I'm Brad Neal and this is Sherbrooke Falls

in the Dandenong Ranges on the outskirts of Melbourne

This is the track on the way in

Lots of very tall, perfectly straight gum trees

Tree ferns, lots of bird life and a few wattles

The walking track is pretty good but it can get a little bit muddy in parts

Mostly it's on elevated ground so it's fairly dry for this side of the mountain

but don't wear your best shoes

Marble Mountain

From Da Nang to Marble Mountain - 20 min. ride

We are entering the cave of the Reclining Buddha

The Marble Mountain is a cluster of five marble and limestone hills

All of the hills have cave entrances and numerous tunnels

The Marble Mountain served as a hospital during the Vietnam War

I am alone

We split and everyone went on their own exploration

My feet brought me to the highest viewpoint

So lets go and check it out

We are on the top of the mountain

Well not really, we have a few more steps to the top

In the distance you can see Da Nang city

There are a lot of cactus plants here.

I love them

In the next episode I will introduce you to Uyen La
