these pieces together I'm going to turn work one single crochet in each of the

fifteen I am attaching with a single crochet in the first single crochet just

like this there will be 30 single crochet across this section I've worked

the first one that's two three four five six seven eight nine 10 11 12 13 14 15

thirty this is what it looks like at this point we are attaching the last

section which is this part right down here where we have the little point and

the straight section is where we will join I am attaching with a single

crochet there will be 15 total that's two three four five six seven eight nine

ten eleven twelve thirteen fourteen fifteen now we want to join so we need

to even these up make sure they're all going in the right direction like that

you'll flip this one over like this this is the front this is the back I want to

join and I'm putting my hook right below the two loops at the top of the stitch

wrap the yarn over pull through pull through the loop on the hook I have

joined all three pieces together into one piece we have a twelve of sixty

single crochet we will work a chain one work the first single crochet row

fifteen will be one single crochet in each stitch around for a total of sixty

you will continue around breaking the last single crochet and joining with the

first single crochet I am working with a different color the top part of this

dress is identical to this dress I will be adding on a different skirt

section this section will show how to attach the straps the one on this side

will be attached right here we will be working over six single crochet the one

on this side will be attached counting back six single crochet to the inside

and attaching right here and I'm going to show how to attach this one first

with the front side facing me I'm going to count back one two three four five

six and attach right through here work a chain one and I'm single crocheting

right over the stitches that's two three four five six and I actually worked

right over the single crochet I'm going to turn I am NOT working a chain one I'm

working six single crochet one two three four five six

try work six single crochet one two

three four five six there will be a total of 17 rows for the strap I have

finished the seventeenth row this is approximately how long it is wrap the

yarn over pull through and I'm going to pull through a little bit extra for

attaching it to the back side now I'm going to turn this inside out working on

the inside this is the right sides facing and I'm going to be working

through each of the six single crochet on both sides joining them together

this is what it looks like on the front side I'm going to go through one more

time and I want to make sure it's nice and secure make a knot

and I like to make a second knot then you can weave the tail back through to

the opposite side

money online and it can be so simple. You don't have to over complicate things

when it comes to making money online so in this video we're gonna talk about

Shopify what it is and how you can use it to make money online whether that's

to ultimately become a full time income for you that you can work from home or

if it's a way to earn a side income.

What is Shopify?

Shopify if you're unfamiliar with it is an e-commerce platform or online website that you can

use to create your very own online store. you can process payments you can add

products you can sell products, create orders, send emails it's all built in you

don't need fancy programming knowledge or know how to create or program a

website to use Shopify it's literally drag-and-drop and it's a program that

I've used to sell products online. I've got a link in the description below this

video if you want to learn more about Shopify and go to their website you can

also get a free 14-day trial to browse around the features of Shopify to get

familiar with it if you'd like. On my youtube channel I'm gonna go through a

lot of tutorials to teach you how to set up your Shopify store effectively.

Lets jump onto my Shopify store here really quick so I can show you what I designed

for one of my Shopify stores. This store right here is called the Fisherman's

Factory and on this store I sell fishing lures and fishing equipment. I use drop

shipping for this business model and I'm going

talk a lot about dropshipping a lot of strategies and tactics and show you guys

step-by-step how to set up a dropshipping store on Shopify if that's

what you want to do but you can also sell your own products so you can list

out a beautiful homepage like this with menus promotions all sorts of stuff so

you can see here in the top of my website I've got a nice menu bar you can

shop different types of fishing lures I've got reels I've got apparel I've got

all sorts of gear on here the crazy thing about this guys is I don't have to

buy these products which is something that stops a lot of people from selling

and making money online. They're afraid "I don't want to go out there and spend

hundreds of dollars on products." Guys how am i able to sell all of these expensive

fishing lures *reels* you know that's something that people ask like wait how are you

able to do that how are you able to sell look at all these lures I have on my

website. I'm selling all of these different lures but I don't have any of

these in inventory that's a beauty of drop shipping so like I said I'm gonna

teach you all about drop shipping on my youtube channel so make sure you're

subscribed so you can learn all the strategies and how to get all this setup

so it just flows smoothly and you don't even really have to manage it that much

but you can also sell your own products on Shopify so if you're the type that

has like let's say you make baked goods or you sew and you sell clothing what else

you could do crafts so like I see a lot of people that do like crafts boards

pottery I mean paintings literally anything if

you have a hobby and you have something that you're ready to sell online to

people Shopify is a great ecommerce platform to do that. You basically reap

most of the benefits which is the nice thing about using Shopify instead of

another platform, is basically all the revenue that you generate most of it

goes in your pocket I mean obviously for payment processing if you use Shopify or

PayPal or stripe or any other service they're gonna take a small fee but it's

usually like around 2% but the large majority of your products your sales are

going to you which is a really nice feature of

Shopify. The other thing that's really nice about it is that it's customizable

so it's not like eBay or Amazon where it's like you're constrained to that one

screen and that's it. The other thing about Amazon too is it can be really hard

to get discovered on Amazon I'm not I'm not saying Amazon isn't a great place to

sell your product but it can be hard for your product to get noticed on Amazon

whereas if you have your own website you can you know build a social media page

around your website promote it on Twitter on Facebook on Instagram you

know and and build like a following for your specific website and it just kind

of adds a little bit of credibility to your product and what and what you're

doing. So if you have a product to sell or if you want to sell a product you

have an idea about a product that you want to sell or if you just looking for

a way to make some extra money online we can talk a lot about drop shipping and

I'm gonna show you how on my youtube channel how to set that up and you don't

have to spend any money upfront that's the beauty of drop shipping which makes

it a great low-risk business model but I want you to keep in mind guys

How To Start Amazon FBA With Little Money - Duration: 8:51.

Hello James Greaney here from internetbizuni and in this video

we're gonna be speaking about how you can start selling on Amazon via Amazon

FBA with less than a thousand dollars. So stay tuned so this is a question that I

get asked all the time it's from people saying you know I've only five hundred

dollars or I've only six or seven hundred dollars you know and I want to

get started with Amazon FBA where can I get started what should I get started

selling and this is what I tell them you know you're better off not starting with

private label if you have below 1,000 dollars and the reason for this is

simple that it's hard to succeed if you start with less than a thousand dollars

yes you can do it and yes you will hear of tons of different stories how people

started with a few hundred dollars me myself start my first private label

brand with less than five hundred dollars when starting out and it was

possible because it was a lot different back when I started I started back in

2013 and it was a lot less competitive whereas today when you're starting you

don't just have to have money for your product you also have to have money to

get your products launched to get good quality product photography to create a

good product listing all of this requires some money to get started with

so there's no point just investing you know five hundred dollars in start-up

inventory and expecting it to take off you have to spend money in order to make

money and that's why you should start with at least $1,000 and anathan below

that you shouldn't really consider starting with private label but hold on

a minute because I'm gonna give you some ideas how you can get started with less

than a thousand dollars without doing private label so the first thing that

I'm gonna tell you is if you have less than a thousand dollars and you want to

get started then don't go out and purchase a course you're going to have

to learn this from your own experiences yes it will take you longer to

than if you just bought a step-by-step course and started following the steps

in that course it's going to take you longer to go out purchase inventory and

actually learn from your experience but I advise you to do it this way because

you have a limited budget so you need to make your budget goal as far as it can

possibly can and that is why you shouldn't go and spend any money on a

course if you have less than a thousand dollars to start with you should really

learn as hands-on and get to know it step by step yourself by actually doing

the implementation as this will save you some money although it will take longer

than if you want while a purchase of course the next thing that I would do is

I would sign up for a free Amazon account you can do this by going over to

Amazon and just signing up as an individual so you're not signing off as

a business you're just signing off as an individual and you're just signing up

for the basic account I think you can sell up to 40 different items in a month

while on this account then you have to upgrade to a pro account when you sell

more than 40 items a month but go over and register for the free account this

way you can start by getting the Amazon seller up and you can start scanning

different products seeing if they're going to be profitable if you sell them

on Amazon then I will go out to stores and start scanning items so again when

you go into the store you can go down and look for the sale section this is

where you will often find some of the best products to start with because

these products are on sale and a lot of the toy stores do have like three for

two toys and different deals like that from time to time these are great deals

to go in on because you can flip these items that you buy on sale on Amazon for

a massive profit a lot at the time and using the Amazon seller app it will tell

you how much these products are selling for on Amazon and how many sellers you

will be competing against for the buy but if you purchase these items there

are loads of different stores that you can go out to you know if you're based

in the UK you can go to Tesco to TK Maxx to Asda and most other stores that sell

homeware items on where items are often the best items to start with because

they sell in large quantities on Amazon and they're easy

pick up at low prices in these stores whereas if you're based in the US then

you'll probably be going to stores like Walmart TK Maxx and Target as well as

loads of other stores that you have over there to go to and do this this is known

as retail arbitrage and this is a great way to get familiar with Amazon FBA with

a limited budget because you can simply go out a day one and purchase a hundred

two hundred dollars worth of inventory send it in to Amazon you learn how the

whole process works you learn how Amazon want your items when you send them in

and you will learn exactly about the volume and how you can George volume of

sales you'll be learning this hands-on and you will be making money while

learning it so it is a great way to do it if you are on a budget because you

can simply make money while learning as well as this you should sign up with a

lot of deal websites online and there are a lot of other stores online that

you can go to and simply purchase these products from these online stores and

deal sites and get them sent to your house then when the products arrive at

your house simply pack them up in a box and send them off to Amazon FBA it's

that simple but because it is that simple

there is a lot of competition on these products that are selling well because a

lot of people are finding these deals because it is very simple to do from

home people have virtual assistants signed up to do this for them so they're

constantly searching for these deals so you won't find as many deals when you

first start by simply doing online arbitrage compared to when you're doing

retail arbitrage you'll find a lot more deals when you first get started

heck you can even make money flipping products from Amazon to Amazon buying

them for cheap on Amazon and flipping them for a profit back onto Amazon using

Amazon FBA and I have a video that shows you an example of exactly when I have

done this in the past so I linked up that video down in the description so

that you can check it out after this video and see for yourself exactly

how easy you can make money with Amazon FBA so you're probably wondering why I'm

telling you all this why am I telling you to start by doing retail or on

arbitrage when you know the business model that I follow is private label and

that involves me dealing with manufacturers in China getting my unique

private label products made in China and sent to Amazon and selling them on

Amazon for Amazon FBA but I'm telling you about retail and online arbitrage

because if you are starting with a budget it's the best way to make your

budget go far and also learn Amazon FBA so you won't need to take any course in

regards to Amazon FBA you have it all learned from doing this yes you might

need to go on and take a course in regards to try the labor or you might

simply come across an opportunity while doing retail and online arbitrage for

your own unique private label product this is what I don't this is how I got

started and that's why I'm telling you that you should start this way if you

don't have the money because you can build up the money doing it this way and

eventually start your own brand of products taking everything that you've

learned along the way and using it as experience this will benefit you greatly

when you do decide to start your own brand of products or maybe you've been

doing this for a while and now you want to get started to put private label you

have over a thousand dollars and you're ready to jump in and start learning what

it takes to create your own successful branded products on Amazon and if that's

Who Has Your Money? Where Does Your Money Go When You Work With A Financial Advisor? - Duration: 7:15.

So where does your money go when you work with a financial advisor?

On today's episode, though: if you work with a financial advisor, where does your money go?

Who has your money?

In the case of, let's say, you take your money to the bank,

it's fairly straightforward. You give them the money and they keep it.

You know, it's there. You might get an interest payment

for allowing them to lend that money to other customers of the bank,

but it's safe and secure. You can get it at any time.

If you work with a financial advisor, it's not quite the same.

So any "real" financial advisor, for an element of safety,

will use something called a "third party custodian".

Now, what is a custodian?

A custodian according to the dictionary, Merriam-Webster's, is

"one who is entrusted with guarding and keeping property or records"

So a third party custodian is someone who is entrusted to keep your assets

when you work with a financial advisor.

Now, why is this important?

It's important for my clients because, number one, there's an extra element of safety and transparency.

You know, everything that I do, I want to be completely transparent with my clients on that.

So, when my clients work with me, my custodian is TD Ameritrade.

They get monthly statements from TD Ameritrade,

they get trade confirmations anytime that I do something in the account.

And so, my access to their money is limited to being able to make trades,

and being able to bill fees, if that's the arrangement that I have with the clients in that case.

Some clients, like retirees, might give me additional access where I can move money

from their account to their bank account every month so they can pay their bills.

So they get their monthly check.

And for those that are saving for retirement,

I may have access to move from their bank account into their investment account every month

and start putting that money to work for them.

But that's the extent of it.

And again, it's for an element of safety and transparency.

You know, worse comes to worse, if I get hit by the proverbial Marta bus here in Atlanta,

Their assets are safe. Nothing happens to them.

It's there at TD Ameritrade for them to access at any time.

It also gives them the confidence to know that they're working with a professional

that is putting these layers of safety into effect,

you know, when they're working with me.

There's also a convenience factor.

TD Ameritrade and other large custodians

will allow those clients that need those monthly distributions in the case of retirees,

or monthly contributions in the case of those people who are saving for retirement

to link to those bank accounts, automate that stuff.

There's the technology that's around having a custodian in my corner, too,

that allows me to import that data into my financial planning software, where I can manage the portfolio.

I get free access to rebalancing software by working with my custodian.

So, it allows me to serve my customers better and more efficiently.

And then finally, costs!

Costs! It's very important to make sure that my clients get the best deal that they can

when I'm doing the trades for them. That they get the best execution,

they get the lowest trading commission fees.

And right now, there's a lot of competition between these

big custodians like TD Ameritrade, Schwab, Fidelity

on competing for advisors' business like mine, because

they're seeing that the independent advisor space is the wave of the future.

So I want to make sure that my clients have that safety, transparency, confidence in working with me,

the convenience of working with a big custodian that's in my corner,

the technology that comes with working with someone, and then the low costs.

All right, what happens if there isn't a third party custodian involved?

Now, this is the big issue.

You know, for high net worth client that do investing in private investments,

it's not uncommon to do a private equity or real estate or private debt deal

with a company that custodies their own assets.

Now the drawback here is that you don't get accurate reporting,

there's less transparency around what's going on.

Again, in that space, it's a little bit - I would say - not uncommon,

but it's not ideal.

If you're doing those types of investments, it's best to have someone

that's working with a third party custodian and has an independent audit involved.

What is the worst case that could happen if there's not a third party custodian involved?

Well, you remember Bernie Madoff, right?

That's really the key with what happened there.

Madoff's firm custodied those assets.

They didn't use a third party custodian.

You know, there were other factors involved. They had, basically, a lazy auditor that could have

uncovered all of this much, much earlier than it was.

But in that case, if Madoff's firm had used a third party custodian,

there would have been accurate statements and trade confirmations along the way

and those investors would have known.

It was a big red flag to begin with,

but I guess they fell to the siren song of all his return promises that he made along the way.

So, that would be the worst case scenario in one of these deals if you don't have a third party custodian.

So, who has your money?

If you're working with a broker or an insurance agent,

where is your money held? Is it at a brokerage firm?

Do you have your money all in the bank? Is it not being invested?
