So last spring break I had a chance to go to marathon!

Even kids were running faster than me

Like I was really surprised but first we had to go to Tamana city in Kumamoto Prefecture

We went to traditional Japanese temple and tried matcha, which is green tea

Get only one please

Strange people will be punished

Don't put it in your pocket!

You can sip a little

Then really nice and young entrepreneur showed us how he makes his

special

Sweets, and it was really fun to learn about that

Even though this town is very small, but they have a lot of special products like

this

Osake which we call and in Japanese, it will be in Nihonshu. So Japanese alcohol

So this is the end of day 1 and tomorrow we have marathon and more

But before I wanted to tell something about the place that we stayed in

it is called ryokan, which is

Japanese-style hotel or something. It was really comfy and we had BBQ for the dinner

Today is an important day

Good morning!

Everyone will RUN!

If you can't take then go home!

White strawberry

What is it?

It's strawberry.

white

It's sweet

I'm Uzbek, he's British

He's Vietnamese

We run for Taiwan

I didn't expect so many people in Marathon and estimate

five or seven hundred people came to the marathon

Just

the marathon was called Ichigo marathon and Ichigo means

Strawberry, so yeah, definitely we got strawberries

We got strawberry, you know, we're gonna run faster

Thank y'all

After this tough marathon

We had a chance to pick up some strawberries from a farm

We should take an advantage from this because it's really expensive in our place. That's pretty much it for today

I hope you enjoyed this short lock from Tamana City in

Kumamoto Prefecture, we surely enjoyed running for Taiwan. I don't know why we had this but it was pretty fun

talking with

Taiwanese people there

Even though we didn't understand anything

See you in the next video

After Maxine Waters Wins Primary Re-Election, Trump Knows Exactly What To Do - Duration: 2:42.

AFTER MAXINE WATERS WINS PRIMARY RE-ELECTION, TRUMP KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT TO DO.

President Trump sent out very sarcastic congratulations to his nemesis in Congress, Maxine Waters,

on her primary win.

"Congratulations to Maxine Waters, whose crazy rants have made her, together with Nancy

Pelosi, the unhinged FACE of the Democrat Party," he tweeted.

"Together, they will Make America Weak Again!

But have no fear, America is now stronger than ever before, and I'm not going anywhere!"

This was the most recent swipe that President Trump has taken at Waters, and Waters hasn't

been silent on the President either.

She was recently called to account for a Saturday rally where she encouraged her followers to

harass administration officials wherever she found them.

"Let's stay the course.

Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up and if you see anybody from that

Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you

create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they're not welcome anymore,

anywhere," she shouted to cheering supporters.

"Mr. President, we will see you every day, every hour of the day, everywhere that we

are to let you know you cannot get away with this!"

Her antics caused the President to strike back on Twitter saying, "Congresswoman Maxine

Waters, an extraordinarily low IQ person, has become, together with Nancy Pelosi, the

Face of the Democrat Party.

She has just called for harm to supporters, of which there are many, of the Make America

Great Again movement.

Be careful what you wish for Max!" Trump tweeted Monday.

He also brought up Waters and other sympathizing congressmen at a campaign-style rally on Monday

night, commenting that the Democratic party is consumed with the idea of impeachment.

Waters comments encouraging antagonism against Trump officials also earned her a stern tongue

lashing from White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders on Monday.

"This weekend," Sanders said Monday, "a member of Congress called for people to 'push

back' and make clear to those serving their country in this administration that they are

not welcome anywhere, anytime, for anything."

"We are allowed to disagree, but we should be able to do so freely and without fear of

harm," Sanders said.

"And this goes for all people regardless of politics."

JUDGE JEANINE JUST CRUSHED JAMES COMEY AND EXPOSED WHAT HE IS ABOUT TO DO TO OUR PRESIDENT - Duration: 11:09.

JUDGE JEANINE JUST CRUSHED JAMES COMEY AND EXPOSED WHAT HE IS ABOUT TO DO TO OUR PRESIDENT

Judge Jeanine Pirro recently showed her disgust of former FBI director James Comey's testimony

he gave before the Senate Intelligence Committee, where he reassuringly claimed that President

Trump urged him to terminate the investigation into his former National Security Advisor

Michael Flynn.

During Thursday's testimony of Comey, he stunned everybody by confessing that he leaked

information regarding his meetings with President Trump to his friend who is a law school professor.

Judge Pirro summarized her thoughts on James Comey and what he plans on doing to our president

in a caustic statement.

Judge Pirro made an appearance on Fox & Friends not long ago and didn't hold back on Comey.

She said:

"Jim Comey comes across as someone who is so wily and so calculating — he's a predator."

She directly went on the leaking problem and said:

"Why is he so comfortable leaking?

What is it about his history, his background as a prosecutor?"

She also mentioned that Comey might be responsible for some previous leaks.

Judge Jeanine continued about Comey's determination to harm our president now that he has nothing

to lose:

"He was looking to take Donald down — or the president down, excuse me — and what

he wanted to do is preserve himself.

He is an operator.

He is part of the Washington elite."

What do you think about Judge Pirro's assessment about James Comey?

Melania Returns To Texas Border And Infuriates Dems AGAIN With What She Wore This Time - Duration: 4:52.

Melania Returns To Texas Border And Infuriates Dems AGAIN With What She Wore This Time

No matter what First Lady Melania Trump does, she just can't win with the left and understandably,

I don't think she cares.

The last time she headed to the Texan border with Mexico, she wore a fun, young jacket

that said on the back, "I really don't care, do u?"

She said it was just a jacket and I believe her.

Every time Melania wears heels or an outfit of any sort, the left loses it and spins it

as something nefarious.

It's insane.

This time she went to the border and wore a simple black and white outfit, which infuriated

the Dems all over again.

This time because there was pretty much nothing to criticize.

They wanted something to trash her in the media for.

Melania is always the epitome of class and dresses to the nines.

The left hates her for her beauty, grace, and kindness.

They show it every time they can.

Melania's greatest sin this time was not being part of the media spectacle.

She is in this for the children and she genuinely cares about them.

Something the leftists cannot relate to.

Melania has real compassion for these children and wants to be involved in making sure they

are taken care of and treated well.

The first lady does not go out of her way to send messages like the left does.

If anything, her original jacket told the media she doesn't care what they think of

her and I think we can all relate to that.

In a clean cut and simple white slacks and a black blouse, Melania went about visiting

centers where children were housed after their parents were apprehended at the U.S.-Mexican

border.

She did not release details on her plans probably to foil attempts by the vulturistic press

to hound her during her visits.

Her first visit was only a week ago to the border town of McAllen, Texas.

She met with officials there who are dealing with detained families.

She also took time to meet with children and encourage them.

That's what a first lady does and Melania does it very well.

So many things are happening here in the U.S. and internationally, it makes your head spin.

But what does the media focus on?

Melania's wardrobe.

It's just dumb.

The first lady's spokeswoman said it was just a jacket, with no hidden message, but

the left ran with it anyway.

President Trump supported Melania by tweeting that his wife was saying she really doesn't

care about the "fake news" media.

It could have been either one and you know what?

It doesn't matter.

It means nothing in the scheme of things and it just shows how hyper-reactive the media

is.

The media is still ranting over children being separated from their parents at the border.

As I understand it, most if not all of them have been reunited and this blowup is another

piece of fake news.

A federal judge on Tuesday ordered that thousands of migrant children and parents be reunited

within 30 days and sooner if the youngster is under 5.

Trump is already doing that and that ruling was pure grandstanding.

And what would a media outrage be without Michelle Obama sticking her nose where it

does not belong?

She was speaking recently at an event in New Orleans, Louisiana.

It was during that talk that Michelle brought up her time as first lady while taking a mean

jab at Melania.

"I couldn't make those kinds of [fashion] mistakes, I was outstanding," said Michelle.

Time tweeted, "Making mistakes was not an option."

Michelle Obama on the pressure of being "the first."

That is the most arrogant statement I have ever heard from a first lady.

Just wow.

First off, Michelle Obama should be taking fashion lessons from Melania.

I didn't care for Michelle Obama's style at all.

What she said about Melania's fashion choice was just laughable and is enough to tick anyone

off.

She has a selective memory if she thinks that she ever looked better than Melania Trump.

One simple little message on a jacket sent everyone reeling.

Michelle hardly had that effect on anyone.

I think she's really jealous of Melania… she can't quit talking about Melania and

trashing her.

That's just sad.

And remind me again… did Michelle Obama ever once go to the border?

Nope, she didn't and her husband incarcerated twice as many children as President Trump

and Obama used cages.

Michelle attacks Melania because she has no legacy as first lady and she knows Melania

will leave an incredible legacy when she leaves the White House.

Melania Trump will leave memories of kindness and a love for children in her wake.

She takes the time to go to the border or to areas hit by calamity and she actually

works with people to help them.

I don't recall ever seeing Michelle Obama do that in the eight years she was in the

White House.

I do remember her saying she was ashamed of her country and that she hated being in the

White House.

But her meddling in school lunches pales in comparison to the charitable actions by Melania.

Fashion-wise, there is literally no comparison.

Melania is in a whole other category from Michelle.

As far as making mistakes, Michelle made many of them and her attire was right at the top

of the list.

3 Signs of an Unhealthy Relationship (AND WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT) - Duration: 4:53.

Not sure if you're in the right or wrong relationship?

Keep watching so we can get you clear and I'll tell you what to do about it

Welcome to Power Love TV, my name is Michelle Baxo and for the best advice for women on

falling in love without compromising yourself, subscribe to my channel and hit the bell so

you're notified of our new videos every week.

Let me guess, your mind won't shut up.

You have this nagging thought that maybe this relationship isn't THE ONE after all.

I've been there myself and I do this professionally so let's get you clear, shall we?

First I need to say, determining whether or not you're in the right relationship is

impossible if you're not whole and complete within yourself.

So, the first sign to look for actually has nothing to do with him and everything to do

with YOU.

Ask yourself this: AM I LIVING AND ACTING CONSISTENT WITH MY VALUES?

AM I ALIGNED?

Or are you letting him take the lead of MY LIFE

If your actions and mindset are not aligned with what's important to YOU, than you haven't

given this relationship a real chance, and you need to make it YOUR job to be aligned

and happy within yourself by aligning your values with your mindset and actions.

Until you do that, NO relationship will feel quite right.

Does that mean you need to leave the relationship?

Not necessarily.

But getting yourself aligned should be your first focus, with or without him.

How effective are you with communicating your needs and boundaries?

Are you being your whole self in this relationship or are you starting to lose your sense of

self?

Tell me about it in the comments below.

The Second Sign that you're in the wrong relationship is that he doesn't respect

your values.

Now again, you have to give the guy a chance by communicating your values, what's important

to you and you have to be the police of your alignment.

HOWEVER, if he's trying to talk you out of going to yoga, laughing at you for trying

to better yourself with personal development courses and/or trying to convince you to live

a lifestyle outside of your values, then consider this is the WRONG relationship.

Third sign that you're in the wrong relationship is that you both want different things from

the relationship.

This can be so hard to face, especially if you're having fun now or you're trapped

in the mindset that something is better than nothing.

So I suppose it depends on what stage of life you're in.

The women I work with want to be with the person they are going to share their life

with.

So if that's you, you need to make sure he's on the same page.

If you want kids and he doesn't then you're in the wrong relationship.

If you want monogamy and he doesn't, wrong relationship.

If you want to wait a period of time before getting physically intimate and he's making

you feel guilty for it, then you are in the wrong relationship.

He's not a bad person for any of this, it's just simply not a match.

So let's say it's starting to look like you're in the wrong relationship, what do

you do?

Well first, you need to give this guy a chance to win with you.

If he doesn't know the rules, he can't win, so grab your courage and TALK to him

(not text, not a letter, TALK).

Tell him what your values are and help him understand how he can respect your values

and your boundaries.

Be clear about what you want in the future and find out if he wants the same.

After that, it's fair game.

Now maybe a part of you suspects that this relationship resembles an all-too-familiar

pattern.

For this, I have a free worksheet for you to complete so you can get clear on how your

past is influencing ALL your relationships.

For your own BLAST YOUR PAST workbook, go to the description box and you can access

it from there.

What If God Of War Was Set In Ancient Egypt? - Duration: 6:30.

When the latest God of War game was announced, fans revealed in the fact that the series

was jumping ships to a different kind of mythology; the Norse mythology.

It turned out to be a wise departure from the Greek mythos that we've been accustomed

to from the franchise.

But this game marks some pretty big changes for Kratos, not only in character, but also

in the game's mechanics, and many found the Norse setting quite refreshing.

Shortly before the game was released, director Cory Barlog brought up some thoughts on later

games in the franchise that got a lot of people excited.

In an interview with Game Informer, Barlog stated, "The Greek games were the greek

era of God of War.

Moving on, the next mythological belief system he interacts with became the Norse era of

God of War.

But we may end up going on to the Egyptian era and the Mayan era and so on and so forth."

Yeah, that's a pretty big deal!

Talk of other mythologies sparked even more so once the game was released, thanks to a

piece of a wall panel found in Tyr's Vault.

On the panel, four symbols are featured, one being the iconic Greek Omega that the series

is known for.

One was the Celtic Triskelion, another the Ja[anise symbol of Hachiman, and the third

the Egyptian Eye of Horus.

When asked about this Barlog said to Kotaku, "I've always looked at this universe like

our world.

The geography separates the cultural mythologies.

The cultural mythologies are stories of the zero-point to present day.

These are the birth and the origin of these cultures."

The panel indicates the Tyr was capable of traveling to these other worlds.

Tyr was a giant.

Kratos clearly traveled from the Greek realm to the Norse one.

So considering those two points, Atreus most definitely would have the capacity to learn

how to do the same.

Back at E3 2016, Barlog had stated that the team was into the idea of doing an Egyptian

setting.

I quote, "Egyptian mythology is about the pharaohs as the embodiment of the gods on

earth and there's a lot more about civilization.

It's less isolated, less barren.

Having too much around distracts from that central theme of a strange in a strange place."

Considering the team's enthusiasm towards Ancient Egypt, if the series were to start

expanding after the Norse Era, it seems likely that the team would choose to go the Egyptian

route.

So, with all of that information, what can we gauge about a hypothetical God of War game

set in Ancient Egypt?

What would it entail?

Well for starters, let's look at the roster of gods from Egyptian mythology.

We have Osiris, Isis, Ra, Horus, Bes, Bast, Set, Nekhbet, Anubis, Shu, Nephthys, Sobek,

Serqet, Khonus, Babi, Tawart, Geb, and Nut.

But there's a few of these that are pretty important players in the mythos.

Ra is the sun god, the first pharaoh of the world, with each day his golden sun ship sailing

across the sky, traveling through the underground world of Duat during the night, fighting off

monsters.

After many centuries, Ra became old and senile, and gave his throne to Osiris, heading up

to the heavens instead.

But more on him in a second.

Next are Geb and Nut, the god of the earth and goddess of the sky.

These two were very much in love, but Ra had a prophecy that their children would overthrow

him one day, so he did everything he could to keep them apart.

That didn't pan out though, and they had five children, the oldest being Osiris.

Osiris replaced Ra, becoming a wise and kind pharaoh.

Osiris was the god that taught the Egyptian people how to become a civilization, teaching

them about agriculture.

This is what Barlog meant about distractions; much of the Egyptian mythology is tied to

the people and the growth of their civilization.

Anywho, his brother Set became jealous of him, tricked him into lying down in a coffin,

which he then cut up into pieces and scattered all over Egypt.

Osiris' wife Isis managed to find them all and put him back together, but Osiris wasn't

the same; instead, he became the god of the underworld, sitting in judgment of souls.

Speaking of, Isis is the goddess of magic.

She's clever, but also ambitious.

She's the one who tricked Ra into retiring his position by poisoning him with a magic

snake, forcing him to reveal his secret name to her so she could have control over him.

She's also the one who convinces her son Horus to take revenge on Set for Osiris'

death.

Set is one of the big baddies in this mythology.

The god of desert, storms and straight up evil, he's considered the strongest among

them and is full of trickery.

But, it was only after Ra's departure that he became evil, having helped the sun god

during his reign to keep back the armies of the chaos serpent Apep.

Horus would challenge him when the young god grew to manhood, making him known as the Avenger,

becoming Pharaoh himself since his father Osiris no longer could.

The mortal pharaohs of Egypt would go on to be considered descendants of Horus.

So all in all, there's some solid family trouble and toil going on between the Egyptian

gods.

And we all know how familial ties tend to play out when it comes to the God of War franchise.

That being said, there are plenty of 'friendly gods' in the mythos so we may see some more

friends rather than just an onslaught of foes.

So how would Kratos and Atreus play into this?

Well, if some of the speculations are correct, Atreus will eventually take over for his father

in the series, which would open up the possibilities in terms of his interactions with the Egyptian

gods.

Well, for starters, even though we've been promised by the God of War team that this

game won't be the last we see of Kratos, there is a very strong possibility that the

Norse Era will be his last; he'll be totaling around 10 games by that point.

Considering that the series has shown with its latest installment that it's not afraid

of change, boldly switching up the approach for God of War is not the only story but also

in mechanics, having another drastic change occur down the road isn't something that's

unimaginable.

Atreus could very well become our new protagonist in the Egyptian Era.

If that were the case, what would his mission be?

Well, let's look at the themes that the games have juggled in the past; revenge, controlling

one's rage, and, of course, family dynamics.

Atreus (or Kratos, for that matter) will likely be thrust into some sort of immortal conflict.

Perhaps Atreus finds himself romantically involved with one of the gods?

Or, like his father, the gods may intervene in his life and harm someone he's close

to?

Perhaps that's how Atreus becomes our protagonist; Kratos is killed off by the likes of Set.

The timeline for this potential series of games is also up for debate; it seems likely

that all of this godly family drama would have already passed when Kratos and Atreus'

story begins in their realm.

This is because the time period that the God of War team seemed interested in was one in

which the Egyptian civilization was prominent; that distraction Barlog spoke of when deciding

to go with Norse mythology instead.

Enough of when it would take place; how about where?

There's no doubt that we'd see Memphis as one of the game's settings.

Thebes and Abydos are other likely candidates.

Surely some of the action would take place along the Nile, and if Osiris is involved,

we'd definitely see the underworld come to life.

Weapons are also a big part of the God of War franchise.

The Blades of Chaos and the leviathan ax are very much integral to the cultures of their

eras in the series.

So it's safe to assume that if a God of War game were to take place in Ancient Egypt,

that Kratos or Atreus would wield something distinct of that time period.

We're talking the likes of a Khopesh sword, reed arrows, or a fan ax, which appeared in

Egyptian hieroglyphics although archaeologists never actually found one in the flesh.

Maybe even the Hyksos war chariot would make an appearance.

And what kinds of enemies would you be fighting with these weapons?

Mummies may be the main enemy type that you'd have to plow through and seem like the most

obvious choice.

Grave robbers, depending on the time period, may also be present, and in terms of mythological

beasts, there would no doubt be a giant serpent or two eager to ingest you whole.

So, with all that in mind, if there were to be a God of War game set in Ancient Egypt,

how much of this do you think would likely play into the game's narrative and the world?

Do you think the Norse Era will be the end of Kratos, or is he just too important for

Santa Monica to want to replace him with his son?

Some artists say: What's the point? - Duration: 6:30.

a lot of people will say things like "I want to be an artist but why should I

bother trying if no one wants to buy it?" or "why should I write and send

newsletters when people immediately unsubscribe?" "why should I post my art on

Instagram when no one cares?" " there's so much artwork out there that the stuff

that I do is really just a tiny drop in a gigantic painty ocean." I'm pretty

sure even the biggest artists feel this way sometimes. I'm pretty sure. for

example, when YouTube demonetized every channel that didn't meet their new

threshold, people were understandably upset. even though it really didn't

make a huge difference monetarily, it still sucks when something is taken from

you while you're working really really hard to meet this moving goalpost.

it upset people. and there were a lot of moral police that would say "if you're

motivated by money then you're doing it for the wrong reasons." everyone

knows that people take up skilled hobbies for a reason. I'm not gonna sit

here and preach that artists should just enjoy the process while the world gets

to consume the work for free. no one needs that kind of reminder. it's pretty normal

to be motivated by external rewards. it really is. I mean, think about how many

people would continue to work at their day jobs after their employer stops

paying them. I think everyone has these thoughts and it's really not that big of

a deal. I'm kind of feeling similarly about

social media lately. I know that I should probably post things on Instagram

regularly or tweet something. it doesn't help that Facebook bothers me endlessly

about my inactivity. it's always sending me messages like 'you haven't posted in

this many days', even though I did. or you know, 'this

many people are waiting for you to post something', you know? it kind of makes me

feel inadequate and its really annoying. but for me... the thing about that voice

that tells you that no one cares if you post art is that, well, maybe then I

shouldn't worry about it? I'll just be over here working on stuff

that does still interest me until that other stuff starts to be interesting

again. because I know that I will eventually start posting things and

putting more effort into videos and painting

actual paintings. I know that I will eventually do it because if I gave up... if

I stopped wanting to make youtube videos because my channel isn't growing fast

enough or at all... if I stopped making art because it can't support me financially

and it's too much of a downer... the alternative is that there's gonna be a

huge empty chunk of my life in which I'm doing nothing. nothing. and you know there

are some days where my body and my mind would really rather me just not do

anything. I am privileged in that I do get a regular paycheck for my day job

(that's what that's for) so if that whole "you have to be motivated to make your

art because otherwise you don't get paid" piece of advice that is everywhere

doesn't work for you (because you don't get paid and that in itself is not very

motivating), I just hope that you're able to recognize whether you're tempted to

give up because it's no longer 'for you', or if you're just punishing yourself for

struggling so much.

anyway. I am painting a cat. this is a little painting five inches by five

inches, and I modeled this cat after our neighbor's cat who we see outside a lot.

he is incredibly fat and he's very cute. and this little painting is actually

based on a dream I had where I had this huge Emperor moth crawling along

the floor in my bedroom and so I picked it up. but when I picked it up, (because it

was a dream) it turned into a chubby little cat with wings. Emperor

moth wings. so I guess i decided to paint it because why not? right?

what was 'the point' of painting this? cause I could? because I commit

myself to creating something at least once a week? because I work really well

with deadlines and when I have a weekly or semi weekly deadlines it actually

really works for me and motivates me to go and that is the point. that is why I

paint things and that's not always motivating but again, it's easy to

motivate yourself when you consider the other option which is nothing. or maybe

it's just time to do something else? there! anyway thanks for watching this

rambly video and I will see you in the next one

How To Use IGTV: What To Upload on Instagram TV and Why (Algorithm Update July 2018) - Duration: 7:09.

hey guys is Mike here welcome back to my... I just woke up from my bed I

feel like sometimes I woke up with a great energy maybe not we need to

talk about IGTV it's kind of like a mess sorry guys

IGTV new Instagram app separate app seriously is just awesome to see there's

friendly competition if that's really friendly

I don't exactly sure but I don't have to explain much about IGTV

and apparently Instagram is pushing it down to your throat vertical video is the

key right so a lot of people confuse how you're able to turn horizontal videos

into vertical videos which is they thought it is impossible a lot of us haven't

really utilized Instagram stories to create cinematic to create something

interesting because I've seen amazing people

photographers creators videographers already did that a lot to their

Instagram stories but still a lot of people don't really utilize that so when

it comes to officially launches of a bigger platform like IGTV people start

to whine about the fact that they don't they don't like vertical video Instagram

stories has been there for about a year and a half or even more than that so why

are we complaining about vertical videos like this is not Instagram stories I

mean great like you have a warm up warm up in your Instagram stories to practice

all your video skills storytelling skills now it is time to group all the

storytelling into one place and that is IGTV how you actually able to turn all this

little sequence into a complete video maybe a minute or two or for normal

users like us probably 10 minutes majority of them don't really know how

to use this you know IGTV to really utilize its functionality to create an

engaging environment to really lure people to watching their video

because basically what they posted as I say is anything they could find on their

phone anything they could find on their stories already basically they're

repeating everything I feel like yeah you can definitely crop your YouTube

video into vertical which is a little bit awkward if you're filming in

horizontal yeah it's not a problem about technical way you can do it with any

software you wanted to do but my point is that is that video really fits to the

IGTV environment because IGTV apparently announced they love to see

more how-to tutorial documentation of lifestyles Instagram make it clear what

they need for their content right now sorry guys right now so don't repeating

stories in your IGTV if you're really getting serious for IGTV I love

to create like sequence and I'm going to create a quick attention-seeking

you know like a vlog YouTube probably love and encouraging you to have more

watch time more you know like audience retainment whatever they call it

but on Instagram they didn't really say that like yeah 10 minutes

some people can upload up to 30 minutes an hour it depends on the size of their

account for us normally 10 minutes or 15 attention is so short on Instagram

already a minute video people don't really care to even watch the whole thing

people don't even care to scroll and look at your story for 15 seconds and

then move on to the next one unless they have no friends on their Instagram or

they have plenty of time to watch you don't just go there and create like long

videos without any transition have some transitions have a storytelling is a

storytelling after all find it ideally you probably could post about a minute

to two and I think that's perfect I think even in two minutes you can create a lot

of sequence because my golden rule is every five to eight seconds change a

transition and maybe you could do a zoom in zoom out if you're doing vlogging

zoom in zoom out zoom in zoom out that's why I did to all my YouTube videos like

when I stare something for too long I feel bored if it's just the same screen

insert b-rolls is important I don't have b-rolls today probably I

should show my art yeah come on yeah you can definitely follow my Instagram @mikewenjinsoo

and check out more digital art so like I recently posted video talking about oh

keep touching the hair talking about you know how do i remake my digital art and the

video is not merely about my tutorial but it's about me showing okay I woke up

like what I'm doing right now so I give a storytelling so I woke up it's like

okay guys today what we're gonna do is raining so I'm not going out let's let's

do the redo the whole visual thing so I show a little bit tutorial I

show the before and after and I show me okay I'm done right now you guys

should check out in a storytelling way that has a flow out there and of course

use hashtags people in my first video I didn't know we can use hashtags so I

didn't get the enough amount of exposure and I just realized we can use

hashtags so I used a couple of hashtags that's suitable for that video

and then someone else follow me and it's a big feature account the videos that

using the hashtag will appear in the hashtag feed but the bad thing about

this is that if once you posted that video you can't you can't edit your video

description I try it on my computer with my chrome and of course I tried with my

phone I can't do anything even though they give you edit but it gives me error

when I tried to load so it's nothing IGTV is pretty new so I can't say much about

that but I already uploaded two videos and see okay how things going on it looks

like it really get the eyeball if you use hashtags it really get the eyeball if your

video is great a lot of people don't see that the benefit of having IGTV and

Instagram first of all some people don't like to see videos on their photo feed

so if you move every single videos like from now on you everyone just start

slowly moving videos to IGTV it will be a better place for you to just focusing

on visuals so Instagram at the end of the day it's a visual app no matter how it

tried to turn itself to be multi social media we have stories by the way we have

Instagram live and now we have IGTV to create a wonderful narrative for

yourself so I will give it an 8 out of 10 the

workflow is simple the only thing that I don't like is I I can't really edit my

videos and of course it's a little bit difficult because I can't upload from my

computer I have to save it to my phone and upload it I find it much more

easier to produce then YouTube videos because I would actually produce a

shorter videos and on my IGTV so you can subscribe hit the notification bell

so you wouldn't miss any content from Mike The Dope Toast have you utilized IGTV

yet? and like it share it out with your friends I'll see you guys in

the next one so peace out good bye

What is the Best CINEMATIC Shutter Speed for Video – How Film Shutter Angles Affect the Film Look - Duration: 7:42.

That's your shutter, and be forewarned there's gonna be a lot of numbers, a lot of fractions.

So get your thinking hat on, let's do this.

Hey everyone, Camber here, welcome back.

Today we are talking about shutter speed and how it affects your video.

And if you're new here, this channel is all about teaching you how to use your camera

to make good videos, so if that's you, consider subscribing.

Before we get started, know that frame rate and shutter speed are NOT the same thing.

Your frame rate is the amount of individual frames recorded per second, whereas your shutter

speed is the length of time that each of those frames is exposed to light.

The shutter is a physical mechanism in front of your camera sensor that moves out of the

way to expose your sensor to light for a certain period of time and then moves back in front

of your sensor to stop the exposure of that frame.

And this controls how long the light hits your camera sensor.

So a longer exposure will result in more light hitting your camera sensor and a brighter

image, and a shorter exposure time will result in less light hitting the sensor and a darker image

The shutter speed is displayed on your camera as fractions of a second.

And since stops of light are based on a doubling or halving of the amount of light let in when

taking a photo or video, you can know exactly how any change in shutter speed will affect

your exposure because any doubling or halving of your shutter speed will result in a one-stop

change of light.

So if your current shutter speed is set to 1/400 of a second and you're on the "-1" on

your exposure meter, then changing your shutter speed to 1/200 of a second will result in

your exposure meter going to "0" because you divided your previous shutter by 2, which

would keep the shutter open twice as long and double the amount of light let in.

Conversely, if your shutter speed was set to 1/400 of a second and you were on the "+2"

on your exposure meter, then changing the shutter speed to 1/800 of a second would result

in the meter going to "+1" because you doubled the speed letting in half as much light.

You would then need to double the shutter speed again to 1/1600 of a second in order

to decrease by one more stop of light and bring your exposure meter to "0."

And aside from changing the length of time that light hits your sensor, the shutter speed

also has a stylistic effect in changing the motion blur of your images.

So with a very fast shutter speed, any motion in your shot gets frozen and looks very crisp;

but with a very slow shutter speed, any motion that's in your shot begins to get blurred.

And with photography you can choose any shutter speed you want depending on the style

you're going for, however with video you are much more limited.

The most common shutter speeds used in video are based on the 180 degree rule, which is

choosing a shutter speed that is doubled your frame rate meaning that you would use a shutter

speed of 1/60 of a second if you were shooting at 30 frames per second.

And as you'll find in many areas of video, many common practices come from the days of using film.

Film motion cameras used a physical rotary shutter where part of the shutter was a hollow

semicircle, and that's where the degrees came from.

During the first 180 degrees of rotation, the film was exposed, and during the second

180 degrees of rotation, the film was covered with no exposure to the film.

At this time the film was advanced to the next frame because film cameras need time

to physically move the film down for the next exposure, and because of this there couldn't

be shutter angles higher than 180 degrees for film.

The shutter then was limited to allowing an exposure time that was half that of the frame rate.

So if you could shoot at one frame per second, the shutter could only allow for half a second

of light with the shutter being at an angle of 180 degrees.

You could have shutter angles less than 180 degrees letting in less light, but this would

also change the look of your video.

And although current camera no longer control shutter speed using a rotary shutter anymore,

the shutter angle terminology has continued as a simple standard way of describing the

appearance of motion blur in video.

So let's take another look at the rotary shutter so we can look at some of the basic shutter

angles and determine how to calculate your shutter speed.

So we'll use 24 frames per second as our frame rate in these examples.

Since 360 degrees is the maximum exposure you can get, 360 will be your base number

and you'll divide any of the lower shutter angles into 360 and then multiply the result

of that by your frame rate to arrive at the shutter speed you'll need for that shutter angle.

So for a 360 shutter angle, 360 divided by itself would be 1.

So at 24 frames per second, you would get 1/24 of a second for your shutter speed.

Then at 180 degrees, that goes into 360 twice.

So then you would multiply your frame rate by 2 giving you 1/48 of a second for your shutter speed.

Going further for a 90 degree shutter angle, that goes into 360 four times.

So then you multiply your frame rate by 4 giving us 1/96 of a second.

Continuing on to 45 degree shutter angle, that goes into 360 eight times.

So we'll multiply 24 frames per second by 8, and that gives us our shutter speed for

a 45 degree angle at 24 frames per second.

Now, you're not gonna find these precise shutter speeds on DSLRs, so you'll just have to round

up to the closest one you can find.

But you get the idea on how to calculate your shutter speed for these various shutter angles.

But using a 360 degree shutter angle results in a slower shutter speed that gives a lot

more motion blur than you're used to seeing.

And using a 90 degree or 45 degree shutter angle results in a fast shutter speed giving

a series of crisp, choppy looking frames when played back that's usually referred to as

the cheap, video-y look.

Now, having crisp frames sounds like a good thing from a photography standpoint because

blurry frames typically look bad in a photo.

But if you take 24 of those, put them back-to-back and play them in one second, it starts to look pretty natural.

And the reason for that is because our eyes naturally see motion blur, which you can see

just from waving your hand around in front of your face.

Your hand doesn't look crisp throughout the movement; there's motion blur there.

And so the 180 degree shutter angle most closely resembles what we see naturally.

And of course to every rule there is an exception, and this is no different.

Other shutter angles can be used for effect.

If done carefully and well, they can enhance your story, and we'll talk about reasons to

use other shutter angles in a different video.

But for now to get your videos looking most like what you're used to seeing in movies,

using 24 frames per second as your base frame rate, just double that to 48; so round that

up to 1/50 and that'll be your shutter speed at 24 frames per second.

And if you're shooting at a higher frame rate, simply double that frame rate and then round

to the next closest number in order to get your shutter speed for that frame rate.

And that's all for shutter speed so if you made it this far, hit that like button and

let me know down below if you have any more questions about shutter speed.

It was a lot of numbers and angles and calculations, so if you are confused, let me know and

I'll help try to clear it up more down below.

Go ahead and subscribe if you haven't, and remember that the only way to get better at

something is to practice.

So get out there and film something.

See ya soon!

What exactly is Coach Dan's "Kill Mode" Mindset? - Duration: 7:29.

Hey, everybody.

Coach Dan Long with Get Lean in 12,

and I have something powerful for you today, powerful.

But you have to use it, OK.

You promise?

If you use it, I promise you, it's

going to be 1 of the most powerful things you've ever

come across, and it starts with Kill Mode.

But before I get into that, for you being here today,

at the end of this video, I have something

that goes with this in conjunction perfect.

It's going to be up at this link,

but don't click the link just yet, OK?

I want you to get this information that I

have to share with you today.

It's kind of personal.

And why is it that Dan always has these shirts on that says,

Kill Mode?

Well, I'm about to show and teach you

exactly what that means.

Now are you working out?

If you're working out, this is going

to be the most powerful thing you've ever used,

that's in the mindset that you have to have every single day.

Now, listen.

Not only does it work well with the mindset of exercise,

it also works well with everything

that goes on in life.

Now, when you wake up in the morning, and let's

say you go to brush your teeth.

If the toothpaste falls off your toothbrush,

are you're going to let it crush the rest of your day?

I don't think so, right?

What happens if you're getting ready for work,

and then, all of sudden, 1 of your children

spills coffee on your shirt.

Are you just going to let that ruin the rest of your day?

No.

You're going to have the mindset, right, to dominate,

and have a positive mindset to know that everything happens

for a reason.

OK?

Now, with that being said, if you are exercising,

and you have an amazing exercise program like the 1

I'm going to show you today, right,

it only has to be 12 minutes.

If you work out, and you want to get

the maximum out of every single rep

and every single exercise and every single minute

to burn the most belly fat, well, you're

going to have to use a mindset that I call Kill Mode.

OK?

It is very powerful if you use it.

I use this method with clients, right, moms, dads, children,

Olympians, yes, I've trained Olympians in my day.

I have also had MLB, NFL, NHL.

You name it, I have trained some of the most elite athletes,

and they love Kill Mode.

In the military?

Oh, let me just tell you.

The military, they love Kill Mode.

Matter of fact, they have my sticker

on the mirror in USSOCOM, in the military base

over here in MacDill--

because I live in Tampa, right?

And they showed that to me, which, that just

goes to show you how powerful Kill Mode can be.

So let's get into it, OK?

Every time you go to exercise, what's

the first thing that happens when you start to feel fatigue,

or some type of a muscle burn, right, or your oxygen

is not being maximized because you're not breathing properly,

what happens?

Your mindset starts to go south, OK.

Sorry it's a little bumpy, starts to go south, OK?

Why is that?

Because your mind is the most powerful thing

that you can absolutely use to be able to exercise.

OK?

So what I want you to do is this.

Listen to this, OK?

I want you to exercise, and I want you to think about,

for the first half of whatever it is you're doing,

it could be reps, it could be minutes,

it could be whatever it is, as far as your exercise program.

What you're going to do, is you're

going to make sure for the first half

that you're just on autopilot.

In your mind, you're just thinking about the birds

chirping, the butterflies are flying,

and you're breathing normal.

But for the second half, OK, which I know what happens,

you know what happens, your mind starts to go south,

because in the second half, the fatigue starts to set in.

That's when the adrenaline has to kick in.

Adrenaline has to kick in, right,

and your mindset has to go into a place that I call Kill Mode.

You're going to forget about all the fatigue.

You're going to exit the fatigue out of your brain.

You're going to let the adrenalin kick in, right?

And you're going to give an all-out max effort

for the second half of everything

you do in your exercise program.

Now if you do that, guess what happens?

All of a sudden, your second half of every single rep,

of every single exercise, and every single minute

becomes more powerful than the first half,

and you actually will lose more belly fat, because you

are using the Kill Mode method.

OK.

So now Let's go over one more time.

You get into an exercise, all of a sudden,

let's say it's 10 reps, for the first 5 reps,

you're doing it at normal pace, and you're breathing normal,

and you're just working just like if you are out in the park

and making it happen.

In the second half, every bit of that muscle

burn and that fatigue is going to exit your brain.

OK?

And you're going to kick in your adrenaline,

and you're going to give an all-out max effort

for maximum fat loss domination.

That is the Kill Mode method.

Now I promise you.

Listen, if you run, you go out there

and you do any kind of cardio, right?

If you do any kind of muscle building,

and you get out there, and you work those weights, guess what?

If you use this method, I promise you,

you are going to get that extra rep, if not 2.

You're going to get more fat loss because you are absolutely

kicking in your adrenaline, which by the way,

is one of the reasons why, in the protocols, right,

for the Over 40 Ab Solution, it tells you adrenaline attacks

and destroys belly fat.

Right?

Because adrenaline is the number 1 way

that you can maximize fat loss.

Now, with that being said, OK, up at this link

up above right here, you see that blue link up top?

Before you click that, let me tell you a little bit

about what you're going to see when you go onto that page.

First off, you're going to see myself and my wife,

which we're both over 40, and we have 3 beautiful kids,

and we live a life where we basically use nothing

but the Over 40 Ab Solution to be

able to maximize fat loss with Kill Mode, by the way.

You're also going to see my great friend, and also

1 of my close, close friends, Karen and Shaun Hadsall--

which, Karen is in her 50s, and Shaun is in his late 40s,

and he's also ripped.

The Over 40 Ab Solution is built for people specifically

like you that could be over the age of 40, maybe you're 50,

maybe you're 60.

Right?

I'm 44, living the dream, right, living the dream,

using these protocols.

We have specifically designed protocols for people

in their 40s, 50s, and 60s in this product called the Over 40

Ab Solution that you're going to find at the link above.
