Now back in December I actually did a video where I shared an opportunity called drop

shipping and sometimes I refer to it as reselling because a lot of the time people don't know

what drop shipping is.

But I'll be sure to link that video for you in case you missed it because I shared the

top 5 benefits to starting a drop shipping business.

Now I've been involved in online marketing for a little over the last three years and

I have been working from home solely for almost the last two years and that's been such a

blessing for me as a mom to two young children.

I started online marketing in the direct selling field.

I started working for a health and wellness company and I was able to retire myself through

that company, quit my nine to five Corporate America job.

I had been a community manager for twelve years and that opportunity allowed for me

to finally come home and be with my kids.

But I soon realized that the hustle never ended.

I was constantly glued to my phone just messaging with people.

Either I was trying to get them to join my team or I was trying to convince them to keep

working their businesses so that they could move up and grow their paychecks or I was

messaging with people trying to get convince them to try my products.

So I grew tired of that and decided then to move into affiliate marketing.

I did that a little bit over a year ago and I am still affiliated with some of those companies.

And then my most recent business venture has been this drop shipping opportunity and I'll

be honest when a close friend of mine started drop shipping I was initially intrigued, I

really liked the concept of it but I almost passed on it because like I said I was already

actively involved with other companies and training other people in other companies and

just didn't think that I had the time to add something else to my plate.

Since starting this drop shipping business it has quickly become my favorite and for

so many reasons.

The first reason is because I'm getting to market things that I use and that I am passionate

about.

I'm not having to market for a particular company, it's not for one particular company.

It's really like having my own business where I'm marketing the items that I want to market

because I love them myself.

Also no one else determines my paycheck and I literally mean no one else determines my

paycheck and I decide what I make as far as a profit goes.

There's no compensation plan, there's no commission structure.

Drop shipping literally just involves getting an item for a discounted rate and then reselling

that item for a little bit higher so that you can make a profit.

There's not even any monthly costs that are required in order for you to become involved

in drop shipping and you can make money without having to recruit a single person or without

having to build a team whatsoever.

Now we've set it up so that you can get paid for your referrals to the opportunity.

We believe in having multiple income streams and truth be told a lot of times when people

see what you're doing they're very interested themselves and want to know how they can get

involved.

But whether you refer twenty people or you don't refer anyone doesn't matter because

it doesn't directly affect the amount of income that you can make from the opportunity itself.

I've been receiving instant deposits through my Paypal account almost every single

day since starting drop shipping and I will post proof of that for you just so you know

I'm keeping it real.

But I love that it's instant.

There's no waiting a month or even a week to get paid something that you're owed so

that's just another huge bonus.

Also you can use social media to market the products that you're choosing or you can go

completely off of social media and use other platforms like Ebay or Poshmark and these

are places that people are going to actually find the items that you're marketing or that

you're listing.

Now in the beginning of this video I showed just a little clip of some of the items that

I'm personally selling.

That's mostly women's clothing, and jewelry and purses and shoes.

This shirt is actually another item.

If you are on my Instagram account or any of my social media accounts then you've seen

it.

It says maybe she's born with it maybe it's caffeine.

I absolutely love it.

It definitely fits my personality really well and I have an almost three year old now so

in case you're wondering, it's definitely caffeine.

But these are just some of the items that are of my personal choice.

You can find a ton of other items that you can list for resell.

They can be brand name or non brand name.

It can vary from watches or sunglasses or kitchenware or electronics or home decor.

And you get all of these items at a discounted rate like I said so you can save yourself

money you can save other people money and you can make money all at the same time.

It's just honestly an amazing opportunity.

It takes very little time out of my day and it brings a really nice profit for our family.

Real Estate Investment Options to Make Money on Land Last of the Series - Duration: 8:03.

On this 4th video, we provide 3 more answers to the question: WHAT WILL I DO WITH MY LAND

TO MAKE MONEY.

Let's start with Option No. 3 — don't sell the land, just lease it out — RAW,

UNDEVELOPED, WITHOUT ANY IMPROVEMENTS

This is ideal if you're not in need of big cash inflows a.s.a.p.

Cash will flow in, without you spending on its development.

The lessee or tenant is the one who will have to put out cash or make investments on the

construction or setting up of facilities, and even on the upkeep and maintenance of

the structures to be built on the land.

The lease rate will be comparably low, as your tenant or lessee will still need to invest

heavily on building on your property, before they can themselves generate income from the

developed property.

Leases like these are normally long-term, to allow tenants to recover their investments—-

in building on your property, and making more money off it.

25 year lease terms are common; some shorter, some even longer.

The duration is negotiated by the tenant with their investment on it in mind.

The bigger their capital in making improvements, the longer time they need to break even, or

recover the capital, and to earn profits from it.

Your land's lease value.

Will depend on where your raw land, how it is physically, what are the needs in your

area, and how it compares with other similar properties.

From previous lessons, we learned that in selling, the land value is hinged on the benefits,

utility or usefulness it provides.

The same is true when leasing it out.

To get the get the best price for it, you need to determine what could be the best use

for it.

There are many options, let us mention a good sampling here of what tenants could use your

for your land.

Moving on to Option No. 4: lease it out; but build on it first.

This way, you can charge a higher per square meter lease rate, and you can even increase

leasable areas.

Higher rental rates can be had because you're no longer offering empty raw land, but developed

areas — with walls, floors, roof, and amenities.

You can increase leasable floor areas by building above ground, or even below ground.

Leasing out properties generates more or less steady income.

Cash inflows are recurring.

Wouldn't that be nice … to have a cash cow?

Cows do need to be taken cared of, though, else you won't have milk.

Buildings need to be cleaned, secured and maintained.

Those need recurring costs too.

The good thing is, you can have your tenants share in those costs.

You'll charge CAMC or CUSA.

What they are will be covered in a future lesson on Property Management.

Lease contracts between you, the property owner and the tenant can be for a period of

a year or more (or less).

You can ask for rents in advance and for deposits.

You can also include provisions on rate escalation or lease rate increases.

Again, do watch the lesson on Commercial Leasing.

The 5th and last option is just to hold on to the property.

Do nothing.

That can be the easiest option to do — nothing.

Land ages like fine wine, they say.

It's value should get better with age.

Population grows.

Demand for land grows with it.

Supply diminishes.

The Law of Supply and Demand governs.

Yes, eventually your property will appreciate in value.

In the meantime, be aware, there are what we call "carrying costs".

Land owners are required to pay Real Property Taxes annually.

If you're lot is within a managed subdivision, you'd need to pay monthly dues

for upkeep.

Otherwise, you, yourself will have to do your own upkeep.

For this last option, you'd still make money, but after a long time.

This option is for those with other sources of income.

A big advantage of these last 3 options is that you retain ownership of your property.

Today, we're going to talk about how to

invest in penny stocks

and is it possible to make money

with penny stocks.

So, let's get started.

Many people these days are talking

about penny stocks

and recently,

I received an email where

a wonderful lady said,

"Recently, my fiancée passed

away and he was investing in penny

stocks, and right now,

I do not know what to do.

So,

what should I do right now?" And many

people are interested in trading penny stocks.

So, let's look at this today.

That's what I want to do.

First of all, what are penny stocks?

Penny stocks are stocks that are being traded

at only a few cents.

And the idea here is that

they are going from 10

cents to let's say,

30 cents,

or $1 so that they have

an explosive move.

What I've found is that often

penny stocks are a scam.

Well, not necessarily a scam

but part of a "pump

and dump" scheme.

So, let me show you what that is.

And let's take a look at some penny stocks here

together.

I want to look for the best Penny

Stock Picks.

Let's just take a look at this together.

Best Penny Stock Picks...

When we Google this.

Look at this. Oh my gosh.

"Best Penny Stock Picks 17

out of the last 19

stocks rose." pennypicks.net.

So, let's go there together

and you see,

there is a website coming up that

says,

"It's tougher than ever to locate explosive

Penny Stock Alerts." But fortunately,

they're here to the rescue.

You just have to enter your email

address and when you look below,

there is some of the penny

stocks that actually perform

and they talk about MJNA

that went from 9 cents to 48

cents so that's a

432% gain. VMRI

from 2.05 to 6.00.

Look at this. Sounds almost too good to

be true, right?

Now you know what they say, if it sounds

too good to be true,

it probably is.

Let's check these out together.

Let's actually go to the charts

and look at MJNA,

medical marijuana.

Of course.

What can possibly go wrong when

you invest in pot stocks these days.

Let's take a look at this.

And so, what they said is

that this went from 9

cents to 48 cents.

Right now, it is trading at 8 cents.

OK, well apparently we missed the move

so let's take a look at this.

Let's zoom out a little bit.

And when we do...

Oh look at this.

Here is what we find.

All right. We have to go way back until

we see that it went from 9 cents

to 48 cents.

Look at this.

We have to go back all the way to 2013.

This year is 2013!

Well, let's take a look at this.

So, how does this work?

Well, first of all,

it was trading at 9 cents.

You're signing up on this web site

with your e-mail address.

So, they're gathering thousands

and ten thousands of e-mail addresses.

By the way,

did you notice that these guys

were an ad...?

So, they're paying for your e-mail address.

So, you're entering the e-mail address here.

Then you're getting an e-mail says MJNA

is about to explode.

And what happens if suddenly

ten thousands of people are getting

this e-mail

and maybe some of them are buying.

What's happening then?

Well, as you can see,

quickly, the prices go all

the way up.

Look at this. One day,

one day for this explosive move.

What do you think? Who has bought this

before they send out the e-mail?

You got it, right?

Often,

those people who are sending out the email saying,

"Oh, there's a stock!" They already have it.

What do you think happens?

What do they do?

As everybody keeps buying it,

they're selling it.

And this is why quickly,

it goes right back to where it started.

So, as you can see,

yes, it does go from 9 cents

to 47 cents,

as they said.

Well, it quickly goes right back here to 11

cents. Then they send another e-mail

and boom it shoots up again.

So, what do these guys do here?

They buy,

send out the e-mail, and while it is going

up, this is when they

sell and immediately it is going

down.

So, this is what it's called,

a "pump and dump" scheme.

Let's take a look at another one that they're recommending

here. Don't get me wrong.

OK. So Penny Stock

Picks.

You know what, maybe you're doing a really great

business and

who knows... I don't know you,

you don't know me. Don't worry about this.

This is what often happens.

So VMRI.

Or actually, look at this,

UAHC,

from 4 cents to 40 cents.UHAC.

Let's take a look at this.

United American Health Care.

Okay.

Oh, dear Lord.

So, it says that they went from

4 cents to 40 cents.

Well, right now,

they're trading at 11 cents.

Go figure.

So, let's see what happens here.

OK. I'm trying to zoom

out here,

trying to zoom out to see...And you

see,

very similar picture.

Pump

and dump,

pump

and dump.

You can do the same thing.

You can quickly check it out.

Trading penny stocks,

in my opinion,

is very risky.

It is a "spray

and pray" approach.

You buy a lot of these penny stocks

and yes, of course, if one of them just

explodes...

If you catch the move before everybody

dumps it,

if you can sell on

the way up,

you got lucky.

But most often,

these penny stocks are subject to

"pump and dump" schemes

and most of the time,

regular investors are not being able

to to capitalize quickly because you have seen,

they crash within a few days.

I would say stay away from penny stocks.

I mean, penny stocks,

the idea sounds intriguing,

but the odds are stacked against

you. It is more likely

that you are falling victim of one of the

pump and dump schemes than

you actually hitting it out of the park

and really catching a move from

10 cents to $1

or from 40 cents to

$4. It is extremely likely.

So,

what should you do instead?

You know me, the 3 things to do

when it comes to trading is,

the 3 most important tasks for a trader is

first of all, find the right stock to trade.

Secondly, know when to enter,

and third, know when to exit

and knowing when to exit means, exit

with a profit as well as a loss

if it goes against you.

So, talking about the best stock.

What is the best stock to trade?

The best stock to trade is a stock that

has nice

and small moves because

as a trader,

we can capitalize on

these little moves to the upside

and the downside,

and that's what we want to do.

So, a few examples,

I want to show you quickly,

the software that I personally use

which is the Power

X Analyzer

and show you some examples here.

So, some of the stocks that

I trade that come up for me

when I'm using the scanner is here for example,

Wayfair, and you see,

nice moves to the upside

to the downside,

to the upside to the downside.

As an investor,

this might scare you away because

as an investor you want a stock that starts on

the lower left and goes all the way to the

upper right. But as a trader,

you're going to love these little moves.

Here's another CRC. That's

another great company that is going

up and down,

and up and down, and as a trader,

you can benefit from a stock

that is going up as well as

a stock that is going down.

Another one that I just recently

traded: CALX.

It's moving really nicely,

you see.

Again, it doesn't have to be much,

but as long as it moves in these small

waves, up

and down, and up

and down. So,

this stock here,

I entered right here

before it took off at... you can see it

actually here, on the left hand

side,

11.21. No actually here,

way earlier.

$9 and right now,

it is trading at 11.21.

So, you can see,

that's the beautiful thing.

VSTO is a stock that I also

traded just this week.

VSTO is a stock that I was trading to

the downside.

And again, what are we looking for?

Small swings to the upside,

and the downside,

and the upside. In this one,

I was trading to the downside,

and as you can see,

nicely making money on this.

way. You don't make big money. You can probably make 5 to 10 dollars per

hour doing basic tasks. But I'm going to show you how you can make money doing

that. I'm also going to show you how you can sell stuff that maybe it's in your

garage or maybe you already own it. How you can sell that stuff online. That's

called ecommerce. Or maybe you can even sell other people's junk online and make

some money doing it. So... And this is... This is actually where I got started online.

So, it's kind of cool. And in the third one, I'm going to show you how you can make

money with marketing. Marketing is basically sales you know? Selling stuff

on the internet. That might be too aggressive for some of you. So, let's go

over to my computer and I'm going to go over these 3 different ways of being

able to make money online. So, the first place we start is on Google. And the name

of this program has a unique name. It's called Amazon Mechanical Turk. I'm going to

type it in. But I'm also going to leave a link in the description for you to check

it out.

First off, Amazon is very trustworthy company. But and also in any of these

methods, you are going to have to enter in your social security number or you

know, some sort of personal identifier flying enough information as well as

your banking information. So, don't be surprised when any of these

opportunities ask for your banking information and your personal

information because they need to verify that you are a real person in order to

pay you money. And make sure that there is no financial fraud or whatnot going

on. Amazon Mechanical Turk, the way it works is that they're a bunch of

tasks that, you know, I just signed up for this. And you see all these tasks here

that you can accept and work for. And i. tells you how much money you can make.

And you can accept and work. See and it's a lot of stuff like, "Why is this review

negative? Why is this review positive? Market research survey." You know,

identifying, you know, kitchen appliances and all this other sort of stuff. So, it's

really basic stuff. And from what I've heard from other people, you can earn

roughly you know, 5 to 10 dollars per hour working on Amazon Mechanical Turk.

So, it's not too bad. For some of the best jobs, you need to actually qualify for

them. So, you need to take certain tests to see you know... If

you're going to translate some French. You know, you they need to check your

literacy level. So, you'll have to take tests to qualify for certain jobs. As you

see, only about a third of the jobs listed are things that I can actually do

right now. In order to open up the rest of the jobs, I need to actually qualify

for them. Now, a little hack that you can do is you can go to Reddit. And you can

go to the sub reddit forum called H-I-Ts worth working for. And H-I-Ts mean,

Human Intelligence Tasks. That's what Amazon calls them. And it will give you the most

valuable tasks that day that you'll want to check out. Because there's thousands

and thousands and thousands of jobs you can do on Amazon. But this subreddit

forum will walk you through some of the best tasks that are the most valuable

you can do. Let's check a few out. So, here's one that is a behavioral survey.

Okay? It pays out about $0.15 and it only takes about a minute. So, not too

bad. If we do the math,

if you're making $0.15 a minute, that's about $9 an hour.

Here's another task. Evaluate a social media advertisement. And pays out $0.41.

So, that's another example of a task that you can do. Here's another task.

Opinions on an online product. And it pays out $0.40. So, there's a ton of

tasks on there. And again, you can make 5 to 10 dollars an hour. But it isn't

going to be the best way to make huge money online. Very easy, it's free. It's

effective. Now, the second way of making money online for fast free and easy is...

This is actually how I got my start in online business, was I started listing

stuff that I had available on eBay. Just old stuff I had when I was in

college. And I had a lot of DVDs, I had a lot of CDs. I had a lot of you know,

video games and all sorts of stuff. And I just started listing it on eBay. And I'd

make some money here and there. I made a you know... And I started listing other

people's stuff. And I made a couple hundred dollars a week. So, that was

really good. And I actually made... I started making more from eBay than I was

making it my job working at the movie theater. That's how I got started. I was

making like dozen Dallas. And I was making something like almost 7 bucks

an hour working at the movie theater. They have lower minimum wage in Dallas.

Or in Texas. And, yeah. And I started making... I think I was getting paid like a

couple hundred. You know like 200 bucks a month from... I mean. 200

bucks a week from theater. I was making 300-400 bucks a week to an eBay. You know,

selling stuff on eBay. And you know... And I was working less selling stuff on eBay.

So, I said, "Oh, my gosh. I'm going to start selling products on the Internet." You

know, I'm just... "This is my business. I'm just going to be an entrepreneur." So, that

was really exciting. And it's not hard to list products on eBay. Let me show you

how. So, if you want to sell products on eBay, you want to scroll down to the

bottom. And where it says "Sell" you just click start

selling. There's a link that says start selling. So, click start selling. And you

enter in the name of the product you want to sell. So, let's say I

wanted to sell... You get a Red Hot Chili Peppers CD. Chili Peppers CD. So, for

a lot of stuff, they already have listings already made for you. You know,

you see it says, "Oh" You know, let's say the CD was Californication. I'd say, "Okay,

great." So, one like that. That's great. And I'll just say it was... It asked me to

condition it was in. And I select the condition. And you know, I have to

create account. I don't remember my eBay account. But the point being... It's not too

complicated. If you spend about 15 minutes per item, you know, you can

have 4 items listed in you know the matter of an hour. So, you know, this CD...

You know, maybe I can sell it for 5 bucks. You know, so I could make easily 20 bucks

an hour if I spent... If it took me 15 minutes to list each CD. So, that's

not too bad. If I were to sell more expensive stuff like camera equipment, I

could make you way more money. So... And I'm sure all of us have a lot of

stuff that we don't use anymore. So, it's very easy to sell stuff that we don't

use anymore. And make real money off of it. There's people that will buy anything.

Now, the third way of making money online for... You know, fast and free and easy

is affiliate marketing. So, affiliate marketing is selling other people's

products and receiving a commission for it. t's just like commission only sales.

Or you know, if you're selling used cars or whatever. You know, you sell some

something. You don't have to own it. You sell you just sell something and

companies will pay you a commission for it. Now, I'm on Amazon right here. As you

see. And if I scroll down to the bottom, Amazon has a very popular affiliate

program. So see, it says "Make Money with Us", right? "Make Money with Us" it's cool,

right? Let's make money with Amazon. Perfect idea. And there's a link that

says, "Become an Affiliate." So, you click that link. And you can actually make

money recommending people to buy stuff on

Amazon. So, it's like super easy, right? Because everybody's already on Amazon. I

buy stuff on Amazon almost every day. So, people are just used to buying stuff on

Amazon. You can earn anywhere from like 3% to 10% commission

on products. So, as you see on the screen, it says... You know, earn up to 10%

advertising. You know, "From a trusted e-commerce leader", right? And it says, "Join

advertise and earn." Great. Okay. So, very easy to do that. So, let's find

some products to sell. So, once you sign up with this... And I'm not going to walk

through signup process because I don't want y'all stealing my personal

information. But it's free. But you do have to enter in your... Again,

like any of this stuff, you have to enter in your personal information. Your social

security number and your banking information. Anything that you do online,

they want to verify a few things. One is they want to verify you are a real

person and not a robot. And I'm not even joking. There are robots doing some shit

online nowadays. We're entering in an age where like artificial intelligence is

real. (I'm not going to go into that) That's a different story. And the second

thing is they want to make sure that nobody's doing any money laundering or

stuff like that. And the third thing is they need to know

where to send the money. So, don't be surprised. Again, these are reputable

companies. --Amazon and eBay. They've been around for a while so don't worry about

entering in your public information on these people's websites. Because I understand

that... You know, for somebody who's like just getting started online, there might

be like a little like, "Why can't I just like, talk to somebody on food good pay to

check." You know, this is the internet. So, it's a little more impersonal. Once you

sign up for Amazon Associates which is their affiliate program, you'll see this

thing called site stripe. See that right up there? And this is how you will get

your links to recommend people go to Amazon. So, let's look up a product and

get our link. Now in my case, let's look up... Let's look up a book I like.

Like Neuromancer. Neuromancer by William Gibson. This is a book I love. One of my

favorite sci-fi books of all time. Retails for 10 bucks. It looks like. And

what I'll do is I'm going to go to site stripe. Going to click the "Get link" area. I'm

going to right click that link and I'm going to click copy. And once I have that

link, I can post it up places. I can post on my social media. I can post on my

Facebook. I can post it off... And I'd write a little bit about it and tell people to

buy it. Now again, this is a free way to get started. But it does... You know, you

have to understand kind of a little bit about sales. You can't just post up a

link and expect people to buy stuff. You know? So, you have to do some job of you

know, telling a story or whatever. You know, so I might go to my Facebook. You

know, I might write a little story about why this book was interesting me. So, let

me write a story real quick and tell you about it. So, for my Facebook post,

marketing some this affiliate program or this book, I wrote a little post.

I said, "As an entrepreneur, I'm always looking for what future trends are

coming up. Because a lot of the people who I'm friends with on Facebook, almost

everybody is an entrepreneur like me." That's just kind of my circles I

surround myself in. And I said, "That's why I've gone into science fiction books and

I say one of my favorite is this book. --Neuromancer." I tell people to buy it. So, I

didn't write a much. You know, some people might say, "Oh, that's really interesting."

And they might buy it. I all I have to do is post it. And you know, I might make you

know a buck. The 10% of $8 or whatever it is. So might make $0.50

or a buck from recommending this book. So, that's a really easy way that's fast

it's easy and it's free. I am convinced everybody knows how to tell stories. If

you know how to tell stories, you can sell anything. So, I believe everybody can

made there are a lot of people that make full-time income as article writers and

income online it is in a way trading time for dollars you do need to sit

good way to make money all right so let's say that you've decided that you

do want to start making money writing articles so where do you actually go to

get customers where can you start making sales where do you get the clients that

you can start writing the articles form so there are a lot of different places

I'm gonna talk about several that you can see here on the screen the first

place that I want to talk to you about is up work up work is an amazing place

to get high quality contracts with high quality customers and you can build your

freelancing article writing profile on up work let me jump into up work and I'm

gonna show you alright so I'm here in site up work

I'm a regular up work user I do a lot of outsourcing on up work

and if I just type in blog writer into upwork you can see the different

contractors that are recommended for me to hire and how much money they have

made all right so you can see sixty-five dollars an hour three thousand dollars

burnt recording recorded earned earnings for this writer there is another person

that has made over a hundred thousand okay so she said thirty for hourly jobs

three hundred and five fixed price jobs over a hundred thousand that she has

made on up work writing articles there are a lot of other people that have made

ten thousand twenty thousand six thousand ten thousand look at the hourly

rates thirty eight an hour forty to forty five sixty five and so on so as

you progress you can definitely make a lot of money on up work now if you

wanted to get started on up work what you would do is you would need to look

at the some of the profiles and lay out after you register lay out your profile

in a similar way you know make sure that you have a nice logo put in your

description and just try to copy the way that you're presenting your own profile

or not work in a way that is similar to the other profiles that have good

success rate and good ratings the second place we can grab clients is text broker

so I'm gonna go over to text broker and show you how that works so once you're

in the text broker comm website you would go into I need content or our

write content so of course as a writer you would go into our write content and

then you can have a look at the information on this page so after you

register for free you will need to submit a writing sample based on that

sample they will review the content quality and you will just be assigned an

author rating based on this author rating you can then earn different

amounts of money for the work that takes Broca gives you also as you can see

author rating allows you to select a project from our selection of open audit

so this is an open marketplace there are always people who want content from

and you can just select one and you can start writing as simple as that

here are the amounts of money that you can earn depending on the qualification

or the quality that you get assigned so as a 2-star

article writer you get zero point seven cents per word as a five-star article

listings in total for this category and you can see that there are a lot of gigs

on Fiverr a lot of listings that charge good amounts of money you know like this

one for example starts at think this is either 50 or 60 US dollars so it's 70

for Australian and they have had 503 reviews okay this one has had 410 491

reviews now don't forget that all of these things are like four so if you see

for example two hundred and seventy seven reviews that means that they've

done thousands and thousands of orders because not many people actually leave

reviews not everybody leaves reviews so there are tons of listings with a lot of

reviews which means that there is a lot of work going around and once again if

you wanted to start writing the articles on five are what you would do is you

would just model you and these things for your gig on Fiverr after another

successful gig on Fiverr presented in a similar way and you will get orders as

well lastly another probably one of the best ways to find work is to approach

bloggers directly so approach writers sorry owners of web

janeshia for example if you want to write about technology or about business

or about health look for blogs that at a stage where it feels like you know they

probably need more content contact them and offer them your services so you

would you would want to offer to write first let's say one two or three

articles for free so that they can test out the quality of your content and then

if your quality content is good then I you can talk about working out a deal we

can charge them a particular amount of money I'm gonna talk about that in just

a second how much to charge and so on you can you can work out that deal with

that blog or unit directly so your process to actually get this up and

running would be to offer free samples so you can do this with up work you can

do this if you do approach someone directly you can basically offer them

free samples like I said one two or three articles for free is a fair deal

especially as you're just getting set up if you don't have a portfolio and let's

say you're brand new you want to make money with with your writing skills what

you would do is you would offer free samples just to get your foot in the

door you have to do this with any profession you know and writing is no

different so if you wanted to be a plumber or you want it to be a web

designer you will want to build your portfolio now after you've done your

free samples and the customer is happy and wants to go ahead with you what you

would do is you would as a beginner I recommend starting and approximately ten

dollars per 1000 words all right now to write 1000 words depending how skilled

you are it might take you you know two three hours but it is totally worth it

because you're gonna be getting your foot in the door you're going to be

actually building your skills building your portfolio and then don't forget

then from there on you can then progress okay if you very fast at writing you can

actually write a thousand words in probably as little as let's say a couple

of hours but the good news is that you can then scale up to prices of $50 and

$100 or more per 1000 words as long as your writing quality is good and you

will get better you know the more of these jobs you do the better your skills

will become so as your skills improve your earnings

will improve as well so how do you actually write good content you know and

let's say you got an offer from somebody how do you then create content so there

is a lot of information of course about that on the internet I just wanted to

give you my tip because when I started blogging I had no idea how to actually

write content where to even begin what the write how it should sound and

everything else and I think the most important skill like with any online

business is the reverse-engineer existing content so for example if you

were requested to write an article about best exercises to develop writing in

kids all right you would you would Google for that let

me show you exactly what I mean okay so I've just changed this slightly and

let's say if you google for how to cheat teach children to read so most of the

time blog owners will ask you for content that they will hope will

eventually rank in Google now what you will want to do is you will want to type

in that keyword into Google so how to teach children to read and then take a

look at the top perhaps three articles okay and analyze and try to figure out

exactly how they've laid out this content if Google ranks this content in

on the top page it means that it's good high-quality content and you will want

to analyze exactly what they have done okay so what they have done how have

they written the introduction how have they then laid out the information on

the page what's under each of the subheadings and then you can model your

writing based on these results okay so you can just model the structure

introduction each of the card key areas topic subtopics model your writing model

your article after these are the successful articles and I believe

personally that this is the best way to write blog content that's basically this

is exactly how you can make money writing and like I showed you you can

easily make $20 $50 or even $100 a day just by being a writer if you enjoyed
