Diligent At School -- KARNA Su Sayang Parody

Usually lazy to go to school

Because only study there

But if at home

I can play slime as much as I want

Don't like MATH the most

Doing the homework makes me dizzy

Better if no joining course

Please, when could I play?

Come on all kids

Don't be just lazy, be a good boy

Create more, not play only

If usually play squishy first, play game with no limit

Borrow mom's phone for funny picture

Borrow mom's phone for funny picture

Sharpen your talent, give benefit to others

Because if you just keep it

wouldn't become any great person

Now be diligent to school, be good example to all

Don't forget to pray

For our beloved country

Okay grandpa

Now I understand why

Now I understand why

Mama usually get mad of me

It's so reasonable, because mom loves Chiara

There's nothing to lose

We obey our dad and mom

We obey our dad and mom

Be diligent at school

To be like HIM (Mr President)

Come on all kids

Trick or Treating 2018 Hours Today: When Does It Start Near Me | Heavy.com - Duration: 5:00.

Trick or Treating 2018 Hours Today: When Does It Start Near Me | Heavy.com

It's Halloween, which means that there will be trick or treaters all over the country, knocking on doors and ringing bells for candy.

But, what time does all of this start? In some areas, trick or treating has been rescheduled because of weather.

For example, in areas of Illinois, trick or treating was rescheduled for Friday, November 2, 2018.

But, for those across the country, who are venturing out for candy today, trick or treating times can range from 2 – 9 p.m.

local time.

Just to be safe, however, we would say that the best hours to go trick or treating range from 4 – 8 p.m.

According to TrickorTreatTimes.com, many cities officially kick off their trick or treating around 5 – 6 p.m.

local time.

Some people prefer to start trick or treating when at sunset.

For example, according to AL.com, the sunset time in Alabama tonight is approximately 5:53 p.m., so many people will head out for trick or treating around 6 p.m.

Find out what time the sun sets in your area today here.

In recent years, there has been a decline in door-to-door trick-or-treaters because of all the candy-collecting events put on by communities, to ensure safe Halloween experiences.

There are trunk or treat events, as well as designated trick or treating areas, to keep children under a watchful eye for the holiday.

For those unfamiliar with "trunk or treating," these are events where members of the community gather up their cars with Halloween decorations and have candy in the trunks for trick or treaters.

Castina Wingard, a stay-at-home mother who lives in Silver Spring, Maryland, told The Atlantic that, "I always count how many trick or treaters we get, because my mom did that growing up, and we get fewer than 10 every year.

We have tons of kids in our neighborhood.

Our lights are on, and we have jack o' lanterns out and nobody really comes to our door.".

As for why this may be happening, Halloween historian Lesley Bannatyne explained that, "When you don't have kids and you don't know your neighbors, you're less apt to turn on the light and put out a bowl of candy.

And the kids who are looking for Halloween neighborhoods look down their street and they only see one light, and they just don't bother." So, it may not be that there is a decline in trick or treating.

Trick or treaters just may be opting to carry out activities at Halloween events that will end up more fruitful.

The age limit for trick or treating, in many areas, is 12 years old.

In fact, some towns have penalties for trick or treating over a certain age.

Keep that in mind when planning your Halloween outing.

In addition, some towns have curfews in place for the night.

And, with many communities cracking down harder on age limits for trick or treaters, that does cut out a percentage of kids roaming the streets.

When trick or treating tonight, if you are unsure what time to end your candy gathering, a good rule of thumb is to stay away from houses without their front or porch lights on.

They are usually not participating in trick or treating or they are done for the night.

I am going to tell you the reasons that it is very unlikely that you will see

real money by licensing your idea

so this subject has been coming up a lot in the comment section and I want to

talk about it again I've been doing a little bit of research and have been

seeing that if you go out and try to license your invention idea you're going

to get about three to five percent for your invention now when I say three to

five percent what do I mean there's an old trick in the movie industry and I

think it applies here to young filmmakers would go out they get excited

they write their movie script and a few of them would go to let's say wanted to

film festivals and then a movie studio would come along and buy their script

the typical range that a studio would pay for those scripts is anywhere from

twenty-five thousand to let's say three hundred thousand up front for the script

and for the filmmaker who is broke that's a lot of money right there but

they would also sign a contract that would say that they would get say

anywhere from one to three percent of what they call the back end

well that back end is an interesting thing so let's say the movie gets

released and it makes a hundred million dollars there have been quite a few

low-budget films over the year that have been very successful and there were

young filmmakers that had license their script to those movie companies so

imagine the movie does a hundred million dollars in this filmmaker is all excited

because he's doing the math and he says 100 million dollars he's gonna get three

percent oh my god he's getting three million dollars he's rich

did you know that even George Lucas got involved with a product licensing deal

just watch the documentary on Netflix called the toys that made us it took him

a long time to get back the rights and make real money on his products that's

the trick so here's how it really works so remember the movie made a hundred

million dollars but that was in ticket sales it's changed a lot now but years

ago it was typical that the box office would split the proceeds with the studio

so a hundred million dollars would basically be 50 million for the studio

and a million for distributors but here's

where the math even gets worse so we're at 50 million there's also a lot of

marketing and expenses to go into making that movie popular not to mention a

distribution of the film's back then and now video but back then it was film

reels and by the time you were done with all the expenses you're looking probably

at about twenty million dollars on a hundred million film that the studio

made but then don't forget you have all the business expenses that go along with

that we're talking about the overhead at the studio the employees the expenses

for the graphics the television commercials - everything that had to do

with making that film down to the catering so think about that every

single expense came off the top by the time the young filmmaker got their

paycheck it was only a few dollars and actually not a few dollars he's probably

a couple of thousand maybe a hundred thousand if they were lucky but that 3%

really turned out to be a lot less than they had anticipated and when we're

talking about licensing our product ideas we're talking about the exact same

thing so you go out there and you license your product idea let's say you

are lucky enough to get five percent what does that five percent mean is that

five percent of the gross is that five percent of the net is that five percent

of the profits read your contract you might be surprised so let's take an item

it sells for and when we're talking about licensing I'll pick a typical

number let's say we're talking about an item it sells for $25 that's a retail

price but maybe it only cost $10 to make in China or whatever we'll just use that

number remember you have a whole distribution chain in between so really

you're talking about a $10 product that it costs you to make that we're selling

to distributors probably for between 12 and 15 dollars and then they're

retailing at 25 so you're really only making a few dollars on each item even

when it's selling for 25 if a company is making a product for $10 they still have

the cost of distributing it that's all the employees that were used to

advertise the product to potential resellers that's all the advertising

that goes into them marketing them online television radio print material

however they do their marketing all the employees that were used to you know

sell your product to stick it into boxes to put it on trucks the expense of the

gas to get the truck from one distribution to the other the expense of

the Union truck driver to get him to drive the truck from one distribution

place to another by the time you get any money for your invention idea from

licensing there is nothing left and I'm actually gonna do another video about

this and it's gonna be about the taxes as a small business owner and when I say

small business that can be a business that's making you know 100 million

dollars in America that's still probably considered a small business if they're

making a hundred million a year even if that business is making all kinds of

money selling products unless they're publicly traded the last thing they want

to do is to claim a profit on anything because that means that they have to pay

taxes on that money so as a business owner it is a business person's job to

take any profits from the things that they make or do and to reinvest them in

the business to make the business grow so that they can make more revenue keep

the money within the business and pay little in terms of profit now for you

guys that are all about you know greedy corporations and you don't want to hear

this I'm sorry but that's the way it works the more revenue that my company

makes the more money that I begin to spend on the business and as a country

wherever you're located that's what you want businesses to do because we can

spend the money better than our governments we can hire people we can

buy real estate we can invest in technology we can invent new things

that's what we do with money that we keep instead of paying taxes and

where does the money that we pay taxes go really think hard about this are we

investing in the future of our country or are we investing in the future of our

government because if you pay taxes you know that your money is better spent by

you than anybody around you in government you know if the guys from all

these other inventions shows haven't found my channel yet they're going to be

hearing a lot of me pulling the curtain away and showing what they are doing to

you is the inventor and I hope you're listening I hope you hear what these

people are doing to you yes they may be making you a little money but you can

make more for yourself just like you can spend your money better than the

government can you can earn your money better than

those licensing people can help you to make money

you

How To Make Money In Real Estate - Duration: 11:46.

Kris Krohn here and today we're talking about "How to make money in real estate?"

If you have ever wanted financial freedom, if you've ever wanted to live in

your dream house, if you've ever wanted to travel the world, if you've ever

wanted to drive the car that you want. If you've ever wanted most importantly the

time freedom to do what you want, with from your life when you want, with who

you want, then I'm going to tell you right now. Real estate has created more

millionaires than anything else bar none. So today, I'm going to talk to you about how

to make money in real estate. So, check it out. Today I'm going to be sharing with

you the two most important secrets, the two most important elements of how you

can start making money in real estate right now. Because my very first deal,

when I increase my net worth $40,000 as a young 23 year old,

I'm going to tell you that was mind-blowing for me. Because I was making less than

$20,000 a year at the time.

I mean imagine... Imagine in one moment, signing a piece of paper and that on

paper at least, increasing your net worth $40,000. A short time later, I was

actually able to refinance that property and pull out nearly

$20,000. 20 grand in hand. Also that exact same house, I was renting out and it was

cash flow me $550 dollars a month. What would you do with

an extra $550 a month? Listen, whether you're a CEO

making $200,000 a year, 550 extra dollars a month, every month,

no matter what, that's a really big deal. Or if you're a young, poor, dumb, like I

was when I was in college and I had nothing going for me,

$550 a month, that was huge. That was that like covered my rent, right? I

mean, that was a really big deal. Now, to make this money in real estate, there are

two core elements that I want to share with you. And as I share them with you, I

want you to understand. I'm not going to share anything that's rocket science. In

fact, I can't tell you how many millionaires I've met in real estate

that probably are below the average IQ. I mean, I don't want to be rude or

cruel in any kind of way. But this stuff is not rocket scientist. This is stuff... I

mean listen, if I can do it, you can do it. I actually wanted to go to college and

be a doctor and I was told that I was I was too dumb, I was too stupid because I

just... I didn't do well in my chemistry classes.

I had to harness a different type of intelligence. And I want to share with

you an intelligence that's along the lines of Street Mart smart. So, if you got

street smarts, you're really going to like what I'm going to share with you today. Okay,

2 things that you're going to need. See this? It's not peanut or butter and it's

definitely not peanut butter. That's my camera producer this guy's crazy. He

wants so badly for me to slip up and say peanut butter on stage. He's trying to do

inception on me. It's not working Nate. Alright. So check it out. Peanut butter

is not what you need although that is like seriously favorite food of mine.

Alright. So, before I share these 2 things, I'm going to share something that you have

probably heard before. It's called buy low, sell high. Like Warren Buffett.

Richest man in the world that's given away (How many?) tens of billions of

dollars now. 85% of all of his wealth. He'll tell you that buy low sell high is

really how he created all his wealth. He's done it in real estate and he's done it

in business and that's the core competency. Now buy low, sell high. Just so

you understand what that means, if you buy something for 50 cents and you sell

it for a dollar then you make a 50% profit and you make 50 cents on that

buck, right? Well in real estate, we're going to apply buy low sell high to the two

most important elements of how to make money in real estate. And at the end of

this video, I'm going to actually share with you how you can access some of the

free resources that I have that I can give you that can jump you right into

real estate and give you the tools that I wish I had that I got started. I mean, I

retired after four and a half years in it. You know, I'm actually working today.

Loving my life and helping a lot of people with what I'm doing. You got to do

something when you're retired, right? You got to do something when you don't need

money. And for me, that's giving back to you. So

take notes, classes in session. Number 1, equity. I'm going to define what this

term is and why it's important. When you buy a house, buy low, sell high. Let's say

that you have a house that is worth... It has a value of $100,000. It's a hundred

thousand dollar house. But let's just say for a moment that you can purchase this

house for $80,000. That's $20,000 below what it actually cost, what it's actually

worth. Now, think about that for a moment. That $20,000 is what you increase your

net worth by when you buy that house. And if you sell that house down the road,

there's money you're going to get because you bought low and because

you sold high. So equity is a really important element. The second most

important element that I want to teach you today is what's called cashflow. And

I'm even going to give you one of my top strategies today. So, here's what cash

flow means. (Cash flow means I dropped the board.) Cash flow means that I have a

mortgage on this house. And let's say my payment is $600 a month. But let's say

I'm able to rent this house for $800 a month. There's a discrepancy. You're going to

collect $800 this month but you're going to have to only spend $600 of it on, you

know, the mortgage. So there's $200 leftover. That's called a cash flow. This

is a part of buy low, sell high. There's an arbitrage here. An arbitrage measures

the difference between what you owe and what you can get. In real estate, I'm not

talking about becoming a realtor, I'm not talking about becoming an agent. I'm

talking about how do you leverage these two things right here to financially

improve your life right now. What can you do in the next 30 days that will

increase your net worth and actually put money in your pocket?

Well, let's actually apply this to something very real. One of my strategies

that I use out there is if you were to buy a house. And by the way, if you don't

have the means or the money to buy a house, then you're going to want to click

the link in the description and I will actually show you all the ways that I

buy real estate with no money and no credit because I bought four houses last

week. And it cost me $0. And there's a reason why. So click that link. And by

the way, if you're new to the channel and you haven't subscribed, I'm going to be

dropping wealth on you every single day. So make sure that you take care of that

right now. I'm watching. Now, equity and cash flow, here's what you're actually

doing. If you can buy a house, I'm actually going to show you strategy

today called lease option. Lease option is not just do a straight rental, it's

actually like a rent to own. In this situation, if it was worth a hundred

grand and I bought it for $80,000 then my mortgage is 600. But I'm not

going to rent it for 800. I'm going to rent it for $1,000. And the reason why I'm going to

rent it for $1,000 a month is because I'm going to say to somebody, "Hey, I'm going to

put a rent-to-own sign in the yard. Say, hey how many of you want to buy a

house and not rent. Stop throwing your rent money away but you're scared to go

to a bank and go through the qualification process." I learned from

some of my early mentors. Basically, if strategy on how to do this. And in my

book, which you can download. It's called The Straight Path to Real Estate Wealth.

And it's basically all about how do you create wealth through buying homes. So,

this lease option system that I'm teaching you right now is one where you

get a good deal on the house and then whatever your payment is, you're actually

going to get a couple hundred dollars. 2 to 3 hundred dollars more a month

than you would just straight renting it. So now, we're not at a $200 month cash

flow, we're at a $400 month cash flow. It could be a $500 month cash flow. You know,

that's pretty typical on the real estate idea. To get cash flows like that when I

do this Lease Option system. Well now here you are, making an extra

$400 a month. And guess what's happening with that property over time?

It's appreciating in value. You can't count on it but you should account for

it. Because real estate what? Over time it, it appreciates. It goes up in value. So

now, you have an asset. That asset is paying you, you also have a liability, you

have a mortgage, you have a debt. But the asset and the cash flow off of it is

actually bigger. So, you're maintaining the debt. You're controlling the debt and

you're getting this money left over. Now, let's say that I do this for 5 years.

And five years I go to sell this house. Let's say in 5 years, the houses now

may be worth $120,000. And let's say that the

mortgage started off at 80. But let's say that I'd paid it down now to 70,000

Well, if I a 70 and I can sell it for 120, guess what? That's

$50,000. But in the 5 years I've also been collecting $400

a month cash flow. And by the way, you didn't know this but when they moved

in, they actually gave you $5,000 non-refundable down payment because they

want to be able to buy it. 5 years passes, they go to buy it. I don't really

have the selling fees that I normally do, I don't have the realtor 6%

fees I can normally do. So, I'm going to get most of this $50,000. I'm

going to maybe share some of that money back with them. Let's say I share 10

grand back with them. I make 40 here and I've been making $400

over the last five years. That's another $25,000.

So now, all of a sudden, I sell this home, I make $65,000.

And I did it all with understanding buy low, sell high.

Primarily on just two features. Equity and cashflow. I'm not talking about the tax

benefits and the many other benefits that come with real estate. In fact, I can

even show you one of the best parts of this is that you get to be hands-off.

You're not actively managing the property. I told it breaks. They're fixing

it because guess who wants to buy the house? The people, the owners that want to

become the technical owners on title. So, this strategy is what I leveraged on my

first 25 properties. It created a 6-figure residual income. It allowed me

to quit my job. And now, the cool thing is I get to pretty much do whatever I want

with my life. Now, that was 13 years ago when I retired.

In fact, just yesterday. I turned 39 years old. It's freaking crazy and wild. And

I've been to as many countries as I am old. So I've been traveling the world

I've been doing some amazing things. I can tell you some of my favorite beaches

and I... I don't share that to brag. I want you to understand that I haven't been

under the oppression of having a job. My life got unmortgage and I got

to go off financial life support when I created my own freedom. A lot of people,

they're not actually living life on their terms. They're not living life the

way they want. They're living life on their boss's terms. They're living life

on somebody else's wavelength on how someone else's society says you're

supposed to financially do money and live life. And I'm telling you, do you

like that? Even if you like your job, do you really want to have to work 40, 50,

60 hours a week? Now, I don't want you to become an unproductive number of society.

I want you to become a more productive member of society.

You see, the best part of wealth hasn't been the cars in the house and the trips

and taking care of my family. And even as great as the freedom has been. It's

really been the freedom to do the things that feel right that create fulfillment

in my life. What would you do if you didn't have to have a job? What would you

do if you could afford to do anything that you wanted? I'm not talking about

being a playboy and living it up however you want. I'm really just talking about

what is the life that you want to live that is the most on purpose for you. That

feels the best, that feels the most right. Takes freedom for many of us to go to

live that life. The strategies that I'm sharing with you, can absolutely do that

for you. Now, for those of you that are new to my

channel, subscribe. But for those of you that say, "Kris, what's my next step? How

do I get good deals? How do I get the awesome cash flow?"

I can show you how to do it. I've been teaching people how to do it ever since

I retired from it. And I can tell you that I've helped over 3,000 people to

date. Transact nearly a billion dollars in real estate.

My clients are making more money than they ever have. Over 70 million dollars

in the last 5 years of what my clients have brought in. From what I can

teach you, if you click the link in the description below. When you go there,

you're actually going to get access to learning about my entire system and how

I can mentor you. How I can take you under my wing. And I'm telling you right

now, learning how to do real estate that doesn't take money and doesn't take

credit. That's a game-changer for anybody.

Juan Mata has given a revealing insight into the 'intense' way that Unai Emery works and what Arsenal's head coach demands from his players

Mata - who has been linked with a move to Arsenal in recent weeks - played under Emery when the Spaniard was in charge at Valencia

And in an extract from Emery's biography which has been published by the Telegraph, the Manchester United star describes just what it is like as a player to work under the 46-year-old

"I think what's special about Unai is the way he communicates," said Emery. "In his talks, he used to write three, four or five things on the board: those were the points he was going to bring up

Sometimes it was five phrases or metaphors he was going to explain. I've never seen that with my other managers

"They usually revolved around phrases about positivity, camaraderie, the values he wanted to create in his team

He communicated by means of the points he had written down.  "His talks could go on and on because he didn't notice the time, but what he said was always intense, and he would ask you questions

It became a kind of seminar."  Emery is known as a coach who is hugely demanding on the training pitch and he has certainly changed things drastically at Arsenal since his arrival at the summer

The training regime has completely changed at London Colney, with several members of the squad having admitted they have never been worked so hard

And the changes introduced at Colney certainly seem to be having an effect, with Arsenal currently in the midst of a 12-game unbeaten run, with 11 of those matches ending in victories

Recalling one particular aspect of what it was like on the training pitch with Emery, Mata recalled: "Unai is the manager who works hardest at set-pieces

And he would change tactics depending on who we were facing. He was constantly coming up with new ideas

"We were often surprised, because it could seem very complicated and you had to concentrate a lot, apart from anything else trying to remember what the plan was for different games, because it changed all the time!  "I remember above all a free-kick we used to do in the middle of our opponents' half

Instead of sending the ball up the middle of the pitch where everyone was crowding in, we would put two players on each side and two in the centre

"At the sides, one player screened the other, who darted forward towards the far post

The player taking the free-kick would raise an arm to show which side the ball would go

I don't know if Unai still does it, but if it's the right arm, then it's going to the right-hand side!" Keep up to date with the latest news, features and exclusives from football

♪♪

So, we ended season 2 with the portal to hell

being open and hell loose on Earth.

And we don't really have the budget to have hell on Earth.

[Laughter]

So, the solution was to create private hells.

And everybody has their little private idea

of hell on Earth.

What is your, like, phobia, hell, ugh, please no?

You absolutely accidentally nailed it for me,

because my private hell would be being confined

to a mental institution.

Like, the idea of, "You're crazy.

No one believes you. This is your life now,"

is absolutely terrifying to me. Yeah.

When I got put in the restraints, I was like,

"So, this is what it's gonna feel like!"

[Laughter] "But tighter!"

What about you? Private hell?

High-up spaces that I can jump off of.

Like, my wife, Nicole, was in charge of the wedding,

and I was in charge of the honeymoon.

And, so, I set us up in Tuscany

with all these activities, and one was to take

a sunrise hot-air balloon up over the vineyards,

and I forgot I'm afraid of heights.

[Laughter]

And, so, we got up in this hot-air balloon.

We're up, I don't know, thousands of feet.

And we're going along, and I had a meltdown.

And I wound up ashen on the floor laying down.

Now, if you had had me tethered to the balloon,

I would have been fine. Interesting.

But I wanted to jump out of the thing.

Cut to Giuseppe flirting with my wife.

[Laughter]

Pretty brazen. Like, "He's in the basket with us."

Yeah. Yeah.

He's in the basket with us.

That's mine.

What is your private hell, Deborah?

Uh, definitely clowns.

I was doing makeup at Six Flags

and I decided, "Oh, I'm gonna go see some of my work."

That was a terrib-- I did the makeup,

and I still had to be removed.

This is my private hell.

I literally do feel I'm gonna get stuck

in an elevator right as I have to go to the bathroom.

No one's gonna find me,

and eventually someone's gonna open the door

and there's gonna be a skeleton and a dry puddle.

And that's a genuine fear that I have

every time I get in an elevator.

I have walked up miles of stairs -- miles of stairs.

You're by yourself in the elevator? Yeah.

-Just pee. -Yeah, pee.

But, then, eventually, they find the elevator,

and I'm a skeleton, and I've peed.

And that's my life.

If they find you and you're a skeleton

and there's still evidence of urine...

-That's scary.

and it's by letting Jesus move your heart to generosity,

to be able to help people.

There's that great story of the great Samaritan.

There was a guy, he was completely vulnerable,

he had fallen amongst thieves and gotten beaten up

and it was only the Samaritan,

who was an outcast in that culture,

who went, took of his goods and his time

to help that person in need.

And each one of us every single day,

should try and say I wanna help at least one person

in need today,

by the way that I live,

by the way that I broker,

what God has entrusted to me, the resources that I have

and if each one of us did a small thing with great love,

what God could do, the transformation that could happen,

we could see an end to systemic poverty

What is Thursatru ? - Duration: 47:04.

Of old was the age | when Ymir lived;

Sea nor cool waves | nor sand there were;

Earth had not been, | nor heaven above

But a yawning gap, | and grass nowhere

Hello friends, my name is Arith Härger and today I'm going to talk about Thursatru

I'm going to share with you the fundamental notions of this a neo-pagan branch based on Northern European Pagan Traditions

I will approach this subjects the same way I did when I've made the video about Rokkatru

Thursatru denies the concept of religion

so it's more of a spirituality highly philosophical in its approach to the Norse myths and spiritual understanding

therefore it doesn't have laws, rules, dogmas and cannons that one must follow in order to achieve something greater

if anything, it's actually the opposite,

it's embracing the chaotic side of the self to reach deeper knowledge

Because of this, I will speak about Thursatru by also giving you my own notions on this spiritual branch of Norse paganism

Throughout this video you may find similarities with Rokkatru

and if you want to check that video, just click on this upper corner

But it's important to make something clear between these two extensions of Norse paganism

Rokkatru doesn't deny the existence of the chthonic deities, the underworld and chaotic deities, of Norse paganism

It includes all the gods and none of them are seen as good, or bad

but as essential sides of the psychological-self

and it's also a spirituality much more primitive in its approach to Norse paganism

much more tribal and shamanic in nature

trying to figure out the raw spiritual understanding of Norse spirituality without Christian influence

and even without continental Germanic influences

I would say Rokkatru explores the mind of the Palaeolithic Norse ancestors

While in Thursatru, there is a clear emphasis on the chthonic gods and quite obviously on the Thurs, the primordial beings

When you explore Thursatru on the internet or ask people about it

the first notion that people will immediately share is that Thursatru is the "Satanic" version of Norse paganism

which isn't far from the truth, in fact, I agree

Obviously we are not talking about worshipping the Devil, blood sacrifices, eating goats for breakfast and whatnot

not even Satanism itself is about that

It's about what the figure of the devil represents,

freedom from oppressive religious concepts, seeking our own spiritual path without having to follow the spiritual and religious notions of others

basically, following your own dreams and perspectives without being influenced or living the dreams of others

So in Thursatru, you seek spiritual freedom and deeper knowledge in what the Thurs represent, the primordial beings

Mind that the Thurs, especially the hrimtursar, frost giants, are not seen as beings of good

and we are not trying to find any good in them

there is no way around that

they were evil in nature

But what they represent is knowledge and the hidden secrets before a divine order was implemented and forced upon the cosmos

They represent the first stages of creation, the raw ancient wisdom of the foundations of the cosmos itself and the first stages of creation

So what's greatly emphasizes in Thursatru is what the primordial beings and their descendants represent:

piritual knowledge without the influence of preconceived religious notions that turns us all into mindless sheep

It's to work with the deepest and darkest sides of the self that we so fervently try to hid and deny

but it's necessary to understand the chaos within us because it is as much part of us as it is part of nature

and a balance cannot be achieved if you deny a great part of your own existence

As I've said many times before, great knowledge and the hidden secrets are found in the darkest places

It's not about having a dualistic view of the world, good and evil, light and darkness

It's about Order and Chaos and understanding both and make them part of our lives as sources of knowledge

The aim isn't to seek salvation, it's to achieve greater knowledge

As such, Thursatru is a self-directed spiritual journey towards the initiation into the secrets embodied in the Thursar, the primordial beings,

and what they represent as forces of nature and the psychological self

Going back to Ginnungagap, the great void before creation

before the divine order, of the gods we are so familiar with, was imposed upon every entity

The knowledge coming from the shapeless infinity

the primordial dimensional chaos which in itself represents a formless conscious eternity that isn't bound to any law

therefore it's without restrictions and it continues to evolve in freedom

So with all of this being said, it probably crossed your mind that Thursatru is much more Gnostic in nature

a Gnostic revival movement of Norse spirituality, more or less

Meaning that there is the notion that matter is evil, therefore evil was the sources of creation

not in a way that it's a conscious entity that makes evil because it wants to see suffering and pain

but it's just evil in nature and it's that evil force that it's capable of giving shape and create

therefore the nonmaterial, the spiritual, is good

Also, and as I've said, it's not about salvation, or having restrictions because it's sinful or forbidden because an imposing order doesn't allow

it's about "fighting" against ignorance and for that, one much get in touch with secret knowledge to achieve greater wisdom

and to do so, one must find the divine spark that was trapped within us during creation, the god-self

First knowing and understanding the gods within ourselves

and only after we are able to understand the gods outside ourselves

Because each of us has great potential to become great and wise if we unlock the secrets within ourselves, if we unlock the divine spark

In a very short sentence, I would say that Thursatru is the exact opposite of sacrificing the beauty of the individual for the sake of the group

Thursatru is an individual spiritual path in search for greater knowledge

because there isn't spiritual evolution and freedom if we are bound to the notions and dreams of one single individual

that is called religion

following the dreams and ideas of others

Spiritual freedom comes by understanding ourselves first, who we truly are

Everyone knows what they want, but few know what they need

But this doesn't mean that we must impose and force others to believe in our spiritual notions and ideas

Thursatru is a lonely spiritual path from start to finish

Mind that you can still be part of pagan groups and share ideas and concepts

share knowledge for the sake of wisdom

but your spiritual path is yours alone, you don't need to follow the footsteps of another person

Others walk their own spiritual path

hey leave behind their prints, and they make their own way

If you follow an existing path and if you easily follow the footsteps marked on the ground,

you are not looking forward, you are looking down at the path because you are concentrating on following it ,

and not learning from the surroundings and from everything that is happening around you along that that path

Thursatru is about walking through grounds never before been taken, you are making your own way

So, with all of this being said, let's start this video

You will better understand all these notions with examples I shall give you

Let's start by addressing the Gnosticism notion within Thursatru

Gnosticism was the religion of those who were convinced that a divine ingredient was present within the self, the god-self, the divine-self

The understanding and use of this ingredient was considered sacred knowledge

So this ingredient was the true gnosis, the true knowledge,

which led the individual to become better and to develop a perfect order and harmony within himself, or hersel

Among Norse and Germanic we have the figure of Odin, who perfectly embodies this notion of Gnosticism

Odin is the archetype of insatiable quest for knowledge

In the quest for spiritual knowledge the human being struggles in the fight between two polar opposites, good and evil, light and darkness

but he's not going anywhere unless he accepts order and chaos within all things, especially within him or herself

We suffer because we do not understand our beginning

and therefore what we shall become isn't clear

and we struggle in doubt, and doubt causes pain, fear, and suffering

So understanding the true gnosis, the true knowledge becomes the entire reason of our existence, why are we here for

to learn, to acquire knowledge, to evolve

The whole purpose of Man's evolution is to bring the mind and body to perfect coordination

The problem is, the world itself causes limitations to the physical which will reflect on the metal level

However, we can still develop our metal level in order to break these limitations

But, we as mortals create a lot of psychological limitations as well

We create our own religions and then impose them on people

and then we create mental limitations on those people too

No one will achieve true knowledge if we create these religious and spiritual limitations

making people following one specific line of thought won't give them the understanding that in truth they are free to pursuit their own line of thought

So, the Gnosticism reflected on Thursatru is the search for the truth and inner development encountered in the vital experiences of the personal level and the psychic level

When we deal with the Norse myths, we can clearly see the limitations imposed

In practical terms, we cannot move forward

because the closest to our time the literary source get, the more influences from various religious realities they contain

We must move backwards, to the oldest literary sources

because they contain less religious influences that overlap the real Norse pagan mind, and the older they get, the closest to the pagan mind they are

Spiritually speaking it's the exact same thing

When Odin comes, and then later the Aesir

they imposed their order upon all living things, they even imposed their own order and limitations to creation itself

Odin, Honer and Lodur give existence to mankind

and in that moment they inserted in us the divine spark

which we will be able to reach through great effort in order to achieve greater knowledge and become better beings

But Odin, Honer and Lodur are not the ones responsible for creation itself

That would be the ones before the gods themselves, the very ancestors of the gods

So we must move backwards in this as well

To Ginnungagap, the great void

Ginnungagap represents a formless eternity free from any law or order imposed by any entity

because Ginnungagp itself is a conscious reality capable of creating

Because it's free from limitations, it creates in freedom and gives form

it's limitless in its own creations and continues to evolve, and from it comes the first beings, the Thursar, the primordial beings

The Primordial beings were evil in nature, creation itself was born out of evil

This is what I meant when I said that matter was evil in a Gnostic sense; that creation comes from evil

So there you have, Ginnungagap represents the self without boundaries, without an order creating limitations

and so in freedom we are able to constantly evolve

while Odin and the Aesir represent the limitations imposed upon us

but also the divine spark within us which we shall be able to reach if we are willing to fight against both the physical and psychological limitations

In other words, we hold great power within ourselves

and if we were able to reach it so easily, we would unleash great evil upon everything, great destruction and chaos

So the secret knowledge is safely locked within ourselves

and we have great potential to become better if we unlock the hidden secrets

Progressively learning and evolving, we are able to control this divine spark

because in our pursuit for wisdom we understand its value and how powerful it is

Without the limitations we would be beings of chaos and destruction

because that would be our nature

we wouldn't be able to go against it or prevent it because we wouldn't know how

That's why the primordial beings were evil, because that was their own nature, without limitations

Their power was in its raw state, so they simply existed and by existing they unleashed their own essence which was evil and chaotic in nature

They were not evil because they had the notion of good and evil

they were evil because they just were, because there were no limitations for their existance

So in other words, when dealing with Norse spirituality, we must not stick to the Aesir and Vanir only,

we must also take into consideration the Thursar, the primordial beings

because they are the representation of power in its raw state, they are the representation of secret knowledge

they are the chaotic side of nature and all things

And we as mortal beings shouldn't try to so fervently deny or hide the chaos within us

we should learn how to work with it as well

By understanding the chaos in us, we understand the divine spark

and we are able to break the limitations in order to reach that divine spark, that sacred knowledge

The Thursar were evil in nature, but they are just as important as the Aesir and all the other gods

because they hold the ancient knowledge, the knowledge of the origins and the beginning of all things

And this is perfectly expressed in the Norse myths themselves

The Aesir are always in conflicts with the Giants, with the Jotnar

the decedents of the Thursar

not because of racial differences, or because of the same old idea of good versus evil

The Aesir, the Vanir, the giants, underworld gods and every entity in the Norse myths cannot be contained within the simple notion that ones are good and others are evil

Every gods and every other creature is both good and evil

The reason why the Aesir are always in war with the Giants is because of knowledge

The Jotnar are the direct decedents of the Thursar

therefore they hold the ancient knowledge, the ancient secrets

and the Aesir want those secrets, want that knowledge

This is why we have plenty of myths of Odin doing all sorts of things to get their knowledge

Odin murders, rapes, destroys, lies, he does great evil to get his hands on the hidden secrets

He goes to Dark places, he sacrifices parts of himself and his own life to get knowledge

He does both good and evil to achieve greater Wisdom

Just take a look at how Odin stole the mead of poetry

Odin killed Baugi's servants, just to take their place and get closer to Baugi

He deceived Baugi, black mailed him, tricked him, lied to him and murdered him when he had no further need of the giant

He tricks Suttung and his own daughter and sleeps with her

then steals from them and takes the mead of poetry

In this account Odin is named Bölverkr, Worker of Misfortune

In this account Odin was a liar, a trickster, a murderer, just to take the mead of Poetry, and why?

Because the mead of poetry was a source of great wisdom coming from the giants, a source of hidden knowledge

What I'm trying to say here is that Odin nowadays is seen as a benevolent figure, when the Norse myths clearly demonstrate that he was not

Odin takes the pursuit for greater knowledge to extremes

He sacrifices an eye in the well of Mimir, a giant

He did all that he did to get the mead of poetry, made out of the blood of Kvasir, a giant

Odin sacrificed himself for the secret of the runes, and where to you think he got those secrets from?

I would say from Ginnungagap itself

because Odin kills himself to reach another state of existence, another reality beyond the limitations of the world

into a place without limitations, which is Ginnungagap

The Norse myths aren't fairy tales of impossible things just to amuse the young ones

or to make modern people laugh at the delusions of our ancestors

The Norse myths are hidden knowledge safely guarded in metaphors

The knowledge is out there, but it can't be given so freely

Because we must work for it in order to understand it

If it is given to us we will never give a proper value to it

but if we worked hard for it, we come to understand it

and the great consequences and responsibilities that great knowledge brings into our lives and our own existence

Thursatru tries to reflect this, the relentless pursuit for knowledge

which will give deep understanding of things and therefore it helps us to evolve and to become greater beings

but at the same time there are devastating consequences and sacrifices must be made

There is great pain and suffering but also great reward

Spiritual knowledge isn't a linear path safely walking straight ahead until the end, on the contrary

Spiritual knowledge is a maddening chaotic journey, up and down, forward and backwards

going in circles, because many times we must experience the same things, and in the face of the same circumstances we must take different actions because the result is always different

and that's how you obtain knowledge of things, trying and failing until you succeed

and it isn't pleasant, but it gives great rewards that in the long run will worth all the trouble

Thursatru, basically means the belief in the Thursar

and therefore also in their descendants who still hold the ancient power and knowledge of the primordial beings

It's to understand the essence and darker aspects in Old Norse traditions

because darker paths and magical practices are also sources of knowledge as good as any

to be in touch with the divine by understanding the chaos, darkness and more negative aspects of ourselves

instead of denying that which makes us humans and imperfect beings

But certain aspects of the human psychological condition only seem imperfect and negative because we make a division between what seems to be good and what seems to be bad

but if we understand "imperfection" as something essential that needs to exist to be combined with other aspects

we come to realize that there is a balance that makes us who we are:

complex beings with no limitations in the pursuit for knowledge and power

Chaos alone is bad, and so is Order

but both combined create something better, something greater and unique

So you cannot deny the chaos in you, because combined with more orderly aspects of yourself will turn you into an entity capable of achieving everything

Nothing is impossible to achieve if you create a balance within yourself

This is why in Thursatru the foundations of this spirituality lie not only in the primordial powers before creation and divine order, but also in the underworld

Old Norse spirituality and religion also came with a great devotion to underworld deities and black magical practices related to such deities

Which unfortunately with the passage of time and other religious influences,

the underworld and chaotic powers were progressively put aside and a great fear was built upon it, and Old Norse traditions lost balance

You see, the great majority of pagans nowadays seek a spiritual quest that is associated with heavenly realities

and will spend most of their religious practices striving to achieve light through a more "pleasant path"

which is a complete illusion

This reflects the great influence from religions such as Judaism, Christianity and Islam

In those religions the divine world exists somewhere in an unreachable place out of our mortal reality where the sky god of light is a masculine tyrant

which brings false light and false ideas of salvation

That light associated with that god is something that enslaves souls and imprisons them so that they become nothing more than servants of that deity,

incapable of evolving and actually reaching the true light

because they are bound to the light of that deity, to the ideas, laws, rules, imposed order of that deity;

you are either with that god or you are against him, no middle ground, which creates clear limitations in the freedom of your very existence

In the older pagan traditions the divine could also be found here on earth and most importantly, inside of it, in the underworld

literally the earth beneath our feet

The gods were not just male, but also female

and in many cases, more common than we believe, both genders at once

Our ancestors didn't seek light, only;

darkness was also an important aspect of nature to be accepted and aid in the spiritual quest

The underworld was as important to visit as the heavenly places

And this is very much reflected on Old Norse traditions

In the Nordic tradition darkness is a indispensable to achieve illumination

As I've said before Odin to acquire the knowledge of the runes hanged himself in the world tree

to die and go into the depths to find the runes

The secrets and mysteries of the runes were hidden in the underworld

knowledge protected by the decedents of the primordial beings

Odin's sacrifice in the World Tree is not an attempt to save humankind from their sins

Odin didn't sacrificed himself to save us

Odin stabs himself, hangs himself and dies by his own free will

The Old Norse traditions don't have the concept of an original sin from which mankind and the world we live in must be saved

Odin hangs himself to gain wisdom and power

Odin sacrifices himself in his quest for the outmost secrets of the cosmos

It's clear that in Thursatru the spirituality is much more focused on the underworld gods but Odin himself is not forgotten

he just isn't seen as a messiah, of a benevolent god

a figure new pagans try to compare with the Christian, Jewish, Islamic ideals

because people are seeking a new figure of salvation to replace their old one

Odin is many ways is a dark and demonic god, who was greatly feared, respected and honoured by our Norse ancestors

He was a role model, the archetype of searching for knowledge and power by unlocking the hidden secrets contained in the darkest, ancient and dangerous places

Odin also represented the magical initiation of knowledge and power

Odin didn't want to save us with his sacrifice

he wanted to teach us, with his sacrifice, that we can save ourselves from weaknesses and uncertainty

So, I thought you should understand that within Thursatru Odin isn't forgotten

The aim is to break the imagine people have of him as a benevolent god, all-powerful, all-beneficial, a saviour and bringer of light

That's something people coming into neo-pagan reconstructions of Northern European Pagan Traditions should definitely take into consideration-

if the objective is to let go the previous oppressive religions people are trying to get away from

Coming into a pagan path is to change the world-view

it's to embrace and accept this world as it is, with all its imperfects and perfection, with all its chaos and order

I would like to talk a bit about the importance of the origins of the universe as seen in the Norse myths and how that reflects the spiritual perspectives in Thursatru

In the beginning there was nothing, a great void of emptiness and endless darkness

A void where neither physical laws of either space or time existed

Power floated without limitations in this existence

An existence that in itself is a paradox, where everything and nothing lived

but because of its freedom everything was able to become and evolve

This was Ginnungagap

In this great void Muspelheim was created, the realm of fire

Then came Niflheim the realm of Ice

Both fire and ice collided and these chaotic primordial powers spread in Ginnungagap to create the first vestiges of life

Ice melted and formed the first cosmic river, a source of water named Elivagar, which stretched across the great void

The source of this river is the spring named Hvergelmir

The two primordial elements began to meet within Ginnungagap, the birth of creation

Life began to flourish when fire and ice together gifted the physical universe with cosmic essence which gave life

New existance began to come forth from the darkness

out of the harmonious nothingness and from the drops of the icy rivers of Elivagar which began to drip and fuse with the fire and heat from Muspelheim

The very essence of this cosmic ice was unleashed and with the warmth of fire it formed matter which formed the first being

The right conditions created the very first life form, the very first Thurs – Aurgelmir, also known as Ymir

Aurgelmir was the purest essence of fire and ice, combined with the essence of darkness itself from Ginnnungagap

This was the first primordial being that gave life to the rest, the ancestor of the giants and subsequently the gods

Aurgelmir was evil, simply evil and all his offspring likewise

They were the purest form of existence, the very first creation, the combination of powerful elements, chaotic in nature

and so to the very core these beings were evil because there was nothing more to their essence

So this understanding of creation in Norse mythology is taken into Thursatru

The purpose is to become one with the raw essence before creation, and to become as pure as its beginning

To achieve the primordial knowledge, the very first knowledge to be able to understand the rest, the entire journey all the way into the future

We are organisms made from proto-cosmic matter and cosmic matter

Within ourselves there is both the essence of creation which is our physical self

and there is the divine spark deep inside, our spiritual-self

The physical and the spiritual are one and the same, and we must find the perfect balance between the two to ignite the divine spark and light the fire which will give us illumination

This illumination is achieved through acquiring sacred knowledge, primordial wisdom

Which is why there is a great emphasis on the Thursar within Thursatru, because they were the first forms of creation from which all wisdom is derived

Chaos is an essential aspect within Thursatru

because it's from chaos that all life begins, and the primordial beings are chaos itself

So without a doubt in Thursatru there is also a great emphasis of the decedents of the Thursar, which are Loki, Angrboda, their children

and also there is a very huge emphasis on Gullveig, which in Thursatru gains a whole other meaning and becomes much more complex than what the literary sources provide

Someday I would like to speak about Gullveig, including both what we know from the sources and also her role in everything as it is perceived in Thursatru

But for now suffice to say that these beings are the personification of the chaotic side in humans

the complexity of the self and the struggle within ourselves to contain the chaotic destructive side in all of us

which is power that we are withholding that could be used for great purposes, including to achieve sacred knowledge

This is how the gods are perceived, as personifications of various parts of the self

The gods' essence combined forms the individual and all its complex physical, mental and spiritual existence

You work with a handful of gods, you are only working with parts of yourself and leaving the other parts aside

therefore you will never feel whole, and half of your potential is asleep and a great part of yourself is not being used

When you work with all the gods and understand each part they play within yourself

you wake up powers that you didn't even know you had; you wake up primordial powers that will lead you to achieve greater wisdom

There is this tendency to think that the Old Norse religion is built on the notion that both the gods and the giants had a good/profitable relationship

People are trying to find both good and evil - good in the giants and evil in the gods, and vs versa

That somehow the gods and the giants reached a point that they all live in harmony and there is mutual help

Or worse, there is the inclination to believe in a dualistic view of the Norse religion, of a fight between good and evil,

and that the gods are clearly the good side and the giants the evil side

But I'm not going to delve into that, because within Thursatru some clearly believe in the dualistic view,

and others prefer to stay on the notion of Order and Chaos as polar opposites that together complement themselves and are necessary for the continuation of the cycle of existence

This is exactly when Thursatru is dangerously jumping from spirituality into religion

because it's inevitable when you share certain philosophies and people start to argue about the "truth"

But in my honest opinion, no one knows the truth

What we can do is achieving greater knowledge through various techniques

Each one of us can and should have an individual spiritual path

aside from what we already share with groups of people who are more or less into the same religious perspectives that we do

Still, as I've said before, Thursatru is a spirituality highly individualistic

it's for the development of the self

So there is a great emphasis on the individual and his own power

the human being is almost - almost! - the centre of this spirituality

as the vessel through which great knowledge can be acquired

Therefore in Thursatru there is also a great focus on, what people would call nowadays, Black Magic

I'll be honest with you, again

To me there is no such thing as black and or white magic

There is only power, call it magic if you will

magical essence that we harness through sorcery and then we give it a purpose

This essence itself isn't black or white, good or evil, it just is

But we are the ones to give it a purpose when we use it; we are the ones to turn it into black magic

So I prefer to say that in Thursatru there is a great focus on magical arts, of all sorts, most of which what we like to label black magic

This is why that in my opinion I don't think Thursatru is the spiritual path people should be taking the moment they jump into Norse paganism

not even those who are familiar with lots of concepts

In other words, if you have just come into Norse paganism, a type of paganism which focuses on the development of the group and mutual help, building the community

don't jump into something which is solely for the individual,

in practical terms of course, because obviously you can adopt certain philosophies within Thursatru to help you out in your spiritual path

But Thursatru and other such spiritualties gnostic in nature are for those with a certain background that gives them enough confidence to work alone and to venture beyond limitations

a constant challenge of the individual

a challenge that we impose ourselves and we cannot get out of it, or the entire purpose of working alone and developing the spiritual self is lost

If you are going to pursue a darker path in life

do it with the absolute certainty that you are mature enough to do it

because there are consequences, because it's hard, because it's destructive and sacrifices must be made

and you have to be prepared to leave behind along the way important pieces of yourself

The darker paths, practices and traditions of Norse spirituality and the magical work involved have the objective to strengthen the individual

but to gain such strength, weakness must be left aside,

and along the process there will be a lot of weakness of the mind and of the body

but one must overcome such weaknesses

Put your ego behind and think this through before jumping into a path that instead of helping you evolving, it backlashes and sends you into a position even worse than before

I'm saying this because I know there are a lot of young people who come into paganism because they feel it's cool and out of the ordinary and want to be different

Maybe that's a good reason, enough to get them interested and then they genuinely develop their spiritual path

But do not jump into something darker, heavier, just because it sounds cool

Arrogance many times is ignorance in disguise

and then it leads to potential destruction

It isn't wise to take a certain path because it sounds coo

it always results in sacrifices that we may not be prepared to make

Don't feel ashamed if you don't feel ready

Each one of us have our own time to act

No one is born with great wisdom

It's a slow process of learning, and better be slow and progressively achieve something, than jumping head-first without measuring the consequences

Thursatru is indeed a darker, lonely spiritual path

which I won't obviously talk about in here the types of spiritual works and everything involved, and magical practices etc.

You need the practical as much as you need the theoretical

But Thursatru isn't meant to be dark or evil

The objective is to progressively proceed, with caution and respect and wisdom, towards the divine light, not into darkness and destruction

Thursatru is to understand the darkness and chaos and destruction so we might find light in it

because you don't need light in places where light already exists;

you need light in places that are too dark and grim for anything to grow

But aside from all of that, one thing to me is certain

All other neo-pagan and pagan reconstructions of Old Norse Paganism should definitely adopt the main view of Thursatru:

Northern European Pagan Traditions should move on, evolve and expand, not stagnate

Alright my dear friends, I hope you have enjoyed this video

and let me make this clear again

Thursatru is not my spiritual path, although in this video I've expressed a lot of my own understandings of this spiritual path

If I have to give a sort of label to my own spiritual path

I would say it's definitely something between Rokkatru...

and Thursatru

in and out, up and down, forward and backwards

I do not follow any other spiritual path but my own

Once again, thank you so much for watching

see you on the next video, and as always...

Why your acne won't clear up - and what to do about it | Acne-prone skin - Duration: 4:50.

Have you ever wondered why you wake up with more acne than you went to bed with?

Even though you're doing all the right things?

Keep watching for five ways you're making your acne worse

Number five

You wash your face way too much

Having acne doesn't mean that your face is dirty

Yes, excessive oil production can lead to acne

But getting rid of all the oil on your face is not necessarily good for your skin either

Your skin does need oils to stay healthy and balanced

Over-washing your face

Especially with overly drying, harsh cleansers and really gritty scrubs

Can actually be worse for your acne

What it does is; it disrupts the natural protective barrier on your skin

Brings down its defenses against acne-causing bacteria

Washing your face gently twice a day is plenty

So once in the morning and once at night

Number four

You use a million different face products

Okay, not a million

But quite a lot

It is very tempting when you have acne

to want to get your hands on every

acne-fighting, skin clearing, rapid pimple vanishing product that you can see

But, using all anti-acne products in your regimen is actually too drying

and too harsh for your skin

What happens is this can irritate your skin further and just makes your acne appear worse

Also, any ingredient can actually cause acne depending on your skin's sensitivities

So, when you're putting a lot of different products on your skin

You're increasing the number of ingredients that get in contact with your skin

And therefore, you increase your chances of getting more acne

Try to stick to a simple, hydrating, nourishing skincare routine

Because the goal of it is to get your skin into a really good condition

So that it's able to heal from the acne a lot better

Unless your skin really can't tolerate the products and it's breaking out

try to stick to the regimen for at least twelve weeks

because that's how long it takes for your skin to do a full turnover

Number three

You're really stressed out

Like, all the time

I know it's hard to avoid

because especially with you know our lives these days things so busy

You've got work, you've got school, you've got bills to pay, you've got kids to look after

You've got your social life to keep up with

You've got social media to keep up with

Being stressed out actually makes your acne worse

because your body releases cortisol to cope with the stress

along with other hormones like testosterone which we know contribute to acne

Try to make time for things that will relieve your stress

Go for a run

Read a book

Spend time with your friends

Go shopping

Treat yourself to a massage

Or, just watch a video on YouTube

Number two

You keep touching your face

Stop it!!

Touching or rubbing your face a lot can actually encourage inflammation

Inflammation is a reaction in your body that actually makes your acne appear redder and appear worse

So that's one way that your acne can look worse

But when you're rubbing your face all the time

you're actually transferring the dirt and grime from your hands onto your face

mixing it with the oils on your face

And moving it around and what that does is

It can actually clog up your pores as well

So, stop doing it

And finally number one

The number one way that you're making your acne worse

Popping those pimples

It's so bad and I'm so guilty of doing it myself

But popping or picking your pimples is actually really damaging to your skin

First of all, it can actually push the pus deeper into your skin

Have you ever popped a pimple, gone to bed

and then woken up with two pimples in the place where that pimple was?

What's happened is you've actually pushed the pus deeper into the skin

And spread it around

And more pimples have formed because of that

When you pop the pimple and all the pus comes out

You can actually spread the bacteria to other parts of your face that don't already have acne

Another thing is you create a wound on your face

That actually can't protect itself against acne-causing bacteria

Or any other kind of bacteria for that matter

And finally, when you pop you cause scarring

Scarring is what makes your skin look a lot worse than it actually is

Next time you have to urge to pop

do what I do

Just watch a pimple-popping video instead

So there you have it

FIVE ways you're making your acne worse

Thank you so much for watching to the end

I hope you learned something

Please share this with a friend if you think that they might be doing some of these things

Subscribe if you haven't already done so to see more videos

See you next time

Don't Do What I Did - I Hope this can Save You from Destroying your Relationship - Duration: 42:59.

hello hello my friends so today's episode is going to be very very special

episode when I say near and dear to my heart

I think that's an understatement I did a facebook live about a recent fight that

I had with my wife Fanny and to say that it's gotten some of the best comments

and feedback of anything I've ever put together has is is an understatement it

was something that I thought would come out as a 10-15 minute share about what

not to do if you want your relationships to succeed and in doing so I think I

poured my heart out for about 40 minutes so what you're about to hear is a very

personal and raw story I think it's very important to share stuff like this just

because I've been doing personal development work for 16 plus years does

not alleviate me or you know restrict me from having fights with my family this

case my wife having things that I have to deal with hopefully in this year you

will basically get to see there's five things that I came to as I went through

this process that I believe if you took on and put into effect into your life

into your relationships whether it's with your intimate lover or partners at

work or even your kids you will have massive massive improvement in your

relationships so without further ado I'm gonna let this audio here play of

everything that I gathered and the process that I went through after

probably one of the biggest fights I've ever had with my wife if after hearing

this it resonates with you please please please reach out to me ilan at Satoriprime.com

or you can find me at facebook at Elan Ferdinand personal message me I

would love to hear what you took away from this I hope you have an amazing day

enjoy all right so let me jump here because I experienced something

last week that still you know I've been processing that was just been kind of

figuring out how to how to share this and this might be a little bit longer of

a Facebook live but I thought it was really really important by the way let

me know if you guys can hear me okay I thought this was really important to

share because I think what I experienced is something that most couples would

actually probably lead to divorce or or I don't know maybe even worse I'll kind

of walk you through the story and then I'll actually walk you through what I

learned from it and and really how I'm really really hoping that you hear this

and implement this in your life immediately so if you don't have to deal

with with what I just went through so yong-ki pool happened and for those that

don't know is a Jewish holiday one of the High Holy Days last week and it's

you know I'm not religious I don't personally do well with organized

religion which I'll talk about a little bit later as to why hey Niki major but

really you know this is something that's really important to my wife Fanny and I

love my wife and I adore my wife and she wants to give our kids an experience of

religion and while I don't have that view

you know I for me it's more about the traditions and the family and

get-togethers I I can see where she's coming from I appreciate it and so while

this has been a struggle an ongoing struggle in our relationship there's

very few things that we disagree with at that kind of level this is definitely

one of them and I'm clear before I get into any of the other stuff I'm clear

that this is something that I get to work on obviously I marry my wife which

the irony of the whole thing is that her entire side of the family are Orthodox

Jews her brother's a rabbi so like who does Ilan pick to get married

you know lessons are everywhere right so we actually are starting to plan to go

to synagogue and I really and I and I want to say this I really went in with

the absolute best of intentions like I know well I don't enjoy it there and I

still I was like look it's an hour hour and a half I'm gonna be there with the

family I could just do what I do right and just it'll be over really soon hey

what's up Tori hey Bev Annette so I'm getting ready and I'm gonna walk you

through all of these pieces so you really start to get and I'll kind of tie

the thread of what I've been unraveling for myself throughout this entire

process so I'm getting ready to go to synagogue and it's hot outside and we're

gonna walk for a bit so I was like I don't want to wear a suit and so I don't

wear a suit I just wear pants and a button-down and the tie and my wife is

like why don't you wear a suit everyone's gonna be wearing a suit and

I'm like well I don't want to wear a suit so you know it already kind of

starts like a little bit of attention and she knows she knows that I have

resistance towards going so I think in her world there was also this story of

like Oh Ilan's doing his elan thing again and I really I I was going in with

the best of intentions right before we leave and this this becomes important in

a little bit right before we leave we had about like three minutes four

minutes before we leave and the kids are like can we get some screen time and we

said no we're leaving in 3-4 minutes and when I walk downstairs after getting

ready my son is in the kitchen watching TV and I'm like Shia we told you no

screen time please turn off the TV and he's like how about what's the big deal

there's three minutes you know I'm like Shia we had this conversation and I told

you and it's no big deal no big deal so at this point I'm like give me the

controller and he's trying to hold it for me but a lot of side to reach in

there I grabbed it from him and I turn it off and he kind of storms off

obviously like a little bit angry which is is okay and we were about to leave

and no one can find child Shai is nowhere to be found so eventually my

wife finds him like I'm already in the car getting ready to go my wife finds

him in the dining room with his head literally in the corner of the wall

crying I realize it was like that in you know

impactful what what he had experience but that's what he was doing so she

comes down she's fuming like I did something I ruin this now I mean

whatever and so I say in all seriousness kind of maybe to try to get out of the

synagogue but not really to get head of synagogue she's like you need to fix

this I was like well do you want me to stay home and just have a conversation

with him and she flips because again this is like Elon not wanting to go hora

wanting to be with the whole family etc so eventually as I go to walk upstairs

to figure out what he wants to do he ends up coming down the stairs so we go

but he's not talking to me he's super angry he's not talking to my wife he's

not talking to me we all get in the car we start driving and he's walking now

we're like getting out of the car we parked and we're walking to shul which

is a little bit of a way and he's walking super slow which I have to tell

you in all honesty part of me was like brother walk as slow as you want cuz the

last place I'm fond of you right now is inside that synagogue I was like you

take your time little man and I can see my wife like fuming as this is happening

but I'm just walking to you through everything that that that was occurring

for me so eventually we get inside I was like do you want to put a Tallis on

which is this no no it's like a piece of fabric that some men wear and shul and

I'm like no I don't want to wear it on so this was like checking up checkmark

number you know three four in her Ilana doesn't want to be here Ilana fuck

you too all of this etc so we go to sit in and Shai doesn't want to come in

so he's against the wall again head kind of against the wall outside the

synagogue I go in I'm like whatever he's got to do his thing he's got to relax

I'm gonna be in here and I sit in there and services are about to start and

rabbis saying a few things and having people introduce themselves to each

other hey drew Dina hey Miguel hey Cynthia and I'm sitting there and I've

been doing a lot I don't you know for some of you guys follow me more than

others I've been doing a lot of work energist acquis so like understanding

what is happening in my sister I'm really getting in tune hey what's up

mark really getting in tune with with what I can feel in the body as

sensations so that and this going to come into play a little bit later so

that as I'm feeling it before that's the first way that the your system

communicates is through the body through different mechanisms through different

tightenings or shrinking or pain or pokes or prods that's the first clue

that something's happening that then in essence turns into some sort of feeling

or emotion and you you label that and then that creates the thought and then

that thought actually creates the action so if you can capture things while this

is happening and this is something we work with our clients quite a lot and

I'm working with myself quite a lot you can get to things much quicker and I'm

gonna point to that here a little bit later because I actually did a lot of

work around this so I'm sitting there and this whole thing starts and I can

start to feel and and tune in and let me know if this has been your experience

ever where you I could start to feel this thing in the pit of my stomach and

it just starts rising and rising and rising it's almost like a volcano is in

my system and I could feel it just building and building and building and

I'm like it gets to the province's by this by the way this is all happening in

five minutes of me being in synagogue okay so it started with like hey turn to

this person say hi turn to that person tell them this tell them that tell

someone what you know something that that you worked on you're proud of this

year like simple stop right and I'm just feeling all this stuff build and build a

build and then it's like you know we're reading from this page and I'm like fuck

that I'm not picking up that that book I'm not reading from that so I put it

down and then it's like okay stand up and turn this way and Bend and and then

sit down and then you know this sides gonna sing this and this side's gonna

sing that and I am just starting to feel everything just rise and rise and rise

and rise to the point that at some point my daughter's sitting on me and we're

all supposed to stand like all the adults everyone

Sam my wife looks at me she's like are you gonna stand and I'm like I can't

alia sitting on me which in hindsight you know you realize like but at the

time I was like and all this stuff is just building and building and building

to the point where the only way I can describe this to you it was like rage

absolute rage and I don't know how many of you guys seen that Dave Chappelle

show but it's like Elance got a choke a bitch like that's where it was like so

oh you know and I was like I have to get out of this room because I'm gonna choke

somebody now meanwhile nothing serious is happening and I and this is really

important to just for you to hopefully understand it's like they're just

sensations in the body but the reality like the stuff that's happening in the

room is not that crazy but in my system the system's going fuckin haywire so I

was like I got to get out of this room I got to get out of this room so I get out

of the room and just as I get out of the room my son is actually this was at his

pre-k so the two teachers that they used to teach him were there in the hallway

trying to figure out what's wrong with Shia so I walk over I start having a

conversation with them should I still not talking to me and in that moment as

I'm talking to the teachers he kind of like jumps on my back but like in a

loving you know cute way and I turn around and I'm like looking at him he's

like and he's just this cute you know like he was like - meanwhile he's seven

he looks and then goes up up you know like what they do and they're like

really really tiny and so I pick him up and he gives me this huge hug and I'm

like are you okay he's like yeah I'm like what happened he's like I'm not

sure I don't know why I reacted that way and I was like do you want to go outside

and talk he's like yeah so we go outside and talk and meanwhile it's like a

gorgeous day so we have this amazing conversation which I my gonna get into

all the details we like really flush out what was happening et cetera and I'm

sitting outside with my saw and having this super loving amazing moment it's

sunny it's beautiful and I'm checking in with my system and my system is so

relaxed and so at ease and it's just like wow you know like

that's the release that's the feeling I was looking for and then when I'm like

thinking I'm like do I want to go back into that that room everything inside of

me is like fuck no I do not want to experience what I just experienced all

that rage and all that boiling and all that stuff happened I don't want to do

that again so I was like I'd rather stay out here so we end up staying outside

for about an hour and my wife and daughter eventually come out and as she

comes out and sees me because she didn't know where we were

but as she comes out to see me have you ever had someone look at you where it

looks like fire laser beams are coming out of their eyes like they are going to

murder you but they haven't said a word it was like that and I was like oh I

done fucked up like this is not this is not going to be good like whatever just

happened this is not going to be good so we start kind of like talking on the way

and I can feel she is really angry and she's so angry and we kind of know like

we have this practice where we're so angry we actually choose not to

communicate with each other in that moment because we both realized that

what is going to come out of our mouth is not going to be good for us or the

relationship and so it's just we don't do that okay so we kind of start getting

into it but we realize like this is not going anywhere

and so we we come home she goes outside to sit in the Sun I go and meditate we

don't really talk about it for a while and then she kind of like starts to

share with me how upset she was and she wants this for our kids and how I chose

to go out and how I was doing all these things throughout the day to basically

not go to synagogue and it's always just like big fuck you and blah blah blah and

we didn't really take it much farther we had dinner with the family etc the

morning after I'm driving her to the bus and she starts off the conversation at

first very calmly hey so I just want to kind of like finish up what we were

doing before we get into it and as she's saying this

more and more anger and frustration and all that stuff builds up and for me

there's this you know like when someone's telling you all the ways that

you wrung them or fucked up it's very difficult to be like yes thank you thank

you for like there's a part of you that gets really really defensive and really

really like wanting to justify and-and-and make your point and all that

stuff right and so I'm literally in the car and she's sitting next to me and it

feels for 10 minutes she's just railing into me all the ways

that I messed yesterday up and how I you know fuck things up for for her and the

kids and how and it just starts spiraling into this whole thing about

how I'm not only insensitive it's deep it's different it's like I only look out

for myself and I'm so self-centered and and I I don't ever do things for others

and and she starts naming all these things and I'm like well and I what I

try to explain to her is here try human I love that Laurens what I try to

explain to her is that like my experience in in synagogue was torture

like like literally in my system felt like torture and I and she's like well I

do tons of things that that I don't want to do for you and she starts naming the

stuff and I'm like and then the defensive part of me comes in and it's

like well you know don't do those things for me like I'm offering you to do these

things like these are not things you have to do and whatever and I realize

like everything out of my mouth is he righteous and self-defensive and it's

not going anywhere and so she literally gets out of the car to run to her boss

midstream like mid yelling at me and and I'm sitting there after having what

Lords called the hair dryer tree man you know like and I'm so disheveled

I can't even it was just like so many things were happening in my system at

that time that I wanted to be right about that I wanted

- hold on - and all this stuff and I'm going home and I'm driving home and I'm

just between like it felt like someone's just like punching you over and over and

over in the face I was so dazed and so confused and I come home and I'm angry

and I'm angry and I'm frustrated and I want to make my point and I write out

all of it and here's the key guys this is like this is so what I'm about to

tell you this process that I went through it's so important that please

just pay attention because I'm gonna walk you through about three things that

I remember through the day that if you remember in your relationships any

relationship not intimate any relationship your life will never be the

same so the first thing I remembered the first thing I remembered is this that I

could either be right or I could be in love I could either be right about

exactly all my point of views and how I was and be defensive and have all that

mind chatter prove that I was a good guy and I was this and I was that and I

would no longer have and this is part two because I quickly remembered hey I

have a commitment in my relationship and that commitment is to experience love

connection and intimacy and when I remembered hey what am I committed to

love connection and intimacy right so that's really important always go back

to like hey what I couldn't do in this relationship and then right after that

that thought of okay well I can either have that or I can be right I can't have

both I cannot have you two things cannot

occupy the same space at the same time

I cannot have both so what am i choosing right and this like an actual choice all

this shit is still happening in my system I'm still I want to be defensive

I want to be right I want all of it and in the moment I'm like okay well do I

choose intimacy connection and love with my wife who by the way we're celebrating

10 years or am i choosing to be right about this now once you do that

something really interesting happens because you're focused where your mind

wants to take you is let me be right about this let me prove my point

let me show them why on this and they're not but as soon as you make that that

shift and you go okay what am I committed to then the focus changes and

now if my true commitment is hey love intimacy and connection then now I get

to focus on some different shit how do I get love commitment and intimacy back in

my life because my wife is fuming right now and she's on a bus and she is angry

and she's frustrated and she's mad and that brings me to point number three and

point number three is this this is so important to remember this will

alleviate so much headache and stress and frustration for you in your life if

you really just bring this into your heart everyone's point of view is 100%

accurate and valid I'm gonna say that again everyone's point of view an

experience of life is 100% accurate and valid for them you don't need to agree

with it you don't have to understand it logically because truth be told I

couldn't understand my wife's point of view logically I couldn't understand why

she would react the way she'd react because I know that if I was in that

sense just you if I was in that situation I wouldn't have reacted that

way and once I can bring myself to that place of understanding Wow

her experience is 100% valid I don't need to understand it I don't need to be

to get the logic of it I can just validate that that was her experience

now that allows you to tap into something else and what I chose to tap

into is compassion

yeah Amanda you said a right perspective is subjective right so now if I get that

her experience is a 100% valid the next thing I get to experience is what is

that perspective and I actually sat there and put myself in her shoes as all

this stuff was happening and I could feel the anger and being let down and I

could feel the frustration and I can feel all of it all the pain and hurt and

I could get that I was responsible for her having that response when you have

compassion and you could put yourself in another person's shoes not to get on the

tangent here right and I'm this is not to get political but look what's

happening in our world right now in the u.s. at least with with Brett Kavanaugh

and dr. Ford right everyone's kind of like grounded and this is my point of

view this her point of view and you know what for me I always like to put myself

in both of their point of views you know what both of their lives right now

fucking suck because there's so much hate they've been putting through the

wringer do you like everyone's like well you know he shouldn't have reacted that

way or she shouldn't react though you don't know because you're not in a

fucking position and in that position in that timeframe like that's that's their

valid experience right and so we could have compassion for that and so when I

start to see all this right and I start to get my wife's experience sorry

someone called me now what I can start to get is her world and that gives me

access to something now I can be responsible 100 percent responsible for

how her world is occurring in moment and let me tell you if your

commitment is to love intimacy and connection and you feel what I felt that

I put my wife through that is the fucking opposite of love intimacy and

connection and regardless of what I was feeling in my system at the time of

being tortured of all that other stuff where was the focus during all of that

me me me me me me what I was feeling how I was feeling

all of it huh Jay Jay heights here and he was actually he walked outside as I

was sitting outside with my son during synagogue so I started to see

this now here's here's the the part that gets a little bit uncomfortable cuz now

it's not about just recognizing that stuff now comes the action piece so most

people are very satisfied with the aha moment like now comes the actual

conversation piece the part where you go to the other person involved and you

call yourself out on all of it and you start to come from a place of 100%

responsibility not that they did anything not nothing you looked for

where did I where was I responsible for how this whole event happened and so I

went to my wife and I explained all the stuff her I literally walked her through

the same things that I'm walking through right now and we had a brilliant

conversation that lasted more than a few days and it's still lasting this is not

something that like you know I was a one-and-done conversation what's really

fascinating is when you show up to a conversation and you take 100%

responsibility you will quickly notice that the other person in charge will

also start to look for where there responsible and yes there are gonna be

parts in the conversation where they like yes you were an asshole and yes you

did this and it's not your job to feel bad in the moment because you're

obviously calling yourself out on it so when they say that to you notice she'd

be like yeah I was yes I was now after I had that conversation with her which led

to a few things that we're just getting to look at look a relation with 10 years

right so we've been together for about 11 and a half years so over that time

period people change

I'm not even talking about just the circumstances of your life change right

like we met we were 26 I'm 37 today we got two kids

I've lost built a business lost a business built another business closed

that business started another business like a lot stuff happened right we

traveled the world she's grown etc and so it's irrational

to think that you don't get your relationship and what works and what

doesn't work in fact what I found which was absolutely gorgeous in this entire

process is and this is starting to unravel like what I started seeing

myself which i think is important for you guys to hear I'll take it a step

further here in a second but you know what I feel is happening is like my

wife's flame like the light inside of her is really wanting to start to come

out more and more and like I've always been this way my energy when I'm a fuck

yes all in I'm like the most infectious person that you can be around I get

everyone psyched right now the same side of that on the opposite oh my god so

when I'm a fuck no like I don't want to do this I'm the biggest energy suck like

the people around me are so affected and everyone knows Elon does not want to

fucking do this I have like big it's not probably I was sitting in

synagogue was this big like fuck you don't talk to me sign written on my head

so the same way that that energy is like super infectious because my energy is

always out right some people they get into certain situations and they're like

overwhelmed or or in fear they like suck themselves in and disappear I'm the

exact opposite I'm like a flame in one direction or I'm a flame in the other

but that flame either lights up you on the inside or it fucking burn lose you

and I get to be responsible for that and so I've been this way for a long long

time and I've actually started to have conversations with with friends and

things like that about it of late but you know for my wife while I've always

been that way I think what's really interesting is today her light is really

starting to come through and her energy is starting to come through and when I

be that way like really really big it actually squashes her her light it

squashes her fire and for maybe the first time in a long time that doesn't

feel good for her anymore she doesn't want to experience that so that's just

something that we're looking at like well how do we kind of co-create and and

and when in those moments she feels like that I'm doing that thing to actually

say it in the moment to me versus having it build and build and build and build a

little build which creates that that huge fire and this is something that my

friend Ben actually when I shared this with him the first time had me see you

know a lot of the times when we have these blowouts we tend to look at the

blowout itself like the the incident itself and we tend to like start to try

to unravel and unpack this this one incident and he reminded me of something

really beautiful because there was two things I was really upset about the

first thing when this happened I was like why me

why us why is this happening to me and he reminded me that whether it was now

or on Thanksgiving or New Year's or next year sometime this is something that we

have to go through so going into the why me why us why now all that is irrelevant

because this is an experience that our relationship needed to have in order to

build something stronger so I was like oh wow that feels really

really good right and then the other thing which I

can't remember right now what I won't say I'll come back to so here's here's

what I really want to share with you guys about the work that I then went and

did personally I spoke to you about the body sensation right and by the way just

let me know is this is this resonating like are you guys seeing your

relationships in this can yeah just let me know if as I'm sharing this because

this is really really important stuff and I really hope that you guys are

getting value from this look this was no I'm not I'm not even kidding you this

was like the most uncomfortable I've probably ever been in my relationship

ever because I'm driving home and I'm like holy shit like this is how people

get divorced it's this like like these conversations right like where all this

shit built up oh yeah so this is the other thing that I knew it come back to

me the other thing that was really important is that it's not don't delve

and try to fix or figure out the incident realize that the incident was a

highlighter for a much much deeper thing and so for my wife there's like a much

deeper conversation there's a much deeper piece about that energy of

feeling like I'm either you know lifting her up or like burying everything around

and like when I'm a fuck know like that that impacts her and so we got to have

that conversation and that really was the conversation no it wasn't what

happened in the synagogue was like you know quote unquote the needle that broke

of the right the needle that broke the camel's back I think yeah something like

that it's but it's way way deeper than that right and that's really important

when you're having these conversations it's like don't delve on the moment

itself always look for like what is the underlying thing that's a tad that's

impacting the relationship and that was really really beautiful for us so then

after we did that stuff I went and started to do my own work

because what I'm really curious about right you guys had all mentioned that

you've had that experience at some point where where something you know come like

starts building up inside of you like a volcano and just all of a sudden there's

an eruption I got curious I'm like well what is that

what was that rage that I felt in synagogue because for me that was the

highlighter right like there's a whole piece about my relationship with Fannie

and then there's a whole piece about like what happened internally to me that

I just totally missed and what I started to unravel through through a lot of the

work that that that guy and I do is

there's this part of me that is massively attached to autonomy and I've

known this it was just a deep deeper experiential knowing of this which is

when I'm being told what to do when I feel like I don't have a say or control

that feeling starts building up inside of me and yeah so Tammy that's that's

actually I think you guys are under light but that's like actually exactly

what it is so when I started to unravel that look there's tons of experiences

that I've had that width right but that energy that I was talking about where

I'm like a fuck yes or a fuck no that fuck no part comes from where I feel

like I've lost autonomy where I feel like I don't have a say anymore and

what's really interesting is that in the moment just like I was sharing with with

you guys about Fanny like if in the moment she's feeling something by my

energy and she just says like hey Ilan you're doing that thing you're like

sucking all the life out of the room you're Beauvoir that's a good reminder

for me right like that's a great red flag and then I can actually in the

moments where I feel all this stuff happen I can be in communication and you

ever notice that like when you say something you know the example I love to

use is like you're you go on stage and you're super super nervous there

tell you like tell tell the people on Sage I'm really really nervous

and you tell people and in and so in those moments now I get this new

practice of when I feel like I don't have a say or when I feel like I don't

have like it's it's out of my control and someone's dictating and I have to do

this I can actually be honest with whatever is happening around me so it's

like Fanny and I could be like look at in the moment I feel like I don't have a

say in this etc right and in as I'm saying that you

will actually feel a release in the body no now they're practice Tammy is

autonomy ego driven that's a really good question um let me explain it this way I

think there are parts so so ego is a word that gets thrown around a lot and I

think it's kind of like difficult for people to understand so I'm gonna say it

this way there are parts of us very very young parts that are like protectors

right so that there's a part of me that wants me to feel independent that wants

me to feel like I get a say etc and so when I don't have that experience

protectors come online and protectors are like you can't make me don't fucking

touch me you can all that stuff those are protectors and they all work

beautifully like there's not there's gifts in this stuff too right so like

think of being independent and there's a key can list you like multitudes of

things why how independence has made me super

successful so we don't want to look at these things as like that's a bad part

of us this is a good part it's more just it's a part and we get to dive into the

gift of the part and then the shadow of the box as well right so for me and for

you this is really what I'm inviting you to is like to honor those moments to see

and notice as quickly as you can that whole experience that wants to rise up

and instead of having the explosion see if you can actually feel in the

moment what that is and what your system is actually asking for and if you need

any help with this like this is the kind of work that we do so you don't have

blow ups and relationships and by the way look I do this work all the time I

still had a blow over the wife and within 24 hours we went from yelling I

mean like yelling like you see in the movies yelling to having intimacy

connection and love which is what I'm committed to back in our lives and in

our relationship and I can tell you like with 100% certainty that that is exactly

the kind of stuff that people get divorced over because they'd rather be

right then have what they're truly committed to so to put a bow on this

remember here the three major things right that that help me you can write

these down do whatever you want the first is you can either be right or you

can be in love you can't have both the second remind yourself of what you are

committed to in this relationship whether it's with your children whether

it's with your spouse whether it's with your business partner what are you truly

committed in that relationship and are the actions you're taking right now

consistent with that commitment and you will surely find that you are choosing

to be right instead of honoring that commitment the third thing everyone's

point of view is 100% valid 100% valid you don't need to understand it you

don't need to believe it you don't need to anything you just get to honor that

their point of view is 100% valid and bring compassion to that viewpoint see

if you can actually put yourself in that place to feel what they're feeling not

through your brain through your heart actually feel what they are feeling and

then once you unpack all of that stuff and you start to realize where you're

100% responsible for everything that happened you get to go and have that

Congress and you call one out on yourself and I

know that it's uncomfortable I know this is the part that your ego is gonna go

hey why no but they did this and then it put all that aside and bring yourself

back to that commitment if you guys have any questions about anything I covered

right now I'm happy to stay on here and answer anything anything that came up

for you that you want to share I know we're in a little bit of a delay here so

I'm happy to chill here for for a few minutes if you guys are called to share

anything but yeah this is like so so so important and can save you so much

heartache and frustration because eventually you're gonna come to this and

sometimes you guys are already separated at at that point and then you're just

left with guilt guilt and shame and then you have to do all this other work that

we do with people about forgiving their parents or their spouses or just so much

easier in the moment honestly like I'm so grateful that I have these tools I'm

so grateful that I have this ability to to see this stuff in the moment and and

moreso share it you know like all these people they're many many of you guys are

working with us in one way or another and you know just the ability to share

this and have you guys take this in your world and impact your spouse's and and

loved ones and partners and children is just absolutely amazing so yeah if

unless anyone has any other questions

Kevin I love that your daughter gets to reap the benefits of the maturity took

to put the relationship first family strong yeah and and that's such a good

point because as your kids mimic how you operate with your spouse more than

anything else it's not will you tell them how to be it's what they see you

being and so having that ability to process this in a very very quick and

timely manner so that you can get back into that thing which you are committed

to in the first place is absolutely massive

all right so if there are no questions I just want to thank you all who were here

participating commenting this was something that I was for the last week

really just wanting to share and and trying to figure out how to do it so I'd

love to hear from you guys in the comment box if this impacted you please

let me know and what you took away from this and how you're gonna have this live

on through action in your life and if there's anyone in your life that you

feel called that has some sort of experience right now in a relationship

that you think this would make a whisper this would give them some freedom or

inside please please please share this this is a I know this is a quite a

personal Roth message but I would love to get this out there so love you guys

thank you so much we'll see you soon

Pisces November 2018 * Tarot Reading & Astrology * What Is Jupiter Bringing? - Duration: 25:56.

Well hello hello my beautiful Pisces how are you my gorgeous ones. So we have a

very very active sky this month there's gonna be so many things going on that

I'm not going to be able to go deep into anything but I'm gonna try to cover a

lot of stuff so bear with me hang in there I'll try to explain as I can so

welcome welcome everyone for those of you that don't know me my name is Cindy

I am the modern-day spiritual advisor I use multiple modalities including

Astrology, Tarot, Spirit Medium, all kinds of stuff to help you on your path

So my gorgeous ones this is gonna be for November 2018 this is in preparation for

that big 2019 coming so I'm gonna be finishing out these November

videos and then I will begin the Venus retrograde and then the Pluto series we

talked about Pluto a little bit last month in the October and then I'm gonna

be doing December so we've got a lot of stuff going on. So starting off, November

1st. If you look here my gorgeous ones we're with Venus in retrograde already

and it going in your 8th house this is other people's money you have this hard

Square here but on November 1st Venus moves into your sign I mean into Libra

into your 8th house so whatever you've been sort of working on this sort of

this last month having to do with other people's money whether it's a divorce or

maybe it's a loan or maybe it's an inheritance or yeah it could be about

you and your shared resources maybe your spouse is like trying to get a job or

something like that's this 8th house it's shared resources so with the

Venus retrograde remember retrogrades are about amending revising editing

reorganizing trying to figure this out right so now that it's moved it's been

in your ninth house where you came to some understanding with what you were

going to do about this now that it's moved moved back into your eighth house

whatever you had begun probably at the beginning of October maybe even

end of September it is gonna start finalizing now because the Venus is

gonna go direct in the middle of the month of November so that happens

straightaway on the first and then we have mercury that moves into your tenth

house. So, mercury comes with a message. Mercury is the processor he's

the one that takes the messages from the underworld brings them to you

or takes them from you to them and so with mercury moving into your 10th house

with Jupiter I feel like because they're conjunct here if you look here they're

close together which means they're speaking to each other and they're

working together this Jupiter's in your ninth house so whatever you've been

working on all year long and growing in this house understanding higher

knowledge maybe Astrology maybe the occult maybe you've gone back to school

maybe you're getting a different degree a higher one so whatever this is it

could be dealing with foreign people, foreign travel, foreign lands so whatever

you've been working on all year because Jupiter's about to go into Sagittarius

which is the biggest thing that's going on I mean there's a lot of big things

going on but this is like the kickoff to what's gonna be going on for the next

year because Jupiter stays in a house about a year and so Jupiter moving into

Sagittarius is gonna behave very differently than he was in Scorpio in

Sagittarius he loves this house that he's the ruler of this house he's the

ruler of this sign so in Sagittarius Sagittarius is more optimistic

it's the lighter side of things. So where in Scorpio these lessons came from some

sort of tension or some sort of chaos or some sort of some sort of maybe even

crisis that you learn these lessons through when it moves into Sagittarius

it's going to not have to be that way so you're going to be learning your lessons

in a very different way where Jupiter expands this house

Jupiter is going to expand this house of your tenth house but because it's

leaving scorpio in your ninth house it's sort of will leave you the gift of your

growth right and with mercury there which is my whole point sorry with

mercury there there's a message coming about what you've worked through about

the gift that's coming to you okay having to do with this ninth house so

that happens on the first then we move to the sixth then we have these nodes the

north node and the south node so they're going to be changing signs so when a

when the north node changes signs in the south node changes signs whatever you

were dealing with a lot last year that's gonna be in here for probably over a

year and a half and I'll do a series on the nodes but you're going to find

yourself not being able to do so much of that, was in your South node that's

in your south node and doing more of your north node your North node is your

path your North node is the thing you're trying to expand and understand and

experience of right so the North node is moving into cancer on the sixth if you

look here and so cancers in your fifth house so this is about your love affairs

your creativity something coming from your heart it could be dealing with your

children as well if you have children so over the next year and a half maybe a

little bit more I think it's there for seventeen eighteen months so as

it's in this house you're gonna be finding yourself more focused finding

yourself more on that path of dealing with something that's come from your

heart maybe because your ninth house was active for some of you this is just a

scenario maybe some of you were we're learning astrology maybe some of you

were learning you know runes or Tarot or something having to do with the

metaphysics or the occult or the spiritualist too. You know some some of

you may have been growing with the Guru and so maybe when this moves into your

fifth house maybe now you're going to create something from what you've

learned. Right? That makes sense? So that's like a scenario

now your South node is going to be because it's always opposite. The South

node is going to be in Capricorn so as the North node moves into cancer the

South node moves into Capricorn right so the Capricorn excuse me

Capricorn is in your 11th house this is your house of networking this is your

house of it supports your tenth house house of groups House of networking this

is also the house again so if you were very very sociable maybe in the last

year and a half maybe expanding those new groups expanding those that

networking for your work for your career for your life path you're gonna find it

a little bit harder to be able to do that you're gonna be more focused on

what you're creating instead of with these groups doesn't mean you won't get

to these groups that just means you have to put a little bit more effort for

yourself now okay so that's happening on the sixth now on the seventh

excuse me see I told you we have a very active sky because that's the first and

then the seventh we do have that hard square in that first week if you look

here let me take it back to the fifth so if you look here this Venus is squaring

this North node so Venus is the planet of love luck and money so whatever

you're dealing with in this eighth house it's going to be a hard square so

there's gonna be some tension there's an opportunity for growth there's

opportunity to do to make your path bigger to expand in in what's going on

in this house but it's gonna be through some tension

because this is your North node okay so then by the seventh I'll sorry go

back to the seventh then we have this new moon on the seventh and this again

is in your ninth house so the new moon is new beginnings and it could have to

do with whatever Jupiter is producing and gifting you with right so there's

new beginnings new opportunity there's fate there's destiny if something's

coming in in this house having to deal with your ninth house which is foreign

lands foreign people higher education maybe you were trying to get into

someplace and maybe you've been having to work really hard on it in the last

year and like maybe you're going to med school

you get the notice that you're going to be able to or you've been accepted that

could be happening here in this in this new moon now the new moon is in Scorpio

so it is having to deal with you with Scorpio you're gonna have to go you've

had to had done a lot of the work in it that's what I'll say so because I think

it has to do with this Jupiter so these new beginnings have to do with something

that you have worked really really hard on will say that in the last year maybe

you didn't work on it the whole year but maybe you worked on it and then went

away from it worked on it went away from it got deeper and deeper right so that's

the new moon but on the same day we have Uranus

so Uranus is changing signs it is in retrograde it's going to be in your

second house so in your second house that's the money you earn the value you

have for yourself the valuables you have around you to show the value that you

have for yourself right that's Uranus but Uranus likes to come I mean that's

the second house Uranus likes to come shock and awe he likes to shift things

but he likes to shift things so that we can be liberated so that we can breathe

better it's that place where you're like when something happens and you're like

whoa and you're so upset about it nervous and anxious and you have to make

all these decisions and changes and stuff and then after that's done you

find yourself in a much bigger better place with all these beautiful blessings

and you look back and you say thank God that happened because if it hadn't

happened I would have never gotten here that's Uranus okay so in that same day

something shifting having to do with your money and this is this is why I'm

saying this has something to do with this Jupiter here I feel this is my own

opinion this thing that you've been working on with this new start right it

doesn't have to be bad Uranus doesn't necessarily when he shift something

doesn't necessarily have to be bad he could shift something and all of a

sudden you attain this thing that you've been working on or somebody comes and

gifts you with something you're like whoa that just changed my life

right that's your kness so that's on the seventh then on the eighth

I'm so sorry for my throat then on the eighth this is when Jupiter leaves

Scorpio and moves into Sagittarius we're gonna feel this energy shift we're

already kind of feeling it especially this group our group we feel things a

lot sooner than they really happen this group is really evolved especially

Pisces are really evolved so Jupiter is moving into Sagittarius again it's going

to be better it's going to be lighter it's going to be not so tough to get to

the expansion I'll say that okay so on that day when it shifts or when it moves

into Sagittarius and it will be there for a year you have the moon also so

there's something emotionally that's going to where you feel it and something

could come through because although I don't like this conjunct at 9 degrees I

like them from 5 to 8 degrees you could still receive some news going on in this

house right and this is your tenth house this is some of you that have been maybe

looking for that position or maybe working on that position or maybe

working on getting a new job or maybe working on a different career or maybe

something like you could be getting messages here you could be getting the

signs of this here does that make sense so that happens on the 8th look for that

but then Jupiter just continues to go into that house so you're going to grow

in this house your 10th house your career your life purpose yeah your

accolades the your public eye the way that you're being looked at the way that

you are doing things this house is going to grow in this next year and it's like

the best place for you because it's in Sagittarius which it's going to gift the

most because that's its ruler Jupiter right so then we're gonna move to the

16th then on the 16th Mars moves into your house so Mars in your 12th house

may have made you a little isolated agitated didn't understand why maybe a

lot of anxiety was happening maybe some completions were going on but maybe some

completions were going on in your dreams that really deep deep subconscious stuff

but now that it's moved into your first house whatever you've completed

here whatever's been going on here in the background maybe it wasn't in the

public maybe you were dealing with some stuff in the background when it moves

into your sign you're gonna have a lot more energy to be able to fulfill these

things to be able to take action right to be able to do these things it

eventually is going to conjunct here which means it's going to be talking to

Neptune which is your ruler right so on the 16th Mars goes into your first house

you'll feel better but Venus does go direct here okay so Venus goes direct on

the same day that Mars moves into this house so whatever you've been working on

over here in this other people's money loans grants things like that you're

gonna sort of see the finalization of it you'll begin to see okay this is what's

gonna happen this is how we're gonna work this this is what I'm going to get

from this right so that happens on the 16th

then on the 17th I'm telling you it's an active sky then on the 17th mercury goes

retrograde so right when this one right when Venus goes direct mercury goes

retrograde so there are some messages but with this message that maybe you got

with this Jupiter you're going to have to reimagine reorganize and adjust and

there's something with the process of this because mercury is the processor

and when you retrograde you have to rework some stuff if when you Mercury

retrograde you're gonna have to rework some stuff so in your tenth house maybe

it's that you got the position but you forgot to sign a paper you know it could

be something like that so Mercury's gonna be retrograde in there you guys

know how to handle the Mercury retrograde it'll be in there for almost

a month not quite that almost about so that's on the 17th then on the 19th

there we go so on the 19th then we have this grand

trying so this grand trine has to do with the Sun in your ninth house yeah

the Sun in your ninth house Chiron in your house

what Chiron is if you don't know I'll have the video in the description box

below as a link Chiron is that sort of sore wound place in your area of your

life that no matter what you do no matter how many times you tried you kind

of find yourself in the same place you have to work through your Chiron in your

20s you sort of realize your Chiron and by your 49 53 48 some of you 53 54

somewhere through there you'll release your Chiron but all through there you're

kind of working in your Chiron so KY runs in your first house the North node

in your fifth house that's what this has to do a grand trine you know is a

divinely guided gift it's being brought to you and this is going to be a water

trine so it's going to be brought to you on an emotional level so emotionally

this is a gift for you this is an opportunity it is a grand trine which

means you may not want to take it or you may feel like oh I don't have to do much

work with it sometimes yeah some people will feel like well I can I don't have

to focus on that yet right but that's kind of everybody's different but

there's something being lit shown with the Sun and your North node about where

you're going so there may be some clarity as to maybe you're taking a new

path with something that you've created and you finally see the light of how you

should do it right like to take the easier path like that could be the grand

trine and that's on the 19th then on the 22nd we have this full moon

in Gemini and I sometimes some of you us 20nd some of it's a 23rd for me

it's the 23rd so you have this full moon in Gemini going on in your 1 2 3 4 so in

your 4th house sorry yeah in your 4th house so this is going on in your 4th

house but the sun is shining in your 10th house the Sun shines to the moon

and illuminates this part of your house that you hadn't seen before so it'll

clear something up so that you can release

full moons are about releasing letting go but no longer serves you and when you

do that fate destiny miracles things like that can come in and I always have

my full moon new moon videos I'll explain more about the energy that's

coming and the way that it's going to be hanging in the way that it could be

coming in that house okay so that happens on the 22nd then on the 24th or

25th your ruling planet I think it's the 25th for me yeah yeah so then on the

24th or 25th depending on where you are in the world your ruling planet who has

been retrograde for a while is now going direct so in your house it is going to

be gifting you with something because it is your planet it is your ruling planet

Neptune is though it's like you it wants to sort of make everything dissolve

everything into one understanding that we all are one understanding that that

we can become bigger in this life and so with it being in your first house and

it's going to be conjunct Mars this is when it's conjunct Mars which means it's

speaking to Mars so there's something going on within yourself when I'm just

looking at the time in its 11:11 there's something going on within yourself when

this Mars comes that will help you take the action to whatever it is that you've

been sort of dealing with with this Neptune trying to figure out who am i

what am I supposed to do what do I want to do in this life what am I where am I

headed as it turns direct and Mars is in there

it's good to give you not just some clarity because you kind of already have

the clarity about where you're wanting to go with this but it's going to give

you the drive in the ambition and the yeah the drive the ambition the gusto to

do this right so that's gonna sort of end out the month for you guys again

I'll be doing the Venus retrograde series and then the Pluto series

now let's pull some cards for you guys and see how that goes you'll see where

you are at the beginning in November this is a very very active month for you

guys and I feel like for you guys with Jupiter in there and moving into your

10th house it's like the best place to be that Jupiter moving into your 10th

house let me say this if some of you are actors when actors musicians sports

authorities maybe public figures in that direction or that genre dancers you

could you can find some sort of by the end of this next year you can find that

you're much bigger in your career than you were accolades are coming to you

you're getting recognized you're getting the parts you're getting the contracts

that stuff could be happening for you so let's see what we have for November I'm

just getting the cards right down okay so where are you at in November so you

have the four of swords so I feel this two ways I feel like for a lot of you

you've done all or you feel like you've done all you can do in a situation or

maybe a couple of situation then you're sort of letting it rest others of you

have been letting it rest too long but I think it's because you had tried and

tried and tried and then you sort of just backed off from it right so I find

in the month of November with this four of swords that if you have it sort of

relaxed it whatever this situation is I feel like it's more than one for a lot

of you that it maybe it's time to just let it live for a little bit focus on

something else because you've done everything that you can does that make

sense so what's their advice in this situation this is interesting because

you have the hanging man which is self sacrificing so what the hanging man if

you look he can get out of that position anytime he wants and that is their

advice is that you can get out of this position with your family with a lover

with your spouse with your friends with yourself because I feel like a lot of it

is with yourself like you're holding yourself back because you know Pisces

you kind of see the bigger picture of not just this world but the universe and

other dimensions and you kind of know that we're all one so it's hard for you

to take a stand in something because we all are one and everything works out

anyway right in the end so it's hard for you to say no this is what I deserve

this is what I want this is what I'm gonna get right and so I feel like for

all of you there's a lot of self sacrificing going on and they're saying

it's self speer saying it's remember it's self sacrificing remember that it's

I can get out of this position I can say what I want I can put my boundaries down

any time that I want it may not be comfortable at first because you know

people are used to you being one way it may not be comfortable but in the end

those people that are going to be in your life you're going to be attracting

them and those people that can't handle that because they've been taking

advantage of you the whole time they'll kind of float away fade away right can't

stay in the same dimension if you're not in the same residence right so that's

their advice so how do we end this so you have the star card I love love

this card this is the Aquarius card but I also love it because when I look at

this card I see where your guides and your higher-self and you have all the

support from the universe and from God and oneness source whatever you name

that a higher being that you have all the support and it's like they're

pouring down not just love but I see pouring down support pouring down

miracles for you letting you know that you're never

really alone what you kind of know this but here in this aspect on this earth

you can forget that and sometimes maybe feel too lonely or alone a lot

so I feel like at the end of November what this is telling me is that you're

going to feel supported you're going to feel like you're being I'm getting the

word snuggle by by the universe which is an odd word I don't ever use that word

like warn't like in a warm blanket so to me that tells me and this is such a big

group that means different things for different people but there are some

things that are going to be happening in your in this next month to help you

understand physically that you're supported spiritually that you're

supported energetically that make sense okay so have a great wonderful month oh

I did want to mention I am so sorry for doing this at the end I did want to

mention that for the month of November the highest viewed video is going to get

a full Celtic spread for December and a full astrology reading for December that

sign so whichever sign has the most viewed video is the most viewed video is

going to get that so I apologize for not saying that before I love you love you

love you have a great wonderful month I will be getting out the others pretty

soon bye

What is Aperture – How Aperture Affects Your Video Exposure & Depth of Field - Duration: 6:03.

That right there is aperture, and well I mean this is actually just like a

spaghetti portion measurer, but it works pretty much in the same way.

Hey everyone, Camber here back with you; and today we're talking about aperture and how it

affects your video and if you're new here this channel is all about teaching

you how to use your camera to make good videos so if that's you consider subscribing.

So what is aperture? Well, your aperture is the circular opening in

your lens that gets larger or smaller in order to allow more or less light

through your camera lens and to reach your camera sensor. And it may seem

somewhat confusing with all the numbers involved and we'll get to that a little

bit later in the video, however, the concept itself is pretty easy to

understand if you just think about how our eyes work. As you move between bright

and dark environments the iris in your eyes either expands or shrinks

controlling the size of your pupil. And in a similar way you can enlarge or

shrink the aperture on your lens in order to control how much light goes

through the lens and reaches your camera sensor. So aperture has two main effects

on your shots and the most obvious of those is going to be your change in

exposure or the brightness of your images. So with a wide open aperture

you're allowing more light to reach your camera sensor which results in a

brighter image, and when you have a narrow aperture, less light is being able

to get through your camera lens and reaching your sensor resulting in a

darker image. So the other big effect the aperture has on your shots is your depth

of field, and this really controls the style of your shots. So your depth of

field refers to the amount of your image that's sharp from front to back.

So with the thin or shallow depth of field, that's going to give you a background

that's completely out of focus; whereas with a large or deep depth of field your

foreground and your background are gonna be a lot more in focus and a lot more sharp.

So now we know how aperture works, but the way you'll see it represented on

your camera is by an "F" number or an f-stop. Whenever you see an aperture

value the letter "F" will appear before the number like F/8 although some

cameras omit the slash and just write F8. But one important part of aperture

that may seem confusing at first is that small numbers equal large

apertures while large numbers equal small apertures.

Huh?

Yep that's right.

A smaller number equals a larger opening with more light and more blur, whereas a

larger number equals a smaller opening with less light and less blur.

And to help you understand this just think about aperture as a fraction. So if you're

looking at f/2 versus f/16 in fraction form by replacing the "F" with a "1" then

you'll be able to see that 1/2 is a much bigger number than 1/16, and

therefore represents a much larger opening in your camera lens.

So remembering that a stop of light is any doubling or halving of the amount of

light let in when taking a photo or video you can know exactly how any

change in aperture is going to affect your exposure. However, unlike shutter

speed and ISO you can't simply double or half your current aperture number in

order to figure out those changes. Instead you have to multiply your

current aperture number by 1.4 in order to decrease by one stop resulting in a

darker image. Whereas you have to divide your current aperture number by 1.4 in

order to increase by one stop of light resulting in a brighter image.

So, looking at this image based on the metering scale you can see that we're

underexposed by two stops of light and our current aperture setting is at 5.6.

So in order to increase by one stop of light, we'll go to f/4, and now we're only

one stop underexposed. And to increase one more stop of light we'll go down to

f/2.8 and now we've increased by one more stop of light and we're properly

exposed based on the metering scale. On the other hand if the same image was

overexposed by two stops of light and we were at f/5.6, we would then need to

increase our aperture to f/8 in order to decrease by one stop of light so that

now we're only overexposed by one stop. And then we would have to increase our

aperture once more to 11 in order to decrease by one more stop of light

bringing us to the proper exposure. So there are a lot of numbers with aperture and

it can be a bit confusing, however, you see how it affects your light and how it

affects your exposure. But there's also something else in play and that's your

depth of field. So let's look at another picture, but

this time we're going to keep the exposure at zero and use shutter speed

to compensate for our exposure, and this way you can see how the different "F" numbers

are going to affect your depth of field. So starting at the highest

aperture for this lens of f/22, you can see there's a very deep depth of field

where there's more in focus, and as you move to the lower "F" numbers the

background becomes progressively blurrier. Now at f/8 there's much more

blur in the shot, but as we keep moving all the way down to f/1.8 which is the

lowest aperture for this lens you can see the background is much more blurry.

And now comparing it together with f/22, there's a huge difference in how your

aperture is going to affect the depth of field and the way your shot looks.

Overall, you can see the aperture is clearly a crucial point in exposure and

possibly one of the most important settings on your camera because of depth

of field and the major role that plays in the style of your shots. And your

choice in aperture is really going to control the look and feel of your film.

And that's all for aperture so if this was helpful go ahead and hit that like

button and let me know down below if you do have any more questions about aperture.

Go ahead and subscribe if you haven't, and remember that the only way

to get better at something is to practice. So get out there and film something!

See you soon!

Xhaka reveals what Emery told him before free-kick vs Crystal Palace - Duration: 2:47.

Unai Emery demanded Granit Xhaka took Arsenal set-pieces at Crystal Palace before his free-kick stunner

The Swiss international levelled the scores at Selhurst Park, beating Wayne Hennessey with an excellent strike from an acute angle

Xhaka wheeled away after scoring before running over to the Arsenal bench to celebrate with Gunners boss Emery

And he revealed his decision was down to a half-time conversation with the Gunners boss

Explaining his celebration, Xhaka told Arsenal's official website: "Not only to say thank you

"I chose to shoot because the coach asked me why I didn't take the corners or the free-kicks in the first half

"After he told me that I must take free-kicks and corners, I did it.  "I think it was the first free-kick of the second half, so I took it

"I was happy that I could score, but we can't be so happy after the game."  Xhaka went from hero to zero though late on when he tripped Wilfried Zaha for Palace's late penalty

He was once again forced to deputise at left-back with Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac both sidelined

But Emery refused to criticise his player at full-time, insisting: "Xhaka is playing left-back but he is better in the middle

"I will say nothing to him (about giving away the penalty)."  Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had put Arsenal ahead before Luka Milivojevic rescued a point with his second spot kick of the game

Speaking after the match, Emery said: "We drew, it's not bad, it's better to win but looking at the game in 90 minutes it is a deserved result

"Two penalties against us in the box is a difficult action for the defence."  Arsenal return to action in the Carabao Cup on Wednesday night when they welcome Blackpool to the Emirates in the fourth round
