today we are going to make arestaurant style finger chicken recipe
we can make this recipe easily at home
no need to go to a restaurant to have this
come on,let's move on to the preparation
take boneless chicken pieces,cut into lenghty pieces about 300 grams
we are going to marinate the chicken
1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies finely chopped
some coriander leaves finely chopped
egg white of 1 egg
salt to taste
mix it well
leave this marination min 1 hour,max over night in the refrigirator,don't freeze
mixed well,let's keep this for 1 hour
after 1 hour
we are going to coat this with rusk powder
take some rusk powder
can use bread crumbs instead of rusk powder
coat the chicken pieces with rusk nicely like this
let's coat all the chicken pieces like this
all pieces are coated well
heat oil in a kadai, for deep frying
drop the chicken pieces one by one into the oil
don't disturb immediatly
let it fry for some time
if you disturb immediatly,the rusk coating will get removed from the chicken
flip it with a fork
fry till golden brown
chicken is fried well
remove from oil and place it over a tissue paper
fry all the chicken like this
finger chicken is now ready
serve with veg salad,mayo,and tomato sauce
this will be kids favourite dish
