Upon arrival we were sat down, and the server gave us the menu, but we didn't know what to get so we asked the server

what was good

And she recommended that

she recommended the black.. the BBQ black jack burger..no.. sandwhich? no.. soulcrush! NO!

It was the Memphis barbecue jackfruit sandwich

The Memphis barbecue Jack burger comes with potato chips. It was too salty. I love salt and the potato chips were just perfect.

They had a cool statue of a devil head, it had the face of a wolf with four eyes

snakes for horns

Then goat the goat horns with snakes coming out of it

It was pretty awesome. I like that so I do recommend that you go and try it!

I moved 1987

At first I moved to Hong Kong.

When did you arrive to Sweden?

We arrived to Sweden -87.

But you haven't been in Örkelljunga all that time?

No, first in Odense, Denmark.

So -89 we moved to Helsingborg

When did you start your restaurant here in Örkelljunga?

We opened it 2017 in Januari.

What obstacles did you encounter opening up here? You already knew the language but any others?

No, it was not that hard.

We had experience about the swedish system and knew what to think of before hand. It's important to know about paper work and so on.

What suggestion would you give young people wanting to open their own restaurant or business?

First you can apply for help when starting up using the "employment center".
