use this process think of this type of

product as you book YouTube arbitrage if

you don't know what arbitrage is it's

basically like finding something for one

lower price and really selling it at a

higher price and taking the profit so if

you think of YouTube that way let's say

you find some

person's video in the hot Bikram yoga

nice or something like that and the

person is not monetizing maybe they're

brand-new to YouTube maybe they're not

interested in monetizing or whatever but

their video has a lot of likes and

shares and views so your your job is to

be able to go and approach that person

and talk to try to work out a barter

system trying to work out a deal with

them a way that you could both that you

can kind of be in charge of the process

but put money into both yours and theirs

pocket that's basically what Jamie's

gonna be talking to you about Musa first

couple of videos he's gonna have you a

bit of a bit of proof and then Matthews

video starch and I think there's like

eight or nine or something like that

videos but they're very very short

between three minutes in like five

minutes

and that's actually pretty cool because

you know if you're if you're busy with

your day you can kind of like watch a

video it's three minutes and then watch

another one and watch nobody come back

to it I definitely recommend taking some

notes I did like there's a couple things

because I you know I'm pretty good with

YouTube this there wasn't too many

things that I hadn't heard but there's

some pretty good information in here so

the couple things that I definitely

hadn't heard before and he's he speaks

really clearly and concisely and he does

a really good job at explaining what

he's talking about so he's got the

whiteboard out and he's got some pretty

cool little techniques and tricks free

so you wanna check out all of his videos

and then Jamie's gonna take it over from

here how do you how to do business

instead of JB's basically what Jamie is

doing with this with this type of

software he's been using this type of

software for years basically defined

affiliates for his products so let's say

he's putting out a product and like the

CBD CBD niche or something like that

he's going to be using this type of

software to find affiliates who have

high volumes of views on their videos

and then he's going to approach them and

basically tell you know trying to work

out a deal with them so you might be a

little bit nervous about that like I

would be I would be a little bit nervous

about that but Jamie gives you a couple

some kind of swipes that you can use to

kind of you know approach approach a

video maker with and he's gonna kind of

walk you through the process he's kind

of shows you how to build a relationship

with a JV it's pretty short but it's

it's helpful he's gonna do a little bit

of a show-and-tell jamie creates really

really he does like a lot of green

screen stuff and special effects but he

know he's always singing or rapping or

playing guitar doing something but he's

kind of showing a little bit of like

couple of videos that he created that

did pretty well and how we monetize them

and all this other stuff and then some

final four thoughts from Jamie like I

said I'm I really like Jamie he's a

really good guy and he's funny and he's

very talented and he's pretty ethical

guy so anyway that's basically what

you're gonna get as far as the training

um a couple things I wasn't necessarily

super impressed with this cute youtube

keyword tool it's kind of twofold

basically the suggestions section is

going to take let me let me open it up

for you it's basically it's not that

great you're better off using something

like keyword IO so let's say like weight

loss because I think it's only gonna

pull up like 10 yes I'm gonna pull up 10

keywords so you're better off using I'll

just show you how how to get to keyword

I oh that's the only thing that I'm not

super impressed with because it's

powerful in another way but the the

keyword function is a little bit

lackluster to be perfectly honest so

you'd be better off using a key keyboard

tool like keyboard il going into YouTube

let's say weight loss and this is very

broad of course and I'm in the US but

you obviously get a lot more you'll get

more than 10 you know more than 10

suggestions I'm not gonna go through all

5 I'm just going to show you the tool

which you can use as an alternative if

you pick up the software you're not

stuck with just using their that what

their API Coenen because it's only

pulling in 10 and that's not a whole lot

so and the other thing that the keyword

tool does this keyword scraper it's

basically very similar to what a tool

like to buddy or vid IQ

pulls in it's gonna pull in the

description so like I have a video that

I've already put in the Eid for and just

hit scrape and it's gonna show you this

is a video that I did called SEO minions

a new YouTube plug sorry I new SEO

plugin that's that's free so I did a

little review so basically went and

grabbed my description and then it

grabbed my tags and told me that told

you know that I'm using 18 tags he's

telling me how many likes how many views

and how long it wasn't the idea that

this isn't all that stellar is if you if

you're already using tube buddy or vid

IQ you have a you already have something

similar so this part section I'm not

super enthralled with but the rest of

the software I really dig so let's just

go over to the YouTube section which is

where the bulk of word

software comes in handy is so you're

going to get into this software YouTube

software a tutorial and you can listen

to a video from Jamie he's gonna show

you basically how to use this but I'll

do the same so basically he's taken a

whole bunch of different niches he's

basically because he's a Clickbank

people promotes primarily on Clickbank

so he's really well tuned into the

niches that work well on Clickbank but

they also you know you can work promote

them on other types of affiliate

networks but basically we have six-pack

ads betting CBD click funnels he's just

kind of you can kind of grab any one of

these let's say that I want to do the

CBD is all the rage right now so I want

to take CBD review so then it's gonna

pull up videos I asked Jenny with the

criteria for this software is so

basically any videos that show up in

here have over five thousand views and

their sir but they're by bigger channels

I did ask him if it was because there's

no links in the description

unfortunately like there's no way to

rule out videos that have links in the

description but this video is not

monetized so I went to this girl's

channel so when you hit view view

details so it's going to show you the

amount of likes dislikes country

comments views duration and all this

other stuff it's going to give you also

the tags and stuff so when you hit

message owner here it's going to open up

in a new window and it's going to go to

the person's about page on the YouTube

on their YouTube channel and you have

the option to contact them from there so

and if you're not sure what to say like

I said Jamie's provide you with some

very simple swipes if you can do so like

you know you would for business

enquiries you would use her email

address so you could contact your her

via any what any of these other social

media sources I'm not gonna go in and do

that but I just want to show you

basically what that software does so you

can go into any of these videos let's

say I'm promoting there's a new CBD

offer for a life that's inside of an MLM

let's say I joined that and this girl

you know let's say she's brand new or

something like that and she hasn't

monetized her video yet but she has a

lot of likes and and and everything like

that I can approach her and say hey you

know I am I am an affiliate marketer I

would love to work with you and split

the profits 50/50 if you would allow me

to put my affiliate link on your video

I'll PayPal you 50% of the proceeds or

something basically you're offering to

be like kind of the

little man because maybe this person

doesn't know anything about Philly at

marketing video never heard of it you

know and they don't have a whole lot of

money and they're like oh wow I didn't

know I could monetize a lot of people

don't realize they can monetize their

videos so you can kind of go on and be

the middleman so it requires a little

bit of being a little bit gutsy but it's

not as scary as you think cuz really

what the work what's the worst they can

say no I'm not interested or maybe they

could use a couple other colorful words

but still it's not that it's not that

big a deal

I wouldn't be too afraid to do that and

especially it works well if you're let's

say you're not native to English

speaking and you want to monetize some

of these videos but you're afraid of

your accent or your grammar or whatever

there's no reason why you couldn't

message this girl and say hey you know I

would love to put my you know let's work

to let's let's join it better yeah joint

venture together let's work together I'm

an affiliate marketer I have a great

your video whatever something like that

but basically that's kind of what the

channel maybe this person has not

monetized in their video I don't know

but you'd only know if you if you kind

of I'm gonna take the next step and go

to the channel message them try to find

this video itself and maybe see if

there's any links in the description

because sometimes people just put out

videos there's no links in the

description they just kind of did it for

you know not everyone creates a video

for money but as a marketer you can kind

of see the money where they don't so

anyway so what else is here the YouTube

Bible I'm gonna I'm not gonna click on

that because it'll bring it up right

away you'll be able to see the

information for free which is not fair

to those guys but the launch box hasn't

is not working as of right now so I'm

not sure what that does because I'm

doing this before this before this

launches but anyway and then this live

You're gonna go to Sam's clubs because they have a whole bunch of things. That's there. It's nothing but Bundle items

do have to be monetized to do Super chats this still is a feature outside of

Adsense that can help you make income so go ahead and start live-streaming more

to see if you can increase your income on YouTube next up is a Philly at

marketing I've talked about this so much over the channel's lifetime and it's

such an important way to make money on YouTube and in my opinion I think it's

the number one way you could possibly make money out in YouTube as a small

youtuber and even as a large youtuber so what affiliate marketing is if you don't

already know is any product on any site like Amazon you just pick that product

out you share your own personal link to that product people click on that

product and they track that person's order history over a 24 or 48 hour

period if they buy anything it doesn't even have to be your product during that

48 hour period you get a commission for that for example if they click on your

link go to the product don't buy the product but buy like two hundred dollars

worth of stuff you're gonna get around $20 Commission for just sending them to

that site to make that sale not only that but with the Amazon Associates

program which is an affiliate marketing for

Amazon you also have things like the bounty program where you can get people

to sign up for free trials of Amazon music Amazon Prime and things like that

and you get a $3 commission just for them signing up and then you'll get

extra money every single month they stay signed up one example I use on this

it's a great deal to use both of these at once and you can maximize your

revenues on youtube and finally we have creating your own products and services

this sounds like a lot of work but it's actually very easy to do you can go on

sites like Spreadshirt and just slap your logo onto a t-shirt and you can

sell it and simply just link to that in the description talk about it in your

video and peep can go check out your shirt and then

there's also things like creating your own books like I've done I've created

two books so far and they're on Amazon Barnes & Noble Apple books Google Books

all kinds of places like that and it makes a lot of money for me or you can

also do things like sell your own services and what I do with this is my

company we sell stuff like helping you create your own channel banners doing a

channel reviews channel breakdowns helping you create your channel logo and

all kinds of things like that and I believe outside of affiliate marketing

this is the thing that will also pay you your most money and earlier I said

affiliate marketing is going to pay the most money for small youtubers but then

for larger youtubers I believe that selling your own products is actually

what makes you your most money you see people like logan and jake paul linking

to their merch because that makes them so much more money than affiliate

marketing would so all you have to do is simply provide a service a product

anything that you think people would buy and you're able to make a lot of money

off of it and it's helped me a lot in supporting this channel and getting new

equipment like lighting it's helped me get new microphones new stuff that's

going to be in the background back here and that's all thanks to what the

revenue from making all these little small changes have helped me do so if a

channel was just around 1.5 1.6 thousand subscribers can do it then you can do it

okay today this came up for sale for $69 you could

purchase this for $69 someone's actually already purchased this what I did is I

went to an SD bot to get the estimation of this particular domain right when I

checked it because I want to see so they say it's worth $2,400 someone has

already purchased this domain and they've relisted it already this is

today for 1988 dollars so someone has gone and got this dropped domain these

are domains that kind of like you know that expire and they've resold it now

the reason this is very lucrative guys is because domain names are like real

estate online they the prices just continuously go up and price

and it is something it's good to accumulate so I like to actually do buy

domains from this site today it was like to accumulate these domains for a long

time I might sell them in ten years for six figures or whatever right so I try

and find good names that I can hold and sell it for a higher price later on in

the future but what you can do to make a quick buck you can make a hundred

dollars online you can make 200 300 this is a great way to make money online you

can buy these domains guys and you can sell them on websites like flippa.com

so this is we can sell websites and domains and people were selling domains

for five hundred thousand five hundred dollars nineteen thousand dollars ninety

nine thousand dollars nine thousand dollars five hundred five hundred most

of these guys are selling the domains on here guys power from the one dollar ones

for more than a hundred dollars each okay so you can make at least double

your money if you want to get rid of them quick but I recommend selling for

at least a thousand dollars or more and you can also go to auction sites guys

like GoDaddy auctions and you can get people to get into bidding wars and they

compared a lot of money from your particular domains this is a really fun

way it's just a fun way to make money this one here right now is it seventy

just dropped calm and I go to the daily deal section you can also search for

domains but you usually don't find any good ones you can also join the news

Lynette and get them sent to your emails but you just go down here guys and you

find these domains okay really simple but if you want to actually take these

domains and you want to put them into our website chord SD bot calm now this

isn't 100% accurate this gives you a general idea

what your domains worth there's only worth as much as what someone's willing

to pay for it if I put in you just put in these domains guys and make sure you

get a domain that's worth like I would say five hundred to a thousand dollars

what's up guys and welcome to another video today I'll be showing you a new

location where you can go and sit just get ton of money in previous video I

showed you still Water Creek and all you had to do was go to this location chuck

your fishing rod in and what will happen is fish will spawn in' and from that all

you have to do is pack your fishing rod away and then run side to side in this

still water creek and what will happen is fish will try and swim way but there is

nowhere for the fish to swim to so what happens is they touch the edge of this

pond area and then they will just die out and you can just walk around

collecting all the fish it's the same sort of concept except this time we are

gonna be heading all the way over to Lemoyne in this area in this area you're

gonna get a bunch of big fish as well as small fish and this is why this location

is a bit better than still water creek still walk creeks still gives you a ton

of money but this one can give you a lot of money but it does take a bit more

time to set up before you head to this location I recommend going to the top of

saint-denis or all the way over to Valentine to go and get a wagon what you

want is a type of wagon like this where you can jump into the back and chuck big

fish in you could go and get a second horse if you've really wanted to instead

of a wagon but that does mean that you can only collect two big fish one to put

on the other person's horse and the other to go and put on the back of your

horse a wagon will be so much better because you can put a bunch of different

fish in the back once you get a wagon and head over to this location all

you're gonna do is go and put your fishing rod in now normally what happen

is if you just go track your fishing rod in with new lures whatsoever

fish won't spawn in but what I've been doing is I've been mixing it up I've

been putting River laws in swamp laws in lake laws in and I've also got a spinner

which I chuck in there as well to go and get a bunch of fish spawning in when the

fish start to spawn in normally there are a lot of fish that just kill

themselves anyway meaning that you can go and pick them up but what normally

has to happen is you have to run from side to side making the fish swim away

fast and then going into land where they will eventually kill themselves there

will be a ton of small fish which you can go around picking them off I think

the cheapest fish that you'll get is going for around about 40 cents the most

expensive fish that you get out of the small fish I think goes for $1 per fish

but you can go around picking all of the on the edge the big fish of what you

want to look out for you will get a lot of lake sturgeon and you'll probably get

more lake sturgeon than what you will do with small fish which is really weird in

this area a perfect lake sturgeon can go for $7.00

meaning that if you can get quite a few of them you're gonna be making a ton of

money and that is what we're trying to look for in this method in about ten

minutes of doing this method what I normally get is about five lake sturgeon

and then I get maybe seven or eight other fish which is a small fish

normally going for a round of forty cent so in about ten minutes I am making

about forty dollars the longest process about this is to set up and also have

taking the wagon all the way to saint denis to sell everything at the

butchers or to take it all way to rhodes to sell at the butchers and I know

griefers are gonna be a massive problem in this area and to avoid that I've been

saying that ever since I found out about this if you want to avoid griefers or

avoid people in the area spawn in a completely different location to what

your heading to what I mean by that is spawn all the way in tumbleweed and then

go on fast travel all the way to st. Denis and then travel to this location

by horse by spawning in tumbleweed all of the online players will spawn around

you meaning that as soon as you fast travel to saint denis maybe there'll be

one or two people but the majority will still be in tumbleweed so you can carry

on doing whatever is you want to do and without anyone bugging you annoying you

doing whatever killing you taking all your stuff you can keep on doing

whatever is you want to do peacefully so when I go into this Lobby I did exactly

that there was I think two people in saint Denis right around the butchers I didn't

want to risk that so I took all my fish over two rhodes and I sold them

peacefully when I got to rhodes the thing that did take quite a bit of time was

getting all the fish out the back of the wagon had to get them individually take

them to the butchers sell them but like I said you are getting a ton of money

out of this and eventually it will be worth it and I did want to show you this

it's different to the Stillwater Creek normally to Stillwater Creek you will

just get loads a little fish I haven't had a big fish in Stillwater Creek but

this one you get in a much larger fish and if someone is doing this method

already in Stillwater Creek you can go to this location

Great question. It stands for private label rights. Now. What does that mean? Exactly?

It's basically products that have already been created and someone's selling the rights

to use that information

Those products as your own and you can rebrand them a lot of the time you can sell them

You do all sorts of crazy stuff with them which is why they're kind of cool now as you can imagine

Because the Internet's been around for

You know a little while and it's clearly not quite the fad that they once thought it was going to be

There's been I mean, I was almost gonna say Millions. It's gonna be thousands of these products out there

Some of them are just absolutely rubbish some of them offers some superb quality

some of them you basically can just pretty much take them as they are and

repackage them as your own and start selling them on a number of different places like Mauro plus or JB Zhu or

What I'm going to go through which is two of my favourite sites, and hopefully you guys will like those as well

anyway, what you can do with PLA and one of the things I do like about it is is

Instead of just taking it from the box and going. Okay. Great. This is what we've got

I will then have an upsell to the video cause because people obviously like having videos there as well and in doing so

Basically, you make some cash nice and easy

You can also get affiliates involved who will then promote the product for you meaning that you can boost that you also grow a buyer's

List so which is obviously pretty cool

There's a couple other things you can do and also with the sales page because it already exists

All you need to do is upload that put that on to wherever you choose

hosted on on your own hosting account or if you like me I use like builder all or

Clickfunnels leadpages, you know all those types of builders that are out there

You basically just host it on one of those or your own hosting account and that's it

Nice and easy now if you don't want to go through all that rigmarole, you just want to start basically selling the actual product

I've got a little kind of hack for you guys there as well

Now what I'm gonna do, I'm just gonna change tabs. Hopefully that comes with me and does change tabs sometimes

Okay now right I actually have used something called self ID or selfie selfie selfie

I think it's called SEL if y ou you let you figure that one out com

Now what you can do is actually create your own store and it's free to do so there is an upgrade option as a lot

So if I'm buying a course for 15 20 bucks, then you know, it's not going to be a huge amount. Of course

But everything adds up it's saving money while you're shopping on things that you buy anyway

And a lot of the time this actually applies over and above any

Any sales that are already on so you're actually saving twice if that makes sense and you get cash back into your account

Same thing with swag bucks. Now the reason why I like having these two as

Browser notifications is because sometimes you'll find

Ebates might say six percent cash back swag bucks. Mike say eight percent cash back. So obviously

that they cut it obviously in competition with each other, but you can choose which one you want to go with and

Start making money by doing that

Well saving them you're shopping at least anyway, but these are things you're gonna buy anyway, right so with that, you know me

Same sort of thing. Now. You really want to make sure that you do repackage the Paylor items you can't just put them up

Your word for word as you might with some of the other things that are out there

But in doing so you really need to go through and that they're all video courses on udemy as well

But you can have things like take snippets from the actual PDFs that you're using in order to basically

Back up what you're saying in your videos things like that

But that's the two sites that I think you can use anyone can use. So one was cellphone selfie. I still don't know how to

You don't need to change anything. I mean, of course you're better off if you do because you're

improving the product as you go along now, of course, I haven't even covered warrior plus and

Jvzoo, which again jvzoo? You can more or less just put that product straight on there

Have it upsell to the videos and like I say it will take a little bit of work

But you are creating your own digital product. You're increasing your brand awareness

You're basically making money for every sale you're building a buyer's list. So people that buy things from you

They're more likely to buy from you again and not even necessarily your own product

You can then start promoting things as an affiliate

And in doing so because you have that reports and because you've provided value to your audience

It's likely that they were more likely that they will take an action rather than someone who's just randomly

Jumped onto your email list, right? So anyway, that's it. That's how you can basically get started with PLR

I know I have already covered this

I just want to go over it add another couple of techniques to it

And I think with these you probably make a good couple of hundred bucks a day just from doing that

And of course it is gonna take some work. I'm not saying that it's not everything online. It's going to take some work

I don't care what these, you know marketing. Gurus say, you know, I don't really think there's any push-button software out there

I'm prepared to be wrong on that if you could to find one but as far as I've seen no, there's not

leave it on a fab job because most

Americans international as well

they despise your nine to five jobs

because of a plethora of reasons but

this video is gonna be specifically

about investing in yourself obviously we

have tight season coming up

I guess adds up really right now you

could basically you file your taxes for

this year so a lot of people you know

tend to splurge on cars vacations

you know watches you know video game

systems furniture accessories for the

car whatever it may be

typically when you get your tax return

back you know depending on the amount

you start to splurge on things that

obviously don't make you money they do

nothing but caution money you know so

you know me buying you know you know

this shirt hasn't made any money

you know me buy this chair hasn't made

me any money at all so it's about you

know investing yourself I had to really

look at myself

several years ago say you know what yes

I'm making great money working for one

of the biggest bass and

the world basically but I was like I

want more I don't want just six figures

I just I don't want just to take you

know one or two vacations per year

I want to make obviously Mike there's

I've got financial goals for myself

the first goal obviously is to make a

million dollars in capital revenue per

year that's the first goal because I

have goals and stages obviously but you

know I realize that you know not a lot

of people have these goals so people

just they're just very complacent on

making six figures making $80,000 a year

taking one five a vacation per year

that's that's never been my my

itineraries ever my goal my goal is

always to be to become wealthy and to

also people do the things that I really

want to do again taking multiple

vacations per year providing a an

exceptional life for my family but then

also being my own boss you know not

being told what to do constantly five

days a week for 30 min forty years and

then being told I can only make so much

money working this corporate job because

you guys only have you know a a sizable

budget so you know with with obviously

with those taxes and coming up you know

you have to ask yourself you know do I

want to invest in something's gonna make

me money long term or don't wanna invest

in buying a car you know buying a brand

new Honda Accord you know on your brand

new beep every 3 Series you know those

two things do nothing but cost you money

and they don't make you money you know

so you got to ask yourself what's more

important become my own boss starting

own business becoming financially

independent becoming wealthy making you

know money on top of money or do I

really want this you know Gucci coat you

know do I really want these you know

these New York Jordans I mean those

things again you know they don't do

anything about cost money they don't

make you money so you gotta you know ask

yourself you know what are you willing

to sacrifice sacrifice that Gucci coat

to you know buy a course you know fun

and mint or buy inventory on Aliexpress

buy inventory on Alibaba you know go to

garage sales you know start affiliate

marketing you know maybe start even

start even day trading you know you know

TD Ameritrade so whatever you may be

whatever you want to do you've got a you

know how some sacrificing and figure out

okay I want to start my own business

today I want to start making more money

today I want multiple incomes I want to

our passive income as well so you got to

tell yourself okay I want to start this

process some of us right and investing

in myself once you start to invest in

yourself is when the extra income comes

in and again you can leave it on a fob

job you can do those things that you

want to do take care of your your

parents and and you know pay their

mortgage off or or you know take you

know multiple extravagant vacations per

year abroad you know go into London

Australia or whatever so there's things

that you can do once you start invest in

yourself that you can't do because

you're buying things that obviously

don't make you money and do nothing but

caution money so you know that's kind of

you know the point that I want to make

in this video particularly because a lot

of us we we get like a sum of money we

want to spend it as burning in all of

our pockets and you know that's not the

best thing to do long term you know

entrepreneurs you understand people who

are wealthy right now made a number of

sacrifices throughout their career to

get to the point where they are wealthy

the people who are not wealthy right now

haven't made the right cycle Isis which

is why they're in the situation that are

in financially career-wise but what

whatever they're in that situation

because they haven't taken a time to

sit down write out their goals their

aspirations their dreams write out what

they want to accomplish that month that

week that year and then also they're not

investing in themselves you know they

think that working corporate not if our

job is going to be the American dream

the American Dream is not working out of

that job the American dream right now is

becoming US for newer and becoming

financially dependent it's not buying

that house that four-bedroom house white

picket fence

two and a half kids and a dog that's

that was back in the 40s and 50s you

know in the 2010s obviously 2019 now the

American dream is to be your own boss

you know to dictate how much money you

make you know every year to dictate what

kind of hours you're working as well and

then also you know you know I don't have

PTO I don't have sick time I want to

take some days off and some days off

depending on when my client calls happen

consultation calls my students obviously

buying and selling cars so I do dictate

my my my days off around that but I

don't have sick time you know I don't

have to ask can I take off let's turn

around on town for Christmas I just take

it off you know so having that financial

freedom having that career freedom

because I'm an entrepreneur I own my own

businesses it's incredible it's the best

feeling in the world so again guys like
