Oz Show on Thursday, January 31, and she spoke candidly about her potentially fatal fish allergy about a month after almost losing her life because of it

 In December 2018, the 48-year-old ate some soup that, unbeknownst to her, had fish in it

It triggered a reaction that caused Frankel to fall unconscious and require emergency medical treatment

Following the harrowing ordeal, the entrepreneur credited first responders and an EpiPen with saving her life

 During her chat with Dr. Mehmet Oz, Frankel admitted the incident has made her fearful

"Thank you for having me," she told the talk show host. "I've been home a lot and this is the only time I'm really coming out to do any television, because I wanted to actually share this message and get your advice and your expertise

"  When Dr. Oz, 58, asked the Skinnygirl founder how she's been feeling, she said she's "doing better," but wasn't really prepared for the aftermath of her heath scare

"I didn't think that it would be such a recovery process. I think people sort of just think you slap an EpiPen and then life goes on," she explained

"It's definitely a scary thing."  The reality star, who said she's had this fish allergy for her "whole entire life" and experienced a series of milder reactions in the past, is still coming to terms with how serious her aliment can be

"Now I realize that it is a big deal," she told Dr. Oz, later adding that she feels "a little bit of shame" when even simple restaurant outings result in unwanted attention because of her dietary restrictions

 "It's crazy. I don't like to be alone anymore," she explained to the Food Can Fix It author, according to Page Six

"I don't want to be at restaurants alone, and I'm not that type of person. It's very scary

It changes your whole entire life."  Since the December ordeal, Frankel has had two additional scares involving fish being served on flights she was taking or about to take

"You can't write this. Now another airline is serving cooked salmon for my next flight," she tweeted regarding the second plane mishap

"I have contacted them multiple times to no avail. I guess I'll have to take another poll w my cabin

BC everyone is dying to eat cooked fish on a plane."  The Dr. Oz Show airs weekdays

So today, I am gonna introduce, my favorite TOP 3 Game Centers around Minami

Some Game Center can enjoy the indoor fishing, which is amazing.

And some Game Center is huge!!

And No.1 spot, is kind of hidden spot, so not so many travelers.

You can enjoy the game with quiet environment.

This Game Center right here!!

Which is Arcabuz, it's right next to Dotonbori, and believe or not, there is a fishing pond inside the Game Center

Yes, interesting right?

Alright, so let's go to check inside!!

This Game Center is kind of small, there are only claw machines and Purikura which is Photo Booth.

In the basement, you can actually enjoy the fishing.

Unfortunately you cannot eat them, even you fish.

But you can have some prize Well fishing pond is kind of fun to try, and

it's not that expensive, but it's kind of hard to get it.

Wow, so, I've tried fishing pond last time in this Game Center, I tried "Samurai style".

So No.2 is Round 1 Stadium, well this place is kind of near Dotonbori

As you see, there are many claw machines at 1st floor

And token games at 2nd floor, this Horse Race Game machine is amazing

Toy horse is actually moving front of you!

Well, sometimes there are too many people, so that you cannot play that much

Well, so the No.1 Game Center in Minami is this one

It's Game Taito Station, so this Taito station is huge!!

And also that's the Namba station, it's because of in the south part of Namba station

This Game Center is not that popular, it's huge but not so many people playing

So, you know, you can actually enjoy the game

This Tatio Station has 6 floors, each floors not that big as Round 1, but all floors are filled by arcade games

Of course, you can find claw machines, and other popular games as well

The good point of this Game Center is that you can find new games to Old games

Also, since this game center is located south part of Namba Station, There are not so many people even the Game Center is big.

So if you wanna play the game quietly, this is the spot

Well, so this Game Center simply huge and less people.

That's why it's No.1, So if you visit Osaka, Minami

And you wanna visit the Game Center, then this is the No.1 Spot

After staying one week in capital city of Sri Lanka to extend our visa

We started to have journey to south side of Sri Lanka where we are gonna stay longer

We woke up early in the morning and say good bye to our landlord

after that to catch the 6 am train we went to fort railway train station

Our journey was going to be on see side for 4 hour in the train

which was exciting us a lot

We've been on journey already for 1 hour

it's going pretty well so far

Lena slept for half hour

I was shooting in that time

I will sleep when we get to new home

3 hours left

House also in a really nice place I'm so excited about it

after seeing amazing views and landscapes

we reached to our new house in beach town

and this is our new house

it reminds me my old village house back in Turkey

here is a small town with beautiful beaches

in my village rock climbing was famous in here surfing is really famous

you can see people surfing in everywhere

now our landlord preparing us a breakfast I'm gonna go there

breakfast is really delicious it's included in the price

to work more on computer and not to lose time we decided to have place with breakfast so we dont have to cook early in the morning

also the price was affordable with breakfast

I'm gonna show you the house in a bit

I can also talk about price

in sri lanka most of the thing cheap for us

I cant imagine for European people (I'm from turkey btw) this talk because of the currency)

When I go out most of the tourist from europe

when I say turkey they dont even know about it

it's like the same for us I also didnt know Sri lanka until 2016

so they dont know where my country is not much people came here from our countries

in this house in for years there was only one turkish came

there is no electricity in the house now something happen dont know what

Because of mosquitos in the beds you can see this

we have a small kitchen here

It works pretty well for us

and there is the bathroom

this time all villa belong to us

our landlord stays there

we are also staying with local people here

there is one lives there and up the hill there is one more house

heer is our street

we are gonna get bus and go the first beach

ıt's gonna take like 5 minutes

the price of the bus 14 rupi

it is like 10 cent per person

Iggy Pop, one of the pioneers of punk.

The US musician brought this raw music to Europe in the early 1970s.

Punk meant rebellion, refusal, no future.

A loud, insolent attitude to life.

One characteristic of punk rock and concerts is their simplicity.

The music only has three chords, enabling many people

to join in and play along.

Yet as the Raw Power exhibition proves, punk was more than just music.

It was also fashion that played around with subversive messages.

Its inventor was a young Vivienne Westwood.

In her shop on Kings Road in London, the punk scene found its style.

Some call Iggy Pop the "Godfather of Punk".

Exuberance. Provocative poses.

That's punk too, as Kevin Cummins's photos show.

The anarchistic energy of punk

can also be found in the creations of street artist Banksy.

It's hardly surprising, since many street artists are also punks.

Like Sven Marquardt, a dedicated punk,

photographer and famously

the doorman at Berghain, Berlin's notorious techno nightclub.

He grew up in East Berlin,

where punks were pursued by the Stasi.

We lived under a dictatorship, that wasn't much fun.

We were so young, stubborn and defiant,

and we couldn't be bothered to do anything.

We didn't want to get a job or earn money in the ways

that you're supposed to.

And yet he did a - rather middle-class - course in photography.

He started taking pictures of friends and fellow punks on the Berlin scene,

like Frank, a barber.

Frank came along to the photo shoot.

His whole flat was full of dolls

that had been completely ruined.

I thought: "I'll take a photo of him

looking just as ruined as his dolls."

That's what he always made me think of.

Punk doesn't have one single message.

This is also reflected in the exhibition.

The movement runs independently of any system or religion.

In Indonesia, there is a very vibrant punk scene.

As the report of Basel-based photographer Eleni Kougionis shows:

today, punk no longer means "no future", but also stands for hope.

I get the impression that the Indonesian punks don't have the

mindset of "let's destroy everything",

but rather "let's build something together, help each other out,

try to survive and make money".

"God is sick, his son listens to punk".

There is also a photo here of a work of graffiti by Naegeli,

as well as one of Beat Schlatter when he was a young drummer.

In which ways do you think punk still exists today?

I think it exists in

young people's attitude to life - not quite as before,

but it's something that's still there.

Maybe punk simply grew up.

Yet the constructive elements have survived.
