, and leads to lost revenue, frustrated customers, and

high costs. And all this happens without you and your management getting

visibility into the issues---either in time or ahead of time. If this sounds

familiar, let Oracle Integration Cloud---a unified platform

where you can automate processes, integrate and create

applications, and analyze results---help your business thrive, innovate, and get ahead

of the competition. Select from our library of pre-built integrations or

quickly design the integrations that connect your applications, map the data

between them, and activate them with a single click---no coding required.

Before you know it, you're connecting the data that drives your business and building a

business that's more efficient, more effective, and more productive. View the

interactive dashboards for real-time insight into the details that make your

business tick, and into how well your processes and integrations are working.

Pinpoint bottlenecks, monitor errors, and take corrective action. In no time, you'll

be reporting on the improved performance of your business. When you take any

process---quote to order, travel approval, service handling---and minimize human

error by automating the flow, there will be fewer missed steps, fewer points of

failure, and fewer delays; and you'll get increased revenue, happy customers, and

lower costs. When you need to collect custom data and provide engaging

multi-channel interfaces for your customers, leverage a browser-based

visual development experience for quickly creating

applications that address your unique business requirements. Oracle Integration Cloud

enables you to transform your business by simplifying and converging

capabilities for business process automation, application integration,

application creation, and the associated analytics into a seamless unified

solution. Your business can now dedicate time and resources to innovate and

differentiate in the market, instead of shuffling emails between departments, and

suffering with slow and error-prone manual processes to integrate systems.

What is ReSTfull API ? What is API ? What is REST ? - Duration: 7:39.

so we are living in a world of internet where Internet is everything and to

access the internet we have desktop tablet and mobile and our world is not

inside our mobile this world that means the

internet works on a simple protocol which is called hypertext Transfer

Protocol or simply HTTP and think about protocol just as the rules because rules

are rules but in the beginning of the internet internet was designed to share

information between one computer to another computer placed apart but

because we are living in it 2017 and this means we need machine to machine

talking and what is that suppose you have one machine and under machine both

machines work on a different kind of operating system different language

different situations and they have to share the data between these two and all

these process happen without the involvement of the humans but you know

the actual civil of any machine is its software so actually we need software's

to talk that's cool but why we need the machine to machine

talking let me explain you actually I only use the future and what IOT stand

so are i already means the Internet of Things in the future you have house or

you have a car and you can access the house you can open and close the door

start stop Geezer or AC something like that and also the car you can send

the information about how much fuel is that how much speed is that and not only

that even a simple toaster can be included in internet or thing can be

accessed by using Internet that's cool but these are the browsers to talk to

machine yeah this means we the humans can talk to

machine by using the browser and not this kind of human and whenever you

request any page fly a browser you will get the data along with that HTML and

CSS because HTML and CSS is intended to design to have the page

looks more readable for human but machine needs machine readable data so

what we have to do if you have to think about that yeah here comes our API and

what API is API is application programming interface and you know

interface means connecting any to and that's exactly what we want but what an

API can do for us API allow to software program to communicate with each other

and that exactly our sole purpose okay API can be local and web and program API

but in this episode we are only talking about the web api but what web api can

do for us so suppose you have a website all you have a mobile app and in mobile

app you want to get the weather information and the G map for your user

but your device cannot have a sensor to sense the weather information and even

it has it can sense only the information where the mobile is placed not the

information of whole word but there are some website which can give you the data

or the weather information of any any city in the world

so here is the interesting point so let's see some example let's go to

Chrome and open http://openweathermap.org this website give you the

information of weather of every big city in this world so let's talk about Mumbai

so search for Mumbai and you will get the Mumbai here and here is the

information let's search about London and you will search for London London is

here London US sky is clear everything is good but how will I get this

information on my mobile app so for that here comes our api's so you can see here

is API tab and let's get this API current weather data and let's search

for London so new tab and you will get the data like this so actually the same

data we have received here is now in a structured way here so this is actually

the machine-readable data and this is the human readable data and I think you

got the point to think about API as a waiter who can take the order from you

go to kitchen and come back with the order you have placed similarly Web API

can get the request from a machine go back to server and get back the data to

the requested machine but what we have to do to create an API actually we know

that there are many developers in the world having knowledge of various kinds

of languages so we need a concept or a structured way of creating an API so

that everyone in this world that means every developer can follow

that way here comes our hero called rest and okay I am not about this kind of rest

so dear you have to go so bye-bye okay so rest stands for representational

state transfer and what its mean by that it's not a web service it's a concept

design or architecture what the architecture mean architecture if you

heard this word you will come up like this picture but the actual word meaning

of the architecture is the art of practice of designing and constructing

buildings I'm not talking about the buildings but same is true with the rest

also we are going to build our data in a structure or a proper way okay so

suppose you have a lots of data you have to structure it think about this as the

data base having many kind of tables having many relationship and if a

machine requests data from your server then you will give the data in a JSON

format JSON stands for Java Script object notation and how its look like

it's looked like this so the machine will get the data in this

format as we have seen on the openweathermap.org and you can see the curly

braces then query pages and all the information in this pages object so

every API has to follow this way that means the rest way of creating the API

okay so some of the rest basics are whenever you are creating an API in

restful way that means if you want to read the data you have to send a get

request similarly to write you have to send the post request and put for edit

and delete for delete you know that's good but all these information are

transfer on single thing which is called HTTP as I have told you and you know

same thing is true for Internet that means our website our browsers our API

everything works on the same platform called URL route or resource or HTTP or

anything you can call it you don't have to create a new platform for the API is

the same platform used by humans is used by the machines so we have seen that

rest is not a web service but let's see what is web service

it's a collection of open protocol and standard used for exchanging data and

this is actually we want that means a machine running on any kind of operating

system having any kind of languages we have to transfer the data between two

machines this means an API created in a rest way is a web service because web

service is designed to exchange the data between two kind of machines and this is

the conclusion of this episode which says that to have communication between

machines we need API web api our machine readable form of your web page so some

websites are also consuming their own api and they need a standard which we

call rest so if you liked this episode please give it a thumbs up share with

others so that everyone know what is restful api don't forget to subscribe

like BitFumes on facebook twitter and instagram bye bye

Faculty Insights: What Makes a UC Berkeley Student Unique? - Duration: 2:02.

[music]

[Mahasin] I've been on a lot of campuses and one of the things that I love, I think the

hidden jewel of UC Berkeley and a part of its strength happens to be the student body.

[Ken] I have watched an incredible improvement and growth in the

quality of the students and it's amazing, it every year continues to impress me

so they come equipped at a level that's that's really increasingly sophisticated and engaging.

[Kate] One of the things I love about Berkeley students is they often

come out with a real sense of openness towards the world. This campus really

emphasizes the importance of diversity, of diversity of opinions, of values,

of listening and learning from others and it seeks to foster debate and

intellectual curiosity among its students.

[Genaro] Students will test us as the faculty members.

This is a place where students will put their foot down if

they disagree with the politics of the day. This is a place that has a long

tradition of attention to matters in the world.

[Mahasin] We have phenomenal students at UC Berkeley

and I think what I love about them is not only are they smart but

they're also very conscientious, passionate, they want to work on real

issues and make real change in the world and they start day one as a UC Berkeley

student and there's a history at UC Berkeley that supports students finding

their voice and using their voice for change.

[Ken] I have a huge amount of faith in

the future of our species because every September I see these wonderful new

group of students come in.

[Genaro] This is not simply an academic location, this is a

place where we really want students here who care about the world they live in.

How to be taken seriously at work - tips on what to wear - Duration: 7:31.

Hi thanks for tuning into my video. My name is Mya from ML Styling I'm a

Personal Style Coach and today I wanted to share with you a story of a

conversation I had with this lady on the weekend.

Now she was of an interior design background and she worked in a corporate

space and we got to talking about love and self-love and how there needs to be a

balance in everything. An example of what we talked about was when all we

care about is ourselves, then we lack consideration for others and we lack

empathy but when we take care of everyone else besides ourself we start

to lose ourself and we forget to love ourselves and we start a deteriorate

inside. Then she asked me what I do and I explained to her that I was Personal

Style Coach and I gave her the gist of what that that looked like. She started to

tell me our work. Her colleagues dress in corporate attire and suits where she

didn't, and her mother asked him you work in a corporate environment how come you

don't wear suits? and she said I just want to dress like myself, I just want to

just freely and [then] people don't realise that I have a decent level of corporate

knowledge and business acumen. So I asked her how do you want to be received? and

she got it! It comes back to having a balance again, so definitely dress for

yourself... express yourself and, be responsible for how people receive you.

And so today I'm going to talk about how you can be taken more seriously at work

by giving you some examples of what you could wear and particularly in a

corporate environment, but it doesn't mean you need to wear copycats

of the things I'm going to show you. There's room for tweaking and

adjusting accordingly. And please note that this is very

general advice and it doesn't take into account your personal environment,

your shape, your frame and other things that we discover in depth in a

style coaching session. First up, I have this

dress and I absolutely love this dress. What I wanted to show you was the

detail of this dress, so an element you can use to help be taken more

seriously at work is to wear stripes, so this has horizontal stripes, vertical

stripes and the plaid and checkered pattern that helps as well. Next u, I

have this black dress, now what I'm going to show you can apply to tops and

dresses and that is the v-neck so make sure this isn't too deep, and what this

also helps you with is convey a level of openness because you're not closed up

here. I hope you can see that. So take note of the colours as

well, so black I've got great variations of charcoal and they're

quite safe in the corporate environment.

Next up, this can apply again to a top or a dress is to wear a square neckline. So

this is a grey and charcoal patten detail, which I'm not sure will appear

for you and then next up, I have a shirt. Now you can't go wrong with a crisp

clean white shirt as well. This has a subtle pattern in it of black and white

and you want a crisp collar, so don't have it all

floppy. Make sure that there's some structure in it. And for me I love the

French cuff shirts because I can wear a fancy cuff link and that adds a bit of

personality and it feels like jewellery.

Next I've got another shirt, so this is also a French cuff shirt and the reason

I'm showing you this is because the collar is white and the body of the shirt

is blue and there's a high contrast so you can also think about colour blocking too.

So this creates a serious level of seriousness in your clothes and what you

communicate. I hope this turns up sorry it's black on black and this is

actually a shirt dress there's so there's a collar and there's buttons up

to here and this one doesn't have buttons all the way down but you can

definitely get dresses there have buttons all the way down and look definitely

more like a elongated shirt. So this has buttons up to here and this has some

pleat detail at the front and pleats are great as well. So that's something you

can wear when you don't want to wear shirt with a skirt or pants, you just want the

one piece which is really convenient. and then next up is a blazer, this is a part

of a suit of mine and how you can use this to be taken seriously is that it

has structure in the shoulders and there's structure all around and there's

straight lines in the lapel. And now a bonus piece of advice is this collar is a

light grey, it's almost silver and this works really

well for people who have fair skin and lighter hair. So that's that. Last I have

a navy blazer there's subtle differences in the details that one has 2 buttons this

has one button but there's still structure in the shoulders and there's

straight lines in the lapel and I find that with navy,

you can wear this in the office and you can definitely wear it out casually if

you want to. So there you have it I hope this has helped you in some way

and give it a go, incorporate it into your wardrobe and

What Social Anxiety Looks and Feels Like - Duration: 1:35.

Social anxiety is clinging to your parents as a child because you don't want people to bother you

It's getting the same report card every year from your teacher

That says he or she is well behaved, but needs to contribute more in class

It's having little to zero friends in high school because you're either too quiet, too shy or too boring

Or cancelling plans at the last minute because you can't find the motivation to leave the house

It's the feeling of being alone in a room full of people

Hiding in bathrooms or your car to get away from social situations

It means being in a room of people and thinking that everyone hates you and when you make the effort to socialize

You start to think that you're just annoying them

Social anxiety means pretending to be social in front of other people and getting home

So exhausted that you need at least five days of recovery

social anxiety means the inability to keep most jobs

Because of the inability to communicate effectively

And even when you think you can take a break by sleeping

anxiety creeps in through negative thoughts dreams and visions

Social anxiety will make you do weird things like holding on to an apple core for 45 minutes

During a meeting because you're too anxious to get to the trash can that's only ten feet away

Or waiting for someone else to head to the trash can before you so that nobody else stares at you

It's like knowing you have a problem and the solution is right in front of you

But still not being able to do anything about it.

This is what it's like living with social anxiety

What is a Roth Conversion and Recharacterization? - Duration: 1:14.

Today we're going to talk about Roth conversions and recharacterizations.

A lot of people are trying to transition money from their IRAs to their Roth's.

The benefit of that is you're taking money that's pre-tax and is going to be

fully taxable in retirement, moving it to after-tax money and thus tax-free upon

withdrawal. The deadline to do Roth conversions in each calendar year is the

year-end. So if you're going to be moving money you've got to get it done by

December 31st. The nice thing about conversions is the ability to undo them.

You can recharacterize should you end up doing more than what you want to.

The deadline to recharacterize and take the money out of the Roth and shift it back

to the traditional IRA is your tax filing deadline. So April 15th.

If you file an extension you've actually got all the way until October 15th

to get that recharacterization finalized. This year is actually a little bit different.

The tax filing deadline was April 18th and if you file an extension you've

actually got all the way till October 16th.
