All multicellular plants have a really unique way of reproducing, involving reproducing

both sexually and asexually.

Recognizing the two different types of plant generations was even crucial for the seaweed

nori, whose generations look totally different and are harvested a great deal in China, Japan,

and Korea.

In fact, the achievements of British scientist Kathleen Mary-Drew Baker in discovering the

gametophyte generation of nori was so important for sustaining nori and sushi that she has

a national holiday dedicated to her in Japan.

But how does this 'alternation of generations' work?

The first type of plant generation is the gametophyte generation, which must have its

gamete, or sex cell, joined with another gamete from another plant for offspring to grow,

and the other type of plant generation is the sporophyte, which sends out spores, reproducing

without fertilization.

Gametophytes have only a single strand of chromosomes, and arise from the spores of

sporophytes, while sporophytes have a pair of chromosomes, which arise from the two fused

strands of gametophytes.

Since many plants have both male and female reproductive organs, it means the plants can

also self-fertilize gametes in the gametophyte generation.

There is still some variation from random recombination during separation of the coiled

plant DNA for spores, and this allows the offspring of the plant to have some differences--very

important in case of environmental change.

Although it is thought the sporophyte alternative generation originally did not exist, and plant

ancestors were either only asexual or sexual reproducers, the sporophyte alternative generation

greatly assisted the spread of land plants.

The spores released from sporophytes even are protected by sporopollenin--the biological

substance known for the most decay-resistance on Earth--and the amazing alternation of generations

in plants has helped plants become incredibly successful.

What You NEED TO KNOW to Start Losing Weight! - Duration: 7:35.

So you've finally decided to take the plunge, to start losing weight.

What do you do now though?

Today I'm going to go over my top 5 tips on how to get going on your weight loss journey.

Let's get into it.

Hey everybody and welcome back to another episode of 'Walk With Me', my name is Josh

and today we're talking about how to start losing weight.

And really quick before we get into it, be sure to like the video if you enjoy this,

really helps me out a ton, and subscribe if you want to see more, I put out new episode

of Walk With Me every Monday at 8AM.

But let's get into the tips.

A lot of times people will try and plan and plan make things perfect and tweak and wait

for the right day to start their diet, wait until they can get to the grocery store to

buy this one thing.

People will plan until they're blue in the face with the assumption of, "I wanna just

get it perfect I want to have everything set up and perfect before I start."

This can be a little bit of a slippery slope.

There's a term I heard called paralysis by analysis that I think is a really great description

of this.

You plan so much to make things perfect, it's just another form of procrastination and you

don't ever end up actually starting, or you get too overwhelmed from all of that information

so all I always recommend for you to do is just start.

It's super important for you to continue learning but think about learning and tweaking as reactive

instead of proactive.

Just start, figure it out as you go because that's going to be the best way to tailor

things to what works best for you.

This is a huge one, if you talk to anyone that's ever lost weight they'll usually agree

that they wish they had done this or they wish they had done this even more.

The more data and the more documentation you have, it's gonna be easier to spot how far

you've come.

You don't need to share this with anybody but you need to take pictures, you need to

take measurements, you need to weigh yourself, get all of that documented and started.

The longer you're losing weight the more invaluable that becomes.

So just don't be embarrassed, tuck it away in a folder on your computer if you need to

and don't look at it again, but it's going to be really really important down the line

and you're going to wish you had done it if you don't.

Take some time when you're first starting off, look for any weak points in your diet.

Look for some easy changes you could make.

We all usually have our problem areas and problem foods, and trying to identify those

and figure out what you could switch them with is a really great place to start.

The example I always use for this for me was soda and sugary drinks.

I used to drink probably 2 liters of mountain dew every day and probably another liter worth

of random fruit juices that are just loaded with sugar.

So all I did, I took all of that soda and juice that I was drinking and just swapped

it for diet soda.

Obviously you don't want to be drinking that much diet soda forever, but when you're just

starting off you kind of have to think of it as a lesser of two evils sort of thing.

And then once you're a little bit more comfortable and settled into your new diet that's something

you can look at down the line, trying to switch and incorporate more water instead of all

that diet soda.

But the big thing I really like to recommend with this, make a conscious effort not to

change anything else in your diet.

When you start to be a little bit more conscious of what you're eating because you're starting

this journey and you make an effort not to change you really see all of the bad stuff

that you eat and eventually it's going to make you want to change so don't try and do

too much too soon.

Pick that easy tweak or two to your diet and just consciously continue to do everything

else the same.

If you eat fast food for dinner every night, keep doing that, just switch to diet soda

and keep eating your fast food.

This is a real long game move when it comes to weight loss but trust me it makes things

so much nicer because after a month or two of getting used to that easy change that you

made you're going to be so ready to incorporate some healthier food into your diet.

Whenever you're excited and ready to make those changes you're a lot more likely to

stick to them.

So sometime down the line after making those initial easy changes, you know typically 1-3

months, you're going to be ready to make those next steps.

This is where the real work comes in, you want to figure out what your daily calorie

burn is, also known as your TDEE, talked about this plenty of times before.

But you want to figure out what that number is and start tracking your daily calories

and you want to aim for 500 less than that number that you calculated.

500 calories less than that number is going to equate to about 1lb of weight loss per

week which is a really great place to start.

And I also can't stress this enough, don't cut out any food groups from your diet.

I don't know how else to make it more clear for everybody because I talked about this

so many times before but I still get those comments that people are excited to start

so they're like "Yeah, I cut sugar, I cut starch, I cut dairy, I cut this, I cut that..."

You don't need to do that.

I really truly believe there's room for all foods no matter how healthy or unhealthy into

everyone's daily diet without having to implement all of those difficult to follow restrictions.

Obviously changes are going to need to be made to your diet if you've been eating junk

food and you're obese for your whole life but I don't think a lot of people realize,

if you're honestly and accurately tracking your calories, those issues will kind of solve

themselves.

You're going to want more bang for your buck in terms of what you eat and the volume and

all that sort of stuff, and that's a skill that just gets better and stronger the more

that you learn and the more that you practice.

But don't try and start off being perfect with this, you'll figure it out along the

way.

The key is adherence, you want to keep going no matter what so you want to make it as easy

as possible.

So by this point you've jumped into your weight loss, you've documented your starting point,

you've made those easy changes and got comfortable with those so you started tracking your calories,

now all that's left is to follow through and celebrate the little wins along the way.

No matter how much weight you have to lose wether it is 100 plus pounds like I had to,

or 10 pounds, it's going to take a lot longer than you realize most likely.

So you need to make sure you're staying honest, you're staying accurate with everything that

you're doing with your weight loss and in turn, you want to celebrate those wins and

those milestones along the way.

All of the steps that we already talked about are going to be necessary for you to actually

have the success and to be able to celebrate those wins, but you want to make sure and

give yourself the credit where credit is due.

So I would encourage you all, don't over complicate this, follow these steps.

I'm going to be linking this video to everyone that is wondering how to start so I hope this

helped for you, I hope you enjoy this.

I would love to hear what problems you're experiencing right now with your weight loss,

I've talked about just about everything I know at nauseam, sometimes I feel like I have

nothing left to teach you, so if there are any gaps in my teaching please let me know,

let me know your situation down below, I can use it for a future episode.

That is going to be all this week everybody, keep working towards those goals, until next

time I will talk to you all later.

Have a good one.

What to do if you find an abandoned baby deer - Realtor Tony Browton - Duration: 1:00.

Fawns are born late May and early June which means anytime now, you might get to see a

mother with her new baby.

If you find a baby deer all alone, know that it isn't lost or orphaned.

For the first weeks of its life, a fawn can spend 95 per cent of its time sleeping or just laying down.

It also has very little scent which means predators can smell the mom but not her

offspring.

For these reasons, the mother doe will find a safe spot for her baby and then leave for

the better part of the day in order to not draw predators to her vulnerable child.

If you stumble upon a small deer sleeping in tall grass or even your backyard, just

leave it alone.

Its mother still loves it and will visit throughout the day to check on her baby and to feed it.

For more information on baby deer and what to do if you find one you believe is hurt

or injured, visit the links in this video's description.

collect so I'll be reading your answers in this video and but of course we need

new question for for this week which I have not thought it of yet um huh give

me a minute how about let's continue with with this theme of collecting and

tell me would you ever consider selling your collection and why leave your

answers in the comments below and I will read them next week now let's see what

you guys like to collect or what you do collect and we are going to start - not

afraid now let's see what it is you guys like to collect xingcat says I collect

rubber ducks why am I looking that way why am I looking that way I collect

rubber ducks I have thousands of them well I want to see all thousands of them

because I think I've only seen a very small tiny portion of your entire

collection so I'd like to see all of them that would be cool to me Tialisa

collects art supplies and books both of which are really good did you see the

background here has tons of art supplies for you the error in the last video also

started off hurt which I've actually found a better way to make that error

now so I'm kind of happy about that I wish I would have known that before I

would thank you Kroko for telling me about it and as for the humble bundle

stuff easiest way for you less stressful on your that way well merci beaucoup I

will do that then my mother says collecting a well I'm always on the

lookout for old coins and I used to collect beanie babies got a lot of them

right now we're just on the lookout still for old coins yes I have a huge

coin collection as well and so does Benni Benni collects games

hashtag fallout and coins from around the world okay let me let me just show

you my coin collection here here's one thing 2 3 & 4 5 6 7 & 8

nine quarters no no other coin do I have as much of there's ten eleven

twelve and thirteen so I have I have crap ton of things are here at crap ton

of coins most of them like I said are quarters I have toonies loonies dimes

pennies nickels excuse me and some foreigner coins as well and then some other

random coins that are more like medals or tokens or something like that

and yeah interesting things and Kroko collects dust because he's too lazy to wipe it

out every week well and you should see my desk as well we've actually had um

written out a bit because of the pine trees outside there's all this yellow

dust crap it's the pollen from the pine trees literally everywhere like it's

coming in the windows our car is completely caked in the stuff and was

coming in the windows and it's going like on my computer and my laptop down

there my keyboard and mouse everything it's ridiculous the dlt dav collects toy

rabbits don't judge me I'm 14 no worries I don't mind at all

because I can't show it now because it's in a huge bag and it's somewhere but I

have a ton of stuffed animals not not just rabbits but just a ton of stuffed

animals lots of them literally tons of them there's a huge giant like hockey

duffel bag full of them and then some more

so what ghosthawk says a lot in here but mostly what I'm going to read here

is what I like to collect well I've always liked collecting trading cards

whether it be yu-gi-oh Pokemon or Magic the Gathering one of the biggest things

I like to do is record myself opening a box because I've always liked to watch

people like maxmofoPokemon just open any pack of cards so entertaining

but yeah that's what I like to collect cuz I do have and I do have some on me

he just likes to collect more because because he likes having the rare cards

rare cards are the cool ones absolutely I totally agree and I have something to

show you again okay now see I I don't really have too many pokemon cards and

the ones that I did have I think I gave most of it away but here's here's No oh

this is wrong one I'm opening it out of order whatever it doesn't matter here is

what one one binder full of my yu-gi-oh cards I'm sorry

it's not really in the video very nicely and I'm sorry that it's also ghost-like

because of the shiny in the green and I keep bumping the mic so you guys are

going to a lot of tapping on the mic but that's

not all because you see here I have bumped the mic again have a second

binder this one's actually the first one because I put them in order

oh no hurts falling out hundreds more I'm pretty sure I have about 2,000 give

yo cards in total over 2,000 and again the microphone over 2,000 cards in total

thing is I've actually been trying to sell these for a little while now

because I don't collect him anymore and they're kind of just sitting here in

binders so I've been trying to sell them I was able to sell a few and I feel I

mean like 10 cards last year or something so hooray

and last but not least we have Evka Ferkova I'm sorry if I pronounced that

incorrectly who collects postcards written and stamped have around a

hundred thirty postcards from many countries and I've also sent mine to

other people from around the world which is really really cool to me for some

reason that's always really it it's always seemed really cool to me but it's

not something I've ever collected myself oh I forgot also Kroko collects

achievements in in steam games he's Achievement Hunter so yes that is

another thing okay and finally what I like to collect I collected ten

different things you've already seen my coin collection I also collect a bunch

of different like um glass vials that or tubes or whatever like I really like the

test tube thing this actually came from we got some vanilla bean and this is

what they came in and there's like four others that are there I just need to

finish using the vanilla bean for something and then I can keep them or

there's something like this I feel that this one I did a long time ago I used to

do all these sand art things and I found this these bottles four different

bottles like this where there's like a bottle inside a bottle or a container

inside but it's it's really cool you can do these two spells right so the one is

filled with sand that goes down to here the other one can be filled with

whatever else so I thought these were really really freaking cool and I feel

part of well I filled the inside ones with sand like I said I got four of them

fill the inside ones with sand and outside with water

a couple of them I think one of them had a hole in the bottom or something so it

kind of leaked and then I have another one similar that I haven't done anything

with yet but there's that I have a ton more like that I excuse me I have a ton

of little little tiny corked well not not like this but they're like little

tiny corked bottles or like this big I think some of them were like that tall

and the others and and this thin and the others are like this fat or something

like that now no I also really enjoy our glasses although I only have one I only

have one so far and that's this one so there's that but I want more our glasses

they look problem with those things is they're freaking expensive I'm going to

turn the green screen off for now so you guys can see this and so something else

I really really enjoyed collecting and probably other than my coin collection

is my biggest collection that I have and that is knives I really really like

knives now I have two that are very very similar to you see that very similar to

this one it's got a little bear design on it which I thought is which i think

is really cool and this side is actually missing that that part of the wood is

missing that I have another one exactly like this exactly the same but on here

it says my name this one's supposed to say the same as well there's a couple

knives that are missing from my collection one isn't the very first

knife I ever got which was this mini very tiny little folding pocket knife

had a green wooden handle and a very short blade and also had a little loop

at the at the bottom so you could like hang it around your near neck or

something like that right that was kind of my favorite but I have no clue where

that where that one is I have another silver one that is also gone missing

it's another folding one very similar to this one except less heavy more thin but

yeah this one here the tip is kind of kind of broken you can see that there

it's it's kind of broken bent and broken off because I stabbed it through a box

and ended up hitting something the other side of the box this one here

is colored and I got it because it was colored and it was also on sale is very

very cheap and so I thought that it was really cool I have an extremely thin one

here just like this and this is one of my favorites because it's so thin the

blade is excellent as well now I have two from buck two of the unbuckle inten

hunting knives which look like this and this one here is the 1964 50 years

medallion it's got the 50 years medallion on it let me see if I can make

that look a little better there you go and this this kind of knife I really

really enjoyed it's it's heavy this one's obviously supposed to be used for

things and this would definitely be a super high quality knife I have a second

one as well that comes in a leather sheath for it literally exactly the same

knife but both of these I got I think on sale and I really enjoyed both of them

they're really excellent knives extremely sharp another from I think not

buck from browning it comes in this cute little tin with puppies on it I love

this and the knife is that it's the the knife isn't anything super special you

know is it's just a simple knife but the tin is really cute another limited

edition one from browning is this it's got two blades on it there and they're

both really cool random exacto knife another little tin thing like this one

here this one has three row there you have it three different knives like that

very cool in my opinion now some of you may or may not have seen my sword yes

it's a source this is hot huh Fang this is our wind sword from Lord of the Rings

I have this in a few of my thumbnails that I make for different gaming videos

because it's freaking cool it's seriously beautiful it has a stand over

here and everything I love it and the final three nine

for me to show you come from Ken Richardson knives I have this one these

ones are seriously beautiful these ones are the most beautiful knives I have I

absolutely love them so there's that they all have these nice little leather

sheaths this one is very small it's got an eagle design on it this this part of

the the handle up here and it's very very beautiful so there's that one I

believe this one is the biggest of them all so there's that I I love this one

because it's so darn big and then there's one that's not quite as big as

that one looks like this I've got to show you the handle of the other I'll do

that in a sec so this is what the knife looks like I love the blade design how

it's all jeweled you see that they're like all the other

little circle II circular things on here is absolutely beautiful this is this is

the reason why I got this knife it is so cool this is a small one I love it there

all the was at the drop point blades I think because that's the kind of design

that I like for a blade very beautiful in my opinion and then for the big one

freaking huge I love this thing yeah if anyone out there has seen Crocodile

Dundee he would be he'd be looking at this going now that's a knife I'd like

this this one was my favorite because it's so darn big and it just it's it's

freaking cool and the handle for it I believe that's a bear yes

turn it the other way and you'll see it's a bear sorry camera perspective and

everything very very weird it's a bear head on the on the bottom of the handle

there as well and the rest of the handle it doesn't really have too much on it

just just this of course so cool this is my favorite of course because as I said

because it's the biggest one and all of the all of the blades that kind of wrap

around they have these uh these bone bits here attached to leather and you

just kind of around so you wrap it around the handle

of the blade first and then you wrap it around here and then you can see it kind

of holds it in right there very cool and that is it for this video sorry that it

took so long I had to show off my collections of things because I liked it

it was very fun I've kind of been wanting to do that for a little while

but yeah that is the end of this video so thank you all so much for watching I

hope you enjoyed seeing my collections let me know in addition to the your

answer to the question of course which is would you ever consider selling

feathers like would you ever consider selling your collection let me know also

let me know what was your favorite part of my collections and if it's knives of

course tell me which knife is your favorite or which blade because not all

of them are knives one of them of course was a freaking sword but there's also

humblebundle up in the top right to that direction as usual there's still free

games available until June 1st I believe the link I'll put the same link up there

and see link down below there's also some new bundles there's a cosplay book

bundle and some stuff like that so go check that out

you support charity as well as supporting me for anything that you buy

using my link so I appreciate it if you use it and that is it for this video so

thank you all so much for watching and I will see you all again very very soon

have a great great week and Godbless

Explosive' New IG Report Exposes What - Duration: 10:23.

Explosive' New IG Report Exposes What We've All Been Waiting For – Trump Taking Swift

Action

It appears that a major eruption is brewing.

Surprisingly, that eruption is not set to occur in Hawaii amongst the volcanos, but

instead in Washington, D.C. as the highly anticipated and explosive release of the report

from the Justice Department's Office of Inspector General (OIG) is set to be released.

The OIG report contains the results of the investigation into the FBI's highly questionable

investigation of Hillary Clinton's use of a private server to handle her State Department

emails when she was Secretary of State.

It is expected to be released within days and many expect the report to unleash serious

consequences for the conduct, highly questionable decisions, and lack of ethics displayed by

senior-level Justice Department and FBI officials during former President Barack Obama's regime.

Former chair of the United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform and former

Representative of Utah's 3rd district, Jason Chaffetz states – "Given the tools available

to the OIG and the credibility of Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz,

the latest report could also uncover new and seriously damaging information about Clinton's

email practices, including her handling of classified information.

FBI Director James Comey (later fired by President Trump) criticized Clinton's handling of

emails in July 2016, while she was running for president against Donald Trump.

Comey said in a news conference that no reasonable prosecutor would file charges against Clinton

for acting illegally – a controversial finding.

But he stated: "Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her

colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there

is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly

classified information."

Unlike Congress, the OIG has the cooperation at the Department of Justice to do an in-depth,

full-scale investigation.

The infighting between branches of government that we see in congressional investigations

does not exist with OIG investigations because the OIG is still a part of the executive branch.

Furthermore, each of the 73 inspectors general has a full complement of special agents, auditors,

inspectors, and attorneys.

Inspector General Horowitz has a staff of 450.

By comparison, the House Oversight Committee has a staff of roughly 60.

By law, the 1978 Inspector General Act authorizes the inspectors general to access all records

and electronic communications of employees, and to provide protection for whistleblowers.

The inspectors general are nonpartisan and function independently of the agencies they

investigate.

Each federal agency is required by law to cooperate with the OIG that reviews its conduct."

Chaffetz assessment is that the OIG report could trigger some significant changes that

may be catastrophic for some Washington lifers though he expresses his understanding that

many of the American people may have low expectations of any attempt to hold government accountable.

He believes this time will be different as a previous report from the OIG's office

last month prompted the firing of FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

McCabe was found to have lied four times to the DOJ and FBI, including twice while under

oath.

McCabe, who was fired a day before he was set to collect his full pension, also authorized

a self-serving leak to the Wall St. Journal claiming that the FBI had not put the brakes

on the Clinton Foundation investigation, during a period in which he was coming under fire

over a $467,500 campaign donation his wife Jill took from Clinton pal Terry McAuliffe.

Chaffetz emphasizes the importance of the credibility of Horowitz himself, speaking

of Horowitz's tenacity and fairness during a series of investigations he conducted on

the Fast and Furious g*n-running operation and the Drug Enforcement Administration's

prostitution scandal.

Horowitz also has outstanding and impeccable legal credentials up to and including the

U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, chief of the Justice Department

Public Corruption Unit, and deputy chief of the Justice Department Criminal Division.

He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School.

As an attorney in private practice, he specialized in white collar crime, internal investigations,

and regulatory compliance.

No one on Horowitz's team is known to leak and his reports are notorious for being thorough

and well documented.

Chaffetz emphasizes his belief that Horowitz is the best shot the American people have

to actually get to the bottom of uncovering the cesspool of secrets hiding in the bowels

of President Obama's highly politicized Justice Department.

Chaffetz states: No one knows the frustration of trying to hold government agencies accountable

more acutely than I do.

When I served in the House of Representatives, I saw firsthand how good officials in the

Obama Justice Department became at hiding their tracks, stonewalling Congress, evading

federal records laws, manipulating the media narrative, and ultimately escaping accountability.

Fortunately for the American people, the truth is going to come out.

When it does, the Trump administration must act swiftly and decisively to send a strong

message that the investigative tools of the Justice Department should never be used as

political weapons."

What is Unit Testing | Code Testing #2 - Duration: 5:33.

yes I know what is testing but what exactly unit testing is we will see the

answer in this episode so let's start and with that I am your host Sarthak and

this is a channel for web development related things and don't forget to

subscribe and hit bell icon to get the notification if you want to have the

awesome videos related to level angular Vuejs react and much more things so

let's see what we are going to learn here

so unit testing what is unit testing but before that let us see what not is unit

testing so unit testing is not a software flow what that software flow

means it means it's not going to test how the user will use your project your

app or your software it's not like user will be first go to there and then will

he will go to second page and you need to test that a user can go on this way

only not not known this is not a unit testing unit testing is not just for

testing the controller it's not just using control because controller can has

many functions this means controller can has many

functionality and unit tests are not for testing whole of the controller same

unit testing is not for a simple module suppose you have a module which is going

to get the image optimize it then save to database and all these things so this

seems like lots of steps unit testing is not for module so what exactly unit

testing is you know unit means one have you ever seen I want to unit of

something so unit means one so one test for one function simple thing each

method for the test we will write tests as a method so each

method test one thing only you know only one thing so that's why I said that

controller can have many functions so one test for one function because one

function can only do one thing so that's the important part

and in every unit test you probably have one assert because if you have more than

one assert you are asserting or you are expecting two or three output for some

functionality that means you have two or three things you are checking for one

test and that's not a unit test unit test means unit checking only one

functionality at a time or one test for one functionality then unit test has to

be decoupled what that mean yes I know I have written one test that will just

going to check whether there is a user in the database or not then we have

another test which will get one user but these two things has to be separate so

it's not like if you are not running the first test second breaks if you are not

testing the second one first breaks so that has to be covered every test can

individually be tested and obviously on the flow also so test doesn't interfere

each other like I have said that if you are getting a user information for one

function one test then that functionality doesn't has to pass to

other tests each test has its own identity own data own structure nothing

else so this means each unit test doesn't share data with other tests so

this is most important thing you need to take care while testing unit tests so

what is the goal of unit test the goal of unit testing is simple that ensure

that each part of program working fine as an

isolated system getting this point most important part is work as an isolated

system so in that case unit testing is for each

functionality each system and you will write tests so this is all about unit

testing and I'm sure you'll like this episode if you haven't liked this

development things and they follow with fumes on Facebook Twitter Instagram

share this video with your developer friends so that everyone know what is

unit testing and we will meet in the next episode where we will start with

PHP unit to see how we can start from scratch with PHP unit to test a simple

thing on our PHP world so we will meet in the next episode till then good bye

Health Benefits Of Running.

Everyone knows that running is a great way to get into shape, but it also can benefit

almost every part of your bod and lift your mood.

Whether it's your favorite part of the day or something you have to push yourself through,

the benefits are undeniable.

The next time you're thinking of skipping a run, think of these 5 reasons to get your

butt out the door.

In this video we are talking about best 5 Health Benefits Of running.

So please click the subscribe batton and press the bell icon for more videos.

Number 1.

Score you Vitamin D. The human body gets most of its vitamin D

from sun exposure, but since people spend all of their time indoors, well, you know

how it goes.

That explains why 41.6 percent of Americans are deficient in the vitamin, according to

research published in Nutrition Research.

Taking your run outside can help boost your levels to ward off depression.

Number 2.

You Might Lose Weight.

Running is one of the best forms of exercise for losing or maintaining a consistent weight.

You will find that it is a leading way to burn off extra calories and that it is the

second most effective exercise in terms of calories burned per minute, following only

after cross country skiing.

Number 3.

Strengthens your Knees.

No, running doesnt wreck your knees.

It does the exact opposite.

Research from the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory shows that running (even marathoning!)

decreases the risk of knee osteoarthritis.

That may be because running increases the flow of nutrients to the cartilage in your

knee while also strengthening the ligaments around the joint.

Number 4.

Running Strengthens your Bones.

Unlike every other aerobic workout you can crank out in the gym, running is high impact,

meaning it loads and remakes your bones along with your muscles.

Swimming, cycling, and working on the elliptical dont train your bones, says Jason Fitzgerald,

a USA Track & Field-certified coach and the founder of Strength Running.

If those are the only things you do, youre at risk for weak bones and osteoporosis.

Number 5.

Running can help improve ones mood.

Those people who have been running agree that running generally alleviates their mood regardless

of what they are feeling before running.

As a matter of fact, some people use running purposely to improve their mood and it is

even recommended by some therapists.

This is not only because of the common condition known as runner's high which is caused

by the rush of feel-good hormones called endocannabinoids.

Crooked H In Huge Trouble After Pres Trump Just EXPOSED What Will Finally Bring Her Down - Duration: 2:49.

Crooked H In Huge Trouble After Pres Trump Just EXPOSED What Will Finally Bring Her Down

President Trump came out swinging Sunday morning, slamming former Obama officials, the '13

Angry Democrats' and Crooked Hillary Clinton in an explosive tweet.

The President knows the 'Art of the Deal,' furthermore, he knows how to trigger the media

and his haters without holding back.

President Trump isn't afraid to call it like he see's it, which is one of the reasons

many American's stood up and voted for him.

With that being said, it's been two years into the phony 'witch hunt' investigation

and while there is absolutely no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and

Russia, Mueller's investigation still lingers on.

Conveniently, what has been brought to light is the wrong doing's of the Obama administration,

Crooked Hillary, the FBI, CIA, and DOJ.

There was proven collusion, and now a SPY(s).

President Trump slammed Robert Mueller's 'witch hunt', referring to the "13 Angry

Democrats" on his phony probe declaring that they should have been working to investigate

Hillary Clinton controversies.

The President refers to the "13 angry Democrats" to the people on Mueller's probe who he

believes are biased and in the tank for Crooked Hillary.

Trump tweeted, "Why didn't the 13 Angry Democrats investigate the campaign of Crooked

Hillary Clinton, many crimes, much Collusion with Russia?

Why didn't the FBI take the Server from the DNC?

Rigged Investigation!"

Additionally, the president sent out a series of three explosive tweets Saturday blasting

those members and shaming Mueller's witch hunt into the phony collusion.

He questioned why the FBI and DOJ did not inform him that there were FBI informantsin

his 2016 presidential campaign.

The President tweeted, "With Spies, or "Informants" as the Democrats like to call them because

it sounds less sinister (but it's not), all over my campaign, even from a very early

date, why didn't the crooked highest levels of the FBI or "Justice" contact me to

tell me of the phony Russia problem?"

President Trump also called the Russia investigation "rigged" and mentioned that there were

conflicts of interest between the FBI informants under the Obama administration and their role

in the Trump campaign.

"This whole Russia Probe is Rigged.

Just an excuse as to why the Dems and Crooked Hillary lost the Election and States that

haven't been lost in decades.

13 Angry Democrats, and all Dems if you include the people who worked for Obama for 8 years.

#SPYGATE & CONFLICTS OF INTEREST!"

President Trump has been angry over the news that there was an FBI spy snooping around

in his campaign during the 2016 presidential election cycle and has called it "SPYGATE."

And, rightfully so, he should be MAD.

Donatello, What We Know...So Far | Rise Of The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles - Duration: 9:03.

Well, you know in this market, it's actually very difficult to find good

Subterranean housing. Hey, we could always go back to the old sewer then

Dudes and dudettes everyday we get closer to

Rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles the new show that's gonna be coming on

Nickelodeon and as we get closer, we're probably gonna be getting more and more

Looks at the show information about the show, but today I want to talk about

One specific turtle and that's Donatello and I kind of want to do these for all the turtles in the series

Leading up to this series. So this will be

One of four videos, I'm gonna do covering each Ninja Turtle in this new rise of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

While we're waiting for new information to come out

so we're just gonna do this video on Donatello and all the information that

I've found on him up to this point

And we're gonna go ahead and talk about it and then in a couple days or maybe next week

We're gonna be talking about the next turtle and so on. So today Donatello. Let's talk about them. So

Let me pull this over here and let's get all this information from turtle pedia. So that's right here and

Okay, so this is pretty much the bio so far on Donatello in the rise of the TMNT

show

Let's take a look. So it says Donatello is a mutant softshell

turtle and the team's resident tech head so

If you haven't heard each turtle is a different species of turtle

Donnie is a softshell turtle Nickelodeon actually just dropped the video on this by the way

just kind of explaining traits of the different types of turtles that they are but in the real world and

I can probably I'll splice that in here right now

When they talk about the softshell turtle, so here it is

well It turns out I cannot fix this

Softshell turtles have a flat shell that's more like a thick leathery skin than the hard shell. They're predatory carnivores

But they're also very easily scared

Especially by mutant pig people but let's talk about some of this stuff that's in the trivia here section for Donatello

So let's look at this first point right here. It says Donnie's fueled the study revolves around engineering robotics and technology

Which is pretty much what we're used to when it comes to the Donatello character, so not much has changed there

Let's take a look at this second point here

Donnie is the second oldest of the Turtles unlike previous incarnations where he was the second youngest

Which I believe they're referring to I believe

Leonardo and Raphael being the two oldest and then it was Donatello under them. So in this one, it's a little different looks like

Raphael will be the oldest if I'm not mistaken and looks like Donnie's right under them. So

It's curious or interesting how they made

Leo so young so that's it. We'll talk about that a little bit more though when we get to Leo

Okay, let's look at the next point here in this series

Donnie is a softshell turtle, which means that he may have more sensitive shell

than his brothers as

well as

previous incarnations of the character

The to compensate for his soft shell he built an entire fleet of battleships

So this is like the purple covering you see here on his shell

I don't know if you've seen pictures of it with Mike. It's almost got like

Helicopter or like turbines on it?

Where it looks like April is writing it

Kind of like like a jetpack with Donnie kind of just chillin underneath it. So I'll put that up right here, too

So that's kind of what I'm talking about. That's probably one version of

This armor or this fleet of battleships?

To see what the rest of them are gonna have when it comes to like capabilities and stuff

So definitely something to look out for as the show comes out

So the next a point here is he stated to be a little bit more confident than previous incarnations

and is known and

Knows he's good at what he does. I kind of like that about him. That's that that that's a good change. I

Kind of like the night the nineteen nineties live-action version was kind of like that. So that's kind of cool

Let's see what the next one here is he's the most mature member of the team

Interesting. That's very interesting to know

I don't want to say it's like a

leadership role but to be the most mature

or level it's almost like being the most level-headed which a leader would have to be so maybe he's kind of like

the

Default leader, but kind of like unspoken obviously Raphael is the leader because he's the oldest and strongest is what they're saying

But maybe as Leonardo and Raphael are trying to figure out which one of them really is the leader

Kind of a lot of that responsibility might fall on Donatello

It might look like that's just me speculating though

but it does say he's the most mature member of the team so I could see a lot of

decisions

Eventually kind of

being made by him just because if he is the most mature

He's probably the one that is the voice of reason in the team at least at the beginning here

So it looks like the next one says Donnie is a huge science fiction fan

so I wonder if we're gonna get any thing of him watching like older movies or kind of like

Talking about references to kind of like pop culture science fiction movies and stuff. I could see them doing that with Donnie

And then the last bit of news here or the last

Point here we have is Donnie will have a bit

We'll have a bit of a sidekick on the show. I

Don't know what that means. I don't know if he's gonna have his own sidekick. So

Definitely something we can speculate down in the comment section and that's pretty much it

I don't think I see anything else

I

didn't really talk about up here where he says he wields a

High-tech bow. So that's that one right there. That looks kind of like a spear. I probably has some capability

You've heard me in other videos. I prefer it when?

Donatello just has you know regular bo staff, but I am curious to see what this will do. I'm not really

Hating it too bad

But again, we'll have to wait and see how the show turns out but a couple more information here says Donatello

Biographical information so New York City is his home date of birth. So this version was born in

2003 so after in real time, that would make them about 15 here

when the show starts off so he'll be

15 years old

abilities ninjutsu

weapon high tech bow

occupation ninja scientists affiliation Ninja Turtles

And then just a little bit more of the same

Information that we already read up above so that's pretty much it for Donatello

That's really all we really know about the character so far also that he'll be voiced by

Josh Brener

Right here. Some of you may know him from Silicon Valley. That's where I know him from plays a character named bighead on there

It's actually quite funny on that show. So I hope some of that humor translates over into this new show

So he's great on that. So I really have no worries with him his bio here

Josh Brener is an actor, you know voice Donatello in the upcoming mines of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Okay, cool

So yeah, pretty much. He'll be waste by him

So if you know any more information on Donatello, go ahead and leave that down below

Maybe we can talk about it in a future video

If you enjoyed the video

Please go ahead and hit that thumbs up button if you like videos on

Ninja Turtles and just want more Ninja Turtles content in your life. Go ahead and hit that subscribe button

Ok guys. Thanks for watching. That's it for this one. I'll see you in a little bit with another one. Take care

What the Media Won't Tell You About the USA - Duration: 11:01.

Hey internet friends.

Once upon a time, there existed an empire so great, it extended all the way from the Atlantic Ocean

to the Euphrates River.

But the rulers of this empire were greedy and their political structure corrupt.

The sheer size of their territory, claimed through wars of conquest, proved difficult

to govern; the borders challenging to secure-- relying on slaves as soldiers, guards, and laborers.

So the leadership implemented oppressive taxation, funneling more and more money into the military,

letting the blood flow for their pagan gods.

And when this decadent empire eventually buckled under the weight of its own greed, the elite

fled, leaving behind their mighty legacy, reduced to only a mound of rubble and a few

choice paragraphs in high school world history books.

The American media, which is a documented and proven extension of the government, refuses

to address the obvious parallels between the fall of the Roman Empire and America's current

reality: the decline in moral values, resulting in incompetent and corrupt leadership,

the overexertion of the military in foreign lands, excess spending, aggressive taxation,

inflation, and the ever-widening gap between the rich and the poor.

But why would the American government want to keep its citizens in the dark about its decline--going through a great

deal of effort in cranking out propaganda for every new medium and indoctrinating young

minds with the lackluster education system?

Certainly, if most Americans knew about the state of their nation, at least a small percentage

of them would work together to find a solution.

After all, we are a nation which largely descended from immigrants and revolutionists—people

who rejected injustice and challenged tyranny.

That's why today we're going to discuss what the media won't tell us about the United States of America.

If there's one common thread that connects empires

of the past, it's the characteristics of their fall: corrupted by power, perversion, and

bloodlust—infecting the minds of the sovereign,

destroying the empire from within.

But instead of erupting into flames, the Eastern Roman Empire

smoldered all the way until 1453 AD, only forty years before Christopher

Columbus sailed to America.

Colonization of the Americas is often exemplified by the story of the Pilgrims arriving at Plymouth

in the early 1600's, with the first colony at Jamestown established to find gold and

spice, followed by the Puritans, then slaves brought over against their will, and of course,

an influx of newcomers seeking economic opportunity—the majority of that opportunity which was thwarted

post-American Civil War, leaving the American economy in the hands of a powerful few.

In 1862, while the Civil war was still waging on, Sidney Morse, the brother of famous inventor,

Samuel Morse, wrote a piece exposing the war as a British plot to enslave America's entire

free population to the money lenders.

American philosopher and writer, Lysander Spooner, reiterated Morse's claims in his book, No

Treason, stating that the British aristocracy, which at its heart, is the Rothschild banker

family, orchestrated the Civil War to divide America in half.

And it worked. Black people were slaves.

White people were slaves.

Our history on the Civil War is very misguided.

The United States was bankrupt and vulnerable after the Civil War, and seeing an opportunity

to make a dollar and lay a foundation for future plans, the Rothschilds and other European

financiers made credit available to the American government in the aftermath of the Civil war as

a means to 1.

fight President Lincoln's greenback after Lincoln was assassinated for wanting the people

to control the monetary system, not the Rothschild bankers and 2.

collect interest from those who desperately needed the money, which would be the United

States government at the the time.

In 1910, there was a secret gathering at Jekyll Island, Georgia, which laid the foundation

for the Federal Reserve System.

The meeting took place right on top of the Canaanite blood altar on the Island—which

I know sounds totally crazy, but underneath the Vatican is a pagan altar, with pagan idols

like Medusa—though, in the Vatican's case, these pagan idols are attributed to the Roman

Cult of Mithras.

But I digress…By 1913, the Federal Reserve Act was passed, handing over America's gold

and silver reserves (and ultimately the total control of Americas economy) to the

Federal Reserve Bank.

In other words, a private corporation established their private bank, acting as the central

bank of the United States, but isn't even a government institution, but a privately

owned banking system—the existence of which is unconstitutional.

The Federal Reserve controls the rise and fall, or the boom and the bust, of these financial

cycles. That's been the pattern of this unconstitutional system since its implementation: the Fed

controls the dollar to flood the market and starve the economy, causing regular people

to lose everything, sending families into generations of debt.

We, as Americans, do not control our own currency.

A foreign system does.

It's the new slavery.

Well, it's really an old practice with a facelift: Babylon debt slavery.

"The Federal Reserve is a hybrid organization: it's a partnership between the federal government and the private banks. "

When you look at it deeper than that, its essence is neither as a government agency or a private company."

"In reality, it is a cartel."

"So what's the purpose of the secrecy?"

"It's because when you look at the list of these people who went, they were the representatives of the banks...

"JP Morgan, Rockefellers, Warburgs in Germany and the Netherlands, and the Rothschilds in England."

"This was the money trust, not only of the United States but of the world."

So why, if the Civil War was fought over slavery, are we all still slaves?

Do you own your car?

Do you own your home?

Have you paid off those student loans for that fancy college degree that you earned

under the impression that it was a stepping stone to this elusive American dream that

you have to be asleep for in order to experience?

And consequently, the federal government went essentially went bankrupt in the 1930s, while social

security numbers started being assigned in 1936, tracking lifetime earnings and the number

of years individuals have worked.

During this time, we entered wars funded by bankers on both sides, the outcome of which

was the destruction of the Ottoman empire, the creation of the Zi0nist state of Israel, and the establishment

of one global government.

In our history books, we are told that Germany was the biggest loser of WWII, yet we are

not really told the full reality.

The Vatican supported Hit13r, and oh boy, was Hitler a fan of Ancient Rome.

Former American senator, Prescott Bush, funded the N@zis in the 1930s through the Union Bank. Meaning that Americans gave rise to Hitler.

If Germany really was the biggest loser in World War II, why did prominent Germans and N@z1s become integrated into our government

with the space program and Operation Paperclip?

Why does the CIA continue to utilize experiments and procedures in secret programs that mirror

that of Dr. M3ng3l3's?

Is Dr. M3ng3l3 the Dr. Green that numerous American MKUltra victims reference?

"I'm Christine Nikola, born July 1962, rendering me 32 years of age. "

"I was a subject in radiation as well as mind control and drug experiments performed by a man I knew as Dr. Green."

Arguments have surfaced,, defending H1tl3r's intentions pre-WWII, asserting that H1tl3r just wanted the best for the German

people, for their economy.

But H1tl3r knew of the Balfour Declaration of 1917, the document that promised Lord Rothschild

a zi0nist state in Palestine.

So why did H1tl3r allow himself to be pushed into WWII by Great Britain?

He knew what would happen.

He knew what the Rothschild bankers funding both sides of the war wanted.

Doesn't this make H1tl3r the biggest Zi0nist ever, by accident or by design?

Since the end of WWII, we've only seen more war.

The U.S. military is in every foreign land imaginable, with young Americans being used as cannon

fodder, like cattle for slaughter.

Just like in ancient Rome, the United States sends the military to foreign lands, not to protect

our own land, but to pursue these wars of conquest.

The U.S. allegedly fights wars for peace, but takes the spoils, like the oil.

American currency once had strength because global oil transactions were executed in the

American dollar, but times are changing.

China and its allies are ditching the petrodollar in favor of their own currency, which is convertible

into gold.

The industry once powered by the American dollar now is rivaled by a foreign currency,

slowly stomping out the power that the dollar once held, which will impact regular ol' Americans

the most.

A dozen eggs cost 25 cents in 1971.

Today, 1.68 is the price.

But we don't get any more eggs.

And on top of that, according to a 2017 report from Bankrate, "nearly six in 10 Americans don't have enough

savings to cover a $500 or $1,000 unplanned expense."

Yet the Fed continues to print as much money as they deem fit, its value created from thin

air.

All of our news, as well as our declining education system, is designed to keep us ignorant. Ignorant from the fact that

the Fed is a parasite on America.

Our government is at the will of foreign lobbyists.

The Vatican is a superpower.

Hollywood is a circus.

The breaking news headlines are a distraction.

Most colleges now are daycares--expensive ones.

Agendas are being implemented every day to divide us over race, religion, politics, and

gender, because the empire doesn't want us to know the truth.

And the truth is: Evil is a master of disguise.

Crypto-J3w, crypto-n2zi, crypto-chr1stian, crypto-Musl1m, whatever.

Throughout history, the mask has changed, but the pattern has not.

Will the masses ever awaken from their American dream?

Or will history continue to repeat itself, time after time? And, this is my opinion, but—I

want to make it clear that I believe as Americans, we have it really good by comparison, but

in my lifetime, I've never known a moment when America was not at war.

I grew up learning only the answers for standardized tests, with questions beyond "what kind of

pencil can I use to fill out this scantron?" left unanswered by my teachers, being told

that college was the well-worn path to the American dream.

But does this American dream still exist?

Did it ever exist?

What do you think, internet friends?

I always look forward to reading your comments.

Hawaii volcano eruption latest: Has lava reached geothermal plant? What are the dangers?

THE threat from the erupting Kilauea volcano on Hawaii's Big Island reached new heights

on Sunday when lava covered a potentially explosive well at a geothermal power plant.

Lava breached the Puna Geothermal Venture (PGV) plant overnight, Hawaii County Civil

Defense Agency said but the well and a second well 100 feet away are "stable and secure."

Hawaii Governor David Ige said the plant was "sufficiently safe" from the lava which

has plowed through backyards and streets and burned dozens of homes.

He said the flow started about 200 yards away from the nearest well but explained safety

precautions were in effect before the breach.

The plant is situated on the southeast flank of the volcano, nestled between residential

neighbourhoods and provides around 25 percent of electricity on the Big Island.

The agency said: "Lava flow from Fissures 7 and 21 crossed into PGV property overnight

and has now covered one well that was successfully plugged.

"That well, along with a second well 100 feet away, are stable and secured, and are

being monitored.

Also due to preventative measures, neither well is expected to release any hydrogen sulfide."

Molten rock was expected to continue to flow across the PGV facility, according to the

U.S Geological Survey as volcanologist continue to closely monitor Kilauea.

The plant was shut down shortly after Kilauea began spewing lava on May 3 and authorities

removed 60,000 gallons of flammable liquid and deactivated the wells which tap into steam

and gas deep in the Earth's core.

Officials capped 10 of the 11 wells and they were quenched - a process in which the well

is injected with water to cool it.

An 11th well was plugged with bentonite clay after proving resistant to quenching efforts.

Mike Kaleikini, plant spokesman, said there has been no release of the poisonous hydrogen

sulfide on the site, which is the greatest fear should lava hit the wells.

He told Hawaii News Now: "All of the production wells nearest to the lava flow are plugged

and shut in.

"As long as conditions are safe, we will have personnel on site.

Primary concern is sulfur dioxide from the eruption and lava coming on site.

"We monitor for hydrogen sulfide and sulfur dioxide on a continuous basis."

Governor Ige told a news conference on Sunday authorities "feel confident that the risk

is mitigated".

However officials have said they are unsure if hydrogen sulfide is the only possible hazard

from the plant if lava interacts with the wells.

There could be further hazards, but as lava has never engulfed a geothermal plant anywhere

in the plant before, the potential threat is untested.

Hawaiian residents fear an explosive emission of deadly hydrogen sulphide and other gases

should wells be ruptured.

Lava flows were travelling at faster rate on Sunday and residents were urged to "evacuate

immediately" after an active fissure in the Leilani Estates began belching out red-hot magma.
