- Hey, everybody.

Jeff Gellman, Gellman K9 Training with my

"What would Jeff do?" dog training tip of the day.

Tip number 202, proofing.

Guys, how many times are you doing your drills?

Everything, sit, down, place,

structured heel, like holding the dog accountable,

kennel up, come out of the kennel,

default waiting for food,

recall training, and then,

how many times are you doing it around distractions,

low-level, medium-, high-level distractions?

And then, how many times have you proofed

at a higher correction level

for noncompliance of a known command?

Literally, I mean, it's a journey.

Training is a journey.

It's, and if you always keep your dog "under threshold",

you're gonna struggle,

'cause then what happens when,

I don't know,

just anything happens, like the phone rings,

someone knocks on the door, or

a kid runs by or a skateboard, so

you wanna put your, you wanna teach all your basics,

teach all your fundamentals

of all your obedience commands, and then,

massive amounts of repeating of it,

and then, proofing it underneath

eventually, high levels of distractions,

holding your dog accountable,

making sure that they know if they're not

compliant to a known command, there's a consequence.

So, it's a combination of, let's, like, you know,

reward-based stuff to teach, and then, you know,

application of punishment to hold accountable.

I mean, but in hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of times,

technically, thousands of times of the good stuff,

and then holding accountable shouldn't have to be that much,

but it should be meaningful

'cause if you're getting a dog that's a selective listener

or you're getting a dog that's a stubborn,

or if you're getting a dog that you can't always trust,

I mean, that's the magic.

Anytime you see a dog that is

really well trained and well obedient,

chances are, somebody did thousands of repetitions,

thousands.

And it looks sort of the same

each time, meaning, like you're really trying to create

this muscle memory in dogs, this repetitive behavior

in dogs, not robotics, but like,

reliability, reliability and trust.

So, unfortunately, or fortunately,

dogs have a lot of other choices to make out there,

and a lot of it is based on just like,

"Hey, that looks good!

I think I'll like, eh, nobody's watching.

Don't gotta hold it down.

Look, there's a chicken bone ...

half a mile away." (laughs)

So let's start doing that.

If you're not doing 50 reps a day of something,

get your butt going, right?

Get your butt going.

There's no magic to this stuff,

other than hard work, discipline, structure, repetition,

accountability.

So it actually is.

Jeff Gellman, Gellman K9 Training.

Madly in love with you.

I'm in LA.

Talk to you later. Bye.

I'm visiting here for a week.

I'm based in Rocklin.

The billionaire business man with eyes for Chelsea and what's happening now - Duration: 3:19.

Rumours were rife in the summer that Chelsea was potentially up for sale, with the UK's richest man, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, being heavily linked with buying the club from Roman Abramovich

The reasons why were clear - the potential redevelopment of Stamford Bridge had been put on hold with the club citing a 'lack of investment opportunities' as the main reason, while Abramovich's future in the UK was in doubt after he was rejected for a new UK business visa

Ratcliffe already owned Swiss club FC Lausanne-Sport in 2017 and had a season ticket at Stamford Bridge, and back in the summer of 2018 the Daily Mail claimed that Abramovich had rejected a £2billion offer from Ratcliffe

But six months down the line and with Brexit in full swing, reports in the Sunday Times suggest that Ratcliffe is looking to relocate to Monaco in a bid to save a whopping £4bn in tax

Interestingly enough, it was first reported in August of last year that Ratcliffe was relocating to Monaco, despite being a strong advocate of Britain leaving the European Union during the referendum campaign

Ratcliffe was a co-founder of INSPEC and made his money through shale gas, before creating the company Ineos in 1998, a multinational petrochemicals giant

His net worth is estimated to be around £21.05bn, compared to Abramovich's which is reportedly at $11

6bn.  Talk of Abramovich selling Chelsea has quietened down since the summer as the attention switched back to what was happening on the pitch, with the focus now largely on what the Russian will do with Maurizio Sarri as he comes under pressure having dropped out of the top four after a 6-0 thrashing by Manchester City - the heaviest loss in the Abramovich era

But where does this leave Chelsea and a possible purchase in the future?  Ratcliffe's relocation to Monaco means he can still purchase the club should he wish to - just because he's no longer living in the UK doesn't mean he can't buy Chelsea from the comfort of the principality

However, it still doesn't look like Abramovich has any interest in selling the club at this moment in time, meaning it's unlikely Ratcliffe will come back in with a bid any time soon

Introducing the WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF THERE WERE TWO? project!! - Duration: 4:50.

hey again everyone I just wanted to take a few minutes to talk about a new project

that I've been working on something that has been really fun to put together and

in the early days of actually doing it has been really fun to do. So this is

something that I have been calling the what would you do if there were two

project. On its own maybe that name just sounds ridiculous and actually maybe

once I explain it it sounds ridiculous still. But the premise is based on a lot

of things I've gone through lately I was asking people to identify if there's

anything that they've always wanted to do but that they felt a little

uncomfortable doing on their own. And then the whole point of this project is

to say if there is something that you would like to do let me know--you can let me

know privately you can let me know publicly and then we will figure out a

way to get that done. It's a pretty simple premise but it does touch on the

importance of people understanding the impact that doing even small things can

do. As someone who recently came out as pansexual

I understand the total freedom that comes from sharing things . And there are

little things that I've always wanted to do as well: wear makeup, do karaoke. Things

like dyeing our hair or shaving our heads, wearing revealing clothing with

some, there's there's a broad spectrum of things that people have reached out with

wanting to do. Some of the examples so far have been people wanting to get back

into the habit of running in the morning. As a parent and as someone who used to

do marathons and half marathons I can fully attest to how difficult it can be

to do these things and I haven't been a practiced runner in a while. So what we're

doing is one day week setting aside a morning time where me and the other

person will make sure that we go out in our own locations and get our run in.

The first thing that I started was doing yoga with someone else and yoga is now

one that four or five people have come forward with saying that they'd really

like to try. And it's really great because I get to offer the support and I

get to do a lot of things that I've wanted to do as well. And it's important

to note that other people have stepped up as well and said hey I noticed that

this is something that you've wanted to do I'd love to do that with you. I've got

a nail salon day planned for me to go on. Another one that I've got coming up

that I'm really excited that is wearing colorful pants which is what

someone reached out to me for so I'm heading to Old Navy this week to

hopefully I have my eye on a pair of yellow pants with some daisies on them

that I'm hoping to try on hoping that they fit and that I can wear them next

week as a partner in their remote location wears their red pants. And so

this is basically it. This is what the what would you do if there were two

project. It's taking on that very simple idea that supporting others can be

extremely meaningful and extremely important to them accomplishing little

things in their lives. What would I ask of you?

Well I'd love for you to support the project. Like this video, comment on this

video but I think importantly is there anything that you would like to do? I

will leave a contact link below as well where people can get in touch with me

because this doesn't have to be something that you share widely. I would

love to share the things that I'm doing just in case that there are other people

that they're hoping to see this kind of thing but it doesn't mean at all that

whatever you want to do is something that I will broadcast to the world. So

people can absolutely be as upfront about it or as secretive about it and it

doesn't matter to me I just want to help people do things that they've always

wanted to do knowing the wonderful feeling that can come

from finally accomplishing something that's really meant something to you. And

sometimes that thing may be a one-time thing for you and other times it may be

hey I really enjoyed this I'm gonna do this again. It is such a wide collection

of things that people have set forth and to me it really shows that we're all extremely

different and we all have these little things

would love to do and that we would love to be supported in doing. So that's that

that for me is my presentation, my pitch to you to join in on the what would you

do if there were two and if all you want to do is cheer lead the people who are

doing these great things I'll be sharing project pieces that were taking on so

maybe just leave comments on them and say hey this is great this is a really

cool thing to have tried. It doesn't have to be anything that's pumping me up but

I would love for people to show support to the people who are trying something

that they've been a little uncomfortable to do but that they're finding the

strength and conviction and courage to go ahead and do and to understand that

it's really important for us to be able to enhance our identities by taking on

things that are meaningful to us. And not letting societal pressures kind of tell

us that what we want to do isn't important. Because it is extremely

important and it is extremely valid to want to do these things and the only

reason people may not do them is because of the fear of what others may think.

And I think that is crap. So there. What's your thing gonna be? Let me know.

Talk to you later.

What sells on Amazon? | 30+ Items that Sell FAST on Amazon FBA for Great Money! - Duration: 13:57.

Hey everyone, welcome back to my channel today

We're going to be talking all about

Amazon specifically things on Amazon that sell for a lot of money that you may not be aware of

So I love selling on Amazon because I do it in conjunction with eBay and I pick up things for eBay and then I go

Over to the electronics section of the garage sale estate sale

whatever fur store and I go look for

Certain electronic items that I know sell really well for me or other random items that I picked up in the past used

electronics used camera equipment those kinds of things sell really well on Amazon and if you sell

Exclusively on eBay and you don't consider Amazon

I just like to open your eyes to the possibilities of

Like while you're already at the thrift store

Going and looking in the electronics section and finding a few things that you can send to Amazon in the hopes that you'll maybe incorporate

Looking for Amazon FBA items along with your eBay items because I do both and I love doing both

I'll have my ebay items that I photograph and list and store here and then I have my amazon items that I just send off

To the warehouse and then every day I get sales from both platforms

So if I have a slow down ebay I can have a big day on Amazon and vice versa and it's really nice

So if you've been exclusively selling on eBay like pre-owned fashion or whatever

It's extremely helpful to incorporate Amazon stuff into your swift fines as well because you're already there you might as well just go look

Okay, so let's just go ahead and dive into a few of the things

I really look for every single time I go to the thrift or a garage sale. First up is a Roku streaming player

These are kind of older now a lot of TVs already have Roku built into them

So it's slightly outdated technology

but it doesn't matter these things still sound great and

it can even be an older discontinued model and it'll still sell because a lot of people want to keep their old TVs and

Plug in the Roku and then have the accessibility of Netflix and Amazon video and all that kind of stuff. So these sell awesome

They're small

They're easy to ship fees are low and definitely pick it up

If you see it in as a disclaimer

I do test all of my electronics before I send them in because I want the buyer to have a good experience

There will be some returns with electronics. It just happens. Occasionally. You'll take something home

It won't work and that just kind of happens

but if you're in the store and this restore

you can plug it in and see if it at least turns on and then that gives that

Powers on and then you could take it home and test it from there

But it's really not too hard to test this equipment and it doesn't take you long and it's worth it because the margins are crazy

Okay, secondly is a fujitsu scansnap

I've mentioned this before I picked this up at an estate sale for five dollars and it sold for 400

So this is a great find at the very least start putting these brands into your mind as you go

Sourcing fujas is a really expensive and high-end desktop scanner

Look for anything with that brand on it and it should sell pretty well for you. Here's another example of a desktop scanner, brother

These two great used. So I whenever I'm in an estate sale and I go to the office section of that estate sale

I look for things like this desktop scanners

And it kind of maybe even older electronic equipment these do great for me and I pick them up

Now if you're restricted in any of these brands just know it's gonna take time

Selling on Amazon to get unguided in these brands meaning you're gonna have to sell for a little while

you're gonna want to prove to Amazon's algorithm that your metrics stay really good and that you

Have a good sell through rate and that kind of thing before Amazon starts Auto approving you for these brands

And I'm not sure no one's really sure how long it takes a few months a year

Who knows I got and gated in these things a few years ago

So it's not been a problem for me, but that's just something to take into consideration. Don't get frustrated

Just keep your Amazon account and really good standing and pretty soon you will be approved for these brands

I love selling

certain kinds of printers now printers can be annoying because they're really big and if they're out of ink you have to buy ink to

Test them properly and then make sure that they're working and then sometimes they're not and so you're out that money

So I really only go to that effort with printers

When it's something like a photo printer or high-end printer that I know sells for a lot of money

So a while back on Facebook marketplace, I found a Canon photo printer

I took it home tested it it worked great and it's sold for over three hundred dollars

So that's something that you want to consider if it is a printer and it's worth money. It's got a good rank

I personally feel that it's worth going through the steps to test it to make sure it's working properly

But if it's only gonna sell for 60 70 dollars even hundred dollars, I don't even really go to the effort

So go for it at your own risk and see what you can find

But I really do enjoy selling printers proceed at your own risk

It is a little bit of a headache but the payoff can be really worth it Desktop speakers for computers can do really well

Especially if their bows or another high-end brand just look up comparables and the way your gonna look up these items

Anyway is you're gonna turn them around and look at the model number on the back and you're gonna search for that item by saying

and you're gonna search for that item by typing in the brand name and the model number and

Seeing what comes up and that's how you search for things. So I love selling both speakers

They sell really well even the old models sell really well

I sold a parent that I got at a garage sale for over

$80.00 and they were an older style but they still sold great because Bose has that staying power

Here's another example of a bose system that sells really well again

You can generally get one hundred two hundred dollars for these kinds of things

another brand aside from bose

It does well is polk audio so I can't go over every single

Brand of speaker or every single brand of printer that's gonna do well for you

I'm just trying to open your eyes to see the value and looking it up if you can

So if you have the time and something looks kind of fancy

Look up the name look up the model number and see what comes up and you may be surprised

Anytime I see

Xbox 360 controllers I pick them up

They have to be om meaning the original manufacturers model, but if they work they sell really great and really fast

Surprisingly even the wired controllers sell really well and really quickly

So if you see those in the electronics section, you can pick them up for a few dollars

They flip great and quickly and same goes for the PlayStation wireless controllers as well

Those sell really well if you find an Xbox 360 there are many different models

So you're gonna have to look it up, but they sell for great money

I sold so many of these there's the slim model. There is the e model. There are just different models

You're gonna have to look up and get used to there are some that are 250 gigabytes some that are 4 gigabytes

So it'll take some knowledge to know exactly what kind of model you're selling

but I found the easiest way to find out is to

Turn your Xbox around open the back and if it has like this big fat 250 gigabyte cartridge in it

That means it's a 250 gigabyte model. It it doesn't that's the four gigabyte model

So just be aware of the difference there and the same goes for PlayStation 3s

I sold so many of these but there's different models

So you just have to learn to look up the model number and see how many original gigabytes that came with

There's the 500 gigabyte model a 320 gigabyte model

so just make sure you're aware that there are different varieties of

PlayStation 3s and both sell great and while we're talking about video game consoles

Let's talk about the Wii the Wii U sells really well the Wii itself though has gone down in value

I used to be able to flip those for over $100 every single time, but now they're they've dropped in value

So if you do pick it up and you can for a couple bucks, go ahead and do it

But I honestly wouldn't pay more than $10 for a Wii now

Let's talk video games video games are everywhere and it can be really hard to tell which ones are worth money. And which aren't

basically if you see Zelda Mario

Pokemon Mario Kart, those are all worth money

Although the most popular games are probably going to sell for decent money zelda ocarina of time for nintendo 64 sells great

Majora's Mask sells for even more and it's so nostalgic for me because my brother and I used to play this cranked up

Goldeneye for n64 sells really well, so if you see those game cartridges, you may need to look them up manually

But just know if it's popular if it's nostalgic, it's probably worth decent money

I see these at garage sales all the time parents are getting rid of their kids old systems and old games and I'll just pick

Up all of them and piece them out and sell them for great money. Same goes for the Nintendo GameCube

This is a really unique console and it sells really well and really quickly as well as certain games that go with it

Zelda windwaker sells really well Mario Kart Double Dash sells really well. So look out for those games. You'll know

it's a GameCube game because it's a teeny tiny disc, but they tend to sell great I once picked up a

Gamecube and five of the most popular games

I believe it was Wind Waker and Double Dash and Luigi's Mansion all of these games

Total for $50 on Facebook marketplace and I pieced it out and sold everything for over two hundred and fifty dollars

So it was a great fun game cubes are awesome. Even the old PlayStation 2 console

I've sold so many of these the price has definitely gone down a little bit, but they're nostalgic 60 bucks

You can pick it up for a few dollars and test it and see that it's working

Then you're in a good position to make some pretty good money

So there are some really rare games are hard to find games that are worth a lot of money

It's just gonna take some knowledge to know which ones those are but one to look out for is Pokemon Stadium for n64

that does awesome one small trick is to know that

RPG games or like role-playing games fantasy games

very unique role-playing games do really well

so if you ever see that that's something to gravitate towards things like sports games that come out every year those just don't do as

Well historically speaking. There's a few that are rare. Yeah, role-playing games Pokemon

Those do great the handheld games like the Nintendo 2ds 3ds

Those do pretty well you can get them for a few dollars in yardsale

Again, you're gonna find parents who are just telling their kids stuff and want to get rid of it

And I've picked up a ton of these game consoles and video games and they've done great for me

Government hiking GPS is so not only our Garmin GPS is that you would put up in your car still selling for decent money

But Garmin hiking GPS is do awesome

and I was lucky enough last year to find two of these for $5 each and they sold for

$200 each like the day they hit the warehouse

So these are really really in high demand a lot of outdoor enthusiasts love these because they can use them anywhere

Okay, VCRs can do awesome

But if you really want to look out for the one that's the moneymaker

It's the VCR DVD combo units that do really well and make a lot of money

So I would gravitate towards those or the VCR DVD

Recorders those do really well also, especially this Funai combo DVD VCR player

I've sold this many times whenever I find it. It's got like a distinct look and I love selling it

So as you can see

The VCR DVD recorders are really really expensive

And even though it's outdated technology people still really want it I get asked all the time

Do you sell VCRs without the remote and there's so much controversy around it to be honest?

Yeah

I do and I just disclose it doesn't have the remote and

Sometimes it's a problem with the buyer very rarely. If it is they return it and it's not a problem with the next buyer

So we all move on with our lives. So sending it without the remote at your own risk if you want

I personally send the middle without and it's been fine

But do what you feel good about and hey bonus if it comes with the remote, that's extra awesome speaking of remotes

Though universal remotes do really well, especially the ones that you can just tell have the little screen on them. Those do awesome

I recently sold them for a hundred and twenty dollars so they sell great and they're pretty easy to spot because they're big and they

Have that little screen at the top

Occasionally, you'll come across these cordless phone sets and they do really well. You just have to double check that everything works

It can be a little bit of a headache

So be careful with which models you pick up and if it's new in the box or in the box like new

That's usually when I pick something like this up because then I don't have to mess with it too much

But if they're all separate they can be a little annoying to box up yourself

But still there are some sets that are gonna be worth your time because they sell for decent money Cricut cartridges

I love selling Cricut cartridges. I find these a lot here in Utah. It's a big scrapbooking state

I pick up Cricut machines a lot. But I also love the cartridges. They're small easy to ship

So convenient and a lot of them go for really good money

so I pick them up whenever I see them once I picked up a huge lot of Cricut cartridges and the

Cricut machine itself all for like hundred dollars and parted out

Everything sold for like two thousand because all of the Cricut cartridges themselves sold for fifty plus dollars. It was a great day

So be on the lookout for certain Cricut cartridges some sell for a lot more than others Superman Batman

The calligraphy those all do pretty well, you'll just start getting an eye for it

But also just can the barcode and the price will pop up

I still sell a lot of textbooks on Amazon whenever I find them and they sell for great money

So ones that I look out for our textbooks if I've ever just at a garage sale or yard sale

I'll just scan whatever books they have and if they're worth money, I'll pick them up

So I don't scan as much at thrift stores as I used to because I focused on more things and my time is so limited

I couldn't just focus on the books

But I still really like finding awesome textbooks and I just can add to my inventory and lets out

Okay, also Iomega zip drives so great. So I always pick those up

I found a bunch of them and estate sale one time for two dollars each and they sold for over a hundred each

So these are great to find as well as any kind of floppy disks older discs those sell awesome really fast

So definitely pick those up if you see them

Especially if they're new in the box if the disc cuz I've been open you just don't know what's on them

So I steer away from those, but if I see like a sealed set of disks

That's just easy money and same with the zip drives. Those are easy money as well as always everyone

What Are Higher Dimensions? | The #WednesdayWisdom Show - Duration: 15:13.

It's the Wednesday wisdom show and you need to know - What are higher dimensions?

What are higher dimensions and how can they be related to spirituality?

Are they related to spirituality?

How do we even think about dimensions that are different from the experience that we

have?

What would being in contact with other with other higher dimensions do to our quality

of life?

Why would a person want to pursue changes in perception of reality.

Why would a person want to pursue changes in perception of reality that might come from

contact with other, greater, more inclusive dimensions?

Before we talk about that I'd like to share a video from a few years ago, a short thing,

and then I'll come back and we'll talk about it.

In our current perceptions we think of other states as being out there - like out in space

and we use the term other dimensions but still because we can never really imagined anything

except according to forms already existing in our mind, you know, as a result of the

experiences that we've had, we project those forms out there.

But, all those projections aren't out there.

They're just an entertaining rehash of our current level of perception.

Because we always imagine in terms of time and space.

But that's just the stuff of science-fiction and even the limitation of leading-edge science.

Quantum physicists already admit openly that they can only describe the boundary of human

perception, but they can't penetrate it or escape it.

So what other way is there to experience?

What do other higher dimensions really mean?

Which way is up?

Which way is out?

Take a look at this thing.

You ever seen one of these before?

If you haven't then you should really get out more.

If you've never seen one of these things then it looks to you like a random spattering of

marks.

Maybe there's a pattern, but if there is it's completely abstract, right?

Actually it's not abstract at all.

Every mark in the pattern serves a purpose and the purpose can't be achieved without

it.

This is a 3D image and it's encoded into two dimensions, and if you use your sense of sight

the way that you normally do you won't be able to see the 3D picture.

But there's a method.

You have to get up close to the screen and allow your - no, really, get up close to

the screen allow your eyes to go out of - no closer.

Put your nose right against the screen - Yeah good.

Nice nose! and then pull back your head slowly without refocusing your eyes.

So now if you succeed then you see the picture, it appears to you.

So it's obvious now that the higher dimension always existed along with the lower one right?

and that the lower one could only have been created with the knowledge of what image should

have be contained in the higher one.

Now think about this - The idea to create such a thing as a three-dimensional image

hidden in a two-dimensional drawing that would give you the pleasure of effort and discovery

and revelation - That comes from an infinitely higher and qualitatively different dimension!

One that you could never have imagined by just focusing on dots separated in space on

the screen.

And that thought is encoded into the 2D image.

So you see, each higher state is more inclusive, more creative, less material and more caring

and intentional.

Kabbalists who have penetrated the highest state tell us that it is absolute love.

Of course we only get there if we want it enough to learn how to do it.

Our experience of ourselves as separate individuals in this world, one amongst billions, is not

at all what it appears to be.

We are created and managed by a single intention and whether we're aware of it or not, all

of that is being managed and connected by this single thought.

The dimensions that we imagine are actually just the ascendance from the perception of

separation through a shared intention that reconnects the parts, makes them more and

more like the cohesive quality behind the whole structure that this intention created.

And, to climb that in our relationships with each other is to ascend those dimensions.

We talk about the infinity, space being infinite or that there are infinite dimensions that

physicist talk about, theoretical physicist talk about, but infinity and eternity according

to Kabbalists is not an aspect of quantity.

Innumerable is not something that has to do with number.

It is IN-numerable.

In other words there is a flip.

Something cannot be counted and cannot be measured - and when it can't be counted and

measure then what is it?

It is a quality.

How we understand quality, this is truly what makes us not understand and grasp dimensions

or the transition from a lower dimension to a higher dimension.

The more inclusive this quality is, that is without the expression of separation - the

higher it is.

So what did we see in that video?

We saw that separate shapes are nothing but the multiplicity of boundaries, borders around

a quality.. that turn it into a number.

Once it's turned into a number like that it loses all memory, all sense of what it actually

is and everything appears to be abstract and random.

We also saw that by blurring that picture of thousands and thousands of shapes through

our vision into a general picture, we start to look at the whole thing as though it were

one thing - we're looking at it qualitatively in this blur of vision and eventually the

quality of what is there in that field can present itself - the 3D picture appears we

are relating to the commonality, to what quality exist in that field.

We also saw that it is not possible that the particles that were experiencing themselves

as separate could possibly have organized the picture that appeared when we looked at

it in a qualitative form.

That knowledge of what to organize, in what way, so that it would both be an expression

of a field and also able to express itself as a collection of individuals - had to come

from what you would call a qualitative dimension that is higher than that.

And in that higher dimension would be the knowledge of what the outcome would be - how

could things be both individual and united?

The thought of what would happen to us as we individuals rose up, the individual particles

rose up into that general field and discovered that there was something qualitative there,

and that the identity of the individuals was not only what they had originally thought,

perceive themselves as, but that they're actually at home in this entire inclusive higher dimension

- that experience was given as part of the design.

And finally, this highest dimension is one that gave this entire creation that we're

looking at in the 3D picture, gave it its meaning and direction.

So there is an ultimate intention behind this whole thing and the beginning and the end

of the experience come from and resolved back into this intention - to do good, to give

pleasure in this entire experience.

It's that we are seeking for in spiritual dimensions, in the changes that we go through

in perception of reality.

They have to do completely and only with connection.

As we reconnect to what we have in common we ultimately find the Creator behind the

entire system.

And when we're involved that way, even if we're just searching for it, we I partake

of that quality of the Creator and we also pass it on to the levels and the dimensions

below us.

That's what we're after.

That's what enlightenment is, and that's what higher dimensions are.

They're not just there only to satisfy our curiosity, but to give us the capability to

do the same thing, to pass on that good.

A few days ago, last Thursday, Friday, into the weekend, a large group of Kabbalistic

students gathered together in the desert in Israel to go through this precise process

with each other.

They gathered together to build connections of love that match the intention behind the

system that created a human life and the world that we see.

They gathered together in order to climb up from separation to that shared field and to

make bonds of love, real love between them and between all of us particles and the Creator

that impelled the creation that we live.

They did that because all of those particles that we see - all the other people - they

are our soul.

They're all managed by the thought of the Creator and what we need to do to live a happy

and fulfilled life is to feel not just that we are individuals but to feel, actually experience

directly, experienced that there is this connective force and that this force is what life actually

is.

TAURUS | FULL MOON IN VIRGO | I SAID WHAT I SAID TAURUS!!! - Duration: 18:55.

hey Taurus welcome back to my channel this is your reading for the full moon

in Virgo thank you to all my new subscribers and welcome any new viewers

always big love to my day ones so this will be a general reading for Taurus Sun

Moon and Rising I don't remember if I said that so it because it's general you take

what messages resonate and you leave the rest so let's see what's happening with

Taurus for this full moon in Virgo let's see spirit guides what messages do you have for

Taurus for this full moon in Virgo what message do you want me to share with

Taurus Sun Moon and Rising signs for full moon in Virgo

okay bottom of the deck for Taurus is Seven of Swords but like somebody's

trying to get away with something here

Taurus okay interesting so you this for this full moon Taurus Death reversed that

is being influenced by The Hangedman reversed so Taurus watch out for any

instances of martyrdom watch out for victimization also what is it that you

need to let go of what is it you need to release so that you can learn a lesson

and move forward there is some blockage here where it's like either you're

rushing through a healing process you're missing a point but there's something

that is being blocked from completing it's like you're not taking the time to

absorb to learn the lesson or you might be again giving off this air of

martyrdom in some kind of situation like you're carrying a load

that's not yours you're doing it so I don't know it doesn't it could quite

possibly be for selfish reasons watch out for that Taurus your recent past

Queen of Swords so I don't know if you you've been dealing with a woman or a man who

embodies these energies very discerning very focused very no-nonsense

very straight down the line might not necessarily gel with how you see things

how you're dealing with situations you might even possibly be taking it as this

person is like bossing you around or telling you how to get on with things and you

don't necessarily like their flow so it's like you've stuck your hooves in you

know and it's that sense of being stubborn type of vibe you being very

defensive being very defensive being very it's like I've done all of this

you know look at what I've done acknowledge what I've done but it's you

you're stuck on this energy and it's stopping you from moving forward so you

want them to acknowledge something you've done in the past but you're stuck

there so you've done all these amazing things but then what what's next

you know what I mean there's no need to defend yourself or be defensive does

that make sense Taurus

conscious mind is Two of Wands and your subconscious - Ace of Cups reversed so

this whole situation has you feeling

emotionally overwhelmed and I the get word stubborn stubborn keeps coming to mind I

feel like the way how you're seeing this situation is blocking you from moving

forward here you are carrying this load this is your Word of Advice Ten of

Wands and I think I spoke about this for your new moon reading either your new

moon or your full moon before where it was like I got this vibe that you were

doing something or feeling as if you're doing you you were doing something out of

obligation as opposed to something you felt passionate about and it was the

same type of vibe the same type of energy so I don't know if this is

leaking over now into this reading but you carrying this load I'm sure it was

your last reading carrying this load that might not even necessarily be yours

let me clarify for you maybe that's why you're Death is reversed because

this situation is still carrying on the sense of martyrdom obligation resentment

okay spirit guides clarify the 10 of Wands for Taurus Sun Moon and

Rising signs The Lovers reversed so there's watch your reasoning

behind doing things you know make sure that it's Five of Wands so strife this sense of

competition like trying to one-up always trying to one-up this other

person or whatever this situation is this load that you're carrying that's

not you don't feel connected to it there's no harmony flowing and your

reasoning behind it might not necessarily be for the most positive

purpose your External Influence is Ten of Pentacles reversed so I don't know if

this is maybe you're dealing with an elder and oh like a parent relative

somebody who has a great standing within the community or your home environment

our tribe your group okay let's see spirit guides can you clarify the Ten of

Pentacles for Taurus Sun Moon and Rising for this full moon for their External

Influences you give more information about the Ten of Pentacles reversed

King of Cups reversed so again this feeling of very heavy emotions

guilt-tripping type of energies and I'm sure this is the same type of vibe that

came up in your last reading Taurus so it still seems to be carrying on here Eight

of Cups look at him walking away from those cups walking away from that emotional

draining energy that King of Cups energy reversed overwhelming energy some sense

of codependency even thank you Eight of Swords pulling the strings

in the background type of vibe Taurus I think last time I said to you that you

need to make sure that whatever you do that you're doing it from a place of

authenticity and truth and even though you we all have responsibilities and

some to some level obligations if you are being put in a position that you

find yourself sacrificing yourself in a truly truly negative way that

doesn't it doesn't support you you know you need to speak up you need to you

know be you put your foot down and with all due respect if this is an elder you

know somebody you that's near and dear to a parent you know of course you

feel an obvious sense of obligation and responsibility but at the same time this

full moon in Virgo is about you taking care of yourself where are you leaking

energies to a point where you're sacrificing yourself

where it's not for the highest good of anybody involved you know where nobody

is winning there you have to like bring some air into this earth right now it

feels very heavy heavy type of vibe disharmony there's some heads you know

butting type of energies so your Hopes are Fears Taurus Two of Pentacles

reversed again wanting to bring that balance you want to be the one to bring

that sense of comfort and security and stability to the situation but at the same

time you find yourself your being knocked being knocked feel off-kilter there's no

flow it's almost like there's a there's there's no flow of energy it's a one-sided

situation and that will only lead to explosions I reckon

and you don't want it to get to that stage ok so spirit guides please clarify the

Two of Pentacles Hopes and Fears for Taurus Two of Pentacles reversed Two of

Swords peace where you take the blindfold off open up your heart center you

communicate openly you ask for assistance from other family members or

your friends community members you lighten your load like I said I'm sure

in the last reading to you Taurus

balance as well Nine of Cups reversed no more sacrificing self you know

everybody else happy and you just giving away yourself giving away giving away -

for what what's the benefit of it at the end of the day your Final

Outcome Taurus is Two of Cups reversed sorry Three of Cups reversed Three of

Cups reversed there's no harmony here there's no happiness here there's no

celebration there's it's like it's too much it's too many too much input not

enough too much possibly too much verbal input not enough actual support

Three of Swords reversed so this is threes two threes reversed no balance

disharmony but also when I see 3 of Swords reversed I get that feeling of you

knowing that there's a need for some for dialogue to happen you know

that there's a need for some change to happen for some balance to come in and

if there is somebody on the outside as well who is stirring the pot that needs

to be confronted that needs to happen

Ace of Swords reversed at the bottom of the deck you're not being heard I don't

think or I feel like you don't feel like you'll be heard and also go back to what

I was saying before watch out for a sense of martyrdom Prince of Wands so Knight

of Wands gotta take control of the situation you gotta take control of your life your

reality you know Two of Pentacles reversed yeah again so it showed up here

twice struggling to maintain balance

so again I ask to whose benefit because if you're not good if you don't take

care of yourself or you want to take care of others if you don't nurture

yourself how are you going to take care of others let this situation die it's

come up the last time and it's here yet again Taurus okay

let's see what the moon cards have to say so spirit guides what other message do you have for Taurus

for this full moon in Virgo Taurus

message you have for Taurus Sun Moon and Rising signs for the full moon in

Virgo

okay Expect Powerful Change new moon eclipse and at the bottom Emotions Are

Running High so you don't want this to turn out to be like some kind of huge

explosive situation deal with things head-on stop trying to run

away from the situation because it won't smooth itself out you need to speak

up you need to let the situation

resolve and the only way you can do so is by dealing with it head-on and

stop trying to run away stop trying to play a victim or you know be recognized

but at your expense and at the expense of everybody actually there's is there's no

real win situation with this you know giving away yourself leaking energies

out Virgo full moon take care of self charity begins at home

so that's your message Taurus if the messages have resonated drop a comment

below like share subscribe if you haven't and yeah Taurus just things will

be alright just deal with the situation at hand yeah so happy full moon in Virgo

and I will see you guys soon laters bye

Liverpool news: Bayern star Robert Lewandowski reveals what he's heard ahead of showdown - Duration: 2:49.

Liverpool host Bayern Munich in the first leg of their Champions League tie at Anfield tonight

The Reds will be aiming to make the knockout stages of Europe's top club competition again after reaching last year's final, where they were beaten by Real Madrid in Ukraine

Bayern Munich started the season sluggishly under Niko Kovac but have hit their stride recently, winning games against Hertha Berlin, Schalke and Augsburg in recent weeks

Anfield is primed to be a cauldron of noise - and it often is on big Champions League evenings

Lewandowski has never played on Merseyside. But the Poland international has revealed that he has heard great things about the Anfield atmosphere

When asked if he's heard about the atmosphere, Lewandowski told BBC Sport: "Yes I've heard a lot

"And I love it when I can play in a stadium like Anfield with the fans. "Maybe the fans will be against me but I love this and I love this feeling

"  Lewandowski also believes the contest will be tricky given Liverpool's current form

The striker added: "Of course it will be a very difficult and tough game. "We know Liverpool are on top in the Premier League, they are playing really well

"But it's the Champions league, something special, and we also know we have very good and quality players

"We also have to think about what we should do.  "Ok the first game is in Liverpool but this is the Champions League, anything can happen

"You have to be ready and you have to play from the first to the 95th minute at 100 per cent

Maybe even 100 and ten per cent, and to be ready." Lewandowski came close to moving to England twice earlier in his career

Had it not been for the volcanic ash from the eruption of Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajokull, he would have signed for Blackburn Rovers in 2007

And he was once a Manchester United transfer target for Sir Alex Ferguson, only for the Red Devils to move for Robin van Persie in 2012 instead

Handmade Photography Tips: What Apps Should You Use To Edit Your Handmade or Etsy Product Photos? - Duration: 10:29.

As you know,

product photography is one of the most important things when it comes to selling

your handmade products online.

Although you can't really fix a very bad picture with just a few simple editing

touches,

it is really easy to take a photo from meh to really good looking and

professional looking with an editing app.

In this video I'm going to share with you my top two favorite apps when it comes

to editing your handmade product photography;

plus one bonus one that almost made it to the top of the list but not quite yet

- and I'll explain why.

Let's dive in.

Hi there!

I'm Deb and I'm the founder of Tizzit.co where I help handmade shop owners start

and grow successful handmade businesses.

Today I'm very excited to talk to you about handmade product photography because

it's a critical element when it comes to making sales online.

You can do everything you want on social media and marketing and get as much

traffic as you want to your shop with amazing SEO.

But no matter what you do,

if your pictures aren't professional looking enough,

then you're not going to be able to make sales.

And when it comes to picking the right editing app,

there's so many options out there!

Some are very complex and very overwhelming to use.

Some are maybe almost on the other side - overly simplified,

and so they don't give you as many options and they make your images look

obviously retouched,

which is something that we want to stay away from.

Some are free,

some are paid...

So,

what should you use?

My number one recommendation is Lightroom.

Lightroom is a software by Adobe that is often mistaken for Photoshop.

People get a little bit confused about the differences between Lightroom and

Photoshop.

To be honest,

when I studied graphic design and photo editing,

I dived straight into Photoshop.

I'd used Photoshop for a long time before I even actually looked at what

Lightroom had to offer.

And once I did...

Well,

I'm barely using Photoshop anymore,

and the reason for that is that Lightroom does everything you'd need to do.

It really covers it all,

but it's not as complicated to use and the menu is a little bit simpler than in

Photoshop.

I'm not saying that Lightroom is a simplified or an inferior version of

Photoshop.

They are actually two different types of software and you can't really compare

them because they do different things.

But Lightroom is really the best choice if you're going to dive into editing

your pictures and you really want to step up your game when it comes to product

photography.

The reason I love Lightroom for is that it's a very professional software.

You will find as many tutorials online as you need to really help you learn how

to use it and you don't need to learn everything about it.

There's literally maybe 10 features that you need to understand and to apply to

your pictures.

Maybe you'll end up picking only five little corrections that you know you have

to consistently do every time you take new pictures of your product,

and that's really it.

So I don't want you to feel overwhelmed because it's an Adobe software and start

thinking,

'this sounds too complex for me' because it really doesn't have to be.

It's already much easier to use than Photoshop and you don't even need to use

the entire software.

Some really good features that I really like is the ability to organize your

photos in collections and you can add tags to your pictures so you could name

them by collection or by category of products so that when you want to go back

into the software,

you can find pictures really easily.

I love that you can apply the same set of changes and editing touches to all of

your products.

For example,

if you took product pictures on a Tuesday afternoon - it doesn't really matter

that it's a Tuesday,

but on an afternoon where it was really cloudy - or for some reason you need to

touch up all your pictures,

your white balance and some color and tone adjustment,

it's most likely going to need to be the same way on each picture.

Instead of going to each picture and trying to do the same settings again,

you can really just synchronize those changes across your entire photo shoot,

so it saves you a lot of time.

Of course you can save your settings to be reused later or you can use presets

that you can find that other photographers are making and that you can use

really easily inside of the software.

And of course you can do everything else,

you know,

quickly crop and resize and do all of those color adjustments,

white balance adjustment,

erasing dust or maybe a crease or something on your background...

and so much more!

It comes at a cost,

which is $10 a month or $9.99 or something like that,

and when you get the Lightroom subscription,

you actually also get Photoshop.

As I was saying,

you don't have to use it,

but it's there.

So Lightroom is not free,

but if you ask me,

it is completely worth it.

Remember that your photos really are what dictates your sales when it comes to

selling online.

So to me it is worth spending $10 a month on that one tool that's going to

really allow you to make sales or make more sales.

And it is worth also the one day or one weekend that you're going to spend

learning how to use the software because once that's done,

you're really not going to need to learn much more than that.

Your style of editing is most likely going to be the same for each collection

and for each product,

and once you know what works for your setup and for your product,

it's actually easy to use Lightroom.

So that's my first recommendation.

App number two is Snapseed.

This one is free and I love this app so much!

The only thing that's maybe a little disappointing with it is that it's only

available on your smartphone.

They have an app for iPhone and whatever the other one is,

but there is no desktop version.

That's a little bit of a disappointment,

but at the same time,

most of you are probably just using your phone to take pictures of your products

because phones these days really are good enough to do that and they have really

good cameras in them.

If that's you and you're not using a DSLR or a proper camera and you're just

using your smartphone,

then this app might do the trick for you and it's completely free,

so that's always a bonus.

What I love about this app is that it's very intuitive and it's very easy to

use,

yet it does a great job at editing your pictures.

It's very comprehensive and it offers a lot of options and features.

You're not going to need or use all the options that they have,

but you're also not going to feel overwhelmed by the amount of options because

of the way the app has been created.

It's a great little app.

I can't recommend it enough.

It's free too,

so if you just want to give it a go,

download it today,

play with it on a couple of pictures and see how you feel.

When I first started this video,

I mentioned an app that almost made it to my top recommendation list but not

quite.

This app that is still worth mentioning is called PicMonkey.

The reason I looked into this app and I was really interested at first is that

it's not only an editing app so you can of course edit your pictures with it,

but it also is a graphic design app for people who aren't graphic designers.

It's a really good combination because it means you can edit your pictures and

also create graphics when you have a sale or promotion and need a banner or pins

or a quote for Instagram - anything like that.

I really like that they did everything and I was really hoping that I was going

to fall deeply in love with it,

but I kind of didn't.

And the reason for that is that it's still $8 a month to purchase PicMonkey and

it's not quite as good as what Lightroom and a free app like Canva for graphic

design would let you do.

So it's not nearly as good,

but it is kind of the same price.

It's only $2 difference and for that reason it doesn't make my recommendation

list.

But as you can tell,

I still kind of like this app.

I just think that in terms of editing your pictures they're maybe on the side of

trying to oversimplify the use of the app so much that it's not actually really

intuitive and your pictures can end up looking a bit more retouched than they

would with something like Lightroom.

So for that reason it didn't make the top of the list,

but it is just behind and I just wanted to mention it so that you guys can go

and play with it - they have a free trial,

I recommend you just do that and see if it's maybe enough for you.

If it is,

then you have an editing app and a graphic design app all in one,

which is really interesting.

No matter what you do and what you decide, let me know in the comments below:

what are you using to edit your product photography,

or what do you think you're going to start using after watching this video?

I'd love to hear from you,

so make sure to leave a comment just below.

That's it for today,

guys!

I hope this helped and remember,

do what works for you.

Don't be afraid to invest some time and a little bit of money in your product

photography.

I do think that's critical,

but do what works for you.

If you already have an app that works,

that you know how to use and that I didn't mention,

that's totally fine.

Keep using that.

If you've liked this video,

make sure to subscribe.

I release a new video to help you start and grow a profitable handmade shop

every Tuesday.

You can also access my free resource library for makers in business - just below

there's a link for it.

It's completely free and you'll find guides and workbooks and checklists to help

you make progress strategically and really build a handmade business that's

profitable and successful.

I will talk to you next Tuesday.

Bye Bye.

I try to put new content out about every week.

Alright, let's get into our interview today.

Hi Ken, thanks for joining me today.

- Hey, pleasure.

- Great, so what the heck is happening in he real estate

market right now and what should we expect in 2019?

Certainly lots of change.

I mean real estate's always been a changing business.

Everybody's talking about disruption and all

the new companies coming in and buyer programs

in the U.S., certainly lots of change.

I think 2019's going to continue to be, there's going

to be lots of change in the industry, but I think

it's also positive change and I think,

depending on how you handle change,

it can either be a great thing or it can be

a difficult thing.

I think 2019's going to be a great year.

- So, what should agents be doing right now to prepare?

If they feel like the market is going to start

to contract, or it's going to become more

of a buyer's market, what are teams doing

to sort of hedge their position in the market?

- Well, first of all I think what the agents need

to do is to focus on their business,

not all the distractions out there.

They need to have a great plan, as I always talk about,

a great business plan, and they need to follow the plan.

And all the disruption could go on all at once,

but at the end of the day what you need to do

is to follow a plan and not get disrupted

by the new shiny star every time there's a news flash.

You've got to keep straight on your business side.

And I think what you're, I think the agents themselves,

sorry, the market itself, is, I don't think

there's a predictable market at this particular point.

Some markets are really busy in the U.S. and Canada.

Some of the markets are slower right now

particularly because of the weather alone.

Some of the offices have been closed for two or three days

with snow and whatever, but I really believe

that the market itself's going to be good this year.

I don't think you're going to get that huge contraction.

There might be some of the upper upper end

that's not selling quite as quickly, but again,

the market's the market.

For many year, I've been in this business a long time.

For many years it's always gone up and down

and when it's busy and it's crazy busy,

everybody's complaining because they can't get listings

'cause it's too busy, they're selling right away.

And when it's slow they have too many listings.

So really, it's about how you operate and your mindset

and how you operate your business will be

the difference this year.

- Yeah, I think that's such a good point.

No matter what the market somebody turns

it into a competitive advantage, right?

- Absolutely, and that's important, yeah.

- Yeah, and I think, so if agents are concerned

that the market is going to start to contract,

what is the competitive advantage there?

Where can they shift their focus or dig in deeper

to make it a competitive advantage for them?

- Yeah, I think, so there's a few things.

I mean, listings always to me, that controls the situation.

So if you've got listings you've got to make sure

that you're absolutely getting them priced right

and if the market is contracting you've got to talk

to your sellers about bringing the prices down

which will give you competitive advantage

'cause your listings are going to sell.

The issue, most people, they never get to that point

because they don't talk to the sellers enough

and the listings expire.

They don't make any money.

The sellers aren't happy.

So, I think number one, if you want to get

a competitive advantage you got to list

at the right price and if they're not selling

bring the price down.

I think that's really important or adjust the price

according to what your market is.

I think also is a lot of people stop all their marketing,

slow everything down.

I think you got to look at the markets

and continue to market so that people see

you're out there and doing a great job.

There's a couple of thoughts for you.

- I love that.

Let's talk more about marketing.

Where should agents be focusing marketing dollars in 2019?

- Well again, depending on how you built your business,

I mean, some people do a lot more what I call hard

marketing, they're sending out cards, doing that kind

of stuff and then, I have a lot of clients now

that do their business online.

So again, see it's like everything.

You really got to, you got to measure the marketing

that's going out.

In other words, what is the return you're getting?

And what most people do is they just say okay,

we're going to send all this out at this period in time

and hope it works.

But you see, one of the things as I coach people on,

is you've got to adjust to the market.

So, if for example you should be sending more things out

in April, May, June or March, April May, and then

maybe slowing down a little bit in July.

You got to really look at what's giving you the result

and what the efforts that you're putting in

and the product that you're putting out

is giving you in return.

But definitely, I mean, there's obviously a lot more

online marketing, Facebook ads, the Instagram stuff

is going on, all of that is important,

but it's a combined marketing effort

and again, you've got to look at the result

that you're getting on everything.

It can't be just blind.

You got to measure the result.

- I love that, yeah.

Follow the numbers, right?

Follow the numbers and they will tell you

what you need to do next.

The same thing goes with your lead then as well, right?

So, if there are fewer people wanting to list,

how does that impact the way you choose to lead gen

and the kind of numbers you need to hit

in order to reach your goals?

Are you talking to your agents about that right now?

- Yeah, absolutely.

Again, it's based on a business plan.

Because I work with many of the top agents in the world

my people are established somewhat and so, we work a lot

on how do we continue to grow.

How do we continue to get those listings?

But, when we're doing the business plan we're deciding,

okay, this is how many we're going to get.

This is how many we got in the last few years.

And then we're adjusting our plan either up or down.

Most people adjust up and then we decide how much

business the agents are going to do to help us grow obviously.

But most important, I like to look at anyways,

I always encourage people to keep growing

because if you don't grow you get run over.

And so, I'm always encouraging people, keep moving it up,

keep moving it up, and sometimes you have to,

because of less listings, maybe you have

to expand the market.

Maybe you've got to move to another area,

start working in another area to you

to give you that volume.

But again, you got to have this in a plan

and you got to figure out how to do it.

A lot of people just go, oh well, my area is not too busy.

I'm just going to start over here.

Well, it takes time to develop that and it takes

a lot of money to develop it, so you need to do research

to make sure that it's going to give you the return.

In other words, if you start sending out and developing

a farm area that's let's say 5000 homes,

but you don't pay attention to the numbers

and then all of a sudden you look at the numbers

and you realize there were only five homes sold

there last year.

You're now spending thousands of dollars.

You're not going to get a return.

So, I think it's really critical to know your business

and plan your business and know the return.

Like you said, the numbers don't lie.

- Well, I think that's such a great segway

into what I wanted to talk to you about next

which is team building, which again is another

hot topic these days.

I think understanding your numbers is so important there

because, are all teams successful?

Can somebody have a bunch of agents that make you

less money than they could on their own?

Talk about that.

- A lot, a lot.

I always say when I speak that 70% of the teams

make little to no money simply because they aren't teams.

I mean, the definition of team is a group of people

working together in synergy towards a common goal,

yet at the same time people are working towards

their individual goals, but what I find with most teams

when I actually I do these in-offices where I go

and I spend three, four days there and look

inside the team and interview everybody and figure out

why that team, or how that team could make more money

and if it's not how to fix it, that kind of stuff.

Inevitably what I see is probably 70%, 75% of them

are not teams, they're just individuals working together

using a main person, but they're not working

in synergy, they're not working trying to drive

the business.

In other words, each one is just working on their

own thing, not towards the team.

So, really critical as you grow your business,

if you want a team that you have to know everybody

works towards, first of all you got to have the vision

of the company, where you're going.

You have to have core values.

Hey, here's who we are, this is what we're doing.

And then, you have to have that great plan

that I talk about, but you also, if you're going to

have a team, you have to have everybody participating,

everybody having production.

And if they don't have production you have to move on,

you have to get somebody else that's going to.

A lot of teams have trouble not getting rid

of the people that aren't doing anything.

So, I would say if you truly are a team

a good measure of a team is, are you working together?

Is everybody, when they show up in the morning,

do they know the vision of the team?

Do they know where you're tryin' to go?

And are they excited to help the team grow

as much as their individual growth.

I think that's really important.

- I think that's so valuable.

Are there any benchmarks that you give agents?

For example, you should have a profitability of this,

if this is what you need to maintain if you have

a team, otherwise you're below standards.

- Well, profitability is the key to the whole thing.

If you're not making money, why do it?

And yes, there is, and this really varies.

There's different, there's different

levels of profitability.

For example if you don't have a team and you're

an individual agent, well your profitability

should be 60%, 65%, 70%.

But if you're a team I like to look somewhere

and it again depending on the volume of business

that you're doing, somewhere between 35% and 50%.

And 50% is hard to get because you have payouts,

but many of my teams are in the 40% range

of net profit, before taxes.

- I think that's a really important thing to hone in on

because people think, I'll just grab a buyer's agent.

They'll take care of these buyer leads I don't

want to deal with and I'll get 50% of their income

and it'll all just come off the top, right.

But, it doesn't work that way.

So, I think it's so important for people to realize

your profitability's going to go down which means

your volume needs to go up considerably

and so, what are you going to do to invest

in those people that get your volume where it needs to be?

- Right, right and getting the right people on this team

is absolutely critical because if you hire the wrong people

you're going to spend a lot of time managing and I always

say this, I just said it to a client yesterday on a call,

I say that if your team, if you feel like you have

to pull your team along you got the wrong team.

They should be pushing you along.

They should be helping you grow.

And so, I'll always use this thing,

when you're hiring people, so let me just revert back

before I do this about profitability because what I find

with a lot of people is they bring in like you said,

a buyer agent, two buyer agents, then they spend their

whole life worried about, can we give them leads?

Do we have enough leads?

Do we have this?

Do we have that?

But you see, they don't have any expectations

and they don't have any standards on the agent.

So, what happens is the agents come into work.

They're just mouths open, want to be fed, instead

of having a proper business where everybody

on the team, again the word team, is working together

to generate business so that the whole team

can get value from what's happening out there.

So, really critical that you have great standards

for your team and that people that work for you,

everybody's busy, everybody's making things happen

and if they're not they have to go and participate

and get business, too.

So critical because if you don't, no profit.

I get people callin' me all the time sayin' Ken,

I want to coach with you.

You know, we do $3 million GCI.

I go, great, how much money, what's your net profit?

Well, $50,000.

I go $50,000, wow, what are you doing in business?

You're better to sit at home.

Doesn't make any sense to me.

So, volume and GCI are great, but if you're

not makin' any money, forget it.

That's my view.

- I love that and when it comes to hiring buyer's agents

it feels like the majority of them can't cut the mustard

and it's a risk.

You bring this person on, you invest in them,

so what are some of the things that you encourage

your agents to look for when they're considering

bringing a specific buyer's agent onto their team?

What are some red flags?

- Yeah, I mean first of all, my big red flag

with everybody is that if they walk in the door

and they just want to talk about money, it's probably

not a great hire because all they're going to want to do

is talk about money.

I think the most important thing when hiring somebody

is that you have a great value proposition.

In other words, if you're going to bring an agent on

here's all the things we're going to do for you

because they are going to pay you a percentage

of the money that comes into the company.

They have to see the value in order to come

and work for you.

And then, once they come to work for you,

you can't give them all the money because if you give

them all the money you can't have a profitable business.

So what's important, with the red flags first of all,

like I said, are money, but here's what's really

important about getting great agents.

I think they got to come in and love the culture

of the company.

I think they got to really get what you're trying to do.

I think they got to really understand, hey, you know what?

They're really trying to build a great team here

and I get a chance to be part of it.

Not come in like you owe them something, but come in

excited to be there and I would say, really important

when you're interviewing people, to make sure

that the culture fit is there and it's really critical.

The other thing is is that are they driven to be a champion?

Are they driven to get business?

Are they motivated?

Do they want to make money?

Do they want to move forward?

Those are critical parts because it's kind of

the eye of the tiger, right, go get it, get things done,

not sit around and wait.

Again, really important things.

If somebody wants to just, so I always ask people,

what's your goal.

Well, my goal might be, I'd like to make enough money

to buy a TV.

Okay, you've got a problem.

No ambition, no goals, really.

And then, the next person you interview says

you know what?

I want to make a million dollars and I know it's

going to take time and I know what I'm going to do,

but I'm going to go work at it every day.

I'm excited to be on this team 'cause all the things

you just showed me.

I think those are things and I think,

I think it's really important that if they come on the team

that you have a great onboarding process to help

them succeed.

Even though they're experienced they have to succeed

in your environment.

- I completely agree.

And do you have any concerns about people who

may eventually want to go off and have their own team,

someone who's new in the industry, wants

to be on a team, but seems like a real go getter

who won't stick around?

Would you recommend somebody hiring a buyer's agent

like that even if they're probably going to

be there for three years and then become a competition

or just don't even go there?

- I want people that can grow to make money

and do things right.

But, you see here's what's happened

with a lot of the teams I coach.

I have teams I coach where their agents,

the agent, not the main agent of the team,

not the team leader, but the buyer agent

or his listing agent, make $500,000, $600,000, $700,000

a year, but when they started they were like,

okay I'm going to really get this going and you could see

they're a go getter, whatever.

See, that's who I want though.

But you have to have a trust that your business is,

you have enough systems in place, you have a team contract,

which I think is important.

You have systems in place so that allow people to grow.

See, people leave teams for three reasons.

Number one, in this order.

Number one, lack of recognition.

Number two, lack of growth.

And number three, money.

Well, one of the things that I'm always talking

to my big team leaders about is you have to continue

to allow people to grow and if you allow them to grow

then they're going to stay with you and they're

going to make you a lot of money and they're going to make

themselves a lot of money.

So, what most people do, oh my God, I don't want

somebody that's going to come in and build and lead.

See, you can't think of it that.

You got to think about, nothing is forever

and if you can get three great years out of somebody

they may stay with you forever, or they may

go do their own thing.

It doesn't really matter as long as they're

a great team player and helpin' you build,

I think that's the differentiator.

I think many people are afraid that they're going to get

run over by these aggressive agents

that are trying to make it.

I think that's a mistake.

- I think that's a good problem to have.

How do we challenge somebody to keep them on the team

versus how do we drag this person along who's just

going to stay here forever, but is never really

going to rise to the level that we need?

- Exactly, exactly.

I think it's exciting when they get great people

because I see huge growth in the teams.

I see the teams really catapulting ahead

and other people that get agents that do okay,

do five deals a year, okay, that's not going to

make him any money.

So, get somebody that really wants to be there,

but the other part of that is, you have to continually

sell them the value of the team, right.

'Cause if they start losing, they don't understand

the value anymore and they just game over.

- Yeah, and that again, goes back to culture

like you were talking earlier and I'm always

harping on this with people because a lot of agents

come to us and they don't really know

what their culture is.

They don't have a set of core values that they operate from

and you can't differentiate yourself,

you're not creating a unique value proposition

and people want to be around people that share their values

and that are going in the same direction they are.

So, you can't keep people.

You'll have to pay them a lot of money and they're

still going to leave you if you don't create a culture

and maintain that culture and see yourself

as the culture keeper, right?

- Exactly, 100%, and that's what it's about.

100%, I mean you see it in your business, you see it.

It's having that culture that is a differentiator

as far as I'm concerned.

I use this example and I think it's a great example.

I have some clients that people actually

line up to work for and they don't take 'em all,

but they, hey, can we work for you, can we work for you,

can we work for you?

And then I have other people that recruit every day.

They're on the phones, they're trying to get people,

boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, and the people come

and they go and they leave and they don't stay.

And so, they get frustrated, but the people

where they line up to work for, I said,

what's the difference?

- Yeah, they attract.

They have a unique culture.

They're present in who they are and they attract people

and what I love about this and love working

with real estate agents is your culture can be

whatever it is, as long as you're not a complete jerk,

as long as you own who you are, there are people

out there who want to be a part of that.

You don't have to be a certain way

or have a certain mission, just whoever you are.

It's sort of that, know yourself first, right?

Because you are your culture, right?

- Absolutely.

The person I said that they're always calling people

and people coming and going and they get one

and two leave and they always call me and go, hey,

I got a problem here.

I go, you're right, look in the mirror.

There's the problem because it's a problem

in 90% of the cases is the culture's horrible.

People don't want to be there.

They just see it as a churn and get in there

and do things.

There's no great culture.

There's no great value.

There's no great fun and enthusiasm

because you got to enjoy, you got to love what you do

of it's not going to happen, right?

So yeah, I think that's important.

- Last question.

If somebody doesn't have a good culture

and they're struggling with that, can they change?

Ken, have you seen somebody go from that churn and burn

environment to pullin' it together and creating

a strong culture?

- 100%, but it takes work.

You have to change who you are almost

because, when I say change who you are,

if you're just a pounder and that's who you are

and you got to get people that fit into that culture.

Personally, what I've seen is that that culture

is difficult to work in.

So, can they change?

Yeah, I've seen lots of it, worked lots that have changed

because we talk a lot about it.

We work a lot about hey, how do you change your culture?

What do you do?

How do you get the right people?

I start by core values.

I start by their vision.

I start by hey, you know what?

Let's talk about how you could be better

with the people that work for you right now.

Let's change right now and we start working through that

and then all of a sudden I'll get a call

and they go hey, I can't believe it.

Two people called me last week and wanted to come work here

because we get them to change and a lot of people

you see, can't see that on their own.

They're thinking oh my God I'm working hard,

I'm working hard, I'm working, it's nothing at all

about working hard.

It's about having a great culture because that's

obviously the attraction.

- I always say if you think it's all of them,

you have hired all these horrible people,

they're all terrible, they're miserable,

if that's the common theme

then you need to look back in the mirror.

- 100%, yeah, and that's so true in every business, right,

is that if, and times have changed, too, right.

I mean, we have different cultures.

We have the millennials coming now and they occupy

a good part of the workforce now.

So, you have to change as times change and if you

don't change, if you're operating in the 1980s

and we're now 2019, you got a problem

because it's not going to work, it's not going to work,

plain and simple.

- Absolutely.

Well, thank you.

This has been great.

How can people learn more about you

and the coaching that you do.

- Sure.

Goodfellow Coaching.

We've been around 20 years in the coaching business.

We have great coaches.

Our coaches are all highly experienced.

We work with top producers, so we work with many

of the top agents in North America.

That's who we've worked with for 18 years.

We've been very specific.

It's $500,000 minimum GCI to get into our programs.

But the one thing I think that makes us different

is we do have that experience of working

with the top agents and we're able to pass that along

to people that join our program.

I've always prided myself saying hey, you know what?

We're not the biggest program in the world.

I don't want to be that.

I want to do a great job for people and I want

the people that are with us in our coaching

to go to those next levels.

So, I think if you, the best way to get a hold of us

I think, are you going to put it up there, Vanessa?

- I will, yes.

- Okay, yeah so, our coaching, we have lots of,

if you go on our website, goodfellowcoaching.com

you'll see lots of testimonials.

You'll see the people that we deal with.

We deal with like I said, the high end

and I know most coaching companies say, yeah, yeah, yeah,

we deal with.

No, no, we truly do and we truly have.

So, I would recommend you check out our website,

goodfellowcoaching.com and have a look at what we do.

- Fantastic.

Well, thanks so much for your time today.

Coach Ken, I will talk to you soon.

- Look forward to it, thank you.

- Thank you.

- Okay, bye.

What Man Utd must do to sign Jadon Sancho this summer - Duration: 2:15.

Manchester United clinching a top four spot is set to be key to their hopes of landing Jadon Sancho this summer

United want to bring in a wide player who is comfortable on the right wing and have made Borussia Dortmund's teenage wonder kid Sancho their top target

They are determined to land Sancho, 18, whose exploits since joining Dortmund from Manchester City have underlined his reputation as one of the best young players in football

Sancho left City in August 2017 due to concerns about the lack of first-team opportunities he would get to improve as a player had he stayed

He has received those chances since moving to Dortmund and sees playing at the highest possible level, in Europe's top club competition, as vital to his ongoing development

Dortmund are currently Bundesliga leaders and almost certain to be playing in the Champions League next season with Germany's top four all qualifying directly for next season's group stage

United, meanwhile, currently occupy fourth spot in the Premier League but are only a point ahead of Chelsea and Arsenal and remain locked in a battle to reach the Champions League again next season

For now Dortmund insist Sancho, who is tied to the German giants until 2022, is not for sale at any price

But an offer in excess of £100m, which would be a record paid by an English club, will be too hard for Dortmund to turn down

City will benefit from any future sale of Sancho due to a 15% sell-on clause in the deal that took Sancho to Germany

Sancho has been one of Dortmund's standout stars this season, scoring eight goals and setting up 13 more in 30 appearances

He has also made his breakthrough into the England squad this season, winning his first three caps for the senior side

STRACH TO BASICS Strachan blasts 'what is Sarri-ball?' and questions Chelsea tactics like 'pass it t - Duration: 2:57.

GORDON STRACHAN has no idea what on earth 'Sarri-ball' is — after watching the Blues pass the ball to nowhere after losing to Manchester United

Former Scotland, Southampton and Celtic manager wonders if the term is "fake news" as Sarri's flops enjoyed 67 per cent possession against United and failed to get a second-half shot on target

Former United, Leeds and Aberdeen midfielder Strachan has regularly professed an exciting, passing style with his own football teams, albeit with mixed success

But if Chelsea's plan A of giving the ball to Jorginho and then to Hazard doesn't work, he is not sure what their other options are

Speaking to TalkSPORT, Strachan said: "Can somebody explain to me what 'Sarri-ball' is?  "I've still not got it yet

Has it just been invented? Is it fake news? Chelsea fans sing 'F*** Sarriball' as they lose to Man Utd in the FA Cup  "It just looks like a 4-3-3 with one sitting midfield player, and the rest just pass the ball to Hazard

"Wherever he is, it has to go through Jorginho and then somehow you have to get it to Hazard and then you have to stand back and wait for Hazard to do something brilliant, which he has done on many of occasions

"But if that's not working, then it doesn't seem to work at all!  "This 'Sarri-ball' thing, unless somebody can explain to me what it is, I'm not sure about it

"I'm not sure what it is."  SunSport exclusively revealed that Chelsea have been sounding out Zinedine Zidane as a potential replacement for Sarri

SURVI-VLOG 14 / STITCHES COMING OUT SOON / WHAT IS GOING ON IN THE PURSUIT OF BETTER CONTENT - Duration: 13:03.

hey everybody welcome back to SURVI-VLOG this channel if you're new here is

dedicated to the day-to-day problems that I have while trying to shoot

outdoor survival related bushcraft content so the other features that

you'll see on my channel are outdoor related except for this vlog which is

just kind of the behind-the-scenes stuff that actually goes into creating that

content so before we started the first thing I want to do is I want to throw a

shout out to my buddy he just started a Vlog he just kind of swallows his

inhibitions and grabbed his camera and said the hell with it I'm gonna do it

and he started a video log on YouTube and it's called A-BOMB MOTO and he's got

a couple of different episodes out right now him riding his motorcycle him

driving in his car but it's a moto vlog and it's all just him kind of moving

around the northern countryside and talking about stuff so it's pretty cool

I have been enjoying it I would throw it out there and tell Adam you know good job brother keep it up

I'm watching we're paying attention so just develop

your style develop your skill and keep pushing forward and then I want to throw

a shout-out to my new subscribers I've got about a hundred maybe more new

subscribers just since the last time I did a Vlog and I love that I'm getting a

little momentum I love that you guys are coming here and watching me run my mouth

and looking at my better content the actual produced content I really

appreciate that it means a lot to me and I'm glad that you came here and if

you're new here and you haven't subscribed yet you know consider you

know tap on the subscribe button ringing the bell so you get notified whenever I

do these or do my other uploads and and stuff like that so with that stuff out

of the way I wanted to ask you has anybody looked back and seen my the one

I just published maybe it was yesterday I published one called "just the tip" and

it's just a survival tip I've got I've got a book full of them like I got a ton

of survival tips in here like little 1 minute tips that just kind of make the

job easier so I thought I would start doing

that maybe a weekly thing just film it real quick when I'm already filming

something else and just throw out a tip and then publish it on maybe Thursday

I'm thinking and and go from there so if you liked it you know let me know say

you know you you you liked it or you didn't not so much the content if you

didn't like the content I understand not everybody has the tips aren't applicable

to every single person but they are good tips and if you ever find that you need

them then you know good to go also I've decided to continue to wear my

glasses managed to adjust my light so it doesn't reflect too much it's a lot

easier on me if I can see what I'm looking at instead of being blurred out

so they're a thing now I'm gonna keep them on um so yeah I have a lot of a lot

of tips and stuff in this notebook this notebook my wife made me so I didn't I

don't like making it turning this into like a big sales ad but I do like to

point out the cool stuff my wife made me so she made me this really cool notebook

in the shop that is now like my show ideas so I kind of keep this with me and

I write down any show ideas for skills videos or tools or techniques videos or

reviews I want to do or gear that I got that I need to review all that kind of

stuff it's all in here it's all got its own no pages and it's my organization so

it's actually kind of part of talking about the behind-the-scenes stuff

because nobody can do that without having a way to keep everything straight

and I personally don't function well when I'm trying to keep all my lists and

everything on my phone it just doesn't work

my phone's junk in the first place and I like lists I like just writing stuff

down on paper and having it where I can look at it and not be dependent on the

technology to do it so that's kind of a thing with me and when I can't carry

that she maybe this one to put in my pocket a little pen holder that holds up

little ink pen and then it's just a flip book I got some business cards and some

three by five cards and then I have just a right near a flip book so most of the

time this will probably just be in my back pocket and that other one because

one won't carry you around like I said I'm not trying to turn this into a sales

pitch or anything but I'll throw a thing up there for our

website and I'll leave that at that so just the tip it came out of one of those

books there's a whole bunch more in there I'm gonna throw them out some of

them you know some of them you don't

it's kind of like the tricks of the trade but I've always been a firm

believer in that you need to learn the trade before you can learn the tricks of

the trade I'm gonna throw them out and make the job easier but it's always it's

always better to learn as much as you can about any particular topic and then

learn the tricks or develop the tricks as you go it just so happens I developed

quite a few and I might as well give them away and you can do with them what

you will so that's that just the tip it's gonna be coming out on Thursdays

from now on maybe not this week because I released one a little early and that I

shot when I did the video on this watch band which is actually going to publish

on Saturday so look for that and if you're not subscribed like I said do it

and ring the bells so that you so that you know when this one publishes on

Saturday I finished the edit it's a it's a great

little video it's only about 10 minutes long and then you can make that NATO

band I think tomorrow it's not tomorrow the day after tomorrow I go get my

stitches out and then I can start moving around a little bit more but it does

take the better part of a day for me to get all the way down to the VA go

through the appointment running the errands or anything I have to do and

then make it back home so pretty much if I got to go to the VA that day there's

no shooting there's nothing that really gets done that day so so that takes a

whole day away from my week and it also limits the amount of content that I can

put out this week but I'm working on so I did release a little teaser video for

the NATO watch and if you saw it I hope you saw I hope that's what brought a lot

of new people here stick around it's only gonna get better and I intend to

not always do a teaser but if I get the video done early enough in the week

because like it it takes a lot out of me like I really want to just post that

video and be done with it but then that leaves me open on Saturday with nothing

to so I really have to try and dial back as

much as I release and release it on a schedule so that I have content to

release because there are periods of time where I can't produce anything and

if I don't have anything in the shoot then nothing comes out and you lose

interest and I don't want that to happen so I have to actually tease it out a

little bit farther but I made a teaser for it and what I did was I went through

and chopped a whole bunch of little sections out of the video and created

one little one-minute thing that I shared on social medias and and feel

free I mean if you have them feel free you got my blessing to share them all

over the place and link them back here or do whatever you want with them that's

that's cool that's why it's out there and yeah I intend to do that with my

videos if I get the videos done early enough in a week and publish them on

Saturday or schedule them to publish themselves on Saturday then I'll do a

teaser and let it go so if there's no teaser it doesn't necessarily mean

there's no video on Saturday it just means I'm still working on it I don't

have time to get the teaser put out so that's that so yeah I mean if you like I

said if you came here because of that you can look back just a couple of

videos and you can see that my progress is even down to just the lighting and the

setup here in this little space I'm really really working every single video

to make it better and I'm putting a lot of effort into it and if you can

appreciate that then I'd appreciate a subscription that

would be really cool for you to keep coming back and you know follow me as I

grow and if you know anybody this is the important part you know anybody that's

actually doing an outdoor vlog or a survival channel or bushcraft channel or

camping Channel or something like that and they're having issues with it man

turn them on to this channel because everything every problem I have I'm

throwing out there and I'm saying this is the problem this was my mistake this

was my stupidity this is how I fixed it I need to bought this near or I did this

or I quit using that it's all gonna be here every mistake and everything that I

learned is going in here and also I'll point you to the other channels on

YouTube that I watch that give me the information I need in order to get

better so that's what I'm trying to do here and I

have been I talked about it a while ago working on the bear bowl video I did

shoot a lot of footage the day before I went into surgery but as I go back and

go through the footage there's a little bit that's blurry or out of focus some

of it I forgot to hit record you know I do that some of it the sound isn't

actually as good as I wanted it to be or the angle isn't right or there's just

there's a lot of footage in there that needs to be reshot so I had to push that

to the side and shoot one in the shop but the bear bowl video is coming I just

have to wait until I can March out across the snow and shoot reshoot a

couple of those takes but it's gonna it's going to be coming I didn't forget

about it it's still there and maybe not a maybe

not a big problem it's on my own stupidity but I actually lost a piece of

gear and I spent as much stuff as I wanted to get done today I couldn't do

any of it because I spent the entire day ransacking this studio ransacking

all my bags of gear ran all over the house checking all my pants pockets all

my coats and I lost the little metal mount that holds my camera to the tripod I

had another and I'm using my spare but I had to go back on Amazon and order the

mount again so I have one coming so I have one for my other setup hush

my dogs in here okay buddy now that you've made yourself known hup can you

can they see you yes say hi say hi buddy say hi I'm doing I'm doing no wonder-dog

okay off back to sleep that's my buddy you've probably seen you in some of my

videos anyway I lost that mounts I had to order

another mount which is kind of a pain I feel real bad that I would lose a piece

of equipment that I needed so badly because that same mount goes to the

tripod it's sitting on right now it goes on my monopod and it goes on

slider and I don't know you know I don't know what I did with it so while I have

this extra I don't want to only have one because if I lose one in the snow or

drop it when I'm out in the forest then I'm screwed

then I'm zip tying that camera to a tripod so I have to have at least two of

them for one camera and you know and I have a backup camera too in that backup

camera is gonna need a mount and it's a mess

so I real feel real bad I don't know what I did with it but it's gone so

maybe it'll turn up eventually I don't know so yeah it looks like I'm pushing

over my 10 minute mark and I'm really trying to keep these you know bite sized

so that's about it I really appreciate you guys you know coming by if this is

your first one by all means subscribe share it like it you can check in with

me I'm on the Instagram Facebook and Twitter

oh and Instagram I've been doing my my daily mantra I skipped the last couple

days I don't think I'm gonna do the weekends I'm just gonna do the workweek

you know the Monday through Friday but it's gonna take me a little while to

kind of get it worked out so it's gonna be hit and miss for a little while until

I get the details worked out on it I don't like the program that I'm using

right now to actually make the meme for it but they are coming I want to make

those kind of a regular staple just like a daily thing I put out and says hey you

know like be motivated say this over in your head and you know lend a hand and

be a part of your community in that kind of business just with a little funny

twist to it so that's it like I said stick around I'd love to

have you if not if it's not your thing dude totally I get it roll on down the

road and maybe we'll meet again in the future and that's all I have I

appreciate you being here I love you and I'll see you on the next one
