What I can just tell you a little bit about my story how I got started. Great. I have obviously been a blogger
um, you know for about seven years now and
you know started really just you know kind of traveling and doing some things with that and I was with my eight-week old at
A blogging conference and a lot of times, you know blogging moms are more a little bit more green
Maybe a little bit more crunchy and so I was looking for a natural alternative to boost my nursing supply
And so I you know talked to my friend Rachel and got like signed up immediately was so excited
I was desperate to try anything because that was like one of my major goals was to nurse my spine and
My oh this is actually adopted from Guatemala
and then
my other two sons are IVF babies and
So once I did have a pregnancy that was really really important to me and so I ended up
Going out and buying cheap phenyl locally and whenever I talked to my friend Rachel she was like you need to do young living
They're different. And once I learned about seed to seal, which I'll talk about tonight. It was a different ball game
And so I put I ordered there's got it put it on at double my ounces in one day and stopped started really realizing
My husband was using them for emotional
you know things that he was dealing with and so I lent my my kit to a friend and
Actually within a week he was asking me like when are you getting the kit back? Can you ask her for that kickback?
I went to her and I said
can you either buy your own kit or give me that kit back because you really had that and
And here we are like so like we were closet Oilers for a year
We didn't tell anybody just the two of us in our little school
We were like, you know smelling oils and you know comparing them and then about a year later
I really started sharing locally in our first class
I think we have five people and by my fifth class we had 15 and now I work with I've worked with over
1500 clients all over the US so do love I do love Young Living. Yes

No promo, and the funny thing was when I started teaching about essential oils in my first class
I was already a blogger. I was already a full-time teacher at the top of my pay scale
I wasn't really looking for another business yet open was over time
I just started sharing my love of oils with other people and I kind of felt into it
a lot of times we caught the accidental paycheck where I
Started realizing that my paychecks are getting larger and larger and I actually had no idea how I was making that money
I just knew I mean the exact way I knew that because I was she who were signing up and buying oils that they were
You know compensating me somewhat for that. But really I really had no idea how that happened
It's full of facets two years into it. I looked back and watched a video myself trying to explain and
Being and I really didn't know what I was talking about
So yeah, so for me, it's really just been a love of oils that I just started organically sharing and so now it is
comparable to about even more so than my full-time teaching income and you know people obviously, you know,
We will throw out an income. We have to share the income disclosure, which I'll throw in the comments a little bit later
But yeah that that came kind of second
So this the other thing that happened was I started sharing locally and I'm a teacher in my area
You know, I have a master's degree
I'm really like I didn't want to put my name behind something until I knew more about the company exactly
RVD was my family across the country to Utah and I remember the first night
I was in the RV in Illinois in a truck stop with my family going lord
I have no idea what I'm doing here and just second
Truck driver rest stops had the best bathrooms ever like the shower was amazing. Yeah
My second night. We were in Nebraska in a client's home. Like she helped us get a campsite and
Listen to her home Sonne. It was like having a pen pal that I've got to meet in person
and then the third night we were in Salt Lake and so by the third night we were
Definitely ready for the young living, you know farms and everything like that
So it affected my family to Utah because I didn't know anything about the company and so over the course of the next year
I learned that our founder Gary Young who just passed away months ago
he he actually was in a really bad logging accident back in the 70s and he
basically
Like healed himself with herbs and it wound up kind of like an herbal clinic and then in 1990s
He went to France and he studied serious distillation of essential oils
And so what happened was that's the only country that ever used really?
Essential oils like in a different way not just as like a fragrance or like in cosmetics
But to really use essential oils the way the body
You know needs them then he ended up coming back in 93 with his lavender sheet in his boot
Planted the first field and the rest is history. So the company is like over 27 20 years our 25th anniversary

Is it like one of these marketing schemes or something and let me tell you a little about if you fall asleep you find it?
Mom for any length of time, you know, I think
hopefully they're like my facebook lives that I've done that I'm not going to tell you about anything that I'm not using and
If I don't believe in the products, I Stephanie we've been talking about this stuff for years
I would have abandoned the idea a long time ago. If I didn't think it was right for you guys
So having said that I think you would be astounded to know what kind of income you can make
Selling Young Living Essential Oils and their products which is it's just incredible considering so many moms
And and of course not moms if you're watching it or not, that's totally fine as well
But I just get so much feedback from moms
Asking how can I make some extra money and this money that you can make can be?
Supplemental to your family's income or it can be life-changing
you know, I say that it and not to kind of kind of a boombastic statement, but it's
As you know Stephanie it is true that you know when you're passionate about these essential oils
You see that they work and quite honestly
We haven't even touched on the fact that Young Living also has some incredible products out
Which I've used a number of them like skincare related products that tried
And also their makeup line which they have which I love and then news
I think you'll see that it's pretty easy to get excited about the products and want to share them with friends. Yeah

and the thing it what I was going to tell you is that then when I did finally start realizing like oh my gosh you
Know this is first like my paychecks are a couple hundred dollars
And then I remember saying to Rachel like I'd really like to bring in about a thousand dollars a month is really what I'm looking
to make and now it's just funny because I was just with her in Utah last week and we laughed about that because of the
amount of money that I'm making now from Young Living
Gold on this platinum leader in the company
It just is we that I again, I'll throw the income disclosure here in the comments as soon as we're done
Yeah Ridge like you know
Like they're like you can do anything from if you just want to make an extra car payment every month and income
Yeah all the way from there but our top ranking like, you know top three ranks
Our third average income is right around twenty five thousand a month
Seventy five thousand a month and one hundred and forty thousand a month and I'm on track to be there within the next like year-and-a-half
Yeah those income ranges and so I'm way beyond just an average American income right now by just sharing
I mean my friend Buffy and I who's like the person that we were closet whalers we we'd joke sometimes about like
We started this like doing this as a business, you know, not that long ago. Yeah earring around our full-time jobs
it wasn't difficult like you can like I'm you know, I
I can't imagine how easy it would be to do something like this while you're still working full time as a side hustle. Oh
Like quitting your job because you can retire from your gun living income
yeah, I think it's important just like I mentioned before that whoever joins advice a kid, you know under my under my
Had that you have such a support system like that's one thing I want people to understand
It's like oh well, maybe I use oils or maybe you don't even know anything about essential oils
You don't have to I did my start Stephanie. Like I still ask four million questions all the time and
Really?
Not like don't let that be a deterrent and not wanting to get a kid and get started
Because all of that is learning all and quite honestly you have in myself and in Stephanie and others too on the team
People who will do what we whatever we can to help you achieve, whatever it is that you want
It's funny because most she's terminal

Go ahead Kelly. No, go ahead. No, you just drop the link in there the income disclosure. Yes
I just thought so I just did I dropped it for everybody to be able to see it and that's the other thing is that

we tell everybody like whatever whatever rank you want to go to is the rank that
You know when you look at that and income disclosure you want to look at the average?
Column and whose age yourself where you wanted to end up and that's where we hope you get to and it's not difficult
That's the thing. I mean now it is a business and all businesses take work
So it's not like it's not like I get rich quick type of thing is truly putting my business. Yeah
And that's the other thing. I want people to understand about Young Living. Is that as a network marketing company?
This is not a pyramid thing that like only 7% of those weally users do it as a business
So we're actually coming at it from a different angle even talking about that's like as most people just use our oils and love them
But those of us that do choose to do it as a business
Nobody has to do it as a business, but there is a huge potential income opportunity there. Yeah

I consider that to be kind of the hidden gem of Young Living I agree and it's for a lot of people you probably see
This even more than I do, but any people who got into buying their kid just for themselves
then eventually decide to sell it kind of organically because they share it with others and then
Why because they love it and then they're asking what they're using and doing
So it's it's a lot of it
I think probably kind of stems organically just from sharing that you like the product so much and that they're working
Yes, I guess maybe you can share then. You don't people can get started. I guess they get their kicks
Basically, you could talk about the premium starter kit
so there's actually four different premium starter kits that they can purchase and the first one is our
Essential oil kit and we actually have eleven oils in this kit. I actually have used this kit a lot
So it's definitely opened already, but you can do an essential oil kit where you get eleven essential oils
and then you also get a diffuser of your choice for the
price of like literally a half 50% off
I mean
I have people that get the kit then they go back and buy the kit again to get the second diffuser and the oils again
And so in that kit you're gonna get um dress away. I'm gonna just go over them quickly stress away
This is my favorite every three days if I go without it, I'm a hot mess. I
Like to talk about is
Digested as supporting digestion. That's what I guys does it helps support digestion
The next one there are five
Vitality oils in the kit and those are because you can use essential oils three ways
You can either use them aromatically in your diffuser because once you go ailee
Most of us got rid of like all of our plug-ins all of our candles all of our air fresheners
Because you really should not be breathing in those chemicals and you're gone

The second way is to put them on topically and so I have my little this is my little oil bag. I carry in my
Pocketbook with me and as you can see there are roll lines that you come by from Young Living directly
In fact stress away does come as a roll-on and I just put it on like this or topically is the second way
You also make your own roll ons and then the third way
Like I said is by ingesting them and once people become a member

Live if you ever want me to to turn all the things that each of these oils do and a little bit death
But for the sake of tonight, like I said, I'll just kind of you know
Talk about that as one of the kids and any of our products you're gonna look at seed to see calm

Amino acid filled type B vitamin drink and it's actually made from the woof berry

It's not just a juice from concentrate
But what it does is it has a lot of B vitamins which boost your energy?

So I have glass bottles in each of my bathrooms with some distilled water some widget and some essential oils. I
Never have to buy Glade again. I'm never forget couponing. I'm not even buying those things anymore
And so that I became a little bit more
like more knowledgeable as like the like once you
You know become a member and you get a virtual office and you can like order any time
I also started discovering like the promos every month like they send you a ton of stuff every month
So one each month when I and you get points back the longer you do it's kind of like a you know
I pick joke that it's my healthy barkbox only instead of for my pet. It's for me, but it's like
And every month from Young Living we're just like, you know to whether you do, you know any of those?
Hellofresh or whatever. Yes
we box and so I
started getting free
free oils and
Supplements and things like that with it and not only that I get points back every time every month I get 20 now
I'm at a point where I get 25% back so every month, I might even spend like $300
But I get 75 points back to spend and I'm buying all my makeup on my personal care products and my oils so for me
it was a win-win like
saving money
And I'm gonna do a video I intend on taping it this week about how you can save money
making for instance
One of the things is a homemade fix moisturizer and if you fall a freebie for any mom or any length of time
you know, I have a slew of
homemade beauty and skincare
Recipes and I have made the homemade face moisturizer here recently
I've made the lotion bars, which my husband actually really loves although you'd come the other night
You don't wanna smell like coconut like well, I can put another oil in there

Like I hate to say this was like badass entrepreneurs, you know, that's what we do
Like we're gonna totally turn them into like stay-at-home
Mom aunt you're like mom boss and that yeah, I really pride myself on with my team is like really helping moms
like
you know be able to do this from the convenience of their home and
not be away from their kids all the time and be or to be able to take their kids with them like a
Convention, you know this year Utah on there was a whole room of check-ins for strollers
I mean
That's it. Young Living really is the ultimate dream job for a mom that wants to stay at home with their kids
and so they can come in so many women and our company have retired their husbands it just
It brought them on board. Yeah, I mean, it's it's unreal, honey
And the thing is these are people that are personal friends with this isn't even like yeah times
We think like oh, that's that can happen to them that can't happen to me
And that's I really want women to understand his note that can happen to you

XYZ or you know pretty much that like a lot of them just feel as though they would stay at my mom

I get a lot of this kind of comments from people just saying I really just need to make some extra money and
How can I do that?
