At your everyday restaurant

lie two cats

That follow the lady

Quickly

Yet keep a distance

Staff: They follow her

They don't follow anyone else

Only her...

They even wait outside for her

Not the Korean sausage

Not pig's feet

They only eat her handmade food

And run the night shift as bodyguards

They're watching to see where I'm going

Last August when it was very hot

The cat had a hard time giving birth

For the cat who was suffering from dehydration while giving birth

The stray cat was suffering by herself

She took compassion on the cat

And helped with her delivery

And looked after the cat and kitten

Ever since then

The kitten

The cat

And their godmother

She's been raising both cats for six months now

And plays with them during breaks

shift over!!

They follow her home

protecting her at night

It's nice having them around

They keep watch over her house as well

Actually I've been trying to return to my previous weight.

I'm nervous talking about this but

Yeah, I did gain weight when I came back from Korea actually it's been really tough for me

and

I've seen the comments I'm not blind.

I was really scared you guys would notice I gained weight

So I wear like a lot of hoodies

And didn't show my body a lot

I gained so much weight and it was hard for me to meet

my friends because I look so different in my

videos in Korea and in Korea

I was living a really active life

I was would eat my typical meals and probably even more because the food is so delicious.

But

over here there's no hills to walk over. I don't feel safe going outside and

I stay at home a lot a lot a lot

In Korea I would even like go out everyday even to do homework.

There's so many cafes nearby and it feels very safe

but, over here I feel really scared to go out

I'm a girl, I can't just walk outside walk to a cafe

with expensive laptop and my books

So when I came back here

I stayed in my bed a lot

and probably the most heaviest I weighed

Was when I got out of that-

cycle of staying in bed all day.

I went to kcon and I was so scared you guys would think I look so different in real life.

This year again has been really great for me. I have incorporated a lot of activities for me to do.

I'm wearing short sleeves again and I want you guys to know

that food is not an enemy. Food is what gets you throughout the day

now, I'm really focused on

getting ABS. something I really really want this year this ABS!

Which is so dumb, but, I am only this age once.

I think it's gonna be harder when I'm 30.

So right now I think it's the best time for me to get abs.

I think it's so sexy, I think it's so strong and healthy looking and that's what I'm going for this year

The spicy is spicy guys. I can take it but I feel like if you can't- this is gonna be tough for you.

CUISINE - Les résultats sont tombés. Le jury des World Restaurant Awards a fait son choix parmi 36 pays, de l'Australie au Zimbabwe

Et désigné un lauréat dans chacune des 18 catégories retenues, parmi lesquelles "spécialité maison" ou "sans réservation" (allant de la street food à une cuisine fusion cosmopolite, pour des budgets plus modestes), ou d'autres anecdotiques comme chef de l'année sans tatouages remporté par le grand chef français multiétoilé Alain Ducasse

La cérémonie aux allures très cinématographiques avec le tapis rouge et les enveloppes avec le nom du gagnant dans chaque catégorie ouvertes par des stars de la gastronomie a été animée par Antoine de Caunes qui a présenté à de nombreuses reprises la cérémonie des César

"Nous avons conçu ces différentes catégories et choisi nos membres du jury afin de mettre en avant l'excellence de restaurants de toutes formes, tailles et couleurs, et de provoquer un débat allant bien au-delà des habituels grands noms et destinations reconnues", a déclaré dans un communiqué Joe Warwick, directeur de création des World Restaurant Awards, cofondateur d'un autre classement, les "World's 50 Best Restaurants"

Deux restaurants français ont été récompensés: Le Clarence (deux étoiles Michelin), à Paris, situé dans un somptueux hôtel à côté des Champs-Elysées, dans la catégorie "approche originale", et le lyonnais La Mère Brazier, également doublement étoilé, fondé en 1921 par Eugénie Brazier qui avait formé Paul Bocuse, comme "classique intemporel"

Alain Passard, chef triplement étoilé du restaurant Arpège à Paris, dont le nom est associé aux légumes, a pour sa part vu désigner son compte Instagram le meilleur de l'année

Les votes ont été effectués par un jury composé de 100 membres, avec une parité hommes-femmes 50/50 composé de chefs célèbres tels que Elena Arzak, Alex Atala, Massimo Bottura, David Chang, Hélène Darroze, et René Redzepi ainsi que des journalistes et influenceurs

Le restaurant Mocoto avec des spécialités à base de manioc à Sao Paulo au Brésil loin des quartiers touristiques est le meilleur dans la catégorie "sans réservation"

Le restaurant Inua ouvert au Japon par Thomas Frebel, ex-responsable de l'équipe de recherche et développement de Noma, est le meilleur restaurant "nouveauté de l'année"

Wolfgat, petit restaurant dans un coin reculé d'Afrique du Sud, a été désigné "restaurant de l'année" par ce nouveau classement qui veut promouvoir la diversité de la scène gastronomique internationale

Le chef du restaurant de 20 couverts Kobus Van der Merwe qui n'a commencé à cuisiner qu'à 30 ans, pousse à l'extrême le concept des produits locaux et fabrique lui-même son pain et son beurre

Le Wolfgat -dont le personnel, pour la plupart féminin, n'a aucune formation officielle- a ouvert ses portes il y a deux ans dans un cottage vieux de 130 ans dans une grotte sur la plage de Paternoster sur la côte ouest, à 150 km du Cap

"Je ne sens pas le mériter, ce sont mes collaborateurs, qui sortent chaque jour pour cueillir des herbes, des plantes succulentes et des épinards qui devraient être ici

C'est leur bébé. J'ai hâte de célébrer avec eux avec un grand verre de mousseux sud-africain", a déclaré le chef de 38 ans à l'AFP

Wolfgat est installé sur une plage idyllique fournissant moules et huîtres locales, mais aussi des plantes et des herbes aromatiques poussant dans les dunes, comme l'ail des ours, des épinards et des plantes indigènes telles que le soutslaai

Il est aussi primé dans la catégorie "destination Off-Map" (en dehors des grands parcours touristiques)

Le menu de dégustation de sept plats y coûte un équivalent de 53 euros. Ancien journaliste, Kobus Van der Merwe a déclaré que sa philosophie était "d'interférer le moins possible avec les produits et de les servir purs, crus et non traités"
