Do you know why a lot of people are no longer

going to church?

It's a reality. SWS survey from 1998 until

now, church attendance has been gradually

decreasing. This is so true. I'm telling you. This

is a truth... probably, you know, a few percentage

points... You know, more or less, 85%.

Huge number. 85% of

Catholics

are no longer regularly going to church. And I am

going to tell you one big

reason. For many people, they were going to church

when they were kids. Parents brought them to

church. Papa would bring them to church. But then,

when they grow up. When they grew older. When they

left the house of their parents, or or just

the fact that, you know, life became busy, they

stopped going regularly to church. And, why? Many

reasons. Number 1 is, they don't have, they

don't see the relevance in their life anymore.

It's boring. Some people just got so, so

busy, they don't have time anymore to go to church.

Some people say this, "I have a, you know, individual

relationship with God. You know, that's me and God."

And, "I don't need to go to church anymore.

I'm not...

I'm spiritual and so, I'm still, you

know, somewhere, believing in God." Etcetera...

etcetera. But let me tell you my story. Why my

story became different. Like many people, I was,

like, I was a kid and I was brought to church by my

parents. I did not understand it. And it was an obligation.

You were obliged to go. And, you know.

Or else you'll sin against God if you don't go to

church. So that was me as a kid.

But something amazing happened when

I was 12 years old.

I came to know Jesus as a real person. He came

alive. He was no longer a statue. He was no longer

a subject that I studied in religion class.

He was there.

He loved me. It blew my world! And it rocked me to

the core.

12 year old kid. And I started loving Him, and

serving Him, and gave my life to Him.

And so, he was not like a chummy, chummy buddy,

buddy. You know, my friend. No. He was...

I told Him, "Whatever you want for my life,

that's what I want." And I struggled. I fell.

I sinned. I rebelled. I disobeyed. But

I still tried to love Him. And ask for help. And

ask for grace. That changed my life. And I never

left church. And I'm now 52. Yeah, yeah, yeah This is

the... I know, I know... I look younger.

I look 51.5, right? So...

The biggest reason why people leave church is

because they don't understand -- It's about Jesus.

You know, when I go to Mass, it's about Jesus. When

the bible reading... the first reading, the second

reading, the gospel, the response, are -- that's Jesus

speaking to me. Communion. OMG. Communion is the

most intimate moment encounter with God melting

in my tongue -- Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity of

Jesus -- I received in my heart. Whoa!

Mass is...

Mass is

real.

And that's what I want to... Hi! My name is Bo Sanchez.

Welcome to Full, tank your place of inspiration.

And I pray that you will be blessed as we share

the gospel for the day. And our gospel is

Matthew 16:13. And... don't mind the

airplane... I don't know if you hear it but,

anyway. Matthew 16:13 Jesus says, Who do

people say I am?" And they say, "Oh, people say you're

Elijah. People say you're a prophet. People say

you're Jeremiah. People..." And then, Jesus

asks the second question. "Who do you

say

I am?" Who do YOU.

And Jesus is asking that question to you now. "Who am

I to you?" -- Am I personal? Am I real to you?

Am I alive to you? Or am I just like Santa Claus... You

come to me when you need something?

Am I the Center of your life? --

Can I invite you to make that decision right

now? Can we pray?

For some of you, it's a renewal of your baptismal

promises.

For others, it might be the first time you're

making this decision.

Whoa! Let's do it.

In the Name of the Father,

and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Say this

after me. Jesus,

I receive You into my heart

as my Lord, my King, my Savior.

And I thank You that You're forgiving me. And I

thank You that You're washing my soul. And I thank

You for giving me new life. And I make a

decision, I will follow You all the days of my

life. You are the Center of my life from this day on

And forever.

And, Father. I pray for every person saying this

prayer. That you would supply everything that they

need in order for them to love You and follow You.

And, thank You! Thank You for being

there in their lives now. In Jesus' Name.

Amen and amen.

In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy

Spirit.

God bless you! I hope you continue watching

Fulltank every day. And I hope that you be so very

blessed. And just continue to follow Jesus

every day. Do comment. I do pray for you. And I pray

for those comments. And share this video to as many

people as possible. God bless you. See you tomorrow.

Why do Digital Transformations fail? - Duration: 1:37.

hey welcome to winning digital transformations, your 90 second leadership

perspectives. Did you know that 70% of all digital transformations fail

according to independent studies by McKinsey and the research group IDC. Why?

And, what can you do about it

The answer might surprise you. You see it's not about innovation nor is it

about just technology it's about discipline. Discipline in setting the

right goals and discipline in executing against digital transformation. You see

digital transformation is all about getting your enterprise ready to thrive

in the fourth Industrial Revolution that involves setting your goals correctly as

one of three things. Creating entirely new digital business models or creating

a digital core of operations of the enterprise or about digitally enabled

products. That is not automation that is transformation. Secondly, digital

transformation involves projects being executed with totally different

procedures and methodologies than has historically been done in the enterprise

that is missing and that's why I digital transformations fail.

So, what do you do about it firstly be much more disciplined in setting the

right goals success isn't about a few projects it's about systemically and

sustainably transforming the entire enterprise. Secondly, be much more

rigorous in reimagining and executing the transformation. Fix that and that's

how you will win Digital Transformation

This is why Jorginho will play for Maurizio Sarri's Chelsea - no matter what - Duration: 9:18.

The arrival of Jorginho to Chelsea was considered a major coup for the Blues in the summer

At Napoli under Maurizo Sarri, the Italian international was considered one of the best midfielders in Serie A last season and was on the radar of some of the biggest clubs in Europe - including Manchester City

The midfielder was announced as Chelsea's new signing just hours after the arrival of Sarri was confirmed

As a result, there was huge excitement about the two linking up again at Stamford Bridge

However, Chelsea find themselves in sixth position in the Premier League and have won just two of their previous five matches

That poor run included a six-goal thrashing at Manchester City and a FA Cup exit to Manchester United

As a result, questions are being asked of Sarri and Jorginho's impact on the Chelsea side

Sarri is set to continue as Chelsea head coach, for now, but the next few fixtures could determine his future

As for Jorginho, question marks still remain as to whether he has the quality to succeed in the Premier League

Across league and cup games this season, he has made 32 appearances, exhibiting Sarri's admiration of the midfielder

But in recent weeks, there has been plenty of backlash directed towards the midfielder

This is because his presence is considered the essence of what Sarri is trying to do in West London, implementing his much-famed Sarri-ball

Speaking ahead of facing Malmo at Stamford Bridge, the Italian was asked why he persists with playing the former Napoli controller at the base of midfield instead of N'Golo Kante

"In that position, I want a player able to move the ball very fast," he said at his press conference

"This is not the best characteristic of N'Golo. N'Golo is very useful for us, but this one is not his best characteristic

"  Jorginho is the sort of player he wants to see in this role.  Indeed, without that holding midfielder, Sarri-ball would not be possible - and means its creator remains persistent in playing Jorginho

But what is it that Sarri admires so much about the midfielder - and what is his role actually meant to be? Why does Maurizio Sarri play Jorginho as a defensive midfielder?  To answer that question, it's probably best to understand his role more before his arrival in England

At Napoli, Jorginho was the lynchpin of the team in the well-known 4-3-3 formation that Sarri implemented

He was considered a master passer of the ball. Deployed as a 'number 6', the Brazilian-born star was used to gather the ball and provide line-breaking passes from the middle of the pitch

While he can demonstrate an array of passing ability, he relied more on clever movement and one touch passes as he strove to create openings in the opposition set-up

He was instrumental at Napoli in this role, especially last season, when they pushed Juventus hard for the Serie A title

Looking at some of his statistics last season, it is evident why he was so influential for his side

In Serie A last season he averaged 101.64 passes per 90 minutes with a success rate of 90%

The bulk of those passes were short and quick, with the idea of inviting a press from the opposition and exposing an opening to exploit

When those openings did arrive, he had the quality to execute good line breaking forward passes too

In terms of passes into the final third, he averaged 22.66 passes per 90 minutes with a success rate of 82

4%.  As for Napoli, utilising the now infamous Sarri-ball, it became a blend of short passing and vertical breaking passing designed to disrupt the opposition's defensive set-up

The team retained on average 59.6% possession of the ball over the season, which suited Jorginho perfectly

Jorginho sat in front of the back four and would act as a pivot, connecting the defence with the forwards players in front of him and commencing quick passing combinations in order to start an attack

He was excellent in creating passing angles and understanding the position of all his team-mates around him

This is demonstrated in the below image from Napoli vs Crotone last season.  Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly brings the ball forward, with Jorginho his only real forward pass, but he is heavily marked

With forward passing lanes blocked, Koulibaly would most likely be forced to play the ball sideways in this situation; however note Jorginho analysing the position of his team-mate to his left

Jorginho quickly relocates his position and gives Koulibaly a passing angle.  The ball is played to Jorginho who plays a trademark one touch pass to his left allowing his team-mate to advance onto the ball and look to break through the Crotone midfield line

But despite the success of Jorginho and of Sarri's model last season, why is he persisting with the same this season with faltering success?  Despite Chelsea's form recently, interestingly, Jorginho is still posting similar numbers this campaign for Chelsea as he was last season at Napoli

In terms of passes, although averaging less at 83.28 per 90 minutes, his pass completion rate remains at a similar 90

5%. For final third passes, despite a reduction down to 14.89, his completion rate has actually increased to 85

8%.  For Sarri's 4-3-3 system to work, everyone has a role. For example, the goalkeeper must be a competent passer of the ball, the two centre-backs must be quick in order to hold a high line but also capable passers of the ball as they can often be tasked with starting attacking movements

Wing-backs must be capable of contributing in the final third. Attackers must be able to move in between the lines

However above all else, the model relies heavily on a technically gifted passer in the centre of the three-man midfield

From this position Sarri needs his deep-lying playmaker to normally play the first of a sequence of line breaking passes in order to commence attacks

Due to the close relationship with Sarri, and his unrivaled ability in possession, Jorginho is integral to this Sarri-ball model

Without Jorginho, the system would malfunction. Until Sarri is ready to ditch his model, it's unlikely he can part with his trusted lieutenant either

Why Do Zebras Have Stripes? Scientists Camouflaged Horses to Find Out The New York Times

If you spend time around horses or flies, you might want to invest in some zebra print.

Whats black, white and striped all over — except for its head?

Horses wearing zebra coats on a farm in Britain.

The animals werent attending a masquerade. They were dressed for studies investigating a mystery that has puzzled scientists for more than a century.

With solid coats of brown or gray, most mammals are pretty boring, said , who studies animal coloration at the University of California, Davis, and a co author of . So when you see these bold patterns like on a giraffe or zebra, as a biologist you say, Why?

At least since the days when Charles Darwin and Alfred Russel Wallace were theorizing about evolution, scientists have debated the function of this sassy animal print. Its been called camouflage to confuse big predators, an identity signal to other zebras and a kind of wearable air conditioner. Now most scientists agree that the function of a zebras stripes is to ward off biting flies that can carry deadly diseases.

But what exactly is it about a zebras wardrobe that flies dont like?

[ | Sign up for the ]

The answer to that question has been hard to find. Zebras in the wild are not easy to get close to. So Dr. Caro and a colleague, Martin How, went to Hill Livery, a horse farm near the University of Bristol in Britain. With their students, they observed and filmed horse flies trying to bite zebras. They also dressed some horses in zebra print to see if it helped them avoid fly bites.

The flies pestered all of the horses and the zebras in the paddocks equally. But once they got close, the zebra stripes seemed to dazzle the flies so much that they couldnt manage a controlled landing. Flies zoomed in too fast and either veered off just in time — or simply bumped into the zebra and bounced off. The flies didnt seem to like the zebra coats on horses, either, but their bare heads were fair game.

Something is stopping the fly from realizing that its close to making a landing, Dr. Caro said. We dont know what that is, but stripes are exerting an effect to the very last second.

The only thing they can say for certain is that the high contrast between black and white most likely tricks the flys low resolution vision, which relies on sensing movement.

Its probably just blowing the flys vision away, Dr. How said.

In an optical illusion called the barber pole, diagonal stripes appear to move up or down, depending on which way the pole is rotating. Something similar could be happening as flies approach zebra stripes. From afar, the fly may interpret the object as gray, but as it moves closer, the zebras diagonal stripes may appear to be moving in false directions. As a result, a fly may think its headed toward open space instead of landing. Or perhaps the sudden appearance of stripes may overload the flys vision and startle it into a buzzing stupor.

The researchers are now conducting tests with coats of different patterns, contrasts and thickness, to see just what it is about the stripes that stops the flies. By playing around with those variables, well be able to get inside the head of the fly, or the eye of the fly, to work out whats sort of confusing to it, said Dr. Caro.

In the meantime, people planning on being around horses or horse flies may want to consider wearing zebra print rather than a solid to avoid being bitten. You should probably make your horse a twinsie, too.

N.J. weather Why do big snowstorms keep missing us this winter? NJ.com

January and February are supposed to be the two snowiest months in Not this year.

Old Man Winter has been behaving oddly, pestering our state with than plain old snowstorms — you know, the ones that whiten the ground with snow, and only snow, and allow us to get some use out of those dusty snowblowers sitting in the back of the garage.

For many areas of New Jersey, the biggest thumping of snow we got during the past few months happened back in November — before the winter season officially started. Since that over performing storm the one that brought a week before Thanksgiving , plenty of storm systems have come our way, but most delivered either rain or a sloppy mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain that changed to plain rain.

Like a broken record that keeps repeating the same tune, we have yet another one of those on Wednesday. So, whats going on? Wheres all the snow this winter?

The answer isnt so simple, according to New Jersey State Climatologist David Robinson, whose office at Rutgers University oversees the and maintains winter weather data going all the way back to 1895.

Robinson says some of the usual suspects in wreaking havoc on winter weather — such as the that has warmed the tropical Pacific Ocean and influences weather around the globe — are not contributing to New Jerseys low snow winter.

Instead, it seems to be more of a matter of bad luck, if you happen to be a snow lover. In short, the big storm systems are not taking tracks that favor substantial snowstorms for the Garden State.

The prevailing situation has been one where storm systems have either tracked too far to the south of New Jersey to provide meaningful snow, despite at times having cold enough temperatures in place. Or they have tracked over us or from the Ohio Valley northeastward while staying to the west, northwest and north of us, Robinson said. This latter pattern results in New Jersey staying on the warm side, east of the storm, with the counterclockwise flow bringing up mild air into New Jersey.

In many of these cases this winter, states to the south and west of New Jersey got hit with heavy snow, but we ended up with just a dusting of snow, plain rain or a wintry mix that gradually turned to rain.

American Model United Nations: Why do you MUN? - Duration: 2:45.

Where are you from?

I'm from the College of Wooster, and I love to #MUN

AMUN is American Model United Nations International. The goal: Bringing Global Perspectives to Future Leaders.

I would absolutely say teamwork, this is a huge learning conference for our delegations.

We like to bring a lot of our young students here because of the philosophy of the conference.

A lot of it is about learning. It's about engagement. It's about making sure that everyone can participate and have those groundbreaking MUN experiences.

I'm from Loyola, and I love to #MUN.

AMUN is held the week before Thanksgiving in Chicago, Illinois.

Chicago is a convenient transit hub, and participants have a free afternoon to explore this extraordinary city.

If you're looking for something free, Millenium Park is hard to beat,

but if you are willing to pay,

Willis Tower has fantastic views.

All of the museums. Chicago has phenomenal museums, from the Art Museum to the Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium,

the Planetarium, there are lots of options

within a pretty close walking distance of the Sheraton. The Sheraton is an excellent location for exploring Chicago.

I'm from Carthage, and I love to #MUN

Some of the skills I feel like I've learned the most from AMUN is a lot with diplomacy,

so it's really helped me in working with other students in order to build collaborative

ideas in regards to addressing a lot of world issues. When I originally started at Carthage,

I actually didn't like to public speak at all.

I was a very quiet individual, and through AMUN specifically

I had the opportunity to really build up my public speaking capabilities

to the point that I'm actually proud to go up and talk and give speeches.

So I feel like those are some of the things I learned the most from AMUN. For example, there's delegates from like other countries and

I find that amazing to get to talk to them and learn from them

I think it was last year

Actually, I was representing Pakistan, and I found out that one of the delegates in my committee was from Pakistan,

and it was so cool to get to talk to them like

get to know more about them and actually learn about their perspective on the whole topic.

I'm from Triton, and I love to #MUN

AMUN conferences attract

1,500 students each year and have impacted the lives of

24,000 students since 1990.

One of the things that I enjoy the most about these conferences is that I get to

meet new people, and I do make new friends, and I keep in contact with them, even people from other countries

I still talk to them and we keep in contact with social media, and it's one of the greatest things that like

I feel like I have gained from like doing Model UN, and so I think that is a great idea.

#179 Why Do I Keep Making The Same Mistakes? - Duration: 3:46.

you forgot again didn't you mm-hmm I knew you would this happens

every single time because you know how important this is to me you're doing it

on purpose I know you are what's your phone number give it to me right now I'm

Kim brown glad you could join me today have you ever been greeted like that or

maybe you were the greeter consider that stress and pressure is not a place of

retrieving information it's also not a place where you can learn something new

stress and pressure is stored in your mind it is stored in your body as muscle

memory I am sure you could not if you experienced that right there you

probably couldn't have given me your phone number very quickly you probably

had to think about it for a minute you've probably seen a dog cower when

someone approached it quickly or maybe was carrying a stick and maybe that

person had never harmed that animal but the dog has memory of being

abused in a similar scenario if you are the one who keeps forgetting

consider that it may not be safe for you to remember

remembering maybe remembering this scenario right here so in order to

remain safe you got to forget everything give yourself permission to release and

let go of that stress and to learn to remember through tapping so if you've

ever experienced this scenario or whether you were the greeter consider

going back to the beginning of this video and as you're being greeted

consider tapping I let it go I let it all go

it's safe

squeeze your wrist take a deep breath let it out and say peace and go to your

happy place be in it and experience it notice how you know that this is good

and positive and supportive for you and bring that awareness back with you

whether it's a feeling or just a knowing bring it back with you and imagine the

scenario where you were supposed to remember and you have these good

feelings these good knowings this good awareness and you remember! Now play the scenario

again and do it a third time consider giving

yourself permission to practice this this is the environment for learning and

for retrieving information and the more you practice the more results you'll

experience the most amazing experience you will ever have is the experience of

changing your mind consider giving yourself permission to do so

you really are worth it thanks for watching this video and remember no

matter what you've experienced in the past today is a new day see you next

time
