What Makes Us Like Or Dislike Something | How To Master The Mind | Part 3 - Duration: 11:50.

What is the cause of attachment. Why do we get attached somewhere?

Everybody has got different attachments somebody is so attached to the carrier

he doesn't care for the family, somebody is so attached to the wife he doesn't

care for the carrier, somebody is so attached to money they have bride

burning in India, so much of attachment to money, somebody says "sab bhad mai jaey botal lao"

he is attached to his alcohol. So what is causing attachment?

What is the cause of desire?

Everybody has got different desires sitting listening to the lecture

somebody's mind goes to jalebi somebody's mind goes to chai somebody's

mind goes to the child or the parents in India

everybody's desires are different. What is creating desires within us. Somebody's

desiring money money money somebody's desiring prestige prestige

prestige. What is happening in this inner world that is leading to the creation of

different kinds of desires? again the Geeta, "quoting from Bhagwad Gita"

2.64 Cause of desire is attachment. When the mind is attached to

some object or to some person the attachment of the mind causes desire not

the intrinsic object as such. You see like you may say that you know something

has got a wonderful taste hence it creates desire of course not

Tell me does alcohol have a good taste chi chi Swamiji it causes vomiting to me

but you ask the same question to an alcoholic, who says bad taste

when I go by the pub and I get the whiff of it I start swaying from side to

side. So you say I'll give you a better tasting thing

forget about alcohol I'll give you milk with kesar pista and badam and saffron on

it. I don't want that I want alcohol see he doesn't want just taste he wants that

to which his mind has got attached. Now your mind is attached to your child you

place your child in the lap, you smell the child the child's nose may be flowing

may have done excreta it doesn't matter to you

supposing I say place your nose on your neighbors body for 20 minutes. Swamiji in

the summers he's sweating how can I do that he's foul-smelling. Really your

neighbor is smelling and your child is not smelling? Yea the child should be

smelling I don't know why he's not smelling. Your mind is attached the

attachment has created the desire to hold the child to hear the child to see

the child it is not the intrinsic qualities your child may be beautiful or

ugly that doesn't matter. One mother her child got lost in the

fair, she had gone to you know Anand Bazar Mela and the child got lost. So she

went to the policeman my child has got lost the policeman said mother five

lost-and-found children have been brought see which of them is yours. My

child is not here. Mother how does your child look like? my

child he walks with a limp and his hand is contorted and because of a paralytic

attack his face is twisted and he doesn't have one eye there a pock marks

on his face. CheeChee mother what kind of child are you

desiring? You have seen such beautiful children just pick anyone and feel your

maternal affection. The mother says Mr. policeman are you crazy, I don't want any

of them, I don't want any beautiful child I want my child to whom I am attached

you will never understand a mother's heart. See the mother wants her child to

whom she has got attached so what is creating the desires it's not the

intrinsic qualities of some object it is the attachment of our mind that is what

Lord Krishna stated "quoting from Bhagawd Gita" number one comes attachment , your

mind is attached number two comes desire

number three the fulfillment of desire leads to greed and number four it's

obstruction leads to anger straightforward logic. Now if we are

attached we cannot avoid desire, impossible and if we are not attached

we will not experience desire and everything else will get dismantled

So then desires seems to be caused by attachment. Attachment is the cause of it

all

but what is the cause of attachment? Why do we get attached somewhere? everybody

has got different attachments. Somebody is so attached to the carrier he doesn't

care for the family somebody is so attached to the wife he doesn't care for

the carrier, somebody is so attached to money they have bride burning in India

so much of attachment to money somebody says "sab bhad mai jai botal lap"

he's attached to his alcohol, so what is causing attachment? Okay this is the

important one, it is our own contemplation that causes attachment! See

here is how Shri Krishna begins the link "quoting Bhagawad Gita"

Arjun when you repeatedly contemplate happiness somewhere when you

repeatedly think this will give me happiness

this has got pleasure this will satisfy me, your own repetition of thought

creates the attachment. It doesn't come from the outside

somebody repeatedly contemplated happiness in cigarettes

How did one get attached to cigarettes where you born a cigarette smoker from

the mother's stomach get me the Marlboros otherwise I will

not be happy No then when that boy or girl went to

college and she got some newfound freedom then he saw his friends dangling

cigarettes between the two fingers he said their personality looks very

impressive. His intellect said you know there is happiness in cigarettes so he

tried one and it was a foul experience, he started coughing his eyes became red

his friends instigated no no it'll give you happiness it is giving us happiness

so he kept on contemplating yes there is happiness there is happiness so he

started taking one hiding from the parents sitting in the restroom, under

the staircase and then it increased to two everyday then thr ee everyday and ten

everyday and then it became a link one has got extinguished the second one is

required that has got extinguished the third one is required now a link has got

created. The same cigarette that he first tried out let us see what is there in

this now the cigarette comes into his mind and pinches him, smoke me I will not

let you live in peace. How did this attachment come about by repeatedly

thinking there is happiness there!

Bongani: Oh right. Well I'm fun.

Miles: Oh are you? So do you think you might be interimming?

Bongani: Well I guess I can be if you want me to.

Miles: Oh right. Sometimes I'm interrimming as well sir Bongani: Oh really.

Miles: Yes absolutely. Maybe we can be interimming together.

market I mean you're doing Star Wars every day what low-rent class you you

I'm glad he's gone yeah yes you know speaking away so are you gonna be doing

where are you chairman of oh I the new chairman oh stop productions chairman I

don't have a chairman don't we every titles as oh ah I'm just in charge well

you see amazing baby flexible decisions lately especially regards to me um so

basically I think about myself to review chairman an I'm in charge here

not anyone else so but this is not retractable afraid so I'm afraid I've

got to take this from you right now I

are we baked a chairman and he father than you don't you worry I'm a very good

chairman alright if you really insist you can be

the chiming oh yes that'd be great yes yes yes he does that'd be great yes

please do bear in mind and being the chairman Dutch has its own tasks and

responsibilities so to say yes I understand yes I've seen all very

important and also ver what make all the major decisions around here yes you do

but the Chairman role goes much more beyond that you see because I'm well now

quite small you see so I I don't have a lot for people I can

delegate tasks to so basically I got quite a lot of my list at the moment oh

all we keep all the castle crew happy John sacked oh okay we can do that

source or yeah yes and also we need to renew insurance because I'm our

insurance policies running out soon and ideally we need to try and get it for

cheap as possible so because we got tight margins easy yes that's just the

tip of the tosser attended any urgent ones I mean we've all do marketing goals

do social media ads we've also got to publish all the B's and YouTube there's

loads of ongoing tasks or duty counts it being a champion it's got a lot of tasks

you see I must admit I was mostly a bit more surplus at a FIFA mean I thought

did I tell people doing those things for me easy I mean my balls him it seemed

way to do more for me you see well you know it's not quite like them afraid I

mean I'm its we're we're very small and I'm very busy so I'm but you'll be great

yeah you'll be far better than I am yes yes I mean you're so talented

oh yes yes yes I have many times - Thank You Graham but on second thought I think

I've decided my my immense talent is better used elsewhere oh no I know I

think you'll be a great chairman no no I think you should be the chairman and

then you can you can do all the chairman duties and you don't have to worry about

being at your mo oh I don't know me rats as well you see

no no no I think you me best of the Chairman gosh guys

okay all right so you're doing the Chairman is agree yes okay no I'm not

Did you see what Mesut Ozil did before Arsenal's pre-season friendly with PSG? WATCH - Duration: 2:07.

The Gunners are currently on their pre-season tour in Singapore as Unai Emery's side continue their preparations for the start of the new Premier League campaign

And after being beaten on penalties by Atletico Madrid in the opening game of their two-match series in the International Champions Cup, Arsenal are taking on Paris Saint-Germain today

Captain Ozil opened the scoring for the Gunners after 13 minutes of play at the Singapore National Stadium

But before the game had even kicked off, Ozil found himself in the referee's book

As the players were stood in the tunnel waiting to walk out onto the pitch, the referee was seen asking Ozil for his autograph

The forward kindly obliged and signed the back of his yellow card to the delight of the official

Ozil putting himself into the book before the match had even started was not the only amusing and bizarre moment in the build up to the friendly

As Ozil and PSG skipper Adrien Rabiot shook hands and stood with the match officials ready for the usual coin toss before the game, fans were baffled to see a credit card emerge in place of the coin

Many fans thought the coin had been lost or forgotten, however, it later emerged the bizarre credit card flip was deliberate

The tournament is in fact being sponsored by Union Pay International – a company which provide banking services in the Far East

Why Diets Wreck Metabolism And What To Do About It - Duration: 1:02.

One of the issues with yo-yo dieting is that, we lose a lot of muscle in those diets because

they are very drastic. What happens is our body kind of shuts down a little bit, so our

metabolism slows down and we are losing more muscle, when you lose more muscle it becomes

even more difficult for you to burn calories because muscle burns way more calories. You

may be happy that your weight is going down, but remember weight is not showing what the

body composition is.

So you may be losing more muscle, which is what we don't want to lose because it is a

healthy tissue.

It's a tissue that we need for our normal functioning of the body.

So practical advice that I would give anyone is really to maintain physically active, maintain

your levels of physical activity for your age, resistance training exercise if very

important for building muscle mass, and also eating diet that have the muscle building

nutrients.

What is REALLY THE BIGGEST STARSHIP IN STAR WARS - Duration: 11:35.

Greetings, Star Travelers, this is Man in Ushanka.

English subtitles are included, as always!

Have you ever though of the fact what ship in the Star Wars universe is the biggest of

all?

The Executor-Class Flagship of Darth Vader?

The Eclipse-Class Flagship of Emperor himself?

Or maybe Snoke's Flagship, the pride of the new canon that already generated a lot

of noise around youtube?

Well, today we are going to discuss exactly that!

So, I guess, many of you already heard of Yuuzhan Vongs.

If you did, you will definitely like this video.

And, if you only found out about the fascinating universe of Star Wars a short time ago then

you will be doubly happy to know how these guys are linked to the topic of our today's

video.

At this moment many already heard about this terrifying race of space conquerors that terrorized

entire galaxies and who were one of the most dangerous enemies for both the Galactic Empire

and for the New Republic in the whole Galaxy Far Far Away.

And what were these guys also famous for except for their militarism, masochism, the urge

to biologically change themselves and their hatred towards all mechanical things, including

droids?

Yep, they were also famous for their huge, gigantic, ginormous spaceships that they utilized

to traverse around the Galaxy and beyond.

The Yuuzhan Vong fleet was very diverse thanks to the fact that it was, in fact, nothing

more than a bunch of some kind of gigantic space-faring coral reefs that served as homes

for millions of extremely dangerous inhabitants.

Taking into consideration their ways of interacting with the surrounding world, we can easily

compare Yuuzhan Vongs to Tyranids from Warhammer 40000 or, for example, with Zergs from StarCraft.

Yet we must also note that their habits were similar to those of Dark Eldars.

After conquering a world Yuuzhan Vongs frequently initiated a process of so-called ''Vongforming''

that allowed them to populate the entire planet first with spores and then, with adult organisms

of many different kinds and species that were symbiotic with the main Yuuzhan Vong species.

The process of Vongforming, as you might have guessed, was not peaceful and it usually destroyed

the vast majority of ecosystems that were once present on a conquered planet.

During the war with Yuuzhan Vongs, more than 300 trillion individuals died in the Star

Wars Galaxy.

Most of them were either citizens of the New Republic or of the Imperial Remnants, as well

as of some other affected space governments including the Chiss Ascendancy.

If I am not mistaken, Killiks were also affected by this bloody conflict even though they were

once a threat that could destroy the population of entire planets by devouring all of the

native species.

Yuuzhan Vongs created their terrifying fleets right on the surface of the planets that were

conquered by them, literally sucking out of the ground and even out of other starships

different kinds of materials that could later be processed and turned into so-called Yorik-Coral.

Yet the ''bones'' of the ships and other structures created of it were much stronger

than the skull of one famous Shakespearean character.

This fascinating material, thanks to the advanced technologies used by Yuuzhan Vong shapers,

was so tough and durable that it could protect the items even from turbolaser fire, even

without using deflector shields.

Should I remind you that a turbolaser blast could devastate entire cities?

By the way, I have a video devoted to the topic of how star destroyers can annihilate

populations of entire planets.

I strongly recommend you to check it out but, of course, the decision is always yours.

Many-many-many things could be manufactured from the noted Yorik Coral, from bodies of

light starfighters and cases of reactive shells to carcasses and armor of so-called Koros-Strohna,

also knows as worldships in Galactic Basic Standard language.

These huge coral vessels, real space cities, were created in different sized.

There was also a possibility of repairing and upgrading these ships right in the outer

space by literally growing the additional layers of coral substance.

Some of Koros Strohna were as big as the First Death Star and could carry a huge amount of

weaponry onboard, beginning with tiny Yaret-Korrs that could discharge overheated shells that

looked ugly and awkward at the first glance yet at the same time being incredibly powerful,

fast and deadly projectiles.

That could be created right in action, out of asteroids or of remains of enemy starships.

Of course, it would be very logical to presume that projectiles like this weren't as powerful

as turbolaser blasts that were used by both the Galactic Empire and the New Republic,

but the fact that both the shells and new batteries could be created literally our of

space garbage, turned Yuuzhan Vongs into one of the deadliest enemies the Galactic Society

ever encountered.

As a rule, not so many Yuuzhan Vongs populated the huge space faring coral cities and we

know that every Koros Strohna carried only a limited amount of warriors onboard.

Yet at the same time the ship also served as the home for many thousands or, perhaps

even millions of units of Yuuzhan Vong's ''propriety'', slaves and tamed animals

that were crucial for the survivability of the Yuuzhan Vong society.

Except for Gauss-like Yaret Kors, as well as for many plasma weaponry, including the

weaponry installed on so-called Yorik-Ets, swarms of which surrounded the worldships,

there were also other remarkable kinds of deadly things, including Qworlth Skaal, also

known as Dread Weapons.

Gigantic worm-like creatures that were engineers by Yuuzhan Vong scientists, were used as projectiles

for this kind of weaponry and during the battle they were usually sent towards enemy starships,

space stations and fortified planetary citadels with the aim to stick to the target and bore

holes in it to literally suck out everything into their deadly insides, ''drinking''

all of the substances and objects present on the ships and inside stations and fortresses:

air, fuel, weapons and, of course, its unhappy inhabitants.

Koros Strohnas could indeed be called the pearl of the Yuuzhan Vong Fleet, the very

instrument with which this race of aggressive devourers from outer space could conquer and

destroy a great number of planets that were unlucky enough to be on their path.

We should also never forget about the fact that Koroses, despite their huge sizes, were

relatively fast ships.

Of course, in the atmosphere, thanks to the friction force, the speed of these giants

fell dramatically and could rarely exceed the mark of 400 kilometers per hour.

And It is quite understandable – those weren't some starfighters, those were huge rocks,

gigantic cities flying in the skies.

Nonetheless, in space Koros Strohnas felt just like a fish would feel in water, exceeding

the acceleration of 1100 g, the acceleration that is unachievable by our engines, developed

by human beings, even in the wet dreams of some crazy geniuses.

Of course, any Imperial Star Destroyer was faster than any given Yuuzhan Vong Worldcraft,

it was almost twice as fast in the vacuum of space, such speeds were not surprising

for the inhabitants of the Star Wars Universe, but the very fact that such a huge coral object,

a real space-faring city could move so fast really terrified those who was unlucky enough

to meet them in the same solar system.

And thus, to sum up, we can say that Koros Strohna were one of the biggest military objects

ever built that had no problem moving around the vacuum of space and whose impressive weaponry

was the very factor that makes us consider Yuuzhan Vongs to be one of the most powerful

military organizations in the Galaxy Far Far Away, that could one-handedly confront and

withstand the might of the New Republic and whose military capabilities were only surpassed

by the Galactic Empire during its peak years.

However that is how our video is going to end.

If you would like to know new facts about the universe of Star Wars and the Science

Fiction in general, then don't forget to leave a like, it is really important, as well

as your subscription.

That is why I want to say a big thank you to all of those who regularly leaves their

likes and who is already subscribed.

Have a nice day and I will always be grateful to see you on my streams.

Thanks for watching and may the force be with you, always!

What The Hell Am I Going To Read?! | 2018 BookTubeAThon TBR - Duration: 9:19.

KAT: Is this the best lighting? No. Do I have a cat on my lap? Yes!

Are we gonna record anyway? Yes.

Hello Internet. *Kona purrs in background*

So this is KatOfDiamonds that you see here on this channel called #FannishReviews.

Have you seen anything from me since December and Project for Awesome? No!

Am I back for BookTubeAThon? Yes!

I don't believe I've missed a BookTubeAThon on this channel so *clicks teeth* here I am!

So we're just gonna hop in to the challenges. I have too many books.

I have reasons and with the challenges you'll see why!

I wrote them all on "Posty" notes.

"Let a coin toss decide your first read"..

I have a Canadian dollar. I have a queen on the front and a loon--

--Is this a Loony? Is that what they call Loonies?

The coin decides my first read but I am also going to decide which read it is.

So I have "The Heir and the Spare" out of my TBR at home and "Miss Mayhem" which is

Book 2 (the first book is "Rebel Belle").

They are both under 300 pages which is why I chose them.

The Loon will be "Miss Mayhem" because this is a Southern thing even though Loons are Canadian...

and then The Queen will be "The Heir and the Spare." *sounds of coin flipping*

Heads! So "The Heir and the Spare" it is! That is gonna be my first read!

"Miss Mayhem" is going back in the TBR pile.

The 2nd challenge is "read a book about something you want to do."

Well, all of the books in my TBR are either non-fiction or fantasy-fiction and so there

wasn't really anything was "real" and what I want to "do." I just didn't really--yeah.

I am in my 30s; I don't need to "do" a contemporary teen romance.

So I went to the library and looked at "200 Skills Every Fashion Designer Must Have" because

as my cosplay sewing skills improve I am considering starting to make my own Geek Fashion!

But then I also saw how intense of read it's actually going to be so I am definitely going

to keep it but I also got so many other things from the library! (Which will make sense later.)

I also got "Unfuck Your Habitat:You're Better than Your Mess" by Rachel Hoffman because

I'm moving next month. No!--in September. It's almost "next month."

But in September, I'm moving and I'm going to have to declutter a lot and get rid of

a lot of things so I figured a book to inspire me would be good for "something that I want to do."

So this is why I went to the library..

We're supposed to do a book to movie adaptation and I didn't have any of those in my pile

that I haven't read and I have read books that have turned into movies and I own movies

that are adapted from books.

I really wanted one that I haven't read so I tried to get (Persepolis) based on the graphic novel..

Which I got the movie but I am still 3rd in--no!

I am 1st in line for the actual graphic novel so I might do this if the library gets it to me in time.

But then I also got "A Wrinkle in Time" because didn't read the book as a kid or I don't remember any of it.

I'm 3rd in line for the graphic novel of "A Wrinkle in Time" because there was less of

a line than for the book and then I could just get "A Wrinkle in Time" the movie online

because it is already available.

That being said, if I don't get either of those books, I got "The Silver Linings Playbook"

and "Simon vs The Homo Sapiens" audiobooks from the library (which this is the screen cap)

because I own "Silver Linings Playbook" and I can probably go see "Love, Simon" in

a dollar theater or access it somehow. I have a lot of options so I don't know which one I am going to do.

I'm going to try to save it for the later half of the week just to see what ends up at the library!

"Read a book with green on the cover" is the 4th challenge which I pulled "Since You've

Been Gone" by Morgan Matson from my TBR pile over there. It is rather hugemongous!

And since it's such a long book of over 400 pages I also got an audiobook version at the

library because I have so much cosplay that I need to do.

If I can do two audiobooks during this challenge that will help me do the challenge and I can

listen to the books while I work on cosplay and not sacrifice time in that way because

OMG I have basically a month to get 4 costumes done for DragonCon.

So you know, should I be doing this TBR? Probably not!

Challenge 5 is "read a book while wearing the same hat the whole time."

Again, I didn't have any graphic novels in my TBR pile and the graphic novel that I'm

buying next doesn't get published until the 15th of August; so that doesn't help me.

I went to my Goodreads TBR and picked "Nimona" and got it from the library.

It is a very common --from a few years ago-- graphic novel that go Tumblr famous. I believe.

Or it was a Tumblr-famous artist that...I don't know. Something with Tumblr.

But this has been on my TBR on Goodreads for a really long time so I figured this is a

good chance and challenge to get it read. Oh! And I was going to have a hat!

KAT V/O: Maybe I'll find a picture of the hat I'll wear but I think because of the nerd-references

of Tumblr, I am going to wear my ewok hat.

KAT: Book 6 was "read a book with a beautiful spine" and I considered deeply to pull "Obsidion"

from my TBR because the Illuminae Files books are so beautiful.

The hardcovers are translucent so the spine shows through.

Like they are just a piece of art and a production! But again, it is huge and so I have 2 options.

This is a beautiful spine but I am going to save it for absolute last; if I get to it, I get to it.

I do have an opportunity to swap it out for "Odyssey Volume 1" from the library.

It's got a beautiful cover and a reason I chose it was because the typography on the spine.

The "ODY-C" cover is symbolically translated. "Odd"-"Dee"-"Cee" "Oddyssey"

... I don't know why I had to explain that to you; I'm sorry.

But it also continues this typography on the spine and I am a sucker for good typography.

This is my most likely beautiful spine and this is my

"oh god oh god do I actually have time for this probably not" spine.

And then "read 7 books."

Originally I had pulled "The Encyclopedia of Early Earth" which is the only (unread)

graphic novel I do have and the reason I didn't chose this for a different challenge is because

I don't know if I want to speed through this because of it's concept.

Also, I got "Well That Escalated Quickly" by Franchesca Ramsey

from the library while I was on my library kick. There's still 5 things for

because when I put things on hold at the library, I can never do just one thing.

KAT V/O: LOL this is a voice over because I said that this book on MagicCatJenny's TBR

because she's my reading buddy for BookTubeAThon but it's actually on Kathy's so she can be

my reading buddy, too? Whatdayasay, Kathy? Ok, back to the regular video.

KAT: I don't remember what they chose this for. But it was on their list and I'll link them below!

With that in mind (that I have 3 alternatives to this TBR), this most likely what I'm going

to be reading during BookTubeAThon. There ya go!

That's a 7 book pile with a movie in place of the book that doesn't exist in physical form!

Cool! It's been a really long time since I made a video on this channel so we're gonna end it here.

Do the "Like" and the "Subscribe" and the call to action stuff... Do people still do that?

I don't know. I've not been a very good YouTuber this year.

Yikes!/Oops!/DFTBA! And happy reading!

*blows kiss*

[ENG SUB] What I eat in a day(ft. Korean Healthy food) 일반인 다이어터의 하루 식단 - Duration: 18:12.

Hello! Welcome back to BoBalance Channel!

You can do it! Bo can do it! We can do it!

(Awkward)

I still feel so awkward, whenever I mention this slogan.

Actually, I showed this to my friend while eating lunch.

Yet, He suddenly grabbed the cup contained water and said ....

"Hey, If you do that again, I will throw this cup to your face T^T"

So I was like "Can I do that for my Youtube channel?!"

Personally, I believe the power of words.

so If I keep saying this over and over, someday, my dream will become true.

Thus, I will go on repeating this. I hope you guys like it too :)

Oh, It's my 4th video!

Actually, I recorded video so I was going to edit it, but then

In that day, I hurt my finger with dumbbells.

I got blood and broke my nail and so on.

(I know that is still excuse, I will try to post at least one video every week!)

so I procrastinated to edit the video

When my finger felt better, I tried editing, but I realized that video file was unsupported T^T

so I had to re-record so I took much more time than I expected.

But, I turly appreciate that you still were waiting for me!

Then, I will show what I ate and what I did in a day.

Actually, its what I eat in a day rather than what i did in a day for my diet.

Hmm, It is a little bit longer than video that I usually posted.

I want you guys to think and focus on the types of food for my diet.

I hope you guys enjoy the video! then Let's jump into the main part 'What I eat in a day' :D Follow me!

So This time, I am going to try a 'voice over'

I am making coffee right now.

For some reason, I'd like to have coffee when I have some bread.

When I was in Korea, I used to drink Americano or Black coffee with my mom.

so I tend to have them rather than other types of coffee.

I started the coffee machine, now let me prepare my other foods.

Now, I am preparing to toast 'a French Toast Bagel'

Do you guys see that?

Before expiring, I froze them in the fridger.

I put the frozen bagel in the toaster.

Actually, this toaster is broken, I need to get one ^^;;

I put some baking soda in the bowl that contains blueberries so that I can get rid of chemicals from the surface of blueberries.

I am going to sit them in the water til my other foods are ready.

Oh, water is dripping.. (I am such a clumsy)

I tried to eat 2 types of fruits in the morning.

A mango and blueberries were selected for today.

A surprising thing since I got to the USA was that fruits and veggies were so much cheaper than Korea.

This mango was only 85 cents! Not even a dollar!

I cut the mango, I think I need to learn how to cut a mango lol

Usually, I eat only half and save the rest half for the day after.

Now, I am plating all the fruits.

I place the half of mango and blueberries that I rinsed on the plate.

This meat is actually pretty expensive meat, but I spent my majority of money for food so.. haha ^^;;

I go to the gym in the morning, I try to have enough foods so that I can get power from them.

I know that I need to use chopsticks but oh well lol This is who I am lol

(I washed my hands properly)

I eat some meat for my workout,

The Bagel is arrived!

I am going to add some cream cheese.

It says "protein is contained twice more than regular cream cheese" but oh well..

Only 2g of protein is more added than regular cream cheese (WTH) lol

I feel so happy when I spread cream cheese on my bagel, is it only me? lol

I LOVE CHEESE!!!!!!!!

I just swallowed my split lol

I spread cream cheese on my bagel.

In order for me to show my food well, I placed the top of bagel like that on purpose.

Let me show my breakfast!

Oh, I forgot one more thing!

It's coming soon!

I'm going to get coffee.

I feel so good when I pour coffee too.

it feels like starting my day?! hehe

Pouring my coffee

Finally, my breakfast is fully ready to eat!

I am planning to go to the gym after eating them!

It's the snack time YEAH!

I came back from the gym, so I am going to have some protein for the growth of muscle.

I'm so sorry the focus isn't good

This got 12g of protein.

and it's Greek Yogurt.

I really like the combination of sweetness and sourness!

This key lime flavor got both (O.M.G)

Now, It's lunch time!

This is the easy peasy healthy korean food recipe, so I hope you guys try this out!

I am peeling onions

It was extremely spicy and I was tearing, my nose kept running >_>!!!

It is never easy to peel onions lol

I like spicy foods so I am going to add some jalapeno as well.

From now on, I am going to make sauce.

There are only few ingredients required for this sauce.

Soy sauce and I am adding Stevia as a substitution of sugars

Cuz Steivia has no calories, but if you don't have sugar, feel free to add sugar instead!

My food wasn't sweet enough to enjoy so I recommend you guys to add 3 packages.

and I am adding 1 Tbsp of leftover Sake

Ah! I forgot one thing! I was supposed to add some ground pepper so please don't forget that!

and add some sesame oil as well.

Stir and taste how sweet and salt it is.

I have lived by myself for quite a while, so now I do not have to measure each ingredients.

I just add whatever I feel its enough lol

oh add some water as well!

The sauce is ready!

Turn the stove on,

I spray with cooking spray.

This olive oil cooking spray does not have any calories, so I tend to use this a lot.

At first, add some chopped onions and cook thoroughly.

I like onions so I add 0.5 times more than I was supposed to but It's totally fine.

The most important thing! Here it is!

I am adding this ground beef.

It was hard for me to find meat for Bulgogi, so I added ground beef instead which turned out just as fine.

I add a whole pack of the ground beef.

and mash it up!

As you can see its a red color, so until this turns to browish, cook the meat.

It's the brown color, now put the sauce.

Stir it again so that sauce and meat can mix well.

Watching this made my mouth water.

This is the jalapeno that I chopped up.

Once I cook this much, I can eat about 5 ~6 days in a row.

add some green onion. (but it is optional)

Oh, I did not have crushed garlic but if you guys have one please put it. It's going to taste so much better!

This is Kimchi, if you are Korean, you need Kimchi!

I buy Kimchi and eat it from time to time.

I put Kimchi in the side dish plate,

and I stirred fried bell pepper and carrot with olive oil.

Here is the main dish, Diet version Bulgogi!

I think Iusually eat half or 2/3 bowl of rice.

Oh, I boiled the those broccoli yesterday.

Now, my lunch is completed!

Now, It's the 2nd snack time.

It's chocolate sea salt flavor.

I really like a combination of sweetness and saltiness as well lol

so I tend to look for snacks with this type of combination.

I'm sorry I am placing it upside down

(I look so dumb that I felt exited to show you guys although I'm showing you guys it upside time lol)

The ingredients are very clean too

In fact, be awarded that this is pretty costly.

This contains Almonds, cashews, dates, egg whites, cacao power.

This is my 2nd snack for today.

when I eat sweet and bread, I look for coffee ( I think I mentioned this before but ya!)

As you can see, sea salt and almonds are stuck in the bar.

and also chocolate.

so you can taste the salty and sweet at the same time!

HOW AMAZING IT IS!!!!!

It's the time for my last meal of the day.

I fry 1 whole egg and 1 egg white.

and I slice a tomato.

I am trying so hard to eat a lot of veggie since I am on my diet.

so that I can have a regular bowel movements the day after lol

When I was in Korea, my mom made steamed cabbage a lot so I ended up liking it.

This is deli Turkey breast

(This is supposed to be used for sandwiches)

Usually, I eat half of the box for a meal which means I finish the turkey breast in two days.

and I place the eggs that I cooked.

EXTRA PROTEIN POWER!!! (YUM)

and I am missing something right now.

That is......

Korean red hot pepper paste lol

I usually do not do seasoning on any food so I use this paste to taste some flavor.

I actually love it too!

I scoop of this paste and place on the plate

We, Korean needs spicy on everything lol

Finally, my simple & healthy dinner is ready!

I did not make a lot of foods

but the turkey breast slices are so so good so I actually do not need anything really.

Thank you so much for watching this video!

If you guys liked the video, please give it a thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe!

Then, I will see you guys from my next video! BYEEE:D

BREAKING OBAMA BUSTED!!! Look What He Did! - Duration: 11:35.

BREAKING OBAMA BUSTED!!!

Look What He Did!

Our nation's brave men and women that serve in the police force have lived through some

devastating, traumatic, and deadly attacks the last few years.

It seems that these brave men and women are being targeted more than ever before, both

physically and through the use of slander and defamation.

However, Donald Trump promised something on Monday…a promise so big and so bold that

Barack Obama never would have been able to make it.

During an event held at the National Peace Officer's Memorial Service, President Trump

encouraged the nation's law enforcement by making a strong promise to protect them

from these attacks moving forward.

According to The Hill:

"Our police have been subject to unfair defamation and vilification and — really,

you see what's going on — even worse, hostility and violence," Trump said.

"You are entitled to leadership at the highest level that will draw a bright line in the

sand, not a red line in the sand that isn't gone over, but a bright line in the sand,

and we will protect you."

The president called it a "personal priority" to help foster respect for law enforcement

in America, criticizing those who use the "reckless words of incitement that give

rise to danger and give rise to incitement" and arguing that some people might not believe

it's politically correct to stand with the police.

That's similar to the language that he used during his presidential campaign, when he

lamented a "war on police" and defended officers against accusations of police misconduct

in high-profile officer-involved shootings.

"True social justice means a future where every child in every neighborhood can play

outside without fear, can walk home safely from school and live out the beautiful dreams

that build their heart," Trump said, a clear callout to conservatives who chide "social

justice warriors" that have questioned police conduct in controversial incidents.

Framing an attack on officers as a "wound inflicted on the whole country," Trump praised

the sacrifices made by police officers around the country.

He called out to 6-year-old Micah Glasser, whose father, David, died last year in the

line of duty as a Phoenix police officer.

Removing a white "USA" hat from the podium, Trump called out to Micah and threw him the

hat.

"He has my hat and he's now with us," Trump said as he asked Micah and his mother,

Kristen, to stand up to be recognized.

Trump mentioned the support he received from police unions during the presidential race.

The Fraternal Order of Police endorsed Trump in 2016, while criticizing Democrat Hillary

Clinton for not seeking its endorsement.

"You'll always find an open door at the White House, and you've already found it,

believe me," he said after highlighting FOP leadership.

"I will always support the incredible men and women of law enforcement as much as you

have always supported me, and you did, big league," he added.

Trump's encouraging speech was delivered on Monday – a day that he had earlier decided

to name, "Peace Officer Memorial Day."

He commemorated his promise by ensuring that the White House would be lit by blue lights

in support of police men and women.

He also asked for flags to be flown at half-mast in response to the event.

In addition, the speech was delivered just in time for Trump's "Police Week" – an

entire seven days he dedicated to our nation's brave men and women who serve in law enforcement.

In dark times such as these, Trump's speech and motions thereafter seem to provide hope,

comfort, and future safety

for

the nation's police force.

Hi my name is #TomWitek with #YourChoiceRealtyCorp, #OttawaRealEstateSalesperson you can find

more information about me at https://www.justsellinghomes.ca

Today my guest is - Daren Givoque ,financial security advisor from O'Farrell Financial

Services and how can people find you or contact you they can reach me on our

website https://www.ofarrellfinancial.com/about-us/our-team/item/16-daren-givoque

OFS I ca or they can call me at my office at six

one three two five eight one nine nine seven and Deren and what do you do

practice your business so I'm a comprehensive financial planner I work

with mature mature clients 55 the 50-plus demographics that are looking to

talk talk about or find out more information about retirement cash flow

planning understanding what their needs are in retirement okay so he's

correlated with was something that the lawyer would do in terms of estate

planning right yep yeah so part of my demographic

actually is after I work with clients my primary is working with clients for

retirement but I also have a large portion of my client base that are

dealing with estate planning you know those are the clients who maybe aren't

going to be using everything that they've created in their life and they

want a very tax efficient way to transition it to the next generation so

let's just assume a hypothetical situation somebody calls you up it's

it's it's an older couple that's in their 60s that are about to retire

they do have three properties okay and they have five children okay okay what

would be your advice once you were to gather all this information and

determine you know obviously at some point they want to give give some of

this to the children and they want to live comfortably after retirement right

what would be the steps to determine how much money they need to live comfortably

and how much we can leave to the children because they love them right

right right that's like that's a great question it's that's a big question

no but I mean I think you have to kind of like bring it down to simplified

terms at the beginning so when I first meet clients the first thing I do is I

get to know them I get to know what's important to them I get to understand

what their story is like you said about the kids what the

relationship is with them and then we talk a little bit about assets so every

asset is taxed differently every accent grows differently right and and and all

assets have benefits and liabilities right they may have our speeds yeah so

the first step is usually just capturing that and I usually do what's called a

personal financial review so I document all the assets that they have put them

all together and then we have a conversation about what their need is in

retirement so like what are they looking for lifestyle wise in retirement and are

they going to you know every when there must be an isle yeah it's a different

story them they're gonna stay in the same play bingo and play bingo and hang

out in the local area right so everyone's dream of retirement is

different so understanding what what their cash flow needs to be to support

that is the first step and then and then looking at the assets and then how those

are going to transition into supporting them through retirement and then

long-term having that conversation about taxation and how do I reduce their taxes

as much as possible so that's the first conversation right and once we look at

budget and cash flow where they're spending their money and where they

anticipate spending the money in retirement then I can see very

accurately with the modeling software that I use I always take my my my

financial plans my clients out to 90 years old okay and

then I work my and then when I work my way back that usually tells me what's

gonna be left over you're telling them okay I'm 60 30 years to go in five years

I'm gonna retire right so basically I need 25 years right to live comfortably

and then basically I don't really care what happens with the money I'll give it

to the children that's right and then understanding and understanding

what's there how it's gonna grow and what the tax ramifications are if they

just leave it and kick it down the road so my number one job is number one is

helping them understand how they can afford retirement but then the second

conversation is really about over the next 25 years how do we do reduce as

much taxes as possible on the estate and whatever's left over

how do we minimize it to almost zero on the estate costs almost exactly we

should sell the first property within the first five years yes the next one

maybe in 15 yeah and so yeah that's a great idea

like I mean and staggering your if you had hard investments like that you'd

want a stager selling them because you don't want all that income flowing in to

your you know into your the same that I had the same demostración exactly yeah

yeah so you'd want to stagger that and then and then you know what if they're

going to leave something like that if they're if their plan is to leave some

of those hard assets then having that conversation about how do you you know

do put the children on title you know at some point in time do trigger some of

those taxes at the beginning like the the capital gains tax on yourself you

know or do you use something like life insurance to equalize the estate in a

tax-free way the benefit of putting the kids from the title for example from

from taxation point of view from yeah what would it be the benefit

of that well okay that's a great question so I'm not a lawyer and estate

planning lawyers but I know putting clients on in joint tenants in common

will help alleviate some taxes at certain points through throughout the

the estate plan at the end of the day the government's gonna get their pound

of flesh right right right by adding by adding kids or you know mid

adult children because that becomes their primary residence right yeah that

case or is it treated as investment well it still looked at as an investment

property because you can only have one in one night one primary living house

right but the from the kids perspective nothing like let's say they're renting a

place Oh writing them onto the title that kind of becomes again this is

probably for the lawyer more than any more a lawyer a question yeah because I

mean you don't want it I mean at the end of the day if you try if you you want to

make sure you're always on side legally with the government whatnot but under

but obviously there are some ways that you can avoid help avoid probate right

right so if the if the assets like like a like a rental property like that

it doesn't have to flow through probate because you put them on on title then

that might avoid some tax a partially shoe anyway yeah that's purely for the

lawyer to determine yeah the legality of it I think the big conversation is just

understanding what the plan is like what is it that that the clients are trying

to accomplish and and what it what is their primary goal because sometimes

I'll say to people one of the questions I get is shit like a client will say

should I put my children on my primary residence right to avoid some probate

and and make it there they're probably not mine and I'll say okay that's fine

because you are avoiding probate probate by doing that but what you're doing you

they kick you out well that's thank you scenario you lose

control of the property number one and number two you're creating another tax

which is capital gains for the child right so you're you're avoiding one tax

to create another so that's where you kind of get into the meat and potatoes

and what it is they want to try to accomplish and then building a plan over

a certain period of time to make sure that you you know that if they're

outside if that's something you also meet meet at the same time with

the kids and the parents great question with a great question you know I

encourage that all the time you know if possible for for mature clients to bring

their family in because you know sometimes what they want may not be with

the children right right you know so if you're if you're making plans in your

estate and you haven't consulted with your children or the beneficiaries well

you know you might be creating a problem that you don't necessarily need to yeah

and they might not even want that property right lived out of province

right and have no notion of having into the property right so that just really

becomes their investment property in which famous disposal right yeah I we

see that a lot with firms we deal a lot with farming clients that you know

whereby this was like like if there's three or four children one might want to

stay on the farm and work the farm and the other two might have careers and you

know in other fields that don't want to work the farm so I know how do you

equalize that a state so that it's fair for everyone but that comes back to that

conversation you just have which is bringing everyone together so that

everyone knows what the other is thinking and everybody's on board and

threads don't argue after that because there could be issues like this right so

you have absolutely so you're you're there like as a as a mediator

yep kind of trying to come up with best case scenario what everybody involved

that's right if the parents wanna deal with the kids that's right yeah and they

don't have to disclose anything either sometimes they'll bring the kids in and

they don't have to talk about specific assets and dollar value they can just

say you know what is it that you'd like to see out of this process and that's

usually how I start what would the parents like out of the process the

children want to see how for another process and how do we make sure that we

are documenting everything and creating the right plan for everybody

excellent information thank you very much

for coming how can people reach you yeah again if people want to reach it to me

What is a home for you? | The Home Project - Duration: 9:35.

Hello

Hello

Hello everyone

Good day! (Japanese)

Hey everyone (Bahasa Indonesia)

Hello (bulgarian)

Hey... Hi... How are you? Hey...

Anyway let's get serious.

Okay. Hi, I'm Erin from the Philippines

Hello everyone. My name is Balqis and this Asmar. We both say hi from Jordan, Amman

I'm Hilda from Balikpapan, East Borneo

My name is Kalsoum (French). Exactly as written there. I come from Senegal (French).

Hi, I'm Anni from Germany. / I'm Sara from Hongkong.

I come from California.

And I'm from India.

From Bulgaria./ From Panama/ Tokyo, Japan/ Rwanda/

From Nicaragua, Central America

Singapore / Indonesia / Burkina Faso / From Kenya / From Bali

Hi, I am Hubert and I'm from Germany and currently I am at the airport it's four

o'clock in the morning and I'm flying home / Hello my name is Tobias and I'm from Denmark

And I want to talk about what home means to me. And I've written it down because it means a lot.

and for me, the question "what does home mean to you?" is not that simple to answer

I've never really considered where home is it's always been where I

live and where I feel comfortable / Home is where I'm with people that I love / so that does

not necessary have to be my family but can also be my my friends at school and

that's also why I have many homes because my friends can also be my home

So for me, home...

doesn't have any specific meaning but represents, especially for me, represents

my older sister. Because I can see and I can find love

love. I... I can find support / also home is where I will never be lonely because

wherever I am I always feel I am surrounded by family and best friends

who love me the way I am no matter what / To me, home is where the heart is

and home for me is my grandmother's cooking / Home is all about food / We have Starbucks home is the

Home is a place where everyone eats around a huge plate during lunch time / If I know where

things are in the kitchen and if I have the key. Yeah, and if I can get to the

supermarket. / You can see up there, there is a really beautiful drawing. It's given by my father.

If home is where the heart is then home is behind my left sternum.

And... to me, home is where I can be naked. Interpret that as you wish

I'm really a traveler. I think what I need -- this is is gonna sound kind of funny -- when I

need to call someplace home is I need to be able to unpack the stuff out of my

suitcase and it needs to stop smelling like my suitcase. I don't like the way

that my suitcase smells. / Home is the country that I'm from. And for me personally it is a

special place that I call Indonesia. / And you know we have this kind of music in West

Africa. We call it "Kupe de kalle".

Whenever, wherever, I'm listening to this kind of music I feel so powerful and for me it's something

that you have to feel when you are at home. / Or...

the place where the Muslim call to prayer on my phone can go any time without

me getting scared to be stared at. / And hearing Bulgarian abroad. / But yeah I

think it's about the feeling of home. So for me it's about being able to wear my worst

clothes in bed and screaming and crying my eyes out when something goes wrong

and no one will judge me for it and accept me for who I am. / Uhm, home is about the

memories, happy memories which you keep within your heart so that no matter

where you go in the world you'll always have a little piece of home to carry

with you always so / one day when we go back to that place

or get together with that people will say something like this

Home is the best place to share either your sadness or happiness. / It's a place where even

when I feel down down down, I'm still happy of being there.

Because I have this impression that everything is going to be okay / No matter how stressful or hard or

frustrated I get, I can always manage to smile.

So according to the dictionary, a home is a house or an apartment where a person usually would

have their residency. But that's not what home means to me. / It's where you

feel the safest where or when you feel the safest. / And I feel safe.

For me it's super super hard because I... I don't feel safe here in my home and I don't... I don't

feel like I belong to this place and to the people here. / I've definitely felt

homeless without a home. And I've felt like I was surrounded by people with multiple

homes where I didn't have a home. / Every day when my alarm clock rings I'm

scared. I'm scared of my family and I... I just... yeah.

Home.

If home is where the heart is then.... Home have I none. / But I do know what home

means to me now. It means that you're loved no matter what that you can go anywhere you

want and no one would judge you for it. It is when your beloved once makes you

laugh and smile even when you feel like you don't wanna live anymore. / I know that this home

ends in nine months when I'm graduating and then I don't know where I'm going to and

I don't know who is actually supporting me. / I think that my home now becomes

much different. My home is suddenly these Skype calls where one of your

friends is about to go to sleep where the other one just woke up. It's gonna be

these "I miss you" texts a year later you saw them from a person that you missed.

It is literally being able to travel around the world knowing that there will

be someone from the place that you once called "home" being there to take care of

you. It is the fact that I know that I will see one of my friends on December

16th and I'm already excited even though there's six months 'til I will see that

person again. So to me home doesn't have an address anymore. It's all over the world

and within me. / I just don't know what home actually is.

And I guess home is love.

you

Brother Waheed : What Muhammad told his companions during fight - English subtitles - Duration: 3:17.

it was narrated in sahih Muslim , in the book of Jihad and expeditions - chapter : The Battle of Uhud

'' It has been reported on the authority of Anas bin Malik that the Messenger of Allah was left with only seven men from the ansar , and two men from the Quraish

so , there were nine men with him : seven men from the ansar and two men from the Quraish , and that was on the day of the battle of Uhud

'' so , when the enemy ( the polytheists ) advanced towards him and overwhelmed him

he said: '' Who turns them away from us , will attain Paradise or will be my Companion in Paradise

a man from the Ansar came forward and fought (the enemy) until he was killed.

is that what bravery looks like ( oh , Muslims ! ) ? when the leader says ( to his soldiers ) '' Who turns them away from us , will will be my Companion in Paradise or will attain Paradise ''

is that an act of bravery ? and of course , it's in commensurable ! and I am not drawing an analogy here but , I will mention something after I finish reading this hadith

because this hadith is not something for people to be proud of !

so , a man from the Ansar came forward and fought until he was killed , and then the enemy advanced '' by besieging him '' and overwhelmed him again

and he repeated the words: Who turns them away, from us , will attain Paradise or will be my Companion in Paradise

a man from the Arsar came forward and fought until he was killed ( he was one of the seven men with Muhammad )

and let's see what happened after that : and this state continued until the seven Ansar were killed ( one after the other) ''

so , that means Muhammad '' the messenger of Islam '' is not brave enough to fight alone

instead , he pushes Muslims to die for him under the slogan of '' They will attain paradise '' or fight for me and you will attain paradise ''

actually , this behavior has nothing to do whatsoever with God and we didn't see any prophet or a messenger of God does that

and it even has even nothing to do with human morals , so much so that people die for him and it's all under the delusional and false slogan called '' Paradise ''

and of course , the paradise of virgins ! and the point which I wanted to mention which is far beyond any analogy is that

when a detachment of soldiers and some officials from the chief priests and the Pharisees went to capture Jesus in '' Gethsemane '' garden

he ( Jesus ) went out and asked them ," Who is it you want '' ? " they replied Jesus of Nazareth '' Jesus said '' "I am he, ! and they drew back and fell to the ground in the first time

and I explained many times why they fell to the ground ! again he asked them, "Who is it you want ? '' they said "Jesus of Nazareth ," Jesus answered ," I told you that I am he

and if you are looking for me , then let these men go "

and that's what we call bravery , morality and gallantry

so Jesus said '' If you are looking for me , I am he ! then let these men go ''

not like Muhammad when he aid to his followers '' Who turns them away from us ...

and when one of Jesus companions tried to defend Jesus and he drew his sword and struck the high priest's servant, cutting off his right ear

Jesus said to him '' Put your sword back in its place , for all who draw the sword will die by the sword

do you think I cannot call on my Father, ( and he will at once put at my disposal more than twelve legions of angels'' ? )

No , that's not the case , but he told him '' Put your sword back in its place '' and that's what we call morality , bravery and gallantry

not like someone ( Muhammad ) who pushes people to die for him under a false slogan called '' Paradise ''

DiGenova on Possible Rosenstein Impeachment: 'He's Getting What He Deserves' - Duration: 3:43.

and you know if you did have your past job I don't think I would be under oath

but more importantly let's go to rod Rosen Stein this is a guy he signed the

fourth warrant which was the bulk of information was that phony Russian

dossier paid for by Clinton they didn't tell the FISA Court judges they didn't

verify the information they didn't follow the law they didn't follow up bi

protocol and Roger Rosen Stein signed the last one the third renewal the

fourth all together your reaction well there's no doubt that rod Rosenstein

deserves everything that he's getting whether or not impeachment is the right

way to go doesn't even matter anymore Rosen Stein remembered didn't even read

the final application he had people explain to him what was in it Rosen

Stein is the one responsible for the crisis that the president has faced in

the Muller probe without Rosenstein there is no Muller probe he did it

purposely to avoid having to make difficult decisions in a political

investigation he should be ashamed of himself he's getting precisely what he

deserves but what's more important than that Shawn is that you are watching a

President of the United States who is astride the globe and he is being

assisted Abele by a Secretary of State in full we no longer have a namby-pamby

foreign policy we have a Secretary of State who today performed beyond any

expectations any Americans could expect of a Secretary of State I was amazed at

pompey's performance and I can tell you say the president is really pleased

especially because of the outrageous performance of the Director of National

Intelligence dan coates in Aspen when he kissed the feet of Andrea Mitchell and

criticized the President of the United States shame on dan coats

I watched Pompeo today and I literally felt fabulous no fabula geez finally

strength and he laid out all the things that the president nBC though I think

reported at an agent of Russia is doing to Russia

but the irony to here is look we cannot ignore I gotta get you take on this FISA

listen if I like to a FISA judge or I lied to any judge you couldn't get me

out of jail as great an attorney as you are if I did this is this this is this

case is over what Sean this case is over the FBI under Obama and the Department

of Justice under obama with john carlin the assistant attorney general for

national purity lied to the FISA Court hid material information from the FISA

Court it is an outrageous abuse of power and if Jeff Sessions and Rod Rosenstein

have not begun a grand jury to investigate all the people involved in

the phony dossier and everything involved on it ultimately when Muller is

done Rosenstein and session should be fired this is a clear case of criminal

law violation in the FISA application it was clearly a fraud committed on the

FISA Court and it is beyond belief that nothing publicly known has been done to

hold accountable everybody involved in the signing of those applications in the

FISA Court

The Secret Of What To Wear Is Hidden In Your Invitation | Southern Living - Duration: 2:16.

I ought to ask you something else about dress, Gayden.

What if Harley's wearing a coat and tie,

and your guest comes in a sports jacket.

What do you do?

Nothing.

Just say, "I'm so glad you're here."

I remember Arthur Frank, my uncle, did that once,

and he went and took off his coat and tie.

If you invite someone to dinner by telephone,

you need to say, "John will have on a coat and tie,"

or "John's just gonna wear a sport coat."

If you watch royal weddings, what will you not see?

You won't see tuxedos, black tie,

and that's because they happen in the daytime.

Never wear a tux to a wedding unless it's after 6 o'clock.

Tuxes at a certain time are just plain wrong.

I have so many people that come to the Delta,

and they'll get an invitation that says Delta Casual,

and they'll say, "What is Delta Casual?"

And it's just not fair to people who don't live here.

My husband says, "Well, people who live here

"don't even know what Delta Casual is,"

but it means a coat, a jacket, and no tie.

That's what Delta Casual is.

Dressy casual, who knows?

I have a friend who says that she's never

gonna go to another party that tells her

when to come, when to leave, and what to wear,

and I agree.

Can't you look at the invitation,

and if it has red-and-white gingham check on it,

and you know you can wear jeans,

but if it's engraved or thermographed in black,

you know it's dressy?

Well you know, what we were told is,

I remember one time asking my mother,

holding the invitation saying I wonder what to wear,

and she said, "Read the invitation,

"it'll tell you what to wear,"

but it won't tell you what to wear

by saying wear jeans or not,

you just knew by the way the invitation

was done what to wear.

If you're in doubt on what to wear,

you should call your hostess and say,

"Jennifer, what is John gonna wear?"

What's wrong with asking a question, nothing?

You get no answers if you ask no questions.

I see so much black at a wedding,

and I am rife with black in my wardrobe,

but I always try to put on a shawl

with a little color in it.

I think it's better to wear black with a shawl

than it is to wear all white and compete

with the bride.

Yes, of course the big etiquette question

in terms of attire is the groom's mother.

Wear beige and sit in the back seat.

And don't talk too much.

(laughing)
