It's over 100 mods that I've collected over the years of doing Gmod videos

It really hurt me to do that, but in order to get this work

I had to just unsubscribe from all of them, so..

It pains me to say that

But that's the level of commitment I have

Alright, here's the plan for today, ladies and gentlemen

I'm gonna test out the abilities here, on Sonic's map

And then go on a different map and see, how fast he really is

If you don't collect the rings and your ring meter goes all the way to 0

The mod stops working

This is how we're gonna test it out, ladies and gentlemen

The approximate height of this door is 2 metres [ 2m = 6.5feet ]

The width is one metre

To fill up this whole space you need six of these doors

And another five on this side

That is 11 metres to cover the whole room [ 11m = 36feet ]

And how much time does Sonic need to cover ground of 11 metres? Well, let's test it out!

Yeah, that's pretty slow. That's pretty slow [ 4.8 sec ]

So that's normal walking speed for you, ladies and gentlemen, in Gmod

And now, Sonic's walking speed is this!

[ 2 sec ]

Yup.. okay, where the heck..

Yeah, you don't need to be a scientist, to see how much faster this is

So I'm gonna put all the numbers on the screen, so you can follow everything

So we figured out that Sonic with his abilities is much faster

MUCH, MUCH faster, than normal walking speed or running speed in Gmod

But now, how fast can I scale this building?

So, if Sonic can cover.. 11 metres in 2 seconds..

So that's 6.5 metres in one second, (?) that is 23.4 kilometres per hour

So that is still normal human running speed

Anyone can run 23 km/h

Let's take this further

Let's see what is the height of this building

Now, how the heck do we calculate this?

Alright, let's see, how much time do I need to climb the freakin' GabeN tower

So each of these glass pieces is one meter

Per one of these cubicles

How long is it gonna take Sonic to run up a building that's 156 metres high?

This is going to be a true test of his speed

And also, considering it's freakin' vertical and not horizontal

Now we gotta calculate how much space he covered in just one second

We're gonna do that by diving a 156 by 4

We're gonna get 39

So we got 39 metres a second, which is 140 kilometres an hour

And for my American buddies out there, that's 86 miles per hour

Holy freakin' crap, Sonic! That's the speed, dude!

Now, it's nowhere near as fast as the Flash

So we gotta get the speed up there, man

It's gotta be faster, than that

But he called me up, and.. He said that the bridge is about 270 meters long

Now with that in mind, let's try to cross it once again

And calculate the seconds it takes me. Here we go, guys!

With each of these boosters he gets a solid speed boost

And if I was to put more speed boosters down I think that I would actually cross the bridge slower

Because I wouldn't go off flying, I would stick to the ground

The reason why he goes so fast with this mod is that he goes flying
