If we were to ask, "Is there an optimal ancestral diet?"

My answer is no.

There's not a singular optimal ancestral diet or human diet per se

and knowing my audience was probably a uniform intake of breath

and puckering it backsides when I say that.

But hang with me here, I'm still in good company

but I just kind of want to reorient

the way that we frame a lot of these questions

because I think that some of the ways

that we've gone after trying to even ask questions,

the hypothesis generation processes kind of let us down some blind alley.

and you guys are, I am sure, super familiar with this stuff,

but there are quite a number of cultures with diets that work,

and by diet I mean the nutrition that they eat daily,

not the thing that they're trying to do after the 1st of the year,

just so we're clear on that.

But we have everything from the Inuit to the Kitavans, Okinawan,

many of these people are considered to be in what's called blue zones.

They're really interesting, they do have some very interesting commonalities.

Largely whole unprocessed foods,

a host of lifestyle characteristics that are very uniform and consistent,

we're going to talk about that more at the end of this whole kind of discussion,

but what's really oddly missing is the uniformity of macronutrients.

You look at the Kitavans on the one hand

and their upwards of 70% carbohydrate diet mainly from tubers

and then the Inuits could not be more different than that.

But pretty uniformly what they have as far as outcomes,

which I think is the thing that we need to focus so much more

on both clinically and also from our research perspective,

which again Dr. Ede was talk about just a few minutes ago,

when we focus on the outcomes and we look at these kind of blue zone populations,

these pre-westernized populations,

they're largely free of Western degenerative disease.

They die from something eventually,

and it usually is something like heart attack or stroke or something like that,

but it happens much, much later in life

and they have what's called a compressed morbidity curve.

So they tend to stay quite healthy and then they die.

so life is kind of unpredictable, right? I mean shit happens good thing happens, bad

thing happens, worse thing happens and sometimes in life things happens that's

completely out of control that's not in your hand there's nothing you can do

about for example you meeting an accident or you having a really really

bad breakup or your business falling apart so in this kind of situation in

every kind of problem situation that you have been

that you might be going through you always have choices to make. one

choice will either one choice is just to stay in the past curse yourself or

whatever mistakes you have done and just don't move on and another choice is to

figure out what mistakes you have done in past and try to rectify those

mistakes try not to repeat the same mistakes again and again and make some

changes by yourself so if you are in the business repairing will make money

online business and if you are started with something and if you are thinking

that you are not able to generate as much income as possible and you are

thinking to quit that I hope this video is kind is gonna be really in a

motivational for you to continue what you have started with. Do not bother

about failure you just need to make a proper decision make a proper choice to

focus on something that's gonna actually make you money online and if you are if

you're choosing not to focus you are choosing just to curse yourself, you are choosing just

to talk to yourself that oh I am doing a lot of mistakes and I'll not be able

to succeed in my life I'm going nowhere in my life so if you choose that

decision then that's gonna break your life but if you have gonna choose to

rectify your mistakes and try to implement all those things that you have

learned from your mistakes and then try to build as much cash as

How To Make Money Blogging | Canadian Blogger Q&A | What it's really like - Duration: 20:00.

hey guys, Colleen here- DIYer behind LemonThistle.com, today I'm excited to be

here with some of my favorite bloggers from Western Canada and we're going to

be answering some questions that we get all the time. This is Lindi from Love Create

Celebrate. We've got Kristi from Making it in the Mountains and Christina from

the DIY Mommy. We have four different questions that we're taking on and we're

gonna put them all in a playlist for you below so you can hop around and check

those out. This video is going to be all about how to make money blogging and

the reality behind that for us. We are here on a girls weekend in Jasper and we

were talking about all the things that we get asked all the time and we thought

it would be really fun to do a collab and put it together on YouTube for you

guys so you can get to know us a little bit better and to kind of break down

some of those walls between viewers and bloggers. Before we get into money I just

kind of want to hear your guys' blogging story; when did you get started;

how did you get started and what were your goals in starting blogging... how did

you get here. My blog started more as just for fun so it was when I had to

quit my web design business and my graphic design business because it was just too

much when I had a newborn. Too many commitments and when my daughter was six

months old I really felt the need to have another creative outlet and since

I had the skills all ready to do web design and things I thought a blog

would be the perfect thing to do so I just wanted to make stuff and write

about it and it was just for fun and since then it's become a full-time

career just over the years. And you started how long ago? Nine years.

So Christina has been blogging forever. I'm like a senior citizen in the blogging world.

I'm trying to compute how many years I've been blogging and I think it's four.

I started when we lived 12 hours away from the rest of our family and so it was sort of

just a way that we were- we had bought this new house so we were hoping to do a

bunch of not renovations but things to it and we wanted to be able to share

with everyone and that just seemed like an easy way to do it and I had no idea

blogging was a career or something you could do to make money

it was just something I did to share with my family. I'm the same- When I started

I had moved away and I lived in different province than my family and stuff. I think it's three

years ago but I just did it because I want to share what I'm making with my

mom basically. I don't know. And then other people were looking at it and then all of a sudden I was like oh look, people are looking at this

random little website I started. And I had no idea people made money blogging. I really had no clue when I started.

I started- I knew people need money blogging but that wasn't my goal I

didn't want to do that. I was pregnant with my first- my twins and I was on bed

rest really early and I was bored. I went from working

three jobs to doing nothing and I knew that I wouldn't be able to go back to

working contract work like I was working and I had previously started businesses that I didn't actually like, so I thought

You know what- I'm going to start a blog. I'm going to write it while I'm on Mat leave

and then when I'm off Mat leave, I'm going to decide what I didn't hate

writing about for a year and then maybe I'll start a business doing that. It'll be great.

and then by the end of that year, people had started to ask me

to contribute. I went back to work for a little bit but it just was too

much to do both and I decided I can stay home with my kids.

I can put the time into this and make this my new job.

that took a couple years

So when did it change to a business for you guys? When did it go from being a hobby or some way to share some things to

being like okay this is a business- what was that switch?

For me me it was oh it was

about five years after I started so it's quite a while after I started when we

started building our house and I have seen other bloggers get sponsorships

from businesses to give them products to do their DIYs and so I thought I should try it- why not.

So I approached a bunch of brands and they

agreed to give us tons of material for our home so we save like thousands of

money building our home from these brands giving us- and then later I

learned oh the brands can give you stuff plus they can pay you for sharing that

stuff so it was about- I started the blog 2009 I started making money

in about 2014 and then 2015-16 started making like a full-time income from the blog.

I honestly think the switch for the wasn't that long ago it was fairly

recent at another job for a long time I had a couple mat leaves and that's when I started putting effort

into the blog, I was at home with my kids like you said I needed that sort of creative outlet

I started doing more and then recently things happened with my daycare and other

things personally that just caused me to say never mind

I'm gonna stay at home with my kids now and I don't think it was till after that

when I was like I'm gonna put some push into this and make it business because even

before I considered it like a hobby when I had this other real job it was like

a side hustle -yeah it was a hobby. I think for me it was- I ended up

stumbling into this amazing group of bloggers that were some were at the same

stage as me and some were well above me and I feel like people just started

lifting me up and opening my eyes to new opportunities that this career could

bring to our lives and then we bought this house that like our first

fixer-upper. We had always had like new houses and this was our first fixer-upper where

we actually had to do some work we weren't really in a position to be a

you know I'll just move in and renovate the whole house with a contractor and

it's just started to evolve like I had people lifting me up and showing me the

way and and I just took advantage of all those opportunities and

turned them into what I needed them to be. Yeah. Mine changed not into a blogging business until not

very long ago same thing I started in 2013 and when I decided not to go back I

mean I was working contract work so it's not like I was making that much money

anyways but I thought- okay if I can make the difference between what I would pay

and day care and what I would make at work which is like $200. Like you don't

make that much money above paying for daycare for two babies let me tell you

and if I can do that in a month that would be great so I started doing kind

of social media help for businesses because I'm like well now I know how to

schedule social media that's something I'm really great at-I can help them with

their images so that's when I started making money and I didn't switch to

doing things with my own blog until it was getting- I was pregnant again and

I was like this is so stressful being on other people's timelines and I mean if I'm

gonna be home and I can't I can't be doing all this so I decided to just

take a step back and see where it went. How have you made money over the years

what are the different things that you've tried and done?

I think blogging is such an interesting interesting career because it's

constantly evolving the ways that you can make money blogging and for me it's

not just blogging anymore it's just it's a whole bunch of different avenues so I

make money through sponsored posts on the blog and still my biggest source of

income through pay-per-click ads on the blog and also through affiliate links on

the blog so that's when you post a link and people buy stuff in the link and you

get a percentage and then now with YouTube that's a whole other avenue I'm

getting paid for pay-per-click ads on YouTube sponsorships on YouTube videos

and other things like speaking engagements and products I have a pillow line and

stuff like that so I think you for blogging you do have to be really open to all

sorts of avenues if you want to be successful. And I've heard it said too

that your blog is kind of like your home base right and it's a springboard to do

the other things that could bring in income. it's not necessarily like I have to-

the end all- or yeah exactly it's really a door opener. yeah I agree

The same as Christina like the biggest thing for me has been sponsored posts

and some really great partnerships with brands and I make money from the ads on

my website. I'm just branching out to youtube so that is not necessarily a

source of income for me but- there will be- and it's a really it's a really fun

avenue to explore because I think it's a new branch of things that I can bring to

brands as well so even if it's not necessarily YouTube that I'm making

money on I feel like it's it's opening up some opportunities with brands and

sponsors you know so yeah

And I mean for me it's the same like the same sort

of base things and I I'm just at the point now where I'm starting to think

about how I want to branch out of the blog like people do- write various ebooks

or real books or people you know branch into speaking engagement and different things where they

make new forms of income. Or shops that they have. So I haven't really

pushed out that boundary yet but I'm at that point where I'm wondering which Avenue I want

to go to start exploring.

I feel like maybe I was a little bit more creative

in how to make income because my my traffic was not huge and so I thought hey why not try these

other things and so I've done- yeah managing social media for brands and

I've done managing blogger programs for brands,

I've done writing as small businesses. I wrote a wedding blog- a couple wedding blogs for a while as their business

I mean I feel like I've done a lot of different things. I've been kind of like oh- I'll try that sure, I'll try it. and if it doesn't work out- that's okay.

Let's try something else.

And it all evolved from this little sort of blog. I had a printable shop on Etsy for a little bit. And then after I started blogging for money

I guess mostly it was guest posts on other people's sites and contributor posts

on other people's sites- that was my first taste of- Oh oh my gosh I can make a

little bit of pocket change now I have an e course that I sell on

brush lettering and I have another eCourse on idea generation as well

-you're a jack of all trades- yeah- I have a store where I sell things I just feel

like I try at all but my biggest my biggest is sponsored work and

then ad income

how do you balance making money with authenticity?

Yeah, that's a tough one I think blogging has evolved so much now that people are

finally kind of accepting that there are sponsorships and like readers are

accepting sponsored posts more but I think it is our responsibility to write

about things that were truly passionate about and products that we truly love that we

truly would you use I think that is really really important and I think

people can probably see right through bloggers and vloggers that share things

that they don't truly believe in.

I think that it's hard to when you start

blogging again I started I was just like someone wants to pay me to write about that.

Yeah sure, but now that I've sort of found my niche more and found my vision

and my brand and there's definitely things that I will -

there's money opportunities that I'm like oh that doesn't really fit with what I would actually

use at home so I have to say no to that.

yeah so I I think the most important thing to me the thing that's always

driving or at least in the background of all of my sponsored anything is that my

readers trust me yeah and my word counts for something and I don't want

to lose that yeah I don't. like I purchased things

because friends have recommended them and I want to be that friend that

recommends to to my audiences and I I want it to be genuine. you don't want

them to be disappointed -no on that note too there's been a couple of times

where I've had like sponsored content on my blog and then use that product or used

something that I thought was going to be great and then was disappointed

and that's a struggle - cause you have to- Like I'm not gonna lie my readers like

that's just- so I have to go back to people and say

well this was my experience and this is how- what I'm willing to do but I can't

you know say that I liked this or that it works easily or xyz

and sometimes they come to you and say we're not comfortable with you sharing that so

just scrap it yeah and I'm okay with that yeah

I actually just the other

day I was going back and work with the brand and they wanted me to write about

this and I'm like this is actually a really great topic this is something I

was going to write about anyways which for me is immediately like great fit and

I already had that post in mind yeah but then they didn't want to provide the

service. I don't feel comfortable recommending something unless I've tried it

and I know that I like it. if I'm not gonna tell a friend about it I'm not

gonna talk about it.

what is the biggest challenge in regards to blogging as a

business that you've had that's specifically in making money in blogging

I think for me the biggest challenge was what I said before was having those

sponsorships that don't if it doesn't turn out the way I envisioned it I hoped

that it would I think that yeah being authentic with my readers

being authentic with myself or my home. you know using- I don't want to promote a product

that I didn't like or that didn't work properly or that's at a store I wouldn't

shop at or whatever yeah. and learning about that balance because at

first as a new blogger you just want to do it all

Now I think for me if I'm thinking about the business side of blogging its money

management because sometimes yeah it's like most businesses like its most

entrepreneurial endeavours you're gonna have seasons where you have lots of

income and you're gonna have seasons where you have hardly income

and with blogging it's so all over the place cuz like around Christmas time you're

gonna be raking in the cash from affiliate sales and sponsorships and

then in January you're gonna have you're gonna make 5 bucks that month right

so it's like learning how to manage that income especially if you're using it to

provide for your family yeah and even where to invest like

reinvest some of that income into your blog too

yeah i find that tricky too.

it's so I think for me it's really important to me that I don't feel

like I'm coming off as I'm selling something to my readers yeah

I don't want to be my blog is not in an advertisement for people that I'm

working with it's me genuinely sharing things from my life and my home. yeah

in a natural way.

it's it's genuine it's organic it's it's my life right and I don't want

my blog to become an advertisement for someone else. It is a big struggle. And I would say for me the

communication and managing expectations not just from your readers who we love

them we want to meet their needs but for the amount of time that we put into it like

we have to see some sort of monetary return or we can't put that time in and also from

brands who want you to post like their logo and this infographic and this

that because it's like hey I value you my readers and I know I'm not

I don't want to see that I don't want to be sold to and kind of

managing that and in contracts and try to know... I mean we

want to think the best of everything that it's all going to work out but in

reality like we have to read contracts and try to put in it okay I'm going to

do this many photos and no I'm not gonna do a photo in the store that I don't

shop at. And no I'm like and you have to be really it's a business and that's hard

yeah just stay true to yourself and I think that can be really hard because -

brands do have expectations and how their money is being spent and that's fair. Absolutley.

But I feel like we need to juggle- first of all I feel like I know my audience best I pay really

close attention to what they respond to and what they like and I try to give out

good content that they can relate to I feel like I'm the expert of my audience and

so I want to make sure I'm staying true to myself and what keeping my audience

what they need while still getting a brand what what they're expecting right.

what's one thing that worked really well or that you want to focus on more?

For me it's been video so I started I started writing tutorials on my blog nine years

ago and now within the last three years I started building my YouTube channel

and I never ever would have thought that that would have been something that I

would focus on or something that did both for me because I feel like I'm very

self conscious of how I speak sometimes how I look and stuff and there's so many

younger people on YouTube it's such a different audience but it's been such a

cool thing to try and I think there's a really big audience on YouTube

ready to see some more home decor DIY like real life stuff that's not on HGTV

that's more of raw on YouTube and it's good

and I've been able to get lots of brand interested in YouTube and video and stuff

like that so I think that's something that I have been successful with over the last

couple years but I want to keep growing. I do know like a big I talked to you

guys about this I've got this vision from where I want to take my blog this

year and I'm really clear about it or it's been a while since I feel like that

happened so I'm really excited to make some changes and to a really hone

where my blog going so.

lot cuz we're both in that where I was saying I'm just sort of found a vision

and changed some things about my blog and changed about what I'm sharing

and I'm really happy with where it is right now and just trying to see where I

want to branch further from there.

I think alot of that is trial and error

because you don't really know what's going to work for you until you do it

and until people respond yeah like I always -when I started my blog I wanted

to make baby clothes right and now I am doing decor videos and people love them.

at one time in life I posted a recipe

and we were just talking about how yummy that was last night

I would say for me one thing that I've always focused on that's worked really

well for me is the teaching aspect of blogging if I'm gonna post a tutorial I

want to give detailed photos and instructions and real like avoid this

because I did that and that's always worked really well for me I didn't mention

actually do workshops as well- and that brings in some income- so i just try it all, i just like to try it all. but one

thing when I want to focus more on it's not necessarily the teaching but the

sharing because I've had their time with home decor being like well how can I

share that that's just an idea yeah right so how can I break them into

more posts but just to like let you guys in more on my thought process and you

guys have really inspired me to do that like here's my vision for the room

okay here's my update and I've always been like no unless it's finished and done

and I can do the whole start to finish in one post I'm not going to do it.

What is Smarketing? - The Sales Wiki | Michael Humblet - Duration: 2:09.

- What is smarketing?

Well, you take the word sales, you take the word marketing,

and you combine them into one, and you say smarketing.

It's a word that has been invented

by a company called HubSpot,

and they are a marketing automation tool.

What they actually do, is they've been looking

into marketing and how to scale that.

That means, how can you segment,

how can you actually target people,

how can you collect all the data

of those people that come to your website.

And if you look at all of that,

they give scores to certain people, and then eventually,

you will know that person that has done,

and a few steps on your website, will be interested,

or has a higher potential to buy your product or service.

That's typically what marketing does.

Now if you add a sales component to that,

which means that once you have all the data,

you can much faster reach out to them.

So you add C-RAM system, and you start combining

the true power of sales and marketing.

And I truly believe that now we are in the era,

or in the decade, of smarketing.

Combining all the intelligence from marketing,

and you combine it with the closing skills of sales.

I strongly advise marketing to take some sales lessons,

because a lot of the marketers are really good

in designing and creating material,

but it doesn't mean it really converts,

or it really is able to close exactly.

So like the exact granular value proposition

and that kind of stuff.

Now, I also advise sales, and I do that a lot.

I think sales should do a lot of marketing.

They should become more marketers.

Sales these days for me, 60, 70% marketing.

So if they don't know how to segment,

they don't know how to profile certain customers,

and they don't know how to design how a website looks,

or how to do these things, and what data you can get.

They're becoming weak,

they will never know what to say to marketing.

So in order to balance your teams,

sales and marketing needs to sit together,

and really be tight-knit together.

The better you do that, the faster you will grow,

and the faster you will accelerate.

F Blues Guitar Survival Kit - What You Need to know - Duration: 8:58.

- Hi everybody, my name is Jens Larsen.

This video is going to go over

the basic things, that you need to check out,

if you wanna play a jazz blues in the key of F.

So I'm gonna do this in four choruses,

the first chorus is just gonna be some chord voicings,

so that you can play through the blues comping it

and you can hear what the harmony sounds like.

The second chorus is going to be arpeggios of those chords,

so that you have somewhere to start,

when you're soloing and once you can play,

soloing with arpeggios and follow the harmony,

then you can add some more notes

by using some of the scale exercises,

I'm covering that in the third chorus

and the fourth chorus

is just the transcription of me improvising a solo,

using the material that I went over.

Let's first have a look at the chord voicings,

so that we can come through a 12-Bar Blues.

What you may notice here

if you're a little bit familiar with jazz voicings,

is that I'm riding F7 and actually the voicing

that I'm playing is an F7 with a nine

and the reason why I do that,

is because when we are thinking about the blues,

you can actually add the colors and the extensions

sort of to your own taste, when you're comping,

so I may play F7 with a nine,

or I may play an F7 or I might play an F7 with a 13,

that's not really something that you can tell

and it's not going to be written in the score,

because that's up to how whoever's playing the chords

is going to interpret that chord symbol,

so for that reason,

I'm just providing the simple, basic chord

and then I'm choosing to interpret

with a nine in this exercise.

The next thing we need is some material,

that we can use, when we're soloing over the 12-Bar Blues

and if you're playing a genre of music like jazz,

where it's really useful

to follow the changes, when you're soloing,

then one of the things you wanna check out

is the arpeggios of all the chords in the progression.

So that's what I'm gonna go over here in this chorus

and of course, I put it into a chorus,

so I'm just changing arpeggio once every bar,

I'm not starting on the root of each of the arpeggios

and the reason why I'm not doing that

is because I wanna sort of cover

the same area of the neck with all the arpeggios

so that you have different options

and that you can easily move from one arpeggio to the next.

I'm starting on the C with the F7 here,

so my F7 arpeggio starts on C

and doesn't get an F until the third note,

but that's because,

if I have to connect to the low B flat in the next arpeggio,

then it's a good idea to just have the C close by,

because otherwise you get this skip

and that's not really gonna make for a nice melody,

so for that reason I kept the arpeggios

sort of in the same range,

but not necessarily starting on the root.

A good exercise for both checking out the scales

and also connecting them to the form

is to play them as a one-octave scale exercise,

in this case, that means that I'm playing them

from the root until the seventh

and then I can play for the F7, this scale, so,

and then I can just move that around

and do the same thing for the B flat seven, so,

and this is an exercise,

that you may or may not know already

as something that Barry Harris uses a lot,

when he's teaching the scales,

that go with the chorus over a standard,

so this way of approaching the blues is really useful

just the idea about what all the scales sound like

and you're also still really connecting to the chords,

when you play it like this.

So that exercise sounds like this.

For these scales, I think the choices of scale

are pretty obvious most of the time,

because for the dominant chords,

so it's really, it's an F7,

now F7 is the dominant in B flat major,

so if the scale that you wanna use in this F7

is in fact the B flat major scale,

but because we're playing it from over an F7,

I'm just playing it from F here

and that's what also fits the chord.

You can also tell that it really spells out

the arpeggio of the chord on the beat,

when I do it like this, because

the only two scales that maybe need

a little bit of an explanation is,

well, in the first case, we got to B flat seven,

that's the same, B diminished,

so the scale I'm using here

is really just using the same scale

as what I'm using on the B flat seven,

except that I take the B flat and move it up to a B,

so that would be first we have for the B flat seven

and then for the B diminished

and the scale I'm really using for this B diminished

is then the C Harmonic minor scale,

so

like this and also for the D7,

so I have a D7 with a flat 13 up here,

because as the D7 is resolving to the G minors,

or to a minor chord, then I wanna use a minor scale on it

and I'm using G Harmonic minor,

while I'm of course playing it from the D,

so that's this scale

and that's also what you would call Phrygian major

or Mixolydian flat nine for flat 13.

That was a chorus of me, soloing,

using the materials that I went over in this video

and as you can tell, you can easily play

a pretty good jazz solo just using the basic material here,

in fact, I think you'll find

that if you start analyzing solos,

then the really great solos are mostly done

with the really basic things,

it's not really about using all the hip scales

and the strange extensions,

it's really more about just playing some solid lines

with the basic material, that's already there

and I think almost any solo transcription,

that you're gonna come across will tell you the same thing.

So you wanna work on it, if you wanna work on soloing

and on jazz blues, then it's a good idea

to really just start with the basic things

and start with maybe trying to improvise

just with the arpeggios

and then adding the rest of the scale around it,

because then you have sort of the arpeggio

and then the Diatonic leading notes around it

and that's a very solid way to create lines

and to hear melody and also for you

to really get the sound of the changes into your ear

and that's gonna help you play better solos in the long run.

It's just the way that you are also

approaching a progression like the 12-Bar Blues,

so really digging into the arpeggios and the scales

or do you have another approach,

so you're working with maybe Pentatonic scales

or do you have another great exercise,

Welcome to my studio. Well, actually it is more a work room.

At the moment I am working on a collection where I want to show a different form of beauty.

I have been making pastel chalk drawings of bodies for years and I have always

chosen to put down the perfect body. So the beautiful slim woman, the

muscled man. That on a given moment I thought 'Okay this is actually

not a very real picture at all'. Because not everyone looks like this and

beside I am almost getting insecure as I

look at these images because that's also not how I look!

So then I started to wonder, what is beauty and who

determines what beauty is and how is it that we see one

as beautiful and not the other? That subject keeps me busy very much at the moment.

That's why with my collection I want to deviate from that standard beauty image

that we have. And all this with as a goal that we feel happy in our skin.

That we are satisfied with ourselves.

Every body is beautiful, everyone is beautiful.

I actually think it's too bad that in commercials, on television and on

the internet, we always see one kind of body. Mostly these are slim women, muscular

men, beautiful thick hair, not too big nose, nice teeth.

And I think that is almost giving us the idea that everything

different from that, isn't beautiful.

And I think that's a very wrong message. That's why I find it

very nice to see, that at the Primark they are now using

fuller models to show the lingerie. So there is no longer just looking for

size extra small. They also looking at women who are fuller now.

And that is now also seen as beauty. But it goes much

further than that. There are so many different people, so much

body types, thinks that happened what makes your

body look different. That also should be shown more.

Think of men with hair loss or excessive hair or women

who have had a mastectomy. I think it would be really cool that in the future

it's a very normal picture that these women also show lingerie

at the Primark, on other billboards or Victoria's Secret!

That all body type be shown.

That we no longer have the need to hide our body because we are

insecure about it, and it's different from the standard image that has been created.

For example, I have been uncertain over my belly for a long time, because I

saw a lot of images of super slim women with no fat on their stomach.

And I did not look like that. As a result, I felt very insecure about it. What

wasn't needed at all. It does not mean that because I look different

from the standard picture that I do not look beautiful. Or that that part of

my body is not beautiful. I am also very curious how other

people think about it. What do you see as beauty? What is for you the

definition of beauty? And do you have

uncertainties that might have arisen from the fact that you always

have seen another image? In my next video I will tell more about where

I am working on and maybe also the input that you have given me on

What If Fives NEVER DIED In The Clone Wars? (Star Wars What If) - Duration: 4:21.

not killed at the end of the Clone Wars so obviously spoiler alert for the end

and season finale series finale really of Star Wars the Clone Wars if you have not

thing here is that Fives does not get killed and we know that at the end of Star Wars The

Clone Wars Fives figures out that there's something in their head a chip that is

kind of controlling what they do and they have to follow those orders once

that order is called that's inscribed on that chip so at the end

unfortunately the Jedi and other clone troopers think he's going crazy and they

ultimately kill him because he pulls a gun on another clone trooper but what

if the Jedi actually listened to Fives after they listen to him they captured Count

Dooku and interrogate him to find out who Darth Sidious is because Jango Fett

told obi-wan that he was hired by a man called Tyranus to actually make the

clones and they know that Darth Tyranus is Count Dooku but unfortunately they're

unable to break Count Dooku so Anakin Skywalker since he's the most arrogant

Jedi and he's the one who will do what he has to do to try to find the answers

he tries to find a dark side power to find out who the emperor is and fortunately

Anakin discovers a power that kylo Ren has in force awakens to see into another

person's mind and use it on Count Dooku it is revealed that way that Palpatine

is Darth Sidious and Anakin just feels so betrayed but fortunately for Anakin

he has not had the dream of Padme dying yet so he does not need Palpatine he

just has so much anger building up in him so instead of Saesee Tiin, Agen

Kolar or Kit Fisto going with Mace Windu to arrest Palpatine this time it's mace

windu obi-wan Yoda and even Anakin goes with them because they know how angry

Anakin is and they know that Darth Sidious Palpatine is the most deadliest

sith around at the moment so you're gonna need all the help they can get

plus with Anakin's anger they may have to tap into the dark side which they

think at the moment would help them most defeat Palpatine and bring balance and

bring peace so Palpatine fights his hardest and he's

able to kill obi-wan because obi-wan is probably the least skilled fighter in

attack obi-wan did use form 4 as a padawan but then once qui-gon was killed

he moved to form 3 which is more defensive and Palpatine is a master of

all seven forms of a saber combat so he's able to counter obi-wan and

overpower him so Obi-Wan gets killed and once that happens Anakin goes all

Darth Vader on Palpatine and super rage monster he just totally destroys him and

Palpatine is now dead the council forgives Anakin for using the dark side

since they understand that obi-wan was his master he was his father figure and

they understand that Anakin he was trained older than other people and

other younglings so he really couldn't be taught to let go of all those

emotions so they forgive him for that and the galaxy for the moment is in peace

but Anakin and Padme still have to keep their children a secret for now so that's what

I think would have happened if Fives was not killed let me know guys in the comments

Tuesday night's highly anticipated Roseanne reboot was a smashing success, according to

Yahoo, who reports that the ratings are breaking records.

The first episode in the double episode opener is reported to have drawn 17.7 million pairs

of eyes and have a 4.9 rating in adults 18-49.

The second episode at 8:30 PM rose even higher to 18.6 million viewers and a 5.3 in 18-49.

For the 8 PM hour, Roseanne averaged a 5.1 in 18-49 and 18.2 million viewers.

To make the success even more impressive is the fact that this broadcast shows an audience

that was up 10% from the May 1997 finale telecast 21 years ago and topped the viewership of

the final 12 telecasts of the original run's 1996-97 season.

Despite the obviously pro-Trump main character, Roseanne scored as the highest rated show

on entertainment television in 6 years among adults 18-49 and TV's highest-rated comedy

telecast on any night in 3-1/2 years– since 9/22/14.

It is the top scripted telecast this season only behind the post-Super Bowl episode of

This Is Us.

The question on many TV executives minds right now is no doubt "why?"

Why did this simple, revamp of classic break records and bring in more viewers than the

The second episode, 'Dress to Impress,' follows Darlene's gender fluid son Mark,

who enjoys wearing girls clothing.

The episode is dominated by familiar fare: school bullies, the pain of unfulfilled like

goals, and a parent's penchant for fixing their children's (or grandchildren's)

problems.

The cast (and the couch) is the same as the original award-winning show but the sharp

punchlines still land, and family values remain real."

Hollywood has consistently produced liberal television for our consumption and actors

and actresses for our children to look up to, and America is over it.

That was proven by the ratings that this anti-liberal narrative show brought with it.

While it's fully within the rights of each studio or executive to decide to produce whatever

programming they feel like making, if it's really about the money, and not about brainwashing,

we should start to see a lot more conservative-inclusive content.
