Hey and welcome to What's Brewing in Jax.

Every week I take a look at what's happening in the craft beer scene in the Jacksonville

area.

I'm at Really Good Beer Stop on 3rd street in Jax Beach and today I'm having a Tampa

style lager from Cigar City

It's Summer, and many of my friends have vacation right now.

But guess what.

You don't need to go anywhere to relax and have a good time, you can do that right in

your own backyard.

For you creative women out there, here's a cool idea that I thought looked awesome.

There's a Ladies Night at Wicked Barley.

This week Southern Roots is hosting a class where you get to plant your own Succulent

Wine Bottle Planter!

When you buy a ticket, everything you need for the project is included and you'll also

get a pint of beer from Wicked Barley's tap list!

That's on thursday, Aug 2nd at 7:30 at Wicked Barley.

You can get your tickets through eventbrite.

It's still time to enjoy Summer, and at Southern Swells their doing a can release

for a beer with a name that sounds like salt, beach and ocean and something for people who

are into bike riding.

It's called "Riding on bikes with really large tires".

Now, I'm not really into that, ride on large tires.

I have a road bike, but the beach is full of those fat tire bikes.

It's a thing!

"Riding on Bikes with Really Large Tires" is a double IPA, so that's not really for

me either.

But I know many of you just love the IPAs.

But Southern Swells is also releasing another beer, "Sour Peach Kids".

This is definitely something I want to try.

I love sours.

You can buy the cans on release day, and there's even special glass ware - but if you're

not into all that, both beers will be available on draft.

The can release takes place on Saturday Aug 4th starting at noon.

If you've been to one of the big box stores lately, you've probably noticed that they're

already stocked for back to school.

Many parents with young kids are looking forward to school start and the normal schedule, older

kids are not always sharing that joy.

My friends at Fun4firstcoastkids.com are planning a big celebration at Wicked Barley for both

parents and their kids.

You can let the kids play with the oversized games in the beer garden, play with sand toys

on the beach along Goodby's Creek.

Also, One free kid's meal for kids under 12 with the purchase of an adult entrée.

That sounds like an event that both adults and kids can enjoy.

The back to school celebration take place on sunday Aug 5 from 2 pm - 7pm at Wicked

Barley.

What happens when you stop paying your credit-card bills?

With overall US household debt increasing by 11% in the past decade debt is a way of life for

many Americans. While don't spend above your means will always be sound advice

it can be difficult to put into practice since household debt keeps increasing

while income just doesn't keep up. The cost of living and rapid growth in

medical and housing costs is dwarfing income growth making it challenging to

meet obligations without leaning on credit cards and loans. But, if you are

overwhelmed by credit card debt you may wonder what happens if you simply stop

paying your credit card bills? Well your minimum payments will increase because

you have to make up the payments you've missed plus late fees are added making

your balances rise even faster your interest rates can increase the penalty

rate after your account become 60 days past due each month your minimum payment

gets larger as more late fees added to your balance. When the penalty rate kicks

in your finance charges will also increase the result is that your

outstanding balance and payments you need to catch up gets larger every month

you're late it gets more expensive to catch up the more behind you are.

Even after you catch up the penalty rate will remain in effect until you've made six

consecutive payments on time. After that the interest rate must go down for your

existing balance but can remain in effect for new purchases. If you have

multiple credit cards with the same company those interest rates may

increase too, if you wind up in collections due to non-payment it will

stay in your credit reports for seven years from the date the account

originally became delinquent. Unpaid collections accounts may eventually land

you in court or at least with the court summons. Lawsuits for collection accounts

are a common and efficient way for collection agencies to get payment

never ignore of court summons about debt. These lawsuits can result in wage

garnishment a bank levy or lien on your property if you are struggling with debt

Today, I am going to talk shortly about what I did due to my diet.

and I'd like to create a small section in my channel called "Diet Talk"

So, it would be basically like talking about diet tips or difficulty of diet and so on..

First is first, Let me show you What I just did due to my diet!

Actually, I bought 2 more pairs of leggings lol

Yet, I ordered XS for those two pairs of leggings (I was supposed to order S)

So, I returned them.

Originally, I ordered 12 workout clothings, and I returned 2 so now I have 10 of them lol

More importantly, Those are not cheap

(Oh my money....)

The cheapest one was 14$ US

and Most expensive one was... I'd rather not to say (I am afraid of my parents to see this lol)

But there is one thing that I wanted to point out here is that.....

Actually, I usually wear medium (US clothing I meant)

When I wear medium size, they are a little bit loose on me.

But, When I wear small size, there are too tight on me.

so I am between size medium and small.

Which means that in order for me to wear the clothes that I bought I need to lose 5~8 kg (about 10~15 pounds)

(They were on sale, so I could help myself TT^TT lol)

I just wanted to try a pair of leggings that I got

I put my leg in one side of leggings, and I took it off right away.

cuz I almost ripped my leggings off (I just bought it, man lol)

so I just talked about what i did last week.

Until these workout clothing fit me,

I think I would maintain the portion of food I consume as I showed you from the last video

I am still in binge eating recovery journey.

As I showed you from last video, I will consistently be eating 3 meals, 1 or 2 times of snack in daily.

Plus, I will keep working out as well!

I am sure there are some easy and fast ways to lose weight.

Yet, I'd like to go on my precise diet.

"My precise diet means that I completely recover my issue, prevent from Yoyo diet, and do this happy diet"

When I eventually am able to wear all the workout clothes, I promise that I will do all the workout clothes review.

Why do some marriages break down?

Why do some business partnerships...

You know, it started with a lot of excitement,

a lot of thrill, and you were so go-go-go...

and then all of a sudden, you know,

differences, disagreements.

And then it's it's gotten... a business folds up

What makes relationships work.

A lot of people think it's compatibility?

I hear that all the time.

I read that all the time.

"Oh, you've got to be compatible, you know..."

And in fact the reason why we need to, you know, live

in one house before we get married is we

just want to find out if we're compatible.

Compatibility is such a big thing in people's lives.

And and it's and, you know they say,

"Oh, we're compatible

because we have the same interests, you

know like oh we're both into mountain

climbing...My girlfriend and I, we love

the mountains, and so this relationship

will work."

Or or....

"Oh, my wife and I, were we're into reading... and that's...

so we read a lot, and we compare notes.

and it's it's all about..."

So, you know all of that can help.

But there's something more important than compatibility.

Are you ready?

The reason why relationships work is because of character.

Basic character of...

Is a person honest?

Is the person faithful?

Is the person committed?

Is the person, does the person value people

and relationships more than things?

And at the end of the day, that's what

makes relationships work!

I'm sorry!

I could be very boring!

Yes.

Because that's where success rests upon.

Success is based on boring stuff like - honesty and

commitment and faithfulness and goodness and kindness...

That's that's why relationships work.

That's why marriages work.

That's why families work.

That's why business partnerships work.

It's all about character.

You are able to work with someone, who has the same values.

So if you value peace, or if you value love, or

if you value faithfulness or commitment, you know.

Look for someone who has those

same values, and you'll be able to work together.

And I pray for you, that you will find those people.

First of all, you know.

If you're single, I pray that you will find the right man or the right woman in

your life.

And there are more important

things than common interests, or looks

you know, more important than a sexy

body, and irresistible personality.

More important is character, values.

Do you have the same values?

And if you're an entrepreneur,

and you're looking for business partners, you're

looking for employees, you know.

Look for people with the same values

so, that you can work together.

Father in heaven, I prayed for my friend watching this video.

I ask you that you guide this person, and provide for the

right people.

But I also pray that you would shape this friend of mine.

You shape his heart with the right values, with

the right character, with your character.
