MISSOULA - A little bit of light snow will be possible this morning with northwest Montana having the best chance of seeing these showers. By the afternoon, western Montana will see mostly to partly cloudy skies overhead with temperatures in the upper 30's to low 40's.

Skies will clear tonight in response to high-pressure building and dry air moving in, this will result in radiational cooling and temperatures dropping into the single digits, teens or even below zero. We also can't rule out some patchy valley fog or freezing fog Wednesday morning, however, temperatures will warm up quite fast with highs in the middle and upper 40's by the afternoon and mostly sunny skies overhead.

Our next weather system is set to move through Thursday morning. Mountains, especially along the Montana/Idaho border will see snow showers while valleys may see a rain-snow mix Thursday morning before becoming all rain by the afternoon. With this first system, northwest Montana will have the best chance of seeing rain and snow showers.

A second system will then move in Friday, with the most widespread shower activity happening Friday afternoon in southwest Montana. Once again the mountains will see all snow while the valleys will see mostly rain.

After this, skies look to start clearing, making way for a clear and mild weekend with temperatures in the 40's and low 50's Saturday and Sunday.

have skyrocketed in recent weeks since the mainstream media has been ramping up their

anti-gun agenda.

As the media continues to weaponize the news in the form of gun control propaganda, the

NRA's profiting continues to go up.

The Daily Mail reports that Google searches for "NRA membership" rose 4,900 percent

since the Parkland Florida school attack.

That rise occurred at a time when many Democrats, media personalities, and Hollywood celebrities

were denouncing the NRA and leveling blame on the association for the shooting that took

17 lives in a gun-free zone.Hollywood also took to social media to make sure they press

an anti-gun agenda for the elitists as well.

Notorious leftist, Chelsea Handler tweeted the following:

"We have to elect candidates that are not funded by the NRA in November.

We have an opportunity to elect candidates who won't allow kids to go to school and

get shot.

It is disgusting how many times this has happened and Republicans do nothing.

You all have blood on your hands.There's nothing like a little scapegoating when it

comes to placing the blame for mass shootings.

It seems like the blame falls always on the NRA and law-abiding gun owners, not the psychopaths

who shoot up schools.

CNN's February 21 gun control town hall highlighted the media's animosity towards

the NRA, as it featured survivors from the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting

confronting Republicans over NRA affiliation.

After several large corporations dropped discounts for NRA members, many took it as shots fired

at the NRA for a crime they didn't commit.

The Daily Mail quoted Cleta Mitchell, a former NRA board member and former Oklahoma lawmaker,

who said, "There is no one.

NO ONE.

Who joins the NRA for a discount on a rental car.

You can rest assured that the NRA will not lose a single member as a result of this.

If anything, it should spur people to join the NRA as a means of demonstrating that we

who believe in the Second Amendment will not be bullied by these left wing multi-billion

dollar corporations."

U.S. President Donald Trump says the meeting between President Moon Jae-in and Kim Jong-un

has the potential to be "a great thing for the world."

But Washington remains cautious about North Korea's overtures,... and has pledged to continue

its pressure campaign for the time being.

Kwon Jang-ho has this report.

'We'll see what happens' - that's the U.S. President's reaction on hearing that North

Korea is open to talks with the United States.

Later he also tweeted, 'For the first time in many years, a serious effort is being made

by all parties concerned...

May be false hope, but the U.S. is ready to go hard in either direction '

It's a sentiment he repeated later, but he was also quick to credit his administration

and himself for bringing about the current situation.

"I think that they are sincere, but I think they're sincere also because the sanctions

and what we're doing with respect to North Korea, including you know, the great help

that we've been given from China."

Trump declined to comment on whether he had any preconditions for talks, simply calling

it a very tenuous situation.

Vice President, Mike Pence, meanwhile stressed that although they will see which way talks

go, in the meantime the campaign of sanctions and pressure will continue until they see,

quote "credible, verifiable, and concrete steps toward denuclearization."

U.S. intelligence officials also reiterated this stance, while expressing doubt over whether

the current situation could be considered a significant breakthrough.

"Hope springs eternal but we need to learn a lot more relative to these talks.

North Korea has to agree to not possess nuclear capability, and until that happens we cannot

have an agreement with them, and that is our position."

South Korea's presidential envoys who met with Kim Jong-un will travel to the U.S. on

Thursday, to directly brief Washington on the outcome of their visit, and further explore

the possibility for U.S.-North Korea talks.

Hi, This is Loren Weisman and this is the podcast video supplement for episode 87.

In what I have here, in the title below, what is transformational leadership?

I talked about this in the podcast on Monday when I interviewed Ford Taylor of TL, of Transformational

Leadership.

My answer, my personal answer and a lot of people have a lot of different answers.

Transformational Leadership is as personalized and individualized as you make it for you.

This is not some situation where it is a guide by guide, step by step that hits every single

person the exact same way.

Different elements of your leadership, whether its inside of a business, whether it's inside

of a relationship, inside of a family, inside of conflict.

Inside of the past, inside of the present, inside of what you want to do in the future.

Transformational Leadership is what you take from it and the pieces that you need to take

rom it.

I just finished the two day course.

I was there with Ford Taylor.

And my experience, I believe, could be miles different, miles away from the person sitting

next to me had.

And one of the people sitting next to me, good deal older than me, experienced great

levels of success and at the same time, watching him, he was grabbing pieces, and there were

certain things that Ford was saying, and they meant one thing to me, but I could clearly

see they meant something different to him.

The same thing.

There was a table with a younger woman, maybe 19 or 20 that was there.

And I can't even imagine what came through to her, what she took away.

What resonated.

The point being, inside of this, its thinking about your leadership style, your communication

style, looking back at how you connect.

Some people call it semantics.

Its not semantics.

The simple ways you open doors to relationships.

The way that you open to an employee or even an employer.

Transformational Leadership to me, is a fundamental revisitation of every aspect of what I do,

of what I do inside of branding, of what I do inside of talking and what I have inside

of my relationships, both personally and professionally.

And unlike anything I have ever seen before.

And I have been a part of a lot of leadership conferences, where I have spoken from the

marketing and branding standpoint.

I have been a part of a lot books that I've read and Ive looked at and even, there was

a book that I tired to help format, but there was an inauthenticity to it.

This is authentic.

This is true.

And the other element about this is, it ranges from the mom and pop to the start up to the

18 year old, all the way to the 78 year old.

And everywhere in between.

Transformational Leadership is exactly that.

Its transforming.

And how it transforms you and how it helps you with your business, your products, your

employees, the people you work for and your success as a whole, is completely up to you.

Costco haul for those of you who don't know what Costco is it's basically a

wholesale grocery store and buy wholesale I mean that they sell things

in bulk or in bigger sizes so I'm just gonna show you the things that my family

buys from Costco if you're curious and if you're not curious then um just keep

on watching one day I was like wow I'm really in the

mood for tortilla soup and then I saw this at Costco and I got it and I tried

it and it's so good if you like chicken tortilla soup this is it gonna be your

faith thing ever it's so good you literally just like heat it up

you're like warm it up and it's so good highly recommend and the way I like to

eat it is with avocado and like cheese inside it's really good so get the soup

going with the trend of tortillas um I caught some corn tortillas and my some I

mean a lot so this is just uh some corn tortillas next thing I got is this huge

bag of boom chicka pop and literally Alicia Marie who? this stuff is amazing

really good probably not good for you but the next thing that I got is some

bananas

for like a dollar ninety-nine which that's great thanks Costco the next

thing I got was this huge thing of crystals if you know me you know I like

croissant so I'm very excited these are butter croissant these are

huge this one croissants probably besides my face I'm not even gonna lie

so got crisps on the next thing that I got was sourdough bread um I love Brent

I love bread and this is a brand Boudine. I think it's how you say it this is like

the og sourdough bread they make this in San Francisco and I go to San Francisco

all the time and they've had the factory they're like I just said and I was

really excited when I found out that they sell this at Costco because I love

bread next thing that I got was some Parmesan cheese this is some crap so

looks really nice and that's all I have to say it's just cheese this is a new

item that I got I usually don't purchase this but I decided to try it out these

are simply clusters fruit seeds and nut butters and they look healthy and I hope

they're good I'll keep you guys updated and honestly if they're not good it kind

of looks like bird foods so I could just put it outside and hope some birds

enjoy melons

I also got some cantaloupe and the last thing that I got because I was so cheesy

is a box of cheez-its so this is a variety pack this has

original white cheddar and cheddar Jack a snack because come on I can't be the

Hey everyone, so today I want to make a video covering the basics of asexuality

because I realized I get pretty deep into some topics here about it, but

haven't really taken the time to come out and actually give an overview of what

it means. Very simply, asexuality is the lack of sexual attraction to other

people. I think some people get confused about what it means and so I also want

to cover what asexuality does not mean. Asexuality is not the lack of sex drive

or libido; asexuals can have very high libido or sex drives and still engage in

things like sex or masturbation and essentially that could be their drive

to wanting to have sex is their sex drive instead of their attraction to

people. Asexuality is not the inability to have sex, that does not make somebody

asexual; and it's important not to assume who's capable of having sex. I think

these assumptions get made a lot about people based on their age or if they use

mobility devices and everything like that and that's not what makes somebody

asexual. Asexuality is not when people find sex gross, that's totally different,

that's called being sex repulsed. Asexuality is not celibacy, so celibacy

being the choice to actually not engage with sex whether that be before marriage

or just overall in your life. People can make the decision to have sex or not

have sex regardless of their sexual orientation, they could be straight, they

could be gay and they could just not want to be having sex for whatever

reason. Asexuality is not something that you fix, it's not something that needs to

be fixed at all, it's not something that necessarily wants to be fixed at all

either or something that you can fix. And asexuality is not the result of somebody

having bad sexual experiences whether that be some sort of assault situation

or just somebody being with a partner who's not necessarily their greatest

match with sexual endeavours. And while all those things I just covered are not

asexuality they can still be things that play into somebody being asexual, but

it's important to know that all those things can also play into people who are

not asexual. They can play into people who are straight, who are gay who are,

whatever- bisexual, any type of orientation. All those things can still

apply to you but that's not what makes people asexual. There's people who

identify as asexual and may also cite those things as

being parts of their lives, but that is not the defining characteristics of

being asexual. I'm gonna be doing a review coming up of a TV show I watched

with an asexual character in it actually saying the words and they are asexual. I

feel like those things I listed are usually what people think

asexuality is so then in television shows when ever somebody has like

characteristics of choosing not to have sex or just not even being interested in

sex or whatever people immediately are like, in the fandom, are like "wow somebody

who's asexual". Whereas the TV writers never ever ever take the step to call

that person asexual or give actual like explicit representation to people who
