Goku has been using the Kamehameha throughout his whole life and he has used it in all of

his battles.

Once he learnt from master Roshi, he never stopped using it and when he tapped into ultra

instinct he released one of the most epic kamehamehas I have ever seen.

So today, just because I am curious we are gonna find out how fast that Kamehameha really

was.

Hey how's it going my name is Raf and welcome to Dragon Ball code.

As Goku was fighting with Kefla, he seemed to be running out of options.

Every time he transformed, she was able to keep up and give him a him a lot of trouble.

And then, when everything seemed to be lost and Goku was depleted of his energy he managed

to tap into ultra instinct for the second time.

This time he was able to understand a little bit more how to use it.

And as Kefla released her final attack on him, he managed to charge a Kamehameha, get

close to her and release it with style.

So, with only a few feet apart she wasn't able to dodge or do anything.

She was caught off guard and hit by a beam so powerful that it knocked her out the stage.

And Since that happened, I've been curious about how fast this Kamehameha was since it

seemed like she got hit by a truck.

So, I decided to find out what was the actual speed of the attack.

So lets figure it out.

First, there are a few things we need to find before we can get the speed.

Those are Goku's hight, we have to scale him down, find the distance between him and

Kefla and how long does it take for the beam to hit her.

So let's start with Goku's height.

He is supposed to be somewhere around 5'9 so we will just say that Goku is 5'9''

5'9'' in inches is 69 inches.

Now, we have to scale him down.

In the shot that we are looking at he is about 8 inches on my screen.

So we take the 69 from his height and divide it by the 8 inches and it gives us the scale

ratio which is 8.62:1.

And this is the number we are going to use to get the distance in between them.

Now, that we have the ratio we can find out how far away Goku is from Kefla.

Which is almost point blank, but anyway in my scale, Goku is about 8'' from her,

so when you multiply it by the ratio it equals 69 meaning that they are 69 inches apart. 69 in feet is 5'9''

Now all we need to know is how long it takes for the Kamehameha to leave Goku's hand

and reach Kefla.

When Goku releases the Kamehameha, it reaches her in 1 frame.

So since Dragon Ball runs at 24 fps and it takes only one frame for the Kamehameha to

leave Goku's hand and reach her we end up with 1/24.

And that's it.

Now that we have all the numbers we need, with a little bit of math we finally have

the result we have been waiting for.

Goku's Ultra instinct Kamehameha came out of his hands at around 94 mph.

That's crazy.

Imagine that force that Kefla must've felt when she got hit by it.

That's why before she got hit she had that look on her face.

There was no way that she was getting away.
