Hey everyone and welcome back to my channel

Thank you so much for all the feedback from my first video

And if you haven't watched that video yet and the link is in the description below

so last time we talked about the restart system and this video is leading on from that as we're presenting the

Alternatives to that system don't be fooled. It's still scary and it's still unreliable we're talking about

dating or marriage apps

So I use Valentine's Day to ask my Instagram about their experiences on these apps

So before I get into the rest of this video

I need to thank you to everybody who contributed

at its people so since we're talking about apps as an alternative to the wrister system i'm gonna start off by talking about which apps

Actually allow you to find

People who may match the criteria that your parents are looking for

So as well as the specifically designed absolute community

Whether that's must match and Minda if you're Muslim or apps like dill mill for brown kids of any religions

More mainstream apps such as fumble and hinge or actually catching on to the fact that people would prefer to filter

Based on religion and so they're offering that tool in that app as well

So before I get into the do's and don'ts of these apps, I just want to point out a few things

first of all, just because it's a Muslim specific app does not mean that

people on that aren't necessarily going to be as serious as you

Expect them to be and it also doesn't mean that you're going to be immune from being

asked for

Inappropriate pictures or asked inappropriate things if you have any experiences on these apps which match up to anything that I'm about to say then

Please comment below or send this to your friends who have been through this as well another point to remember

Is that the same uncertainty that comes with a rooster system is there in the apps because you have no contact with these people

You don't know what they're like in the real life

You don't know what their families are like their friends are like another point to remember is that most of these apps are based on

Location. So if you are based in an area where you don't meet many people that would match your type

Then the chances of you meeting them online are

Just as slim so I asked on my Instagram and you shared your experiences

So let's get into the do's and don'ts of the online profile. So apparently the

Picture and the bio are equally important to different people

So in order to maximize your chances of meeting someone who you will actually click with it's vital that you pay attention

And make an effort with both the photograph and the bio. This is according to a highly scientific

Instagram poll so let's start with photos

Do you make sure that you have photos that show your face clearly?

and that means not hiding your face with sunglasses or a hat or

Cloud if you smoke do you make sure that you smile in your photos? No pouting? No

scary movies if you're a guy which is apparently a really popular look no snapchat filters this goes for guys and girls

Find the right angle

This goes specifically for the guys girls tend to find their angles quite early on in life

or they have friends who tell them what their angles are slightly less early in life guys photos from below and never

fluttering

Do you realize that this is the angle that girls use?

when they're sending photos that they intend to be ugly to their friends all it looks like is that you

accidentally opened your phone camera on the selfie mode and

Decided to upload that photograph for some reason another one is the transformer

Why are all of your photographs of a car were you lost and trying to find your place to Facebook marketplace?

Are you the car?

Is this BMW going to morph into a human that is as she can be able to have a relationship do upload?

pictures of yourself alone

No group photos because that's just confusing and by the time we work out

Which one is actually you we've probably already seen that one of your friends is better looking

And no pictures with the kids because I get that you're trying to show that you're good with kids

But why are you not protecting? This child's privacy?

And why using this child's to get cuffed?

Not cool

My final tip for the photos is to make sure that you have one which shows who you are in a different context

so that might be a place that you've traveled to a hobby that you have or

Even what you're like at work if someone has this in common with you, it's a great way to start a conversation

But you know what's even easier to start a conversation?

The bio which is why my number one don't for the bio is ask me

What am I supposed to ask you about you have given me no further information. You've given me nothing to

Start a conversation about all this says is that you can't carry a conversation because you don't like words all that

You think that your photos are enough you that confident?

Really now another don't for the bio is to use jokes that you have googled

Guess what other people on the app are using the same jokes and it just looks like you're unoriginal

examples of these are

Trying to leave a single market before Britain does just looking down at my phone looking for a reason to stop looking at my phone

Another big no for your bio is to spend the whole time

We're talking about what the other person needs to do or what you're looking for before you even start

Explaining what you would bring to a relationship

Another tip for everybody that is on an app

It seems to be that everybody is talking about how they like the gym

They like traveling and they like food

and I'm pretty sure everybody likes traveling and everybody likes food and it seems like everybody except me likes a gym, but

Travel can mean so many different things

maybe talk about a couple of your favorite places rather than just the fact that you like traveling a boozy hotel experience in Dubai is

very different from a backpacking trip across Europe

so be specific about what kind of trouble you do like to do because that says so much more about your personality and

Will be a lot easier to find somebody who is compatible with that

so final point before I wrap up this video is just to make sure that everybody stays safe and if you do

Actually match with someone that you like you start messaging them then

Make sure that they're not I catfished before you start sending any

personal information and photos or

Even before you start getting emotionally attached

Megan Barton-Hanson wouldn't rule out dating a girl after split from her Love Island co-star Wes Nelson

She has called time on her romance with Love Island co-star Wes Nelson after just six months.

And Megan Barton-Hanson, 24, has revealed she wouldn't rule out dating a girl in the future, explaining that she wants to break the taboo surrounding bisexuality.

Quizzed by New! magazine about whether she's also attracted to girls, the star said: 'After this broken heart, I feel like, yeah. 'I've dated girls in the past. It's not like I wouldn't do it.'.

Discussing the taboo surrounding bisexuality, Megan said: 'I think more people who have this platform need to speak out to younger girls honestly, saying things like, "I've had a few sexual partners, I've always practiced safe sex.

I appreciate women and I appreciate men".'. Megan also discussed her split from Wes, 20, saying she realised they wanted different things and he was too young for her.

The blonde beauty was upset when he refused to take a day off Dancing On Ice to help her move her valuables after their flat was burgled.

She also said Wes liking pictures of sexy models on Instagram 'clarifies' she made the right decision and 'shows his age'.

However, the social media sensation insists she has no hard feelings with him and believes it was true love - they just weren't the right match in the long term.

Megan has spoken candidly about her struggle with anxiety and depression in the wake of her break-up. Sharing a video of her empty room recently, the beauty got tearful as she confessed she was feeling completely 'alone'.

She began nervously: 'So, I've never done this before, like posted anything when I'm feeling really really c**p, but I always preach about mental health, not just showing your highlights on Instagram.

'It's been a really tough few weeks, and I've been filming for like two days solid, so my mind's been constantly busy.

'And, now I've come back to this new flat I've moved into alone, and it's just sad to come back to complete silence, and I dunno.

After pausing, Megan heartbreakingly revealed through her sniffles that she had genuinely believed that Wes was 'the one.

She admitted: 'I longed for a boyfriend or a partner for years before I went on Love Island, and then I finally found that - I thought I'd found "the one" so it's just difficult.

'And I know everyone's like "you need to be happy in yourself and love yourself", and I do, and that's what's sad.

'I feel like I'm at such a place in my life that I'm so content and happy that I just wanna be able to share these memories and create a little life and an empire with someone else.
