why do some people have more vibrancy than others hi if we haven't met before

my name's John Ruman and international business coach a consult my job is to

help you achieve the greatness that I believe is your birthright and destiny

here's the thing there's two kinds of people in the world there's those that

literally vibrate at such a frequency that they bounce they when you around

them you feel great you feel energized do you feel invigorated you feel

emotionally positive when you may have been a little less so beforehand hey

good to see you Tami a lot of people are challenged by feeling emotionally

physically and I would even say spiritually less energized than others

and I truly feel that it is possible for anyone to shift from where they are now

to a paradigm and existence that is considerably more vibrant than what they

have today and what I would offer to you is you have a choice you can watch them

you can be envious you can be jealous or you can actually take the steps

necessary to become that person who's thriving so let me tell you a little bit

of backstory about myself I have not always been as happy and positive as I

am I've had several days of darkness in my life and now I have a life that is

more or less consistently good consistently on the positive side of

things I'm not saying it to impress you but to impress upon you it's a skill

that I've learned and practiced physically I do think some people have

more natural stamina maybe a good word but core vibrancy and energy and the

ability literally to be alive in life I have found actually comes with practice

and implementing certain things I was not always so right now I would say I am

over forty and I feel 22 23 I feel amazing in

my body I would encourage and invite you to consider the concept that regardless

of your age you can step into an experience that is much more positive

and vibrant than you have now your spiritual journey whatever that is

your religion your spiritual even if you're not spiritual your ability to

give that attention in such a way that it enlivens you I think is a critical

factor so the reason I bring these things up is I'm actually doing a

workshop and in on Sunday the entire part of the workshop is I have I spent

my nights my weekends my free time studying how to be the greatest version

of myself so I can help as many people as possible be the greatest version of

theirselves if the issue doesn't is not something I experienced personally I

still explore it so I can help others what I have found is vitality within our

physicality our mental alertness our ability to have clear thinking our

ability to brainstorm to come up with fresh ideas to always be on is actually

a skill rather than some random lucky thing so I would encourage you to not

give up if you are the person again who lives in envy of those people step

outside of the fact that you are where you are now that's fine most important

thing is that you say I am here don't it doesn't matter if it's good or bad trust

me there's always someone worse off than you and there's always someone better

that's okay here's where I am and I want to go with there consistently moving

forward in that direction is what life is about setbacks are okay they help you

to grow they help you to move further in that direction

so whatever setbacks you're experiencing now I would encourage you to move in

that direction and find that new amazing version

you which is in there so take the time to fuel your mind take the time to feed

your mind take the time to create good habits that allow your brain to rest and

become a more full more amazing more vibrant version do body habits that make

you feel alive that make you feel energized that make you know your

confidence that make you know your full potential your power versus begging for

attention begging for approval from rest the rest of the world I want you to be

in the position that you move with such confidence in such stead fast forward

movement that whatever your mission is you literally have no clue what's

happening outside of there because you are so forward moving in it when you get

there when you feel that you'd be amount of energy within you literally explodes

in a beautiful way you become unstoppable I want you to achieve that

so that part of that is actually aligning with why you're meant to be so

that is part of this so having the right habit so your brain is on so your

mindset is on so you can be focused and stop imagining competition out there

getting in the way when really it's inside your head understand that there

are habits you can have within your bodies physicality and your mindset that

will change the way you feel that there are things you can do physically

exercise wise diet wise that are more beneficial than others and when you

stack these on top of each other you become a continually better version of

yourself and setbacks are to be expected that's life but the important part is

that you're always moving forward and making yourself more amazing all of the

time so take the time to invest in you trust me it'll be worth it if this is

something you want my feedback on my workshop on Sunday this Sunday is all

about that it's at San Agustin it's from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. the cost is 200 TT 250

on the day and I will basically give you all of the things that I teach my

private clients about how to have a maximum umph

and energy and vitality in all these areas everything from again diet

exercise sleep mindset and powerful habits and things they can do that will

compound to make you a super vibrant human being and feel 20 or 30 or 40 or

50 years younger than you do it will be steps that will move in that direction

and will not be an immediate thing but it will be for direction so with that

please take little steps that you can do you know what they are what are you

avoiding now that you could be doing that will help you be at that level in

your future so walk in that direction move in that direction there's no one to

blame but you and that's great so stop pointing the finger at elsewhere

and say I can do better I'm gonna do better I want to take a micro step

consistently and before you know it you're living a whole new life that if

you were to actually journal on a daily or regular consistent basis you'd be

blown away after six months to a year the new life you live so move in that

direction I look forward to seeing you on the other side living a life of

greatness in a more vibrant and powerful state thank you very much

What Is Black Garlic and Why Is It So Good For You? - Duration: 2:56.

Do you know what black garlic is?

Although it may just look like rotten garlic, or garlic that has been cooked for too long,

it's actually become very famous around the world due to it's culinary uses and health

benefits.

It becomes black when the garlic heads rot enough to become black and develop a smooth,

sticky texture quite similar to the texture of dates.

Why spiritualizing the cosmos is a disservice to science and religion | Michelle Thaller - Duration: 4:49.

Chris, you ask the question about how religion affects our view of the cosmos.

And the first thing I think about is simply the history of being human.

There were so many things about the universe that we didn't understand.

Thousands of years ago, we watched the seasons change or we observed things like thunderstorms

and we had no idea, we didn't have the scientific knowledge to explain these things.

And so it seems like a very natural, understandable, human instinct to try to ascribe these things

to Gods, to beings that are so much more powerful than us we can barely comprehend them.

And that sort of way of interpreting nature as spirits and things that are much more powerful

than us I find very beautiful.

Then, of course, what happens is you learn, you learn what causes lightning.

The ancient Scandinavians might have said it was the god Thor actually causing lightning.

Well we know it's not Thor – it actually has to do with friction inside clouds and

generating electric charges.

We understand now why the Sun shines and why the seasons change.

And there seems to be this instinct to always put God farther and farther away.

So now that we understand thunderstorms maybe God lives in the sky; we just put the idea

of God farther away from what we know.

People say, okay, well now we understand how planets work and how galaxies work, but maybe

God set off the Big Bang.

Why are we always pushing God away?

Why are we always making the concept of whatever God is farther and farther and farther and

as soon as we have scientific knowledge about something we say, "Okay, well, that's not

God.

God must be farther out still."

There's never been a time in human history where we realized that some things had scientific

explanations and some things didn't.

It's like, 'Okay we know why the Sun shines, we know why the seasons change, but lightning?

That really is Thor.'

That actually never happens.

Everything that we explore we actually add to our body of knowledge.

And while I am not personally religious, it seems to me to be a disservice to the idea

of God that God constantly gets farther and farther away.

You put him, or however you want to call it, just outside the grasp of human knowledge.

Someday we will understand what set off the Big Bang and I don't think the answer is going

to be God.

Maybe God is something more personal to you.

Maybe it's how you relate to other people, maybe it's how you define your morality, maybe

it's something that's very, very important in our culture.

But I also think that we do the universe a disservice because we're putting our own ego,

our own vision of ourselves out there.

There are many religions that seem to think of God as something like a person, some very,

very powerful version of a human being.

And there are other religions that don't that talk about natural forces or gods that are

incomprehensible.

But all of them seem to be too much about putting our own selves, our own fears, our

own version of what morality should be, out onto the universe and the universe really

doesn't care about any of that.

I sort of wish we observed the universe the way it is and then turn it back on ourselves.

We are a reflection of the physical laws around us.

People often say, "Why is the universe so perfectly tuned that human life can exist

at all?

Why do we have the right temperature planet around the most perfect type of star you can

have?

Why are all the physical laws exactly what you need for matter to hold together?"

And this, to me, always seemed like putting the cart before the horse.

We are a product of the laws of the universe.

The reason we have evolved to be this type of biology is because we evolved on this planet.

There may be creatures that evolve on very different planets that are asking the same

question: "Why are we on the perfect planet for life?"

— but they're a methane-based fish somewhere on Titan.

I mean, who knows.

You have to really understand that the universe has nothing to do with our vision, but our

minds, our sense of beauty, our sense of mathematics and how things fit together, they do work

really well with the physical laws of the universe, but that's not a coincidence.

They evolved inside the universe.

Our minds came to consciousness with these physical laws and these conditions.

So I think we actually can learn more about the larger universe by studying ourselves

better.

Why is it that we enjoy the golden ratio in mathematics?

How do our minds really reflect what the physical constants and the laws of nature are?

I find that wonderfully rich and it helps me fit into the larger context of the universe,

which I think is the most noble goal of any religion.

Why do you go to ReasearchILD's Learning Differences Conference [CC] - Duration: 1:27.

Actually for me I wanted to acquire new skills and knowledge.

Strategies that would enhance teaching and learning in my school and

especially the strategies that have been used in other countries of the world and they are not in our country.

No conference comes closer to this one.

Like I said, it's practical, its pragmatic, it's one of its kind.

One thing I've liked about

the sessions is

focusing more on the strengths that

children with learning difficulties have other than

basically looking at what they can not do. So for me, that was the killer.

I liked it because it is pragmatic, it is new, it is stimulating and it's taking into

cognition the fact that all learners can not learn the same.

It is actually a life-changing conference in terms of skills

and knowledge you acquire.

So I would actually encourage people to come so that they can be revived.

That they can catch the gospel

for themselves.

Why Do I Need a Lawyer for a UM/UIM Insurance Claim? - Duration: 1:41.

Why is it worth it to have UM coverage and hire an attorney if you have to make a UM

claim?

Well, it is worth it because the attorneys (myself, Jordan, Caleb and Kathy McArthur)

are very familiar with the process, and we know what to do and how to do it well and

get you the most amount of money possible.

Whenever you're making a claim against anybody's insurance, whether it be a liability claim

against someone else's insurance or against your insurance, it's so smart to have a lawyer

and have our firm help you through that process.

A lot of people are gonna say, "Well, you know, you're gonna take a fee.

What's your fee?

Why would I want to pay you, you know, if my own insurance is gonna pay my claim?"

Well, insurance companies think of you as a number.

They don't think of you as a person who's been injured.

They think of you as a number and there are statistics and you're a part of a ratio they have to

meet at the end of every month, and even though you pay your premiums to these insurance companies,

you might say to yourself, "Well, you know, I've been with State Farm." or "I've

been with USAA for 30 years."

Well, you're still a number to them, but to our firm you're a person and you matter and

you'll talk to us and we care about you, we want to help you and we're doing what's best

for you.

So you need an advocate on your side even if you're dealing with your own insurance

company because to them you're a number, but to us you're a person.

At the McArthur Law Firm, our job is to fight for you to make sure you get justice and reasonable

compensation for your injuries.

To get in touch with us call 1(888)WE FIGHT or go to our website Macarthurlawfirm.com.

Why You Need A Personal Injury Attorney After A Car Accident in Florida - Duration: 0:53.

- You need a personal injury attorney after an accident,

because Florida automobile insurance law

is very, very complex,

and even for us attorneys,

who are doing it on a regular basis day in and day out,

and it's all we do, it can be super complex.

And there's really no way that a layperson,

an accident victim with no experience,

can face off with the insurance company

and negotiate a fair settlement for their claims.

You just can't do it without an attorney,

and there's no way in the world

that an insurance company's gonna offer you

fair compensation, unless you have an attorney

who's representing your interests.

The Reasons for Neck Pain — Why Your Past Matters - Duration: 1:48.

- Hey, I'm Dr. Gregg Gerstin with Align Wellness Center

and I'm here with one of my favorite people.

This is my daughter, Jordan.

Can you say hi?

- Hello.

- And, what I want to talk with you today about is neck pain.

I just went over a report with a patient

yesterday and she was asking me, where did this come from?

And, for many patients, they really have this question

of wanting to know how did they get their neck pain.

And, what I found over the last 15 years in practice

is that many neck problems aren't from something

that you did recently.

There's something that you did when you were Jordan's age.

Whether it was a fall,

or hitting the corner of a coffee table,

or when you came off the slide and you bumped your chin,

you may have cut it.

Rough housing with your siblings, playing sports,

an injury that can end up changing

how your neck winds up working,

doesn't have to cause you to have a concussion.

It just needs to change how your spine works,

and usually we take care of the outside,

we'll get rid of a cut, we'll get rid of the bruise

but we never look on the in.

So for many people, that pain that shows up

in their middle age or later years,

could have gotten started when they were in their youth

as young as Jordan.

So I want to thank you for being here with me,

if you know someone who may have had,

may be having neck pain,

and is unsure of where it came from,

can you share this video with them?

Also, if you like it, give it a thumbs up,

let us know what you think, share with us in the comments

some of your thoughts.

Lastly, I'm Dr Gregg Gerstin, a chiropractor in Northbrook

with Align Wellness Center,

and I want to thank you

for letting me be a part of your health.

Can you say bye bye Jordan?

- Bye bye.

(upbeat music)
