Why Is The Discussion On Vaccines All Wrong? - Duration: 1:01.

- Hey guys, I appreciate you tuning in

for this episode of the Mental Minute.

Today I'm gonna be talking about vaccines.

Now this isn't a pro-vaccine or an anti-vaccine.

I just want to take a different approach,

and that's the point, that you guys

can think about vaccinations.

Now, what is a vaccine?

Essentially, you inject or put in bacterial or viruses

in your body, and your body responds by creating

the proper antibodies in your immune system, correct?

That's how a vaccine works.

But the question should be, if you don't have

a good immune system to begin with,

your body's not gonna respond appropriately

when you put the vaccine in.

So whether or not you decide that you want a vaccine

or not, you have to focus on better digestion

and gut health, because that's the key

to your immune system.

If you have a strong working gut,

a strong good digestion that can properly immune your body,

whether or not you decide that you want to become

vaccinated or not is a moot point,

because your body then, in turn,

will do what it needs to do.

Focus on gut health, friends.

 The Shape of You hitmaker surprised U.S. viewers of the popular fantasy drama on Sunday (16Jul17), when he made a guest appearance as a minstrel in a scene with main character Arya Stark, played by Maisie Williams

 Ed's feature drew mixed reactions from fans, with some critics taking to social media to question why the pop star was cast in the series at all

 The backlash appeared to prompt the singer to take his Twitter profile offline on Monday (17Jul17), weeks after admitting he "can't read" negative messages on the site anymore, but his absence didn't last long as he had reactivated the account by Tuesday evening (18Jul17), with a notice informing fans he no longer uses the micro-blogging page as he has switched solely to Instagram

 On Wednesday (19Jul17), Ed took to the photo-sharing site to dismiss reports suggesting the nasty comments had scared him off Twitter, insisting the account closure was just a coincidence

 "Last I'll say on this," he began. "I came off Twitter I was always intending to come off Twitter (sic)

had nothing to do with what people said about my Game of Thrones cameo because I am in Game of Thrones

Why the hell would I worry what people thought about that? It's clearly f**king awesome."  Ed continued, "Timing was just a coincidence, but believe what you want."  The star made the remarks beside a photo of himself holding hands with his manager while on the runway at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Georgia

 He captioned it, "Here is an unrelated picture of me and my wonderful manager riding off into the sunset together"

 Sheeran's comments emerged shortly after Game of Thrones director Jeremy Podeswa spoke out in the musician's defence, insisting his casting was "appropriate for the part because he needed to sing"

 "If people didn't know who Ed was, they wouldn't have thought about it twice," he added to Newsweek

"The hoo-ha seems to be from things that are outside of the world of the show. In the world of the show he did a lovely job, and he looks like he belongs in that world."  The 26-year-old previously told America's Today show he was turning his back on Twitter because he wanted to focus on the positive aspects of his life

 "As a human being, we always read the one negative one and ignore the others, and I don't want to do that," he explained earlier this month (Jul17)

"It's just foolish to do when there's love out there in the world to look at the negative stuff

I'm Christy Vaydia from Nepal and I work at Deltares as flood risk

researcher and advisor. My name is Joost Icke I'm head of department market

development and services at Deltares. Our department brings new software

products to the market. This software is used worldwide by

engineers water managers and researchers.

The projects that I'm working on at Deltares revolve around working with communities, collaborative modeling and

flood risk reduction. I like to coach people in teams. The people at Deltares

are really ambitious both in terms of science and in terms of software quality.

It's a challenge to find a balance between embedding the latest research in

our software and releasing a quality product in time.

I really like the fact that I can work in a lot of international projects for example

currently I am working in projects in Tanzania and Bangladesh. Since I'm

working in projects related to community engagement working internationally makes

it interesting and also very challenging. Deltares connects the scientific world

with engineers, policymakers and citizens that have to deal with water and soil

problems all over the world. It offers an integrated way of working in the water

sector and this is what we really need because water touches every aspect of

our lives

From a 1997 Land Cruiser and it was floppy. This is a pretty common problem and I got a replacement

The used replacement that I put in but I just wanted to kind of see what happened with the old one

so I took it apart and

This piece was slid in here. This is the mount and

This clip fit over it here that provides tension on this area

And if we look at that

It just kind of deteriorated here

So you can see there's plastic all around it, but you can see the metal core out kind of wore away

So that was causing it to flop down to not stay up in position

So, but I just wanted to make a quick video because I know a lot of people have this problem and I'm imagine many are

curious as to what causes it and if it can be repaired and I mean, I think it's pretty obviously that this is not

Repairable. I mean I had to cut the whole thing apart to get it out. So

 Justin Bieber may have millions of fans but it's safe to say his former neighbor isn't a Belieber. According to a June 28 report from TMZ, the singer's former Calabasas, Calif

neighbor wants him arrested after he skipped a scheduled deposition with his lawyers.  Bieber was ordered by a judge to attend a deposition on June 22 for his ongoing egging of a house case, but ex-neighbor Jeffrey Schwartz claims the Biebs skipped the deposition to be in New York City with rumored girlfriend Hailey Baldwin

Schwartz now wants the judge to issue a bench warrant for the singer and is asking that he fines Bieber $1,000 per day for every day he refuses to sit for the deposition

 The former neighbor has also accused Bieber of engaging in "obfuscation and delay tactics," claiming the singer has already missed five scheduled depositions in the past two years

The judge in the case has yet to rule on the warrant.  The original egging incident occurred in 2014 and Schwartz is suing Bieber for the emotional stress he and his wife have dealt with following the incident

The singer was criminally charged in the case and ordered to pay $80,000 in restitution, which he already did.  Justin and Baldwin have ignited dating rumors after being spotted together in public and the two even found themselves in the middle of marriage rumors

Most recently, the two were seen together and keen observers noticed a ring on Bieber's ring finger, but sources close to the singer say it was just a prank he played on the paparazzi

Why do you volunteer? Eagles Autism Challenge - Duration: 2:10.

The cause of autism means the world to me, I have a brother that's autistic and I've

lived with him my whole life and there's so much we can do when it comes to research,

and we've got to be really proactive raising as much funds as we can, being as dynamic

as we can... and Eagles Autism Challenge is the beginning of a big, big effort and it

means the world to me.

When Mr. Pennoni asked me to be the captain of Pennoni's team I was excited and honored

about this cause and it's very important to me and a lot of my friends and their families.

And I love the Eagles, so go birds!

So what does the Autism Challenge mean to me? It's really personal because my brother and

my cousins both have autism.

So the big thing about this is bringing awareness.

You know, growing up I would go out to dinner and the movies and everybody would turn to

look at my brother and I think it's time we bring awareness to all the different levels

of autism and more than that all of the differences that make them so special.

So then people will start to embrace those differences no matter who we are and we recognize

we are all special in our own way.

All of the people are doing Bike-a-Thon to stay in shape, it always gives me that extra

push, and the opportunity came and I wanted to do this for a great cause and I'm really

excited about it.

Eagles Autism Challenge is an amazing cause.

I love helping children and I love being involved in charities that benefit children and I love

the Eagles!

Well my mother has been a special education teacher for many years so this cause is near

and dear to her heart and to mine and I'm a big Eagles fan as well.

So, go birds!
