Today, we're going to be talking about something

that's kind of crept up on me,

and that is back to school.

The summer kind of slipped away,

and I didn't realize until last week

that school starts in just a couple of weeks here.

And for many of you that have kind

of taken the summer off to be at home

with your kids, or maybe you've just really cut back

on your hours in order to enjoy some extra time outside,

you may be wondering, how am I going

to pay for my back to school shopping supplies?

And that is something we are going

to be talking about today, is some great ideas

that are going to allow you to get into some cash fast.

And a lot of the opportunities we

are talking about today are going

to be, they pay weekly, if not on-demand.

There's going to be a few here

that you'll be able to cash out your earnings any

time you want to with just the click of a button.

But the main objective for me when I was trying

to source these ideas were things

that you could get started with quickly,

and also get paid quickly.

It's not going to do a lot of good

to start something now if you really aren't going

to get paid until 30 or 60 days down the road.

So everything we're talking about today is going

to pay pretty fast, and hopefully have

an easy onboarding process as well.

Now the first one we're going to be talking

about today is Cambly.

Now, Cambly hires at-home agents

to help teach English online to students around the world.

You don't need to have a teaching degree

or a teaching certificate for this one.

And this site does pay by the minute that you're working.

So they pay 17 cents per minute,

and that works out to about $10.20

for each full hour that you

are chatting with students online.

Now I realize that that may not

be the best pay for many of you out there,

but this one does offer a really flexible schedule.

You can just log in to work any time

that you have available.

Now many of you out there are probably

familiar with mystery shopping.

Now, if you've done any kind of mystery shopping

in the past, you know that usually

it takes about 30 to 60 days after you complete

a shop in order to get paid.

There are some new apps that are available out there

that are really sort of similar to mystery shopping,

but they do allow you to get paid a lot quicker.

And the first one we're going to be talking

about is Field Agent.

Now this one, as soon as you load the app

on your phone and set up an account,

you'll be able to see if there are any shops

that are in your area.

And these jobs usually pay between one

and $12 depending on the complexity

and the amount of time that's involved.

Usually with these kind of app-based mystery shopping jobs,

what you're doing are checking

on things like prices, or taking

a photo of a display or product

in a local store, so these are kind

of things that you can combine

with your normal everyday activities.

Maybe if you're going grocery shopping anyway

you can see if there are any that

are available at your local grocery store

that you normally shop at.

So these are things that you'll want

to combine with things that you're already doing,

they may not be worth doing if it's something

that you're going out of your way for.

But if you're stopping at that store anyway,

why not make a couple of bucks while you're there?

Now a field agent, you're going

to be paid, the funds will be deposited

into your account as soon as the job is approved.

That can take a couple of days, but it's usually pretty

fast, and once those funds hit your field agent

account, you can go ahead and cash out

by DVLA or direct deposit.

Now, Gigwalk is another one that's really similar

to Field Agent, I believe they're saying

at this time that the available gigs

that they have pay between $3 up to $200,

depending on the complexity of the time involved.

And then once a job is finished

and approved, the payment is sent straight

to your PayPal account.

Now while we're talking about apps,

my list wouldn't be complete without Ibotta.

Ibotta is one of my favorite apps,

and for this one, what you're doing

is earning cash back on things like grocery purchases.

They also offer some rebates on online shopping

or shopping within the mobile app these days.

And with this one, you're going to find what offers

are available, and when you get done

with your purchase, if you're going

to your grocery store for example,

when you get home, you'll just scan a photo

of the receipt, and maybe the barcode

on a purchase if that's required, in some cases it's not.

And then the funds from your rebate

are going to be deposited into your account.

That's usually credited within a few hours,

and once your account hits $20,

you can go ahead and request payout by PayPal,

and that's usually pretty instantaneous these days.

You can also op for a gift card

if you would prefer a gift card

as opposed to PayPal payment.

At Ibotta, they do have a really

nice referral program as well.

So if you refer your friends to the app

and they become users, you'll get a nice bonus

for that as well.

Now Lyft is another great app

that's going to allow you to make some money rather quickly.

And it's also one that doesn't require

any kind of a minimum commitment.

So once you're signed up as a driver,

you can just pick up your work as you're available.

It's a nice one to keep in your back pocket

in case an emergency comes up and you need

to get into some money quickly.

You'll always have this one available.

Now, like I said, you just log in

and work when you feel like it or when you need

the cash, these opportunities can pay a lot more

than some of the small tasks that we're going to

be talking about today.

Lyft usually keeps you pretty up to date

on their website as far as what they project

your earnings could be, so that's something

that you'll want to check out.

Obviously it's going to vary by location.

If you live in a more metropolitan area

where a lot more people are using Lyft,

you could make a little bit more.

And there are also going to be some peak hours

throughout the week in which those could help you earn

some more money than, say, working

on a Tuesday afternoon.

If you're working Friday night, Saturday, Sunday,

those are usually some of the more peak hours.

And oftentimes, during peak hours,

Lyft will offer some bonuses, sometimes

they do have a guaranteed minimum.

So those are things that you're going to want

to keep an eye open for.

Now normally, Lyft pays out every Tuesday

for earnings from the previous week.

However, you can get same-day payments now

with their new Express Pay option.

And you're going to kep any tips that your writers

do leave you when you're driving for Lyft.

Now Amazon Mechanical Turk or MTurk

as it's frequently called in work-at-home world,

is one that I've talked about in previous videos.

This is what we call a small task site,

or a micro job site.

And what MTurk does is allow you

to log in whenever you want to and pick up

any of what they call hits when you have time.

These hits can range from things like data entry

to categorizing videos, maybe taking

some surveys or transcribing a short little file.

These are really small jobs that can be done

within just a couple of minutes usually.

Now because these are really small jobs

and as you may have figured out

from the things that I just mentioned,

they're going to be entry level as well,

there's not a lot of training or onboarding involved,

so it's really entry-level work.

And because of that, it's going

to be on the lower end of the pay scale.

However, as I mentioned, these are jobs

that you can log in and do whenever you want

without any type of commitment.

And there are things that you can do

when you don't really feel like doing

any other kind of work.

Maybe you're watching some primetime television shows

and a commercial comes on, you can log

in and do a couple of hits.

It's really that laid back and simple.

And with, and with Amazon's MTurk,

there is a 10-day waiting period

for new people that are coming on to,

if you just signed up for an account,

you are going to have a 10-day wait period

before you can cash out your earnings,

but after that, you can cash out every day if you wish.

Now I mentioned transcription a little bit

with MTurk, there are a couple of more,

they're still small job sites, from my viewpoint,

but they do focus solely on transcription.

And that is Rev.com and TranscribeMe.com.

Both of these sites are open to beginners,

so if you don't have any transcription experience,

you don't need to worry.

As long as you can pass their transcription test,

you should be good to go.

And once you are accepted, you just start picking up

work as soon as you finish their short training period.

With Rev.com, they said their training manual takes

about 30 minutes to complete.

After that, you're ready to get to work.

Now like most transcription jobs,

the pay at these two places is going to be production-paced.

That means the faster and more accurate

that you can type, the more you're going to get paid.

For most newcomers, they expect you to be able

to turn around an audio file

in four to six times the length.

So keep that in mind when you're looking

at the rates on this site just because

it may say $20 per audio hour, that doesn't mean

you're going to get paid $20 per hour.

You'll get paid $20 regardless of how long

it takes you, that takes you to transcribe

that hour-long audio file.

So just keep that in mind.

A lot of these sites, they do say

that their fastest typists are earning

around eight to $15 per hour.

So just keep that in mind.

The pay here is going to be, I believe it's weekly

for both of these.

And they do pay by PayPal.

TranscribeMe does have a $20 minimum for pay out there,

but I believe that Rev.com will pay you

as long as there are any funds

in your account each week.

Now since we're talking about shopping

and saving up some funds for that,

one site that I do like to always keep

in my back pocket is Swagbucks.

I've been a member at this site for a long, long time.

And they will allow you to earn

for the light earn Swagbucks, or SB is what they call

it, for doing a large number of little small tasks.

You can earn for watching videos.

You can earn for shopping online,

completing surveys, playing games,

redeeming special offers, redeeming your friend,

or excuse me, referring your friends and more.

A lot of people that use this site a lot,

they report that they can earn

an average of 20 to 40 SB per day,

that's around 10,000 per year, and that's

about $100 per year.

And you can cash that our for PayPal

or a gift card at one of their partner stores.

And you only have to do it a few minutes

a day to rack that up.

So that's a good one to kind of keep going

throughout the year, let those earnings add up.

And then cash it out when this back

to school season comes around, or maybe

when it's time to do your holiday shopping,

allow this to take some of that burden

off of you and cash it in for some gift cards

and use those funds for some of that shopping.

Now those are just a few of my ideas

in order to make some fast cash for back-to-school money.

You'll also want to consider some

of the other we talked about in videos frequently,

like reselling some of the things

that are in your closet that you no longer use,

like some books or CDs, or old electronics

that you have lying around, those are also some great

ways to get into some money quickly.

Even if you don't need these gigs now,

I would recommend putting them into place

so that you do have them when the emergency

does come up and you some money fast.

You don't want to have to be thinking

about the ongoing process for all of these things

or waiting for an invite.

Go ahead and get them in place now, you'll thank me later.

How to make money in the stock market. In this video I'm going to reveal to you

the only way that you can statistically and consistently earn money in the stock

market. My name is David Jaffee, I graduated from an Ivy League university

with a 3.8 GPA I worked as an investment banker for about five years. I have

worked on billions of dollars worth of transactions. Here's my transcript from

Cornell and then actually here's one of the pitch books that I worked on this

was I think the MetalsUSA when we sold it to Apollo. I worked in about

three or four different investment banks where as I said I've worked on about ten

billion dollars plus of transactions whether it's M&A transactions capital

raises etc and the point is that I'm going to tea and I've also been trading

for over 20 years in 2017 I made around seven hundred and fifty five thousand

dollars trading with a 95% success rate and the thing that you want to avoid the

thing that I see hurts people the most when they try to make money in the stock

market is they try to guess future price movements you never want to try to guess

future price movements you don't want to be a price guesser or anything like that

instead of being a gambler you want to be the casino and the only way that you

can actually act like a casino and make money consistently is by selling option

premium I need in 2017 around seven hundred fifty five thousand dollars

worth of profit and about 70 to 80 percent of that money was made by

selling put options if I was forced to day trade or sell Forex or sell penny

stocks I would lose all of my money so the only statistically valid way that

you could earn money in the stock market is by selling option premium because

that turns you into the casino that turns you into the insurance company

where you're collecting money you're collecting premium and you're not trying

to guess future price movements and trying to hit homeruns because we all

know what happens when people try to hit home

they strike out yes occasionally maybe one out of 30 times they'll hit a home

run and then they'll post those results online to share it with everyone so that

people can give them praise and adulation but the reality is the other

29 out of 30 times that they strike out they're extremely quiet and they don't

post anything and that's why they lose money if anyone ever claims that they

make money by day trading trading trading penny stocks buying options or

trading Forex make sure that they provide you with their entire trading

statement from a legitimate financial broker they can each create interactive

brokers Schwab fidelity Vanguard etc and also make sure that they provide you

with a screen recording inside their app and inside their account that shows

their entire transaction history because I can tell you with my 20 years of

experience trading my 5 or 6 years of working as an investment banker on Wall

Street and the 10 billion dollars plus of transactions that I've worked on

while working on Wall Street the only way for retail traders to consistently

make money is by selling option premium the way that Goldman Sachs and Morgan

Stanley and some of the high-frequency trading firms make money is they act as

market makers that's not something that a retail trader has access to because

you can't buy shares directly from the exchange and then profit off the bid-ask

spread differential instead the only statistical way that you're going to

consistently make money is by selling puts and selling calls that's it this is

also it works in any country some of the tasks are restricted to particular

countries but a lot of the tasks probably more than half are open to to

you depending regardless of which country you're in okay so it's not just

English speaking countries any country that you're in you can do this I'm going

to show you how this actually works so I'm now here inside the micro workers

comma count and after you register you'll need to enter your information

the registration is instance you don't need to wait

to get approved and as you can see I'm here and it tells me that there are 179

jobs available to me all right and those jobs if I just scroll through them the

jobs are extremely simple they separate into two categories so there are just

make a Twitter post and then send in a screenshot of that Twitter post you will

get paid forty-five cents for it okay so all you need to do is just make a

Twitter post on your Twitter account and send a screenshot to prove it and you

can make 45 cents that's paid to you in in cash while it goes into your account

first and then you will withdraw it here from your account now some of the other

things that you can do is for example this one Facebook search and join let's

see what that does

there's another one that that's pretty interesting is this youtube comment four

times on YouTube so you can just come in here and leave four comments and then

you make 12 cents for it okay so there's tons of jobs that you can do

they are better on a daily basis it's a really excellent website and I highly

recommend that you join it if you've never made money online you can join

this website and it can be well on your way to making you a hundred dollars a

day all right now onto the second side the second side where you can make 100 dollars a day is Amazon MTurk it's

owned by Amazon and it's open to all countries so regardless of where in the

world you are you can join and once again you complete small tasks and it

pays cash now I'm going to show you inside the Amazon MTurk account so if

you want to join you can just google MTurk and or type in mTOR comma I think

that'll work as well if you just google MTurk that will bring up the results so

then you can go in and you can sign up as a worker or as a requester okay and

basically once you've signed up and you are inside your account you'll be able

to see these things called hits I think it's called human something tasks human

interaction tasks something like that and from there you can sort them either

by reward or by created and so on now you'll notice that there are a lot of

tasks that pay quite good amount of money so the paid 60 16 bucks for

example okay and they those are surveys so if you do a survey you will get 16

dollars for it again here are surveys that pay six dollars so for example this

one says takes 45 minutes and you will get paid six dollars for it takes thirty

minutes and you will get paid six dollars for it some are saying about 120

minutes and you will get paid $16 you will notice that there is something here

saying qualify so at the moment with my account I'm not qualified for it but if

you open it up it'll say to you what you need to do and you can request those

qualifications okay so sometimes you need to hit a certain level of tasks in

order to qualify and so on but there are lots of tusks

for which you don't need to qualify I'll just once again I'll show you let

me show you another couple interesting ones that I saw here there are a lot of

well-paying transcription tasks so basically you need to you get given and

what are your file and you need to transcribed it transcribe it sorry so

five minute audio file if you transcribe it you will earn about three hundred

three dollars fifty okay and if you if you're a fast typer you can obviously

type out a five-minute audio file a lot faster than 45 minutes 45 minutes is

there a lot of time so to qualify for it for example you need that you need to be

well for that one you need to be in the US don't worry

not for every task you have to be in the US there are lots that are open to

countries all over the world there are total approach it's no less than 500 and

you know so basically you need to sometimes hit those qualifications now

not obviously as you progress you know you'll be able to get there but when you

first start out there are lots that are open to anyone okay and the ones that

are saying accept and work they just open you don't need to get verified at

all all you need to do is just complete the task

see for example contact the number of job openings on the company's career

page review the given company's website go to their career page and count how

many jobs they have open that's all you need to do just count how many jobs they

have open I mean that is super simple guys that should take you know maybe a

couple of minutes or something like that and you can start out like that and you

can build up from there for that you will get paid $7 but that will get you

started on the way to progressing through the ranks and with MTurk you can

make six to ten dollars an hour I actually did some googling for how much

can you make with MTurk okay and a lot of people are reporting that after they

progress they can you can earn between six to ten dollars per hour and you know

that's pretty good considering that in many countries you can actually make a

lot less than that per hour when you're working as a wage and here you don't

need to leave your home you can just work on MTurk and you can make that sort

of money so it's a really excel website if you are looking to make your hundred

dollars a day working from home from the comfort of your computer I highly

recommend that you sign up for em Doug alright now let's move on to the third

website the third site on the list is clickworker com it's another

well-established website that has got excellent reputation and also pays cash

for your work and you can work from the comfort of your home and it's realistic

to make hundred dollars a day on clickworker

so it accepts all countries so you don't have to be in an english-speaking

country to participate open to all countries around the world and users and

general report making anywhere between nine to ten dollars an hour on average

at clickworker once again you need to get the

experience and assessments and everything else done first but it is

possible to make $100 a day, or close to that kind of money on clickworker

the focus at clickworker is based on text based work so writing and

translations and blog posts however there is a lot of other work types

available there as well so I do recommend that you go ahead and sign up

so you can just go to clickworker comm and sign up and register your account

now with clickworker it's particularly important that you guys do a really good

job at completing your profile so once you have signed up then make sure that

you go into contact details and into your clickworker profile and complete

everything there in detail it will take you you know maybe five to 10 to 15

minutes to complete everything in detail you need to enter your information about

the languages that you can speak the proficiency of those languages your

interests because some of the work is actually offered according to interest

so for example if you're interested in wines for technology or hotels or travel

etc you will not you might not see those jobs available to you unless you've

indicated that as your preference so super important that you go and complete

everything in detail it's in your best interest because you're gonna get more

jobs if you complete your profile and make make it more relevant to the jobs

that are available now once you've done that you'll be able

to see all of the jobs so it does take approximately 24 to 48 hours after sign

up for you to be able to see all of the jobs okay you will also see something

called assessments so once again it may take 24 to 48 hours for those

assessments to show up so just be patient

then you'll go in and you'll do assessments which will qualify you and

will make more jobs available to you in the dashboard to then start completing

the jobs you need to click onto jobs home and then you will see all of the

jobs that are available to you they do refresh fairly regularly so you can see

right now I've got four jobs that are available here on the front page but

like I said it does with time and as you complete your assessments you're going

to see a ton more jobs and you can actually work here for the full day

there is enough work here to work here for the full day okay so the type of

jobs here are please record short phrases 15 recordings so you can go here

and check out a little bit more so you just will need to record those short

phrases and you will get 65 you're a sense that's what about one dollar per

job okay there's surveys that you can

complete take part in several surveys once again so that that's the sort of

stuff and you will see a lot more jobs shortly after you sign up by if you wait

a couple of days alright so that's it these are the three best websites that

you can use in 2018 to make $100 a day or more a day from the comfort of your home if

Making More Money and Having More Fun Running Your Bed and Breakfast Business - Duration: 5:29.

Hi I'm Yvonne Halling of www.BedandBreakfastCoach.com and today I'm going to talk about the three

ways you can make more money and have more fun in your business. So if you're thinking

that you need to work harder, but you're already working really hard, then this video will

definitely help you. One of the reasons that people seek my help is because

they're simply not making enough money for the hard work that they do, and they often feel defeated,

worn out and sometimes even ready to give up.

Even when what looks good on paper doesn't transmute into a good personal income for

yourself. It can be demoralising to say the least.

There's basically three ways you can make more money for the work that you do.

You can find more guests, which means that you increase your occupancy rate.

You may already feel that you can't cope with any more guests, because you're already

at maximum occupancy and you simply can't face the extra work, in which case you need to

find some help, so that you can take time out for yourself on a regular basis.

You can encourage those guests to spend more money with you, thereby increasing your revenue

but not necessarily increasing your occupancy rate. And then you can entice your past guests to come back

and refer you to their friends and family, which means you are not spending any more

money on commissions or marketing activities because you already have plenty of guests.

All businesses work on this basis, so what could go wrong?

Well most people focus on getting more guests.

And yet this is the hardest thing to do.

Getting someone to buy from you for the first time, takes a lot of trust building first,

which takes time and and it takes money.

Increasing your guests spend with you is far far easier, because like Amazon's "customers

who bought this, also bought that" strategy, trust has already been built and guests are

far more likely to buy anything else that you recommend, once they've booked a room.

And it's much less work for you right? Enticing your guests to come back is

the easiest thing to do, and yet so few people even think about it.

So let me outline this really simple process that you can put into practice right now to

generate some business without paying any commissions or spending time on social media

You already have a database of past guests, right?

(Please say you have!)

A database is a list of the names and email addresses of anyone who has ever stayed with

you.

It maybe stored in your online booking system software, or it may be just a bunch of emails

in your inbox. Wherever it is, get it out and dust it off.

This is your most precious asset in your business. Your database.

Now you need to use it with your creative imagination and dream up something fun and exciting that

your guests would love to know about.

Then when you've got something to run with, send out 3 emails to those past guests – once

is never enough, send 3, with one simple "call to action" that allows them to find out

more about this delightful offer that you've just created. Then see what happens!
